Making Every Moment Count ~ Spring Richness in Full Gear Inside & Out (Updates & My Neck of the Woods)

Days continue to be laced with much more than usual, which feels aligned with the buzzing of Spring both above and below the Earth’s soil right now. That’s how it feels – things rapidly happening in the outer world and richly happening in the inner one, simultaneously. Although it hasn’t quite been two weeks since the last, fuller update, it feels like months of events have taken place in that short window. This to include dream time and all of the in between percolation.

Having a lot going on definitely keeps my mind and energy focused on what’s only presently in front of me, rather than drifting off to the future or past. That’s not to say I don’t still dance in the realms of visions that tickle my heart, but I don’t have the bandwidth to replay anything old, nor give away energy worrying over what might be. I’m on ultra awareness of not trickling energy into mind chatter repetition of stories that are over because I’ve seen how the present rewrites and rewires all of it when I embody the new with alignment.

There’s only here and now and that’s just fine with me.

I’m curious how others are experiencing this new season in what I’ve heard many have been calling a “big” and pivotal year energetically?

Personally, I feel that the more I stay my own course and bring forth more fullness, the less any kind of matrix framework hovers in my experience. There’s no resonance for any of that to attach to, and therefore creative liberation can spark toward a wide open field of potential.

And I know I say it a lot, but I do believe strongly in the value and power of being more playful, staying soft and flowing in my approach, and walking through life with curiosity and wonder. That helps me hugely.

This simply feels to be a reminder of how there are always other ways or approaches for each of us, depending on how we feel currently about our lives. Exploring what you may not have yet – which could be a more playful attitude or simply something different than your norm – could be the other side of the coin that would help open up possibilities where doors feel closed or things feel frustrating.

Yes, I hear you that this can be challenging to do in the face of contrasts, yet this is exactly why these things are so integral and needed.

The point is, if you find yourself unhappy about things, curiosity might lead to a different choice that could bring a different feeling. And that choice is one you are the navigator of – not anyone else.

It’s all about discovering whether or not we as individuals feel good about our experience of life and building from that inquiry’s answer in the way and timing that is ours alone to unravel. It’s not about trying to imitate someone else, nor control others to bend to our individual ways and needs.

One of my hopes has always been that each of us could truly accept one another, recognize the value of variety, and be kind in the face of differences.

We all have different paths, trajectories, and purposes we’re here experiencing. Each a puzzle piece to the other. So to think that there is only one way for everyone doesn’t make sense to my heart. Does it to yours? My feeling is that if someone chooses to experience their version of embodiment that is contrasting to mine and isn’t asking or wanting to change, that doesn’t make them wrong. It simply confirms our uniqueness and underscores compassion because without the contrasts we may not know of any personal, evolutionary path we’d like to embark upon.

This is one of the big reasons why I don’t feel guided to provide straight readings for people because I don’t believe in taking the power out of someone’s hands to choose, in any way. I know how influential a reading can be, even though a person DOES always still have a choice, because it can feed ego thoughts and bypass higher self. I support self sovereignty and have come to believe that every choice is for the highest. I have loved that about The Speakers as well. That their messages are guide posts for self discovery. I mirror their trajectory in feeling detached guidance to be my personal path.

So my blog posts have, over time, shifted a lot energetically with my own personal evolution – preferring to share a more personal journey and adding to the pool of inspiration and possibility in the world where and how I can because it just so happens that this is the guiding star to my heart compass.

There’s just so much we each have to share, which can be simply and potently in emanating a frequency all on our own through our embodiment as example even if we don’t ever talk to others about it. I do know that many of you experience rich layers in your life and are finding these days to be full of synchronicities. I also know many of you may think you aren’t experiencing things and yet you are surrounded by so much love and support, as well as reflections of your heart. It doesn’t matter how things show up, the fact that you’re showing up here on Earth right now speaks to a soul courage and value that is recognized even if challenges don’t make it easy to see yourself.

So, thank you for that.

For being you and being here.

There’s no particular way that needs to be.

Only the way you feel to be in each moment.

That is and will always be enough.

This brings me to share some of how I have been experiencing things and showing up in this small corner of our wide world and because I haven’t posted for about two weeks and likely won’t for another week or more, this will be a longer read.

Perhaps you will find threads of reflections, synchronous connections, an inspiration to see with your heart more, or simply enjoy a break from the every day of it all with some story shares.

I feel to highlight some of the standouts since last I wrote that have included both waking and dream time. Sharing in this way provides a glimpse into how one might journey through life noticing what could otherwise seem subtle or disconnected. Yet, with a pause, a lot of messaging and confirmations we wonder about can come through everyday experiences. And some of it (even if I don’t draw inference to what they fully mean) just highlights the things that are personally important to me and what have supported the wholeness and wellness I make a commitment to so I can continue to show up in the ways I desire.

I’d say that the themes have been a lot of outdoor activity, community (as in friends near and far), animal guides, dreams, closure, and new groundwork.

Do any of these themes overlap with you in some way?

I noticed things ramping up on the 15th. We have jumped into hiking and biking mode here with Spring anchoring, although it takes a little more time in the mountains to fully shift seasons. This means we will stick to biking, since the paths are usually clear for that at lake level, and look for hikes where we don’t have to do a lot of sludging through old snow melt-off. That usually means that we’ll also go down to the valley, just a half hour’s drive, to hit some completely dry trails.

The beauty of living here, at least for me, is the variety we have so close of options and that we can experience both alpine and high desert landscapes. That also gives us options to embrace and make the most of during in between times.

So we did just that on the 15th – went down to high desert terrain and met up with a friend of ours who lives there for quite the hike! It started at the same trailhead we have often done, but being that she used to be a professional mountain climber, she took us a different route – straight up!

Although the hike wasn’t super long – 1.68 miles each way – it was very steep (climbing roughly 1500+ feet in elevation) and the climb was through deep sand on top of that. It was equally a feat in both up and down directions because of the sand and pitch to the trail. We definitely got a great workout for deep breathing lungs and all-over lower body muscles.

And as we climbed up I was finding some cool smaller raw quartz and then discovered part of the jaw bone of a wild animal with sharp teeth. I’ve found a couple of jaw bones before, but this was a different one.

Our end point was a beautiful area with views all around that felt like a vortex – small and protected by granite rocks.

On the way down, I found a perfect, dead Painted Lady butterfly.

That, along with conversations of the day, felt potent.

The next two days I followed through with my intention to clear our yards of Winter’s past. And the theme continued, as upon just heading outside to begin my Spring yard cleanup on the first of those days, I discovered a perfect and peaceful dead mouse. Following having had two dead birds at our home around Boojum’s passing and the previous day’s finds all felt underscoring of rebirthing cycles.

I buried the mouse next to the two birds in my garden animal sanctuary before starting my work.

Not long after I was into my first day of raking, I also came upon a tuft of Frith’s fur in one of his favorite spots he hangs out in, along with a very tiny feather. I loved finding this little gift of his magickal essence and rabbit medicine.

I had some really good muscle soreness from the previous day’s hike in places that were new from the type of climb we did, and coupled with two days’ of yard work, I was feeling really physically activated in a great way.

I actually love raking – it’s a great way to get exercise outdoors, but is also instantly rewarding with immediate results that tickle my Capricorn placements.

I also love nurturing the land and helping to support my blossoms and plants to shine on a new clean stage.

You might remember that last year I did the yardwork while Dave was away on a 12 day silent meditation, so I did the raking, loading up of bags, and hauling them out front on my own. This year, Dave helped with the bagging and hauling, while I made and left piles all around for him. It went pretty fast even with a half acre that gets dumped with heavy loads of pine needles, branches, and pine cones because of living on the National Forest. I put in about 4 1/2 hours on the first day and another 3 or so hours the second day doing the back, side, and front yards.

We ended up with 19, thirty-three gallon bags this year. Last year I had 21, thirty-two gallon bags.

It felt SO good! Team work rocks! And a clean, season’s slate really amplified both closure and readiness.

On the night of the 19th, we headed back down with friends to the high desert valley to do the more regular, long trail in the same area we were at with our mountain climbing friend.

It was a gorgeous day, and going along our usual route provided glimpses of some of the Spring desert wild flowers just starting to bloom.

It was a sunshiny day of vast vistas. We love this hike because you get the best of both worlds – starting in the high desert and then working your way up into the forests of the mountains.

You also get to see both the mountains where we live, the farm pastures in the valley, and high desert rocky areas in between. And there’s a lot of things for my faery heart to explore and discover along the way!

Always a fun adventure!

That night while we were driving home and I saw a very large doe on the side of the highway munching on some grass in the dark. She felt kind of ethereal and shape shifting. Dave didn’t see her, but I can still see her face and eyes that peered into my own.

It was around that night, too, that the bear dreams started all over again.

The first dream was about a bear that kept showing up everywhere I turned, over and over. The bear seemed to be following me, but there wasn’t a feeling of any threat. And the interesting part was that the bear kept biting my hands, over and over too. And each time, I would stitch them back up, over and over. There wasn’t any threatening, bad or painful energies around this and when I woke, I felt like there was something being imbued into my hands and blood stream…like an infusion of sorts. And then I was fixed back up, but different each time. Something energetic was being activated. Since I use my hands for healing work so much, directing energy, and even communicating, this felt important. It also felt to be both cosmic and primordial in essence.

This same night I also had another potent dream that involved a dear and magickal friend of mine. I shared it with her and this is a summary of it:

My friend was organizing or cleaning out in a big house and I walked in with another friend and then we started talking about something and my attention turned to just her. My friend was telling me something, but it seemed I wasn’t to remember the conversation. What I DO remember, however, is that while she talked, I touched my left eyebrow and felt the hairs there. They were uneven. Some were really long near the inner part of the brow toward my nose. I pulled on them gently and two giant brown feathers came out. This reminded me of the dream I shared from a couple of months ago, or so, where I ran my fingers through my hair and feathers were sprouting from my crown. Anyway, I looked at the two feathers and the top of them were shaped like ankhs and even had the subtle design of an ankh on the inside – kind of like the design inside the top of a peacock feather. I knew that we were both meant to have one of these feathers and it was in response to what we talked about. That’s all I remember.

I thought it was interesting the brown feathers came from my eyebrow and left eye…the one that symbolizes healing, wisdom, protection, magick, and creativity. This eye is also connected with Thoth – another who has been coming up a lot more recently – he was the one who restored and healed this eye in the Ancient Egyptian stories of Horus.

I had felt the Eye of Horus connection immediately upon waking and wondered if the feather represented a gift or activation, or was representative of being bearers, bridges, guardians, and ambassadors of the knowledge they hold.

There’s also connection with the feather of truth – Thoth presided over the weighing of a feather of truth to a person’s heart when they moved between worlds. Were we being granted passage to the next unfolding? And not needing to pass to the afterlife to do this, but could do so in now time?

The next day, on the 20th, we explored a hike nearer to us to see how the trail was doing in terms of snow.

It still had more snow than we thought, so we knew that anything higher than this is still a bit of time away until we can hike it.

A great way to get our hike, or bike, a day goals in, plus a great pause to the day.

It was on this hike that we also had a grouse make itself known – not visually – but very loudly. It made its signature drumming sound and this felt in line with my dream the previous night of some kind of sacred and initiatory experience. It was the loudest we’ve heard a grouse, which means we were literally so close to it, but it remained hidden. If you haven’t heard this sound it starts like deep thumping and then it builds into drumming. Apparently they make the noise with their wings, by rapidly rotating them back and forth. Sound frequencies being pulsed into our field.

Grouse initiated the next day, which was full of potent bird messengers.

The 21st brought great blue heron doing a determined follow-your-heart-and-truth fly-by, four white egrets standing as anchors of the elements and four directions, and a bald eagle that peacefully sat atop a fence overlooking the landscape with bigger picture vision of how it all connected.

That same night, bears dropped into dream time again. I don’t remember the full dream…just that a momma bear and younger yearling were in it and when they saw me they walked the same direction with me. We were walking together, in a way, with them following me. We all stopped and I noticed a big hole in the ground and stairs leading down. I realized there was a deep underground tunnel and inner caves that could be explored. It was fully dark so I decided to enter and use my cell phone’s flashlight to see my way. There was some kind of tour that had just closed, but I went to explore what I could for now and knew I’d return later to go deeper when it reopened. Unless, I somehow found a way to explore it on my own and might find a way past the barriers to keep people out. I just remember starting to explore this possibility and don’t recall anymore.

So, yes, bears are my constant companions into new layers of alchemy.

I’d like to finish out with the animal messengers before diving into the other paralleling themes…so this takes me to Earth Day on the 22nd. That morning I was laying in bed, readying to get up when a Steller’s Jay did a fly-by from the left, down the corridor across our deck and knocked our sliding door to our room. I was there alone, as Dave had gotten up already. He hit with the side of his body and right wing shoulder, but was fine. It wasn’t a super hard knock, but enough to get my attention. He kind of bounced off and then flew to a tree. I think hitting with his plush body helped, rather than straight on with his head and neck. We had already put the reflective stickers on the two areas the birds had hit to their demise, but this was a new area. We’ll be doing the same here too now, but this bird alert is certainly getting my awareness up. I feel the connections to transformational ends and starts with literal and symbolic death cycles, as well as an invitation from spirit of break-through potential. The other two birds had been smaller song birds…this one (more connected to just me) was the crested Steller’s Jay and he did resiliently survive.

Then, wouldn’t you know it…Frith made two more appearances. You may recall that he showed up on the morning of the potent Aries New Moon Total Solar Eclipse.

Well, on the day I completed the yard cleanup, I went in to shower and relax and then felt called to look out the sliding door to our room and there he was sitting upright and looking straight at me. I noticed a big light orb in the corner, show up later when I looked at the photo.

As usual, he wasn’t scared of my presence and let me open the door and come closer and talk to him, while he nibbled on the now-cleared grass. I imagine he was watching my whole raking show and was quite happy that all the goodies were now easy for him to access – a thumper’s up from Frith on a job well done!

And then his second appearance was on 4/23’s Scorpio Full Moon. Dave had just gone out to begin work on our dripline system – we were getting it ready that day for the season – and Frith showed up in the same spot he had for me, overseeing things. He really likes to be a part of the activity. And the rest of that day proved to be a productive and potent one, as we did finalize dripline preparation. All made it through the Winter and the only repair Dave had to do was on one area of our back deck where some little forest friend had decided to chew threw a big section. That was post-Winter though, so overall everything continues to maintain and hold up well.

I’ll circle back to that day, as the story I want to share feels like a good one to end this post with.

But I did finalize all the Spring prep outdoors I had intended, with a few transplanting and new potting projects on the 25th and returning more delicate statue friends back to the garden after taking a Winter’s nap indoors. And adding in a few new ones including this sweet sleeping baby dragon with a cosmic orb, a hanging bear to keep my bunny bunch company, and a group of new faery mushroom houses, and mushrooms.

This included three new indoor and four new outdoor plants.

I’m really excited about my gardenia plants especially, as it is my favorite fragrant flower other than lavender and star jasmine.

Everything’s ready to go, and everything’s already starting to bloom!

Once I see how all of the perennials do upon return, I shouldn’t have anymore big garden/yard projects except if I add some new plants to thicken in some areas. So, that all feels good!

So, there’s been a lot of outdoor activity indeed – great exercise for the body, heart, mind, and soul – because garden work is quite the workout, as you gardeners out there well know! And of course, is quite rewarding too.

But the physical activity hasn’t stopped there. As the seasons shift, that means a shift in our choice of nature exercise and an uptick in the levels of intensity. Hiking and biking are in full swing, as I started off sharing, with that big climbing hike on the 15th.

As mentioned, we do have to pick and choose during the in between window of Winter melt-off at higher elevations. But at lake level things are ready and, of course, down in the valley in the high desert terrains it’s clear and free for the exploring too. We’ve also enjoyed exploring the food terrain too, finding new restaurants to sample, including an all vegan one!

Longer hikes and bike rides are a favorite of mine and always make me feel so refreshed and invigorated. We’ve done quite a few already with friends and on our own, as well as biking down to the lake and back from our house.

Biking has increasingly become a favorite, as I’m big on both moving my body, challenging my stamina, expanding my lungs, and being in motion while letting thoughts and visions flow. I personally need higher amounts of physical exertion than most people and I do balance it out with downtime, self nurturing, and things like infrared sauna and massage chair time.

During our couple of weeks away last Fall, Dave and I were on our first-ever bike tour in Europe, celebrating his birthday, where we biked nearly 250 miles in six days.

It was something neither of us had ever done, although Dave does hardcore and technical mountain bike rides, whereas I stick to the paths and easier, lower elevation trails. The most we’d biked together in one day is around 34 miles and on that Fall trip it was 40 – 45 miles average most days with a couple of 35ish mile days and one over 50 mile day in between. I had no idea what it would be like, but knowing my Capricorn and Mars placements, I knew I could do it, as I always say that my abilities are all about a mind set. What I am determined and committed to accomplishing, I will. I won’t say it was easy, as it was quite demanding. But the point being I did it and better than I thought was possible, without giving up or opting out for a chaser van ride, and accomplishing that definitely increased my abilities for the things we do around here.

It’s one of those experiences that drive home how the things we think we can’t do, are sometimes only a belief away, or a shift of stories that we allow to run the show.

So, the uphill bike ride home from the lake here was sprinkled with more ease because of having gone through that week of challenge-made-into-accomplishment.

Hikes have been lovely though, in the Spring warmth and mix of still-cool partly clouded days. Sun at high altitude always penetrates more, so even lower temps can make it tank top and bathing suit weather. I did actually have one day of deck sun time to soak in vitamin D. I love me some high altitudes!

One of the things we love on the hike or bike ride we do from our house to the lake is exploring how the new wetlands habitat is reshaping itself by the resident beaver family there.

It’s incredible how they’ve transformed the area and we always find fresh new beaver evidence that means they were just there at the previous dusk hours, working away.

Snow melt-off is creating a lot of waterfalls and running water everywhere, which is beautiful to experience that pure and fresh alpine flow, along with the music of the element that reflects my native sun sign.

We even had quite the swing shift day in weather yesterday going from rain, to snow, to everything covered in a light white blanket, back to sunshine and blue skies, fully melted away ground, then rain, wet snow, and sticking snow again!

Mountain weather is unpredictable, which is one of the things I enjoy about it…the surprise, variety, and contrasts all inhabiting a space and time at once.

Amidst it all I’ve been working quite a bit too and laying the groundwork for upcoming things – some of which I can feel, but don’t see yet and others that I know, but the details are an organic unfolding.

It’s kind of like prepping a garden and planting seeds, before you see any results. Yet, the process is at hand and the manifestation is contained in the tiny foundations that will yield a transformative harvest.

I did fill up with Intuitive Guidance Sessions, but am now able to open up two more spots again. I’m still feeling led to offer the hugely discounted sessions, so if in need and this resonates, you’ll find that offering here:

Intuitive Guidance Sessions

I’ve also been quite busy with rabbit foster/adoption trainings, doing 1-2 a week and in fact this last week I had 3!

And enjoying an upswing in making some healthy yummies like these medjool date rolls made by blending dates, pecans, coconut, cacao powder, vanilla extract, vanilla protein powder, a little water for moisture to form, and rolling in more coconut.

They make great hiking and any time snacks, as well as a healthy dessert. Dave’s gotten into making his own whole wheat bread with a bread making machine, so he’s experimenting with different varieties and tasty blends too.

I haven’t had a lot of extra time to JUST specifically tune in with my crystal skulls and crystals, but they are assisting me on a daily basis with everything, nonetheless, and being increasingly a natural part of everything I do for the time being. For example, I will feel guided to have one sit with me in my lap or next to me while I’m working, sleeping, or just feel I need to touch one or take them outside for a few minutes in the sunlight for a break. There’s a lot of movement happening behind-the-scenes with them, as they all as a collective tell me when it’s time to record a new episode for Talks With Crystal Skulls.

And speaking of crystal skulls, I did want to mention that I spent time updating the page of listings to reflect what’s currently available. I removed all sold and reserved pieces to make it easier to navigate. I also added links to metaphysical properties because so many people ask about these.

Although a couple more have moved on since last I shared about these, there are still 5 skulls remaining – 4 plus 1 that was reserved that is now back to being available again. As happens sometimes, the person who claimed the white feldspar and light smoky skull and dragon pair ended up letting it go. So, if you were one of the people that had been interested in this beauty and reached out, perhaps it was meant for you all along and as it goes, energies rearrange themselves as is reflective of the hearts who call and divine timing and readiness.

I also updated the page below with two short videos at the top that show the five skulls that are left, before you explore the individual listings for each.

AND, not only are all five (update 2 left) offered with a discount, but a few of them have been majorly price-cut to help home these cocreators. There’s one in particular I’m shocked is still hanging around. Here’s the link:

Crystals & Crystal Skulls

And that leads me to the last little story I wanted to close out with, returning back to 4/23 that I promised to get back to.

This was the day of the Scorpio Full Moon and as it turned out, that day was a special one for our little family here on the Forest Portal.

I mentioned before how Sweet Pea is doing really well considering her condition and enjoying her time with us both, while receiving all the spoiling she deserves. I’d recently been telling Dave that I felt both that we could do some short trips with her, which might be nice to change up the energy, and that I think she would do well on short hikes too.

She was never a huge fan of her harness and leash in the past, like her brother was, but I got the sense that being our only child and her loving to be with us all the time now, that she may have a different idea about this now. I told Dave that I thought we should try out some short hikes out back in the forest with her and see how she does and if she did well, we could look at taking her on some, a bit more regularly and also think about a road trip now and then.

Well, on the Full Moon Dave said he felt called to take some of Boojum’s ashes and bury them in a special place we hike to out back with view of the lake and we thought it was the perfect time to give this a go, as having our whole little family together for this felt important.

So, I found my cute forest friends backpack, lined it with plastic (for any potential accidents) and then a towel over it for comfort, and strapped it on backwards so I’d be able to talk to and pet her. Then we got Sweet Pea in her little pink harness and loaded her in and off we went!

This is a two mile round trip hike and she did amazing!

Not a peep from her of complaint or discomfort. She either had her head poked out the side watching the sights and dad upfront, rested on my arm, or cuddled up inside around her. We took her out once on the way to the lookout spot and let her try a little exploring on leash. Not bad.

She’s still hesitant and prefers sticking close to us, but this was the best she’s ever done. Normally she just sits in a corner and won’t move.

We then got to our spot and when we reached it we were pleasantly surprised to find daffodils blooming in bunches all over the little area where Dave had intended to bury some of Boojum’s ashes and special things.

We had never seen daffodils growing here before and any earlier or later, we may have missed them.

This, along with it being the Scorpio Full Moon all felt to be supportive confirmation of Dave’s feeling to do this on that day and of Boojum smiling down upon us. Dave didn’t know it was the Full Moon – he happens to be a Scorpio – and the perfection of it all was just a beautiful experience that made it all extra special and sprinkled with magick.

Sweet Pea really liked the spot too and explored the daffodils, the manzanita, trees, and then enjoyed sitting on each of our laps as we had a little ceremony and spent some time there together talking about Boojum.

Dave has had a challenging time with this, and this was a way he thought would help create more closure and assist the grieving process for him.

I thought that was perfect and beautiful.

Sweet Pea did too.

And the place where Dave chose for Boojum was equally perfect – a place we can visit and look out at the vast landscape we love and all dream together.

We were so pleased with the experience and how well Sweet Pea did.

She seemed proud of herself that she was a big girl going on hikes with mom and dad now.

She was so good, didn’t even have any potty accidents, and really felt to be enjoying herself.

Upon returning, Dave ordered an official kitty carrier for hiking and we plan to take her out on short ones like this, now and then, so we can continue to immerse in creating special memories together.

We’re making every moment count.

That feels, to me, what life’s about.

And speaking of memories…today happens to mark the anniversary of Nestor’s return to the stars 16 years ago – she is my twin soul that was with me in rabbit form for five Earth years. That was a year of profound life changes for me when she departed in 2008. My soul family in bunny bodies sure know how to aid my personal evolution.

Today also marks Dave’s 16 year vegan anniversary. Big markers of personal growth all around indeed.

Our little family is going to be away for a short little trip, actually, beginning the 30th – but will return on the 3rd. So, if you do in fact find a crystal skull calling, just know that any claims made this weekend will go out this Monday, the 29th. Otherwise, I’ll get back to shipping on the following Monday. I’ll also be taking a work break for these few days, too, and will return to things soon.

Until then, now, later, and in between…here’s to making every moment count.

Animal Medicine ~ Nature Guidance for Conscious Evolution

One message that always reiterates and was clearly evident on my retreat time away – nature is where I thrive and belong. Since I first arrived on Earth this time around, the animals were always there to comfort and guide me. This is actually a soul history pattern for so many of my lives in this realm. Whether conditioning grabbed hold around me at any point in life, the whispers of the animal kingdom never stopped calling me back. Their language is the language of my heart, where truth resides alone. They helped remind me of who I really was – the nature of me – and how to organically unfold the petals of that Cosmic blossom here on Earth. In essence, they have always reflected evolutionary and harmonious alignment and how to be with peace as the center of my compass. The reason being because they match my wild heart’s innocence.

So while I’m keeping most of my time away to myself and Dave, I did feel guided to share the animal messengers that showed up to surround me in their medicine and serve as confirmation of alignment – ultimately adding activational inspiration to the path ahead that I’m leaning into creating anew.

This being because I know the power of collective symbolism and I feel that sharing our individual experiences can be beneficial. Also because I feel that nature and the animals are wisdom keepers of organic being and the closest thing to pure energy flow that can provide us invaluable pages of answers to the many questions running through us.

To reiterate past shares just briefly, I refrain from labeling things higher, lower, better, worse, positive or negative to describe paths across the board because they feel to create a definitive right or wrong simply by implication of their meaning. And in using these phrases we unknowingly can taint, manipulate and limit someone’s perspective, rather than support a widening perspective or openness of heart.

Simply put, there’s choice and what is your heart’s truth. If you choose from awareness of your intuitive heart resonance, then that is the most valuable gauge you’ll have. Even with splits and dramatic contrasts to what’s unfolding on Earth there’s still that choice alone to make, no matter the path you choose. The only thing that makes a difference is if you desire to make choices free of outside interference, then you move into personal awareness, which puts the focus on being present to your inner world’s response to things and not what others are doing or saying at you, no matter what group they belong to. And we, of course, have choice whether or not to be present in the first place as well, which is also perfect.

I can fully admit that I haven’t always been present in my life, or at least didn’t want to recognize what was presently before me. I’m grateful I choose to experience consistent presence now and it is because of this supporting greater attunement to frequencies, elements, and vibrations that I experience what seems like magick. My awareness fine tunes all my senses in ways that I feel I become much like an animal myself with extreme clarity of vision, sense of navigation and environmental awareness, telepathic communication, and more. And this is available to all of us.

I believe that’s a big part of why I find or encounter things the way I do. The other part has to do with my soul signature. Curiosity underscores the experience so that I’m open to any message or reflection the encounter imparts.

I’m steering more and more away from sharing the symbolism of things, as it’s very easy these days to research that online about specific animals or other symbols that show up, but more so it’s to encourage each of us to find our own way and messages from things reflected to us. Also to support trusting our intuition. I think you can likely draw forth some of what these meant for me, if you are familiar with these animals even in the most simple of ways. And in your own life, I also know you can draw from an experience of seeing a particular animal, element of nature, or something that catches your eye, attention, or heart in a different way, what meaning it might have for you at that moment, or what answer or message it is mirroring for what you’re currently experiencing or have been wondering about in life.

For this reason, I am moved to simply sharing these encounters and sightings as my own thread in the collective tapestry. They were particularly meaningful for my own conscious evolution at this time in my life and being that some of them were extremely rare, made them that much more potent. The timing of how and when they showed up also spoke volumes.

I do feel that nature is our closest ally right now in supporting each of us toward more of our own authenticity, empowerment, and heart communication. I feel that development of our senses and awareness, overall, can be enhanced by time in and with nature. I believe our physical well being and immune systems can be strengthened and experienced with greater peace and grace by time in and with nature. I believe clarity of connection with our intuitive messaging systems and with the Cosmos at large can be opened by time in and with nature. I believe hope, inspiration, and creative flow can be nurtured by time in and with nature. I believe our capacity for kindness, tenderness, vulnerability, compassion and nurturing can be nurtured itself by time in and with nature.

Nature has the natural ingredients to support conscious evolution on an individual and collective level if we open ourselves to her. And the best thing is, she’s free and she welcomes you with open arms no matter who you are or where you come from.

From micro to macro, nature shows us daily alchemy at work and how we each have the innate ability as alchemists by nature of being as well.

Our retreat time away began enchanting from the get-go and every single day was no exception. In fact, on the day we first embarked, we got a send off from the biggest herd of wild horses we’ve ever seen – including little foals – and a bald eagle majestically gazing out on the herd and us from a tree.

Whether it was multiple, daily animal encounters or gifts, nature and I were in sacred communion the whole way.

I already mentioned the abundance of wild turkey feathers, which were literally a daily discovery in the most hidden of places that are almost unbelievable I could “see,” as well as the two naturally shed, complimentary deer antlers in separate places miles apart that were also nearly undetectable on the forest floor covered in branches, twigs, and Autumn leaves.

Every single day we’d see multiple deer (most of the time in small groups with occasional single sightings like these), morning and evening, and nearly everyday we’d see wild turkey.

From grazing to curled up and resting, playing with each other to leaping gracefully with ease across the trail, the deer were prancing into our lives with their gentle and innocent presence. And two turkey flocks would sweetly gobble along the outskirts of forests and homesteads with curious, at-ease presence and beautiful feather displays.

Some of the more rare sightings included moose, great horned owl, swimming turtles, and bald eagle.

There’s a story behind the moose that is personally incredible for us and connected to our past, but let me just say that her appearance not only was pure alignment and magick, but confirmed why I have felt moose to be one of my key totem animals. She is SO much like me.

My experience with the great horned owl was also incredible. Again, almost a miracle I saw him. I woke one morning and as I passed the window in the bedroom I noticed a dark mass in a tree across the way.

I felt immediately this was an owl. I slipped on my tennies while still in my jammies, and made my away across the forest floor to confirm what my heart felt. And there he was, still half asleep, but aware because two magpies had just been yelling loudly at him to leave the area. It was still dimly lit outside, so he peered at me with half moon slit eyes, turning his head toward me to let me know he heard me when I spoke to him.

We then left for the day and upon returning in the evening, hours later, I decided to go look at the tree again. To my surprise he was still there, but now fully awake.

I felt he waited for me to continue our conversation and connecting. He would let me come close and just turned his head with wide eyes to make sure we were directly locking ours together.

He was never bothered by me from start to end. I spoke to him gently and each time thanked him for his sacred presence, message, and gift.

He felt to be much more than an owl and yet even as an owl this creature of the night was a Cosmic gift to me.

The swimming turtles actually surprised me while I was deeply communing with nature and receiving. I heard a noise in the water, then taps under the floating mini dock I was laying on that brought me fully back from melting into everything.

When I peered over I saw a larger and smaller turtle swimming sweetly and then disappeared below.

Not long after, a giant grasshopper whizzed at me and stopped so we could gaze into each other’s eyes.

We also saw a couple of voles run across trails, a fun and spunky little guy that leaped onto a branch like a flying squirrel and then stopped to comically pose for me with a pinecone in his mouth, and one chipmunk in particular caught our attention. While they are not rare at all to see, this one was so deliberate and unafraid. She decided she was going to continue nibbling regardless of our presence and sat a foot away just “being” with us and enjoying her lunch.

She had the most beautiful, thick little chipmunk tail either of us had ever seen and she was like a little character straight out of a novel, come to life – full of sweet personality and completely at peace without the usual twitches, fast movements or breathing. Not long after her another one did similar and let Dave go within inches as he crouched down beside him. He wasn’t as fully calm in embodiment as the first one, but still indicated that he was open to being more of that.

My take away from these two, and in general the animal encounters, was that these beings were waiting for us to meet them in that same curiosity and peaceful presence.

Nature’s invitation is increasingly being extended as a form of support even more so these days. Not only inviting our conscious interaction and understanding, but extending an added effort by way of demonstrating a reflection of humanity that we’ve forgotten.

And while we didn’t see this one, we were told that a mountain lion had come into the neighborhood just a few days after our arrival by our house host. Since mountain lion are so reclusive, it’s not usual to see one, but just feeling that presence at the time we were here meant something to me. Another invitation and messaging to go deeper within and be present to the inner messaging always speaking to us in a variety of ways. I’ve only once seen a mountain lion slinking down the wall of a canyon from the other side in Colorado. That felt like a comfortable physical distance to me. 🙂

I discovered two of the largest wasp nests I’ve ever found – well actually four, but two of them were scattered in pieces – plus a smaller one still attached to a tree limb sitting next to just the top of one of the other two large ones I found that had dropped to the floor.

Although these two nests are big, as you can see by my hand as reference to size, they were still only half of the nests.

They are all abandoned nests that have served their purpose for the season. In fact, I found two dead wasps inside of the one you see above.

I just LOVE nests, whether bird or insect, I find nests and hives so incredible in artistry. I explore the intricacies and sacred geometry of these nests and am fascinated. The inside of these giant ones are just amazing! And I love the honeycomb centers, as well as the tunnel holes in and out.

I also kept seeing an array of enchanting little mushroom worlds everywhere (these are just some of the enchanted little realms I captured). They, too, were hidden across the forest floor and my eye would always find them.

They took me even further within, since these micro worlds direct us into the tiny underworking and value of every little thread to the whole.

Mushrooms have been around for ages and their ancient presence not only shamanically and spiritually have value, but are essential to Earth’s biosphere.

Therefore their wisdom is mighty, although part of the mini worlds you might often overlook. Just like your unique light and presence of being is impactful although you feel you’re just one of billions of humans on earth.

It’s been an incredibly enriching time away and every single moment has been cherished and remembered. This was one of the most magickal times for me – more than I could have imagined it to be. I’m beyond grateful and in many ways awe-struck at what has unfolded, how it has, what it’s put in motion, and feels to be indicating for the road ahead.

Everyday I would have what I called Faery T time, after our full nature days, where I immersed myself in my own little world with nature. On my last day, after having received more gifts and saying my thanks and farewells for everything, Grandfather and Grandmother turkey came to see me off. Every other day it’s always been the flock, but to have the two largest and oldest, alone, meet me was just perfection in every sense of the word “sacred“.

It’s also been meaningful being away during the change of seasons. Not only did we get to immerse in Autumn splendor, but also felt Winter’s breath begin to touch the land.

Temperatures dropped, some rain refreshed everything, and snow kissed the mountain tops. We even had a short fall of sweet hail snow drops coming through sun shiny skies to bid us a magickal farewell.

This apparently was happening back home at the same time, with some needed rain coming in along with Winter snow kisses to follow. Our house sitter sent us a video of our first snow dusting the Forest Portal floor. The fire that once knocked on the door also experienced 98% containment while we were away (the projection has been 10/16 for 100%) and so returning feels like a nearly full refresh from this magick bubble we dipped into the last 11 days that is and always will be dear to my heart.

May we each receive the guidance we desire and that supports the conscious choices that align with our hearts for evolution.

Nature & the Nature of You

You might notice one of the themes that consistently shows up in my blog posts is that of Nature in one form or another. Whether that’s all the time I spend immersed in outdoor adventures daily, the garden journey I’ve been nurturing, cultivating the simpler ways and more Nature-based living all around, the animals I encounter and their messages, animal communication in general, or of course the journeys with my dearest companion and wisest guide, Astrid, who happens to reside in a rabbit’s body this life – Nature is at the heart of it all.

This theme has also included what I feel is one of the most vital missing pieces, which is that of embodying and knowing your own natural essence and nurturing a return to that basic nature that includes and does not negate or condemn the human body. I’ve spoken often about how increasing time not only spent in Nature, but getting to love and understand the miracle of your body’s awareness and how key it is to reclaim all of your parts (shadow projections, as well) will support becoming a more fully conscious, empowered and integrated human being, not to mention provide so many benefits to your well being all around.

It’s basically, and at the base level, about remembering the nature of who you are. 🌿

The farther we stray from natural awareness and being, the further we lose our humanity.

Nature has been sharing awareness with us for ages, but she speaks in a language only your heart will hear and your instincts will understand.

When your heart is closed or you weigh heavily in mind and thought alone, it will be difficult to ever hear.

Over-thinking can lead to fear and anxiety.

Trusting in your heart and instincts can lead you to harmonious alignment.

You can choose whatever direction you prefer to go in, but the question is, are you really choosing with conscious awareness?

I chose this photo, taken by KC when she was visiting, to go along with the theme of this post because it reflects the essence of what I’m expressing here with me so deeply immersed in Nature and being the nature of me that you almost can’t distinguish where each begins and ends.

This was taken the day I found my faery crown and wore it for the rest of the hike. It becomes part of the tree behind me and all of the branches seem to be reaching into and from my crown, while my foot nearly looks webbed and shifting beneath the water it merges with. I’m feeling right at home in this perfect little nymph haven of the lake and more at home than ever in my body, at this current space and time, by embracing all of the elements within.

But this didn’t happen overnight and the journey still continues. It came with consistent devotion to making that conscious shift. It came with an understanding that the best things I would ever learn, need, or receive would come from listening to and dedicating time for the elements that had long gone neglected. It came from tipping the scales to regain what I lost and spending the majority of my time in Nature, moving my body, being with my body and learning to navigate more by her instincts and what was being reflected to me in the environment – in essence, aligning with natural harmony.

It’s about reclaiming parts we’ve forgotten, letting the ancient knowledge within our DNA whisper louder, and not being afraid to stand our ground like the trees do, despite the weather and terrain – legs rooted to the navel of Earth’s wisdom while crown and hands open to our vast Cosmic origins.

This continues to be my journey, but it has made all the difference and I believe is what will continue to make a bigger difference in terms of the dynamics playing out.

It’s where I remain devoted both in personal integration and in shared relationship to Nature all around me.

And I’m grateful for my garden that is part of this journey of integrated embodiment and conscious awareness. It continues to evolve, much as I do and I am grateful for the growing relationship and understanding I get to nurture through that.

This includes the intimate knowing of every plant and flower and every creature great and small.

They are me and I am them.

Here are some looks at current garden reflections.

As you can see the wildflowers continue to bloom in radiant succession.

Depending on the angle and lighting it all takes on a whole new perspective and mini world, which I LOVE!

And then there’s the new field of beauties on the rise.

I’m in love with the little carpet of mini wildflowers on the side yard that I seeded this year.

Look at how they’re reaching happily for the Sun and by Autumn’s end will be quite something, with next year matching my garden. Yay!

This new area, I only just started to work with, has truly captured my heart.

Listening to and working with the wild that was already there and adding in some more magick in between is really beginning to explode with joy and become what I had hoped – a faery wonderland!

I love the blend of raw and imagined merging together.

Look at that glow, lighting up the flower faeries, as they share their joy and life essence. I love captures like these that reflect the experience I have when I’m out in the garden alone. There is so much enchantment here!

And I love the surprises that bloom everywhere in between.

I’ll save garden yummies and plant nanny updates for another post, but everything’s doing really well and Astrid continues to enjoy delicious harvests, while I enjoy adding to my dried collection of delicacies for the faery kitchen.

And here are a few of the forest friends I get to play with daily.

This chubby chipmunk is much larger than any other around here and he took it upon himself to make a delicacy out of my incredible hybrid lilies, taking down a couple of the stalks on his own to eat the petals. This was my huge plant that had grown over 56 inches – likely was at 58 when I removed the tops of the last stalks he bent, to enjoy the flowers he left behind, indoors. This hybrid kind is obviously not toxic, as he’s totally fine and I still see him around long after he’s eaten quite a few lily petals.

Dave actually came down to my office and we watched together as he climbed up the stalks like a tree and sat there enjoying his meal while other little ones were running and flying about.

He said, “wow, it’s like a nature show down here.” I said, “yes, everyday there’s something new happening and much to-do about everything.” The perfect mirror and world for Astrid and me.

The other joy has been seeing Strawberry around so much, nearly every day now. She looks really healthy, despite not having all of her fur anymore. Her face and eyes reflect so much wisdom when I see and talk to her and they speak to quite the being who resides inside. She is one of the elders here and I cherish her presence so much. It’s no surprise she found her way to me and inside Wonderland with Astrid and me when I took care of her.

I noticed that she had been trying to remove these towels we had under some things on the deck for protection from scratching it, tearing holes little by little in them, but making slow progress at removing any part of them.

I realized she wanted to have the towels for her nest – likely to stay warm at night and the upcoming Autumn and Winter seasons. So, I decided to put out a small little white towel where she was pulling at the others. The next morning it was gone. I recently put out two more small pink ones for her and she did in fact come back for one of them. I believe she’ll be returning for the other soon and that all makes me happy. I envision her cuddled up in them for a long Winter’s nap.

You may recall that I took care of her and got her cleaned up and nurtured when she needed it (after getting stuck in the epoxy in our garage) and now I’m helping to care for her again, out in the wild.

It was human-made things that damaged her fur in the first place and so it will be by human hands that help and a human heart that listens to her needs. In this way I feel we are sharing a conscious, symbiotic relationship now. We are connected for life.

I then also bring that beautiful, wild, and sacred Nature essence inside, surrounding myself with reminders of the cycles of life, the divine connection that is shared with all, the wisdom within everything, and the sacredness of all things and parts of who I am.

You may recall the nest mobile I started creating a few years ago. Well, it’s certainly grown!

I have many a bird, wasp, and bee hive nest (parts and wholes) adorning this tree of life indoors that I’ve created from all the beautiful little homes of amazing sacred geometry and architectural genius I found on the ground and brought home to cherish.

And most recently, we finally put up the powerful staff I made for the Autumn Equinox day retreat gathering a few years back that Laura and I hosted here, which includes some of the most potent Nature adornments I’ve found over the years.

It reminds me of one I used to have from many lives and Moons ago.

The birthing of this creation was quite the undertaking, as I strung everything together with great intention, piece-by-piece. My huge way of honoring the sacredness within all of life and reclaiming these wild, raw, primitive and ancient parts of my and Earth’s lineage.

It is quite the power piece and the way we hung it makes it easy to remove and replace when ever I want to use it in sacred ritual.

I’ve wanted to put it up, but we just never got around to it. Then, it naturally aligned for it going up on the potent New Moon in Cancer we had on the 9th of July.

I didn’t plan it, but it was perfect and it activated a lot of things once it was finally in place anchoring energies.

And I also bring Nature’s wisdom and gifts through channeled creations I’m inspired to make and sometimes offer over the years.

Most recently it was the Cosmic Curiosity Chests that called to me. As you might recall my sharing, they “invite you to engage parts of yourself more consciously and consistently, to explore, be curious about, or open a dialogue or connection with parts of yourself through the invitation of each spirit energy they embody. In this way they activate an initiation of sorts into a Cosmic dance for you to merge into your human experience so that the two become One. The magickal then is integrated into your daily life as a natural ritual, rather than being separate. This is one of those ways to live the magick.”

This also reminds you not to forget any of your parts, and so I included gifts from Mother Terra herself within each ritual bundle to reflect the nature of you.

It’s been an honor to see each of them off to their cocreators. More than half have journeyed to their heart homes and I look forward to seeing where the last 5 – Cosmic Woodland Faery, Earth Guardian, Blossom, Mermaid, and Dream Weaver – will fly off to.

You know I enjoy wrapping and shipping them off, just as much as I do creating them.

I have some upcoming new sacred Nature creations I’m going to be working on for our home in the coming weeks, too – something I’ve also long been wanting to create – and there’s potential I may open up to creating custom orders if they speak to you too.

It is so important to me that Nature is a daily part of the experience, as I truly believe that if we desire answers, we’ll receive them in conscious communion with Her as a mirror to know ourselves, and we’ll gain greater clarity for the pivotally crucial choices life is presenting to us right now.

Happy August to everyone! May this be a month for gentle transformations that bring even greater conscious awareness.

Here are some beautiful August fields from yesterday’s hike down to the lake.

Everything was so lovely and full of life – a perfect reflection for Lughnasadh celebrations.

Even the one remaining duckling from the mallard couple we see at the pond had grown, and we were happy this little one had made it.

I did bury a tiny bird I found along our hike and discovered some lizard skin in my planters that had been shed.

Nature demonstrates with grace, how life goes on and the wheels continue to turn.

You Are a Garden Worth Tending ~ Spring Growth, Earth Day & Scorpio Full Moon Reflections

You are the first garden you must learn to tend. There is no one else that can do this as well as you. How little or how much you care about this garden, shows. The kinds of things you nourish yourself with, how much you cultivate certain practices as important, and the things you choose to give energy to mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually will have an effect on how you show up in the world.

Life used to seem so complicated to me until I realized that I was the only one making it that way. By buying into all of these ideologies that were part of “this or that” ways of believing, I created a lot of nonsensical pressures that had absolutely nothing to do with the essence of me.

And yes, that included the spiritual realms I was drawn to move more into as I journeyed through life.

The bottom line that I learned, is that I never really wanted to belong or feel assured by any particular group or movement. I always had only desired to be contently me – just like Nature and the Cosmos both are.

Everyone has their own journey, but it took completely undoing myself, stripping away all the energetic debris that had brushed off of everyone onto me, in order to do that.

I still fully believe had it not been for jumping into an RV for a year and a half to immerse in nature, I would not be here still. And yet it’s also on that adventure into the unknown that literally the old story me walked out of my body in a river, and a new story walked in.

I would never be the same again, nor could I go back ever again – even if I wanted to.

Ever since then, I’ve been recalibrating what it feels like to be in this body with a fresh soul perspective. It’s taken time to feel things out, explore the possibilities to cultivate, and decide where to go from here.

Kind of like being a child all over again, but having a different level of consciousness.

It’s much like my garden after Winter’s frost and snow.

Everything is fertile, lively, and jubilant to feel the warmth of the Sun, wiggle, stretch, and unfurl every inch of life loose from the soil, see what will be possible in terms of abundant growth, wonder what will bloom or what will wait to gain greater strength for the next season or year, and what just goes all out to create the most incredible burst of life right here and now.

With less than two years until I turn 50, I see what the previous me who was just starting out in body then, had felt all along about this time period of my life. I always experienced things as if I was outside of myself watching myself go through everything and although knew better, relinquished to the feeling of purpose it all had to just go through it. I felt on some level that the real choices and freer me would begin in the latter half of my life.

That earlier life was both a mirage to keep me occupied and undo patterns and illusions, while things in the world were playing out, and also an intricate labyrinthian journey to the center of me.

I was on a complex crash course so I could re-enter the world with simplicity.

Stripping down to the bare me.

And literally unzipping my body suit so that a whole new emanation of myself could slip in upon the old one’s release.

Every time I look at my garden – each season, each day, and several times a day – I see this release taking place in every moment while new life steps in.

There’s reason my garden is just steps outside of my creative space and office. There is a mirroring that takes place every minute I make a new choice.

I find it easier and easier to let go of things and make peace my daily goal. I experience the simplicity of life unfolding as its own work of art at every stage. I finally feel comfortable in my skin in a way that both honors my human expression that I decided to have at this time on Earth AND my Cosmic connection that merges with me daily in gratitude for the opportunity to experience it all and live out the potentials I can contribute with others to create.

It’s as if both the land all around us where we live – the forests, mountains, lakes, and meadows, as well as the land I’m nurturing into a garden and yard while also supporting its wild, raw nature to do as it pleases, have become one with me.

And the more I drop into that deeper connection within, the more I seem to physically change alongside Nature, naturally.

I love to adorn myself like my flowers and join the dance, but I also love to be raw like the soil, rocks, bark, and moist sprouts. I feel whole in any expression, but only walk in expressions that are me in every moment of my wild heart’s resonance – not for anyone else and not to mirror anyone else.

We are each our own flower and plant within the garden of life – no less or more than any other. Yet, what the land, Nature, and Earth teach us, is that great care is needed to support a thriving, harmonious and abundant garden.

Yes, that’s you!

It’s amazing how much of that rainbow and portal energy keeps showing up in photos, as you’ll see below, especially when I’m out being with all of it, standing stronger in my essence, nurturing myself alongside my copartnering outdoor realm, and adding recognition of the magick that is here with little touches of enchanted beings and portals of my own.

I mentioned that I would share some photos of the yard and garden before things really start to emerge and today’s Earth Day felt like the best time to do that, along with messages of tending to our inner and outer gardens as being equally essential and worth the devotional investment.

I like to document the before and after and to see how much things evolve from onset of one season to the next.

I’ve taken these photos in this post over a period of the last two to three weeks, during which several new friends have joined the garden.

Most of them are solar lights, as I truly love the twilight and night magick they create, but some are simply sweet souls who spoke to me. Some I’ve already shared, so I’ll only introduce the new ones.

We have this cute little blossom snail who lives near one of the new solar faery houses at the pathway entrance.

Then there’s these ever-precious ones – a rabbit riding a tortoise. I just HAD to bring them home as they remind me of Joy and Gaia who were best friends and I really was feeling my Russian Tortoise, Gaia, needed to be part of the garden here along with the rabbits and magickal beings. They are so life-like, it’s truly endearing.

Incredibly, but not surprisingly, look at the energy that showed up RIGHT after I placed them by the gnome and faery portal door at the base of one of the guardian trees where there are also crystals laid in the ground as a path in front of the door.

It took me a little while to hear where they wanted to go, but I think they’re happy here, don’t you?

Then there’s this beautiful mushroom blossom solar light that sits to the right, next to the pathway.

It has a monarch and poppy – like the ones that grow in my garden – on top.

And last, this gorgeous, enchanted moon faery with solar light orb. I just love how she’s holding a star and blowing it a kiss.

And of course you already saw these two twin white bunnies who are ever-so wonderfully overseeing the growth of my yellow lilies.

It’s one happy, secret faery garden family! And still growing!

I have many ideas that are incubating like the seeds beneath the soil.

Check out all these happy wildflower babies reaching for the sunshine!

The rainbow energy and portals seem to confirm a Cosmic smile of the harmony being created here too.

And the forest animals are all expressing their happiness as well. Their fountain and bowl are filled regularly with fresh water, which brings every variety of bird in for baths and drinks, along with chipmunks and squirrels enjoying a nice refreshment too. There’s a chickadee couple that loves to visit me when I’m out watering the garden, but it was this Steller’s Jay just two days ago that was the sweetest.

Usually the Steller’s Jay are much louder and like to boldly vocalize their dominion over certain spaces or at least express their boundaries and voices. This one started off talking in similar fashion, but the tone was different and wanted my attention. Then when he knew he had it his voice softened into what would be similar to a cat’s purr. It was a little bit like a sweet cooing that doves and pigeons make, but more. It reminded me of our parakeets that would fluff out and nuzzle into us warmly with affection. This was a cuddly sweet talk that felt like he was so happy and if I’d been on the branch with him, he would have snuggled into me and expressed his joy.

A love song and dance perhaps? He was definitely quite comfy and pleased.

Equally pleased is the yard out front that’s in a dance of yellow daffodils and wild dandelions right now with even more still on the way that are on their own blooming timelines. We have a large tree on the lawn that will be surrounded by blooms soon, which will look like a faery ring. These current daffodils followed my late Winter, pre-Spring, birthday purple irises. And there will be tulips coming soon too. I intend to plant a ton more bulbs come Autumn.

Step-by-step things evolve.

I spent time clearing the yard and garden, tidying old growth up, and planted a ton of wild flower seeds in the garden to add to all the wild growth already sprouting like crazy. Tiny clover is beginning to return on the lawn in patches. I’m looking forward to seeing it all filled in again. For now, this is a transitional time period where the brown and dried remains of Winter turn over, mirroring our own in between phases.

I’m still waiting for my favorite store to get in their herbs, veggies, and flowers, so I can add some things to my Garden Tower and garden. For now, I did find four little sweet basil plants I added to the Tower for Astrid and they smell SO good.

Well, all of what’s already growing back in the Tower does. The sweet basil is doing really well alongside all of the lovely regrowth from last year of mint, lavender, strawberry plants, wild flowers, thyme, parsley, and other herbs. The basil plants are the only new babies I’ve planted so far. Everything else you see everywhere is what’s naturally coming in on its own.

Incredibly, I even have two baby pine trees that have decided to make the Tower their incubation realm. They’ve been growing there since last Spring. I even have a couple more growing in pots. If they actually are able to stay healthy and strong, I’ll likely let them grow a bit more and then try to transplant them. They seem happy for now though with their friends.

Perhaps the tree frog that made the Tower her home last year wanted her own forest here too. 🙂 I hope she’ll return.

Here in the mountains things take a little longer since temperatures are colder longer and more variable, but there are always those plants and blooms who like to do their own thing and just go all out when ever they please – just as I mentioned before.

We actually had a little snow last night that I saw remnants of on the deck railings, rain the night before, and some snow a day or two before that. It all melts immediately, but things are not predictable here.

Every one of these plants and blooms has a little bit of me in them and vice versa. So, too, does the variety of terrain in the mountains that we have. Even the weather mirrors my own shifting waves of energy and wild unpredictability. We share a symbiotic relationship and the more increased time I spend outdoors, which is daily as it is, the more I relax into me.

And the more me I am, the easier it is to ride any energy currents that flow in and out around me.

The more me I am, the more easily I recognize what is me and what is not me.

The more in touch with myself I feel, the more I can handle things that pop up and they aren’t so surprising.

The more I tend to the garden of me, the more peace, flow, vitality, and compassion I experience.

Our Spring Scorpio Full Moon on this coming Monday night of the 26th is going to be a Super Pink Moon – the first Supermoon of the year.

This could be a more difficult and deeply emotional or triggering Moon to navigate through due to the challenging planetary aspects surrounding it that may bring to surface some unexpected things. With Sun in Taurus and Moon in Scorpio right now, we are being prompted to look at the contrasts of form and transformation, personal joy with the simple and sensual aspects of life and the intangible complexities of shared things, building and comfort and destruction and change, and how we can find balance with these.

This is a time for going deeper and exploring our values and the far-reaching effects they have. While we are in a Taurus cycle of grounding spirit in flesh, Scorpio then calls up the mysterious, secretive, and repressed so that we may need to be more vulnerable in order to understand ways of finding peace within ourselves even when the world seems upside down, or when we are being called to deconstruct, let go, and recreate what we thought was the holy grail of our lives.

The more we can tend our inner gardens, the more we understand the Nature of things and how to partner with them more effectively, if in fact we desire seeing a more thriving world and Earth.

Be bold, brave and unafraid to create those massive Cosmic ripples – this was yesterday’s message from Bald Eagle.

This last photo is from yesterday’s bike ride. The day before, while riding along the lake, I had a vision of Bald Eagle flying near, although did not see one with my eyes. This continued when I was sun bathing on the deck later, feeling Bald Eagle close and like he could land on the roof any minute. Little did I know that the next day we would actually have a visit.

When we arrived to the lake we biked to Dave, who didn’t know I had been thinking about Eagle, asked “When was the last time we saw that one Eagle at the lake here?”

At that moment Eagle flew overhead and landed in the tree across the lake. You can catch glimpse of him here with a second Eagle to the left in the shadows.

I love stuff like that.

When we’re in tune with ourselves, everything conspires in unison.

Eagle symbolizes freedom and courage to look ahead, the value of vulnerable truth and revealing honesty, liberation, electrifying inner vision clarity, embody the Spring, dawn, and new life, and to Native Americans are Earthly incarnations of the Thunderbird spirit who shoots lightning bolts from her/his eyes to invoke revitalization, rebirth, creation, and transformative healing. Eagles carry the messages of spirit and are the divine channels to receive these from.

A perfect messenger for this time of year, the upcoming Full Moon, and the unfolding energies on the planet right now.

Happy Earth Day!

Spring is in the Air ~ Refresh, Updates & Celebrations

Although it was a busy week, I seized some time in nature as a way to both celebrate being home and to balance out my days.

Alongside some gorgeous weather, we also received a fun welcome back snow of a few new inches that added an extension to our Winter fun we enjoyed on our trip, and made up for missing out on the snow that came while we were gone.

The three days of hikes above the lake, lakeside, and in our backyard forest creek area were perfect ways to support and tune into the energies.

You can definitely feel and see Spring in the air and a refreshing new wave of energy sweeping through.

To further amplify the new Spring energy, I got myself a refresh hair cut on the 11th, on the 12th I celebrated the 20 year anniversary of my legal name change to Tania Marie (when I made my middle name my last), welcomed in the Pisces New Moon on the 13th, and then immersed with the beautiful group we had for our online Intuition & Reiki class yesterday, on the 14th, when Daylight Savings Time began.

After class, I received a text from our friend that joined us skiing over my birthday. You might recall that I helped her with her skiing, which was a huge evolution for us both. Well, she texted me some photos of her skiing this weekend with that beaming face and smile of hers, along with hands up in celebration!

Her text read, “I came to Mammoth skiing with my friends and I went down the blue run! It was all thanks to your ski lessons that I was able to join them. Thank you again!” And concluded, “Thank you for opening up the opportunity for my enjoyment.”

AWWWWWW! So, so happy for, and proud of, her. What a perfect New Moon kick off!

And to top off celebrations, at onset of yesterday’s class we took a moment to cheer each other on with the life changes taking place for several, and honored some fellow soul family that have been part of classes in 2020, but were not present yesterday. We acknowledged the incredible upgrades and leaps they are making since going through their full round of Reiki classes – one who is embarking on opening her own hair and wellness salon where she’ll offer Reiki, and another already teaching HER first Reiki class in just nine days beginning with Reiki Level 3 instead of 1! We even had a birthday girl amongst us, whose birthday is today – a very dear soul to us all whom I’m sending out extra beams of love to with this blog. The nature photos here are for you sweet MMM because I know how much you love them! 🙂

My heart was overflowing! I love these beautiful souls so much!

It’s an incredible gift to be able to witness the powerful souls in human bodies that I am lucky enough to support and co-create with, and yesterday’s class was no exception. We are blessed to have the souls that we do on Earth at this time. It fuels much continued hope for me.

I’m feeling much gratitude for a beautiful class. Every joining of souls in these kinds of way is indeed an activation on larger levels.

Thank YOU!

To add to refreshing energies and blossoming beginnings, things are still transitioning with my focuses, work load, and personal space. It’s Spring cleaning time, after all, right?!

So, yes there’s a bit of cleaning, reorganizing, and realigning going on with my office, bedroom closet, and garage shelves, as well as completing all current projects, sessions, and classes so that I will be clear for the next wave of focuses anchoring in.

These are some March reminders to take into account, as I ready for those changes:

Last call for March sessions – I won’t be offering Intuitive Energy Guide Sessions or Reiki Healing Attunements after March. I’ll be taking a break with these to have more time to infuse elsewhere.

Custom Sacred Tattoo and Intentional Art Designs, of course, have already been put on hold – I’m still finishing my last three projects, but then taking a break with these as well.

I did temporarily reopen The Magick Rabbit Etsy Shop, when I returned, for the upcoming Spring and Easter season, but there are no new items currently in it.

I’ll be teaching the last new class of 2021 on March 28th – in just two weeks! There’s 3 spots left if anyone still is interested in joining: Crystal Healing & Reiki ~ Deepening through Integrative Healing Sessions

And last, March 20th – just five days away – is the last day to get applications in for the Mentor Muse 1:1 Immersives. I’m finalizing current ones and scheduling free phone consults so we can align the perfect fit for three people I’ll be working with over the next five months. So, far one spot is full, with two remaining, as I continue processing. I made a personal video thank you on social media to everyone who has been interested. I wanted to share it here, but was unable, so I am extending my personal gratitude to those of you who you who have felt called to step into this new space and who have chosen me to walk this path with you. It’s a huge honor I don’t take lightly and which is why I’m also taking this through layers of initiation so that everything is aligned.

Wishing you all a beautiful start to the week, as we ready for Spring Equinox!

Memories of a Forest

I returned home Tuesday evening from a very nurturing time away, but have been immersed in settling back, completing some projects, and getting a lot of year-end things in place.

Although a second beautiful snow storm was the welcome home here, weather while away saw lots of sunshine and warmth providing my skin with an autumn tan to carry me over through winter.

One of the late afternoon hikes we did, however, took us through this enchanted forest you see pictured throughout this post where a pocket of fall magick awaited, nestled in its own vortex-like zone separate from everything else around.

I shared this little snippet of prose (below) on my Instagram page, but since I’m unable to post anything new yet (hopefully in the next day or two), I thought I’d share it here as well.

I was literally swept away by how the landscape of leaves and scents all around made me feel. The photos don’t do it all justice, but hopefully it might provide you a little bit of the inspiration it did for me.

I literally felt like I was flying on a magick carpet throughout this realm with layers upon layers of floating leaves. The veils were like a magickal web encircling me in a womb of creation. I wonder what was in motion. I guess we’ll see.

Wandering through forests laced with delicate veils of sweet floating leaves suspended in time and nestled in a timeless slumber is pure enchantment.

The landscape felt like a thousand pastel faeries on parade and the scents coddled the heart in warm embrace of memory-laden feelings floating gently in the air.

The nostalgic aroma merged that of an ancient wooden chest of old, eclectic tea leaves with holiday mesquite burning a warming calm in the solar plexus.

Summer’s Lazy Haze

As Summer sweetens into a lazy haze, my bare feet find solace in the thick cool clover reminding me that my blossom friends will return again.

Hints of auburn and gold Autumn hide between pine needles and sneak up each morning after anointment of faery wands dancing through the night.

Late afternoons and darkening evenings glow by the silvery song of the tree frog.

He croaks outside the door to call in a mate and his voice is both sweet and sad. I hope he won’t be alone for long.

This bitter and sweet lingers on the air of transition, as I say goodbye to the last of the foxgloves and hello to the seasonal wildflowers that seem to come and go in a blink.

Life spans are shortened like the days and light, as a mystique rolls in on the Zephyr winds.

Change is rumbling through the Earth and our bones, as seasonal circadian rhythms take on a new dance with the forest creatures in preparation.

My feet sink deeper into the cool clover; toes curling into their memories.

Time Well Spent ~ Nourishing Your Soul Well to Draw Upon When Needed

This weekend’s time was time spent well and exactly the energy needed to fuel this new week ahead. We never know what adventure the day will bring, but we follow where inspiration leads and it takes us where we need to be. It was one of my favorite weekends filled with new explorations beginning with a new hike up a river and waterfall on Friday, returning the next day to relax and read, riverside and lakeside, and then finishing off with yesterday’s epic new trail of ancient and expansive energies.

Mystical, magickal and majestic were just some of the words to describe yesterday’s discovery, although words don’t do what was seen and felt justice. To say it was otherworldly, ancient and transporting is an understatement too, but these Sentinels (the name given to these ancient rocks) were amazing and have much to share.

The trail heading up was full of wildflowers, mysterious forest, and the epic vistas were incredible. This area and these ancient stones are amazing. We’ll definitely return to spend more time soaking in the energies and visions, dive deeper, and extend the hike for the even larger loop, but glad we went now as the wildflowers were in full bloom, which added to the enchantment.

Talk about rich, deep Terra energy and retrieving embedded parts. I actually saw a super sparkly spot atop these rocks that was reflecting like a mirror to the sun’s rays. It radiated like a small beacon and I knew something was there and calling to me, but I decided to leave it a mystery for now and return to explore again or in dream time. I will not forget.

However, it also reminded me that the gems of wisdom lie within us and are there when we need them to draw upon. We have a well of yet unearthed treasures awaiting our invitation to dance with them.

After some deep earthing on the trail yesterday, we then enjoyed another new spot that was a perfect balance to the potent core energies. It was refreshing to soak my dirt-enriched feet in and nourishing for a lakeside picnic.

I find that spirit always guides us to where is most supportive to be and where the perfect blend of energies can be received in our soul well to draw upon for upcoming experiences.

This is certainly true for the full week ahead, as I handle some goals, clear the way for new energies, but also draw upon that soul well for this weekend’s first online Reiki training installment with the fifteen beautiful people ready to go that next step.

These times have been challenging for many to feel rooted because so much is up in the air around us. It has also been hard to remain centered and have that sense of peaceful connection and alignment with the heart and soul guidance you may have felt more clearly before.

Once again, Nature can help with all of this and every time I’m out immersed in the different energies, it is very easy to feel the difference and see where things can be adjusted to keep in balance and flow.

And especially for those of you who feel more inward right now, or in general as your life preference, as well as those of you who struggle to find the external outlets for your more active and fiery drives, Nature isn’t a luxury, but as important as the food and water you need.

You can experience the unseen universal life force that flows between everything when you engage in nature with presence and heart awareness. It isn’t the only way, but it is one way of making the subtle and visceral, more tangible and conscious.

This universal life force energy is Reiki and it’s no wonder that I’m drawn to immerse so much in Nature to support and anchor alignment to this way of life consistently.

It’s also no wonder that such deep Nature experiences were drawn our way this weekend before diving into the upcoming Reiki training.

I always find that these experiences, when embraced, can help to open another layer within us and it is just such a layer I feel is needed for supporting the group during these strange, but potentially rich times.

There is no coincidence that so many are feeling called to open new layers within and step up and into the world in more empowered ways.

I’m grateful and honored to be a part of the activation taking place across the globe through Reiki, which not only is such a powerful tool for personal support, but its collective reach can be astounding. And in these days of distancing, there couldn’t be a greater time for tapping into a channel for embodied activism, which Reiki can support so that we don’t feel helpless and we can offer our gifts to others regardless of where and who we are in the world.

I love seeing people ready to raise their vibration and I get excited to see people actively tapping into their gifts and toolbox (like with Reiki), engaging them to create the world they want to see.

AND I get super excited when people courageously step into an active teaching role to support others to be empowered. This is an example of the ripple effect of how one can touch the many.

It’s how we remember who we are and the Source from which we are expressions of.

I’m reminded of Friday’s trail that took us up the river and waterfall. I shared this on Instagram, but will end by resharing it here.

The rock steps we ascended next to the waterfall reminded me of steps I once climbed to the high temples atop cliffs overlooking the ocean and of incredible stellar architecture high above cratered water passageways. The waters around us here are infused with the essence of long ago. It’s a reason I feel such resonance, as the water carries parts of me I retrieve when in and with them. Water is life and as a Pisces it soothes my soul to hear the whispers it carries and washes over me. And then the visions and memories begin.

From the stars their liquid minds converge with mine. I can hear their songs inside my heart. Their enormity envelops me like a nebula bursting with interstellar brilliance and yet their deep and elusive howls, although eerie like the planets themselves, are light and ethereal like a feather floating at my center. Like whistling helium their spouts blow cosmic essence into the atmosphere, infusing harmony for all to breathe. As I feel each silky mass move with grace through the space between worlds, I hear them whisper, “come back to us.”

I likely won’t post again until next week, as I have things calling my attention to focus on, especially in attuning to the group class beginning Sunday. But I wanted to share the inspiration of the weekend as visual and/or energetic support for your week as well.

Wishing everyone a day and week ahead of new possibilities.

Monday Musings ~ The Writer’s Corner: Magickal Rituals & Tales from the Forest Portal

While I’m immersed in painting portal flow working on an author’s book cover, creative writing has been coming through me in small channeled snippets during a mini novel break. I love how everything interweaves together and supports the other. So, in my own short book hiatus, I’m still very much writing and book focused, with simple musings and artistic inspirations. These are two recent channelings that came through, inspired by the forest and my enchanted garden, which I shared on Instagram and compiled together for my sweet blog friends. I hope you enjoy and/or find your own inspirations from them. One friend called the tree channeling a magickal spell in ritual. In both musings, the words glided through me, but were both me and not me. Enjoy.

INVITATION TO THE GRAND SUMMER BALL

The flower faeries are beginning to appear and invitations to the Grand Summer Ball have gone out.

Some can hardly wait and have thrown on their gowns while they make preparations.

They are the way-showers for all the new faeries of this realm and ensure pollinator guests for when they make their appearance.

The mainstay perennial hosts have returned with vigor and in some cases multiplied with glee. They are cycling in intervals with many yet to bloom and others taking the plunge into early brilliance. They encircle the enchanted garden bed – the ballroom stage for this yearly celebration – awaiting the tiny green shoots newly seeded this year that carpet the realm.

You can’t make them out, but I assure you they sprout with glee to reach the sunshine and join the dance. Sparkling butterfly and dragonfly guardians decided to watch over the garden this year too, and send out beacons to all their family, inviting them to what could likely be the biggest celebration this realm has yet to see.

There’s even been an addition to the serving stations to ensure all forest creatures can easily hydrate during the jubilee. Alongside the larger standing water bowl and bath anchored with a quartz crystal center, there’s now a small sunflower dish with bird hosts watched over by a pair of rabbits with solar succulents that light the way for forest creatures of the in between hours. In this way the ground dwellers like rabbits and mice can sip of its contents, while the birds, chipmunks, squirrels, raccoons, and opposums can continue enjoying the higher water station.

There is much excitement and many whispers throughout the land, calling in the seen and unseen creatures of the forest portal.

Summer Solstice is near and everyone is doing their part to make it a beautiful celebration.

GREAT TREE

Oh Great Tree your roots carry the whispers of times forgotten, your branches see times yet to come, and yet your strength is in the presence you bear witness to unconditionally.

You are a portal to your Mother, The Cosmic Tree, through which multidimensional experience is woven.

Pressing my heart to yours I remember.

Nature is Helping Me to Embody the New

tania (1).jpg

I thought I’d hop on briefly after being away from blogging the last ten days, just to share some of the beauty, special moments, and reflections I’ve experienced during this time. Maybe you’ve felt similar things or this little burst of nature’s inspiration may be exactly the breath of fresh air for you right now. In any event, I hope that you had a beautiful Summer Solstice, however you chose to welcome it in.

I’m still spending most of my time within the inner landscapes, but that is reflected in an increased deepening with nature and immersing even more in her realm.

This mirrors the time we lived in the Magick Bus exploring nature and National Parks for nearly a year and a half when life called me in a new direction. It’s only now that I’m getting what it all meant and where the embodiment of that change was leading.

It’s almost been like getting my feet wet again in body, from what was a resurrection of sorts from the waters of life – actually most literally. I have needed the last couple of years to reacquaint myself with things from a new perspective, which has had me dipping in and out of some things from before, tried out in the now.

Some clothes just haven’t fit, either feeling too tight or too loose – meaning they were still too tied in with the past and the energy I had completed, or they were so new that I wasn’t sure how I felt about them and hence all the extra room to explore.

It’s been a time of allowing what ever wants to move through, letting go of to-do’s, and softening the reflections so that even my process with things doesn’t mirror how I used to process stuff. Life is a soft and gentle focus now. In this way, not only will what ever the new is that comes through be different than before, but the journey will be too.

I find it important for me that nothing mirrors the past, although can weave in the possibilities it held.

It still feels very fresh and I’m only beginning to immerse, as last week was more about the surrender, continued nurturing, and letting nature guide me.

So, with Solstice ringing in Summer, there’s been a ton of outdoor activity. It started Wednesday of last week while we explored a new hike to Cascade Falls – a shorter one, but climbs technically quite a bit. That felt invigorating and perfect for allowing the flow just like the gushes of water cascading down the mountain. Both the climb and the being with the water were perfect metaphors for things.

That same day we went to Baldwin Beach – another new beach for us. There, a mother duck and her seven ducklings visited and after they explored the higher activity of people down a ways from us, they came to rest in peace in front of our umbrella. Another beautiful reflection.

Thursday was a very special day – the two year anniversary of Astrid’s coming home to me at the gateway of Solstice. That’s what these first three photos celebrate. Since Astrid is such a huge part of this new life journey for me, I felt it important to capture some beautiful moments between us in the forest portal backyard of our house.

She was a surprise to me, but as I navigate this next part of my life, Astrid is my greatest guide. Where I have no example for the new I reinvent, she emulates the potential I most admire.

I love this photo below where she and I look merged as one – almost creating a Yin/Yang effect in how her body curves into mine.

Solstice is a very special time of the year for me ever since three years ago my beloved bunny, Joy, transitioned through its portal on that day in a place very dear to me – Montana. She and Astrid came from the same rabbit rescue and I feel that their entering and exiting at this gateway is significant.

The Mayans celebrated Solstice for spiritual initiation and change, creating ceremony to be in harmony with the Earth and Cosmic energies.

I remember the words from my dear shaman friend Amaru in Peru, “Nokan Inti Kani” – meaning “I am the Sun.”

Solstice extends an invitation to join the Sun’s energy and connect with your Higher Self, follow inspiration and dreams, and tune inside to the alchemy of “as within, so without.”

I find nature to be that gateway for me, as are my rabbit companions, and the Cosmos.

The Solstice gateway gifted me this beautiful golden hawk feather that I’m so grateful for.

So every day since Wednesday, nature time increased with tons of mountain biking, hiking, and beach time, as well as late afternoon/evening gardening time upon returning home from the physical activity.

To say I slept well is an understatement, as the deepening into body and moving a lot of energy in a grounding way was both nourishing and took me through cycles of decharge and recharge.

Solstice saw us in Squaw Valley where I enjoyed an intentional walk in the gorgeous meadows by myself anchoring in that new while Dave enjoyed his last day of skiing on the first day of Summer. You’ll see photos below of how beautiful this area is, reminding me of both the Swiss Alps (where I haven’t yet been, but seen photos of) and adored Iceland, as well as my favorite spots in Montana.

Seventeen miles of biking along the Truckee River that day was a way to move the energy and flow like the river.

Twenty two miles of biking the next day continued moving that energy along more gorgeous vistas.

All the while during each ride, allowing visions, thoughts, and feelings to flow, as my body did the integrating.

Two back-to-back hikes to different lakes Sunday followed by a vegan potluck picnic provided continued anchoring and as I said, each day I’d come home and plop myself in the garden planting perennials to create a low maintenance, inspiring, and beautiful backdrop that blends wild with a little intention.

I promised the Faeries of the land many things when moving here and I’m happy to create a special sanctuary for them to play in.

I’ll share more of the front and side gardens, as things blossom, but for now here are my beautiful Portulaca blooms that I adore!

The forest out back is in early stages of bloom, but as you can see they are already creating a welcome carpet to our home for the Faeries.

I just love how the wildflowers are blooming with joy everywhere – and it’s just the beginning. They feel like a love spell on my heart.

And as you can see from the below photos of Squaw Valley meadows, the Truckee River, and Cascade Falls, there’s been an abundance of inspiration all around from Mother Earth – the best nurturer there is.

IMG_20190618_145415386_HDR.jpg

As mentioned, I’m just beginning to immerse into a new realm of exploration within, so all of these good nature vibes are very nurturing to the vulnerable parts feeling safe to come through.

Because I feel that I haven’t much example to draw upon for that new, I feel nature provides me the best template and reflection for the journey.

Cultivating the garden is also very supportive, as my heart guides its creation in reflection of me as well – mostly wild, with woven threads of cultivated pockets that create synergy and harmony.

This last Wednesday I went to my third meditation group meeting that ended in a lovely picnic dinner at the beach with everyone who joined, however I feel it will likely be my last time going (at least for now) because I’m clear my work at home is more aligned for me at this time. I did leave the group with a few book recommendations to help with the “self love” topic, so they at least have some tools for any exploration they may decide to embark on past this month’s theme.

I feel called to explore on my own for now, dipping in and out when the moment calls.

The good news is (at least to me), I feel like I’m in greater alignment with the new path I’m creating than I was before. Remember I mentioned those clothes that felt too tight or too big and loose?

Energetically the ones that felt too big are now taking root and feeling more like home.

And on the literal, tangible level, the continued cleansing of, and weeding through, my closet leaves me with what feels to be the perfect essence of a place I now feel comfortable in heading to.

What’s fascinating is that the five Portal Paintings that found their new home, only just departed from Nevada on the Solstice – Yes! The Solstice of all days! Talk about divine alignment. Even though I dropped them off a week and a half earlier, they didn’t get crated and shipped out until then and so that also feels reflective of this anchoring in and clarity beginning.

The whole wild journey to get them to that point has mirrored so much of the changes I’m going through.

I’m excited for them to arrive in their new home across the country in Athens, Georgia with their amazing co-guardian where they will be open to anyone who wants to visit and meditate/work with them. This new home is being created into a form of a mini healing center welcome to people wanting to immerse in a conscious journey. As things evolve with that, I’ll keep you posted. It’s a way that people can experience them and more, and if at some point they are ready to journey on, they will be available via that portal.

I leave you now to return to my garden so I can complete the last planting I didn’t get a chance to finish yet. It feels integral to the next phase beginning.

What I love is that although the future is unknown and the vision is yet to be seen of how things look, the journey is so much more gentle and peaceful. There are those ebbs and flows, but it’s all naturally unfolding if I listen, allow, honor, and observe.

Do you experience reflections in your life that mirror the changes you’re going through?

My guess is we all do and if we stop to observe things, we’ll see it and make those connections.

If not, how might you create intention around something – like a project, gardening, etc. – to embody the potential you’re being guided to?

It will be interesting to see where the journey leads all of us.
