“What happens to your heart when you dive into the sea”
Loving Ann’s posts today. Another great one that partners with the last post on our relationship with Earth being the healing key.
I know as a Pisces, I love being in the water and do in fact become a fish there. And I’ve witnessed and heard of many people who fear the water or don’t know how to swim, experiencing miraculous healing shifts when slowly integrated into a new relationship with it.
Being at the beach and immersing in the ocean’s cosmic love is invigorating. Water is our most natural origin.
Earthing for Earthlings
Your relationship with Earth affects everything. Return to natural harmony. Nature heals.
Love this post and so happy about this upcoming movie and the important message I hope many will embrace. It’s not a mystery that getting back to nature and honoring Terra reflects on your own temple body and the collective quality of life. But if you doubted it, now there’s more evidence to help you understand and perhaps make different life-changing choices.
Thanks to Ann Kreilkamp for sharing this.

The Garden of You
You…Your Life… is a garden…reflecting what you cultivate, nourish, nurture, and give light to, but also reflecting what you neglect, let run amok, don’t weed, and the choices you seed in each moment.

Lemurian Aquatine Calcite Skull ~ My Melodious New Friend of Ascension
I love when I’m guided to new crystals and stones, although it’s very rare these days that new friends find their way to me, as my energy has become very vibrationally discerning. Several years ago, I basically was living in a crystal cave – no joke, as I had so many crystals wanting home with me. I feel that I was recreating a familiar sacred temple cocoon to nurture the transformational healing and leaps on my spiritual path at the time.
Later, as I completed parts of my journey, many of the crystals were then ready to move on to assist others, leaving just a few original friends that are meant to stay with me. And very slowly over time, but more recently, some new discoveries that are considered “stones of the new consciousness” have found me. Now, I have a smaller family of really high vibrational beings that are assisting the next transmutational phase.
One of the most recent friends to find me is this amazing little Lemurian Aquatine Calcite Skull. Crystal Skulls are wonderful companions to connect with the collective consciousness and assisting transformational shifts into new paradigms of experience and higher awareness.
I used to have several little Skulls, until my large Quartz Skull found me. The smaller ones moved on, but it wasn’t until recently that I felt so drawn again to bring another little Skull into the family.
She now sits alongside my large Skull, Raja Seraphina, as she is calibrating to the energies here and being aligned and activated through the assistance of R.S. and myself. I’ve been sleeping with her under my pillow most nights since she has come home to me, as this a way I connect and align our ethereal energies in dream space time.
I hadn’t heard of, nor did I know anything of this stone until I saw my little Skull and started looking into more of its properties and background. I just knew my heart was connected with hers and she was to be with me.
Lemurian Aquatine Calcite comes from Argentina, but is not to be confused with Blue Onyx from Argentina. Apparently they are often mistaken for each other unless you know what to look for aesthetically, but also energetically, and sometimes Blue Onyx is passed off as Aquatine Calcite. But Blue Onyx is actually a deeper, darker blue, while Aquatine Calcite is a lighter blue/green – aqua in color. And the energies will also feel much different, as the Lemurian Aquatine Calcite has a really soft and flowing energy that feels inner and feminine to me, while the Blue Onyx has a bit more dynamic, stimulating energy that feels more male to me, although both have some similar crossovers.
Of course being a Pisces and very connected to the essence of Lemuria, this Lemurian Aquatine Calcite Skull feels like a sister soul. She hasn’t yet revealed her name, but I still feel she is settling in at home here. I have already seen how my dream time has been working with some emotional processing, which with her aid, so that is a welcome gift. I know her name will be known in divine timing, but in the meantime I am really loving her serenity and harmony she embodies.
Lemurian Aquatine Calcite is considered to be one of the stones of the new consciousness, getting its name because of its affinity to water and Lemuria. Up until now, Lemurian Seed Crystals and Aqua Lemuria from the mountains of Sumatra, Indonesia were the stones most known to resonate with the Lemurian frequency that recalled Lemuria’s “past knowledge”. Lemurian Aquatine Calcite emanates the actual feeling and intuitional awareness of the Lemurians and recalls the lost spiritual “capacities and abilities” they had.
Legends tie it also to being one of the “key stones” of ascension used by Lemurian priestesses to access other realms.
This stone is wonderful for the Throat Chakra, which I know was a key aspect to her coming to me right now, for what I am channeling in this regard to “voice”. It’s also wonderful to work with the Third Eye Chakra to stimulate inner vision and deepen psychic abilities. Not only will it assist intuition, but also enhance the mind to open to greater expansiveness and connections of broader knowledge. In a sense it is the bridge to one’s own innate intelligence and I believe it also works with the Higher Heart Chakra energy, Crown Chakra, and etheric Chakras.
It helps in communications with higher beings, facilitates connection with ancient cultures – Lemuria and a bridge to Atlantis, assists in contacting spirit guides and angels, supports traumatic past life healing, helps to raise vibrations from karmic energy, promotes spiritual ascension, helps you to flow with your emotions rather than get stuck, promotes enhanced dreaming and depth of feeling, as well as visionary consciousness. It’s one of those stones that is perfect to soothe the nerves, anxiety, fear, tension, and stress so that you are nourished at the etheric level into a peaceful state of being. It’s also very effective for connecting with that boundless, unity consciousness (a mirroring Piscean quality) that honors, respects, and realizes the connection and eternal quality of all things.
Lemurian Aquatine Calcite assists us in tuning into the energetic frequencies of the Earth’s past, which recalls the library of information stored in our DNA to bring into greater wholeness in the now and assist the activation of all Chakras beyond the seven you’ve been accustomed to only knowing about.
And of course, the stone is a bridge to our cetacean friends – the dolphins and whales. Not only is it a communication channel to these beings, assisting our telepathic skills, but is also a way to actually feel and know them, accessing the parts of them that are within you. You find your senses magnified beyond the physical confines of the body.
The energy of this stone is like a flowing melody to me, which I believe helps us to activate and embody our own personal frequency and song. Something incredibly important to me.
I look forward to knowing my Skull friend more and with her assistance, accessing greater depths and expansiveness of inner wisdom.
We are told to let our light shine, and if it does, we won’t need to tell anybody it does. Lighthouses don’t fire cannons to call attention to their shining- they just shine. ~Dwight L. Moody
The Gentle Way of the Heart by Anders Nilsson – Authentic & Conscious Living Made Easy
It’s been a very full experience for me lately and I am finally getting around to finishing some books and being able to write some well-deserved quick reviews amidst everything. I used to read an enormous amount as a child and in my teens and 20’s, but then took a huge break from reading for years, only to reach for a book and trust when opening that I’d be guided to exactly what I needed to hear in that moment.
That said, in the last few months I had this sudden upswing of reading hit and have read about 30 or more books, which included some I’d been gifted from new authors emerging on the scene, as well as books I was divinely guided to.
Today’s share is from a wonderful man I met in Peru back in 2008 on a sacred journey, named Anders Nilsson. He and I loosely stayed in touch over the years, but I always remember him fondly and the special time we spent together in Peru like it was yesterday. We had a very small, intimate group of four of us, along with a Shaman and our host, so it made for really getting to know one another.
We remain connected regardless of time and distance between us and I can still see so clearly what I loved about him then, that he is such a child at heart that sees the magick in everything, yet simultaneously is extremely intelligent and wise. As a scientist who opened to a world of the mystical, he truly speaks to the bridging harmony that is possible with integration and bringing the best of both worlds together.
And its that voice from a Swedish scientist who works as a Professor of Photon Science at Standford University, mixed with this vibrant, loving soul that sees through the eyes of a child, that makes his book special. Anders has led many spiritual workshops in the States and abroad, and has a way of reaching to the heart of others in a gentle, loving way.
It was a lovely surprise to learn of his book, The Gentle Way of the Heart (Nordic Light Books) which I found to be as refreshing and pure of heart, as he is. After just finishing his book a few days ago, I felt inspired to share a review on Amazon, which is what I’m including below.
I’m a big believer in supporting creatives and visionaries, as I feel that we are in need of spreading the value of these gifts, as well as find that the more channels of expression and guiding insights there are out there, the more choices available to reach all the different people, minds, and hearts there are that will be drawn to certain frequencies that align with theirs. Since we are all at different places on our journey, we will be led to who and what is most supportively aligned with that.
Perhaps Anders Nilsson’s book might speak to where you are on your journey currently.
Anders book is a wonderful read for those just opening on their spiritual path, as well as anyone wanting to integrate living a life through the love of your heart.
Here’s my review:
“The Gentle Way of the Heart is a refreshing, clear and simple read that is written with a purity of soul and can easily be assimilated by anyone. Not only does it weave a full spectrum journey of the soul, but will lovingly guide you to find greater peace, love, compassion, connection, fearlessness, joy, and personal authenticity, as you discover ways to create “practical magic” in your life. You can feel Anders Nilsson’s own “gentle heart” in every word, as he guides you like a friend to discover greater awareness, richness, and wholeness in your life. Each chapter has simple exercises and meditations to help you to integrate the material discussed into your every day life. I love that this book is written by a gifted scientist who later opened to a spiritual journey and found a way to bridge the mystical from this balanced perspective.”
And here’s a great review from Anthony Lund, Writer-Producer Through the Wormhole: With Morgan Freeman:
“Truth Seekers are increasingly looking to frontiers of scientific knowledge for physical evidence of their spiritual convictions. They inevitably come up empty handed. Here, a master of physics and chemistry takes an unexpected approach: spiritual truth exists exclusively inside our emotional selves. Anders’s insights throughout this work are surprising, thought-provoking, yet above all, humane.”
Mastering the Conscious & Unconscious with Osprey
It’s been a while since Osprey has graced my day, but while at the beach yesterday that dry spell ended.
It was a lovely day with perfect weather and hardly anyone on the beach since it’s off-season, which is still a mystery to me, as the weather is so amazing why would you not visit the ocean even if summer is over? But I’m grateful to have the quiet and yesterday the ocean was a bit rough, which seemed to turn up quite a bit of fish near the shore, as shoreline birds were having quite the feast.
It brought out Pelicans in small groups that danced together skimming the water’s surface and then one after another floating above and then dive bombing in to gather up their catch. And as they did a smaller group of birds would rush to them hoping to get some of their action.
Much later in the afternoon Osprey then arrived to join in the hunt and I watched as he dove in, plunging head first into the water to see what he could get. The water was quite choppy and seemed to throw him around a bit, but he continued to dive at his mark.
Not long after seeing him I got up from my chair and reading time to explore the now-revealed rocks and tidepools, as the tide had gone out since arrival. I always like to see what treasures are around. There were tons of tiny conch-like shells, which was interesting given my dream I shared about, and some sea anemones, as well as some pretty sea urchin shells, which I did pick up.
I decided to walk a bit further and then after feeling my explorations were done, I turned back, but went kind of a long-about way back rather than a straight line, and then I was amazed at what I found.
Leaning upright between two rocks was this large feather that looked so perfectly and sacredly placed, it was as if someone had purposely put it there to be discovered by who was meant to find it.
It looked like an altar to this feather and I walked over to examine it up close and immediately realized it was a beautiful Osprey tail feather. I felt a deep gratitude in my heart and thanked Osprey for this gift. It no doubt was likely from the one I’d been watching and I felt an extreme honor rush through me. I then decided to leave behind the sea urchin shells as a thank you gift in return and then picked up the feather.
It is now with me at home and in my altar space with quite a collection of feather gifts of my bird and raptor friends that have been finding their way to me. However, this one being the largest.
In Native cultures feathers are considered very important from any bird, and are used in ceremony, dance, and medicine, but being of “The Upper World” they do not belong to the person who holds it. It is considered a responsibility to decide to pick up a feather, or leave it and if you do decide to pick it up they say you should leave a gift (usually tobacco – but that’s not something I carry around 🙂 ) thanking Grandfather and the bird, which assures him it will be honored and cared for while in your possession.
As a bird of prey, Native American culture believes Osprey to symbolize a high ranked warrior. They believe that each war bird represents a warrior’s level that’s been obtained through age, medicine, and deeds. There are only a few women warriors and women medicine people who can wear the feathers from the birds of prey.
It’s said that a warrior will die when a feather of a war bird (bird of prey) drops on the ground. So it’s believed you should take special care that doesn’t happen while it’s in your care.
Osprey is a member of the hawk family, and like hawks they carry the symbolism of power, vision, freedom of spirit, and communication as a messenger from Heaven. However, no other hawk family member leaves its natural air element (consciousness) to dive into the water element (the unconscious). Even Eagles do not enter the water, as they catch their fish with their claws while skimming the water’s surface. However, much of the food that Eagles get comes from the fish stolen from Ospreys.
Osprey are also symbols of the Sun (solar worship), royalty, illumination, visionary power, sovereignty, vigilance, Egyptian symbol of the soul, honing the senses, precise timing, and keen sight to see through illusions and to hunt in the waters of emotion.
Their eyesight is actually 3-5 times greater than a human being’s so they can see a moving fish under fluid surface. Their dark band around the eye also helps reduce glare from the sunlit waters and enables them to see into the sun, they have four types of color receptors in the eye (we have three), which provides the ability to perceive ultraviolet light, and because of the specialized proteins in their right eye they can ‘see’ magnetic fields and use these as a navigational guide when migrating.
Interesting that Tarantula, who showed up this week for me also, brought a message of precise timing as well. And Osprey really drives this impeccable timing ability home with their amazing acuity, bringing a message of knowing when an opportunity is there and when to dive in with pinpoint accuracy to seize it. So, if you see them, you either have this ability or are developing it.
Doesn’t surprise me that “timing” messages keep coming at me, as I have definitely been feeling the “timeliness” of things and not only waiting for the right moments, but also not letting anything deter the impending timing that I feel where things need to happen by.
Although they symbolize many things, their vision and timing, along with their ability to delve into the emotional, unconscious, and shadowy waters, seemed to be the stand out messages for me, as this is specifically what I observed him doing.
Waters represent our emotional world and the willingness to dive into them provides an opportunity for opening the heart in more expansive ways to create a new vulnerable softness in our relationships to self and others, and the courage to take bigger risks for the greater good. There is a need to be as open as possible to things and these explorations of faith, as there is much to receive by your willingness to venture there and let go of safety nets. And a greater love for self that reflects a greater love for others will emerge.
If you’re feeling down, unmotivated, or have given up on life, Osprey tricks you into having faith that divine love and support is always there…that you are not alone….and some guidance may show up in the form of service or life focus to assist you back on a purpose-full path.
Osprey’s ability to travel to the Underworld of the unconscious guides you to find and unite with the lost parts of yourself. Because he is both of air and water, he provides the path, strength, and power back to the conscious mind and ordinary life (air) so that you don’t get lost and endlessly descend while journeying deep into the abyss.
That speaks to me, as I learned this skill through the challenges in my life that took me to those deep places that were hard to come out of. I was a very extreme person, but now, rather than have these huge up and down swings, life is at a more harmonious and balanced place. And when anything does come up, I am able to quickly process and transmute it. It’s about learning the ability to move in and out without attachment and knowing you have the capability to center once again after your explorations have been embraced.
That’s what Osprey shares to me, is this fearlessness of feeling and of moving in and out of the shadow and places most people wouldn’t willingly go because of fear or judgments. They show you that you can build a foundation that enables you to ride any current of life in harmonious balance.
This ability to dive deeply into the creative realms that water symbolizes, also symbolizes your capability of drawing forth what you need for the journey ahead.
Osprey also teaches you to take risks and to streamline your life.
Yep, it all sounds pretty on point with things going on here and as always I’m grateful for the message and this gift I will honor with most reverence.
27 Life Changing Lessons to Learn
This article was just posted by a good friend of mine and it felt aligned with, and a good companion to, my last short post, “Live Your Dreams Now” so I thought I’d share it.
The article details 27 Life Changing Lessons from Eckhart Tolle’s teachings. Having read some of his books in the past, I find these to be great reminders.
Some of the Life Changing Lessons include:
- The present moment is the most precious thing there is
- Whereever you are; be there totally
- Life will give you whatever experience is most helpful for the evolution of your consciousness
- Love is not to be found outside of you
- When you complain, you make yourself into a victim
- Give up defining yourself and others
- Power over others is weakness disguised as strength
- Seek to live authentically
- Worry is a waste of time
