There are individual and package sessions offered. While I don’t advocate for ongoing support sessions, because I really want people to become empowered and trust in themselves, I also know the reality of changing what can sometimes be life-long or even life-times-long patterns that are lineage and collectively deep does in fact take some consistent commitment to unravel and rewrite. Package options have proved more supportive in establishing new patterns of regularity, and working through the more challenging areas, blind spots, or blocks that build up over time. They also help with the building of new neural pathways and energetic coding to help align you with the next phases of life available, as the process combines energy with experience. Therefore, I am realistic about not making promises and yet also do believe that each person is capable of amazing things. It’s an individual journey and therefore it depends on each person, what depth and frequency of work may be involved. This is a partnership and therefore checking in together to make sure you are empowered during the process, is important to me.

General Info About These Sessions

I offer 1 hour phone sessions to support you with any area of life you find yourself needing clarity, support, insights, and guidance with that can assist you in removing obstacles, blocks, and creating breakthroughs for momentum into new possibilities. While the scope of assistance I provide spans a variety of life journeys you may be moving through, I have a lot of experience where relationship dynamics are concerned, as well as working with the core emotions that are driving your experience and how to shift these to create greater alignment with your intentions.

I can also provide assistance in areas of personal and spiritual growth that either are new openings for you, or that you’d like to take to the next level. One of my strengths is acting as a truth mirror, and my gift is in uncovering the core energy and theme that is feeding current patterns.

These sessions can also be used as a space for mentoring with areas of your life you are wanting to cultivate and take more prominence as your soul path or even as an integrated piece to your life to create more balance because it truly lights you up.

I work with surfacing and shifting this old patterning, helping you to become of aware of what’s behind things and working on ways to release these so that you can start building a more now-authentic life. It does take courage and willingness to look at things vulnerably and commit to the daily steps for implementing the changes you want to see.

Navigating the in between can be tough and these days many are going through major life transitions that can leave one feeling confused, frustrated, stuck in grief, challenged to find hope and inspiration, and even faced with inertia. Many are also opening to new experiences and aren’t sure of where these spiritual awakenings are headed or how to work with the new energies.

I have a lot of experience with a full spectrum of life transitions and navigating that in between has become a strength of mine over time that I feel called to support others with. I have supported many people, in fact, with the actual transition of their animal companions in person and by distance, along with being there for many wild animals in stages of transition, as part of my path is to be a bridge for those who cross over – especially souls in animal bodies.

My journey with not only moving through grief and loss of many of my soul family in animal bodies – the hardest physical losses I’ve been through – as well as losing human friends and family, countless major relationship endings that have included divorces, change of residence, ends and starts to my vocations over the years, and conclusions and rebirths to old and new ways of life, has given me the experience of integrating these major life transitions with greater ease, grace, and seamlessness, along with opening expansive potentials and greater fulfillment.

And in fact, these experiences have been clear transmutations of contrasting emotions into golden life alchemy.

I’ll be opening a few spaces, as I’m able to take on new people.

This, as you know, is a rare offering – the kind that only come if I receive a strong message. And this kind of special is extremely rare as well, but is driven by guidance that the collective is in need of that boost over the threshold.

These are for you if you find yourself in any area of life transition, which can simply be about navigating old ways of being into new ones, and are having challenge on how to move forward emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually, how to navigate the steps and build new foundations, and how to identify optimal perspectives for well being through the process.
