The Art of Giving AND Receiving
This is a tough one for many, especially when the giving and receiving is directed toward self, but also when we’ve erected protective boundaries that have us challenged to open our hearts again to others. The art of giving and receiving (our natural state of abundance) is another of the great lessons I have had to learn to balance in my own life, which prompted a blog post a few years ago, which this share is from, but rather than simply reblog it I decided to create a post out of it with the points from then to be in “new energy” all around.
I feel that it can be a challenge for many to balance giving and receiving in a healthy way and especially in terms of opening to receiving and embracing your own value and self-worth that comes along with that. I know that there is a lot of conditioned victim or martyr energy we have learned and this is an essential aspect to look at integrating, as self-denial and self-worth will have a direct result on your ability to tap into your natural abundance innately available to you.
Just like Reiki teaches us, everything in the Universe is energy and naturally, energy just wants to keep flowing and cycling, as is its innate “beingness” to do. It does not judge, attach, or stop and block the flow – we do. We are the ones that block it and this is what creates challenges and dis-ease in our lives.
Giving and receiving are two parts of a whole that coexist, are essential, and create natural balance. When we only focus on one more than the other – never allowing receiving to take place, or never freely giving – we are blocking the flow of energy to cycle through us both ways, and we then create energetic imbalance that manifests as challenges in our lives on any or all levels – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
As we grow spiritually, this often presents experiences of greater receiving and giving in our lives to embrace. Since both are energetically equal, coming from the same Source, they increase mutually. So it doesn’t make sense that giving increases while receiving decreases, does it? They will both naturally increase together, which means receiving well entails giving well and giving more means we must be open to receiving more – ultimately supporting and embracing what serves the greater good and well being when we do so.
In order to have a fulfilling life, your giving and receiving must be in balance and rhythmic harmony. Balance is essential to every aspect of life and we are constantly in practice of creating what that harmony means for each of us, as there’s no one formula that will work for everyone since we all have different strengths and limits.
Stress can be a result of over-giving (this can also be a result of not having boundaries in place and energy vampires able to suck our energy easily, as we haven’t put in place healthy assertions), which can lead to other effects as a result, including damaging emotions that can build like resentment and anger, and the same can happen if you are receiving in imbalance.
So if you are feeling you are receiving too much, start giving now, and if you are giving too much start finding ways to appreciate what you receive and have. Keep on top of not overburdening yourself with the responsibility of giving, as well as be mindful of creating guilt, or not being grateful, for all of the receiving you’ve been gifted.
Simply recognize where the flow may be blocked and on a one way street, then start making adjustments to balance out the energy with either some random acts of kindness, donations, and offerings, or with more thank you’s and allowing to mirror your new found self worth.
In doing so, you will tap into the limitless and abundant being that you are and this will be reflected in all ways in your life to enjoy.
Intuitive Energy Guidance/Coaching & Reiki Opportunities
We’re already almost half way through March and Spring is on the way! Temps have been rising here too (63 degrees today!), everything is thawing, and all seems connected with everyone emerging in bigger ways and those seeds getting ready to blossom. The seeds have been planted, things are sprouting, and even the Lenten Roses are in bloom, which heralds the end of Winter into Spring.
Intuitive Energy Guidance/Coaching:
I’ve noted the perfect synchronicity of having started back up with clients this month for our 5 week intensives of Intuitive Energy Guidance/Coaching, which is so reflective and symbolic of sacred alchemy at work for sure. And I’m so excited for them and the big shifts taking place, as they both step into the next leg of their life’s work.
I’ve shared that I do need to keep a limit on clients I’m working with and did add an extra opening to April due to my inability to be available May.
This space is still open if anyone feels called, otherwise I won’t be available again until June.

Reiki in Lake Tahoe:
I’m still not offering Reiki sessions and Healing Attunements, except to my coaching clients, but have been receiving nudges that some Reiki workshops may be in store.
I’m not setting up a particular day or schedule for this, but am putting it out there to anyone that I am open to teaching this summer, beginning June, out of my space here overlooking Lake Tahoe.
If someone contacts me to schedule a workshop, I will then make that day and time available for others (granted it’s not a private workshop request) and go from there.
I have received inquiries for both a Level 3 Reiki Master Teacher training and Reiki 1 workshop. I usually teach a combined Reiki 1 & 2 Accelerated workshop, but might just offer the Level 1 alone for those people interested, as I’m getting it may be more aligned for those inquiring.
That said, if you have a particular request, please don’t hesitate to contact me, as I can customize to your needs.
If you’ve already taken some or all of the levels with another teacher and desire to further your training with me, feeling a shift in your path, I would be happy to accommodate that and discuss things with you. I, and other teachers, often get students that have trained in Reiki 1 and 2 with someone else, but feel a new teacher is more aligned with where they are now.
I’ve also had many people want to brush up on their training and wanting to get another teacher’s perspectives on the levels they’ve already taken, in which case I’ve also welcomed these people into my workshops and that can also be discussed further, if desired.
I can also tailor a workshop around specific requests and incorporate crystals, Faeries, etc. which I often do anyway (and then some!), depending on the student/s I have and their interests.
Anyway, I’m just putting that out there and if I do set something up, I’ll post the opportunity for others, if appropriate to the nature of the workshop scheduled.
I teach both privately and in groups and look forward to what the energy of this amazing space will provide to any potentials that may open.

Women’s Tattoos in History – Form of Rebellion, Taking Back Control of the Body & Self Empowerment
This is a cool, short article Dave brought to my attention from TIME Magazine, written by Olivia B. Waxman that I thought was interesting to share on the history of women’s tattoos. Every now and then tattoo info hits the scene and I love how it brings to light more of the energy dynamics that I’ve integrated for myself. I love learning of how things have evolved and in this particular article found an interesting connection with Winston Churchill’s mother Lady Randolph Churchill, who is said to have had a snake tattoo on her wrist (like me!).

Circuses and sideshows may not seem like obvious places to look for stories of female empowerment, but experts say the performers who appeared in such acts played a surprising and important role in women’s history–in large part thanks to their tattoos.
The height of sideshow and circus popularity in the mid–19th century came at a time when women had few opportunities for economic independence, and providing for families was largely a man’s job. Not so for the female sideshow performers, many of whom capitalized on the fascination with body art by voluntarily tattooing themselves, enabling them to make their own money. (Though some were forcibly tattooed.)
Ink liberated Victorian-era women outside the circus as well. Wealthy socialites, for example, got tattoos as a form of rebellion. At the time, social mores required these women to keep their whole bodies covered. And so–influenced by tattooed British royals–they started summoning ink artists to their homes to give them designs they could hide. Winston Churchill’s mother Lady Randolph Churchill is said to have had a snake tattoo on her wrist (easily covered by a wineglass or sleeve); by the turn of the 20th century, roughly three-fourths of fashionable New York City ladies had gotten similarly trendy tattoos, including butterflies, flowers and dragons, according to the New York World.
As Cristian Petru Panaite, curator of an exhibit on the 300-year history of tattooing, open now at the New-York Historical Society, puts it, “Tattoos were an early way that women took control of their bodies.”
Moon Celebrations & Magick Crystal Wand Update – 1 Left & Custom Commissions Offered
Virgo Full Moon magick to everyone! Some big things have culminated around this moon energy here in my personal experience including a huge ending/beginning that took place yesterday with a lot of recognition of the full circle experience and also how it all was the gift that gave me new life and anchored me here longer, most literally. I also have a big celebration today of my personal empowerment and embodiment, as well as some interesting things revealing themselves.
What are you experiencing around this energy right now? I know a lot of people that are having major shifts in their life, openings, and breakthroughs to their long-time dreams. Exciting to hear and witness.
Virgo has us looking at our relationship to our Earth Mother, our bodies and making that heart connection to their messages, releasing perfectionism, limiting beliefs, and inhibitions, stepping up rather than hiding, and reminding us we need to focus with conviction and integrity on the details and steps put into motion now if we really want to manifest our dreams.
Ready? Set. Go!
I took this photo early this morning when I woke from it beaming on my face through the window.
And today I awaken, reminded of what this day also means for me, as it is the 16-year anniversary of my legally changing my middle name to my official last name, hence now my full, legal name being Tania Marie.
So, a reflection of self-embodiment and a rebirthing and anchoring into who that is, as I’ve continued forward throughout the rest of my life.
It all seems timely and significant with Virgo’s energy right now highlighting things – my opposite sign as a Pisces – which is all about the “practical” application of creative self-expression in a way that most serves the highest good, which is inclusive simultaneously of you.
It’s down-to-Earth energy helps us to bring all of those dreams and ideas into grounded being, anchoring us more with integrity and commitment, and helping us to balance things, knowing that it isn’t just enough to imagine and have incredible ideas, but also we must apply these things in the every-day and understand the processes of manifestation. After all, we aren’t here on Earth for nothing!
Imperfect perfectionism is key too, allowing ourselves to be human through it all and to avoid extremism.
Synchronous to Virgo’s focus on practical matters of life including nutrition, healing, health, “service”, and work, last night we hosted our Tahoe Herbivores’ meetup here at our place for a private screening of “What The Health,” which is a follow-up film exposing government and big business corruption keeping us sick, from the creators of the award-winning documentary Cowspiracy. – both great films and eye-openers for people, plus an added bonus of my partner Dave Simon having cameos in both. 😉
It was a great evening, awesome group of 12, and yummies I made including my air fried, breaded cauliflower with homemade vegan thousand island dressing, my almond “cheeze” ball, and pine nut roasted hummus with rainbow carrots – all a big hit! A guest also brought a huge bowl of sprouted lentils and home made pear kombucha to add to the yum. We even had an amazing sunset to welcome our guests. It was a lovely evening all around followed by dinner at a local Indian restaurant, but I had to smile at the tie-in with the Moon’s energy supporting this evening’s film and discussions.
Anyway, today I plan to get some Nature time in amidst some of my own “practical applications” I’ll be implementing to help balance and ground the energies and see what inspirations come through from immersion time with Terra.
And this integrated Nature and Moon energy brings me to the Magick Crystal Wands for an update.
Right after I posted the three wands that I was guided would be offered, two got spoken for.
So I only have the powerful Neptune and Nymph Wand remaining, currently.
Definitely not one for the faint of heart! It’s watery essence is anchored in Earthy manifestation, SO reminding me of the Virgo/Pisces dynamics! Wow! Perhaps it will end up staying with me! Hehe!! Weeeeeee!

As mentioned in this post I do have a bunch more wands that spoke to me and will in the future be channeled for offering.
That said, I got the idea yesterday when someone, who had really felt drawn to one of the wands that was spoken for, did not end up being the one to receive it, I immediately was inspired and knew I could create a unique wand for her with some of the elements I had collected and so that put a spin on things and now have 3 custom wand channelings that will be upcoming for individuals in similar circumstances.
So this could be an option too, if you desire.
However, I will reiterate what I shared in my last post on them, that these won’t be created right away, but in their own time, as I have to switch gears a bit for a while.
Who knows though, as I go by inspiration and if suddenly an alignment, divine inspiration, and energy hits and nudges me to make one, then I will.
How’s that for my own Pisces/Virgo integration of divine inspiration tempered with practical application? LOL!

Magick Crystal Wands Now Available
It’s been a busy few days, so it took a while to find the right space to tune in with the Magick Crystal Wands and confirm which would be offered and which, if any, would remain with me. My initial instincts were correct, although I have a special bond with each, on which one was in fact meant for me. But first off, yesterday was quite a gift as we made our way to Fallen Leaf Lake where I’ve discovered hidden treasures in the past, including some feathers and wand. The road in is challenging to get in on because of all the snow and no plowing there, so all of Winter it’s not been accessible. But some vehicles have gone through more recently it seemed, making a pathway and so we entered, parking in a different spot, as it got harder as we went along and then trekked across the snow to the lake.
It was fun to discover that around the perimeter of the lake it was all thawed out, but getting in there was full of snow. This was what seemed like divine timing and meant to be, as there was a treasure chest of gifts awaiting me, not to mention some magickal finds like this Aladdin’s lamp (yes, I made some wishes) and some sweet mallard hen feathers after a connection with a mallard couple. The stones along the beach at water’s edge were gorgeous too in marbled rainbow colors.
It truly was a beautiful experience, including the connection with the ducks and how the hen literally gifted me 6 feathers (nice symbolism) after they deliberately came over and she preened and pulled them out for me to get once they left to nap by a rock in the water. That was after they swam over and walked up to where I sat to say hi when I called them over. I smiled with delight.
And to my surprise this thawing unveiled a lot of wood pieces singing out to me and so yes, there will be quite a few more wands in the future. I also found me another amazing staff.
Although I now know there will be more, this is not going to be for some time, as I need to focus on some important things right now, then will be making my large pieces first, and then the wands.
That was a little detour, although connected, to share the magick of yesterday and the future surprises.
But back to my original blog post link I shared above.

11 Year Brought to Light
Two years ago, today, was the official adoption day of Cosmo. Although I took him home on January, 25, 2015, this day marks his complete peace in knowing he had a forever home for the first time in his life. We’d taken him in as a foster bunny only due to the fact that I had to keep in mind my other bunny, Joy’s feelings and knowing there’d be a journey to bond them. Truth be told, I knew in my heart the second I held him, he wasn’t going anywhere.
He would have turned 11 this year, come May 17th, and synchronously I was just reminded two days ago by my metaphysical genius brother, while visiting my family, that I was not just in a #2 year since my birthday rang in on 2/26, but in fact this is an 11/2 personal year, which is quite significant. I’m not sure why I forgot this, but perhaps it was to have things deepen naturally and then light up in reiteration, after the fact of much that has unfolded, so as to just “be” with the energy and see the a-ha’s later.
So that puts quite a spin on things being that I also turned 44 – a master number – am in an 11 year – another master number, and my sweet Cosmo, who is with me daily and profoundly so, would have been 11.
It kind of ignited something when my brother reminded me – he always seems to bring up things at the right time and it was so “random” in conversation how he just stated it in between other things that had no connection. I had to wonder if also Cosmo might have been nudging this message through him so I could make the connection.
As I mentioned, 44 feels like a year of building, business, being, and balance, but there is an undercurrent of bringing together everything one has learned, drawing in new wisdom, and integrating it for greater alchemy with this 11 year.
I’ve felt this year to be significant in terms of how my path is going a whole new direction and even in terms of the deepest peace, embodiment, creative inspiration, and intuitive harmony I’ve felt to be in, and indeed this is reiterated in the 11 year.
If you have been in an 11 year yourself before, you’ll understand this, or perhaps you might be in one or coming up on one soon.
Here are some insights.
11 years are powerful for receiving insights to your higher purposes in life, enhanced intuition and psychic insight feeling even more natural, leaps in soul growth and another spiral level of enlightenment experienced, greater collective opportunity in terms of being a source of inspiration and illumination, channeling, inspired thinking and originality, and working for a common good.
The latter especially comes in due to the 11 year combining both a double 1 (self, creativity, courage, self-confidence, innovation, independence…also divine inspiration and the ability to make things happen/manifest) AND the energy of a 2 year (collective/group dynamics, supportive of a greater good, partnership and relationship in all realms, cooperation, patience).
So it blends both – integration and harmony – and knowing that each are interconnected without separating them out, but simply by default of “being”.
11 = 1 + 1 = 2.
A year also in focusing on effectiveness in order to harness all the gifts and talents you have, and implementing them, your time, energy, and boundaries in ways that keep you balanced and not crashing, being flexible, fluid and expansive, and knowing where to invest fully.
It’s a year of mastering tortoise AND rabbit energy, in my opinion, and realizing how to pace everything as a marathon and not a sprint, while also being opportune for tapping into a clear channel that can bring a flood of enlightened ideas and projects to take action on quickly and flexibly in intuitively guided moments of opportunity opening (so mini sprints within an overall marathon). This involving the creation of a directional path that you’ve never been on before, which not only comes from your highest self and heart, but can have profound effect on others as well as you.
This all reiterates so much of what I’ve felt going on and knowing this is a time for going beyond what I knew of myself, courageously entering other territory beyond soul history comfort zones and any easier patterns without judgment, and doing so in confidence despite the new territory.
It’s reflective of that stepping up into the biggest version yet of spirit through self, for highest good with all things interconnected with each choice and action taken. Personal and collective are nurtured simultaneously despite what others try to define it as from the outside.
Tempering this balance is the process being refined during this year to seamless “Nature of Being.”
Definitely I’ve felt a new life path and manifestations have been seeded.
And I see this so beautifully reflective of Cosmo for sure and his self mastery that always shined through and felt like such a guiding light for my life, bringing to light the ingredients so easily understood to navigate life by.
He is like this little Cosmic Wizard, both anchored in who he is and also humble. Like an ascended master in many ways. So much to learn from him and I continue to, as he’s with me daily.
He, along with Joy, Nestor (my bunnies), and Gaia (my tortoise) are all by my side, each sharing their parts when it is their turn in the “story” and each stepping forward or helping to work the behind-the-scenes alchemy in harmonized unfolding.
I am so grateful to have such leading examples to support this turning point in my life.
And it reminds us all how we have so much support and guidance beyond what we think, or the ways in which we look for it.
There is no “need” to make light of signs and reflections, as nature simply IS and so can we BE.
And yet, there’s also no reason not to see these things, as these can be helpful in retraining you back into remembering your true nature so you can just melt into that consistently, seamlessly, and naturally without need to point anything out.
Yet since there is a learning curve for much of the collective, to bring perspective can ignite latent parts of ourselves.
There is a journey we take and it doesn’t – although could – usually turn on like a flick of a switch that shoots us to that experience instantly. There is a process that teaches us the ways of alchemy and helps others understand too, then we can let go of the process and simply experience. Or, move in and out by choice without shifting our center.
It’s like all things at once, but also ok with each piece of ALL.
Thank you Cosmo for sharing your love and this special 11 year with me. I am honoring you, as I embrace this energy unfolding, and keep your guidance close at heart in every thing I do.
The Illusion of Becoming
This one is wanting back up, as the theme seems to be coming through loudly again. I’ve come to see that this thing about timing, alignment, patience, and readiness for action is a very fine-tuned process that in these very rapidly moving times/timelines have smaller windows of opportunity. That’s not to mean you can’t catch a new wave of potential, but the doors for any one particular thing you intend might not be there for long, which entails more stepping up, going bigger, taking action, and embracing responsible commitment, now rather than later, if you want to ride that particular wave. If not, another will come, but it will be a different version, altogether new, and take you down a different timeline path. All perfect. All choice. But if you really want something, there may be something now to do about it.
Magick Crystal Wands ~ Spirit in Action
I’ve been mentioning my being absorbed in channeling some creations alongside my current focuses, and on social media I posted a sneak peak of these pieces a couple of days ago. I know several people were anxious to learn more and see more of them, so this is that share. I didn’t set out to create them, but the nudge was strong and therefore I did. This turned into creating Magick Crystal Wands, but of a very whimsical, raw, organic, and imperfectly perfect nature. Substantial, mystical, and fashioned as if the Fae themselves hand crafted them from treasures collected in Nature from her forests, waters, and retrieved from Cosmic portals.
Here the wands rest, charging with my other personal wands and crystals after their sound baths.
These Spirit friends are a gentle way to invite powerful energy to partner in rituals, healing, activating intention, drawing and focusing concentration of energy. They are personal instruments that hold a lot of power. Wands carry a very male oriented energy, but each of these has channeled through as an integration of sacred male and female in harmony by the additional elements interwoven.
Every twist and weave is deliberately threaded and every piece lovingly placed, all by hand without tools and completely surrendered to guidance channeling through, with me as a conduit for their manifestation.
I didn’t even envision or imagine what they would look like. I had no idea until the moment, what was happening and as if in trance, I just allowed my hands to create the magick wanting through. It was flowing, fun, potent, and even physically grueling to my hands and fingers, amazing me at each corner how every single part fit like a puzzle piece, even though they’d been gathered at different intervals, times, and places.
I was amazed at how the flow and shape of the wood itself was the perfect curvature of the crystals that were to be placed there. And the feathers, found along our Magick Bus journey, were the perfect energy to carry the wands on wings of intent and empower their Air nature to channel Spirit.
The branches of wood are spirited with life force and almost lit up on the forest floor while hiking, as if beckoning me to hear their call, “It is me. I am ready and offer myself to your hands. Please be my channel of awakening to the purpose I am alive for.”
And so I listened.
I left the wood just as it was, other than to softly sand into splinter-less touch that absorbed the linseed oil I lovingly nurtured into their skins for longevity, which produced a lovely sheen and enhancement to their natural beauty and color.
And the rest was also about listening to the elements wanting to be brought forth, silver, gold, and silver/gold blends of wire, satin cord and thread of robin’s egg blue, crystals and stones, metal floral/leaf adornments, vegan leather, feathers from my beloved bird tribe, and lots of love.
This was a first for me to use wire wrapping and it was intentional that with everything, including this, for it all to be a mixture of raw and refined. Nothing was to be perfected in mind, but flowed in Spirit.
And each was infused with added intention and activation by any or all combinations of sound through my 432 hz binaural beat theta wave pair of crystal sound bowls, chakra drum, tibetan bowl, and my own voice.
They are ancient, timeless, and also seem to have walked through portals from places and realms beyond this one, perhaps reflections of pieces I’ve retrieved along the journey to manifest at this time and place for what is to come.
And they do indeed blend a synergy of balancing elements within each as well, drawing the power and beauty of their purity in a very focused directive.
Nature and Cosmos are both alive and strong in each.
The ancient and visionary are merged.
The power and benevolence of boundless love for the highest good is alive and strong.
And they have manifested during some potent time periods of recently, including one being fully birthed on the Pisces New Moon Eclipse – my birthday.
For now I’ve taken a break before continuing with the rest of the creations to come – to include a scepter, 2 staves, and a headpiece – as there is much to integrate and prepare for with these very large and even more involved channelings that I’ve been told will be instruments for opening portals.
I wasn’t sure if any of the creations would be offered to others, but I’m sensing that likely 3 of the 4 Magick Crystal Wands will be. The large pieces unlikely, but either way I will share them when they come to fruition.
I have a feeling I know which one will be staying with me. That said, I’m still awaiting final word on which will be available, but am told to share them now, as perhaps this will be confirming as to the ones reaching out to others. Please feel free to message me if one speaks to you.
There is much more to them than I can write in words, but perhaps you’ll feel that through viewing them.
And with that, I’ll share them each, in the order they were created. I love them all SO much. It will be hard to part for sure.

This piece is quite something and embodies Neptune’s potent energy (God of the Sea) along with the sacred song and spirit of a Nymph. There is an essence blend of MerFaery here too.
Encrusted with Ice Quartz, turquoise, and Double Terminated Quartz down its shaft, a thicker silver wire wraps them in a webbing reminiscent of scales on a fin or ancient netting unsuccessfully capturing a Mermaid yet here now holds her treasures dear.
Near the bottom of the webbing thread of satin cord and silver wire, encircled like a floral wreath, I’ve threaded what might have been the crown worn by a Nymph that slips in and out of waters from the woods, or a MerFaery who loves all of Nature, but finds home in the sea. Both being able to slip in and out of land and water, but most at home with watery worlds that remind her of her origins and the Cosmic source of all life.
The wand is almost scepter-like and the way the wood naturally is carved, is like it is dripping with the waves of Neptune’s energy, or a light-bearing torch to travel to the depths of the ocean’s abyss. It almost looks like a wax casting and the area where the stones sit, is like a doorway through the wand revealing its inner beauty and jewels within its treasure chest sanctum.
Sitting atop the forked wand is a powerful Lemurian Quartz with a rare timelink to the past.
I think it all speaks for itself.
The next comes to us as a wizard’s gift. This is my Merlin & Lady of the Lake Wand.
This wand called to me from the shore of Fallen Leaf Lake here and I was taken back by its appearance immediately. It was already fully carved, smoothed (as if someone had rigorously sanded it), and has a beautiful golden blonde coloring with perfectly spaced dots in a design along its shaft. I do not know the type of wood it is, but I know it is not of this world, as it was ominously placed out in the open like this for me to find it, singing to me like a wizard’s wand would.
On its own, without any added adornments, it is a powerful and complete wand, but I immediately knew that it desired elements to bring forth the harmony of its embodiment.
This to include three irridescent blue Mallard feathers and one Blue Jay feather at the center. Along with these beauties, there sits a Tibetan Quartz above them at center and a combo of silver and gold wire individually woven and ending in triple spirals.
And at the top, a very special Quartz point wrapped in an intertwined gold and silver wire ending in a spiral at each side.
The Quartz at top is a small point, but large in its presence. Since this wand was already potent on its own and had a perfectly rounded bottom and softened diagonal point, it did not want any large stone, but simply one to enhance and act as a fine-tuned channel at top.
It was evident which crystal it would be, as only this one had the exact slant to its bottom that perfectly matched flush to the top of the slant of the wand.
But as small as this Quartz point is, it is no ordinary crystal. It happens to be the one that Fiver, the mouse who I helped transition in peace and love, jumped aboard to fly off into the otherworld when he transitioned. But to add to that, when I looked even closer I discovered perhaps why this had been the crystal chosen to be with him and why it was so powerful for journeying beyond.
It happens to be a Channeler Transmitter Quartz, or Dow or Trans-Channeler Quartz, as they are known with perfect 3-7-3 and 7-3-7 sides to its faces, front and back. The Mallard Duck feathers embody spiritual freedom, grace on water, self expression, emotional strength and protection, mystic and seer, combines land and water balance, integration, and manifestation, knowing what to do and how to do it, graceful self confidence, knowing, preparedness, letting go, speaking truth, intuition, gentle flow, the now, and being that they walk the Earth, swim in the waters (fresh and ocean), and roam the sky, they are links between Heaven and Earth, or this world and another, and also represent eternal life.
Blue Jay brings the energies of clarity (in this case double clarity/vision to express purity and truth of heart and soul with great clarity of thought in bringing these through to share), communication, presence, wise and balanced use of personal power, resourceful adaptability for ease, creative self-expression and assertion, sound and song, authenticity, and bringing higher thoughts into action. Their crest that reaches into the heavens, directly links both Earth and Universal/Cosmic energies, bridging them for integration and active expression of divinity brought into embodiment.
So both bird spirits linking and bridging here and beyond, personal and collective, immediate and bigger picture.
Then we have my Lightning Rod, Sacred Spiral Wand.
This lovely wand, although more fine than the others, is a presence of power in motion. The wood is a rich and deeper brown, smooth and perfectly contorted to flash that energy through like lightning.
Again, the tiny Lemurian Quartz point that sits atop the end has the perfect shape to fit the groove at the end of the wand like no other crystal, but it, could do.
It is wrapped in silver wire, which also swaddles the three lovely grouse feathers flowing from its shaft and then spirals down further – the only wand with descending/ascending spiral like that of the personal power symbol embodied within the Sacred Spiral that the Grouse is connected with.
This is so because of the way a Grouse moves and dances in a spiral – an ancient symbol of birth and rebirth. Their medicine is reflective of a whirlpool or tornado spiral that moves one to center, which allows for vision and enlightenment.
The spiral movement of the silver wire also mirrors the movement of energy embodied in this wand.
I’m reminded of the Celtic Goddess Etain (pronounced Ay-deen) also known as the “Shining One” and is one of the White Ladies of the Fae for some reason. Etain helps us know that any challenge, even those that feel overbearing, can be overcome and we can always regain our shining light, while knowing our true beauty and authenticity, though superficial and illusory things will fade away. Her presence is a guiding golden light on the path of transformation, while showing us the wisdom way to balance, wholeness, and rebirth back to our own light.
There is a quality to this wand reminiscent of this message, but also combining the impactful transformation available to us all through change that can suddenly and surprisingly flash into our lives like lightning, but creates the ability to rise again more beautifully and authentically like the phoenix. This wand draws gentle, but immensely powerful energy to aid your focus so this journey becomes more natural like a spiral.
And last we have my Twin Seer, Bridge Weaver Wand – As Above, So Below.
This beautiful wood spirit is the longest of them all and has a lovely golden amber with darker brown vein and natural cracks. It’s like two wands in one with a bend at center whose curvature precisely and perfectly aligned flush with the gorgeous, rainbow infused Lemurian Quartz that sits there.
Above and Below this Lemurian are two turquoise stones all wrapped in gold wire that ends at two spirals.
The handle is fashioned with brown vegan leather intentfully woven with robin’s egg blue satin cord and gold wire.
And at top you’ll find a gorgeous self-healed Lemurian Quartz whose base is a cluster of gorgeous new growth crystals with pinky apricot coloring. It, too, sits perfect at the top and is held in place with gold wire that also cradles 10 Quartz points and 3 Goose feathers.
These 10 Quartz points act as an extra conduit between both main Lemurian Quartz points, as well as reflects like a mirror, deflects as protection, creates a bridge to journey from one experience, time, place, to another, and creates the ripples and surface of water its Goose friends gracefully glide upon.
Again, these 10 Quartz points perfectly fit and completed the top of the wand, as that area was naturally peeled away by Nature, leaving the perfect alcove for the crystals to embed themselves flush, as an extension of the wood and becoming one with it.
The Goose and its feathers embody loyalty, forging ahead with bravery and confidence, teamwork and comradery, protection, clear communication, determination, dedication, fellowship, fidelity, fertility, the balance of knowing when to lead or follow, compassionate keepers of the community and embody the sacred circle and sanctity of the cycles of life, astute navigation, discernment of life path and choices, teamwork, protection, and committed responsibility. Geese never leave one of their own behind for any reason. They will stay with the sick and injured until they are either well again, or to support them as they transition.
For some reason I am reminded of the energies of the Norse Goddess Frigga and Norse God Odin. Frigga’s sacred animal is the Goose.
My Evolving Journey, Offerings & Updates
I no longer experience life as a challenge, but simply as a state of being and adventure of spirit in rhythmic harmony. That’s a huge thing to say after everything, but more importantly to experience. This has enabled me to move in and out of experiences easily, to understand my processes and ability to transform everything, to not have to defend my reality or how I engage with experience, and feeling more at home because I’ve found that within and embraced creating my own world that merges now and then, but mostly dwells in its own realm.
I was musing with a dear friend of mine on major shifts we’ve been feeling and we shared mutual inability to explain things in fullness because words are too definitive and finite, and don’t really encompass the nebulousness of shifts that are taking place or being felt.
I went from hardly being here a year and a half ago to a return to the body, but in a new way that is in it, but not of it – just like my experience is in things/this world, but not of it. This taking place with my release of my life and heading out on our Magick Bus adventure where I immersed in nature, retrieved parts of myself, and created a new relationship with everything.
No more stigma with being here, around the physical body, able to see through different eyes and how I could integrate things in the way of transmutation.
It’s hard to explain, but there’s been increased and more regular levels of what I call grace in suspension.
I am not focused on living an orgasmic life (another thing my friend and I touched upon) of heightened experiences of emotion and feeling (although I’ve flowed with this), but rather, a state of being both beyond the senses and all encompassing that creates that peace, grace, or harmony. Even these words could be limiting, but are closest to what I can find.
And yet, I move in and out of things/experiences by choice and when needed, always knowing my core state of being can navigate me through and back.
Things continue to morph and how things will look is continually unfolding, but as I’ve mentioned, it feels like an integration of Earthly and Cosmic being as a return, yet from a different perspective.
While sharing all of this…this is simply a small portion of MY OWN experience and not indicative of anyone else’s journey, as we will each create our own realities and have our own experiences to go through, which creates a full spectrum of possibilities and potentials along the collective web, as we realize the grand illusion of so much more than even we thought we were aware of.
And yet, this is all perfect too.
This leads me to how I recently embraced the nudge to come out of some of my sabbatical of sorts, I’ve been in, but truly it’s been a reset on life.
I felt there was call to open up a channel to help guide some who were ready for a big shift or going through one themselves, so that they could feel more grounded and empowered in their new life reset too.
This started back up two days ago on the 1st of March, which was quite a powerful day, so much so that literally right as I was ending my last client call the power went out here for 3 hours and did so throughout the neighborhood. Granted there was no storm, no winds, nothing visible that caused this like other times it’s gone out, so indeed felt connected with a stepping up and bigger embrace of energy all around taking place, which needed a reset.
What I’ve come to see is that the types of souls and clients that are drawn to work with me are people who have done the work, are very aware and conscious, are extremely magickal and powerful, are living an integration life, been through great challenges and hurdles, but are strong and endured, and are in the midst of making the next huge leap, ready to let it all go, move forward, and ground into their new life and passions they’ve always felt called to.
All they need is that extra guidance, insight and perspective, reflection, reiteration, and boost to step fully through the door and no longer straddle two worlds.
My goal is to get these people up and out and without need for reliance on lengthy and long-term coaching, as these are not souls that need this. I like to empower people to step out into the world and know they have the ability to do it, feel confident, and realize their power, then go for it. Again, this is why a particular kind of person comes to me who truly is ready for that and that’s why they show up.
I love the beautiful synchronicities (pretty astounding in many ways) that is shared with these souls, which speaks to the alignment of resonance and timing for these connections that you just know was agreed upon way before now.
I feel humbled to witness their journeys, and how they even reflect for me, my own, and am so happy for them, as these are some extraordinary souls who by their stepping into greater responsibility and commitment, will continue to lead the way for many others.
Just from our first call (the second rounds begin again today here shortly, as I like to kick things off the first week with giving things a big boost) so much movement took place because of their courage.
I’m not sure how long I’ll be offering these sessions for two clients per 5 weeks, but I know it will be as long as souls I share an agreement with are looking for that guidance and as long as I am able to provide the energy and time, which is why I honored that balance that felt right for me too.

I’m grateful for the experiences I’ve gone through that allow me to be a stable anchor and draw upon what I’ve moved through, as well as be able to not be affected psychically from the interactions, as I would have been in the past due to my inability to productively use my sensitivities/empathing and not having energetic boundaries.
And while I’ve said there are aspects of my previous work/services I offered that I will never offer/open up again, a couple might show up in different ways or if I’m nudged like with the sessions.
That said, I was just asked about teaching a Reiki Master Teacher workshop here in Lake Tahoe this summer by one of my past students who would be traveling this way for it. This aligns with the kind of guidance and support I’m nudged to offer at this time for people ready to step up and out.
So there is potential, depending on the nature of the workshop – if private or group – that I may be able to offer that to anyone interested in moving forward with their Reiki journey, or wants to review or deepen into things with your practice (maybe stepping into this more now that you’re ready) if you’ve gone through the training a long time ago, or with another teacher.

And a quick update.
During a lot of the powerful energy and shifts lately, I’ve completed my first four magick crystal wands I’ve been working on. I’ll be sharing them soon. I ended up finding two more branches in the forest that spoke to me, so two turned into four.
I still have a scepter and two staves to create/channel, but they are going to take a while because they are much larger and have a lot involved. Plus, my hands need a break, as working with these creations takes a toll on them, plus there is a lot of intent, energy alignment, and more going into these…I’ll share that when I share them.
I love the way we each are uniquely journeying, and yet we’re simply being, which encompasses a frequency within the collective harmonics. Although individual and whole within that personally, we are simultaneously part of a whole that IS.
