You Are a Garden Worth Tending ~ Spring Growth, Earth Day & Scorpio Full Moon Reflections

You are the first garden you must learn to tend. There is no one else that can do this as well as you. How little or how much you care about this garden, shows. The kinds of things you nourish yourself with, how much you cultivate certain practices as important, and the things you choose to give energy to mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually will have an effect on how you show up in the world.

Life used to seem so complicated to me until I realized that I was the only one making it that way. By buying into all of these ideologies that were part of “this or that” ways of believing, I created a lot of nonsensical pressures that had absolutely nothing to do with the essence of me.

And yes, that included the spiritual realms I was drawn to move more into as I journeyed through life.

The bottom line that I learned, is that I never really wanted to belong or feel assured by any particular group or movement. I always had only desired to be contently me – just like Nature and the Cosmos both are.

Everyone has their own journey, but it took completely undoing myself, stripping away all the energetic debris that had brushed off of everyone onto me, in order to do that.

I still fully believe had it not been for jumping into an RV for a year and a half to immerse in nature, I would not be here still. And yet it’s also on that adventure into the unknown that literally the old story me walked out of my body in a river, and a new story walked in.

I would never be the same again, nor could I go back ever again – even if I wanted to.

Ever since then, I’ve been recalibrating what it feels like to be in this body with a fresh soul perspective. It’s taken time to feel things out, explore the possibilities to cultivate, and decide where to go from here.

Kind of like being a child all over again, but having a different level of consciousness.

It’s much like my garden after Winter’s frost and snow.

Everything is fertile, lively, and jubilant to feel the warmth of the Sun, wiggle, stretch, and unfurl every inch of life loose from the soil, see what will be possible in terms of abundant growth, wonder what will bloom or what will wait to gain greater strength for the next season or year, and what just goes all out to create the most incredible burst of life right here and now.

With less than two years until I turn 50, I see what the previous me who was just starting out in body then, had felt all along about this time period of my life. I always experienced things as if I was outside of myself watching myself go through everything and although knew better, relinquished to the feeling of purpose it all had to just go through it. I felt on some level that the real choices and freer me would begin in the latter half of my life.

That earlier life was both a mirage to keep me occupied and undo patterns and illusions, while things in the world were playing out, and also an intricate labyrinthian journey to the center of me.

I was on a complex crash course so I could re-enter the world with simplicity.

Stripping down to the bare me.

And literally unzipping my body suit so that a whole new emanation of myself could slip in upon the old one’s release.

Every time I look at my garden – each season, each day, and several times a day – I see this release taking place in every moment while new life steps in.

There’s reason my garden is just steps outside of my creative space and office. There is a mirroring that takes place every minute I make a new choice.

I find it easier and easier to let go of things and make peace my daily goal. I experience the simplicity of life unfolding as its own work of art at every stage. I finally feel comfortable in my skin in a way that both honors my human expression that I decided to have at this time on Earth AND my Cosmic connection that merges with me daily in gratitude for the opportunity to experience it all and live out the potentials I can contribute with others to create.

It’s as if both the land all around us where we live – the forests, mountains, lakes, and meadows, as well as the land I’m nurturing into a garden and yard while also supporting its wild, raw nature to do as it pleases, have become one with me.

And the more I drop into that deeper connection within, the more I seem to physically change alongside Nature, naturally.

I love to adorn myself like my flowers and join the dance, but I also love to be raw like the soil, rocks, bark, and moist sprouts. I feel whole in any expression, but only walk in expressions that are me in every moment of my wild heart’s resonance – not for anyone else and not to mirror anyone else.

We are each our own flower and plant within the garden of life – no less or more than any other. Yet, what the land, Nature, and Earth teach us, is that great care is needed to support a thriving, harmonious and abundant garden.

Yes, that’s you!

It’s amazing how much of that rainbow and portal energy keeps showing up in photos, as you’ll see below, especially when I’m out being with all of it, standing stronger in my essence, nurturing myself alongside my copartnering outdoor realm, and adding recognition of the magick that is here with little touches of enchanted beings and portals of my own.

I mentioned that I would share some photos of the yard and garden before things really start to emerge and today’s Earth Day felt like the best time to do that, along with messages of tending to our inner and outer gardens as being equally essential and worth the devotional investment.

I like to document the before and after and to see how much things evolve from onset of one season to the next.

I’ve taken these photos in this post over a period of the last two to three weeks, during which several new friends have joined the garden.

Most of them are solar lights, as I truly love the twilight and night magick they create, but some are simply sweet souls who spoke to me. Some I’ve already shared, so I’ll only introduce the new ones.

We have this cute little blossom snail who lives near one of the new solar faery houses at the pathway entrance.

Then there’s these ever-precious ones – a rabbit riding a tortoise. I just HAD to bring them home as they remind me of Joy and Gaia who were best friends and I really was feeling my Russian Tortoise, Gaia, needed to be part of the garden here along with the rabbits and magickal beings. They are so life-like, it’s truly endearing.

Incredibly, but not surprisingly, look at the energy that showed up RIGHT after I placed them by the gnome and faery portal door at the base of one of the guardian trees where there are also crystals laid in the ground as a path in front of the door.

It took me a little while to hear where they wanted to go, but I think they’re happy here, don’t you?

Then there’s this beautiful mushroom blossom solar light that sits to the right, next to the pathway.

It has a monarch and poppy – like the ones that grow in my garden – on top.

And last, this gorgeous, enchanted moon faery with solar light orb. I just love how she’s holding a star and blowing it a kiss.

And of course you already saw these two twin white bunnies who are ever-so wonderfully overseeing the growth of my yellow lilies.

It’s one happy, secret faery garden family! And still growing!

I have many ideas that are incubating like the seeds beneath the soil.

Check out all these happy wildflower babies reaching for the sunshine!

The rainbow energy and portals seem to confirm a Cosmic smile of the harmony being created here too.

And the forest animals are all expressing their happiness as well. Their fountain and bowl are filled regularly with fresh water, which brings every variety of bird in for baths and drinks, along with chipmunks and squirrels enjoying a nice refreshment too. There’s a chickadee couple that loves to visit me when I’m out watering the garden, but it was this Steller’s Jay just two days ago that was the sweetest.

Usually the Steller’s Jay are much louder and like to boldly vocalize their dominion over certain spaces or at least express their boundaries and voices. This one started off talking in similar fashion, but the tone was different and wanted my attention. Then when he knew he had it his voice softened into what would be similar to a cat’s purr. It was a little bit like a sweet cooing that doves and pigeons make, but more. It reminded me of our parakeets that would fluff out and nuzzle into us warmly with affection. This was a cuddly sweet talk that felt like he was so happy and if I’d been on the branch with him, he would have snuggled into me and expressed his joy.

A love song and dance perhaps? He was definitely quite comfy and pleased.

Equally pleased is the yard out front that’s in a dance of yellow daffodils and wild dandelions right now with even more still on the way that are on their own blooming timelines. We have a large tree on the lawn that will be surrounded by blooms soon, which will look like a faery ring. These current daffodils followed my late Winter, pre-Spring, birthday purple irises. And there will be tulips coming soon too. I intend to plant a ton more bulbs come Autumn.

Step-by-step things evolve.

I spent time clearing the yard and garden, tidying old growth up, and planted a ton of wild flower seeds in the garden to add to all the wild growth already sprouting like crazy. Tiny clover is beginning to return on the lawn in patches. I’m looking forward to seeing it all filled in again. For now, this is a transitional time period where the brown and dried remains of Winter turn over, mirroring our own in between phases.

I’m still waiting for my favorite store to get in their herbs, veggies, and flowers, so I can add some things to my Garden Tower and garden. For now, I did find four little sweet basil plants I added to the Tower for Astrid and they smell SO good.

Well, all of what’s already growing back in the Tower does. The sweet basil is doing really well alongside all of the lovely regrowth from last year of mint, lavender, strawberry plants, wild flowers, thyme, parsley, and other herbs. The basil plants are the only new babies I’ve planted so far. Everything else you see everywhere is what’s naturally coming in on its own.

Incredibly, I even have two baby pine trees that have decided to make the Tower their incubation realm. They’ve been growing there since last Spring. I even have a couple more growing in pots. If they actually are able to stay healthy and strong, I’ll likely let them grow a bit more and then try to transplant them. They seem happy for now though with their friends.

Perhaps the tree frog that made the Tower her home last year wanted her own forest here too. šŸ™‚ I hope she’ll return.

Here in the mountains things take a little longer since temperatures are colder longer and more variable, but there are always those plants and blooms who like to do their own thing and just go all out when ever they please – just as I mentioned before.

We actually had a little snow last night that I saw remnants of on the deck railings, rain the night before, and some snow a day or two before that. It all melts immediately, but things are not predictable here.

Every one of these plants and blooms has a little bit of me in them and vice versa. So, too, does the variety of terrain in the mountains that we have. Even the weather mirrors my own shifting waves of energy and wild unpredictability. We share a symbiotic relationship and the more increased time I spend outdoors, which is daily as it is, the more I relax into me.

And the more me I am, the easier it is to ride any energy currents that flow in and out around me.

The more me I am, the more easily I recognize what is me and what is not me.

The more in touch with myself I feel, the more I can handle things that pop up and they aren’t so surprising.

The more I tend to the garden of me, the more peace, flow, vitality, and compassion I experience.

Our Spring Scorpio Full Moon on this coming Monday night of the 26th is going to be a Super Pink Moon – the first Supermoon of the year.

This could be a more difficult and deeply emotional or triggering Moon to navigate through due to the challenging planetary aspects surrounding it that may bring to surface some unexpected things. With Sun in Taurus and Moon in Scorpio right now, we are being prompted to look at the contrasts of form and transformation, personal joy with the simple and sensual aspects of life and the intangible complexities of shared things, building and comfort and destruction and change, and how we can find balance with these.

This is a time for going deeper and exploring our values and the far-reaching effects they have. While we are in a Taurus cycle of grounding spirit in flesh, Scorpio then calls up the mysterious, secretive, and repressed so that we may need to be more vulnerable in order to understand ways of finding peace within ourselves even when the world seems upside down, or when we are being called to deconstruct, let go, and recreate what we thought was the holy grail of our lives.

The more we can tend our inner gardens, the more we understand the Nature of things and how to partner with them more effectively, if in fact we desire seeing a more thriving world and Earth.

Be bold, brave and unafraid to create those massive Cosmic ripples – this was yesterday’s message from Bald Eagle.

This last photo is from yesterday’s bike ride. The day before, while riding along the lake, I had a vision of Bald Eagle flying near, although did not see one with my eyes. This continued when I was sun bathing on the deck later, feeling Bald Eagle close and like he could land on the roof any minute. Little did I know that the next day we would actually have a visit.

When we arrived to the lake we biked to Dave, who didn’t know I had been thinking about Eagle, asked “When was the last time we saw that one Eagle at the lake here?”

At that moment Eagle flew overhead and landed in the tree across the lake. You can catch glimpse of him here with a second Eagle to the left in the shadows.

I love stuff like that.

When we’re in tune with ourselves, everything conspires in unison.

Eagle symbolizes freedom and courage to look ahead, the value of vulnerable truth and revealing honesty, liberation, electrifying inner vision clarity, embody the Spring, dawn, and new life, and to Native Americans are Earthly incarnations of the Thunderbird spirit who shoots lightning bolts from her/his eyes to invoke revitalization, rebirth, creation, and transformative healing. Eagles carry the messages of spirit and are the divine channels to receive these from.

A perfect messenger for this time of year, the upcoming Full Moon, and the unfolding energies on the planet right now.

Happy Earth Day!

Monday Musings ~ The Writer’s Corner: Earth Day Thoughts

Happy Earth Day!

On days like today, when a day of celebration comes into the awareness of many, it is a reminder of the power that unification can be and helps drive home the message that integration is our means to wholeness, from the inside out.

We are all connected and our living, breathing Earth beats to the same rhythm of our hearts, as does the life force energy in everything embodies a consciousness that Universally has no boundary.

Yes, ā€œbe the change that you wish to see in the world.”

Truly embody that change daily, walk the walk, and watch the ripple effect that inevitably follows.

Open your heart to receive and to give to yourself so that you may give to and receive more fully from others.

This includes gifts of abundance on all levels, being able to hear and compassionately respond to each other, and even to be able to receive and hear the Earth and Cosmos in totality when they resonate their tones and frequencies that take our presence and consistent awareness to hear.

Celebrating Universal connection and exercising the power of integrative healing is a moment to moment, integral experience that is invaluable to practice on this beautiful Earth Day and beyond.

Remember who you areĀ šŸ’š

I shared this post on my social media pages, but know that not every one of my friends is on those platforms, so I’m sharing it here for you as well.

I plan to spend a portion of today out in nature – most importantly, writing a little, wrapping orders with love, and sharing a Reiki Healing Attunement for the Earth collective.

What are your plans?

earth day.jpg

Astrid has been extra excited and “hoppy” the last two days, with Easter and Earth Day following one another. She’s been racing around and playing with much spunk! I love it and she reminds us all to embrace and be present to thatĀ innocence within and experience life directly and clearly as it is in the delight of this moment.

She’s excited mom’s been anchoring in and getting serious about finishing our book. Many twists and turns down the rabbit hole have brought us back to center with it.

Writing is quite a journey – likely the most challenging and growth-oriented one to date for me. I thought teaching was a big deal to embrace, but I’ve come to find writing asks something new and different of me, and so I know why Astrid is here with me now to support that journey.

She’s also so grateful to everyone who’s been helping to raise funds for her bunny collective. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

We’ve now raised $256 between auctions and 10% proceeds from sale. Let’s see if we can get to $300 for the bunnies – beautiful grounded embodiments and stewards of our Earth Mother.Ā

The 30% off Easter Sale ends today.

We have items starting as low as $13.96 for prints and greeting cards, mini rabbit gardens as low as $30.76 and the rest including remaining Magick Rabbit talisman necklaces at huge discount that feature flowers galore, mermaid rabbits, Atlantean/Egyptian, dream/creativity, love, desert Moon, and star vibes. We’ve received some amazing reviews via Instagram on how the energies of these have helped their wearers return balance and peace immediately when under stress! In essence, they felt a return to their essence and center. I LOVE THAT!

Everything in our shop is all available at incredible prices that include FREE shipping in the U.S.

We have some great items to celebrate Earth Day too like Gaia’s Children and other “garden of life” delights. And of course bunnies galore.

If you’ve been eyeing something now’s a great opportunity to bring it home.

Wishing you a beautiful Earth Day with a reminder that Earth Day is everyday, as long as she is your home. Take care of her and she’ll take care of you.

Earth Day, Bones & Other Dimensions

tower.jpg

It was a beautifully immersive Nature weekend here and the weather aligned perfectly making Earth Day and the time surrounding it, to be one of gardening fun for me. It also continued to add to the powerful experiences happening lately in both waking and dream life – a bit more on that below. So spending most of the weekend outdoors between hiking, enjoying our new outdoor furniture we just set up, getting my hands in the soil planting, being barefoot, and even spending hours in my bathing suit, really was balancing.

deck furniture.jpg

We want to keep our yard low maintenance, so we plan to just have it cleaned up, getting our sprinkler system up and running again, and basically that’s it at this time. We do still want to create a labyrinth, but I think that will evolve in aligned time, as I don’t see it being something we just quickly throw together.

bulbs.jpg

In the meantime, I get to enjoy the daffodil and iris bulbs I planted in Fall AND the tons of bulbs I discovered around the perimeter of the backyard this weekend that seem to also be daffodils.

daffodil

Apparently the previous owner planted these, so I’ll have lots of blooms (to add to my first you see here) without the work each year and soon all of the trees and bushes will also be blooming and producing berries, so between all of that and the forest, I feel fulfilled.

forest view.jpg

The only time I want to devote to anything will be with my Garden Tower, but even it is an experiment, as the weather and seasons are far different from California where my other tower was a success and seeds were easy. So it will be a daily intuitive process, as even still we have frost nights and can get surprise weather. I’ve taken the steps for that already (which I utilized last night), and for the critters galore we have, but I’m just going to feel it out, learn on my own, enjoy the journey, and see what magick might happen. I’ll do my best, but don’t have intention to force anything, nor try things more than once. So we’ll see how it all goes. For now, it’s fun and easy and either way, is incredibly rewarding – especially to nurture goodness I’ll get to share with Astrid for her first home-grown experience.

potted plants.jpg

I decided to put my seedling plants in pots for now until they’re stronger and bigger, but wanted to get going in case they don’t get big enough. If they continue strong I’ll either get larger pots or transplant them in the tower if room becomes available. I have veggies and herbs growing on the tower and then in pots I have strawberries, two variety of mint, and basil (I’ll share them another time as I forgot to snap photos). Other than that, my plants are all low maintenance indoor ones (all thriving too!) with a couple versatile indoor/outdoor plants. Just enough to keep this faery happy.

And that takes me back to the powerful experiences lately including some synchronous events that have happened since receiving and wearing a new necklace from a very magickal and eco-friendly artisan in Colorado. It’s a potent turquoise, Tibetan bead, and ethically sourced python vertebrae bone (from natural cycle of life) necklace.

After receiving it I found a smaller vertebrae bone in the forest on one of our hikes.

vertebrae

And yesterday, I felt it was perfect to wear for Earth Day, and this day I found a shell in the forest on our hike, which was odd, and later I saw a white owl flying with my mom while my parents were visiting, just ahead of our back deck that landed in a tree a little less than a quarter of a mile ahead.

shell

I felt compelled to go see if I could find it and set course on my own for the tree I saw it land in. As I approached, the energy shifted greatly and felt very other-dimensional. I did not find the owl that now seemed to disappear, but I did find a strange and much larger bone that was older and porous, right near where the owl should have been.

bone2bone.jpg

It might be another vertebrae, although it would be from a very large animal. I’m not sure, but this along with strange events lately, all point to a shift and cosmic activity.

Owls are usually connected with extraterrestrial energy, sightings, experiences, etc. and white owls especially. Actually, come to think of it….these sightings, findings, and experiences all point to dreams I’ve shared as blog posts before that included one on White Owl, White Conch, and perhaps even the White Jaguar one plus encounters and death energy experiences on our RV adventure. Recent discussions have even pointed to everything I experienced two+ years ago where things were headed on a different trajectory at the time that would have placed me elsewhere.

falls.jpg

Anyway, this more recent stuff, added to the night stuff I’ve been experiencing, all points to heightened activity again and a splitting of veils to alternate realities.

Dreams have been prophetic and high in telepathic/psychic energy, as well as providing access to parallel realities and inter-dimensional activity happening all around me where what is thought to be reality is merging with all the usually unseen ones that are becoming easily accessible now. I wake from feeling awake and experiencing a lot of activity in our home and around us that is wild. Both realities feeling as real as the other and not able to discern sometimes.

This happens on my hikes at times too, where my mind is going to very expansive and transcendent thoughts that suddenly feel like a rip in the matrix and where I’m suspended and almost floating because I crack the code.

Many of you are likely experiencing these time-line merges and openings, alongside your own version of awakenings and significant insights that point to a pivotal transformation underway. Even my tailbone speaks to some energy activation underway.

faery creek.jpg

In any case, Earth Day was immersive in more than one way and a new week points to new directions unfolding.

Earth Day Garden Celebrations

gardendeck3In honor of Earth Day I felt inspired to share some of the enhancements the garden received this weekend, including new hanging plants, new flowers, lavender, and as of this morning, garden3garden7the finalization of sanding and coating the outdoor furniture – all in preparation for Summer time enjoyment, which will likely be the last here for a while.gardendeck5

Even the loquats are in abundance, the jasmine are in full fragrant bloom, and all the deck treasures are buzzing with celebration.loquats

gardenIt’s no wonder the Faeries enchant the Crystal Elixirs I ask them to help out in enhancing with their magick when I create them. There’s such a peaceful serenity in the garden and sweetness that makes for a lovely Elemental home.gardendeck4gardendeck2

People have commented that my elixirs have a flowery and fresh, invigorating scent to them, when I’m not adding anything to them except a bit of magick. šŸ˜‰garden4

Today is also exciting, as you can see in the photos, I just wheeled in the new Garden Tower 2 (the latest model able to grow 50 plants in four square feet) into the garage that arrived in time for Earth Day! YAY!

gardentowerI say a new one because unfortunately the first one that arrived had been damaged during shipping. I hadn’t had a chance to open the box and start getting my green thumb going until the weekend before last when I discovered this upon opening the box finally. I just hadn’t had any time with all my travels, barely being home, and catching up on things when I was home.garden2

But the Garden Tower Project company is awesome! They immediately shipped me out a new one and it’s here! So that means this weekend is Garden Tower time!

garden6garden8I’ll be documenting my journey with this and will post updates along the way. So exciting!

Happy Earth Day!!garden5

21 ā€“ Day Mantra Meditation Journey with Deva Premal & Miten is Back! Join In September 10th!

om2Back by popular demand, Deva Premal and Miten are offering their 21 Day Mantra Meditation journey once again. I posted it the first time, so that if you felt called you could join along, and I’m posting it again for another chance. They are celebrating theirĀ MantraFest tour of the USA & Canada this fall, and what a wonderful gift to share with us all.

I have had the opportunity to experience them and their music in person at a concert in Maui and in Portland, OR and already have my tickets to see them at Bhakti Fest on Friday 9/6, as well as in Escondido, CA on Sunday 11/3 with special guests, GuruGanesha Band. Yes, I am quite excited.Ā

You can check out their tour dates and cities here: Deva Premal & Miten

Perhaps you might feel called to join one of their many concerts as they tour, which is an experience not to be missed, if you can. But if not, the 21-Day Mantra Meditation is a beautiful journey you will cherish.

It’s anĀ opportunity to not only integrate things at a deep, core level, but to also join as one with thousands of others across the globe to create loving change and awareness. Last April over 64,000 people from 201 countries participated in their first online offering of this. And now, you too can join, whether you did or didn’t before, and immerse yourself in the beautiful and empowering energy you will be igniting for self and others, simultaneously.

The second 21-Day Mantra Meditation journey will begin September 10th and it is a three week experience that will bring you into the powerful world of mantras, as you explore a new mantra daily, come to understand their meaning and powerful energy they help to access, as well as enjoy a guided meditation into the chanting. The journey is also available for purchase, so you can have access to it any time. I find it to be a wonderful gift to self or others, and did get it myself.

This is an amazing opportunity for deep spiritual rebirth amidst any intensities you are experiencing or working through, as you break down, release, and build anew.

You can easily follow along in your own sacred space, giving yourself a gift of nurtured empowerment from the inside out.

I have experienced the power of chanting Mantras and listening to and singing them while I paint and facilitate Reiki healing sessions. I chant them sometimes when I am hiking, as a walking meditation, and other times enjoy singing them while I drive on long road trips or any time I desire peace, stillness, and supporting shifts in my life. I keep a couple of Deva Premal’s CDs always in my car to pop in when ever I feel the need to be in that loving space. I even wear two Mantras as sacred tattoos on my Spiritual Skin.

At Sunday’s Earth Day event, upon conclusion of my guided healing meditation, we had the group chant OM together, which was very powerful. To almost everyone, the meditation and chanting was a new experience, but they all expressed their gratitude and felt it to be a blessing and very heart-opening. And for me, to see everyone leaving with peaceful and refreshed bright eyes and emanating smiles, was the true gift.

deva premal and mitenI love that Deva Premal and Miten are sharing a 21 Day Mantra Meditation Journey, which begins today and continues to unfold over the next 3 weeks. You can join in with them and many others in these daily Mantra Meditations to powerfully shift your life.

With the powerful Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio there is an amazing opportunity right now for deep spiritual rebirth amidst this intense, breaking-down-to-build-anew, chrysalis phase before transformational awakening unfurls its wings in our lives.

These Mantras can support that process and so I felt guided to share Deva Premal’s and Miten’s FREE meditational journey you can easily follow along with in your own sacred space, giving yourself a gift of nurtured empowerment from the inside out.

Celebrations of Connection & Integrative Healing – Earth Day & Beyond

Me on the sanctuary grounds doing the nature walk with the attendees

I’m always reminded of the unification we share as a collective through synchronous events and experiences that take place. This has been a constant reflection in my life, which I carried through to yesterday’s APRL Earth Day CelebrationĀ (Animal Protection and Rescue League) with a healing meditation I led.

When I was first approached about the event I felt right away that I wanted to be part of it and knew what I would like to bring as my contribution to the group – a healing meditation of connection, unification, and integrative healing from the inside out. It was a way I felt I could support others to connect mindfully with their center, the Universal Source, and the Earth, by grounding and anchoring within and without, while sending and receiving healing love in partnership with each other.

My weekend, like most, was spent out in nature and focused on nature…taking a beautiful hike Saturday, which ended in a picnic lunch and relaxation to the sound of the waves at the beach, and then concluding with a nature walk at the San Joaquin Wildlife Sanctuary yesterday, which was on the grounds where our Earth Day event was held.

The event also included inspiring and educational talks by the speakers of the day – all focused on ways to live with conscious awareness, compassion and honor for the Earth and each other, an inside look at Dave Simon’s eye-opening, upcoming book, “Meatonomics,” a preview trailer of the amazing upcoming movie, “Unity” –Ā a film for all who hunger for a deeper meaning to existence, and a more unified way of living with one another, with all expressions of life, a vegan spread of contributed dishes by all that attended, and concluding with a healing meditation I contributed to seal the resonance of unification.

Today, I join in energetically with everyone in continuing my own personal Earth honoring and am happy to see and feel so many others connecting collectively in celebration of our beautiful Gaia’s gifts of life. On our own we can powerfully affect change by embodying the change, and yet together the bar is raised to our limitless potentials. Every day is opportunity to live in awareness and to continue our consistent presence of being the change we dream and desire.

Right now, the house here is infused with fragrant aromatic scents from tangerine blossoms from our garden, and peppermint and oregano plants (gifts from yesterday’s events provided to the speakers) which takes me away to the outdoors and visions of wild fields where animals and faeries spread their magick freely. My desk and studio/office is filled with crystals, stones, and shells from the Earth and my animal companions. The kitchen counter baskets are overflowing with organic fruits to make a fruit salad with (including our last harvest of tangerines), and the sun is shining warmly through my window.

I can find my connection and be aware of all the natural, free, and simple Earthly beauty that surrounds me daily, realizing and having gratitude for the gifts that my human senses provide me in tangible andĀ pleasurableĀ ways. And alongside them, gratitude for my personal heart and soul feelings and beliefs that provide me inner peace and need not any proof beyond their connective experiences, regardless if that experience is mine alone.

I’ve always been one to pay attention to the visions, messages, signs, and voices I receive, especially when they seem random, as those are the times I’ve learned to trust even moreso, despite there being no rhyme or reason to them, or despite nobody around me feeling the same way. Following through with the intuitive nudge has been a process of supporting, and the more I have and do, the more the fluidity of meaning and threading of the tapestry of life, seamlessly melds together.

My waking and sleeping dreams and visions are always very lively and powerful, revealing integrative messages. And it seems more and more people are having the veils drop between waking and sleeping life as well, and bridging the subconscious and conscious through dreams remembered and revealing what has been hidden. More people are connecting via dreams, working with and supporting one another, and are experiencing unity consciousness.

Whenever I dream of people, many times about people I’ve never actually met in person in this life, or people showing up after years of no contact, or out of the blue without any conscious thought about them, in my experience it always has a message for the person or pertains to their needing support that is taking place in my dreams, or in some cases, is a cry for help that I hear. Through what some may call my Piscean dreamy state I find my channels of connection to more easily meld into receptivity with everything and everyone that is around me.

An example of this happened just a few nights ago when a dream revealed a friend I haven’t seen in maybe 6 years, and only keep in touch with sporadic emails. I couldn’t remember the very involved dream after I woke up, but what I was left with upon waking was a very strong imprint of him and the feeling, which prompted a need to check in on him, which I did.

Sometimes it may seem silly to us and make no sense, causing a feeling of doubt, or we end up brushing it off because of fear of our power or what it might mean to really be “in tune.” However, in time we learn to trust there is a reason for things and to support that, as later the meaning always reveals itself, even if not immediately, sometimes in very big ways as well.

In my trusting and simply saying hello and wanting to check in on my friend, I learned he had actually put out a cry for help, of which by my simply acknowledging the connection and following through with it, made a difference to him. He responded,

“WOW, what connection you have.Ā Your email came at at time when I needed it so much. I usually don’ t get into the needing, but I fell into that trap lately with life overwhelming me with having to face new directions. I have been doing OK up until recently, then fell into a lower consciousness. I sent out a spiritual ‘help’ call that night, since I was needing some uplifting and support. You are so wonderful to have connection with and received my message.Ā THANK YOU so much for responding and lifting me up so I can get back on a higher level.Ā You remind me of where I was and where I am going. Thank YOU.”

Things like this remind us that we are not separate and our ignoring the connection we have to everyone, every being, and everything, doesn’t change the fact that it is true. What it can do, however, is affect change in varying ways, depending on our choice to listen or not. My experience is that when I listen it has a life-enhancing effect for all concerned. And this “listening” pertains across the board to all of our choices we make to act and be consciously aware and unconditionally compassionate. When we embrace this way of living, we open the channels to receive and experience the abundance of life and the fulfillment that comes along with it for the highest good.

I know many others experience the same kinds of things, as the dream experience I shared, and that even more than admit it actually do, but likely don’t note and/or sometimes even acknowledge it. We are all so connected and when we open to the truth of this and are ready to receive and give the flow of that clear channel that is available always to us, the more our experiences reveal an inter-connectedness and synergy that starts to make greater sense, as well as deepen our feelings of inner harmony despite not having a clear explanation of things – it just clicks. It also allows us to be of service and to support one another and co-create with greater channels of understanding and clarity of communication.

AND, it will also allow us to start to hear the voices of the “voiceless.” We begin to understand the ways that animals communicate nonverbally and what they have to share that is valuable to the cycles of our life journey. Then, too, do we start to hear all of the plants and all consciousness that is sharing this experience with us. Our sensitivities heighten in a way that will support the changes we dream of, as we come to recognize the reality of our connection and what that means.

I was just reading a Buddhist teaching, which spoke a truth I share, regardless of what line of thinking and belief it stems from, as it is a Universal way of being in my eyes and heart. It talked about the life of all beings – human, animal or otherwise – as being precious and all having the same right to happiness and that all the creatures of this planet are our companions that we share this world experience with. I was sitting with this in my heart feeling how simple life is to me and feeling that unity of connection.

Right at that moment two large ravens landed outside my window and starting chattering loudly and after a minute of getting my attention they flew off.

Ravens powerfully speak to the crux of esoteric secrets and understandings becoming exposed to the light of our own consciousness through consistentĀ unveiling of inner depths and active utilization of inner drives. They are powerful teachers of mystery and magic. Their intelligence and speaking ability has led them to being legendary ultimate oracles as well as are known to be messengers between heaven and earth, relaying messages back and forth from other dimensions and planes of existence. They help to reveal meaning from within the darker places and shadows that are misunderstood so that we can become aware and create the change needed within that will reflect in change externally as well. Their incredible perception helps us to change the perspective from which we are viewing ourselves and our challenges, when we feel perplexed by knowing what to change. You can learn to understand the meaning of symbols and messages buried deeply in all that surrounds you by working with Raven energy. People have come to fear the Raven guide at times because it causes us to take responsibility, dedication and persistance at greater depths to develop strong willpower, embrace transmutation, and exercise intention.

Raven is a beautiful example of “being in tune” with the deeper meanings and messages and how we can bring things to light and together when we connect the importance of our inner and outer “nature” reflecting each other.

I believe we all have access to these wells of understanding, feeling, and experiences that bridge the separation between any and all duality.

Yes, “be the change that you wish to see in the world,” as Gandhi so beautifully expressed. Truly embody that change daily, walk the walk, and watch the ripple effect that inevitably follows. Open your heart to receive and to give to yourself so that you may give to and receive more fully from others. This includes gifts of abundance on all levels, being able to hear and supportively respond to each other, and even to be able to receive and hear the Earth and Cosmos in totality when they resonate their tones and frequencies that take our presence and consistent awareness to hear.

Celebrating Universal connection and exercising the power of integrative healing is a moment to moment, integral experience that is invaluable to practice on this beautiful Earth Day and beyond.

Join Me & Others in a Healing Meditation for You & the Planet at this Sunday’s Earth Day Celebration Event

aprl earth dayEvery day is Earth Day…

“There are no passengers on Spaceship Earth. We are all crew.” ~Marshall McLuhan

As many of you know, one of the main focuses of my work is supporting a return to natural harmony within and without ā€“ for individuals and the Earth collective at large. This is a soul commitment I practice daily and on recognized days of awareness, such as the upcoming Earth Day, I like to join together, whether energetically or literally, with others so that perhaps many more might choose to integrate the same conscious awareness into their own daily practice.

The power of one is great, but many coming together with the same focused intent is limitless in its potential effects.

This Sunday April 21st I will be leading a “Healing Meditation for You and the Planet,” combined with Reiki to empower the process.

If you’re in the area, I hope you can come out and join APRL’s Earth Day Celebration this Sunday at the San Joaquin Wildlife Preserve for a day of unity and fun.
