A Quick Magick Stone Update

13339699_10209170256000680_2312554979836675621_n

The five Magick Stones I had available for preorder and custom request have all been spoken for. Thank you all for being patient with these and having openness on their timing, as I’ve just been able to start on the first of them this week, due to unforeseen things that have come up. Good news for anyone else interested, four more stones have found their way to me so there will be another opportunity to see if one speaks to your heart. I’m getting that these four new ones are for me to channel solely, so once created they will be available. I’m excited to bring all of these stones fully into life and will share them when completed, which will be a while, since I can only work on one or two a week.

Sacred Initiation with the White Mountain Wild Horses of Pilot Butte, Wyoming

20160613_121415_resized

On our last day in Green River, Wyoming before our lovely guests Janet and Daisy moved on ahead before us, it was the wild horses that were calling. We just happened to be staying only a few minutes away from the 24 mile Pilot Butte Wild Horse Scenic Loop, which is home to the White Mountain Wild Horse Herd – the best place to view wild horses in Wyoming. So of course Janet and I, who both share a bond with them, were led to go and ended up being gifted with a powerfully sacred experience we won’t forget.

Pilot Butte Wild Horse Loop provides opportunity to view a variety of horses, including black, spotted-paint, appaloosa and sorrel (chestnut-colored) breeds, and more. It also has many panoramic views of the Wyoming Range to the west, the Wind River Range to the northeast and the Uinta Range to the south.

We didn’t know what awaited us, but we were just open to the journey and whatever came our way. The drive where the horses are is all on a gravel road, so the whole loop can take about an hour and a half. Somehow we lost track of time and our experience extended to nearly 4 hours.

It also had rained quite a bit that morning and we weren’t sure how the roads would be, but the rain stopped for our drive through.

20160613_120015_resized

Janet and I not only both love and have resonance with horses, but have had past lives as horses, and had shared time at Hillary’s first retreat center in British Columbia (she now owns a different one) last year while Hillary and I hosted a Reiki and horses retreat there in the summer.

So it was very cool for us to be together again for this experience, only this time with wild horses.

I had a sneaking feeling that when rabbit showed up on our path, right at the start of our drive, that something special was about to unfold.

Again, we had no expectations and were simply on the look out to see if we could catch at least a glimpse of the wild horses roaming.

But what was in store would surpass any of our wildest dreams.

After about a half an hour of driving, there they were…our first wild horse herd.

It was a herd of seven – very significant I felt – that we later learned included 3 male stallions, 3 female mares, and a very young foal.

This small herd showed up far before the 14 mile point that information we found, had shared is the usual place to likely sight herds of the wild horses.

At first we were the only car stopped, but one other car approached and stopped behind us after a couple of minutes of our viewing the horses from inside the car, watching them come closer and move past to the right. Janet’s little dog, Daisy, was with us and it was the first time she remained silent when seeing animals outside, which was interesting and this assisted the horses in not feeling scared.

At this point, we hadn’t gotten out of the car yet, but the man in the car behind us did.

We watched as the man ran out across the field following the now more rapidly moving horses to catch a closer glimpse and photos.

It was then that Janet and I decided to get out as well, feeling prompted to follow….as I later got that they were leading us farther away from the road for a purpose and this man had been a catalyst for also inspiring us to get out.

It was a chilly day and I was wearing leggings, longs sleeves, rain jacket, and hiking boots – not my usual way to be outdoors since I enjoy dresses, skirts, and sandals, but the weather demanded otherwise.

Janet was wearing a skirt and so she said for me to go ahead and she’d catch up, while she changed into pants and closed shoes.

So I got out and followed where the horses led, and after a couple of minutes the man had enough and went back to his car, leaving me alone in the field with them.

I stayed a respectful distance back, so as not to give them reason to feel threatened or like I was infringing on their personal boundaries.

After a few minutes and the man driving away, the horses shifted their pace and slowed down.

I had been moving at a parallel path to them, rather moving directly at them, and then decided to stop and just be there with them and start more intentfully connecting.

Literally the second I went within and created an open communication channel to them and started to connect, they stopped altogether and all 7 stood still.

20160613_120450_resized20160613_120645_resized

By this time Janet had dressed and had reversed her car to line up with me and where the horses were, as we had traveled a bit of a distance.

She got out and started making her way toward us slowly.

I remained still in my spot, communicating with them, and they, too, stayed absolutely still. Several of them turned directly toward me as I spoke to them telepathically.

Some of my initial communication was to simply make contact and to let them know that we meant them no harm, we came in peace, and had utter reverence, respect, and honor for them as sacred beings, and welcomed any messages and connecting that they would feel to share with us. I also shared that I came vulnerably without agenda and willing to be as revealing to them as possible.

I do not know how long they stood without moving, as Janet and I were lost in a vortex of timelessness with them, but it was an incredibly long time. Janet was several yards away from me at this point and standing still at her spot, along with all of us.

We estimated later that our entire time with them was likely about an hour and a half or nearly 2 hours.

They were all in a line evenly spaced out and utterly still and deliberate in their presence.

This silent stillness spoke loudly and immense energy was being exchanged between us.

I would alternate between closing my eyes and going within, and opening them to look for any reflections or alterations in their stance, behavior, or movement, as I was observing for any signs.

They continued not to move and stood without changing their foot placements. There was only the rare turn of a head toward or to the side.

During this time, as I shared, Janet and I were apart – each connecting in our own way. Later we shared our experiences, feelings, visions, and messages, but for now we were simply being with the moment.

But much was happening even though from the outside it looked like 9 statues affixed to the ground.

A couple of visions came to me….one was of a horse running toward me that turned into a golden lit horse and felt very cosmic. Another vision was of what seemed to be an Indian chief or Elder appearing as one with a horse, riding its back, but like they shared the same soul. I see lots of black and white in the coloring of both the horse and the adornments worn by this impressive figure. Horse rearing up and wind whipping through both of their long black manes of hair. I get chills while writing this.

This herd was channeling this presence that resided within their ancient soul energy.

I soon was feeling that these horses were much more than they appeared and were holding the energy of something both Earthly and Cosmic that would soon prove to me to be a sacred initiation that their appearance had manifested deliberately for.

I started feeling that the seven of them were each representing and embodying the energy of each of the basic seven chakras. And that they were assisting in clearing, and opening a full body activation through this representation they emanated. I felt that the young foal represented the heart chakra and the others were the six surrounding chakras.

And then I started feeling into my body and my solar plexus had begun gurgling, which happened several times while in their presence.

I also felt energy between my solar plexus and throat moving. This seemed to be the most potent areas that were flowing from solar plexus, up through the heart and higher heart, and into the throat chakra. Janet later shared, when we came together, that she felt the energy in the same places, without me saying where I’d felt it myself.

It wasn’t long before I felt a stripping away take place and I heard myself compelled to say telepathically to them, “I am not as strong as people think I am. I am a child and that is my power.”

This stripping away and declaration prompted a release of tears that flowed, as I sat there transparent and revealing myself purely and authentically to the herd.

Chills were also present, and within the honesty and peeling away, I also suddenly was feeling a deeper embodiment of my true power filling my body…it was soft and Cosmic.

It was a simultaneous experience of release and reveal, along with truer beingness. As if I’d unzipped another body suit layer that fell to the ground and revealed a truer knowingness and presence.

I then recognized myself in the horses before me and saw that our standing in such presence with each other was standing in our power as a mirror reflection. Horses want us to own our power and that comes through honesty and being willing to embrace all of us, weaknesses and strengths, as they are the totality of our personal alchemy and creative potential.

After quite a while connecting in this way, the man who had originally gone out in the field after the horses and left, now returned. He had never been quite able to get that close to them before, since he was chasing after them, but for some reason he was back and must have seen us with the horses and their being still and not too far off, so he made his way out to where we are.

He came through the middle of Janet and I, since we were still apart at this time, and kept approaching the horses more, pushing past the safe space we had created with them. As soon as he did so, a couple of the stallions began to move and took several steps back in effort to communicate the boundary to respect.

Luckily, the man was only after closer photos, so once he got a few he ran back to his car and left Janet and I with the 7 horses, still remaining still.

I then felt it was time to come together, so I slowly made my way towards Janet and when she saw me do so, she then began coming to me as well.

We now stood together facing the horses and began to talk about some of our observations, still staying in our place and still. Then a little critter caught my eye that was between us and the horses, emerging from underground…some kind of little groundhog or other burrowing animal, which felt significant too in terms of its connection to inner Earth alongside the grounding energy of these horses that also carried the whispers of the Spirit Winds and in the case of this herd, were also channeling an Ancient Cosmic energy.

While all of the horses had been standing still, the foal was laying still in the grass next to her mother the whole time.

The ones we later learned were males all started yawning in procession, one after the other in a line. This is their way of moving energy and they continued to do this on and off.

We started trying to figure out which were male and female and that’s when they started, one by one, displaying this to us. The beautiful dappled gray stallion started displaying his parts then. Janet giggled and asked if I was connecting with him and got him excited. lol! We wondered at first if he was the lead since he’d first taken this initiative, but we quickly learned who the lead really was not long after that.

But first the herd started to shift their lined formation and the three that we later learned to be females all surrounded the foal that was laying down.

Two of the stallions were off to the right and one was to the left of the females.

We learned this, as after they moved as such, each of the males demonstrated their manhood to us.

The three females moved in a perfect triangle formation around the foal and stood that way motionless. Any time the herd moved into a formation, they would then stand still in that formation for a long time, to ensure we saw this, got the message, and to do the energy work that these sacred grids were intended for.

20160613_110600_resized20160613_112449_resized

The females were like the Trinity and Maiden, Mother, Crone energy. The triangle is such a potent sacred geometry figure symbolizing creativity, magick, harmony, balance, ascension, manifestation, illumination, and one of my favorite words – integration.

The peak at top symbolizes higher thought, inspiration, enlightenment, oneness of mind, aspiration, focus, and unity consciousness. In this way it helps you focus and center the inner conflicts in order to be in stillness of peace with the wholeness of who you are and within that peace to be guided by your authentic voice.

The triangle symbol expresses itself in terms of clarity, focus, and a doorway to extraordinary, higher wisdom, which is attained by balancing thought and emotion (or the alchemy of polarities combined that create a new opening).

They also represent the symbolism of the number 3, which I am by birth as a life path number.

At first for quite some time the females were standing as such, but then one of them laid down along with the foal, still in the triangle formation.

20160613_113424_resized

It was then, a while after they’d been like this, that we realized who the lead stallion was, as the one to the left of the females neighed and moved at them to prompt them to get up and reposition themselves in the next formation. The other two stallions would also stand off further together, like sentinels for the herd.

So now we knew there were 3 males and 3 females, along with the foal. A beautiful and perfectly balancing energy, with the foal as the integrative heart chakra of the herd. The black mare appeared to be pregnant, which was another beautiful symbolism…new life begun and new beginnings on the way shortly. The field of experience was fertile.

We both made the observation of the foal being surrounded representing how we protect our hearts and inner child and when they opened up and she came forth on her own, it was like saying there is no more need for that protection, although we can always trust that we are protected and safe, it’s about fully letting the heart lead, as all of our other parts are there to serve and support it into its fullness.

20160613_120822_resized20160613_120843_resized20160613_121130_resized

But one must trust and one must allow themselves to be in the power of that soft, fragile grace of purity.

They were obviously very comfortable with us, as they just continued to be there with us when they could have left, run, or walked away at any moment they desired. They also chose to fully be present and communicate, as they could have been engaged in eating all that time, but instead decided to stand in stillness to create an open channel between us and work the energy around and through us.

They were not that far away, but I then turned to Janet and said I think we are being asked to come closer and to trust that. Not to worry or feel less confident, but to approach them as equals and in our own power. I said, they’ll tell us if we push their boundaries by moving.

Janet agreed and so we started taking several steps toward them slowly, one by one. We’d stop, connect, observe, and then take some more steps.

0613161203a_resized

The horses were unaffected and completely at peace, so much so that they now decided to go about eating.

20160613_120747_resized20160613_121315_resized20160613_121438_resized

We were being accepted into the herd.

We continued edging closer until we were 50, 40, then likely no more than 30 feet away (maybe even 20 at some point)…hard to really say, but we were close.

And still they went about eating and in fact the foal laid down on the ground and her mother joined.

20160613_114453_resized

The mother then started rolling on her back in the dirt and brush.

FB_IMG_1465959882262

They were completely at ease and even the males were not on alert. The main stallion watched, but there was no indication of his concern, as if he was concerned, he’d soon be alerting the others.

We continued to honor their space and felt no need to go further, as we were feeling grateful for these wild beings welcoming us into their world.

They continued about their grazing, mom and foal stood up, and soon the little one was nursing.

20160613_120930_resized20160613_120938_resized20160613_121009_resized061316121120160613_121118_resized

We noticed that the new formation was now creating nearly a sacred circle around us. They had positioned themselves in a circular shape that included us into their group.

With chills I write, we had become a part of the herd.

We were breathing as one with them and intentionally engaging as equals – all along while they were doing a lot of work with and to us on deep levels.

The entire time, except for the man that came back briefly, no cars drove by on the road off behind us and the gray rain clouded skies opened to sunshine, illuminating our field of dreams we had chosen to show up in together.

It was like a vortex that we created…where time stood still and a dimensional portal to our Cosmic selves was opened. One in which was grounded in Ancient Earth energies and was helping us to integrate polarities, empower the Sacred Male and Female within, and step into greater wholeness and harmony.

It felt like we were receiving a sacred initiation and Ancient activation.

So much happening on levels we consciously were and weren’t aware of, but that didn’t matter.

20160613_121058_resized20160613_121142_resized20160613_121412_resized20160613_121523_resized20160613_121613_resized20160613_121611_resized

20160613_121639_resized

Then we heard a motorcycle coming down the road, which seemed to be the indicating factor and triggering indication that our time was at close.

The lead stallion neighed and the other males chimed in with little tussles between them and the herd started to gallop off toward Janet’s car and the road.

20160613_121653_resized

Janet and I looked at each other and knew. So we, too, took the cue, chimed in, and started running along with them as part of the herd until we reached her car. Feeling so much as one with these horses and the horse within.

It was an incredible experience beyond anything I have even shared here, as I can’t simply capture the feeling and what took place. Some of which is beyond explanation and need for.

All I know is that we both felt different in a very incredible way.

I experienced another shift, which continues, that in part opened me to a deeper level of knowing truths about things and people around me and even more softness and release.

It was like I could see clearly and even though that clarity revealed deceptions and manipulations I’ve long surmised from others around me, I also accepted it without anger and instead felt even more open and wanting to share vulnerably from my heart.

But that was just part of the changes that took place, as in general a click has been activated and it’s just the beginning of how that will unfold in totality, as much is still integrating and I’m still processing all of the symbolism from the experience.

And Janet had her own openings, visions, and messages she shared with me and she also expressed feeling elevated from it all, but tired. I agreed, I felt a bit drained later that day and my eyes were tired, but it just felt like the integration process of another level of energy that was moving through.

But our experience didn’t stop there.

After we returned back to the car from our run with our herd, we then continued on to see what else was in store or us.

We drove several miles more and then came upon a much larger herd of wild horses, but there were two other vehicles ahead of us facing the opposite direction that were stopped and observing the horses from their vehicles.

20160613_124107_resized20160613_124429_resized

We instantly recognized one as the large four-wheel drive tour vehicle, which we had originally considered. Janet had researched it online and wasn’t impressed and we both agreed we’d rather explore on our own rather than be stuck in a vehicle for four hours and pay $75 for something we could do on our own.

And as you can see, our choice had proven to be confirmed with the experience we’d just had. But when we saw this vehicle we were now elated by our choice.

This large herd was spread out on both sides of the road and also crossing the road. They created a barrier between us and the two other vehicles facing us.

Janet and I got out for two minutes to get a closer look and were now feeling compelled as one of the horses ourselves to join in. We snapped a few photos, but it was so cold outside at this point that we decided to get back in the car and connect from there.

Guess what the horses did?

They all came our way.

20160613_124409_resized20160613_124451_resized20160613_124657_resized20160613_124719_resized20160613_124742_resized20160613_124904_resized

They’d been heading toward the left and were closer to the other vehicles, but they all turned to come to us and settled right outside of my window I had rolled down.

That was when the tour vehicle started making its way to us and stops by our car. The tour guide rolls his window and says to us, “Stay in your car. They will only stay with you if you remain inside and they’ll stick around long that way.”

He then drives off, likely puffing his chest a bit with his guests that are in the large safari-like vehicle, as he likely told them a long speech about protocol and I can hear him saying to them when he saw us outside something like “those tourists don’t understand anything.” LOL!

We both looked at each other and giggled with a smile. We both know what we’d just experienced and I said, “he just doesn’t really understand the horses on a deeper level, so his speech may work and be a good thing for most people since they wouldn’t likely spend the time really connecting and chase them down or approach them with a different kind of energy that didn’t respect their sacredness.”

We knew that the timing and alignment of our previous experience had been perfect and led us away from the road and other people so we could have that sacred time we were meant to. We also knew that we don’t go by the status quo of accepted rules. We follow our own inner guidance and barometers and that is what leads to magick.

So he drove off and we were there with the horses that were coming to connect with us. So many varieties and so beautiful.

20160613_124531_resized20160613_124944_resized20160613_125323_resized20160613_125346_resized

That’s when Janet spotted the young foal, older than the one we’d seen that was quite newbie, with a white heart patch on his third eye.

20160613_124949_resized20160613_124953_resized

He and several of the others were hanging out a long time with us and then a painted mare came along with a white diamond patch on her third eye.

20160613_125021_resized20160613_125037_resized20160613_125042_resized

They literally were positioning themselves and facing us, intentionally connecting, and making sure we got a full look at them.

20160613_125048_resized20160613_125055_resized

They kept moving until they created a perfect portrait painting, directly aiming their amazing third eye patches of white symbols at us and low and behold there was also a dark heart cloud in the back, just to the right of the mare, which I didn’t notice until I looked at the photos after we started driving off.

And they finally came to rest in this perfectly positioned portrait.

20160613_125057_resized

I was taking photos for both of us, as Janet was on the other side.

They were just stunning and their symbols were potent. They went along with the messages from before and also channeled through more energy. A continuation and new activation.

Then the slowly moved off and other horses would move in and give us good looks.

20160613_125103_resized20160613_125117_resized

We then decided to move on a bit when we felt complete there and came upon three horses that were perfectly positioned in front of Pilot Butte, which again was like a perfect portrait painting that conveyed how this Loop got its name of Pilot Butte Wild Horse Scenic Loop.

20160613_125413_resized

This last area is at the 14 mile mark point in the drive, which is supposed to be where you get the sightings. It must be their regular path and something about the Butte is energetically magnetic for them.

So we snapped some more photos capturing this amazing sight, while two of the horses started grooming each other. They always seemed to intentfully pose and position for us, feeling very at ease.

20160613_125444_resized

We were grateful and feeling very heart-full.

We then left and completed our drive, with no more sightings.

That’s when I decided to look briefly through the photos and saw the heart cloud that I mentioned above.

I saw it immediately and showed Janet right away…we were in awe as low and behold not only did the foal have a heart third eye patch and the mare had a diamond third eye patch, but now there was a heart cloud to add to the magickal mix. WOW!

It was all so incredible these signs and amazing alignments. But we experienced them and so they were again reflecting the ability to create incredulous realities, even when others around are in a different reality of experience when we are willing to consciously engage life.

I had brought with me a small box with a gift for Janet that was with us during our time this day. I almost gave it to her while on the drive, but decided to wait.

I had her open it upon arrival back to the RV where she was dropping me off before heading out to her next location along her journey.

In it was a quartz crystal pendant of mine I was gifting to her. I’d actually felt it was meant for her quite a while back, but I waited for the time to present itself and on her personal journey and here after our wild horse experience, that was it.

The reason I bring it up is because this crystal is very unique and rare in many ways, but one of which mirrored something we’d seen.

It is an Isis Goddess crystal that has a diamond “window” on it, which makes it a very personal, introspective, truth revealing, and inwardly clarifying stone. The diamond mirrored the diamond patch on the inner eye of the mare.

And Janet mentioned something about having thought about a diamond having coming up for her, I can’t remember the specifics, but it was just before all of this.

Love the synchronicity and I loved this special encounter.

I can’t quite do it justice with this share, but believe me when I say it was very intimate, deeply moving and opening, as well as powerfully intense in such a beautiful way.

These were divine beings in horse bodies holding sacred ceremony with us and I’m ever-grateful for their gift of initiation, as well as grateful that we all chose to step into this space and time together to co-create.

It felt like more than just an individual activation taking place, but as if each of these beings were of an Ancient Council of Elders and our communion was an emanation of synergy that would go out into the beyond and create trickle shift effects collectively.

I would like to mention that while beginning to write this share (as I use our time driving for personal or blog writing) we drove past a small herd of 8 wild horses. Definitely in the zone.

Surprise Guests, Hidden Beauty & Unexpected Gifts in Wyoming

20160610_162223_resized

After our amazing time in Colorado, we didn’t know what to expect from Wyoming and like some places are more like stop-overs for us, we figured it, too, might end up being more of a transition to just get us further up north. However, what I continually discover is that no matter where you are you can find interesting things to experience and hidden treasures around every corner, and our first two stops in Wyoming have proved just that with unexpected gifts and even a surprise guest!

20160610_152151_resized

I received interesting information that my sweet Pisces friend, Janet, was only about 8 or so hours away from us just before we headed out from Estes Park, Colorado to Laramie, Wyoming. Janet was on her own personal journey that had taken its own surprising twist, starting out as just a one day trip, but turning into an open-ended excursion. Janet had been traveling for almost two weeks before getting to us, following a similar, but abbreviated path that we had taken, as she so sweetly shared being inspired by the photos and experiences I’ve been sharing.

When we discovered she was close behind, rather than turn around to go a different route and start heading home, she decided to join us at our next stop.

And so she did.

20160610_164732_resized

We felt a little bad that the two places we would spend time with her happened to be these transition areas for us, and so our usual beautiful (oftentimes spectacular) rv sites, were just regular rv parks off the highway.

Yet, having great company and opening to the unknown experience proved a gift and as always shares how valuable being present in the moment with an open heart to what shows up without expectations, will shower you with valuable experiences.

And so we shared a wonderful time the last four nights and four days, since Janet’s arrival the evening of Thursday, June 9th.

Dave and I made our journey to Laramie, Wyoming on Wednesday morning, getting to see herds of Pronghorn running in the open fields along the way. We continued to see Pronghorn nearly every day thereafter, each time we drove through the flat open plains of the area.

By the time we set up and had a late lunch, the day was gone, but with the long sunshine filled days until 9pm or more, we went for an evening hike to acclimate ourselves to the area and get acquainted with it like we always do.

This took us to Medicine Bow Routt National Forest enjoying a 3 mile loop through the forest and past several flowing streams and beaver ponds, as well as across beautiful fields lit by the setting sun.

20160608_175156_resized20160608_175823_resized20160608_180613_resized20160608_180221_resized20160608_180050_resized20160608_182533_resized20160608_184816_resized20160608_190410_resized20160608_190542_resized20160608_190555_resized

The next day we drove out to Vedauwoo where we enjoyed Turtle Rock Trail, which was beautiful with tons of beaver ponds throughout and unique rock outcroppings and formations people can rock climb (and were).

That evening we received Janet’s arrival along with her sweet little Daisy (who’s part Chihuahua and Poodle) and shared a jackfruit taco dinner, I put together for us, over conversations of her adventures that led her to us so far and sharing some of our own.

The sky also greeted Janet with a wildly vibrant pink, blue, purple and yellow sky with lightning storms lighting up the dark clouds in the distance every second, which was ominously like an apocalypse was upon us. 🙂

The next morning we set up our umbrella over the picnic table and enjoyed breakfast and lunch outdoors, while continuing to catch up, relax, do a little writing, and then made our way to our first hike together.

This took us on a drive out to Centennial to the Little Laramie Trailhead, which was a gorgeous hike we all really loved.

20160610_143837_resized

From the minute we stepped out of the car we were greeted by the beautiful pine aroma that was intoxicating. We enjoyed this stunning 4 and 1/2 mile loop trail that follows a portion of the North Fork of the Little Laramie River.

20160610_145924_resized20160610_145800_resized20160610_150034

We did both the River Trail and Meadow Loop Trails (upper and lower), which meandered along and through streams, took us by beaver ponds and scenic views of the river valley with the larger mountains in the background, and across meadows and through forests – all along with perfect temperatures and fun times choosing our footing through the water and mud.

20160610_152025_resized20160610_152116_resized20160610_152316_resized20160610_153419_resized20160610_153643_resized20160610_153652_resized20160610_154333_resized

Even little Daisy enjoyed wading in the streams, but we cleansed our feet in the pools and all came out of the forest fresh and clean, inside and out.

That evening we decided on exploring the town and a cool restaurant we’d found called Sweet Melissa’s. So we meandered the eclectic part of town along the train tracks where the cool Big Hollow Food Co-op is that we’d shopped at the day before.

20160610_201014

We had a little wait for a table – the vegan and vegetarian restaurant was super crowded and lively, rivaling places in LA – so we walked down the street to have some drinks at Born in a Barn. I enjoyed a gingerale, while Dave and Janet sampled some local beers.

Then we headed back to Sweet Melissa’s enjoying both great conversation and delicious food that included Falafel Sliders, Lentil Curry, Sweet Potato and Black Bean Burritos, and Jerk Seitan with coconut rice, plantains, onions, peppers, and pineapple. Yum! We took home leftovers that we enjoyed at lunch the next day.

Almost every day we also encountered a rabbit or two and this would solidify a magickal unfolding was always at hand.

This celebrated the end to our time in Laramie, as the next morning on Saturday, we were off to Green River, Wyoming.

20160611_141008_resized

It was a four hour drive for us, so by the time we settled in and ate our late lunch left overs, we decided to just drive through the town to check it out and stopped at a park along the river.

20160611_175027_resized20160611_180050_resized

The winds were crazy and a light rain started, so after playing in the playground on swings, we headed back.

No sooner did we get home, did the rain stop, the skies cleared, and a double rainbow decided to gift us a welcome.

20160612_100532_resized20160612_101055_resized20160612_105721_resized20160612_110724_resized20160612_110733_resizedThe next day we got out early and drove to the Flaming Gorge, which extends from Wyoming into Utah.

20160612_142024_resized

We decided to go to the Utah end, hearing it was the most scenic, passing over Flaming Gorge Dam and had lunch at Red Canyon Lodge (salads and vegetable pastas) in a beautiful outdoor setting looking out at a lake with birds buzzing all around.

20160612_125351_resized20160612_132805_resized20160612_132815_resized

It was a long drive, but the day of beauty was a gift as we took in 3 miles of the Red Canyon Overlook Trail with stunning vistas of Flaming Gorge and the Green River and then ending the day wandering a little over a mile of Little Hole Trail that follows Green River.

20160612_142331_resized20160612_143445_resized20160612_14353820160612_144032_resized20160612_143251_resized20160612_150713_resized20160612_151234_resized

So we were able to see and experience the river from both above and below. 🙂

We even had a Golden Eagle sighting while at the Overlook who flew through the Gorge and then right to us when we said “come back this way”.

It was a really beautiful day.

20160612_163134_resized20160612_162854_resized20160612_163016_resized20160612_164721_resized20160612_163747_resized20160612_163934_resized20160612_163925_resized20160612_163806_resized

Janet left us today to go check out another part of Wyoming before connecting with us again on Tuesday for one more evening at the entrance to Grand Teton National Park.

But just before Janet headed out in the early afternoon today she and I spent about 4 hours together on the Pilot Butte Wild Horse Scenic Loop, but I’ll save that for the next blog and story, as it was a perfect send off to the area with a very sacred and powerful experience for us both.

20160612_164322

Until then, I hope you enjoy these highlights we’ve found in Wyoming.

We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our time with both Janet and Daisy.

20160612_142421_resized

Daisy became well integrated with all of the fur babies aboard the Magick Bus.

20160612_085308_resized

Tomorrow we’ll be stationed in Moran, Wyoming, just 1 mile from the entrance of Grand Teton and 32 miles from Yellowstone.

From here, we’ll be able to explore both and being in the south end of the massive Yellowstone, will allow us to explore 3 ends of the park on this trip, as after that we’ll be headed into Montana and enjoying West and North stops as well. Very excited!

Update on Joy & Reflections of the Bonds Shared

20160512_123818.jpg

While we’ve been exploring, creating, and living life where life finds us, my focus has also been on the little ones and ensuring their lives are as rich as ours. Joy and Cosmo are in their golden years at 10 and 12 years old – equivalent to being 100 and 120 in our years – so they have special needs and have recently each had health challenges that simply mean a weaving in of reflective care has been necessary to become a natural part of our lives like everything else.

I shared about Cosmo recently having gone through allergies that turned into pneumonia and how we got him back to balance again. He continues to do well, and I continue to do my best to keep his allergies at bay, which has been successful. He continues to need me more and more, but he’s happy, spirited, loving as ever, and a healthy little ancient one.

I was just commenting recently on how his fur has evolved since his being with us for nearly a year and a half. When he first came to us his fur was much more coarse and, of course, dirty and matted. He now has beautiful velvety fur nearly matching Joy’s and even his back end he lays on is so clean in comparison and I’ve learned to manage his cycles of matting to keep him looking beautiful. It’s amazing what good care, diet, and nurturing love can do.

And the same has been true with Joy and her recent challenge, in how the right care can make all the difference.

I mentioned in a previous post that she had a health issue come up right after I got a handle on Cosmo’s and he was balanced out again.

I thought I’d share more in detail about that, as I’m always wanting to help others out there with rabbits in understanding and caring for their little ones, as best as possible, through the things that I experience with my rabbits and that I learn. Plus, I like to share how our animal companions reflect so much for our own journeys.

So, I’d noticed Joy had started being more silent…that may sound funny since rabbits don’t make noise, but that doesn’t mean they don’t communicate in their own way. And she had been more internal, spending time off by herself, and just huddled, although was still eating and acting normal in other ways when not off on her own.

That immediately put me on alert to observe and keep an eye on her, as she is an extremely sensitive one and she also tends to process a lot.

Since that has been the case with her, in terms of needing her own space and time and going through things energetically, I allow her that space and don’t just jump on taking her to a vet just because she needs time to herself. As long as she eats and eliminates, I’m not on major alert, although energetically support what she’s going through best that I can.

Sometimes she, or we all, just need a little quiet time to work through things.

But when I started noticing her having difficulty eating…moving food around in her mouth, rolling it from one side to another, and spitting some out, half chewed…I knew something was up.

And since rabbits can get severe issues with their teeth – since they constantly are growing and can grow the wrong way (up or down into the jaw), can grow points and sharpness if not properly gnawed down through their hay eating, and can develop infections, and abscesses that then affect everything else, especially their delicate digestive systems and GI tracts…this was a red alert for me.

If there was a teeth issue, she’d potentially need dental surgery. And putting a rabbit, let alone an elderly rabbit, under is always sketchy.

So, I watched this for a day and she was able to eat a little, was still eliminating, but since she couldn’t get all of her food in, I got her on her critical care food right away – something to keep on hand if you’re a rabbit guardian, as it provides all the needed nutrients, but is a mixture that looks like ground flax that you combine with water into an apple sauce texture so that they can still eat easily.

We followed the instruction on the back in terms of amount per weight to provide, but later found out we could have given her even more.

And I started calling around to find a rabbit vet in the area.

This took place while we were in Colorado Springs on a Thursday…we were leaving to Golden on Sunday. It also happened to be right before Memorial Day.

So you can imagine I had quite the challenge getting her an appointment. I called about 15 places…half in Colorado Springs, a quarter in Golden, and the rest some ER places.

Every single place was booked until later the next week or had no rabbit doctors on duty at all. I was sent from one place to another each time I called.

In the end, I got an appointment for the following Wednesday in Golden and in the meantime just focused on managing any pain she had with Reiki, pumped her with Echinacea, and fed her the critical care food to see her through. I monitored that she was eating and eliminating, as if any of that stopped, I would have taken her to any ER or vet, regardless of having a rabbit doctor or not, as that would be a dangerous condition that couldn’t wait.

I tried to stay as positive as possible and not fall into any worry spiral that wouldn’t be supportive for her. This may be challenging in times like these, but staying as balanced as possible is the best thing we can do since our animal companions will take on exactly what we’re feeling.

joy

I gave her my crystal rabbit and tortoise statue that are connected with Nestor and Gaia, to provide her tangible support from her dear friends so that she could feel them close while they were helping her energetically from afar.

joy2

It’s tough when you are sitting there waiting and feel somewhat helpless, knowing your loved one is going through pain. But it’s a test of having peace within chaos, as we can create different realities with the power of our centeredness.

I was seeing her start to lose her balance and fall a lot, indicating an infection, as well as frantic for food, despite my feeding her the critical care. I noticed her losing weight, but she still was eating and eliminating and still actively doing things like engaging with me and Cosmo and cleaning herself.

Then we left Colorado Springs and got to Golden. I started to see her improve. Her balance returned and she was able to eat her pellets and some veggies again, alongside her critical care.

I made a connection to the much higher than normal radiation in that area that had also affected sensitive mom, feeling much more drained while integrating that energy, as a transmutational process.

Joy is the ultra energy sensitive one and immediately picks up on energies, as well as tries to work with them with all of the powerful gifts she has for the greater good. But like Nestor, her fragile body isn’t always realized since her energy is so big and boundless, and so it doesn’t always support the things her soul are committed to doing.

So either the radiation was the trigger to the challenge, or she had a challenge that the radiation intensified, as her symptoms were also those of one affected by this.

Anyway, we finally made it to her appointment day, thanks to a lot of Reiki support also from a few friends that were sending her some at the same time, and keeping her eating and staying focused on the positive.

Long story short, we met with the female doctor who was very knowledgeable, once again, and we received her prognosis.

She was able to examine her thoroughly, which she remarked on being rare, but Joy allowed her to fully explore her mouth like no other rabbit she’d examined. This identified no issues there.

Phew!

She said her teeth were healthy and beautiful, without points, and the two potential issues of either growing up or down into the gums was not apparent in the easy ways to determine these.

Her heart sounded great, her eyes although blind in one and cataracts in the other were healthy, and nothing else apparent.

But she felt that since I mentioned her losing her balance, that indicated likely an ear infection, which would also cause nausea. In her case, not an outer infection, since the outer ear looked healthy, but rather an inner one.

This can’t be seen except maybe with a high power xray – not recommended for her age since she’d have to be put under for it and doesn’t always show up regardless – and so she felt we should treat the inner ear infection since that was safe and either way would take care of that, and in the interim we decided on a thorough blood testing to run two panels and check on everything including her organs.

In the meantime, we also gave her subcutaneous fluids for her dehydration due to the extreme weight loss, bringing her to only 3 pounds.

That was the sad part, as that nearly week of waiting and not knowing we could give her more critical care, plus her not able to eat other things until the last two days that her ability to do so returned, got her way down in weight.

No doctor would provide info over the phone when I called during our waiting, since they didn’t know her status and that was understandable since they could be liable for misdiagnosing, however also frustrating since there was no outside help.

Makes one turn within and call upon their own resources, which is always a powerful thing.

I was sent home with pain meds for her – the same Cosmo is on – and medication for her infection while we waited on the tests.

This now put us on huge regimes for both bunnies between each of their special needs and regular and special feedings, while I worked on trying to fatten Joy up.

joy and cosmo care.jpg

And so, I am basically running a bunny nursing home these days with all that my dear ones are in need of in their older age.

This last vet we visited said she usually tells people that rabbits live until about 8 years old (only because they require specific care and attention that isn’t common out there), so at 10 and 12, she said mine are like 100 and 120 years old.

Ancient ones indeed, but ultimately these two are tough ones and although there are challenges that call for my time and energy, it’s a gift to be able to live out their golden years with them and support them with their paths. I love them with ALL of me.

We were supposed to hear on the blood tests the next day, but somehow Joy’s blood had gotten lost and hidden on a shelf.

The doctor did call once or twice each day to check on Joy, but it wasn’t until he third day that we received the results.

The doctor was not happy at what had happened so not only did she give them a piece of her mind, but gave me a $100 credit back for the mix up, which was unexpected, but very kind of her.

What we learned was twofold.

The first panel indicated things connected to dehydration so that was normal and we had addressed already.

The second panel showed a bit low white and red blood cell counts, which indicated one of two things.

The doctor is focusing on the one which would be association with infection.

The other one could possibly indicate cancer.

She’s not going there nor am I since she’s eating and doing better.

Plus, to put energy and focus there would be as toxic as cancer itself and create a reality that may not otherwise be there or would not support a spontaneous healing if in fact it was this, because we could be feeding it rather than simply seeing her in her wholeness.

So we treat the infection and watch her. If she stops eating or losing more weight we need to look further.

I’m happy to say she continues to eat well and doing all the normal things we’d want her to do.

The only challenge right now is getting her back on her hay, which is good for her teeth and digestion – the only thing rabbits really need in their diet, as the rest is like icing on the cake or yummy indulgences.

Joy has become addicted to her critical care food, which isn’t bad since it has everything nutrient-wise she needs, but to return her back to her regular diet would be good.

She’s eating her pellets, greens, and berries too and no more balance issues present.

So I continue to try and although the doctor said I could cut back on some of her critical care feedings, I also don’t want to starve her when she is still underweight. I tried for a couple of days, but she refused and so I find it more important that she is strong and perhaps will have to find other things for her to chew on if she decides critical care food is the new regime.

But this experience has revealed other things and may have had multiple purposes.

I’ve noticed Joy increasingly opening and being more vulnerable. She has learned from Cosmo about licks of appreciation and messaging. So she gives me tiny licks now and then, which is something new for her and a sweet reflection of her affection.

She continues to lean into Cosmo more, opening her heart so vulnerably to him and showing how much she does really need and enjoy the comfort of his love, which is so heart warming. I often find her not only energetically leaning into him, but physically she exhibits this by letting her weight fall into him, her head hidden in his fur, and simply just wanting to be as close as physically and energetically possible.

All of this is such beautiful expansion for her and learning to feel safe by exposing herself in this way and opening the walls of fear around her heart to letting someone in.

Something mom has learned too, and along with her.

And I also feel this experience has been partly a manifestation of her wanting and needing more nurturing, or at least voicing to me that she’s ready for more again. Whereas she’s always been self sufficient and not wanting to burden me (at least that’s how she would have seen it), she’s asking for help and she’s liking what she sees Cosmo receive with the extra physical attention due to his needs. So I feel she’s wanting some of the same.

That also reflects to me her opening to her own needs of love and self love, rather than just always being of service. Again, great reflections of the same mom has and is going through.

They both continue to keep me focused in the moment and on what’s truly important and of value in life, as those precious moments of caring for them, although can physically ask a lot of me, are true streams of giving and receiving out of pure unconditional love.

They have also taught and continue to teach me so much about rabbits and now to include elderly and special needs care, which may prove as training for the potential vision I have with this in a possible future to come.

They also continue to reflect all of the important things my soul desires to learn, and mirror my personal processes, as well as play out potential realities to spare me of the same, by my learning through their living it out for me so that I can consciously embrace the message. That’s how connected and heart bonded we are.

They continue to help me understand deeper levels and access the information for my writing, as my cocreators and partners in that dance.

And in the times each day where they are snuggled together and I place my head in the middle of them with hands and arms around them, we realize the power of love through the trinity of alchemy we bring together through our hearts.

But it is the looks of complete bliss on their faces, the way these two fragile, but powerful beings lean into me and each other, and the simple tender licks they give and reflect back during our group huddle, that makes me feel invincible, eternally and endlessly flowing in the power of love.

A True Inspiration

fairyography3.jpg

This share comes as a beautiful interlude between posts that truly takes my breath away and reflects such inspiring energy that messages to us how life can be truly lived at any stage and beauty is embodied in those that embrace free-spirited expression.

These photo captures are simply incredible and reveal the true beautiful spirit within. Knowing Mari Braveheart-Dances quite intimately over the last few years, I am witness to how much she’s broken through and applaud and honor her courage to reveal her inner magick.

At 62, she oozes vitality and the determination to stand in her authenticity at all costs.

I’ve had the true pleasure and honor of cocreating seven sacred tattoo designs together with Mari – including two major pieces that sit at her chest and upper back, draping her in potent adornments worn by a true goddess and warrioress.

You might remember this post about her journey, which was mid-way through our creation process: An Inside Look At One Soul’s Sacred Tattoo Experience

fairyography2

Well, today I received these stunning and enchanting photos from her, which she had taken by the amazing Heather of Fairyography in Athens, Georgia, as a milestone marker and celebration of her life and how far she’s come along her journey, to express her true beauty she is feeling most powerfully at this time in her life, and as a welcoming of dreams she is drawing into her experience.

I love these photos because they capture the magickal lightness and love that Mari has been peeling way the layers to reveal more and more for all to see what was always within her.

Heather is a photographer, greatly in touch with the magickal realm since she was a little girl, and has created a profession around that realm she still holds dear as an adult who shoots fantasy photo sessions.

She’s been featured in national publications like Professional Photographers Magazine, Model Life Magazine, and Canon Online Learning.

The kicker is, through the unique style Heather has developed, her clients have always ONLY been little girls.

But Mari got Heather to dance with expansion.

Here’s what Heather had to share about Mari on her professional Facebook page:

“Something a bit different! 62 years young and utterly delightful. She says ‘My life really started after 50.” She emailed me asking for a fairy session, I told her I don’t take anyone over 14 years old. She replied “Meet with me and I’ll change your mind..’ She did. :)”

I told Mari that she’s definitely demonstrated her transformational energy as a catalyst for change, as not only does she share with me how her tattoos are received in such embrace by others, but she managed to support Heather in expanding into new realms.

Heather’s Facebook page was flocked with hundreds of likes for Mari’s photos posted, and people shared how amazing, beautiful, and inspiring they were….some said they were the best photos and their favorites of Heather’s, and how they hope to look like Mari and exude that kind of joy for life that she does at 62.

Heather went on to share:

“More from this special client. The shoot was amazing and she’s such a fun person to be around. My assistant that day (normally I don’t have one but I needed someone to throw the dress) who is also tattooed said “She’s living the dream! Hope I look that good at her age!”

“The absolute joy she has for life at 62 years young is contagious. 🙂 ”

I hope you enjoy Mari’s contagious embrace for life and personal self expression, as much as I and so many others are coming to see of her through these images.

A true inspiration for us all.

Thank you Mari for shining your light and for your true gift of friendship and sisterhood that has developed from our first coming together as client.

I’d like to thank also the full collaboration of everyone that has supported Mari to live life out loud and reflect the expression she so desired to embody in all ways. She and I always discuss the amazing beauty of this co-creative venture and so I’d like to mention the wonderful Bethrah – the amazing tattoo artist that has brought my creations to life on Mari’s skin and has been the creator of her own designs that Mari also wears.

Bethrah is currently focused on piercing these days and only tattoos for her long-time clients. She owns both Pain and Wonder and Virtue and Vice.

Then of course there’s the magickal Heather, which I shared her website above.

A Magickal Goodbye For Now To Colorado

20160605_164515_resized.jpg

We’ve spent the last several days immersed in the heart-inspiring beauty of Estes Park, Colorado and Rocky Mountain National Park…definitely a place I’d welcome visiting again, as there’s so much to explore and it mirrors the essence of all that I love. Yet, once again, our time spent was fulfilling and our experiences were soul-aligned and perfect. I leave taking with me the enchantment it awakened further within and feeling the activation of more of my essence coming alive.

bear lakeI loved this area very much and enjoyed the variety of weather shifts we experienced within each day from sunshine and warmth to end-of-Spring showers and even hail, as we ascended into nearly 10,000 elevation along snowy and icy trails.

The drive into Estes Park alone was spectacular and I instantly felt an energetic shift and lightness in this area.

We even found a cool little pizza place sitting right on the river – Poppy’s Pizza and Grill – where they had vegan cheese and pepperoni for a little indulgence at lunch.

We added yummy pineapple to ours. 😉

Our home site for the days we enjoyed here was one of the most incredible with sweeping vista looking into Rocky Mountain National Park, large space to enjoy outdoor picnic table time, and beautiful sunsets, which greeted us on our first evening.

From meadows of wildflowers with streams running through them, lush forests of varied trees, rushing creeks, still beaver ponds, enchanted lakes (with cool names like Nymph, Dream, Emerald, and Bear Lake), and forceful waterfalls, to rocky, tree and snow covered peaks….pure magick.

Elk were everywhere and emerged out of enchanted sunlit forest sanctuaries, while Mule Deer sat in hidden stillness or danced along the edges of forest hills.

We even had fun with a playful and very curious little chipmunk and giggled at squirrels that kept running back and forth across our path ahead, seeming to taunt us to follow, keeping just steps ahead, disappearing and then reappearing again as they zig-zagged back and forth.20160607_171225_resized.jpg20160607_171240

More and more we feel to be communing as one with Nature and that our hearts are synergizing in the dance of life increasingly.

Rather than say too much, once again, I feel to share a photo story of our time here and allow you to immerse yourself in the energy for yourself and what it reflects for you.

When next you hear from me we’ll be in Wyoming, as this concludes, for now, our time in Colorado.

We will miss it, but the journey urges forward and all that we’ve experienced is integrated into our hearts and souls.

I continue to excite at what is next and what land will end up calling us most in the end.

In the words of Willy Wonka (and one of my favorite quotes):

“The suspense is terrible! I hope it will last!” 😉

Song of the Forest Spirits

Feeling inspired by the beauty around me here in Estes Park, Colorado and in Rocky Mountain National Park, which I am facing on our picnic bench as I move this sound channeling through me from our RV site. The beauty here is astounding and this is the song that was inspired by what I feel as I immerse in the energy.

As always these sound channelings are one-time recordings, unrehearsed, raw, and naturally expressed in the moment and with what ever shows up around me. A testament to how we can stay present, centered, and focused, as I stay in the energy flow regardless of what goes on around me or what evolves because of the sound resonance, and simply stay committed to creating in the moment.

Tips for Navigating Past Life Bleed Through

Not all of the intense connections we feel with others are meant to play out in this lifetime. We have many soulmates we’ve traversed through “time” with and when that cross over takes place in the present by our coming face to face with them again, it can be very confusing. But there are many reasons for these connections to happen, beyond simply the immediate response of a love connection in the now.

This is a wonderful post by my dear friend Dawn that shares her experience with this and how she so gracefully and powerfully moved through it.

I felt drawn to share it, having gone through this many times in my own life and knowing the challenge firsthand, so that others might find some gems of wisdom in what Dawn has to share that may help with your own experiences.

I’ll share my comment to Dawn and then let you explore her share:

This is so important, relevant, and valuable because this kind of thing happens to a lot of people, but they don’t consciously realize it….not always in the clear and intense way as yours, but I believe this is where many people get disoriented and confused when they meet someone and think that that is the person they need to be with because they are picking off from a past life bleed through where they left off and don’t realize that it’s not necessarily about their needing to be together in this life. It is just a recognition and way to embrace our wholeness for the most part. Such a strong resonance and trigger takes us out of the present and into another time, creating a romanticized version that isn’t grounded in this reality. I’ve experienced this myself…in varying ways of just the intense feelings and remembrance, and a few times with more of the actual “past” connection details like you mentioned and it WAS very challenging, especially given the timing of it in my life…throwing me off track. Something definitely to cherish and recognize, but what you share about the choice to be here and now in the present is what I love the most and find that that is truly the powerful key…to separate the two, while still honoring and loving the totality of the connection. Not every intense connection is meant to continue in that vein in the now, but it can help us to build a new relationship with these people, ourselves, and the bigger picture of our purpose here and how it has all woven and integrated together.

Thank you Dawn for sharing so vulnerably and for processing this so beautifully. A wonderful example for us all that may help others to navigate through these experiences with more grace too. I know I didn’t do so well with it in the past 🙂 And as a Pisces with no boundaries, boy did that make it more challenging!! It took me a while to see things for what they were and to make those boundaries, as you said, in the physical. It’s all a process and as we choose to be more conscious in our lives, we can become more discerning and act more responsibly, even if the other people involved don’t understand it in the way that we do. It can save a lot of heart ache and help to heal karmic ties, as we integrate this life as One.
