Intuition Nurtures the Parts of Us We Have Yet to Understand
I’m constantly reminded how important nurturing and supporting intuition is, the more convoluted the energetic landscape around me gets. There are SO many voices literally and subconsciously barking at us from all corners that it can become extremely challenging to navigate anything without wondering which voice is running the show. The more the world turns upside down and tries to play tug-of-war with me, the more I turn within, as the only voice that speaks my truth the best, is MY voice…the one that whispers softly to me through the vortex of my heart.
If we don’t practice listening though, then we’ll never learn how to distinguish it from the rest. Listening to intuition is the way to your truest heart calling. It’s the bridge to greater peace and strength, even when chaos is swirling all around.
The last few days have continued to be filled with messengers and sign posts of support and upcoming change that I’ll share about likely in another post, as I listen to where to focus my energy next. My head healed rather quickly, but not surprisingly, given what I know about its origins and the work I’ve been focused on. There only remains a single 3/4 of an inch long scab that is already starting to come off naturally. I still to date have had no repercussions in physical challenges, including no dizziness or pain. Very grateful for all of that.
And through it all I’ve continued to take pause when anything arises that doesn’t feel resonant, so that I can stay centered and wait for the spirit connected part of me to respond from the highest place within, rather than get caught up in any momentary ego trigger. This is how I stay in control and work with my energies in a balanced way.
Your intuition is a master navigator. So, if we can learn to take pause, listen, and feel for it before we start running on old programming and ego battles, then we can save ourselves and others a lot of unnecessary challenges.
Listening to that subtle or not so subtle inner nudge, voice, vision, or feeling you have that doesn’t always make sense, is your support system that keeps you in alignment and always has your back. We don’t need to know the why or how. That only comes through experience, once you trust the innate wisdom you DO already have within.
Intuition is always speaking to us, but we may need to retrain ourselves to pause, listen and back it up. The more we do, the easier it gets and eventually will become a seamless experience.
We are intuitive beings by nature. We just have a lot of noise in the way of believing that.
If I feel something heavy coming at me or in me, I stop to reframe things and support energy to move rather than keep me down by listening to intuition and what it is telling me in that moment to do, even if it doesn’t make sense. Sometimes intuition might tell you to do something completely opposite or seemingly random than you think you feel like doing, but if you stretch yourself for a moment to just be curious about that voice and explore a little courage to follow it, you will find yourself likely feeling a whole lot better even if you don’t have the meaning of life or even the vision yet of what the end result will be of your current quandary.
It’s perfect to go through every kind of feeling. It’s when things get stuck that having a natural guiding system can be helpful to see you through so energy keeps moving.
It’s not necessarily that you arrive at answers, but you become able to feel more balanced, hopeful, and refreshed to try things from another perspective.
Over the course of my life I’ve had a lot of intuitional voices run through me. Some I ignored and others I didn’t. The latter being my more consistent experience these days, which I’m grateful for as the ignoring didn’t make things easier.
One of the big hits I received through the voice of intuition has to do with where I currently reside.
I’ll use it as an example for what I’ve been sharing so far, to give you an idea of how something rather “random” seeming and that makes no sense at all, came to unfold for me. I remembered something I was shown years before it happened, but I tucked it away because I knew it was meaningful.
Sometimes intuition can tell us how to navigate something immediately, or it may come beforehand to help prepare the way and remind you when the time is aligned.
The healing waters of Tahoe have always been activating for me, but I never knew anything about this lake – at least not the current me. This lake and area carry ancient memories from times long ago and these were in my DNA to awaken at the perfect timing they would be needed.
This lake called to my soul long before I even knew of her. Back in my mid 20’s during one of my biggest and most profound healing transformations while I lived in Sedona, part of my studies and inner work led me to a map and intuitive hit that pointed to Lake Tahoe. One of the things I was exploring as part of the big shifts I was undergoing at the time, was where would be most supportive for me to live.
I didn’t know anything about Lake Tahoe other than my parents mentioning they’d been there when I was growing up, nor was it ever on my conscious radar in any way. I received then the vision I was to live there. The when was unknown. I was told of a vortex and given nothing else, but a knowing around a place I had personally never even visited.
I tucked it away and forgot about it, as the timing obviously wasn’t aligned yet.
At 33, life took me there in my previous marriage to look for a house over a long weekend’s first-ever visit, knowing I was to be here even without exploring the area.
I hadn’t been comfortable living where we were in Washington state on Puget Sound, although we had a dream location on the water and a private beach with a view of Seattle. What you think you might love, doesn’t always pan out the way you’d think, as experiencing the energy of something is completely different than simply idealizing something.
We discussed this and in wanting to find that balance, even though I didn’t want to live in his home state and house, I also didn’t feel it right to live in mine or anything familiar for me either.
We decided we needed a place that was not of his or my family past…a new beginning. I remembered the strong intuitive nudge about Lake Tahoe and mentioned it to him as a possible idea. He proceeded to say, with a surprise in his eyes that I would bring it up since I’d never even been there, that he loved Tahoe, as he had visited it before and spent time skiing and working there for a Winter. It was an instant click and we made plans to explore it for a long weekend.
The intuitive hit I had was supported the moment we got to Tahoe, feeling so good to me, and within two days we were in contract to buy the perfect home overlooking the lake. We moved immediately from the Seattle area, traveling with my then twin soul rabbit, Nestor, who was a large part of navigating my life.
And so, Tahoe would come to be the place of my next transformative journey, but my intuition had been right.
It ended up being where I got a divorce, but also where I met my now husband after that happened.
I lived in Tahoe 3 years before moving away, but I constantly felt her pull. My life took many twists and turns on every front, but I always thought of and missed Tahoe, and I found my way back to her where we’ve been for the last nearly 5 years.
There is much more to the story, but the bottom line is…these waters, mountains, forests and land speak to what I have energetically needed and match my essence. My intuition knew more about me and the future me I would become, then I knew of myself in the moments I simply was wondering where would be most supportive for me to live.
And since then, I integrated into being more myself than ever on all fronts – spiritually, physically, mentally, and emotionally. I began my biggest ventures onto my path in Tahoe. I became my own person – independent and empowered in Tahoe.
I learned how to balance my astrological energies in Tahoe. I discovered how to heal many things in Tahoe.
I became an avid hiker, biker, and skier in Tahoe. The nature girl I always had been within, but never put into motion, got activated into being, right here. I’ve met the key people in my life in Tahoe, or while living in Tahoe. All of my most influential animal companions have lived in, come to me in, and visited Tahoe. And so much more.
I learned, through many adventures and explorations around the area that Lake Tahoe has the best of all the worlds I personally love, in one place – mountains, forests, meadows, wetlands, lakes galore, rivers, creeks, beaches, tropical colored waters like the ocean, stone outcroppings, desert-like areas, places that remind me of the surface of the Moon or another planet and some of my other favorite exotic areas of the world, and has the four seasons to mirror life cycles.
I also discovered that I thrive at high altitudes and it suits my essence so well.
“Although I deeply love oceans, deserts and other wild landscapes, it is only mountains that beckon me with that sort of painful magnetic pull to walk deeper and deeper into their beauty. They keep me continuously wanting to know more, feel more, see more.” ~Viktoria Erickson
I trusted an insight without seeing, simply because my soul knew something beyond explanation and it’s proven accurate.
There are other places I enjoy in the world, but only a few fingers counting of where my soul loves and knows to be resonant enough for living- I keep them close to heart and listen in case they ever call like Tahoe has in her own divine timing.
I have learned to trust my intuition even when it doesn’t make sense because it’s always proven to nurture and care for me. Intuition is not out to hurt us, even if the things it tells us equate to massive unknown changes. There is a meaning we don’t need to understand. That’s simply our minds trying to work it out. I had no idea how I would come to be here, but here I am once and again.
This isn’t a post about Tahoe, but about following intuition, and one of the ways I have around the subject of where to live, which I know can oftentimes be a big one for people.
Intuition will guide you best, not only doing research about an area (or anything for that matter), alone, as there is no cookie-cutter place that is better than any other place on the planet for EVERYONE. There is only the place that resonates, aligns, and is most supportive for YOU at any GIVEN TIME in your life, as this can evolve based on what is best for your evolution.
I have spent time in places that others love and are also considered high-energy, vortex, and super nature-stunning places that very spiritual and in-tune people feel drawn to, support more eco-conscious and Earth-based living, as well as places that artisans love and reside in, and I found them to not work for me at all.
I am not one to name places or bad-mouth anything, as I don’t like to create biases and blanket statements or opinions that are merely from my own experience. All I know is that I’ve experienced non-harmonious, low energy, not great feelings, and heavier, denser spaces where others don’t and vice versa.
I also know that my own state of being plays a huge part in what I experience. Therefore when someone shares all the negativity they are experiencing by living somewhere, this isn’t everyone’s experience necessarily. Our own experience can cloud perspective since we will continue to magnetize or draw in things that support our beliefs and feelings adopted or support a message we may not be listening to. This could come in the form of telling you that a move would be most supportive, or you might think a move is supportive, but in actuality the place you live is activating parts of you that are needing to change and be active in new ways you have been neglecting or pushing aside.
Places can be transformational springboards for us to help us to shift and stay, or shift and move on.
And there’s nothing wrong with that, as perhaps that’s the way to move you forward. I just know that we carry ourselves where ever we go and even if we find a place that feels right, the current state we are in can magnetize more of that outwardly simply as a messaging system to view our lives through and make different choices at every moment.
I’ve only focused on intuition navigating me to where I currently am, but I’ll continue to use intuition to let me know if at any given point things change with that, but also with any part of my life in general.
There’s so much emphasis on analyzing things, but when we partner both sides of our brain together – left AND right – and infuse the heart as the mediator for that partnership, then we get led to more aligned experiences.
It’s not “just” about intuition, but indeed the better we get at listening to intuition we will find that it is the part of us that “knows” what all parts of us use their own language system to try to tell us. Each part has their own way of going about things and it can get kind of exhausting at times to appease them. They’re there for a reason to understand the power of each, yet they also simply exist within a marriage of unity.
Intuition merges gut feelings with higher self guidance and already knows the details of our analyzing side of the brain, but in a snapshot of innate inner knowing and wisdom.
Fear, doubt, expectations, misconceptions, pressure, ego, and beliefs can all be some of the stumbling blocks to hearing, trusting, supporting, and acting upon intuition. They all make it harder to receive information from spiritual sources. Intuition isn’t as dramatic of an experience as we think it’s supposed to be, or hear it to be maybe from others who experience it that way.
Don’t discount the subtle things. When I was looking at where would be best for me to live, it wasn’t this big dramatic scene that played out with lightning bolts and an angel landing in front of me speaking the words, “Lake Tahoe” and tapping my head and having a clear movie vision of myself there with rainbow lights and trumpets playing.
It was like a treasure hunt that kept unfolding and leading me to clues along the way that I kept following in the moment that seemed random and having nothing to do with a place to live. I was having a fun time exploring the dots in each moment that led me to Lake Tahoe on a map and then the feeling I had arrived at the treasure chest, but in a subtle resonance of peace and comfort. I then trusted to make mental and physical note of this to see how it would unfold since there was nothing in sight of how at the time for it making any sense to my analytical brain. I just knew somewhere within me that felt alignment with it.
If you put too much pressure on yourself and try to force things it shuts you down or you become unclear. This can be a form of self-sabotage to keep yourself small.
You doubt yourself because you weren’t supported in trusting from the time you were a child, so you have to practice to create a new support system with this and back yourself up.
Intuition nurtures the part of us we have yet to understand and I believe that the process of trusting that voice is our way of unraveling the pieces in order to return us back to it – all things are part of the whole. Intuition already has the answers of clarity without separation. Just one more of the divisions we are working toward uniting so the war within our parts no longer has to play out in the world around us.
When we learn to listen more to our intuition, we begin to experience what it truly is to live our best life yet.
The Artist’s & Writer’s Corner Merge: Vision & Perspective
For this week, Whimsical Wednesdays and Monday Musings are coming together from each corner of my worlds – both the artist and writer me – to share an emerging theme of vision and perspective. Since everything is interconnected, it wasn’t a surprise to me to hear from a very tapped-in friend about this theme swirling around in her life and my “seeing” it sneak through with the experiences people are having on a wider scale. And, of course, it hit home here both with myself and my partner, Dave.
Perhaps some of you may chime in as well on this.
Vision and perspective feels important, as it relates to everything shifting so much in the way we are experiencing the world and collective right now. There seems to be a call to alter our perceptions overall and even a mass movement in terms of the things more people are becoming ready to see now. As layers of the veil peel back, we are being asked to see with new eyes and trust what is being shown/felt because that will be more key in creating a different reality than the one we may have thought was the only version of reality available.
As I mentioned, this has been popping up in our own ways here, as just this last week Dave went through a scary experience of discovering he had a detached retina that had potential implications of loss of eye sight if it hadn’t been caught in time, or if the procedure didn’t work. It was a whole very interesting and involved process to go through with quite advanced technology used to fix this, but in the end he avoided having to have the more invasive surgery under general anesthesia, as the first procedure has been successful.
He’s currently recovering this week, but it definitely was “eye-opening” on many levels.
Interestingly, this last Sunday I decided to try some reading glasses for the first time and bought some. I had bad vision when young – was legally blind in fact – and wore contacts/glasses until around 30 or so when I finally decided to have lasik surgery to correct it. I’d always been afraid of doing the surgery, or didn’t want to see on some level, and then embraced that and it was like woah! So weird to see so clearly – like everything was surreal.
My distorted vision had kept me “feeling” safe all of those years, and now I was ready to expose myself and support my gifts, rather than suppress them.
Anyway, until just last summer, I hadn’t gone back to an eye doctor since, because I had better than 20/20 vision. I started noticing some shifts and had them checked out and they said I’m starting to shift now in all ways – near and far sighted, along with some slight astigmatism. However, my prescriptions were so low that it wasn’t recommended I had to get them filled since they’d likely change a lot. It was felt that I could think about it in a year or two when they shift more or just pick up some over-the-counter readers at the store.
I hadn’t done that until now, feeling maybe I would try it out and transition myself slowly. I actually have come to love glasses as I’ve grown older and admire them on people, unlike the younger me who was more self-conscious about it and preferred the blurry world when I didn’t need to see clearly like in school, work, or while driving. I feel that they also add a layer to one’s personality and personal style. Perhaps they may even be more fitting to the artist/writer me I’m evolving into.
My mom ended up giving me some readers that she had and I got another super cheap pair after these first ones you see here, so I have five now at different levels to see what works best or to transition with.
What I’ve found interesting and synchronous to all of this is that while these vision and eye shifts have been taking place, I’ve noticed another big shift in perspectives and approach to my life, overall, which in essence is speaking to what I feel is more alignment.
I know very clearly the type of artist I am now and what I truly love painting and how.
I also was shown that my art is more about being an outlet for creative expression and joy when I feel moved in that direction and not something that feels to be a vocation, but more so an extension of simply who I am.
My writing feels more evolutionary for me – not necessarily that I see it vocationally either, but much more deepening and expanding in terms of growth and moving me out of all comfort zones, as well as facilitating creative expression as a honed in skill that merges and balances both sides of my brain, and that returns me to my more natural self – and voice.
It makes sense that my novel is also going through a huge shift too, which is a result of my stepping away from it for so long and returning now with “fresh perspective.”
I’ve been taking this return in steps, as I think I’ve mentioned before, and creating bite-sized morsels with it that create less overwhelm and more immediate levels of accomplishment, while also remaining detached from any end result ideas.
I envision a lot of work ahead, but the process being much more reflective of where I am now.
The steps I’ve taken so far have been researching a lot of links and books, both my editor had suggested, and ones I felt led to, and printing out the entire manuscript, then page-by-page marking it up with notes and highlighting that didn’t translate when I printed it on our only black and white printer.
Currently, I’m rereading the manuscript and journaling while I do so – both taking notes of major things I want to keep in mind for overall shifts I’ll be making and also somewhat processing my thoughts and ideas on where I may go with things.
Once I’m done reading I’ll have a greater handle on the direction, as I want to let the entire journey guide me, rather than make any decisions yet.
Everyone has their own process, but I’m learning to create mine and what works best for me, along the way.
I had no idea what I threw myself into when first I embarked on this writing adventure, as it is nothing like my first book I quickly pulled together and self-published, and nothing like what I had first envisioned it was going to be.
I’ve simply been embracing every twist and turn along the journey.
I literally jumped off the cliff and am now getting a crash course on what all is involved, learning along the way, and going through the growing pains rather fast – thank you to my editor!
I could never have done it before or had the ability to step back from personal investment in something, as I can now. And even since last I completed the first draft, it’s amazing to see how much I’ve shifted and my perspective has expanded, which of course translates into a whole new story!
My current reading and journaling stage is perfectly aligned for Dave’s downtime week, as I’m able to take my manuscript with me while we enjoy long beach days now that the weather is so nice and we’re in the shoulder season without crowds or noise lakeside – minus a few birds who like to come around and offer their perspective. 😉
Interestingly, yesterday we saw a bald eagle fly above us. She or he was then air-wrestling with a raven who likely wasn’t too excited the eagle was nearby. Our second bald eagle sighting in the last couple of weeks – so yes vision is definitely on a high!
Bald eagles symbolize the courage to look ahead and great vision.
I also recently shifted camera perspective on myself in a literal kind of way and rather than just sharing photos via my social media avenues, I’ve been nudged into adding some self-videos now and then that remove the barrier that a photo can still create and welcomes people into my world with a more personal, transparent experience of who I am and what my daily world is like.
Recently, I shared a look into my creation space, which the photo at my desk above is from, offering an insight to how I create a nurturing world around me that supports and inspires the dreamy worlds I imagine, via my writing and painting, into life.
I imagine, also, that things will continue to shift as my perspective widens and my vision adjusts into its new level of clarity.
Have any of you been experiencing themes around how perspective changes your experience, or having vision come up in literal or more symbolic ways – including perhaps even an emphasis on intuition stepping forward, more psychic vision becoming clarified, or things you didn’t see before suddenly making sense and stepping out on the scene now?
I thought you might find this last photo fun. I also recently moved these two whimsical dolls into position right in front of me at my desk, so that when I’m working on my computer they are actually staring right at me – and me at them.
I find myself looking into their eyes often while writing and alongside all of the other friends in the creation space I share with Astrid, it’s amazing how many eyes are on me.
They have special meaning to me and are connected with my novel, symbolically representing two of the characters.
The perspective of seeing through their eyes, but mostly that they are seeing through to the heart of me, keeps me focused on that key piece.
Amplifying the New with Heightened Vision
Two mornings ago on the last day of July, heralding in the most incredibly potent month of 2017, I received a powerful visit by Hawk. The arrival of this sentinel messenger was nothing short of “wow” and truly was as if she descended from the Cosmic realm to bring her gifts of wisdom. Today also happens to be the 2 year anniversary of our Magick Bus RV arriving home to us – an event that changed everything into the most authentic and highest version of reality yet – and I find myself utilizing the same processes I did then to manifest that entire experience with what we’re/I’m working on manifesting now that will create another big reset.
But back to Hawk.
It was morning and I was sitting at the table facing the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe’s portal when suddenly from above and beyond I see a large bird descending and soaring directly at me. She came to land on the banister of our deck, directly in front of me and peered through the sliding screen door no more than 20 feet ahead.
For the last 4-5 years Hawk has become prevalent in my life as an animal spirit guide. This isn’t to say they haven’t been my guides for longer, as I have a strong connection to Horus that transcends lifetimes and a special one-of-a-kind statue of him from Egypt (away in storage currently) that has been with me since 2007 (10 years now).
Hawk always shows up at very key and important times in my life, when I’ve been contemplating or anchoring in a new venture and direction, and even when I’ve first taken home my bunny loves when adopting them (onset and arrival home), as well as each time I’ve taken them to important vet visits (watching over them and heralding a green light). One time was specifically connected to Joy’s eye doctor visit when I was concerned about her eyes and discovered she was blind in one, but now had incredible inner vision.
On this morning of Hawk’s arrival, I was in awe with chills, as we are already up so high here like a tree house in the sky, so it is an awe-inspiring sight to watch the birds soaring on air streams directly out front and many times right at level of our deck. Has always made me feel like a bird, myself, soaring along with them. So seeing her powerful presence come right at me was breath-taking.
She then sat there peering directly at me from different angles of her ever-watchful eyes, moving her head to catch all perspectives. I didn’t want to move because I knew she would leave if I did, so I sat for a bit (about 1-2 minutes) just watching and receiving. Luckily my cell phone was right next to me so I was able to snap two quick photos from where I was (capturing one of the magickal moments that takes place in my life and isn’t just me writing about it) through the sliding screen door and was able to gesture to Dave who was on a work phone call, to look. He hadn’t noticed her until I got his attention and then he, too, was amazed.
We see all types of birds soaring from here including Eagles, Turkey Vultures, Ravens and a variety of smaller birds like Steller’s Jay, Robin, Doves, Wood Peckers, etc. Normally only the Ravens and smaller birds, along with Squirrels and Chipmunks come onto the deck (peering in the door, playing, getting my attention), so this was quite a gift and blessing to have Hawk arrive, which felt especially meaningful and potent right now for me.
After connecting a bit with her, I a slowly got up and she opened her wings and leapt up on our roof.
I’ve written about Hawk Spirit Symbolism before, which you can read in greater detail at the link provided.
She was beautiful. I’m sure it seems odd that I would resonate so much with Hawks since I am a Rabbit person, who are prey to these predator birds. But my experience, as shared, with Hawk has been supportive with my Rabbits. So, there seems to be an incredible synergy and linked dynamic somehow to the connection between the two for me. And, of course, they are one of my animal spirit guides.
In the last months of living here I have seen SO Many. Some days within a half hour counting upwards of 44 sightings one after another.
But having Hawk two mornings ago come seek me out seems to be an invitation to a higher experience and new dimensional reality being embarked upon where deep and clear inner vision – the kind that sees inside out – is streaming in. For me, this feels more to be a vision of the higher heart and knowing that “sees” me through everything upcoming.
I will need to continue to see beyond the veils and what seems to be, in order to know how to navigate what truly is. (Astrid just peeked from within her Magick Carrot House as I wrote this – she’s been sitting in there very quiet and meditative for a while).
The collective is going through mass shifts, which continues to include extreme experiences across the board.
Personally, I have also been experiencing a major transition, although has felt very peaceful and harmonious.
I write about the greater majority of shifts and experiences here, in order to be transparent and support or inspire in any way that others might also connect with and/or help make you not feel like you’re alone in what you’re going through.
Some small portion of my personal life remains more intimate to myself and Dave, however, as we all do need a little space of sacredness to remain in tact.
That said, we have recently shifted from renters to owners of our Tahoe Tree House, which has been and continues to be an evolving piece of the entire pie. And this has all been coinciding with a lot of major energetic/literal moving pieces in our life right now, anchoring in a new era.
I also just completed my last Magick Crystal Wand (I haven’t shared them all, but will share this last one shortly), which opened my writing to move into full time once again – perfect timing alignment of course. This currently on short hold until Monday, as we have an incredibly busy next few days with things at our home to make a clear transition of the previous owners’ things to be removed since we rented fully furnished and have been living in a transitional phase. This bringing me closer to the 8/8 Lion’s Gate, which feels perfect to be working on its conclusion.
New decisions are being made and intentions set for the next leg of the journey and it’s so fun to watch them evolve with each step taken.
I amped things up big time with a Reiki Healing Attunement recently and it really kicked things into gear. I did the same with the Magick Bus at onset, without knowing the rest of the story and all fell into place. Taking a step forward gets the ball rolling.
Seems to be the name of the game in general. Sure, it’s about riding the energy waves and evolving with that, but it’s also about anchoring in intentions with steps and not sitting idle like a helpless person unable to move unless you see something happen before you do.
You’ll see it when you not only believe it, but act as if it’s happening by moving forward and then making adjustments along the way.
Hawk has arrived at onset of this heightened time period bringing me gifts of higher vision possible that will lead me on a potentially greater destiny than I was on track for before. Definitely like jumping train tracks into a parallel, but different timeline. She also seemed to be amplifying and acknowledging recent decisions, reminding me of the support around, and to stay connected to that clarity of vision despite the “noise”.
And this speaks to the collective energy present as well and available to us all.

Support for these Intense Times & Transitions
These have been intense times for everyone, including for those of you who are healers, empaths, and have a usually easier flow with things. I’m hearing, seeing, and feeling how this is throwing a curve ball for many and creating behaviors, dialogue, and challenges that aren’t the norm for you and creating stress, anxiety, health challenges, as well as confusion around your path or a halt on feeling clear with the choices you’ve been pursuing.
I believe this is why I got the loud message to review my ability to open up some time to start offering the Intuitive Energy Guidance/Coaching sessions once again.
I opened the 6 session/5 week intensives to start in March with just 2 clients per 5 weeks, as I felt that was the balanced and most effective way at this time I could provide to anyone really feeling a need to move through current energy streams, move through the undercurrents at work personally/collectively, and get more grounded and empowered with things once again while moving toward your personal goals.
The March and April spaces are full, but you can reserve May if this work and timing feels resonant.
The link below provides details about the focus of this work, what others have shared about working with me, along with options of Pay-As-You-Go (with 6 session/5 week commitment) or One-Time Package Savings:

A Message from Blue Jay
Rest, city errands, cleaning out my closet, finalizing things, and cleansing rains upon completion of it all were the themes of the day and a half stop over in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan. We had a completely private little haven camp site surrounded by trees and lawn making it a perfect sanctuary for all of this, but it was Blue Jay who was the highlight. Since we didn’t venture out except for errands and a late linner upon arrival, his coming to me was definitely noted for a message of presence, wise and balanced use of personal power, resourceful adaptability for ease,.creative self expression and assertion, and bringing higher thoughts into action.
He sat in the tree next to my window, moving from branch to branch incessantly talking away to get my attention and peering into the window. His voice shifted into varying degrees of communication, but he was definitely on a mission and the message was coming from a deep, powerful place within him, despite his size. He was confident and assertive, but also soft and majestic.
His beautiful blue immediately connects me to the power of the throat chakra and its symbolism of creative self expression, sound and song, and having something to communicate that is unique to my voice. He seems to be saying “get to it!” with his loud expressions that went on for about 10 minutes, as he leaned forward toward the window.
Of course synchronously I’ve been aching to get back to my focuses that indeed utilize my gift of creative expression and communicating through my individual works in process. Where I had reservation on clarity of the messages and my ability to communicate them before, there is no need now and I have felt a readiness and timeliness.
Blue Jay comes to share it is time to embrace, develop, and apply your gifts to their fullest. You cannot afford to neglect them. And when bringing higher thoughts into action, unlimited potentials await you.
There’s no need to seek or call attention to anything, only a need to respond to what’s before you and to the world.
Blue Jay reminds us to sink into the comfort of ourselves where ever we are. To assert our personal truth and authenticity, and to communicate what feels to express that in any given moment.
This bringing to mind personal boundaries and undoing any repressive tendencies we have.
Blue Jay seems to own her/his space and knows how to focus and call the shots in her/his life of when, where, how, and with whom and what to use their energy.
They bring a message of embracing life to the fullest no matter where you are and engaging in that which you love at all times.
They shine a light of brightness to any situation and can see you through the darkness as well, bringing to light the shadow in which you can utilize to create greater potency with the gifts you bring forth.
Blue Jay embodies a presence of knowing her/his gifts, but knowing is not enough. They know the importance of cultivating them and bringing them forth with wise use of discernment.
Their appearance seems to call you forth into this realization and knowing that the time is here where all that you’ve learned so far is ready for the next evolution of expression with great clarity and vibrancy.
I did some researching into Blue Jay and found that the word “jay” come from the Latin word “Gaea” meaning Mother Earth. And since they are aviary brothers and sisters, with a crest that reaches into the heavens, they directly link us with both Earth and Universal/Cosmic energies, bridging them for integration and active expression of divinity brought into embodiment.
I also found that in Native symbolism their gorgeous blue that mirrors the sky is said to indicate a double vision or double clarity that symbolizes their/your ability to express the purity and truth of your heart and soul and to have great clarity of thought when bringing that forth to share with others.
I loved that my beautiful Blue Jay friend appeared at this time and that he spent time preening himself and exposing his soft under feathers inbetween his communicating with me.
To me this spoke to knowing one’s self worth, that what you have to share is of value, that self nurturing is important, and the tenderness of this act toward self is a reminder that the way we bring forth our personal power can have a soft, gentle essence at the core of the clarified, strength of expression.
Manifestation Discernment
Just because you manifest an opportunity, doesn’t mean you have to take it, especially if it doesn’t match your integrity fully or your own needs.
Each manifestation is an opportunity to learn to refine your skills and clarify your vision in mirror to your trueness.
So, if you have to still struggle, force, manipulate, and become frustrated with it, or it just doesn’t still feel fully right, then chances are it’s a nicely wrapped package, but the contents still aren’t in alignment.
This is a good sign your manifesting skills are at work and they just need a little more tweaking in terms of connecting with your core needs.
Remember, it’s both important to be giving and receiving in balance.
So, go back to focusing on the “essence” of what you want to manifest and support yourself with belief and value so you can be a clear voice that will be heard and mirrored in its purity.
Then perhaps the opportunity may shift to match your clarity, or you will easily be able to say no, knowing the more aligned manifestation is on the way.
Patience Creates Magickal Flow – A Return to Natural Harmony
Today’s blog post share is a new article I wrote for Mindful Muscle Blog at the request of its Founder, Chris Willitts. Mindful Muscle was created from Chris’s intention to “research meditation and to carefully observe its inherent capacity for personal development, fulfillment, and thriving health,” as well as “introduce other complimentary initiatives that ultimately can lead to a more altruistic society.” I’m grateful for the opportunity to be a part of Mindful Muscle’s focus and for Chris’s interest in my work. This is the second article I was able to share with Mindful Muscle readers. I hope you enjoy:
