From Grenada to Bimini – Anchoring the Energy for Our Upcoming 12/21/12 Retreat
I will be away on vacation on the small island of Grenada (also known as the “Isle of Spice” and home to The Grenada Chocolate Company that creates organic, vegan dark chocolate 🙂 ) in the Southeastern Caribbean (just 12 degrees north of the equator and northeast of Venezuela) from Sunday 11/4 until Monday 11/12.
Grenada is considered a place to be, not a place to do, even though it is a tropical island with all the usual land and sea activities and day and nightlife. So if you have anything time-sensitive to contact me about, including signing up for the upcoming Bimini journey, please do so before I leave, as I will not have email access while away and intend to retreat from things even if I did. Otherwise, you can send a message, but please understand I will only be able to respond to anything received while away, after the 12th of November. Be assured I will answer all questions and messages promptly at that time.
Never having been to the island of Grenada (at least this life cycle), I believe it is not arbitrary to have been led to it now. The timing of this journey seems synchronously aligned with my personal, and the collective, energetic landscape, and as always, I know that where I am guided to be has a reason. I am excited to see what unfolds energetically and have been guided to take my group of 7 Andara Crystals along to work with while there to help anchor in the energy.
In part, I feel that this trip is in preparation for the upcoming Bimini retreat in December, being that Grenada lies Southeast of Bimini, Bahamas in the Atlantean energy region of the Caribbean. Seems I’m being called to this area to give and receive toward the energy we will be working with, come our journey 12/16 – 12/21. And of course, I can also sense some personal meanings it will support as well.
I find it no coincidence I’ve been receiving and being led to more information about the energy vortex in the outlying waters off Bimini and the significance and impact of the upcoming journey on all those being called to it and for the collective. This energy vortex, where all time stops, is considered one of the most powerful vortexes with the presence of one of the most powerful crystal chambers on Earth.
I stumbled upon this cool little historical tid-bit on a Wikipedia about the Spanish Andalusian composer, Manuel de Falla (one of Spain’s most important musicians of the first half of the 20th century) that shared about his living and composing in Granada from 1921 to 1939. What I found particularly of interest was that while living here he started and completed what he considered to be the most important of all his works, although future generations have not agreed. This large-scale orchestral cantata was titled Atlantida (Atlantis), based on the Catalan text L’Atlantida by Jacint Verdaguer. It shares a mythological account of how the Atlantic ocean was created by the submersion of Atlantis, which separated Spain and Latin America in the process, but recounts how the Spanish discovery of America reunited what was always meant to be connected. The Granada/Grenada connection and the “Atlantida” composition, was a magickal little alignment that spoke to me.
A very cool little nudge and synchronicity for my upcoming trip. Being that I’ve spent extra time attending classical venues, listening to my classical and healing music cds, and sensing more about the ways I’ve impactfully utilized sound healing in this life and others, I feel my journey while in Grenada will incorporate and tap more into this aspect of my life and potentially may reveal inklings I’ve had toward providing in Bimini. We will see.
Needless to say, without going into greater detail, I am grateful for this upcoming trip to Grenada and what it has in store, as well as am heart-ecstatic for the journey that will follow in Bimini, to be shared with the group joining.
With only slightly over 6 weeks until we embark on our magical journey in Bimini, this is the perfect time to feel into your own heart and answer what ever voices are calling you. I know for myself, I have found that there is always a way to manifest what my heart shares as its desires. Things that are meant to be, guided by your Higher Self, aligned with the Divine, and supported with courageous trust, do come to be. I am following this trust implicitly right now on many things I, myself, am feeling guided to do.
There are other powerful spots across the globe as well and many will be led to where and what is right for them as we end this year and approach the 12/21 energies. Whether you feel drawn to Bimini with us, other places, or are feeling the need to create your own sacred journey within, I hope you will honor the messages you receive and follow the guidance of your Higher Self’s knowing of what is in your highest good always.

Wishing everyone a mystical, magical and revealing Halloween, All Hallows’ Eve, Samhain, as the Celtic neopagans and Wiccans know this Gaelic festival to be, or whatever resonates most with you.
Having this day follow the very powerful Taurus Full Moon, indeed lends to the energy of transformative endings, seeing more deeply to the core, understanding the product of your inner harvest, and reaching through the veils to the heart of your values and beliefs to create the new.

Shift Your Frequency with Monatomic Andara Crystals

Being that I am so connected with crystals, they always seem to find their way into my life and always in perfectly synchronous and aligned timing. There are so many variations of crystals and stones so it can constantly be a fun discovery when one I haven’t in this life worked with yet, shows up on my radar and wanders into my experience. There are several I gravitate towards in general, but I have recently been led to work with new crystals that, on a soul level, are so familiar even if seemingly new to this life so far.
I keep noticing how the shifts I am making and experiencing, keep calling for different energies. So to me, it makes sense that I would gravitate toward crystals with energy that aligns with this and can aid taking me the next leg of the journey.
I also move my crystals around in my environment so I can shift the Feng Shui and have those daily working with me, be right beside me. And of course, in waves, there are those that at times are ready to move on.
The most recent crystals that have come to work with me (almost solely) are the Monatomic Andara Crystals. Everything in its divine timing, as their arrival is definitely aligned to have them in my current experience now, rather than before. I like to work with crystals personally before sharing about their energy, as I feel it important to relay first-hand experience.
These very special and powerful healing crystals arrive to us in a rainbow spectrum of gorgeous colors that each share very unique metaphysical properties, which access very high frequencies of light energy.
The following is a summary of information that is widely known about them and what I’ve recently come to learn. Andaras were originally found in the U.S. by Lady Nellie, a 90-year-old half Choctaw Indian medicine woman and shaman in 1967. These Monatomic Andara Crystal Glass come from one of the Earth’s high-energy vortex sites in the High Sierra Nevadas of northern California. (I loved learning this since I lived at Lake Tahoe and Reno for 4 years, which lies in the northern Sierra Nevada region and always felt such a strong tie there because of the energies it has). Another known place is in South Africa. Scientific testing of the soil in the location where they were found has confirmed it to be high in monatomic metallic elements.
These single atom metal elements behave unusually in comparison to normal metals, as in their powder weighing less, their atomic electron spin rate being higher, and highly specialized equipment being needed to even test them.

Andaras are created by the natural heating of their elements – they are primarily composed of Prima Matra (first matter), monatomic metallic elements found in Etherium powders – to extremely high temperatures that transmute to produce a glass-like material. Monatomic elements have been confirmed with such properties as being able to pass their vibrational energy to other objects, being first-matter elements, and being used over the years for healing and raising of consciousness, to name a few.
The Prima Matra is the result of combining an inter-dimensional implosion taking place billions of year ago with natural factors such as heat and pressure later. This resulted in the crystal glass with enhanced properties of its Etherium Powders that resonates at the same proven frequency as the original Prima Matra.
Andara Crystals are known as one of the master crystals with healing vibrations that are from another world. They are thought by some to be the highest vibrational crystals because they contain Prima Matra (which combines 70 minerals). In general, they support us to move multi-dimensionally through space and time, to increase our awareness and raise our vibrations to access universal knowledge and connect with beings from higher realms, to detoxify negativity and balance and cleanse the chakras, assist our ability for energy channeling, powerfully heal, and accelerate spiritual development, awareness and manifesting abilities. In addition, each unique Andara embodies specific properties that focus their energy and our work with them. They are translucent, luminescent glass-like crystals of beautiful transparent colors and share an energy simply not experienced from any other material. Their energy is an anchoring of bleed through connected to Mu/Lemuria and “other” multidimensional realms.
I’m still discovering these amazing Andaras, but can say that from the moment one was in my hand producing chills, everything has shifted into another frequency and with great speed into a new experience of direct access aligned with my intentions and the Earth experience acceleration. I daily work with them, take them with me on hikes, sleep with them under my pillow and find them to be simply stunning in every way. I know that many others have been working with them for quite some time and more people are becoming aware of their powerful energy and feeling drawn to them right now too. They are definitely part of the new energy we are creating and will call to those ready to work with them, as crystals do! I can’t say enough about them and am grateful to have been guided to these amazing beings. I definitely recognize them as long lost friends.

If you are drawn to these crystalline beings, make sure to get them from a true source. Use your intuition and let your heart guide you, as to which are meant to work with you. They can definitely support all of shifts you are experiencing and would like to experience.
What Do You Value? – Full Moon in Taurus Opportunity for Change

It’s a Full Moon in Taurus and quite the pivotal Full Moon it is. The energies present can powerfully transform your life if you are willing to work with, rather than fight or deny them. With so much going on right now on the personal and global scenes, the Full Moon energies are mirroring for us ways in which we can assist the changes into a different experience.
We are working with the energies of Taurus (a very grounded, physical, sensual, earthy, nature-loving, artistic, resourceful, consistent and persistent sign that teaches us about value, self worth, and building anew) and Scorpio (an intensely transformational, deep – to the point of hidden, regenerative, healing, complex, mysterious, mystical, supernatural, sexual, and emotional sign that forces us to confront our fears and release what we have outgrown) during this Full Moon.
It’s no wonder why when you couple these two partnering energies there is a sense of impending “get things done” energy.
The Full Moon in Taurus offers you the opportunity to move through any stuck energies in your life and detach from everything toxic and unhealthy. It also provides the space to go within and get in touch with your deepest core and spiritual values that will support your emotional well being. Definitely a perfect time for purging on all fronts of everything that no longer serves your highest good. In turn, this affects the collective landscape of experience as well.
This is a great time to clean out, take stock of what you value, learn from, and thank and bless the things you let go of for what they have provided in your life. Concentrate your energies on your intentions with heart-commitment. This is a chance to transmute the old and release it so you are ready to accept the new. Doorways will open that were not present before, by embracing this natural metamorphosis that renews through the death cycle of letting go.
Taurus supports the empowering of personal power, as you learn what is worth building by examining all of the core values you operate from. Taurus also teaches you to be a responsible and loving steward of the Earth and to gently care for her as a mirror of our relationship to self and others – appreciating all she provides and interacting with her with healing love.
Taurus comes to us in Spring, symbolizing new birth, hope and promise of life, while Scorpio enters in the Fall to help us to confront our deepest fears experienced in life and to support their transformation so we can regain power through embracing this “death” of the old.
Scorpio helps us to see deeply in life and dive into our personal and collective unconscious to understand the hidden energies that are navigating our lives. It supports your understanding of how you relate to and share those values you discover with others and how these play out in your relationships over life and lives. Scorpio is about your emotional truth that can be uncomfortable to really look at with transparent honesty. During this Full Moon, you are being provided energy to help understand the emotional wounds so you can move into an experience of deeper intimacy in your relationships within and without – with yourself, with others, and with the Earth and Cosmos at large.
So, during the influences of this Full Moon, you can see that not only does reevaluating our personal lives come into play, but as we weigh these wise considerations, we are making value choices that will affect the interests of life for the collective whole and will be the foundations of the New Earth we are birthing. We have the chance to make conscious choices that will either move us toward greater growth or that will keep us stuck. Taurus and Scorpio work in balance to assist the purging of anything not working towards that greater good and growth and to take committed stance on expressing and demonstrating those values through consistent life choices.
This is also why it has been a challenging time for many, as so much is in this process of transformation. This is bringing up every possible hidden thing you have not addressed, perhaps denied, projected outwardly, haven’t yet integrated the message that was given to you, and repressed, so that you can face it in grounded strength in order to create healing integration and learn the alchemy of transmutation.
No longer can you run from the important things needing your attention. When you lovingly face and embrace what you are being shown, this energy supports amazing results awaiting you. I know for myself, in working through some of my own core mirrors and values that were knocking at my door this year, things that were grating at me for a while have transformed amazingly by my willingness to integrate them. I heard that the end of 2012 is a time of transmuting the last of our 3-D karma and I would have to say in my own personal life and experience, that this feels very true. The lightness I am feeling by facing the emotional truths from karmic things in my own life, is providing the wholeness needed to walk through the new doors of experience. I listened to the signs, including breaking my foot twice this year under stressful times, and took the messages seriously to heart. The results are continually gifting me beautiful experiences of which I’m grateful for.
If you are willing to commit to the process, which can be very challenging at first (but doesn’t have to be hard), there is a pot of gold at the end of the journey. This is a great time to also create and manifest big things, as you transform within and complete, clean, and change things. Being that Taurus is a very physical energy, you may also experience a lot of things within the body right now as a mirror of what you are working with. This can include tension and a lot of inner drive to do physical things. Moving your body in whatever way feels appropriate will assist the movement of energy, so it does not get blocked. And as always, remember balance. Be mindful that with sensual Taurus energy you may have the desire to emotionally indulge in things of the physical senses. Now, more than ever, let moderation be your guide and keep that gentle and healthy flow – extremes will be counter-productive.
There is amazing opportunity in the present energies for you to harness. You can become the creator of your life when you understand how to work with them. Know that you are being supported on your courageous journey, that we are all in this together, and that you do have everything you need within you.

The message also tied back into my memories yesterday from my post on soul connections I cherish and specifically reminding me of one of the magical adventures Laura and I had when we were drawn to pick up the The Matrix at a local video store on our personal retreat in Mendocino, to review it, which led us to synchronously re-“bump” into a Druid friend – a trip that changed our lives. It also had me thinking on the line I wrote in yesterday’s post about coming to a fork in the road and creating a spiral staircase to the sky. Imagine and create, create! ❤

Near or Far – You’re Always in My Heart

Answers received to some big questions recently, have had me connecting dots and understanding what I’ve been weaving since birth. It’s all revealing some adventurous new developments within my reach to joyously manifest in the coming months. This expanding core relationship within, is showing me the way it is translating outwardly, simply by allowing authenticity to live.
Look within your heart and ask…
It’s like reaching a fork in the road, but rather than only choosing from one of the path choices that lay ahead, I’m able to see and create a spiral staircase to the sky.
The new inspirations led me to ponder how it relates to who I am at heart and my soul mission, bringing me to reflect on the amazingly beautiful connections that fill my life with soulful friendships all around the globe. I find great peace, joy and comfort in the way this translates in my life.
I know many have found precious connections with people they either have never met in person, or perhaps have only met once, and yet maintain the most powerful bond that transcends all time and space.
It’s testament to our being a collective family and that there truly is no physical distance that can lessen the bonds we share. There is only eternal unity.
There are also those that despite all odds, find their way together in the physical as well. And that is a joyous celebration when we unite on all levels. Such was the case with my twin soul, Nestor, and our finding each other once again in this life.
However, the connections are experienced, the bottom line for me is they exist, they fill my heart, and having these depth-full experiences , alongside the connections with my celestial support system and my connection within, I never feel alone anymore.
Words can’t embrace the gratitude and magnitude of how I feel about the experiences of these friendships. I cherish the soul sisters and brothers I have had the opportunity to reconnect with and each day am awed by the synchronous way we all continue to connect more and more with our collective families.
Synchronously, as I’ve been pondering this and the ways it is getting woven into the fabric of new paths I’m being shown, my dear friend Kate Magic, whom you may have remembered from an interview she did with me last year about the significance of spiritual tattoos and my book, Spiritual Skin, arrived back in town just yesterday. My bestest faery sister, Laura Bruno, whom many of you also know and have heard about the many fun and pivotal, magical journeys she and I have shared, was the instrumental nudge in connecting Kate and I. (By the way, Laura, if you’re reading this, I’m looking forward to a faery gathering soon! <3)
Last year, Kate and I had the opportunity to meet in person for the first time when she was out on visit here from the UK. She and I have maintained a beautiful friendship over the year (which seems to have sped by in the blink of an eye) and when she returned this year, we were able to pick right back up, as she stayed here with us overnight, allowing some quality time over the last couple of days. I remember, once we connected, it was a “magical” 🙂 rekindled soul remembrance. For those who haven’t heard about Kate, she is one of the world’s best loved raw foods and superfoods experts and author, but most importantly, she is a beautiful, radiating light.
In our conversing, we could relate how each of us share the same kind of journey with our service and soul joy missions we are on and that this takes us on these beautiful journeys with others all over the world, whether literally or soul traveling in our hearts with those we love. What a blessing!
This is one example of all things coming together that support our finding meaningful relationships in our lives in the most seemingly arbitrary ways, but exactly when we need, and are ready, for them. (Sometimes you just need to take off your sunglasses in order to see the ever-present shining light.) It also, not only speaks to the boundless unity we share collectively, but also that there will always be more cycling into our lives at the most beautiful and pivotal moments.
I’ve been thinking about this and in my heart, honoring and cherishing the beautiful friends I have been so lucky to find and so lucky to have been found by, both near and far. No matter the distance, time not spent in physical communication or relating, or shifting energies that transform things while they reconfigure supportively, it’s always a seamless flow when things do allow for the reconvening of communion to take place. In the interim, its an unspoken bond that connects and is ever-present. Each soul comes in and out of our lives in divine timing and as we set them up previous to coming into this life. I look forward to the stars aligning and new intents to manifest that will bring not only more connections into light, but the in-person relating as well.
These kind of connections are the food to my soul and for me, is the unique way my soul experiences things. I know many share this kind of experience with others across the globe, where the connections are just so remarkable, it truly doesn’t matter where each of you are, as you’re always connected in your heart. The same happens with those you remarkably find living just down the street or under your nose in some way, and suddenly it sneaks up on you and pinches you, right when you asked for it.
We all have different needs and ways about us, but underlying it all, is a mutual heart connection we all value, however that translates. I’m grateful for the loving support shown and given to me by my precious friends, not only when the light is shining as others may want to experience it, but also in my times of challenge, through my quirks and oddities as an unusually unique being, and through the frequent shifts my journey takes me on. To my beloved soul family of friends, near and far, I love you. You’re always in my heart and carried with me everywhere I may be and go. I look forward to connecting with more of you in new ways soon.

It’s been a while since my last newsletter update. I post updates here on my blog consistently, but not everyone that I’m in connection with follows the posts. So, seasonally, and when a lot of new things and important messages come through, I take time to share them via my newsletter.

In Home Reiki – Bringing Peace & Balance to You

In today’s fast-paced world of time shifts, acceleration, and influx of new energies to assimilate alongside the day-to-day routines, taking time to nurture your needs is not a luxury, as your well-being determines everything else you are intending to create.

For those that aren’t aware, I have been a practicing Reiki Master Teacher, teaching and treating standard Usui Reiki since early 2007, offering my supportive services of Reiki treatment sessions and classes. Many of my current clients I assist by distance, however, I also have been providing in-person treatments alongside these. This makes it more convenient for those who enjoy the more hands-on connection and need a good excuse to stop everything for an hour to just “be” with themselves, supported in loving Universal Life Force Energy.
Whether its relaxation or relief you desire, Reiki is a gentle and beautiful way to help balance, harmonize and restore your energy systems. MAKING AN APPOINTMENT:

I prefer to arrive approximately 15 minutes before the session to set up the massage table and to prepare a harmonious flow in the space, which will assist in an optimal experience.
I will provide the massage table (unless you have one yourself), music, and any other tools I may feel called to bring, as in crystals, aromatherapy, etc.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
The treatment will last 1 hour for which you will be fully clothed as you lay comfortably on the massage table. Your feeling of relaxation will be like you would experience from a massage, minus the manipulation of skin or tissue. I simply, intuitively, and systematically place my hands over, lightly on, and around your body from head to toe, front and back. The feelings and sensations vary for each person and even with each session, depending on your body’s receptivity at the time. General experiences are of deep relaxation, floating sensations, feeling heat or warmth, cold, tingling, etc. Different thoughts, emotions, and visions are possible. Unicorn of the Sea – Dream Messages from the Narwhal

Last night I had an unusual dream in which I was swimming with a white Narwhal. This Animal Spirit has never shown up before, so I found it particularly interesting and worth looking into. The dream was extensive, overlapping other elements, but the part involving the Narwhal was quite beautiful.
I had first been swimming in relatively shallow waters, that almost seemed to be inside some large vast area, which was like a large, dark cave. As I swam I engaged with different sea creatures including what seemed to be a shark, but upon the shark approaching it turned into this lovely Narwhal with a very long tusk.
It gently swam around me and seemed to almost delicately dance with me in the water, as it gingerly moved its tusk around, front and back, to my sides, between my legs, yet without ever touching. It seemed to be very conscious of not hurting me with it and yet engaging with me in an energetic and beautiful way.
Narwhals are rarely seen, very social, Arctic whales that swim in pods like the dolphins. In general, not much is fully known about these unique cetaceans. In the winter they are found deep-water beneath the ice packs in groups of 5-10, but in the summer they migrate to shallow, ice-free summer grounds and congregate with larger groups – they often travel in groups of 20 or 30 and form herds of up to 1,000 during migrations. Rarely are they far from ice, but some times in the summer they enter estuaries, deep fjords, and bays. They are a very vocal species of whale, making clicks, squeals, and whistles to communicate and navigate. They are darkest when born with mottled blackish-brown markings on white background and with age they become whiter – old males becoming almost completely pure white (just like our Unicorn friends).
The most visibly unique characteristic of the Narwhal is its single (rarely double) very long tusk, which ultimately is a tooth. All Narwhals have two teeth in their upper jaw, otherwise they are completely toothless. After the first year of a male’s life, his left tooth begins to grow spirally outward from the left side of the upper jaw and forms a left-handed helix (counterclockwise direction). The tusk continues to grow throughout life and can get 12-18 feet long and has a hollow interior. Roughly 1 in 500 males have two tusks, which happens when the right tooth also grows out. Females have shorter, straighter tusks and only one is recorded to ever have 2.
There are different theories about their tusks, although uncertain – perhaps used as a jousting weapon in courtship and dominance rivalry, in obtaining food, and/or for channeling and amplifying sonar pulses, which they emit. The tusk is not used in hunting. Tusking is a behavior in which male narwhals rub their tusks together – perhaps determining dominance in the group. Another broadly accepted theory for the tusk’s role is as a secondary sexual characteristic much like the lion’s mane or peacock’s feathers. It may also be a sensory organ.
In any event, in my dream it seemed the use of the Narwhal’s tusk was more aligned with the channeling of sonar pulses in an energetic sacred water dance.
In medieval times, Narwhal sightings were linked with the Unicorn legends. Medieval Europeans believed the washed-ashore tusks to be the horns from the mythical and legendary Unicorn and were considered to have magic powers, including the ability to cure poison and melancholia. For this reason, they were very valuable to the Vikings and other northern traders.
Animal Spirit Guides/Totems/Power Animals are essential to shamanic practice, as shamans believe that everyone has power animals. These power animals act as guides or angels, imbuing their individual energy, power and wisdom to guide, heal and protect you. They provide the wisdom of their kind and are not only limited to mammals, but can also be reptiles, insects and sea creatures. Any living creature can serve as a power animal and plants and trees can serve as plant spirit guides, providing their own wisdom.
So of course when the very unique, white Narwhal showed up for me in a clear dream I could recall, it seemed significant to do some research and understand this mystical creature and its messages of energetic support to me – both in terms of its natural behaviors and its mystical symbolism. Being one who pays attention to and reads signs, I know there was something to learn, a code to unravel, it was a key to unlock something, or it was a magical connection to support change, the current experiences I’m navigating, and new doors I’m going through.
The one thing I HAVE always known of the Narwhal is that it is considered to be the “Sea Unicorn.” And that in and of itself sheds layers of deep and meaningful symbolism. They are also known as the shape-shifting servant to the Sea Goddess and since the tusk is connected with that of the Unicorn’s, they carry similar wisdom of its magic, but rather than reigning the realm of the faeries and forests, the Narwhal reigns as the enchanted being of the sea.
Other meanings of their wisdom and symbolism I found include:
- nourishing others
- interaction between people and nature
- understanding the meaningfulness and depth of issues – diving below the surface – they’re known to dive extremely deep in very chilly, dark, unknown ocean bottoms to search for food
- understanding more deeply than others in general
- freedom/resisting captivity (they are not known to do well in captivity at all and tend to die there)
- their ability to break the ice lends to being able to poke holes in false fronts and the theories of others
- ability to detect subtle changes in the environment in order to avoid becoming trapped
- the body as a weapon
- balance
- achievement
- mystery – so much about them and what they do and how they spend their time is unknown
- magic – their tusks were used to make cups thought to negate any poison
I found its behavior in my dream, interacting so intimately with me, to be significant too, when I discovered that they are shy of humans, even though quite social among their kind exclusively. There was definite deliberate connecting being made. And upon further investigation of this information and coming to understand their unique qualities and symbolism, shared here and received through sensing, I can definitely connect the dots why this magical being journeyed with me last night. Not to mention, I did ask questions to be revealed in dream time when my head hit the pillow. 🙂

The Power of Your Intuition – It Knows!

The answers lie within
A recurring message that appears, in order to teach myself to not only listen to, but fully, consistently, and actively support, is that of trusting my intuition. I am continually reminded that my intuition always knows best what is for the highest good, but it is when I ingeniously find ways not to completely honor it that things don’t flow, produce opposite results than intended, and simply come up short for everyone involved – not just myself.
Like with everything, there is no end to exercising, practicing and going deeper with the things we are developing, nurturing and expanding. Every experience is another layer revealed and a new depth we are taken to, once learned and embraced.
Sometimes the challenge for highly intuitive and creative people is to bring the same amount of strong trust and spontaneous action into the world outside of the bounds of your art form. But the good news is, since the gift is already obviously present, it’s just a matter of allowing it to spread through all other areas of life by erasing the imaginary boundaries between the two worlds – your art form and your experiences outside of your art form.
Every now and then I remind myself with loud messages from my intuitive knowingness (about specific areas/experiences in my life I’m putting to closure), if I haven’t heeded the softer messages. What I’ve found is that sometimes when I receive its clarity, rather than have my intellect be the powerfully supportive tool that gives expression to my intuitive wisdom, I allow it to ingeniously try to work out how to tweak things into what would “seem” to be more beneficial. It has good intentions, but if not aligned with the wisdom already embodied within the intuitive clarity that is connected to Source, this “good-intended” rationalizing simply works against it rather than supports it.
The key is, intuition knows what is in the highest good and therefore to rationalize out how to make that into a new form that would be better, simply doesn’t make sense.
Something else I’ve observed as a theme around, with many, is how the mind doesn’t always give itself away with flat out judgments or easily caught fears, as in saying “that’s a foolish idea” or “I don’t think that will work” or “that’s crazy!” Sometimes it works more ingeniously (behind the scenes and in self-sabotage to challenge you to greater depths) and rather than actively support intuition, it can devise ways that fit into the framework of the “idea of” the spiritual beliefs and heart intentions you are working towards having – in essence superficially “talking the talk,” rather than “walking the walk.” The intellect can try to make it fit into all these new framework “idea boxes” rather than realize it already perfectly “was” the core essence of the “walk” in its original, natural origin, but it needs to be anchored and actively HEART-CORE-expressed.
However it plays out, everything is in perfect order and divine alignment. Even if you don’t follow your intuition the first time, you get the chance to heed the message of the result, so that you can more consciously be aware of and choose more wisely, next time. And for many, including myself, this can some times take more than one go around, but I guarantee if you’re committed to evolution and growth, you’ll hear the message loud and clear at some point! And when you do, the timing of choosing to follow it will be the perfect timing for you.
Another thing to realize is that often times you can follow your intuition, but if you have lingering voices of doubt, fear, or have allowed others’ voices of the same to pervade your inner environment, then acting upon your intuition can still be affected and perhaps not provide the fullness of what it could have if purely expressed. There are times when I receive the intuitive hit and then being a sensitive, allow others’ feelings to filter into my experience, and if I still proceed with my first intuitive nudge, unless I fully release everything other than me, and step into my own reality, the intuitive hit still won’t come to fruition. This is a reminder of self empowerment and the need to strengthen what I know my own gifts are and to not allow anything to interfere with that – to stay focused and in MY heart, thank everything for what it shows me and release it.
Even if what your intuition tells you is very different than the way others do things, that’s likely the exact reason why it will work. Because it is unique to YOU and the expression of YOUR energy, gifts, and authenticity. To do anything other than what is uniquely within you, will fail to provide the results you desire in one way or another.
Once you do receive the message, embrace all that it reveals about yourself, release and integrate it, and honor new commitments to the Source within you that are aligned with the power of the Universe, you have chosen a new empowered, courageous, and magical story to write. For me, I know each time this happens with new lessons learned, it provides greater sense of clarity, depth, strength and lightness for the new chapter to begin.
