Some of My Experiences & Thoughts from Yesterday’s Energy Before Heading Out to Montreal & Toronto
I hope you each had time to tune in yesterday to align within yourself and the Grand Sextile Portal energy. I heard from many that they were all really feeling the energy big time in really expansive and profound ways.
I would have to agree personally as well. What I’ve been noticing is an increase of telepathic exchanges becoming more regular and profoundly taking place. (something I’m super excited about, as it’s my preferred method of communication 😉 ) This has been something I’ve experienced throughout my life, but recently it’s incredibly huge in the exchanges happening daily and yesterday (and this weekend leading up to it) it was like wow! People will respond to something I say in my mind without me speaking it, or instantly message me answering what I was thinking after I just tuned in remotely to say hello and had a question for them. Sure makes communicating clear and efficient and without need for the veils we’re used to keeping up to hide the vulnerable parts of ourselves. We just know directly, at the heart of hearts – our more natural way of being.
Not to mention, the instant manifestation that IS happening increasingly as well. I did a healing attunement yesterday with focused intentions and directly after, things happened. I find that I can merely just think something and it is already in motion. And when I set intentions with my crystals before I sleep with particular ones I am guided to place under my pillow at night, the next morning I awake to things unfolding.
I’ve noticed increased amounts of sleep needed at times for all that is integrating and recalibrating, increased prophetic dreams, connecting with others in dreams, and a lot of instant signs and messages. There also seems to be an increase in direct channeling and quickness to any work that is being done, as well as the experience of a new reality and the feeling of observing those that are not mine.
In general, I feel there’s an increased inner harmony and universal love, a greater sense of clarity and flow, abundant synchronicity and beauty in everything, and a total trust and release of fear, and a feeling of my energy expanding without the self-imposed hindrances to that.

I love all of the footprints in the sand, symbolic of the many journeys we are all on, that leave an energetic imprint on the collective sands of experience.
What are you feeling and experiencing currently? And is it the reality you want to be experiencing?
The more you practice your personal power and connection to the abundant and creative Source of your beingness from which we all are connected to, the more you will learn to refine your skills and connect with the alchemy you are naturally attuned to at the core.
You have never been more supported and loved than you are right now to reclaim the power of your purity.
It’s important to check in with yourself daily and even moment to moment to notice how you are feeling and where your energy levels are. Sometimes you give away your energy and power to things like getting stuck in old (or even present) stories (your own or other’s), are holding anger, frustration, grudges, hurts, disappointments, anxiety, etc. about things that are depleting your energy, rather than fortifying it.
It’s not important to be “right” about something or to obsess about how “wrong” someone else is. Everything has a way of working itself out without you trying to manipulate, control, or act as supreme judge over it. Let it go and focus on the magic you have available to create a new reality.
Trying to escape things by leaving your body, whether literally or through addictions of any kind, will only further separate you from reclaiming your power. Being in your body and fully conscious of all of you, to be able to feel things so you can discern what is you and what is not, being able to utilize your own personal power to achieve certain experiences, and to move in and out of things by an alchemical process YOU create YOURSELF by integrating all of your parts, will bring you into the wholeness of your creative beingness.
Anything that is in the past will need to be freed. You end up hurting yourself in the now, by reliving the hurt you once felt then. You are not as powerful as you could be if your power is being given elsewhere. This is a separation being created between you and your Divine and Highest Self. Once you have targeted the incident and trigger, use your power and any supportive assistance, to your best ability, to do the integrative healing so you can return to your wholeness. You can move through anything. It IS possible to free yourself of what you feel has imprisoned you. You’ve done it before, others have and are doing it…it sometimes just takes an alignment of all elements to create that impetus for change. And this very well could be your impetus for change. The current energetic environment is welcoming you.
I hope you will continue to explore the beauty and power of the Divine Creation that you are and come to embrace how perfectly and courageously you have been created in your own design, as an integral part of the collective experience. When I return I am feeling that some more insights are in store to share and will see where that takes things in the upcoming posts wanting to channel through.
Until then, just so you know, I will be away starting tomorrow morning, Wednesday July 31st through Wednesday August 7th in Toronto and Montreal teaching, creating, and connecting. I feel a huge sense of integrative experiences unfolding while I am away and am really feeling the harmony of what is coming into being. I am excited to tune in with my brothers and sisters there and to support some more opening to empowerment on many levels.
I hope your week is beautiful. I will likely not be posting until I’m back and in the swing of things again on August 8th. That is also when I will be back to business as “unusual” LOL! As my life is anything but ordinary. That being said, I will be able to commence with the work at hand and can take on new requests, commissions, scheduling….then. And then the new will be unfolding with fresh energy integrated from my time away.

Water has Memory
Love this short, but significant post by Laura Bruno on “Water”. The fluidity of life and learning to flow with change, as water does, are important to be embracing. Water is such a significant part of our experience and reflects to us a wisdom that can transcend all illusionary boundaries. Remember you ARE liquid light. Those people familiar with Dr. Emoto’s “The Secret Life of Water” won’t be surprised by this independent study, but imagine the implications! This is why, for years, I have charged my water with Reiki, Runes, and intentions. It’s also why when we select our rain barrels, I plan to paint them with ancient symbols and protection and purification Runes.
People worry so much about chemtrails and radiation. I’m not saying these are not concerns — just that there are multiple ways around a problem. Why not place an energetic filter that Aluminum becomes the perfect organic fertilizer for your plants? Barium becomes love incarnate. Humans are 98% water. Again, imagine the possibilities! Want to change the world? Change your awareness of who and what you are, and your appreciation of who and what that “world” is.

Star of David – Merkaba – Grand Sextile Portal July 29th 2013
Here we are at the portal that I posted about on the 14th – This is the Big One We’ve All Been Waiting For. Today is the Grand Sextile where the “Mystic Merkaba” formed by two Grand Trines will have profound effect for those who consciously use their awareness to harness the energy.
Take some time out today to tune in to your heart, be extremely present and mindful of your intents, thoughts, and feelings, surround yourself with supportive energy, and release all fears and the old.
Whatever you put out there will be amplified and the more aligned you are in universal heart that takes into account the collective, the more you will find all of your own needs/intents met on an individual basis as well. So beam out your loving intents for the highest good of all concerned and watch things amplify.
The Merkaba/Star Tetrahedron/Star of David is an integrative symbol that bridges all duality – feminine and masculine, heaven and earth, time and space, physical and spiritual, you and others, creating the “as above, so below” unification in the now moment.
It is the key to humanity’s evolution as luminous beings of the “One”.
This is a time to be honest with yourself and to value intuition as much as intellect and reason, realizing how they can work in unification together and as so, are far more powerful. All parts are important and valuable. We just need to learn to utilize them in the perfect balance that then creates alchemy in our lives. Honor and embrace all of your parts and feelings. Confront your fears, blocks and turn back around to face what you have repressed in order to integrate your shadows. Pour out forgiveness and realize that what you are resisting is the doorway to greater intimacy of experience.
This Sextile is a gateway to imagining and creating what you want. Any reality you desire, you can choose to experience no matter what is going on around you or what other’s realities are. The more of us that choose to focus on a more harmonious and abundant reality, the more we will create that collectively as well.
Today is a wonderful opportunity to meditate, focus intentions, do Reiki healing attunements, work with crystals, write in a journal, take a walk in nature to tune in and out….anything that really gets you present and still in your heart to be in your greatest power as an integrated being.

It is actually two Grand Trines, one in Water and one is Earth (all feminine) which create this configuration called a Grand Sextile or a Star Tetrahedron. Many names and much symbolism tied into this Sacred Geometry.
The essence is that this mystical configuration of Sacred Geometry opens a portal of energy that is accessible for those who choose to tune in to it. That is the key.
As with everything, nothing magical is going to happen on it’s own. It is up to us to bring the magic, to add our magic to creation.

Today’s post is on the inspiration behind a commissioned painting I just completed. I was given creative and intuitional license to bring a vision to life for a long time, dear friend and client’s partner who is turning 60 next week.
He has always been a huge supporter of my art, for which I am grateful, and had recently purchased two of my Crystal Illuminations paintings, of which were an energetically complimenting pair that perfectly mirrored him and his girlfriend/partner.
This piece he brought home to her ignited the energetic connection between us, creating a thread for channeling from her to me, and vice versa.
I have yet to meet her in person, but knowing my friend and having this energetic connection through him and the piece of art she has, I instantly had a sense of the essence for this painting when my friend first asked me if I’d like to help him create this special gift.
The only guideline I was given was something in the “earth tones”, but the rest was up to me, as he shared he fully trusted my intuition and vision. I was really touched by this and felt that this creation would be a very special piece on many levels, especially given the very transformational time I know she is in, on her journey of life. Immediately I asked him if she had a connection/resonation with the beach, of which he stated, “Boy, you never fail to astound me. She loves the beach!!! You are connected. I leave it in your hands.”
The essence of the beach and ocean were my muse for this piece, and the time I’ve spent recently there collecting sea treasures of shells along the water’s edge have been feeding my inspiration. I knew this would be a very symbolic and more abstract/impressionistic vision that would be created, but it would be imbued with the nurturing harmony, balance, and rhythmic flow of eternal life that being on the sand and feeling the renewing water roll over them, brings.
I kept seeing touches of teal for the painting, even though “earth tones” were the focus, and this not only felt perfect in mirror to bringing in the ocean’s energy in synergy with the crystal-infused sands of the beach, but also created the balance and flow, the other elements of her energetic footprint, and reflected the color of one of her cherished crystal friends – an aqua aura quartz – that I found out she had after the vision of this color’s frequency spoke to me as needing to be woven in.
Combining all of these elements, along with:
- feeling the simplistic elegance of her nature
- the loving tenderness, yet power she embodies
- her nurturing and creative spirit that is now needing to balance out with focus on herself more
- the journey she has been on in coming to find that inner peace in knowing herself amidst the ever-changing experiences
I then saw/felt the clarity of what was to take form.
Not only can the image take on different forms, depending on who is viewing it, as at times I see a whirlpool or the inside of a wave. At times I see butterfly wings or the feathers of birds. Sometimes it is a blossoming rose. But underlying it is a portal of experience and ultimately it is a visionary impression from the vision that manifested as inspiration from the Nautilus Shell and its connection to the “spiral of life”. And while painting it, I was so in the “vortex” of creation, that the journey flowed magically like the cosmic ocean of experience life indeed is.
Life is a spiral of new cycles and opportunities. It is a spiritual journey of nonlinear evolution to pass through similar points with different perspectives each time.

The Nautilus is a tropical cephalopod with a multi-chambered, spiral shell. Its chambers are in perfect proportion as they continually grow to create new and more expansive ones, without changing shape. Because there is a common shared “lifeline” that weaves the connection between each chamber of “life experience”, all parts are integral to the entire journey and are part of the whole – never forgotten, but ever-changing. The structure of its shell is connected to a mathematical curve called a logarithmic spiral, Fibonacci number, and golden ratio.

“Approximate logarithmic spirals can occur in nature; golden spirals are one special case of these. It is sometimes stated that spiral galaxies and Nautilus shells get wider in the pattern of a golden spiral, and hence are related to both and the Fibonacci series.”
The Nautilus with its integrated chambers is symbolic of continuous progress, balance, new ideas, visionary discoveries, innovation and inspiration, renewal, eternal continuity, expansion, consistency, evolution, interconnectedness, divine perfection, natural flow, stability and internal harmony within regeneration, abundant creative energy – in general, a symbol of life and “the journey home” to Source within All That Is, through a succession of transcendent spirals.
When gazing upon the Nautilus it provides a serene sense of balance and well being.
The spiral itself is a symbol of creation, movement, fluidity, surrender/releasing, holistic growth, and awareness of the one within the context of the whole. It reveals the cyclical nature of life, the consciousness of nature from core center expanding outward, and the relationship between unity and multiplicity. It is the limitless spirals that move both “inward towards the Source of creation and eternally outward with Source’s continual self-creation.”
In this way, the spiral reflects the contiguous journey home to who you really are and the journey to be one with Source.
The painting I created has multiple layers, but at the core it is supporting the path of least resistance, as growth and change CAN be much easier than we choose to experience it. A gentle reminder that subtle changes and changes of perspective, one after the other, bring big and beautiful results along your blossoming path.
I am grateful for the opportunity to channel this creative vision and bring it to life from my heart to the heart of all who will experience it, but most importantly to whom it was created for and in honor of.
Quick Updates & Dates to Keep in Mind Before I Head Out to Montreal & Toronto Next Week
Laguna Beach at Montage
This is just a quick blog update on a few things before I head out next week for Toronto and Montreal.
This will be the first time I travel there and am excited not only to teach Reiki, but to share some special moments with friends. I’m beyond ecstatic and grateful, as there is some amazing soul family I will be connecting with for the first time in person (this life) that I’ve been friends with for a while (some for years) by distance. How amazing life is to bring us together in this way. There will be a lot of fun and laughs, exploring, good food, good company, Reiki love, crystal energy, and a creative project being worked on while I’m there. Life is an exciting adventure!
While I’m away, I will be able to check emails and respond, but for the most part won’t be able to engage in anything full-heartedly until I return. In the meantime, here are some dates and details to keep in mind:
- Monday, July 29th is the last day to register for the upcoming Montreal Reiki Certification Classes. There are limited spots since it is being held at a private space, so I can only take up to 2 more registrations. You can view all of the details here: Reiki Certification in Montreal.
- Since I will be away Wednesday 7/31/13 – Wednesday 8/7/13, I will be unable to fulfill any new orders placed from my Crystal Illumination Etsy Shop until 8/8/13. So, if you’d like to receive something before then, please place orders by Monday 7/29/13 noon PST. All orders placed after this will be fulfilled on Thursday 8/8/13. - Crystal Updates: There are a few new crystals and stones to peruse in my shop, which include a Mystic Merlinite (or Indigo Gabbro) and Pyrrhotite that has a naturally etched Wunjo Rune I discovered in it (a stone Edgar Cayce was thought to use) – both are new stones to me and quite fantastic. A lot of crystals have already moved on to their keepers, but there are still some amazing crystals awaiting alignment with theirs. Some updates on some of the favs people love: currently there are only 4 Andaras left, only 5 of the original 50 Lemurian L.O.V.E. - New Sacred Journeys will be announced shortly after my return, which I’m excited about, including some new workshops and Reiki Certification workshops, as well as a couple of upcoming art show/creative events.

And the 3 New Crystal Keepers Are…..Results of the Free Crystal Drawing
Thank you to everyone who participated in the FREE Crystal Drawing that was held between Monday and midnight Thursday (yesterday) and for spreading and sharing the crystal love and creative joy energy.
To shortly recap, I was inspired by the energies that encourage and support awakening creativity from the recent Full Moon: Full SuperMoon in Aquarius Energy – July 22nd, 2013 and the “air” of collective experience lately, so in “light” of this, I was guided to do a fun drawing from which 3 names (the number of pure joy of self-expressive creativity and creation energy) would be chosen as the new keepers and receivers of three individually and intuitively chosen crystal gifts.
It’s important to flow in the energy of giving AND receiving, as that is the natural experience of abundance. This give-away was one way I could provide a little extra collective loving support to others, as a reminder that you are always being taken care of and supported in the beauty of who you are and yes, magic is abound!
This morning I held the drawing from the 65+ entries and then individually tuned in which each of the chosen names, and with the crystals and stones, to match the energetic connections together. Inviting Animal Companion Healers & Helpers Into Your Life – My Story About Joy Plus Bonus Rabbit Wisdom
I saw this rabbit a couple of days ago and its showing up, the way it did, and the message that came through to me, inspired a long over due post today. Rabbits often appear in my life and of course are in my life literally, as I have a special affinity for them. I’ve had three rabbits in my lifetime as animal companions – the first only graced my life for a few months and was the only male I’ve ever had – his name was Twinkie. Then of course there was Nestor (male name, female body, but androgynous in essence) and then Joy Julianna (aka Jules and Tiny) who is with me physically now.

When I saw this rabbit I was reminded of a post I wanted to share about Joy and how she is an amazing partner I’ve been graced with in my life, plus reiterate rabbit wisdom to you again because I feel they are very poignant in message for us right now.
The part I loved the best about seeing this rabbit out in the wild, aside from the cute nose twitching, hopping, and its little round butt and amazing ears, was seeing the magical and adorable interaction that happened when she and another rabbit stumbled upon each other “accidentally.” Right before she disappeared, she was quickly hopping towards the bushes and suddenly another rabbit came out of the same bushes, seemingly out of no where, so quickly that there was a meeting of noses and a jolting response and sound that had them leaping off in opposite directions. It happened so fast it was like an igniting of energy that took place in a flash that felt like this cosmic collision. I remember thinking…was that a large butterfly that she collided in dance with? As it felt so magical and literally electric in a transformational sort of way, as if something had swooped in and caused an alchemical reaction.

Instantly this brought me to think of Nestor and Joy and their powerful connection, both to each other, and to me, seeing this cosmic collision. I happened to also be with a friend who also had more recently lost her female bunny, Isis, so this was a very powerful moment in my opinion. And I felt as if the rabbit that came from a flash out of no where, seemed like an etheric manifestation.

Needless to say, it reminded me of the alchemical relationship shared between the three of us – Nestor, Joy, and myself – (no I’m not forgetting you Gaia, my amazing Russian Tortoise, but you’re a whole other story sweetie) and to stress the importance of recognizing our animal companions and animals in general, for the powerful souls that they are, and to invite them with honor and respect, more into your life. The more grounded rabbit that first caught my attention, reminded me more of Joy, still with her magic, but attuned to walk both worlds easily. And the rabbit that came out of no where of course was like Nestor who showed up in eerie and mystical ways, always had tons of very big energy that she needed to release all the time by racing around the house and tables and jumping and dancing in the air because she was more at home in the Cosmos, although loves Earth.
I didn’t think I’d get another rabbit, or animal for that matter, after losing Nestor, but as I’ve shared before, Nestor had other ideas for me and knew what would help my healing and integration into the next phases of my life – and so she brought Joy to me after very discerningly choosing and testing her in her ability to telepathically communicate with me and be open to channeling Nestor and more.

I always thought that I would likely just have a soul in bunny form, after Nestor, that was more about the simple things in life – love, the experience of the physical, integrating things from other lives and living the sensuality and instinctual processes their body affords them. However, much to my “joy” and surprise, Joy was much more than this, as some souls that incarnate as animals are very powerful beings, healers and have poignant missions too.

I have come to see Joy flourish over the few years she has been in my life and what fun it is to see her reveal more and more of the depth of her gifts. In many ways she mirrors the things Nestor used to do with me – telepathically communicating, being with me all day when I work, supporting and assisting in Reiki healing and intuitional sessions by distance, teaching Reiki classes, physically noses people in person to transfer Reiki energy, helping me to channel when I paint, helping to channel the inspiration and messages for all aspects of my work, does Tarot card readings with me – picking cards with her teeth, and sometimes signs my paintings at the corner with a little tooth imprint where I sign.
And then she has her own unique gifts, which are her ability to work with crystals and create and program crystal grids, being more balanced and connected to the Earth with calm serenity and in devotional work, has adorable humor and keeps me laughing with her sillyness, and is a channel and messenger between the Cosmos and Earth. She can even fully give over her body to channel Nestor and she acts as the bridge between both worlds to help me with integrating what comes through in a tangible way.

Yes, she is truly a blessed gift of grace in my life. And she exhibited much of this immediately to me from the moment I took her home and it’s just increased over time as she has flourished and I have supported and loved her every step of the way.
Joy, like Nestor, is a Reiki Master Teacher as well. Yes, you can attune your animal companions to Reiki and I highly support this, if you are receiving that your little one is on the path of a healer. I believe that souls choose to incarnate in the form that best supports the given contracts they have chosen to experience. So, I believe I have many times been an animal, just as souls that are animals may have at one time, or more, been human. Then of course that’s not to mention all of the other “experiences” we have had and have, but that’s another story.
The point of this is, I value all of life, understanding that at the essence of it all, we are all the same and unified. I honor my “animal” companions just as I would anyone or anything sacred, in relation to that Oneness.

So, I take care of my little ones with utmost respect on all levels of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs. That being said, again, yes our animal companions can be very supportive healers to support our work and in their own right. They are able to assist others (animal and human alike, as well as global and cosmic experiences) as equal partners. I’m not going to go into the details on the hows here, but if you are interested more in this and in supporting your animal companions on the path of Reiki (something they are very naturally connected with), you can get in contact with me or other Reiki Master Teachers to learn more.
All I know is that I have seen and experienced profound and magical things take place with both Nestor and Joy in terms of their Reiki “practice” and teaching. There could be a book alone, on all of the adventures with my magical little ones indeed. 🙂 Joy loves to be present in all of my Reiki classes and I always call upon both Joy and Nestor, as well as Gaia, to assist in sessions.

There are too many stories I could share (so I hope you enjoy the photos of Joy in this post), but I wanted to honor Joy’s work and who she is here today, as I’ve been wanting to talk a little more in detail about her special gifts and the gratitude I have for her. And this was also something Joy has wanted me to write a bit about to help encourage others to “see” the truth and value of the animal companions in your life and how much they have to offer you and the collective.
This is the main reason I wanted to share about this, was to provide some insight on how our animal companions can truly be powerful supporters and integral parts of our lives in more ways than we think. We already know they bring us a lot of joy and love, for which we mirror, but they carry the same intelligence and gift abilities as we do.
And just as we are all unique, they are as well, with their own individual personalities and their own paths. So not all animal companions are necessarily destined to certain things, but you can still treat them with the honor they deserve and invite them more into the experience of your life. You might be surprised at what happens when you do. 🙂
And animals in general are amazing messengers carrying with them pieces of magic and gifts that can help transform our lives when we recognize and listen to them, as they show up for us.

This brings me back to the rabbits I saw a couple of days ago and to close with sharing rabbit wisdom with you in case they are showing up, or will be, in your life.
Rabbits are sacred and magical beings that not everyone understands and when you see them show up in your life, cross your path, or happen to be a rabbit lover/keeper yourself, there is a lot to learn from them beyond the hare and tortoise symbolism that we have all come to know. They embody some beautiful energy mirroring of the now, the Full Moon energy we’ve just experienced, and are supportive to the Divine wholeness within that is merging forth from the creative heart.

Aside from their embodiment of agility and quick-thinking maneuvering, they are grounding, teach us we do not have to be victims and can listen to our instincts and intuition in times of fear to guide us as empowered individuals, and they share the balance of times we are capable of and will need to move with great speed through life in leaps and bounds with wise discernment and precise maneuvering gained from listening within.

Hares/Rabbits are powerfully profound in their transmutational energies. The Ancients found them to be one of the most mysterious and perplexing beings, thought to be hermaphrodites (male one month and female the next), with powers of self-impregnation. Since Hares reflect the idea of balance between masculine and feminine they are highly regarded as sacred, mediators of the sacred, and embodying actual creative powers of the Universe.
Hares are also associated with the Moon, lunar cycles, and cyclical life, are considered creatures of fire – the “Sacred Fire” that is the same regenerative fire of the Phoenix – thus destruction and recreation of the heart of all life. They are connected with the dawn, enlightenment, Spring, the Cosmic Egg from which the Cosmos is produced, and embody balance, creative potency, eternity, androgyny, genius, and inspiration.

I thought I would add a little crystal tid-bit share to this, as I have been getting this question come up a lot, again, and I feel it is relevant to not only crystals, but in how we treat ourselves as well – insert yourself into the post where I’m talking about crystals. Being gentle with ourselves, non-judgmental, loving every part of the journey and every perfection of who we are in every moment is really important. I believe that self-worth is a huge piece of the puzzle currently that people are working on. Unworthiness can be very debilitating and limiting – almost like a spiritual virus – and if you aren’t able to receive then you are blocking the natural flow of your abundance in every way.
So here is a repost of one of my blog posts about crystals going through shifts, just as we do, and ways in which to understand and love them – you – every step of the way:
Self Discovery Was Never So Simple And Fun – Stories for the Inner Ear by Cliff Durfee
Having spent a good portion of my life researching, reading, studying, dissecting, and uncovering, I’ve come to a place where I am more drawn to experiencing, integrating, and practicing the discoveries I’ve come to learn as my truth, as well as being extra present to receiving from within to learn to interpret the messages constantly gifted from the Universe…in essence “walking the walk” and discovering and growing in the moment.
I prefer direct, inner experience and if I do read, it’s through divine guidance I’m drawn, rather than “seeking” and sometimes that is merely to pick up a book I’ve already read to turn to exactly what message would be most powerfully reiterating that day.
And sometimes what I’m drawn to read is to discover other tools that I can share with people that may be supportive with the journey of gentle “beingness.”
I’ve also been known to “simplify” things and to use child-like examples to illustrate the complex in a way that speaks to the heart.
Perhaps it is all of these reasons that I was inspired to read my dear friend, Cliff Durfee’s book, Stories for the Inner Ear, which I’d been reading in a slow pace, when I felt guided to, mostly taking place while at the beach on the weekends relaxing and picnicking (as pictured in the photos of this post).

This is an enchanting book and simple, flowing read that anyone can enjoy. Whether you read it as a novel or simply flip open to one of the eleven magical stories, you will find exactly what is valuable for you to bring awareness to in your life, while being taken on an adventure that leads to the heart of you. I have always felt that we make things more complex than they need to be and that it really IS simple. Cliff’s book is a perfect example of this. Having been one who has studied and read metaphysical information and books throughout my life, I’ve come to a place of not feeling called to acquire information anymore, but focusing on the current Intuition Age. I prefer direct, inner experience for developing a relationship with The Divine within and Cliff’s book, Stories For the Inner Ear, does just that. It is laced with layered symbolism and will work on your subconscious in more ways than your mind will wrap around, but your heart and soul will be grateful for.

Cliff Durfee resides just north of San Diego in Encinitas, California. He received a B.A. in Education from Arizona State University, and worked for over a decade in the area of complex computer software design. It was clear early on that his primary talent and joy was through creativity. He pursued this in a major way by founding Live Love Laugh. This company published his first two books and a gift product he developed, called Sprinkles, which sold to over 2700 stores over a period of seven years. He has used his creativity to develop very innovative websites for clients, including My Referral Club, which assists many business clubs across the nation in networking and business referrals. For over thirty years, he has been devoted to personal and spiritual growth, developing intuition, and supporting people in aliveness, love, and laughter.
Cliff’s first book was called “Feel Alive with Love, Have a Heart Talk” and was published in 1979. It assists friends, couples, and families in having harmonious and loving relationships. The seven-step Heart Talk went on to become a popular communication technique used in youth groups across the nation. During the last two decades, before publishing “Stories for the Inner Ear,” Cliff practiced listening within. Wonderful words flowed out in the form of allegorical stories. Though he knew it was something he wanted to share, life’s little (and big) distractions kept having him put things on the shelf until it was published in 2011.
Full SuperMoon in Aquarius Energy – July 22nd, 2013

I’ve found myself in the last week or two needing more rest, sleeping deeply, dreaming a lot, and waking up a bit later than usual. There is a lot going on in the inner realms and to trust and embrace the needs to retreat and nurture what is within is essential. This allows for things to naturally percolate while you are still actively engaged in a state of awareness, even if not fully “acting upon” at the moment. This will support leaps to take place as direct result.
It’s really important to become more and more acutely aware of your vibration and frequencies moment to moment and when and what seems to drive it up and down. It’s essential to find your center and realize that everything that takes you away from this is simply a temporary story that is not aligned with your highest vision of the soul and an illusion that does not have power over you unless you give it power.
Sitting in stillness of mindfulness is a powerful place and the energies for today are supporting this, as shared in Laura Brunos’ Oracle Report for today. It’s always nice to see we are synchronously feeling in alignment.
Here is a short summary of the Full Moon energy we are immersed in today:
This is a time to be the beauty of who you are and to express your truth and creative self-expression as is aligned with your highest. What you put out there right now in intention is powerful. This is a time to realize your power and say “yes” and “no” firmly, and mean it with all of your heart. It’s also a time to take stock of your energy and see how it can best be used efficiently, realizing where you are focusing over-time in areas that no longer are deserving of your energy, time, resources – be it job, relationship, or any other focus. There should be a balance of giving and receiving in all that you do.
I’ve seen this play out in my own life, where I used to give and give, but the channels of receiving were not as open, which ultimately will block the energy flow in all areas of life to bring in your abundance. And in opening the receiving end in equal balance, it has been a hugely supportive shift that is in more natural alignment and creates so much more joy and benefit, not to mention harmony and release of false resentments.
Everything has to be able to spiral in cycles, flow freely, move in and out. So really stay aware of your energy and vibration and see where things are blocked, unbalanced, where there are fears or you are focused on things taking away your attention or adding unnecessary anxiety. Have you become comfortable with and found a way to “put up” with things that are not aligned and limiting? Where are you placing your attention and how might it be helping you to avoid what your Higher Self set out for you this life?
People use all sorts of vices, including relationships and “only” focusing on helping others, and turn their backs on the relationship with themselves. It’s a common, but mis-interpreted thought that this is selfish and once again takes us back to the point that you haven’t anything real and lasting to provide others, if you haven’t taken care of your own needs. And by aligning with your soul authenticity, you will discover your divine collective service that flows naturally and without karmic creation or hidden resentments and one-sidedness.
It’s time to heal the healer and come to know the dance with your essence. Release all that doesn’t serve, that distracts, that blocks…and reveal your authenticity so that it can help you laser focus from the heart.
There is a lot of energy now supporting you to be more courageous and confident and feel ready to really take some bold leaps in your life with greater trust and inner knowing. Aquarius is also very altruistic and expansive in terms of your connection to the collective and community – in essence – cocreation. It’s also a very progressive, forward-thinking and moving sign that assists us in learning to be unconditional, unattached, and authentically compassionate from a place of power. And Leo, where the Sun currently is, will assist us in realizing the balance of how this comes about most productively and efficiently, when we know our true selves and bring forth our radiant heart’s self-expression and creative power.
You come to be of greatest service when you have learned to serve your truth.
And the Aquarius Full Moon reminds you that everything can be, and is, more fun when done together as this cohesive experience. Balance is always key. And learning discernment and timing for logic and intuition and when to take action and when to rest and be still is what we are learning.
It is time for you to be who you really are despite anything anymore. Do not be afraid to be you. While it may seem you are being different than many around you, I assure you that once “you” step out, not only will you feel more alive and realize there was nothing to fear, but you will suddenly find yourself drawing in others doing the same as you. This is where to focus – not on the vibrations that take you away from this, but that lead you further toward you.
There’s a focus with this Full Moon on energy and what you do with it, how you express it, and how well you’ve learned to process and manage it. In general, I feel this is our focus anyway, but being spot-lighted currently if you haven’t taken note already. You are an unlimited being and the creative potentials you have in how you want to perceive and utilize the energy is up to you. This is a time to exercise that. Aquarius is an air element so there is focus on the mind and shattering old patterns of thoughts and beliefs, releasing them fully so you can break out and explode into the more freeing expression of you.
Don’t be surprised if there is a feeling of build-up right now, or irritations being heightened. It’s merely sharing that you can no longer compress and repress things. If you just allow things to release through creative expression you can avoid having a blow out or shattering take place to your life. Taking responsibility, you can release things little by little and assist the process to be more natural and manageable than if you continue avoiding it and having it explode.
You can’t afford to hold anything in or back anymore. It’s going to come up and out whether you like it or not. Do whatever you are drawn to, to release it, but do it – be it exercise, dancing, writing, singing, painting, etc., express and do it, but with the awareness that it is for the highest good of all concerned.
Yes, your shadow aspects are at center stage, but realizing they are friend, not foe, you can utilize their assistance in integrating their messages for wholeness. Be gentle with yourself and others. There is no need for blame, only the courage to take responsibility for the now moment you can change it all in.
Creative power is one of your most valuable gifts available innately to you. It’s sad to see it forgotten and underutilized. Make it a goal to harness it from here on out. It is your ability to be creative and keep challenging your unlimitedness that will assist you in integrating things with greater ease, efficiency, and harmony. It will also keep you in your center and able to realize you can always get back there if momentarily taken off-center with less and less down time.
This Full Moon allows the visionary you to come to forefront, to be inspired with vision for creative action on a global level. You are capable now of changing your way of thinking and feeling towards a more expansive experience that has profound effects and reach for the highest good in collective and future productivity.
Finding the balance of emotion and intellect, you can harness a powerful source and force for inspired creation. Trust, flow, allow, let go, and be willing…You are in process of creating a new reality with clarity of vision that will contribute to the New Earth experience that has lasting effects because it takes into account all aspects of your highest soul vision in relation to the collective.
