Monthly Archives: February 2013

Like my dear Laura Bruno, I have been receiving a lot of questions and concerns from both friends and clients alike about challenging experiences that seem to be hitting many people’s lives right now. When I read Laura’s post today from Flash Silvermoon sharing her Astroflash Monthly Horoscope for March 2013, directly and synchronously after answering a client in need, I felt it was a nudge to share her post. You can read the entire post through the reblog here that Laura posted, which includes links directly to Flash Silvermoon’s site. Being a full-fledged Pisces, I know both the magick and the challenges that come with the Piscean energy, so I am a bit more equipped and at home during such profound and powerful Piscean influences to navigate the waters. However, it can be tough if you don’t have any means to navigate with and no map to guide the way. I hope that what Flash Silvermoon shares, can help alleviate some of the anxiety over what you may be experiencing and not understanding, as well as perhaps provide some pointers to help make things a bit smoother. The key thing that stood out to me (something I’ve been focused on too) from her very thorough and insightful sharing was this message: “With all of this very inflammatory energy manifesting at this time which tends to inflate everything, I would do all that you can to promote peace and make the choice to stay in Love instead of Fear. You have the choice to be that shining example as you use the transforming fire in your belly to stand for what is right and release the war that lives inside of you.” Sending loving and peaceful energy to your heart ❤

Flash Silvermoon: Astroflash Monthly HOroscope for March 2013

March floats in on a wave of Neptunian splendor and doubt turning our astrological world inside out. It looks good, feels good but what is really going on? To start with, since February 23 we have had our reality swishing around in the retrograde Mercury in Pisces soup. If you have been reading Astroflash, my monthly horoscope, you have heard me speaking about negotiating the “perils” of the dreaded Mercury Retrograde and of course it really is not what you could call perilous. More about that later.

In addition to a murky retro Mercury in Pisces, the month begins…

Seeing All 4’s – Symbolism of the Number Four and Its Repetition

444Since it has become more than uncanny how many times and at such poignant moments the “4 energy” keeps showing up for me the last several months (and increasing by the hour), I thought I’d delve into more than the simple meanings and symbolism I already was aware of for this number vibration and repetitive message, and see what else it reveals. Rather than just keep the information to myself, I thought it might be fun and perhaps synchronous for others to read some of this “just in case” you, too, have been experiencing this phenomena in your life – as it does always seem to be that our collective experiences are aligned 😉

While I also see many other repetitive number pattern sequences, like 1’s, 2’s, 3’s, and 5’s, the 4’s have been very, very poignant and increasingly multiplying more than any other recently. I can’t begin to tell you all the unusual, interesting, synchronous, and miraculous ways repeating 4’s show up in clocks that don’t work, exact moments of thoughts and major experiences, as well as $ amounts on pivotal things/timing that herald a marker of support in beautiful and expansive ways – all feeling like a green light of being on path. I am thankful beyond words for the support, which is received in heart-full embrace and loving gratitude.

Needless to say, I find the “4” symbolism to be very accurate and reflective of things for me energetically in my life at this time based on my focuses, resonation, where I feel drawn, and what I am experiencing supportively. Below you’ll find some insights into the meaning behind the number 4 and the messages linked to seeing it repetitively from various sources. Happy number fun to you!

Avia Venefica of Whats-Your-Sign.com shares:

Four: The symbolic meaning of number Four deals with stability and invokes the grounded nature of all things. Consider the four seasons, four directions, four elements all these amazingly powerful essences wrapped up in the nice square package of Four. Fours represent solidity, calmness, and home. A recurrence of Four in your life may signify the need to get back to your roots, center yourself, or even “plant” yourself. Fours also indicate a need for persistence and endurance.

Numbers and Their Meanings from Crystalinks.com has some really great information:

Four (4)

Four is the 4th dimension = time which is illusion.
Four is seen as the first solid number. Spatial in scheme or order in manifestation.
Static as opposed to the circular and the dynamic
Wholeness; totality; completion; solid
Earth; order
Rational – relativity and justice
Symbol of measurement
Foundation

The are four cardinal points; four seasons; four winds; four directions (as in North, South, East, West); four elements (Fire, Water, Air, Earth) in the western culture.

There are four sides to a square; four arms to a cross. There are four rivers to Paradise, that formed a cross (the Garden of Eden was said to be within the four rivers). Within Paradise were four infernal regions, seas, and sacred mountains. There are four watches of the night and day, quarters of the moon. There are four quarters to the earth. There are four tetramorphs. The Divine Quaternity is in direct contrast to the Trinity. Four is a symbolic number used throughout in the Old Testament. The quaternary can be depicted as the quatrefoil as well as the square and the cross.

Cultural References Native American: As in other cultures, ceremonies and ritual acts are repeated in fours. The Native Amercican cultures have used the number 4 most frequently as in the four cardinal directions. The four winds are depicted by the symbol of the cross and by the symbol of the swastika. The swastika as some misbelieve was not created by Hitler. It was instead borrowed from the Native American and occult beliefs of which Hitler had great interests. Hitler derived his “insanity” of power from his misdirected interpretation and use of metaphysical principles. He used knowledge that his human consciousness couldn’t possibly understand and the use of this knowledge for personal gain is part of the imbalance that creates the chaos and karma.

Buddhism: The Damba Tree of Life has four limbs and from its roots four sacred streams of Paradise that represent the the four boundless wishes of compassion, affection, love impartiality. It also represents the four directions of the heart as well.

Chinese Buddism: there are four celestial guardians of cardinal points are Mo-li Ch’ing, the East, with the jade ring and spear; Virupaksha, the West, the Far-gazer, with the four-stringed quitar; Virudhaka, the South, with the umbrella of choas and darkness and earthquakes; Vaisravenna, the North, with the whips, leopard-skin bag, snake and pearl.

Chinese: Four is the number of the Earth, symbolized by the square. There are four streams of immortality. Four is even an number. It is Yin in polarity.

Christian: Four is the number representing the body, with three representing the soul. Again we see the theme of the four rivers in Paradise. There are four Gospels, Evangelists, chef arch-angels, chef-devils, four Fathers of the Church, Great Prophets. There are four cardinal virtues–prudence, fortitude, justice, temperance. The are four winds from which the One Spirit is said to come. There are four horsemen of the Apocalypse.

Revelation: There are four angels standing at the four corners of the Earth, holding back the four winds of the earth (Rev 7:1). The great multitude from every nation, tribe, people and language (four-fold description) – Rev 5:9 11:9 13:7 14:6 the four-fold description indicates that these people come from all over the earth.

Egyptian: Four is the sacred number of Time, measurement of the sun. Four pillars support the vault of heaven. There are four canopic jars placed around the dead at the four corners guarded by the four sons of Horus who are associated with the cardinal points. In the Hermetic it is the divine quaternity. It represents God.

Gnostic: belief in Barbelo, the Four-ness of God.

Greek: Four is the sacred number of Hermes.

Hebrew: Four represents measuring; beneficence; intelligence. In the Kabbalah four is memory; four represents the four worlds of the Kabbalah. It also represents the four directions of space and the four levels of the hierarchical organism of the Torah.

Hindu: Four is Totality; plenitude; perfection. Brahma, the Creator is four faced. The temple is based on the four sides of the square, symbolizing order and finality. There are four tattvas the four bodies bodies of human and kingdoms of nature which are animal, vegetable, mineral, mind. There are four yugas. Four is the winning throw of the dice. There are four castes and pairs of opposites.

Islamic: tradition the four terms of the quaternary are the Principle which is Creator; Universal Spirit; Universal Soul; and the primordial matter. These correspond to the four worlds of Kabbalism. There are four angelic beings and four houses of death. There are four levels to the Bardo.

Mayan culture four giants support the celestial roof. Four is seen as the number of support .

Pythagorean: Four is Perfection; harmonious proportion; justice; the earth. Four is the number of the Pythagorean oath. Four and ten are divinities. The Tetraktys 1+2+3+4=10.

Scandinavian: there are four rivers of milk flowing in Asgard.

Sumero-Semitic: Four astral gods are indentified with the four cardinal points.

Teutonic: four dwarfs support the world.

Taoist: There are four celestial guardians, Li, with the pagoda; Ma, with the sword; Cho with two swords; Wen with a spiked club.

Numerology369.com’s Numerology: Symbolic Meanings of Numbers shares:

4 – FOUR – Symbolically number 4 represents the cross and quadrant. It points to something strong,
perceptible and material that we can recognize on our own. Since it is related to the cross, number 4
signifies integrity and plentifulness.

There are four basic elements (water, earth, wind and fire), four phases of the Moon, four seasons,
and four directions (north, south, east and west). According to the theory of Pythagoras (582 – 500
BC), a Greek philosopher and mathematician, number 4 symbolizes a decade that is the sum of the
first four cardinal numbers (1+2+3+4=10). In the last book of the New Testament, number 4 symbolizes
four riders of the Apocalypse (war, civil strife, hunger and death). Tetrad, a cardinal number
representing the sum of 1 and 3, is seen as the symbol of the unified world.

THE QUALITIES OF PEOPLE WITH NUMEROLOGICAL 4

People with number 4 are active, hard-working, systematic, diligent, careful, objective, firm, introverted,
serious, patient, reserved, thoughtful, sensible, analytic, calm, orderly and loyal.

PsychicJoanne.hubpages.com’s Angel Numbers – Recurring 4’s has this to say:

Attributes of the Number 4

The essence of the number 4 is security, diligent work and strong foundations. It represents the four elements of Air, Fire, Water and Earth, and the four sacred directions, North, South, East and West.

The number 4 symbolizes the principle of putting ideas into form and it signifies work and productivity. The 4 energy is constructive, realistic, traditional and cautious and is the number of system, order and management. This vibration is to do with energy, harmony and co-operation and it is the door to illumination and/or initiation.

When 4’s consistently appear it indicates that your angels are all around you and with you. They are offering you support and inner-strength to enable you to get the necessary work done. They understand that you are toiling towards your goal and ask that you call upon them for help, support, guidance and the emotions of love and security.

The 44 sequence indicates that the angels are surrounding you at this time, loving and supporting you. You have a very strong and clear connection with the angelic realm and are asked to use it to your advantage, and for the benefit of others.

The message of the 444 number sequence is that you have nothing to fear … all is as it should be, and all is well. Things that you have been working on or with will be successful. 444 is an indication that you are being surrounded by angels who love and support you and their help is close at hand, always.

When the number sequence 4444 appears repeatedly, it is an indication that you are surrounded by your angels. These angels are at your side to reassure you of their presence, love and help. Your angels are watching out for you and supporting you in your work and day to day life. 4444 is a message from the angels that their help is nearby and all you need to do is ask for their assistance.

Also from Psychic Joanne, some information on what it means when number patterns repeat themselves in your experience: Angel Numbers Repetitive Number Sequences

And of course this simple message many have come to know from Doreen Virtue’s Number Sequences from the Angels that mirrors Joanne’s sharings:

444 – The angels are surrounding you now, reassuring you of their love and help. Don’t worry because the angels’ help is nearby.

______________________________________________________________________________________________

Whether or not you are experiencing the repetitive 4 sequences, may you always realize you are supported and loved, and the angelic realm is there to assist if you ask. Simply recognize your divinity, condition yourself to be more present to receive the signs and messages around you always, and learn to walk through life as the miracle you are and you’ll find life to be as magickal as you dreamed it could.

(Of course as I just finished writing this, the clock turned 11:11 – had to prove a point of course) LOL

The Cosmic Dance of Balance – Eckhart Tolle on Living with Meaning in the Digital Age

full moon in virgo 2013After a beautiful full moon last night, I am settling in to another miracle of a day today. Although it is my 40th birthday today, to me it is simply and exquisitely another magickal day in the Earth neighborhood.

The photo pictured here is what I captured last night at 7pm and when I saw it I was reminded of one of the messages from my post yesterday – Finding Your Peace: Full Moon in Virgo & Mercury Retrograde in Pisces 2013 from Cathy Pagano that it seemed to reflect beautifully:

“Full Moons are the part of the cosmic dance when things become clear—or they turn into drama, another form of definition created by unconscious acting-out.

The truth is Full Moons can indicate the dance of true partnership, where each side is seen and valued. But you have to let yourself be seen; you have to take on the Sun’s light and let the Moon speak to you of what it wants to create. Then your purpose becomes manifesting the vision.

So take hold of your courage and dance the dance this Virgo Full Moon. Because we are being called to birth the brightest truths of our spiritual essence.”

And a cosmic dance is what I put conscious effort towards embracing each day, even if in my own little world I’ve created. 🙂

I have actually never really deliberately celebrated my birthday in any huge way that maybe others might, that I can remember. I’ve done some things that I loved, but hadn’t ever been drawn to large gatherings. I’m not sure why other than having felt drawn to more subdued celebrations that resonate at heart, and the same holds true for this year.

I find that the more you live each day fully as the miracle and joy it is with all of your heart – dance the cosmic dance that is –  the more it demonstrates how every day is a celebration. Every day is fun and fulfilling because of integrating more of that core passion and authenticity with collective service and connection.

You’ll find yourself enlivened by regularly seeking quiet places and time where you can go within and be with yourself, free to “be” with your connection to the miracle of creation in and around you.

And as Cathy shared, that dance of true and balanced partnership you courageously embrace, will lead you to the core of your spiritual essence.

Having received some “balanced” gifts for my birthday including things at opposite spectrums like a new large computer screen and speakers, as well as flowers, crystal pendant, scented candles, an inner reflection calendar of gorgeous images and quotes, a peace cap…this reiterated the message from an Eckhart Tolle video we listened to and watched on the long drive home from Utah, which focused on daily and minute-to-minute balance that creates a deeper sense of connection and peace amidst all of the stimulation.

In the solitude of my inner silence I have found the paradise of unending Joy. ~ Paramahansa Yogananda

Zion National Park

Zion National Park, Utah

More and more I find myself spending large amounts of time in nature (whether hiking, walking on the beach, or taking trips that immerse myself in the outdoors), in quiet reflection away from external stimuli, focusing on the crystals I have on my desk, snuggling and playing with my little animal companions, and doing calming things I find fun in between my work in order to recharge, stay present and connected, and create peaceful harmony within.

The intensity of my work, although creative and healing in service, can be amplifying, not to mention the amount of time I also have to spend at the computer can be challenging, and so time to just “be” in natural ways is valuable and necessary – whether that’s literally in nature, with things of nature, or being at home with what flows through me naturally.

Just a year ago, Eckhart Tolle shared some good insights on the importance of balance to avoid potential dangers of technological advances, while chatting with Bradley Horowitz of Google. The subject of his talk is: “Living with Meaning, Purpose and Wisdom in the Digital Age.”

He also touches on other valuable insights, but there are some good key points in his message to gain greater sense of clarity, peace, and joy of being alive in terms of this theme of creating balance in a world of expanding technology and being one with that cosmic dance within. I hope you find value in his message:

Enchanting Shaman’s Necklace Sacred Tattoo Design ~ Earth, Sea & the Eternal Mystery

Magickal Shaman Necklace Sacred TattooAnother magickal sacred tattoo design journey came to closure while I was away in Utah. As I mentioned recently, there has been a lot of beautiful shamanic and integrative energy of Earth and Cosmos flowing in through the collective hearts. And that means for me, tapping into the energies I really love when creating these powerful and unique reflections.

I love that I was able to work on and complete the full process while I was away in Utah’s nature. It is beautiful country there and being in the enchanting snow, mountains and forests was great energy to immerse in for channeling this piece.

However, the piece channeled through in vision and essence when I visited the beach here at Crystal Cove, right before leaving to Utah, and then came into manifestation on my trip. This combination helped to integrate the perfect blend of energy my client had wanted. It’s always is a treat to see how things unfold when you flow with where you are guided, as my beach walk was a last minute embrace, which proved fruitful in anchoring the energies of both Sea and Earth.

Hence, the energy of this sacred tattoo is an infusion of Sea, Earth and Cosmos into a magickal/shaman blend that has sort of an enchanting, light, graceful, yet potent feel to it. The essence of things my client had expressed came through in imagery that sort of melds into almost an enchantress who has descended from the stars to nurture and seed the earth she loves. So, while connected to that ancient Earth energy, it is also otherworldly and demonstrative of the reason that brought her to Earth to share and support what she loves.

It also integrates light and shadow aspects that meet in harmony through the heart and voice (which is where they will sit on the Heart and Throat Chakra areas). It was an exciting evolution to witness and feel the design unfolding, as well as to experience the transitions of my client from tattoo to tattoo we’ve co-created together. Major shifts indeed that mirror the seasons of change.

This sacred tattoo design is quite large and will drape from left (Wolf) to right (Raven) of neck, cascading down into the décolleté – creating an enchanting, alive shaman’s necklace. From the sides of neck, it will then sort of flow down the skin at the base of neck, and where neck and chest and neck and between the shoulders connects.

In between Raven and Wolf is this flow of Earth, Sea, and Cosmos energy melding together a nautilus shell, hummingbird, flowers, fan shell, watery waves, feathers, cosmic stars, and a butterfly, to represent the Galactic Butterfly (or Hunab Ku) symbolism.

I love how the hummingbird hovers at the Heart Chakra and at center of this shapeshifting tapestry, since legends say that hummingbirds float free of time, carrying our hopes for love, joy, and celebration. The hummingbird’s delicate grace reminds us that life is rich, beauty is everywhere, every personal connection has meaning and that laughter is life’s sweetest creation – perfect mirroring essence for my client’s evolutionary and miraculous journey.

Some times I like to refrain from describing too much, as I like the designs to speak for themselves, relative to the viewer and wearer. In this case, I would love to share what my client expressed about it, as she so beautifully expressed the essence of her piece that I had felt channeling through her in energy and visuals. She speaks the language of my visions and I feel that her expression demonstrates how an open channel created between myself and each soul I co-create with, can result in a perfectly reflective connection during the process that does not need to be communicated in words, yet is received in heart and mind, telepathically.

In my client’s own words about her Spiritual Skin:

“It is an amazing piece.  Very much what I am feeling within.   I do love all the symbolism.  I also see a great-bodied snake right under Wolf, going into the nautilus shell.  I love the subtle designs on that part, as well as how it flows into the shell.  The feathers coming down on each side are graceful and flowing.  Wolf and Raven at the top are just as I feel them – Guardians.

As Wolf, I keep my nose close to the ground for the next scent.  I mostly know and am sure of where I am now.  Instinctual, close to the earth – as Wolf, I know I cannot take the next step without knowing where I am now.  And I am learning that that is all that is important – to fully inhabit my place right at this moment.  Wolf sniffs out the Earth-path. As Raven, I am transported away from the earth, and go traveling to seek what I need to know in order to take that next step. This is what Raven does – and knowing this is my answer.  Raven travels in the ethers to retrieve what is hidden and brings it into the light. Their purposes are interwoven, and used in tandem.

I love the fantastical shapes of energy that is changing, not stagnant.  Love Hummingbird drinking of the nectar of life. I love the waves, and the feeling of the sea throughout the piece.  It is very sensual.  The balance is incredible.  Balance of shapes and feel, Sea and Earth. Sky. There is much fire energy elsewhere and here was needed the solid stability of Earth and Water – I will even say that where Hummingbird is drinking her nectar – the area that is a sort of oval – reminds me of the Sacred Vagina.  I love that.  I don’t think it is obvious, but to my mind it is sacred.  It is a perfect blend of Earth, Sea, Sky, and the Eternal Mystery.

This star-space under/a part of Raven – is, to me, the entrance to the Mystery.  The place Raven goes for help and healing and information.  The black hole in the universe that She flies into and back.  It is Her secret and sacred entrance to All that Is.

Oh, I am really uplifted by this piece, Tania!  I mean the energy is rising up into my chest and this is what I needed. It is an honor to work with you, as the energy is so fluid and real between us.  I ride the wave of this Beautiful energy and am thankful beyond words for your channeling.  For listening to me with your heart and with your Inner Eyes of Understanding and Perception.”

Reflecting the gratitude and love right back at you dear one. I am honored to walk this journey with such exquisite souls.

Finding Your Peace: Full Moon in Virgo & Mercury Retrograde in Pisces 2013

Moon Beam GoddessWe have a potent Full Moon in Virgo today 2/25, which is accompanied by several major astrological influences in the sign of Pisces all flowing in at once. Synchronously my 40th birthday on 2/26 coincides with these collective influences, including Venus going into Pisces on my birthday – so it really kicks in this transformational shift for me personally too. I can see why I have been guided to embrace a lot of changes ahead of time, to prepare for the energy influences. I’m feeling more in flow right now in my Pisces skin, rather than trying to swim upstream, as can many times be the case in the past. With a lot going on all at once and some of it potentially being confusing and challenging in terms of the current energies we are in partnership with, I would like to share several key pieces of information from a few different sources to assist in navigating these waters. Included in the aspects we are experiencing, is Mercury Retrograde in Pisces, which brings us messages of a need for reflection, turning within, refining your spiritual nature, patience, personal surrender, and a time to slow down.

Thank you Laura Bruno for sharing your insightful post on the first Mercury Retrograde of 2013. For the full post, including two readings, sharing Master Astrologer Electra Jung‘s take on this Mercury Retrograde in Pisces and Doreen Virtue’s Weekly Angel Oracle Card Reading please see: Mercury Retrograde 2013.

And here are some supportive insights on the Full Moon in Virgo energy from Irma Kaye and Mystic Mamma’s collection of astute and inspired readers of the stars.

full moonAs Irma Kaye shares in her article post: Full Moon in Virgo, February 25, 2013 – Beginner’s Mind, Grace & First Dances: (see link for full article)

Interestingly, the Universe in its wisdom and humor has given us a Full Moon in grounded and practical Virgo. This whole Full Moon period (including the window leading up and three days or so after,) will be strongly impacted by the dynamic “opposite” dynamic of Pisces. We are still in the influence of a powerful Stellium of Pisces: Sun, Mercury, Mars, Neptune, Chiron and Venus (on 2/26.) The antidote is in the opposite for Virgo/Pisces….

Navigational Key: It is analytical mind that can lay down the “hard lines,” and gives ultimatums; which is the opposite energy of Pisces which seeks to “go with the flow,” in a space of loving detachment. Our recommended strategy is a balance of these two energies that can respond in an efficient manner to details when necessary, but does not become too fixed or rigid in its beliefs and concepts. Both Pisces and Virgo energies have the potential to be magically inspired and spiritually guided. It is in the mid-point of both of these energies with an open mind, that we give Grace a bigger landing strip.

me honoring the full moonWe must sacrifice the urgent, petty agendas of the ego to a larger field or participation. We must learn humility and own humor, finding guidance in intuition and making logic a servant rather than master. Control is a personal experience, surrender is a transpersonal one. Through surrender we learn to move with the rhythms that flow through our existence and in so doing open ourselves to the wellsprings of life that are the gift of the divine Trickster. – Allan Combs

2/25 Virgo Full Moon Affirmations: I am aligned with my most optimum health; in body, mind and spirit. I am guided by the power of discernment regarding myself and others. I release judgment and allow things to *be* as they are. I am open to the power and blessing of Grace. ~ (For the full article, please see the link above.)

And here are some key points from various readers coming to us through Mystic Mamma’s post Happy Full Moon in Virgo February 25th, 2013:

First from the wonderful Cathy Pagano and her Wisdom of Astrology:
“Full Moons are the part of the cosmic dance when things become clear—or they turn into drama, another form of definition created by unconscious acting-out.”
“The truth is Full Moons can indicate the dance of true partnership, where each side is seen and valued.  But you have to let yourself be seenyou have to take on the Sun’s light and let the Moon speak to you of what it wants to create.  Then your purpose becomes manifesting the vision. “
“So take hold of your courage and dance the dance this Virgo Full Moon.  Because we are being called to birth the brightest truths of our spiritual essence.”
“When the Sun lights up Pisces, we step into the Unseen Realities of the Cosmos.  The last sign of the zodiac, Pisces symbolizes the soul’s return to our Source as well as its immersion in the collective unconscious.  To swim in the watery depths of life demands that we trust; trust gives birth to renewal.”
“At the moment, Pisces is full of diverse energies—the Sun’s search for purpose, Neptune’s spiritual vision, Chiron’s healing touch, Mars’ desire to stand for the Light, Mercury’s dreaming Mind and soon after this Full Moon, Venus’ compassionate Love and Wisdom.  These are the energies that are bubbling within the cauldron of the collective unconscious, waiting to be incarnated.”
“It is the Moon who does the incarnating, just as the mother gives birth to the child.  This Virgo Full Moon helps us become aware of what our soul is here on Earth to incarnate.   We’ve been at this for a while now.  Do you recognize what it is you’re called to do?  The first step is to become conscious, to Know Yourself!  Just that is a big step…”
“Virgo is the Virgin, the Mother, imaged as Isis and the Virgin Mary, both divine Mothers who give birth to Saviors.  Virgo itself symbolizes the aspect of the zodiac where we are asked to become the person we are meant to be, the Christ-consciousness within each of us.  The Virgin Mother wants us to live out our own unique Self.   The ancient saying, “Know Thyself” is a Virgo statement.”
Virgo helps us learn discernment, so that we can say, ‘This is me and that is not me.’  It is only the patriarchal Virgo who has been taught that s/he has to be perfect instead of whole. That’s where Virgo gets her reputation for being picky and controlling.  It’s so impossibly hard to be perfect!  Our individuated Self, though, is rarely perfect; more often, we come to know ourselves as a mixture of light and darkness, seen through the lens of creativity, compassion and truth… “
“So our task is to think differently, to open our intuitive brains, to listen to our feelings…The Mind must understand our desire for peace and unity; we must learn to trust that our unique identity will not be lost when we foster Unity; and we must let Love guide our vision of spiritual awakening…”
“The Sabian symbol for the Moon at 8* Virgo is:  A five-year old child takes a first dancing lesson.  This symbol evokes the need to channel our energies through dancing.  The fact that it is a dance lesson means that we have to focus through specific forms, the archetypal form that is calling to you.  At 5 years of age, a child begins to know himself—his ego is starting to form.  Our patriarchal ego is shaped by our collective expectations.  This dancing child, though, is in your hands.  What steps do you want to dance?  What archetypal reality is calling you to the dance?”
Copyright ©2013 Cathy Pagano All Rights Reserved.
From the wonderful Kelley Rosano:
“The Virgo Full Moon reminds us that we are multidimensional beings. Our past, present and future lives are running simultaneously in the NOW.  The Ascension process is challenging at times. This is true. We want to be proactive not reactive. We want to come from LOVE not fear. We are changing our DNA structure. Thus, we must practice Extreme Self-Care.  Getting plenty of rest, quiet time, reflection and meditation are requirements to stay balanced and grounded. Virgo reminds us to cleanse and purify our body, mind and heart…”
The Virgo Full Moon is showing us that acceptance heals our heart. Accepting the choices other people make will free us. We will feel lighter. We will feel better. For instance, when we release our need to fix, save and rescue others. Accepting the choices that others make allows them to learn from their experience.”
♥ Who do you need to forgive?
♥Do you need to forgive yourself?
♥ Can you move from resistance to forgiveness?
“The Virgo Full Moon is rich in a wealth of important insights, awareness’s and understandings. Pay attention to the messages you are receiving around the Full Moon February 23 – 28. This is your Soul Self providing you the answers you need. Your Soul knows your soul contracts…”
♥ What is true for you?
♥ What is no longer true for you?
♥ What do you believe is possible?
♥ What is holding you back?
♥ What would you dare to dream and do if you knew you would not fail?
Mercury the messenger in Pisces is retrograde at the Full Moon. The power of the feminine, our intuition and receptivity are strong in 2013. Mercury Retrogrades in the feminine water signs Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces. This occurs for over six months of the year. This is a powerful message from Creator. The female energies are flooding the collective consciousness cleansing and purifying humanity…”
“The Sun in Pisces reminds us not to escape reality by seeing the best in someone or something. In this way, we can avoid disappointment.  The Moon in Virgo encourages us to exercise discrimination in our choices. Keeping busy in personal pursuits will make for a happy Virgo Moon. For instance, this is a terrific time to dream, meditate, draw, write, play, and create.  Imagine your life exactly the way you desire.”

From Shakti Carola Navran and her Maui Astrology:
“With the Full Moon in Virgo, ruled by Mercury, you are invited to contemplate your right livelihood and the specific gifts only you can give to the world. You are sensitized to the highest vision, the connection between your head and your heart, your sense of well being and how you can serve the greater good. The shadow side of Virgo is negativity, overboard criticism and sickness.”
“Judgment and resentment closes our heart and can toxify our system and truly make us sick. Virgo can be very self- critical but it is also the sign for healing and proper self-care. Chiron, known as the wounded healer is in conjunction with the Sun in Pisces. Indeed five planets are in Pisces, the sign of oneness, compassion and highest consciousness.”
“One of our local Hawaiian healing traditions is the path of forgiveness with “Ho’oponopono”, which is a powerful healing practice for you. The healing mantra here is:”I am sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. I thank you.” I believe that part of our personal healing process is forgiveness and the realization of the interconnectedness of all life. This is a wonderful month to first re-establish your highest vision, do your inner healing work, and align your body, heart and soul.”

From Pat Liles from The Power Path:
“We’re in a month of access to our deepest emotional reservoirs via so much watery, receptive Piscean energy.  Dreams will be enhanced, our imaginations will be fertile, passionate surrender will be available, intuition and synchronicity will be high, because now we are impressionable, empathic and at our most sensitive to communication with the invisible realms.”
“Connect with something larger than your self ~ Nature would be a good start, spiritual practice of any kind, service to someone, something, give over and get lost in your own creative process… As we pass into the Spring Equinox and Aries influence begins later in March, that which we have fomented out of the etheric realms will begin to take form and we will move forward manifesting our visions and dreams.  But not quite yet….”
“Jupiter, the traditional ruler of Pisces, is exactly squared the Pisces Sun and Virgo Moon (7º) forming a T-square.  Our most personal core beliefs are being challenged to evolve to the global/cosmic level.  We are loosening our attachments to our tribal/family consciousness and our competitive masculine attitudes regarding how we live, work, play, travel, think, communicate, feed ourselves, raise our children, etc.  We are really in the soup of it now.  We aren’t totally comfortable with the shift towards a new orientation of consciousness that has opened up permanently with the 2012 portal, but like the bursting forth of Spring, there’s just no stopping it.”
“Pisces emphasis lets us benefit from the inward period when the seed is incubated below the earth, metamorphosing from a seed to a powerful, growing seedling full of strength and purpose seeking the light and then bursting above the ground with Aries and springtime.”
“I want to reiterate what I said at New Moon last:  Vesta, Goddess of the Sacred Hearth, Keeper of the Flame of Spirit, is creating a Finger of God formation with the forces of Saturn and Pluto, our Karmic Teacher and our Transformer.  Where Vesta would normally stay here a week, she is in position for a MONTH.  Saturn and Pluto are in a solid sextile aspect meaning opportunity and they are in each other’s signs (mutual reception) – very strengthening.”
“Vesta, the focal point, teaches us how to use our desire or sexual energy for a committed purpose, pushing the energy beyond the lower chakras to focus within instead of being pulled out into the world of distraction that feeds our small self.  She also brings forth the sacrifice one makes to live a self-directed, inward-focused life as well as bestows the rewards of wholeness and personal integration as a result of that sacrifice.”
“It’s also a call to invite the principles of the Sacred Feminine into our most basic structures of society – business, government, finances where we are in the throes of death and dying and desperately in need of a rebirth with a new vision.”

Wishing everyone a peaceful and empowering journey through the current energy waves!

40 Years Young – My Journey to an Eternal New Beginning

seedAs the group of us here in Park City, Utah were talking over dinner last night, each of us celebrating what is considered a major, transitional birthday this year (two turning 50 and myself turning 40), were asked about what this year of transition felt to be for us. This actually hadn’t been the first time for me to ponder this, as it’s something I do quite regularly in terms of major transitions that happen in my life. However, this one has a different significance, not connected in the least to that old idea of a “mid-life crisis.”

As I approach (in less than a week) what some consider one of those milestones in life – turning 40 – I have to say that my concept of this takes on a new meaning than what many have thought it to be. For me, it is like a rebirth into the start of the most fulfilling part of this life experience that most directly reflects the collective me.

In general, I actually never think about my age anymore, at least in the sense of what mainstream thought is in regard to it. Age for me is just a marker of time , which in the grand scheme of things is non-existent, for there is only the eternal moment.

I feel as if my life is just beginning, not half over, or whatever it is people believe these days. Every year, month, day, hour, minute, and second always is opportunity to choose differently, consciously, and from love, and to start creating a whole new reality in direct reflection. And the cool thing is, since time does not exist, it never is too late or too early to do so.

TaniaHowever, very early on when I was a little girl, I had this feeling of wanting to speed up “time,” as I intuitively felt my life wouldn’t get rolling until after 40. All I remember wanting was to “grow up” fast and get over all this silliness and superficiality of conditioning that felt so foreign to me. An odd thought for a child so young. Where this came from, I’m not sure, other than an instinct. And at the time I had no concept of mid-life crises connected to a certain age. I just felt this sort of 40-mark would be a positive transition for me of release into expansive living – very different than the sort of dooms day, stressful, fear, or confused place I later learned people would see 40-60 as.

Little did I know at the time (but started to understand) that I was headed for an intense first part of my life, which would preceed this freeing expansiveness that I was seeing ahead.

Interestingly, as I began my personal growth path, studies, explorations, and spiritual evolution, confirmations of this belief through astrology, numerology, my intuitive feelings, and even the very few channeled readings I had from others all started reiterating the same – things would really blossom after 40 and I would experience the fruits of my labor, so to speak.

I didn’t like the feeling of having this constant “work hard” or “future” idea, as I knew how precious, important, and powerful the present moment was. So, while I longed to get through things, I also started to settle into embracing that whatever I was going through, no matter how seemingly challenging or oddly bizarre, was a perfect part of the equation.

There were times of see-sawing back and forth between exasperation and despair, to complete detachment and flow, while I learned the beauty of life in all of its extreme colors and how to create that balance that is all and nothing at once.

And colorful my life has been, but no matter how hard things have ever gotten, there was always this driving force of underlying trust and belief that saw me through. Where that kind of strength came from, I never really understood, other than my knowing there was a bigger picture unfolding of which was a commitment of heart and soul I had made.

Where some people may start to question and explore “the more” in life later, when hitting that shifting point for themselves, I came into life questioning, learning intensely and fast, and exploring, so that later would be my fun and freedom.

It’s not that we ever stop questioning and exploring, nor that intensity is necessary, but my soul had set a course for serious “get ‘er done” focus to begin with so I could move into being of service in the way my soul desired. I didn’t accept what I saw, felt and heard around me, as being the right thing for me. Not everyone is set up the way I was, but I was determined to recapture the essence of me and how that fit in to the bigger picture.

As I grew in years, I constantly found myself sharing with others the fact that I felt this “so called” mid-life crisis was happening for me early on…and that I was living my life in reverse to what was considered “normal.”

For the people who know me, you’re probably saying to yourself, “What’s new Tania?” lol! And yet, while this may be my “normal” to live and do things backwards, it hasn’t always been the common way for others until more recently.

I do a lot of things “backwards” including flip through and read magazines, articles, and books from back to front. With books I’ll then proceed to read front to back, but always start off skimming in reverse as an overview. My pendulum has always worked in reverse to many, as well, in that my yes’s are counter-clockwise and no’s are clock-wise. Despite what others are doing I go by my inner guidance and am drawn, like I was in Bimini, to follow my own compass. For instance, I swam counter-clockwise around The Three Sisters Rocks our group went snorkeling at rather than the clock-wise way the group did, which did prove personally rewarding and revealed the discovery of a shark for the group. When given the choice, I seem to many times be drawn to the reverse way than most people are.

Needless to say, I indeed have led a sort of reverse life, in the sense of how others have. Even to the degree that when I was younger, people always used to think I was older and now the reverse is true (something I believe many are starting to experience more and more of as well). I remember being 13-16 and out with my parents at restaurants and the waiters always bringing another wine or champagne glass for me, without asking, when my parents ordered a drink. And I recall not only the more mature essence that came through in photos and from my eyes – many remarking on it looking as if I’d been through so much, when I was still under 18. I also remember I had such a seriousness, maturity, and focus that was not usual for someone of my age. I learned very early on that I wanted nothing to do with certain things and stayed away from them, even if that meant forging on my own – which basically by the time I was a senior in high school, I was doing just that.

I wanted out of school and on to my life. I knew what was important and valuable and I was determined to bring more of that into my life, some way, some how. I was always reminded of playing by myself in my imaginative, yet very real, world when I was young and the joy I had in that realm.

Although I came in to this life from the onset, much as who I am now (which I believe many of us do) and continue to become, quite rapidly I “aged” in leaps and bounds, became someone foreign to myself, and squeezed a ton of experiences and growth into the first part of my life. While others were going off to 4+ years of college and starting careers and having families, I was re-discovering and unearthing “me” through a wide gammut of intense experiences. I dipped in and out of traditional to unconventional experiences in order to work out all the kinks.

I delved into my spiritual studies and growth while still in high school and continued deeply after quitting my first job. I was an achiever and really driven, so after getting through my schooling and the college thing (both as a 4.0 student)that didn’t feel right to me either (which is why I opted for a  2 year trade school I completed in 18 months), I went on into a job I hated, but excelled at, started feeling miserable and unhealthy, and came to what some might consider that mid-life crisis time where I saw at 22 that enough was enough.

There was more to life and to me. The American dream, my butt…what was Tania’s dream?

I then quit my job and having saved every penny I earned, while living still at home, I took off several years to go into self-study, self-nurturing, and taking care of my health and well-being. At one point, I physically moved to Sedona with my parents and walked away from every person I had ever known in my life to start anew (something I became proficient at). I also spent two years there in Sedona, doing nothing but personal growth and self-counseling on every single thing within my capability to access that I’d experienced up until that point in my life. I left the house only to walk in the nature near and around our home so that I could commune with the energy there.

This continued over the years with trial and error processes and choices that I kept implementing to learn about myself and work through as much as I possibly could, in order to integrate life times of unfinished business, as well as current life conditioning. This to include exploring many different job hats, traveling the world, continuing my personal growth and spiritual evolution, entering and ending marriages, integrating healing crises, working with a spiritual life coach, and continually working towards consistently mirroring my knowingness of myself and my beliefs – all along re-establishing, nurturing, and making safe, the little girl, who once was, to return.

I didn’t care how crazy I must appear to people around me, nor did I find what I was going through to be strange, except by other people’s definitions. Over time, things shifted and where once I used to feel lonely or in need of connection, I learned to replace that with feeling whole within and no longer “needing,” but instead capable of truly sharing.

TaniaThe journey gets me closer and closer to the essence of me and helps to recapture the naturally visionary, imaginative, creative, healing, and intuitive little girl that I was who communicated with animals and the otherworlds and felt most at home in a reality of my own creation.

Likely, to some, my life will increasingly seem crazy, while to others, magickal…and yet to me, just more, well… me.

Enough said…fast forward to the present.

So while reaching 40 has significance in terms of knowing it is a point where I can really see and experience my life truly becoming all that I knew it could be and will continue to increase in depth and breadth to mirror the evolution I put into practice, it isn’t something I ever feared, worried about, or was scared of. I actually looked forward to “MY reality concept” of what I believed it to be and am now enjoying the integrative seed within me that is sprouting from a newly established foundation I have laid after destructing (like the Tower card in Tarot) the old one. (Remember, you can’t newly build anything of lasting quality on an old foundation)

I never feared death in my life, I never feared menopause, and I never once thought that anything would be taken away as I grew in age. In caring for myself from the inside out, shifting my beliefs and actions into alignment with authenticity, living a healthy life fostered by my joy and natural innateness, learning not to fear being different or leading an unconventional life doing “odd” things that could be judged harshly, I only kept and keep experiencing more and more magick.

For me, it has always been a process of growing younger, while I come back into the essence of me. Turning 40 was definitely not about a period of needing to figure out “what’s next?” after unauthentic realities crumble. Nor was it about starting from scratch into discovering myself now, or that my life was on a slow spiral downwards from here.

What it IS now is this joy of creating from my heart more freely and authentically and understanding I have the tools, know the process, and am present with the moment of now, not needing to worry about the past or the future – which is why I don’t have visions of the “what’s to come” anymore, or stay away from trying to see that – and live as if today is all there is.

I don’t, and never did, understand the concept of “retirement” because everything I am and that I do, is something I love and is natural to me (and if it isn’t I will move to where the moment guides my heart) and will be doing until I’ve decided my time here is fulfilled and the day comes that I no longer walk this Earth. And yet even then, I would still be involved in the same essence of what I am expressing and sharing now, but just in an eternal, non-physical form way.

I’ve never felt more alive, more myself, and more aligned. And I know it only continues to increase in depth and breadth, which is the real joy. Every day is such a surprise to discover it actually DOES get better and more exciting. We are shifting concepts of what used to be, to what now is, based on our unlimited creative potentials.

When times were bleak and intense, the only thing that brought me back into body was the return to trust in what has always resided in my heart, even if it gets clouded momentarily – love always wins.

Tania MarieTurning 40 means nothing to me in the sense of the number, as I feel simultaneously like the three year old me I once was, infused with this ancient me I have always been. 40, or any other number, is just a chronological way to calendar our Earthly years in this physical form and in this life, but by no means has any correlation to the timelessness of our souls. I have lived life times this life and consciously am accessing so much more than what appears. When you learn to recognize, honor, and tap into the vitality and purity, as well as expansiveness and wisdom you have available, you begin to transcend all limitations and definitions, and start to harness your luminous being self.

People are growing younger by the minute, the more they learn to live in the joy of their fullness and with value, honor, and love for the integration of soul and body they are. We are here to experience the spectrum of what life has to offer and infuse the love in our hearts into every infinite reality of our creation.

taniaSo, while age has no bearing, for me it is simply a celebration of my visions and commitments coming to fruition, experiencing my joys and service meld and integrate more deeply into harmony, and realizing the creative power I (we) have available to manifest unlimited beauty for the collective, as a Child of the Law of One.

As February 26th rolls around, I won’t be celebrating my turning 40 years old, but WILL be celebrating the return to innocence of feeling more myself than ever before, and knowing I’ll be more myself with each new beginning moment.

I may have another 40, 100, 200 years… or maybe even just 40 more days or minutes more in this body and in this particular life. In any case that it may be, I have no fear for how that unfolds, nor any attachments, as I know I am giving all of my heart to every moment, free of will and full of joy.

The little three year young, 40 year old, and eternal me are one and the same.

Feelin’ It As I Head Off On Another Road Trip

winter road tripI hope everyone enjoyed their day yesterday, however you chose to spend it, and hopefully you continue to share and spread the love today. There isn’t a magic switch that goes off simply because the calendar says Friday, February 15th. 😉 Today is another stunning chance to live love.

Yesterday, as I posted, for some reason hit me with a lot of feelings connected to Nestor. Perhaps it was because what would have been her 10th birthday on February 1st had not been celebrated in the same way as I normally do, and so she came in strongly yesterday.

I decided last minute to spend a couple of hours at the beach, taking a walk with a friend, to be with that love, recharge, infuse with energy, and prepare for my upcoming trip – a little ocean before hitting the mountains, forests, and snow. As I drove to my favorite Crystal Cove beach, along the road on street lamps above me, my attention was drawn to two sets of two hawks sitting together, one after the other – synchronously of course, as the song I posted yesterday about our connection played. It definitely was an odd thing to see, especially twice, within 30 seconds of each other, but I knew immediately it was a gift and message from my twin star. ❤

For me, drives – whether short or long – have always been therapeutic, meditative, and opening in terms of channeling and receiving. I have worked through tons of things on my drives, as at times it was my only sanctuary, and have also channeled many of my works in fullness while driving. So, I’m looking forward to the long road trip from here to Park City, Utah (which I’ve never been to before and grateful for the gift), kicking off tonight, and what it will bring in.

So I wanted to let everyone know I will be away for the week between now and Sunday 2/24. I’ll still have computer access for messages, email and posts, but will not be able to do any work until I return and am back in the saddle again (that little fun one is thrown in for you miss Laura 😉 – hehehe! I love you!) on Monday, 2/25.

I have a bunch of creations, opportunities, and upcoming events to share when I’m back, so stay tuned!!

For now, I’m looking forward to getting back to the enchanted winter wonderland. Potentially my last time this year until Tibet. So I’ll cherish it and work on enjoying my skiing a bit too again!

In the mean time I wanted to leave you with this song below and visual. It’s actually a take off from my earlier post today – Think Big. When I posted it on Facebook, a comment was made that instinctively had me posting it in answer, and of course (as is the case a lot these days), left me in tears of love and beauty from listening and watching. Yes, I’m corny and I love it! It doesn’t take much to get my pipes flowing since my heart seems to have taken over all sensory nerves on my body.

The reason it came to mind right away, is because you have to really FEEL it (heart, body, mind, soul, in passionate wholeness of all your parts), in order to experience and manifest it. The visuals really impart this essence of a new reality stemming from unconditional, collective love and your visions of the future you desire to create. I love the visuals and story line of this 1981 video in its simplicity and magick. Michael sure knew how to create a good video at the heart of things.

So that is the question I leave you with for today….Can you feel it? I know I do. I’ll see you again shortly, broadcasting again from the 20 something degrees weather.

Think Big – The Bigger, The Better

think bigThis post comes again from Peggy Black and her Morning Messages. Peggy and her “team,” as she refers to the loving guides that channel through her, share beautiful, simple and loving messages I enjoy reading, as they always are mirroring of what I receive and feel. Perhaps you will also find some connection with the message in terms of what you have been feeling and experiencing.

The theme builds on recognizing you ARE powerful and by fully tapping into that truth with ALL of your pieces and in partnership with the divine forces, the more efficiently they will manifest. Anything is possible if you truly believe it and passionately want and act on it, and the more we all start harnessing this truth with full awareness and integration, the more our collective reality will shift to mirror this.

My favorite key points are these:

  • dare to dream huge and think outside the box of limited beliefs – the more clear, vibrant and passionate you are with your visions, the quicker it manifests
  • remember and recognize yourself as a multidimensional alchemist
  • cease claiming your powerlessness and helplessness – these are false and limiting beliefs
  • don’t wait until pushed to the edge to take action for change, but if you do it is important not to push against the things you hope to change as this empowers the challenge, not you
  • powerfully call forth what you do want – it’s time to “use” your awakened abilities to create a new reality that is honoring and serving of all
  • use all of who you are in truth – your tools, personal power, your gifts, your future self, and don’t forget to integrate your shadow
  • think BIG!

I hope you enjoy.

_________ Message from the “team”_________

Think Big
Peggy Black and the “team”

We are here once again offering our loving support as well as our guidance and encouragement. We can feel the collective sigh as you settle into the shifts that you have experienced. There is still intensity occurring with your weather and there are conflicts across your planet. We wish we could say that this will change soon, however change in the third dimension does take a bit of time.

We assure you that change could come about in the span of a breath if all those who are anchoring a physical form together envisioned and called forth a new reality. You know this to be true as well, for you have felt and experienced the shift in consciousness.

We acknowledge you for your own personal expansion, for you are truly anchoring this expanded awareness into the collective lightfield. Even as you are adjusting to being recalibrated, even as you are expanding beyond your comfort zone, even as you are straddling timelines and dimensions, you are holding and calling forth a matrix pattern of your future and the future of the planet on which you serve.

Now is the time to think BIG. When you think big, big events and changes come about. Never be afraid of doing this, the bigger you think the better. The more vivid your vision   infused with your ‘passion’ the quicker will it manifest. It does not matter how impossible these thoughts may seem. Remember, you are working with your expanded knowing and understanding as a multidimensional alchemist in partnership with the divine forces of light.

This is your time! This is your time to step out fully and bring all your gifts to the table.  Put aside the limited thinking of your programming. Put aside all the limited beliefs that you have claimed of being powerless and helpless in the face of the challenges. These are all false. We know when you observe your reality with the current chaos and conflicts, the personal challenges you might be facing with health, family dynamics or your livelihood, they certainly appear real. And we will grant you that from a very limited perspective these experiences can be called real.

However, we are encouraging you to hold all that appears challenging both in the world as well as your personal lives, as the true opportunity it is. We have observed that unless something becomes extremely difficult and uncomfortable most humans seem to settle into a pattern of acceptance. And it is only when pushed to the edge, that they take action for change.

Let us say that there are those across your planet who are being pushed to the edge of what they will accept. They are taking action, but not always from a place of clear understanding of who they truly are. So their action is still generated from a very limited perspective of what is possible. They push against the things they hope to change, which only empowers the challenge.

We are inviting you as the aware being that you are to use your awakened abilities and understanding to call forth a new and fresh reality that honors all. All change begins in the energy field of possibilities. There is no pushing against what you do not want instead there is a powerful calling forth of what you truly want. Again we invite you to think big, visualize the best results, and imagine an outcome that is outside your box of limited beliefs.

Open the energetic doors to all your gifts as an awesome being of light who carries the template and patterns of a future reality. This is who you are; never doubt this for a second of your earth time. You have at you fingertips the ability to create in the most awesome, magnificent manner a future that is life sustaining and life enhancing for all.

Relax into our words; pretend if need be that what we are sharing is the truth of who you are. Allow yourself to imagine the perfect solution to the situation, occurring in the most incredible way. Invite that aspect of your higher self, your multidimensional self, to offer an inspiration, an invention, and a solution to what you are focused upon.

Invite celestial partnership; open the cosmic lines of communication which allow you to receive brilliant ideas for current problems occurring on the planet. Open the lines to this celestial support in your daily interactions and personal challenges. It is time for this exchange between the physical and the non-physical to take place.

We invite you to recognize yourself as an alchemist, a being who happens to be experiencing this physical reality as well as the reality of pure energy and expression.  Use your tools, step into your personal knowing and power, and think big.

Call forth the changes, see them manifest in the best possible manner for the well-being and expansion of all. Anchor this vision fully into this physical domain. This truly is what you are being called to do. As an awakened being, stretching fully into your personal understanding, continue to exercise the possibilities of your unlimited abilities.

Get acquainted with the expanded levels which are available, notice how these aspects manifest for you personally. Invite your paranormal gifts to come forth, those extrasensory abilities which allow you to interface with dimensions of energy that are not visible. Get acquainted with your shadow, that aspect of yourself that is usually repressed and projected into your experience. Get acquainted with your future self.

You know all this; we are just here to remind and confirm this knowing. We are here to encourage and support your efforts and service. You are a member of the galactic family of light, on assignment here in this timeframe and dimension. You are the anchor for the new future. Remember that you are not alone in your efforts; you always have divine and celestial support upon your request. So while you find yourself here in this physical reality acknowledge and invite the loving and expanded beings of light to assist and join you in this work and service. Think BIG and Big things will come about.

We acknowledge you as awesome creators; you are seeing and realizing the changes that you are bringing about. Be patient yet know that each time you hold a vision you are joining others both physical and non-physical who are also holding the vision. We celebrate with you as you anchor this new calibrated energy in this dense reality. Each time you offer yourself in service to the light there is a shift in consciousness available to all. Be embraced by our gratitude and deep appreciation for who you are. When you call upon the beings of light, begin to sense their presence. We are always available at your request. The ‘team’

A Thousand Years & A Thousand More – One Step Closer to Eternal Love

I'll love you for a thousand moreWhile everyone is celebrating love today, I am beautifully reminded of my beloved, Nestor, who is never far from heart, mind, and experience. I celebrate unconditional love today, and eternally, through the soul who has most taught me its meaning and the miracle that it truly is.

Where there may have been fear – fear of the magnitude of responsibility – the love we share has always been the guiding force to see me through. I love you my precious twin star.

As you once shared just months before transitioning, “When I think of stars, I feel your presence. When I cuddle with you, I feel your love for me and so many others…When you first choose me, I knew we had found each other again! So incredible how we always do! Sometimes I incarnate just to have another chance to be with you…I know you feel like time goes too slowly and then too fast, but it moves of its own free will. We ride time like pilgrims in this universe, and I love time because it has allowed me so many experiences with you.”

(Tears of love as I wrote this and Joy came over to me, nibbled and pulled on my pant leg ❤ )

Every moment leads me closer to you Nestor and back to the source within me connected to All That Is through our love united.

…big breath…and exhale… ❤

This song always comes on when I am feeling and thinking of Nestor. It expresses this perfectly and has become one of our songs and ways to message each other. Perhaps it will hold meaning for you too.

Lyrics for “A Thousand Years” by Christina Perri (synchronously, a young woman who shares my love for tattoos and has over 50 symbolic life tattoos herself):

Heart beats fast

Colors and promises
How to be brave?
How can I love when I’m afraid to fall
But watching you stand alone?
All of my doubt suddenly goes away somehow
One step closer
I have died everyday waiting for you
Darling don’t be afraid I have loved you
For a thousand years
I’ll love you for a thousand moreTime stands still
Beauty in all she is
I will be brave
I will not let anything take away
What’s standing in front of me
Every breath
Every hour has come to thisOne step closerI have died everyday waiting for you
Darling don’t be afraid I have loved you
For a thousand years
I’ll love you for a thousand more

And all along I believed I would find you
Time has brought your heart to me
I have loved you for a thousand years
I’ll love you for a thousand more

One step closer
One step closer

I have died everyday waiting for you
Darling don’t be afraid I have loved you
For a thousand years
I’ll love you for a thousand more

And all along I believed I would find you
Time has brought your heart to me
I have loved you for a thousand years
I’ll love you for a thousand more

Green is the New Pink – Spreading the Emerald Glow of Love Today and Always

winter to springAnother cycle approaches, as Winter winds down and Spring is soon to sprout through. What does February’s Winter celebration of St. Valentine and March’s explosion of Spring have in common? They both coincidentally share the reverence of “green symbolism” – more notably, the Heart Chakra. How can this be, you ask, as you are so used to those pink and red hearts and roses you see abound on Valentine’s Day?

Well, both carry an air of blossoming new hope and renewal of joyful splendor, where matters of the heart and life are concerned. Pink AND green, both coincidentally are representative of the energy of the Heart Chakra. Although green is the primary color used with it, it can also be effective to use pink stones (such as Rose Quartz) if they resonate for you, to bring in their softness, in working with the Heart Chakra.

Green is a color that represents many things to many people–a melting pot of symbolism. The word green is closely related to the Old English verb growan, meaning “to grow.” Everything blooming, growing…a never-ending, cyclical process. Growth is our natural state and anything less than this, simply is “unnatural.” Speaking of which, the most common association for green seems to be found in its ties to nature, naturally.

Romans used green holly and evergreen as decorations for their winter solstice celebration, Saturnalia, which evolved into a green celebration called Christmas. It is also the traditional color of Islam and was symbolic of resurrection and immortality in Ancient Egypt, where the god Osiris was also depicted as green-skinned. Irish legend states that green clothes attract faeries and aid crops and the “Wearing of the Green” thus symbolizes the birth of springtime. It is known to signify witchcraft for its association with spirits of early English folklores and literatures that also traditionally use it to symbolize nature and its embodied attributes of life, fertility, and rebirth.

In metaphysics, the Seven Rays system of Alice Bailey, which classifies different metaphysical personality types of humans, designates those of the third ray of creative intelligence as being “on the Green Ray,” while psychics who see auras refer to those with a green aura as typically having health/healing related occupations and being nature lovers. To me, green is the earth and it’s gardens and the caring for it. It’s the color that stimulates transformation, harmony, fertility, abundance and prosperity, endurance, stability, and regal presence. It represents safe passage (like the green traffic light), balances emotions, calms, and is also the alchemy of consciousness from one realm to another through the spiraling energies of DNA. The feeling of green is earthy and yet still feels very much like liquid, with a fluidity that is enchanting. Think enchanted forest or Emerald Bay of Lake Tahoe, Nevada.

And yet mostly, for me, green denotes love.

It is in the stories of the medieval period and in Hinduism that we come to learn how green is a true expression of the all-encompassing heart. Medieval stories portrayed it as representing love and the base, natural desires of man, while the Hindu’s use it to symbolically represent the fourth or Heart Chakra. You see, not only is pink indicative of love and the heart, but green is also a very powerful color linked with unconditional love.

In the human energy system, the source of powerful and creative, unconditional love lies at the center of your chest in the Heart Chakra, or “Anahata,” in Sanskrit. This fourth Chakra also lies center of our Chakra energy system and is the most powerful energy, in my opinion, that exists. It acts as a bridge between the upper and lower three Chakras; a bridge between all worlds and illusionary divisions, and a bridge that integrates and balances opposites (body and spirit, male and female, persona and shadow, ego and unity). It is symbolized by a lotus of twelve petals and the color green, with emerald as one of its associated gemstones. It is from this place of peaceful centeredness that love emanates as divine power.

As our Heart Chakra, green has great healing power and protective qualities. It is the one thing we humans can use powerfully when we learn to naturally access it and stay centered in the presence of it’s energy constantly. The Heart Chakra is an impenetrable force of healing that has no boundaries or limitations. It asks that we see, feel, think, and act on a whole other level that is motivated by nothing more than love. When we come from the purity of our hearts and commit to that compassion and acceptance, it implores us to embrace the essence of our being and know the beauty of all of existence, as an extension of ourselves.

The Heart Chakra is the jewel of all Chakras, and its green energy is the emerald beauty of all gems.

Emerald Bridge logoIt was this journey of the heart that became the inspiration behind creating my compassionately conscious business, Emerald Bridge – a merging of body and spirit through the heart with visionary healing arts services. Emerald Bridge was born to reflect and embody this divine and powerful essence of the Heart Chakra and its integrative, healing synergy, helping to spread unconditional love across the globe.

claddagh ringThe Irish also have a beautiful symbol that embodies this Heart Chakra essence – the Claddagh ring. It has a history dating back to over 300 years and is one of history’s most meaningful and respected jewels. The features of the Claddagh ring symbolize some of the best virtues of human life. The heart held in the hands show love and the hands represent friendship and togetherness, the crown on the heart symbolizes loyalty–all virtues that have increasingly been forgotten in today’s materialistic world. No wonder many people remain fascinated by this Irish ring. People wish that some things would never change. And even though change is natural and inevitable, the core foundation of love that has transcended time, is one thing it wouldn’t hurt to hold on to, and could only benefit us more as we deepen and broaden through its evolvement. Our values and how we treat and honor ourselves, others, and everything around us are telling of what we see as our creation, in respect. Another description of the ring expresses how the heart represents the hearts of each and every member of mankind, in addition to the element which gives everlasting music to the Gael. (Remember that springtime song of birds and love ringing in our ears). The ring is also based on and directly correlative to the Shamrock, one of the oldest symbols of the Holy Trinity among the Irish. This interpretation describes the crown as a symbol of the Father, the left hand as the Son, and the right hand as the Holy Spirit, all caring for the heart in the center, symbolizing humanity. Throughout each varying symbolism, a single theme shines through, specifically that the ring symbolizes the trinity of “Love, Loyalty, and Friendship” or, in Gaelic, “Grá, Dílseacht agus Cairdeas” (pronounced ‘graw, dealshocked ogis cordiss’).

“The hands are there for friendship,

The heart is there for love.

For loyalty throughout the year,

The crown is raised above.”

Through that emerald glow of love, we can create and be in that loving energy any moment of the eternity of our lives. And the more we share our green, we can carpet the earth with velvet lawns of unconditional experience. Wearing love and life on our sleeves for always. Let us remember and reflect while we embrace the opportunity to begin anew, by planting tomorrow-seeds, in the now of today.

On this Valentine’s Day I would like to plant the seed of “presence of gratitude and love” daily. As always, these day markers are wonderful times to consciously remind yourself of things you may not be so present with during the day-to-day goings on. Unconditional love and sharing your gratitude in ways that let your loved ones, family, friends, and even people you meet on the street, or connect with in a thought, and see or read about remotely, know that they are cherished, beloved, valuable children of the Universe. And yes, that includes you.

As you connect more deeply with yourself, humanity, and all of creation far and wide you come to experience the true freedom of your core, luminous being.

heart plantsLet your intuition and heart be your guidance and your trust, belief, imagination, passion, and connection, your wings to get there. It is hard to wrap our minds around things because the truth is, it is the heart that has to touch it.

Perhaps we’ll start seeing the giving of green hearts and plants with heart-shaped leaves like the Emerald Ripple, Heart Fern, Heart-Leaf Philodendron, or English Ivy for Valentine’s Day. While flowers are beautiful, plants are “green.”

(Plants can help slow down global warming by a method known as Carbon offset) – LOVE yourself, LOVE each other, LOVE all of life, and LOVE this Earth!

I hope you enjoy these expressions of love to carry with you and through you every mindful moment of your life:
