I offer Intuitive Energy Guidance Sessions via phone for people who are wanting to make bigger shifts in their lives and are tired of getting in their own way.

This involves a Five-Week Intensive of 6 one-hour Intuitive Energy Guidance Sessions

After working with people over the years, I’ve come to know my strengths and gifts and how they are best optimized to reflect for others their own.

I realized that creating a very specific focal timeline and committed process was the most efficient use of both of our energies and time, which got things moving more quickly within that committed partnership.

Working with me is not meant to be a psychic reading or quick-fix. I won’t entertain these kinds of expectations, as I choose not to enable people, but to empower them.

FIVE-WEEK INTENSIVE:

This involves working with me once a week via a one hour call, except for the first week, which will be twice to kick off things and set the intents. So that’s 6 one-hour Intuitive Energy Guidance Sessions in five weeks.

You also receive email support in between sessions to help you process and integrate.

What does this look like? What if anything is expected of me during this process?

The only thing I ask is that you approach things with openness, vulnerability, and a willingness to look at or embrace things about yourself, to the best of your ability. That’s part of my job too – helping with that energetically and with responsible compassion – but mostly what helps in any kind of healing work, coaching, etc., is for an equal partnership of showing up on both sides to occur.

To begin, I like for my clients to provide me an idea of the focus they are wanting to work on. Of course, this can shift and open up into more once the dialogue begins, but in general, what would you say the theme of support is that you are looking for help with?

It’s not necessary to have gone through any form of coaching, counseling, or have done any specific kind of personal work, but if you have then you’ll find the process will have some similarities, as well as differences.

We are going to be sharing in intuitive “coaching,” or guidance, as I prefer to call it, which is a dialogue process of support with the intents and challenges you present me, along with receiving energy work at the same time. I help move energy and take time during the sessions to have you focus on receiving it while I send the energy to support integration, clearing, and change.

A lot of it is about the process, which takes place as we dialogue and exchange.

I also provide email support in between the sessions. So this would be short things you may want to share, have come up, or have quick questions on.

My goal is to help you to move through things as gracefully and efficiently as possible so you feel freer and more ready to create the new.

These Five-Week Intensives can be helpful at different intervals along your journey and depending on the layers we move through with each, we can revisit a new plan of action to uncover more or delve into other areas, if that feels in alignment and/or feels necessary, which could involve a session now and then at different points in your forward movement to assist with the actions you are taking, or another focused intensive if you come upon a new challenge or hurdle you want help moving through more efficiently and gracefully.

However, it is not my goal to have you stuck in an endless “coaching” process. I want to see you empowered and feeling invigorated and supported to move forward, take action, and learn to trust yourself.

So we will be checking in to see where you’re at with things and establishing goals, as well getting you to a place of more empowered self-reliance and independence.
