Today is the day that these magickal, little ones have chosen to be shared and so the very small offering of curated crystals and crystal bundles along with the surprise essential oil crystal infusions I’ve been sharing about, are ready to step forward.

Like with everything, patience, presence, and peace have made these possible, as not only did I have to wait for some to arrive, then create a presence process around their preparations, but also had to anchor peace into both their creation and frequency before sharing them.

These days, it’s more rare that I have crystal offerings like I once did in the past, but just recently I’ve been listening when I run across a particular crystal that speaks to something energetically that may be supportive for someone out in the collective. So, in fact these crystals have been intuitively procured for others and within an affordable price range so that they can do their work where they’re needed most.

I’ll begin with the crystals first, then move on to the creations.

I’m calling these Dream Friends, as I feel they embody the energy signature to support individuals with many layers of intents or dream seeds you hold for yourself. From emotional and spiritual, to mental and physical, they have the ability to copartner in your journey of growth and potential.

Within the Dream Friends collection we have 2 amazing crystal skulls, a small crystal heart bundle pair, a tumbled stone bundle of 3, an incredible amethyst, and 2+ million year old petrified wood.

You’ll be able to read more details about each of them through the link below at the end of this post, but I’ll share a little bit here for now so you get an idea of who’s looking for a home.

To start, you may recall how I’ve spoken about my newer council of 13 skulls that came into my life recently. There’s actually 13 and then 3 others that include an interpreter and 2 bridge worker/guardian messengers. But while this was all developing, I felt called to 2 more skulls – not for myself, but to act as the bridge to get them to their copartners, as I felt that the energy coming through will be greatly supportive to others as well to tune into.

You read about my vision, likely, about the 13 collective crystal skulls while I was in the fourth door of the Temazcal Ceremony in Playa Del Carmen and how they were connected to mine and what would come through. Well, while I’ve been preparing these skulls, the 2 that I have as offerings today came into my experience and I felt called to have them connect with the skulls that are with me so that when they go out into the world, they will have extra channeling ability to tap into some of what is unfolding, along with connection to the original collective 13 skulls as well.

These 2 skulls include a beautiful Larkivite skull and Lemurian quartz skull. I was actually holding the Larkivite skull on the day both the garter snake and Frith appeared, as you may recall my sharing in a recent post and how potent that all felt. It was a day I was photographing some of the crystals and these two popped in to check out the energies that were emanating. You can see the snake (slithering over the rock border to the path) and skull in the photo below. Frith was just down the path in the grass.

If you’ve been feeling a skull was calling to you, one of these may be of interest to explore. The Lemurian quartz skull actually feels like a wonderful one if this is your first opening to exploring a relationship with a crystal skull. And although their sizes are different, it’s all about energy.

The smaller Lemurian is very sweet, but also crystal clear potent with rainbows galore inside at just the right angles when they’re ready to reveal themselves to the light. I get male energy from him, but very divine masculine. (UPDATE: SOLD)

The larger Larkivite is stunning and gives off female energy. It is also called Black Labradorite or Black Moonstone, but it is a Norwegian granite with labradorescent effect in the light with flashes of silver, silvery white, some golden and even subtle blue touches.

The next Dream Friends up are the small crystal heart bundle pair.

Included in this lovely bunch are a golden healer quartz heart and a flower agate double skull heart. You may recall the flower agate double skull heart from before, but I was guided to remove it because of it wanting to be part of this pair. (UPDATE SOLD)

The flower agate double skull heart has also been communing with the crystal skull council here and so it is acutely attuned to the skull collective frequencies. The golden healer quartz heart was then introduced – first charging with a collection of high vibed crystals I had and then together, with the flower agate skulls.

Not only does the flower agate skull pair speak to the inner harmony and integration of divine feminine and masculine parts within, but these two hearts also carry that frequency as a pair – quite the embodied wholeness energy.

Then we move on to the small tumbled stone bundle of 3 Dream Friends. In this synergized group we have lapis lazuli, lepidolite, and rainbow moonstone. Mmmmm! (UPDATE SOLD)

These 3 are gorgeous and magickal little tumbles and the perfect trinity of energies, as well as perfect size to pop into a pouch to carry with you, place in your pocket on any adventure, and hold as you sit at your desk, meditate, journal, or journey with before dream time.

Upon their arrival to me, they’ve also been getting charged with a high frequency group of crystals here with me and have received activations. This trinity includes some of my favorites, and perhaps may become yours too if they aren’t already. I was drawn to bring their energies to others, as they feel supportive for processes people are navigating. Tumbles are great for every day easy access to make working with their energy a natural part of your routine. The smoothness and size are also very soothing and a perfect fit for holding.

And of course there’s the incredible amethyst Dream Friend. This one has been shared before and is the only one of the past grouping that didn’t find her cocreator – another surprise to me, as this one is one of the most amazing beings and has received quite the activation process while being with me.

The day I was taking photos in the garden and Frith and the snake showed up, I had just finished a reshoot with this beauty, as she felt the other photos hadn’t captured her essence. Perhaps she hadn’t been ready to reveal more of it until now, but we noticed that the garden energy brings out the best in these crystal beings nonetheless.

And that leads us to our last Dream Friends bunch – a large group of 2+ million year old petrified wood that was found by yours truly on Spring Equinox during what was quite a hiking and explorative adventure. I was led to and gifted quite the energy packed into these little ancient pieces of amazingness and Astrid and I would like to share some with you.

After working with the petrified wood we’ve discovered how potent it is for current energies, as well as assisting with new goals and dreams, and the group we have available have been along for the journeys here since Equinox – that’s one full cycle up through Solstice.

I like to keep some in a glass vase that anchors the energy of a grid I have, and for the house at large. Others I have out on a selenite slab and I can hold and work with individually.

We’re offering 4 bundles from this group you see here and that Astrid is loving on – 3 the same size and one larger one.

This way you can create your own intuitively guided way to have them in your experience. Perhaps create grids, have them out as a powerhouse group in a vase, dish, clear jar, keep some in different parts of your home, create jewelry with, add to a succulent mini garden, or who knows.

And there you have it for the Dream Friends – at least at for now. You’ll understand more of why they have this name when you read about them. All of them have come through for you. All of them have been lovingly prepared for you. And all of them have shared time with both the crystal frequencies here and the enchanted garden and Forest Portal energies outside.

Now we move on to the next collection – our Summer Solstice Dream Drops!

I just LOVE these!

These were not on my radar either, but I followed guidance to create away and this manifested 11 bottles of magick.

What we have in this little collection – a one-time-only creation I won’t be repeating – are a blend of essential oils and crystal infusions that were all charged and activated during the Summer Solstice portal.

We have nine 10 ml roller bottles and two 2 oz spray bottles available in the group – making 11 total. (UPDATE: 5 REMAIN)

I prepared the essential oils myself – some of which I made combined with some very special essential oils I have been saving. I used one of two carrier oils for the base – an organic fractionated coconut oil (hexane free, cold centrifuge, refined) and an organic apricot kernel oil.

Then, over a period of 11 days, I made my oils from dried lavender and rose petals from the garden.

The lavender in the coconut oil carrier base and the rose in the apricot kernel carrier base.

These both solar and moonlight infused over the 11 days with the addition of 11 raw Tahoe smoky quartz spread between the two jars.

I then blended them with the other oils you’ll see below and last, they were added to their designated crystal bottles and placed out in the garden (at the magick faery and rabbit crystal spot) for 24 hours over the Solstice.

The results are very subtle aroma infusions, but extremely potent blends.

Six of the bottles contain this blend: Rose, yarrow/pom oil, and Egyptian almond oil in apricot kernel oil base smoky quartz infusion. The rose is from my garden, the yarrow is the purest form I purchased through a friend who has access to yarrow essential oil in pomegranate seed oil and the Egyptian almond oil comes straight from Egypt and is super pure and potent!

Five of the bottles contain this blend: Lavender, orange blossom, and Egyptian vanilla oil in coconut oil base smoky quartz infusion. The lavender is from my garden, the orange blossom I also got through a friend who cultivates this, and the Egyptian vanilla comes straight from Egypt.

You’d think these are overpowering, but I only used the slightest drops and essence to create super subtle aromas, as it wasn’t so much about wanting something overly scented, as it was about the essence of these essential oils and their energies infused with the crystals. You can ready about each of these properties of oils on your own.

So again that’s 11 bottles, infused over 11 days, with 11 raw Tahoe smoky quartz. Weeeeeeee!

As mentioned, once the oil infusions were ready, they were then carefully poured into the designated crystal bottles before heading out for one more potent charging over Solstice. I hand chose the crystals for each bottle and you’ll be able to explore which combination speaks to you at the link below.

All of the bottles can be reused. The smaller roller bottles can be cleaned out once finished, and either replaced with another essential oil of your choice or essential oil perfume you love, etc. The crystals can be removed and replaced. You’ll notice that there are small crystal chips in the body of the bottle and then the roller ball that infuses your skin is also a crystal.

I love these for sacred anointing before meditation or any healing or intentional practice, Reiki Healing Attunements, before teaching a class or speaking before others, after showering or bath time, simply as a ritual to start your day with presence and added energy, a pick me up during the day, etc. Can be used on wrists, neck, temple, third eye, clavicle, or over chakras. Anywhere you choose.

The two larger, blue fine mist spray bottles also have crystals in them – each have a blending of two chosen crystal chip combinations you’ll see at the link also. These are great to use similarly, but spray on instead of roll. You may want to rub in after you spray. Or simply use as an invigorating mist to face, body, or a pick-me-up for any room or ritual.

Summer Solstice is here once again and the alpine days in Tahoe are just bursting with the vibrancy that this time of year and this gateway celebrates, as you can explore for yourself through the photo montage within this blog post.

We enjoyed a beautiful, long weekend of Father’s Day with my parents visiting and extended anniversary celebrations, as yesterday was our 2 year wedding and shared 5 year anniversary of Astrid’s arrival to our family. Although we married, and Astrid came home, on Solstice of those years, Solstice is the 21st this year and it aligns with the Solstice portal that Joy chose 6 years ago to return to the stars.

So, yes, it’s a full experience of many heart moving things when Summer Solstice rolls around for us. It’s also such a joyous time when the mountains and forests here start to bloom, song birds light up our days with harmonic sweetness, the light extends long into the warmer evenings, and one can’t help but feel revitalized and inspired.

I love sun-kissed days and skin, summer dresses, bare feet, expanding my lungs through daily outdoor adventures, and dreaming as expansive as the skies and vistas before me.

Summer Solstice and the season this gateway opens, always reminds me of the Sun Tarot card – one that I’ve always resonated with as a reflection of my heart and essence.

Every year continues to speed along, and yet while things accelerate, it speaks to the great benefit of being ever more present so that you can inhale every gift-of-a-moment, as well as learn how to shift out of attachment and ego-based stories, and embody a more peace-filled relationship to everything and everyone.

The loudest message these days is that of presence and how this helps us to change how we relate to triggers, realize that we are not the person reacting, we are not the person or thing that someone else is reacting too either, and helps us to cultivate greater peace that assists in returning to our center and essence.

I’m sharing photos from our recent hikes of the last few days, as they hold the frequency of Summer Solstice to me and as much as they have inspired new dreams and fresh promise for me, I hope they will do the same for you.

I find that pictures can be far better than words at reflecting a vibration and message.

I am envisioning revitalization for everyone’s current experiences, as we welcome in today’s Solstice. Remember that this is a time of blossoming, celebrating, embodying self-awareness and your essence, releasing the old patterns of suppression, and recharging the mind, body, and spirit to bring what you desire into your life, or at least to experience greater embodied empowerment and wholeness.

This is a time of the Divine and Sacred dance, union, and balance of the Feminine (Earth, Mother, Moon) with the Masculine (Sky, Father, Sun) energies.

A time that the Mayans believed to be for spiritual initiation and change, creating ceremony to balance the Earth’s energy, and invoking that Ká a yaán tah experience of “being reborn.”

This is an opportune chance to invite the Sun’s energy to connect with your Higher Self and to follow inspiration and dreams, while tuning inside and realizing the alchemy of “as within, so without”.

And so it is.

Although I had hoped to have the magickal Summer Solstice offerings available today, I realized that there was too much involved to have ready that quickly, so I let them navigate their timing instead of me.

Besides, they also needed time to immerse in, and get charged up from, this portal. Sending out love and creative magick from one heart portal to another!

Like you, I’ve had many dreams over the course of my life….many, many dreams. And while it may seem that they didn’t come to pass, if one interprets them literally, in fact many have. They’ve just taken on the form of the essence of what I imagined and desired, rather than the exact specifics I had limited their scope to be.

There’s no harm in being detailed with your visualizations, as in fact this helps you to imagine a reality you want to create and inhabit, as well as stretches your capacity for creative energy in action of opening multi-dimensional possibilities. Yet, when you tune into the specific qualities you would love to feel and experience from that reality, rather than only the specific way that needs to look, and drop into the embodiment of your essence and allow the nature of that to magnetize things, then your frequency will draw in the perfect vibrational match that fulfills that essence. This can result in quite a different form than you might otherwise have restricted it to being if you limit your focus.

For example, there was a time, years ago, when I came very close to purchasing land and forging a monumental architectural and creative undertaking to develop a spiritual wellness and creative healing arts center. I was literally a decision away from making an offer, but I stepped back to look at the wider scope and realized that this vision didn’t just have one way it could manifest. It turned out, my decision not to move forward saved a lot of challenges that would have come up after a divorce at the time and in terms of dropping myself into a container that was ahead of myself, but also supplied me with greater liberation to not be tied to and manage this huge undertaking. I went forward in a different direction, but came to see that the way that life choice directed me (having multi-faceted avenues I channeled my expression through the creative and healing arts) ended up providing me the ability to still do all the things I wanted to do, but with greater freedom that reflected my essence.

I became the center, rather than having to build a center.

This isn’t to say it would have been a wrong choice to go the other way, as every choice leads us down connected branches of our life path, but by surrendering to what it was I truly was looking for in terms of feeling and essence, I then manifested greater alignment that matched my vibration at that point in life.

Sometimes you just need to step back and be curious and vulnerably honest about why it is you are wanting something, hone in on the essence qualities you would like to experience from it that match the frequency of your nature/or essence, and then surrender to all the possible ways you could create this feeling match for the highest good.

The act of being curious will open an interesting dialogue of reasons to flood in. You may even discover that some of the reasons for why you limited the scope of how your desire can manifest might be related to things like wanting to prove something to others, having been conditioned to think there’s only certain ways to go about things, being afraid, or confused with how, to forge a new path if there currently isn’t a category to fit you yet, or trying to emulate others you admire and either glamorizing what they have or not yet establishing your own identity so you easily empath and take on what others are doing because they make it seem like the right way.

Been there, done that. 🙂

Stepping back and checking in with yourself can help course correct things for greater personal fulfillment that results in greater outreach fulfillment through that full well you experience.

There are times to allow the incubation process to go through its cycle so that you can bring forth the core elements that will help match essence to essence.

This will help reveal some truths and support you in reimagining even greater possibilities.

Why limit yourself to just one direction when you are innately a creative being of unlimited potential?

What if there was a more fulfilling and naturally easier way to receive the same feelings and quality of value than the one path you’ve been struggling to try and make work and make yourself fit into in order to work?

I’ll give you another of my many examples I could draw upon for this post to share, but this one I think might speak to some of you just like the last one.

In more recent years I was drawn to creating an animal sanctuary – more specifically a rabbit sanctuary. Again, I got very close to this going into motion and had things lined up to make it happen. Then, like the last time, something said to step back and dig deeper, listen, and receive. A download of information flooded in and I was shown another way that matched my frequency right here and now. As always, I can tend to get ahead of myself or ahead of things in general, because I both receive timeless information without designation of “timing” on it and I have a very optimistic and highly exuberant, motivational streak that believes in all things being possible – which they are, but this doesn’t mean I need to prove that. By releasing any attachment to this idea and the specifics I developed in my mind, I opened even more layers of fulfilling ways the essence of this idea could take form. One of which happens to be how right in my own backyard, the Forest Portal has become a sanctuary.

Our home became the natural sanctuary, rather than having to build a sanctuary.

Do you see a pattern here?

I’ll share more about how the latter has organically manifested and what it has become today, but first I want to reiterate that there isn’t a right or wrong choice. There’s simply choice, but we can fine tune our choices for greater alignment and highest good fulfillment in the now moment. It also doesn’t mean that at some point I couldn’t still choose these options at a later date in my life, but by being present, curious, and opening up to more, I manifested something better suited that optimizes my unique qualities and speaks the language of my creative desires.

It’s not that this or the other example were wrong choices, but by taking a step back and not pushing, this has allowed a more organic unfolding and authentic reflection to reveal itself that ultimately aligns with my essence and supports the now experience I find myself in where liberated flow and a natural way of experience, weaving itself as my way of life, speaks to me.

In terms of the latter – our home becoming an animal and rabbit sanctuary – I’ve mentioned before that when we moved here I made a promise to the land and the faeries and creatures of the land that I would take care of them, cultivate beauty and enchantment, as well as reinvigorate the Earth grid by activating a portal of anchored connection and harmony here. And since, I’ve been working my “wild with intention” visions to nurture the energy and make this place a safe space for all beings to share here, as well as act as an energetic channel to communicate to other areas, animals, plants, and Elementals. The latter creating that ripple effect through embodied example of what is possible.

And over the years we’ve been here, I have seen this come to fruition. But it’s been in recent weeks that the realization of it all anchored in fuller embodiment.

Every time I go out into the garden and yard I am met with the experience of all of this and I literally feel like a real life Snow White. You may have recalled the time I painted on my garden bench and the chickadees were flying all around me and trying to land on my shoulders and hands, while little ones ran around me on the ground. It’s truly surreal to even try to explain what takes place when I go out. Every little creature comes around and welcomes me, shows off how happy they are doing their thing and enjoying the space I’ve created for them, and they have increasingly been interacting on more and more intimate levels. Interspecies communication is at an all-time high and a beautiful synergy and harmony is anchoring, just as I’ve always dreamed it could be since I was a little girl.

Not only is Frith coming around every single day, multiple times a day, but loves to be around when I’m out and enjoys listening to me. He’s a constant companion and having this daily wild rabbit interaction outside, alongside the daily Astrid interaction inside, is truly a bridge between worlds. And since Astrid has always felt to me to be more wild rabbit than any of my rabbit companions, there’s the experience of something bigger we are creating together both in our interaction and the way she connects to the outside realm of wild animals (not just rabbits, but all wild animals).

And through Astrid’s Reiki and other energetic abilities to communicate across realms, even off-planet, this actually has wide reaching effects for the kind of work we can do together. It’s opening connections with other species, as well as rabbits, and we are able to do some pretty magickal shift-frequency work.

The idea of a rabbit sanctuary has taken on a whole new level of manifestation that isn’t limited by just one form. Could we still do this at some point? Sure. Yet, right now, this feels more aligned and allows the freedom to move in and out of different focuses with how we want to work with the energies.

Circling back to the Snow-White-effect and what happens when I step out into the enchanted garden and yards…the little chipmunks will run over to the sunflower dish I have on the ground filled with water for them and the other ground dwellers while I’m in the garden and sip water just a couple of feet away from me, as if to say thank you. The squirrels also zip about playfully…some of them frisky and happy to stop for a chat and others very wise and human-like, with extreme desire to both impart things to, and learn from, Astrid and me.

All varieties of birds, including the robin family will sip from the larger, high bird bath and chatter away to say hi and thank you. The chickadees and nuthatch cuties sing me serenades, while Steller’s Jays like to test if their assertiveness intimidates me. When they see I’m not swayed, there’s a mutual respect gained between us and enjoyment of each other’s company. The robin family sticks close by and is extremely grateful for the hydration I provide, as well as the comfort they feel that their home and babies are protected.

Many times the birds, chipmunks, and Frith will all be fluttering and running about together and all around me.

Then there’s times like this last Sunday…while Dave and I were doing some major front yard work, I went to the side yard to get some soil and a lizard was on the path. Seconds before, a male lizard looked to be trying to court her and she was running away from him…not as interested as he was. He ran off when I came by, but she stopped to listen to me and didn’t run away as I came closer. In fact, she cocked her head and invited me to pet her. I gently did so, rubbing my fingers on her beautiful, dragon-like scales down her back and tail and she just gave me sparkly big eyes. She actually let me do this twice, each time I went in the side yard. She seemed to wait for me and would even follow me when I got up to continue with my tasks. In some ways it seems I charmed her more than her potential suitor, hehe! Or, at least, I felt less aggressive and she welcomed the tender approach. 🙂

That same day, after leaving my lizard friend to get the soil under the deck, my big frog friend greeted me. As I reached for the bag he hopped into sight, hanging on to the side of it. I put my hand out, worried he might have gotten hurt or was scared, and he hopped onto my hand. He actually stayed in my hand and wouldn’t leave. I called Dave and he came to see. This was the same big guy we found on the upper deck. He was so sweet and his underbelly and legs were a lime green underneath.

He listened to me talk and eventually I needed to get back to work, so I put him on my Garden Tower.

He immersed into the mint, shooting me a big smile.

I left and when I returned, I found him on the ground. I put my hand out again and he jumped in. I put him back in the mint to be safe until he decided where he wanted to go. Later I discovered him gone, but again felt a deliberate communication that he was wanting to impart since our first meeting. I had named him Morpheus from last we met and the two smaller frogs from the other years were Bloom and Root. I haven’t seen them for a while, but Morpheus is the new garden guardian who lives in the dark crevices of the deck underworld.

Friday night we had a very large raccoon visitor in the wee hours after midnight. The cats were making crazy noises and we discovered one mischievous raccoon was taunting them by the sliding glass doors. I’ve noticed indications of animals like raccoon, possum, ground dwellers, and of course we’ve seen many coyote, a few bears, bobcat, and some deer all using the paths around the house as their trails. There’s even been the pair of minks under our deck, various colored little mice running through the garden, and rubber boa and garter snakes slithering through as well. Returning families and friends of rabbits, chipmunks, squirrels, and birds of every variety – small to large. And now that flowers are blooming, the hummingbirds and pollinators are in full force. Even the sweet insects are happily immersed in the cycles of life and love that our safe little corner of the world invites.

It’s not unusual to have a bustling community of creatures where a forest is involved, but they all love to make our garden and yards their home, returning year after year because of the safety and energy we’ve created here for them.

And on top of that, not only do they live here with us, but they interact with me on a daily basis…making themselves known and desiring to share more intimate connection.

As I mentioned, I feel like a real life Snow White and just a couple of days ago this really took form as reality when I was sitting on the step in my garden taking photos of some crystals that will be available soon. As I sat there, Frith came hopping over from the back meadow area and stopped directly down the cobblestone path from me. You can see his ears and him peeking out here in the grass just behind the faery statue.

While this was happening and Frith listened to me talk to him, a garter snake started slithering from where my giant rabbit and gnome statue stand. I circled the garter snake and Frith in red to help you see this trinity of energy we were all creating together at once while I sat there with a crystal in my hand – I’ll share that photo next time.

The snake slinked over the rabbit and rabbit baby touching noses statue, and made his way across the cobblestones to the other side of the garden…just feet away from me.

He, too, listened while I spoke to him and I could sense both of their appearances were filled with excitement about the crystals and having me there – reflective indication of the potency of these crystals! At the same time, birds were hanging out in the tree limbs above, chipmunk and lizard were running around behind me, and bumblebee buzzing about.

Again, that realization hit.

I am the center.

I am the sanctuary.

Anything you want, you already have within and you already are.

The dance… the sacred… the beauty… the vital life force energy… the Great Mystery… this is you.

As I mentioned, the next generation of robins have made their nest and are starting a family again in the same exact spot they’ve been creating from under the eaves of our front door entrance – very potent in reflection.

Momma robin doesn’t leave the nest. She’s laid her eggs and they are now incubating in the warmth of her love.

I also just found a new, sweet, tiny nest on the ground (it will of course be part of my mobile) – and I honor this one and each of them as sacred altars and creative inducers. Nests are storytellers of woven love and devotion, holders of seed dreams, and cauldron containers for alchemy in motion.

Then there’s the first round of flowers in bloom and my plants all flourishing so beautifully – not one lost by our wildly fluctuating weather we had and late surprise frosts.

Only a single plant became a ground dweller’s delicacy…not to worry, as this is part of the balance here and give and take I heartfully signed up for between the wild and intention.

New gnomes (a foxglove gnome from my parents and a bee gnome from a friend) and a very content bunny have joined the garden jubilee.

And while life goes on with the unfolding seasons and Summer Solstice approaching, Dave and I decided to subtly transform our front yard. So we’ve had two big days of yard work so far with one more on the way, as we dug, planted, rewired some new drip lines, and created away. This wasn’t on our radar, but new inspiration hit and we seized the creative flow, which has our imaginations manifesting 1/5 of the cost that “professionals” quoted us.

Dave dug holes and dug up our rock bed so we could use the larger rocks to line a pathway. This opened room for plants and created a vision for others. You can see part of the work in progress in this photo collage.

I put in 18 new plants within the beds and yard (including Russian sage, gallery blue lupin, goldflame spirea, yellow potentilla shrubs, and catmint), enjoying literally laying in the dirt and getting my sweat pants filled with sap and brown kisses. My fingernails were so dirty I couldn’t get them clean for a few days and that was even with wearing gloves. And several times I reached into the soil my fingers were greeted with chubby earthworm sweeties, which is such a gift! Tahoe ground soil around homes is known to be tough and our neighbor said she’s never seen an earthworm in all the many years she’s lived here. I gently picked them up and placed them back in the soil and could feel the joy bubbling from each of them.

So, again, this reiterates such a beautiful reflection of what is being nurtured here on the land our home resides. This, along with the immediate swallowtail butterfly who swooped in on the pink blossoms of the goldenflame spirea I was planting, spoke to the sanctuary cultivation that has manifested here. It’s incredible how out of nowhere this giant, gorgeous swallowtail came to the plant my hands were about to place in the ground, as if emerging through a portal to say thank you for creating this enchanted realm I’ve been waiting for.

But the plants are in, the drip line done, the pathway 50% complete. We will fill it in with gravel within the next week or so, some giant boulder guardians are being delivered today, and a finishing touch coming soon to complete our huge front yard space. We’re excited to see our creativity come to life and our teamwork yet again pull together a shared vision we allow to percolate until it reflects most alignment for us.

After letting the lawn the house came with go back completely natural, we decided to utilize my “wild with intent” motto and create an inviting scape from what we had to work with – one that would be welcoming to the creatures and beings living here and finalizing that sanctuary experience I promised.

In the meantime, I’ve been completing things on other fronts and preparing for the new passage of my life to unfold. All things always reflecting, from the inside out.

Like the robin’s eggs, I am incubating.

Like the times before with dreams I once had and with recreating our yard scape, I am reimagining.

All the creative life force that inhabits our home is supporting the new visions and reminding me that there are unlimited ways to bring these about.

They are also reminding me that everything I dream of is already here.

I am dreaming the dreams alive by being me.

I’m sure many of you continue to notice an uptick in synchronous, full circle, and instant manifestation experiences taking place from small to large. Although the world scene increasingly becomes a wild display of dramatic and chaotic explosions, there’s simultaneously a lot of incredible experiences people are having on a whole other spectrum that just don’t go as noticed.

I hear from so many people in the latter grouping and although they are quite aware of the rest, as am I, it all points to options we have available to create within the field of experience.

There isn’t just one way life has to play out. There isn’t even just two ways.

There are multi-levels of possibilities we are able to creatively manifest.

I focus more time and energy in that field of possibility, as I know the power of wonder, love, creative vision, and hope.

And like all the people I hear from that are experiencing other kinds of openings, including supportive resets through temporary downtime or setbacks, I can’t keep track anymore of all the alignments popping up throughout these interesting days that keep opening the succession of doors that have been closed for so long.

When we start to invite our innocence back into the dance, we are able to more easily maneuver through, and find greater peace with, the chaos.

Innocence brings out the wonder, which stirs the creative cauldron of possibility.

Fun and miraculous synchronicities happen to all of us in some way, although we may just not notice them because we’re much more focused elsewhere, or we dismiss them as random and coincidence.

From the phone calls that happen after you think of someone, to the exact words and phrases being spoken immediately after you just thought of them, to an item showing up that you were wanting or looking for, to a song playing that you were singing in your head, to even a check or credit coming in that was the exact amount you needed for something.

Synchronicities come in many forms and these are just some of the little ways, but even big ones you can’t so easily dismiss are as well and overall, these are increasing as we continue to rapidly go through vibrational shifts along our creative evolution.

Do you take notice of the synchronicities that show up?

I feel like the more present we are with things like this, the more we open ourselves to other experiences and increase our ability to move beyond the limiting constructions we’ve erected. When presence is in motion, we transcend the boundaries…we even transcend the ego controls…and step into being. And where there is being, there is essence and magickal flow.

I know I’m not alone in saying I notice subtle nuances, but while my antennae picks up details, I feel and see in energetic imprints. In fact, although many things I share are detailed, it’s only because our minds look for understanding and if I were to just shoot you a telepathic snapshot, we’d never be in contact as we’ve come to know it, and there wouldn’t be a bridge for converting information into experience.

So for the sake of communicating bridge experiences, here are a few fun, little synchronicities I’ll mention that recently popped up that include a couple around the White Owl post and experiences shared, a few literal specific themes that showed up without communicating about them, and some sweet appearances. I mention these ones because they point to larger themes with collective connection and symbolism, and as a reminder to take notice of what evolves in your day as way showers and markers, punctuating confirmation, and support of flow.

In terms of White Owl, I received this card in the mail several days ago and was floored by the image that was on the front. The chills continued on in greater waves when I read the card. It was sent to me by a very dear friend and fellow bunny mom who happens to have a white rabbit. She shared that while grocery shopping, after reading my blog post about White Owl just minutes before, she was reaching for some dill for her bunny and right above it there was the card you see here…the only one left.

She said, there I was looking back at her (the woman in the image does indeed share some resemblance), which was a super-chills-kind-of-moment highlighting another of those wild synchronicities that underscore there’s something more at work…believing is the key to seeing.

A day after receiving the card I also had too many down the rabbit hole connections lead me to something I hadn’t been able to see before, nor was drawn to, but now was so clear as daylight and shifted my magnetism. This brought in another White Owl manifestation that’s on its way to me and will help open a door. I nearly smacked my forehead with an incredulous jokester hand. It had been sitting there in front of me, but it hadn’t made sense until this other White Owl trigger acted like a key code for it, and then I was ready. I’ll probably share more about that in a future blog, as it has to do with something collective coming through.

Friday evening I sent out the link to the Transcending Duality class recording to people who registered and then Wednesday, Laura posted her Full Moon blog that mentioned two exact theme descriptions I was guided to share in the class recording information. We hadn’t communicated about this, nor messaged until that day after I read her blog. She mentions “repotentialization” that includes “the process of ‘becoming like a little child.’ ” Of course inner child wonder and reconnection was something I spoke about in greater detail during that class, along with an exact quote that was echoed in her post as well. Laura and I both, independently, referred to the same quote – Nietzsche’s “chaos that births a dancing star” – I was guided to delve into this analogy more deeply in the class. Both uses of the quote coming through the collective language we were each channeling. And just before I started writing this blog, I received an email from an association that has nothing to do with any of this where they “randomly” highlighted Willy Wonka. Of course, he also played a role in something I shared in the class and sung a snippet of.

That’s just a tiny glimpse of constant synchronicities that unfold minute-by-minute and day-by-day. These ones in particular weren’t just “me” related, although I’m not going into detail about those connections, but were synchronicities that tapped into wider messaging for the collective.

Then there’s the constant increase of spiraling experiences that feel to be full circle ones, putting closure to something, while integrating it at a different layer of awareness. We are spiraling back through things that help us to revisit them in order to retrieve what we cast aside with triggered reactions and transmute it into the alchemy that will move us forward in greater wholeness.

This one is a bit too much to share here, but on the symbolic level, not only have I had these simultaneous mini death and birth closures that take me to a return from a different perspective that can put something to peaceful rest, but I’m also seeing others having these full-on transformational slates being wiped with beautiful potentials knocking. It seems that the more challenging part is what to do with this when it does happen, however.

Sometimes it doesn’t always come easy, as they see it as a loss or punishment rather than opportunity, but this state of shock feels temporary and compounded with how much one isn’t ready to let go of that foot stuck behind the threshold they’ve not only begun to walk through, but literally invited and asked for. That immediately reminds me of the time several years back when I broke my pinky toe walking through the threshold of a doorway. My pinky toe got literally stuck – a reminder not to leave any parts behind.

If we desire change, there is a metamorphosis that comes with that and it takes on the forms of the process that support it getting there. If we could see the caterpillar inside the cocoon while it changes into a butterfly or moth, we would be privy to this kind of awkward transformational process. Ours is more out in the open, so it seems different or more dramatic, but in fact is the same – simply the nature of things. A molting bird, shedding animal, or seasonal shifts in nature are some of the more visual processes we can look to for this. They all just do it and don’t put up a fuss while it’s in motion.

The more present we can be with the process, see change as natural, and remind ourselves of our accomplishments along the way, the more things click in and lessen, or even transform, that feeling of disempowerment so that greater empowerment is experienced. The awkwardness of the in between can then become the wonder and excitement of knowing a new reality is within reach of our creation.

We also start to realize just how much we actually ARE manifesting, moment-to-moment.

Instant manifestation is becoming a way of being. This isn’t new, but it is increasing. Manifestation is simply the process of creating something or turning something from an idea, intention, vision, or feeling into a reality.

Manifestation is also connected to synchronicity.

Just this week I had a triple experience of synchronicity, manifestation, and spiraling when I found a long snake skin – it happened to be 33 inches long (cool number right?). I took a photo of it on one of Astrid’s rabbit hole vortex rugs with the White Owl card, as the alchemy of them all together spoke to this energy.

I had just used an argan sugar balm body scrub on my legs to reveal fresh skin, as the darkest layer of tan from our recent trip had started to gently flake. I removed that and put on a rich body butter that left them moisturized and golden glowy, then mentioned to Dave my legs were fresh and new, as was another layer opening from what I’m letting go of. This revealed a transformation and literally walking forward in new “skin” – something that I mentioned keeps cycling through in spirals of experience after experience coming full circle and anchoring more peace.

We then went on a hike down to the lake and discovered the snake skin that had recently been shed. A direct synchronous reflection, a manifestation of my saying how I had just shed skin and was transforming once again, and the confirmation that something had come to full spiraling conclusion. I have a strong connection with snakes and dragons, hence they show up often in dreams, waking life, and messengers like this…I also wear one dragon and two snake sacred tattoos that include the Auryn symbol from the Neverending Story on my solar plexus, which is a double ouroboros amulet.

This same day, just before our hike, I had been talking to Dave about ideas for the front yard that we’ve let go of in terms of the lawn. I decided, for now, to spruce the beds up a bit with some perennial, drought tolerant plants and after researching, settled on two types. I called the nursery just down the street to ask if they had any and the woman said, “We just got both of those in this morning. We have new really large plants that came in and also last year’s smaller ones that got through the winter.” There you go for instant manifestation again. I had envisioned large plants and they just arrived. I got both and added a third type that she got me excited about as well that also had just arrived in.

The day before this happened I had been drawn to some other things that were calling because the energies had shifted with my changes and I sensed that this changed the frequencies needed for what was in motion of happening soon. I know I’m being kind of cryptic with some things, but I’m getting it’s not time for a reveal yet. Anyway, it was a process of tuning into the subtle energies to see which things were in alignment. I then knew which I wanted, but said to myself, “I wish they would go on sale, then I’d really jump on it and know it was feeling the same connection.” So I let it go and that afternoon after the snake skin, plants, and other synchronicities, I went online to look at them again and there was the first one on a new 15% off sale. To add to that, the other things I wanted went through the same process. One went on 40% sale and the other two I contacted the person about and she told me she’d give me 10% off.

When something is really meant to be and you’re in the flow of that presence, belief, and energetic alignment, yes some really cool synchronicities and manifestations can and will take place.

And as I get to the next part of this share, the clock says 5:55….no coincidence there since this is a tale about rabbits and my rabbit kin and soul family that once inhabited rabbit bodies always message me with that sequence.

Now that we’ve touched upon synchronicities, spirals, and manifestation, I think we’re ready for a little story about “The Coming of Frith.”

On 6/6 a new rabbit friend made an appearance here at the Forest Portal. I’ve since named him Frith.

You may recall there was sweet Blueberry and his mom, then the magickal Hope came along (with chipmunk Strawberry in between the two), and now Frith. These are the Forest Portal friends..at our Treehouse in the Sky condo before moving here, there was of course Fiver, the incredible mouse.

Blueberry was around at the start of things here in our home. He and his mom felt like a welcoming committee from the wild rabbits here and appreciation that they recognized I’d come to care for the land and create a safe sanctuary for them and all of the forest creatures. They also were well aware of Astrid’s presence, as she, like my other rabbit companions, communicates with the animals here.

Hope showed up in the Fall of 2019, just before the world scene hit some of the biggest challenges. Her presence inspired and promised hope for us all. Every time she showed up, which was rare, but deliberate, it punctuated our need to keep believing. She continues to be around, all grown up now, as I mentioned her greeting me upon the two mornings after I returned from our trips away recently. Her identity is undeniable by those cosmic depth eyes that give her away. I was convinced that Hope was Blueberry’s daughter and now I’m convinced that Frith is Hope’s son.

Frith is like no other wild bunny I’ve seen. I first caught sight of him on Monday 6/6, as mentioned, and have now seen him every day – morning, afternoon, and evening. This is highly unusual, as the wild rabbits here are usually hidden and only come out in twilight hours mostly, with the occasional surprise, deliberate visit for messaging and connection.

Frith hangs out mostly in the side yard where I have the majority of my plants and have created a magickal sanctuary and garden experience. I have learned he has a tunnel entrance in the evergreen hedge and under a little wooden bridge. In fact, his favorite hang out is surrounded by the bridge, hedge, slate stone step, and four tree stumps I have sitting there as faery stools. He will sit here for long periods and even lay down, with the protection of the bridge to his back and all his warren entrances in close proximity. He also has tons of yummies to nibble on and I watch him at all hours doing so. He also comes near my office and nibbles on some plants growing between the cobblestone pavers.

But what adds to Frith’s uniqueness is how at peace he is and the way he demonstrates all the same behaviors Astrid and my domestic rabbit companions do. Normally, you don’t really see these behaviors in the wild…and for me, I have never seen it until Frith.

The first time I noticed it was the day he showed up. I watched him for a half an hour from the window, as he took a nap in his spot. It was the cutest thing ever.

He went from sitting in a ball to stretching out, to then rolling on his side with back thumpers out like flippers (just like Astrid when I call her a little harp seal) and revealing his white little tummy. He then laid his head flat on the ground, ears went back in relaxed position and his eyes fell closed. The next thing I noticed was his little twitching face, as he drifted off into dreamland.

I wasn’t able to capture all of the cuteness, but these give you an idea. He actually rolled on both sides and his back thumper/flippers were very clear at points, and his eyes did fully close as twitch land began.

This went on, as I said, for at least a half an hour and now and then one ear would perk up to listen to a passing car or dog bark, then fall back and away to dreamland he returned. He then got up in a little ball again, snuggly round and still relaxed…went about normal rabbit behaviors like grooming and eating his cecotropes, and just was calm as can be. You’d have thought he was a domesticated rabbit used to a safe life and all the comforts of a loving home and family.

He then hopped off to munch on grasses and plants. And this has been the routine daily…explorations, nap time, munchies, a little more exploring (I saw him going under the fence to the front yard), and then peacefully hanging out in his favorite spot for hours. He’s actually there as I write this.

His peacefulness and calm is not usual for a wild rabbit. He knows he’s safe here, but more so, he simply has this peacefulness of being. He knows the balance of when to be alert, but doesn’t overreact or get triggered easily, once he ascertains there is no threat. His nature is peace. And he exhibits such strength in vulnerability.

After the first day of watching him and receiving his message of peace within chaos and how he really reflects and anchors this incredibly as a tiny baby prey animal, I knew he needed a name to convey this. I also loved how he at times will sit with the sun glowing on him and it emanates his contentment, warmth, and embodied wisdom.

At first I wondered about Sunny as a name, but it didn’t click for me or feel expansive enough for this powerful being in a fragile body who had a big energy.

I went online the next morning to find a name embodying his peaceful contentment and was drawn to look at Norse or even Elven names, but within just a minute or two the name Frith popped up, which I loved right away because of its connection to Watership Down and the energetic vibration it had. And when I looked up the meaning, it was again that instant synchronous manifestation that reflected alignment and confirmation.

Frith has Old English origin. It also just so happens to be from Watership Down, as mentioned – a favorite novel of mine about rabbits.

Well, guess what it means?

Frith means peace, tranquility, protection, safety, security, and refuge. And as a noun it means a forest or wood, woodland, land in between forests or woods, or an enclosed or fenced in area like a forest or park.

If those weren’t perfect enough, the character Frith in Watership Down is actually the lord of the rabbits – Lord Frith. Lord Frith is the Sun and whom the rabbits see as God or All That Is in the story. He is the one that created the world, according to rabbit history. 🙂

So, not only did I find the name embodying his peace and even the sanctuary he finds refuge in amidst the chaotic world, but the name embodies his largeness as this wise spirit and that Sun connection that seems to radiate his contentment and warmth.

For now he is Frith, but perhaps as he grows up, he’ll fill out his Lord Frith shoes.

To add to his uniqueness, I know Astrid has already discovered this about him as well. How do I know?

Well, Astrid has taken to hanging out in her bed next to the sliding glass door just a few yards from where he sits, at the same time each day. And when she does so, she’s in a different meditative state…so much so that she doesn’t care about her habitual evening yummies she’ll come running for, because she’s engaged in telepathic communication with him. They both lay in a relaxed ball, tuning into one another and Astrid won’t come to get her pellets until they’ve completed their talk for the evening.

Just yesterday I understood what has begun. Not only have they been communicating, but Astrid is starting to teach him Reiki so that he can add depth to the role he came to anchor. Yes, she knows what I’ve felt and seen…Frith is different and even at his very young age, is so very ready.

Frith isn’t bothered if I go outside. The first time he hopped off and over by the foxglove plant, then turned around to listen to me and then came half way back to let me know he wasn’t afraid, and proceeded to hop to his munching zone and snack. He also didn’t care when I went out while he was communing with Astrid. They both just kept their channel going and both of them had that far-off look and stillness of transmitting from an altered state.

A new wave of energy is coming through and just like souls in human bodies are creating the new potentials, so too are souls in animal bodies anchoring in their contributions. There is no difference or lesser or greater value that each hold. It is equal and it is powerful. Spirit is spirit…the only variation is the form spirit chooses to come embody.

Hope gave us inspiration and nudges not to lose all faith amidst daunting experiences and unknown futures, reminding us that all hope is not lost, that we have unlimited creative ways to navigate the journey, and with a little heart and a lot of vision, we can reinvent, reimagine, and recreate anew.

Frith embodies our potential to be and anchor the peace amidst chaos, not to be governed by old fears and triggers, that we can create the change and balance we want to see by living it ourselves. He holds that center between duality and is paving the way for transcendence. Frith isn’t naïve, as he stays aware and alert, but he knows how to distinguish between real threats and illusions. He knows his power and will not be powered over simply because that’s the way it’s always been for rabbits. He is rewiring his DNA and healing his ancestral lineage. He is okay with being different and not following the norms. He is paving a new path and you can too.

The day Frith showed up, I received an addition to my enchanted faery garden at the door – a solar bunny.

I had no idea Frith was coming – or did I? His timing in relation to what I’m experiencing and channeling lately is beyond impeccably navigated.

But, regardless, just look at how this little bunny is so content, even has solar energy coloring, sits so anchored, centered, and balanced in peace, and to top it off, has a butterfly that lights up at night, resting atop the bridge of his nose. It’s as if the butterfly is reflecting the transformational power that embodying peace within can light up in the world.

I often find that the most powerful of guides and messengers can appear in the least likely of ways and places. And definitely in the littlest and unexpected forms.

Spend more present moments throughout your day and I know that you will discover a yellow brick road of synchronicities lighting up, experiences spiraling through with greater ease, and manifestations becoming a way to creatively engage life as art.

I may not know or be a lot of things, but I know a powerful presence when I see it…The Coming of Frith speaks volumes to me and I, for one, am listening.

Do you see what I see in the above photo flying through the sky?

Everyone has different messaging systems and symbolism that speaks to them, so perspective will reveal things relative to each.

For me, there is a very clear super rabbit soaring above Lake Tahoe – I can clearly make out the face in the front, white, puffier clouds with large eye and head, little button nose, and open mouth, ear flying back, front arm stretched out and back like a wing, and body angled slightly down with legs extended back and up as well. The more subtle cloud burst behind the figure creates a brilliant, emanating energy to this super rabbit.

It’s like an anthropomorphic or extraterrestrial rabbit descending from the stars!

I didn’t actually see this cloud when I took the photo. I just felt called to snap one when we reached the first high point to the hiking trail we climbed.

This appearance meant several things to me, but one reflection I’ll share includes the reiteration of a message that keeps coming through – how the roles we birthed into are lighting up finally and people are starting to experience the hints of what they may have felt deep down since a child, come alive. Many are, and will be, stepping into more seen ways, as their roles grow to match the times we are upon.

This super rabbit reflects the superhero within.

You may be surprised when certain abilities pop on the scene that weren’t highlighted before, your appearance shifts, or perhaps even you find yourself communicating in a different way. Life as you know it may flip a switch in incredible directions.

In the meantime, you might be learning more about the dynamics of showing up in the world. For many, conditions used to support a need to be hidden and now this is becoming more of a choice to move in and out of at will – to be seen or not, that is. There will be a point in the not too distant future when this won’t matter and showing up will simply unfold as a way of being. For some, this is already in motion.

If you feel a stirring within, as you read this, don’t be afraid…for the moment any revealing takes place…you will be ready and supported.

I love the coded gifts that show up along the way…to me, they are seeds we ourselves once planted that wait for the perfect moment to birth just like a cicada does. Many of you have been hibernating until the time on Earth is ripe to reappear. From the ancient world into the now…you, too, are learning to come out of your skin and emerge bolder than ever before.

The same day I took the photo of the super rabbit soaring through the sky, I also found a white bald eagle’s feather…somewhat mottled by the dirt and elements. Actually, I found it within a couple of minutes of taking the photo. I held it in my hand for the continuation of our climb, being guided to absorb the gifts of its energy, and then upon our descent, I placed it in my deep pocket so my hands were free and alert, but I could still receive its wisdom for as long as was needed.

As we neared the bottom I had a feeling to look in my pocket and discovered it was gone. Dave had been behind me and said he saw nothing fall from it.

Regardless of its reasons for disappearing at that moment, it returned to where ever it came from, but not without having left its energetic impression and message upon me.

Feathers are powerful symbols signifying honor and connection between the person who receives it, All That Is, and the bird from which it came. When feathers fall, they are perceived as a gift with purpose.

Native American warriors were traditionally awarded an eagle feather for notable bravery or battle victory. With eagle representing the strongest, bravest, and holiest connection to Great Spirit, there is that resounding message again of emerging bolder than ever, as you came for these times to do.

Interestingly, the day before this I’d been gifted a beautiful raven feather from a magickal friend, and the day after I found these two large twin goose feathers and blue Steller’s Jay feather all together. A certain curious kitty was wide-eyed about what mom was doing peering at her triple feathers between two wide-eyed sunflowers.

Raven feathers represent transformation and change coming your way. Native Elders believed raven had the ability to assist one to change their outlook and give them the courage to enter into new realms. Since raven feathers are iridescent and change colors and shape, they message us that we, too, can have the courage to change as well.

Goose feathers remind us to never forget our roots and the equal sized large twin feathers speak to me of harmonized inner parts that anchor greater wholeness to emanate. I also love this from symbols.com: “This Native American animal symbol represents a soul on a quest for inner victory. The Goose is an Unyielding Adventurer. He/she is never satisfied in the life of adventure that they lead. Their motto is, ‘reach for the moon and you might grab a star.’ “

Steller’s Jay feathers symbolize bold, fearless energy, and the power of presence and how to use personal power effectively. The crest on their heads connect them to the sky and above, drawing energy and wisdom through the crown and reminding us that our true power needs to be applied in a balanced way that integrates both spirit and body, mind and heart. Since they are very resourceful, they too symbolize adaptability and how to do so more efficiently. They also symbolize a great amount of talent, but a talent that needs to be developed and used wisely. In this way they mirror to us that this is a time in your life where you can begin to support the inherent wisdom within you to mature and come forth in a bigger way.

As you can see, the messaging around emerging bolder, going bigger, having the courage to change, and showing up in more seen ways was reiterated over and over.

The day after the New Moon, I also found a big pocket of quartz – both clear and smoky – and the very next day it was all about a pocket of clear, golden and even rosy quartz.

These were incredible, sparkly, and with many flashes of rainbows at just the right angle of perception.

Each cycle, these days, and doorway I enter, seems to have me finding those seed gifts I once planted, now ready to birth. They also seem to be magnetizing the fine-tuned energies for assisting that expanding emergence.

And speaking of emergence, I mentioned finding a nest upon returning home from our sacred renewal journey in Playa Del Carmen, which I did in fact add to the growing nest mobile, nature art I created. I also added some more branches, as it feels to be taking on an expansion of its own and turning into quite the tree of life. These branches will help showcase any other nest gifts that find me.

While I did this, I heard a Robin couple chatting away under the eave of our front door for days. I just knew they were planning to nest here once again and they did.

This is their new nest when it was in process. It’s hard to tell, but the top is just a mud structure surrounded by some twigs, which they first molded and carefully secured to the wood, and since then the mud has been carefully wrapped in twigs, dried grass, bark strips, and pine needles.

It’s so sweet to know that we have a resident family of Robins and their descendants that keep returning every year to raise their family. They have established this is a safe and love-filled home and their birthing new life and nesting here is a gift indeed.

Life goes on.

Death and birth are two sides of the same coin.

And while all of these transitions are in motion, I have continued to nurture the cultivation of new life both within and without as well, through the closing of doors.

I mentioned that I finally got my mini greenhouse containers ready and seeds started, also when I returned, and that felt significant. I have four containers in all and the seeds are sewn straight into soil bags that sit atop the container lids with the bottoms used on top for the greenhouse effect. I can have them sit more snug on top, remove them, or keep them slightly propped up, depending on moisture and temperatures.

I love how versatile they are in being so easy to move around, so I keep creating new configurations so as to optimize sun exposure. I’m just starting to see little sprouting green babies pop up so that’s exciting!

Astrid likes to keep an eye on them too, as you can see. She dreams of all the yummies we will get to share.

Meanwhile, the garden and potted plants are doing beautifully and quite happy with their drip line system. It’s going to be a vibrant, blossomy summer for sure, if the abundance of emerging buds along with rose and purple foxglove flowers already profusely popping, are any indication.

I’m so happy that the perennial sunflower plants I ordered and planted have taken so well, too. In the meantime, while I await them to expand and emerge more boldly in their own time, I couldn’t help myself and purchased a bouquet of giant ones for inside.

This is my favorite sunflower time of year!

I guess I’m already embracing that “bolder emerging” message.

I’m also enjoying watching nature do the same, as the back forest is covered with yellow and lavender flower carpets and hikes keep gifting a variety of happy wildflowers reaching for the light.

They all seem to beckon, “Open wider, beam your colors more boldly, and dare to stretch your hearts more courageously.”

Don’t be afraid of change, for it can transform a seed of hope, to a flower, to a dream seed of potential once again.

Water energy is mutable and easily flows with change, too.

Water energy has been extra supportive these days for me and whether its been the alpine lakes, rivers, or ponds, or the coastal ocean waves, the frequencies they carry are key codes for accessing greater depths of being.

Not only is water an invaluable resource for life, but I feel that water is one of the fundamental energies we have overlooked in our strive to move forward.

However, it will not let us forget.

It’s the most suppressed, avoided, and misunderstood energy, as it rules our emotions and unconscious parts, hence our shadow energy as well.

May we all embrace the depths our waters run and allow them safe passage of acknowledgment and expression.

In doing so, we will find ourselves capable of bringing forth greater richness of embodiment.

I’ve done a lot of exploring in this life..many journeys that have taken me to varied destinations across the Earth including many sacred sites and temples. My call these days is more about exploring the sacred temple within me.

The Great Mystery is in every cell of our bodies and in the life force and consciousness that resides in the vortex of our hearts. While my journeys always revealed more about myself that aided in retrieval and integration, life has deepened in richness knowing and experiencing that my power has always resided in my center..my heart.

And so it does for each of us.
