For my fellow Pisces brothers and sisters readers (and dear friends many of you are) – has your week and current energy experience felt like this?
I felt nudged to post this right now, although I read it at the beginning of the week, because I sensed perhaps people may be wondering what’s up. And being how Pisces can easily get down on themselves or allow “victim” energy to take over, know that you are simply on a journey to more of who you really are. You derive strength from overcoming obstacles and challenges.
Synchronously, I feel that this is happening for many natives of other signs as well.
It nails things for me, although luckily not feeling the judgment or pain, but definitely in that all-or-nothing-life-decision-choices-phase for sure and both riding the waves, while navigating the waters.

2. Registrations for the upcoming Crystal Magick & the Journey Within ~ A Creative Exploration for Personal Alchemy Workshop on Sunday 1/18 need to be confirmed by the 14th, this coming Wednesday, at the latest.
There is no longer the option of the Friday, January 23rd workshop. This workshop will only be held on Sunday, 1/18.
I’m not sure when there’ll be another or where that will be. I’m encouraging locals to take advantage of the time I’m here to get in any workshops they’ve been interested in, as I simply don’t know how long I’ll be here in Orange County. Taking it a day at a time.

3. Reiki 3 Master Teacher Workshop: 1/11 – this Sunday – is the last day to pre-register at $75 savings for the workshop on Sunday 2/8.

This has been a specialty of mine because I have a flexible schedule to accommodate most any day and time and enjoy customizing workshops.

I shared about crystal elixirs quite a while back, but felt inspired to again.
On the Winter Solstice New Moon of 2014, I was guided to create a new crystal elixir, which I’ve been taking since Christmas Eve. I hadn’t made one for some time now, so I found the intuitive nudge to be important to follow, which came out of the blue.
I’ve made different combinations before, some of which had many crystal essences providing their love. And each of them for different purposes that were aligned with and appropriate for that current time period they were created and my/others’ needs.
But this one I created on the Winter Solstice I knew was to be of a very special essence that would support taking things to another level.
It is a very pure, potent, extremely high vibrational essence, created only from three crystals that communicated to me their desire immediately:

Feels like liquid diamond light essence filled with love.
I did a sacred crystal elixir ritual that day of the Solstice New Moon, leaving the creation out in the garden for 24 hours to work its alchemy under the Moon and Sun light. These crystal elixirs contain the “vibration” of the intent, infusions, and energies present within the crystals, what I infuse, and from the elements, and energies abound that are invited.
I directed energy into the elixir from outside the glass bowl with three other very special and powerful crystals of mine…two healing wands – a Faery and Lemurian/Atlantean one, and one crystal that channels my beloved Nestor, whom not only carries a balanced energy infusing Cosmic and Earth and sacred masculine and feminine, but also is pure, unconditional love and wholeness embodied in the alchemy of our connection and her love for all.
These three crystals were placed in a triangular formation pointing in to the essence mixture, to activate and draw more energy to it, infusing a lot of magick and intention that I programmed and invited.
Three seemed the magickal number, on many levels, including transmutation and the Middle Way.
Crystal elixirs are very powerful and not necessarily for everyone, unless you’re accustomed to the energy or are ready and inviting of the changes they can facilitate. Even how much is used, when to use it, or whether to use it externally, internally, or in your environment, are all things to consider.
I’ve found them to be very aligned for me, as their energy is not dense like other forms we can take (ex: supplements, powders, etc) that may not be as aligned with our bodies anymore, and don’t create results anymore.
But they ARE powerful. The instant I placed one drop on my tongue of this essence, I felt altered. And since taking it, things have been shifting a LOT internally, supporting a recalibration on the inside, that is going to take shape and manifest on the outside eventually. Right now a lot is percolating internally and being cleansed, which is helping to sift through things to the purest alignments only. That is exactly what I intended and welcome, however that needs to manifest or whatever the process is to get there.
But that may not be such a welcome experience for everyone.
This particular elixir is working at a very accelerated vibration that the parts of you will need to catch up to in order to be in harmonious balance and flow at the same level – this may induce what is like a cleansing, detoxing, or reorganization that can be as easy and as graceful as you are ready to embrace or that matches the work you’ve done to prepare for it, but there are other elixirs I’ve created that have been focused on grounding, integrating, or nurturing specific energies only.
Likely, if you’ve been drawn to a crystal elixir like this, then on some level you are ready, even if you find yourself fighting it, and at any moment you can shift the experience of that recalibration and aligning taking place when you fully take accountable responsibility.
Crystal elixirs are one way to assist the integrative journey of shifting that our DNA restructuring has been undergoing. Some people area also drawn to flower essences and essential oils (to name a couple).
Many may be experiencing blow outs or increased healing crises at this time and may find that the old ways that used to work in helping to heal, no longer are, and alternative ways of nurturing support, more aligned with our current energy may be of more benefit now. This is because our bodies are operating at a different frequency and denser things no longer match our new vibrations. The DNA shifts are raising our frequencies and energies into becoming more crystalline and light form.
And our temple bodies need fortifying to match the frequency of our vibrations and to receive the proper rebuilding reflections for the newly created divinity of being we are becoming.
Crystal elixirs, which I like to refer to them as (but many call them gem elixirs) are a means by which we can create essences of the metaphysical properties that the crystals are, through a process that utilizes these as energies in a charged elixir – a liquid mixture created intentionally that can be taken internally, applied or sprayed externally on us or in our immediate environment.
They are infusions of one or more crystals, spring or distilled water (I used the highest level of alkaline/ionized water) combined with the power of the sun, moon and any other special magickal goodies you feel drawn to incorporate into the process. They can be stored for longer durations by placing them in glass bottles (some come with droppers or sprays) and mixed with a very small percentage/ratio of alcohol (usually vodka) or apple cider vinegar – just enough to preserve it only, then stored in dark areas away from direct light and heat.
You can make a mother batch, which I did, and then create smaller bottles to use for different purposes or to share with others.
Since supplements are more dense than my current needs call for, more homeopathic and crystalline essences are much more aligned and of benefit to me right now.
These crystal elixirs are similar to flower essences in the way that they are made so that they contain the “essence” of the vibrations of the chosen crystal and stones that are used. Each crystal and stone holds different metaphysical properties and have energies that work to support and empower different things.
These high quality crystal essences work in harmony with the body by interacting with our bio-sheath and chemical and energetic physiology, and are natural and self-adjusting. When the crystals are activated by natural sun or moonlight they transfer their vibrational signature into water, creating a safe, effective supportive remedy that can be used in conjunction with, and in complement to, all other healing modalities.
They are not meant to replace professional medical advice. They need to be used with care. They need to be made with crystals that are not water-soluble and with only the safest, non-toxic crystals in order to ingest them – meaning they do not contain mercury, arsenic, copper, or other toxic substances. You can look them up in a good mineral guide if in question. They work well with children, plants and animals too.
Externally they can be gently sprayed over the body, in a room, or any space where the energy is needed. They can also be applied to specific body parts or areas needing extra healing or empowerment.
As you consume the elixir over time, the vibrational essences work on the root cause of “dis-ease” to support clearing of the issue that originally created it so that the “dis-ease” can be relieved. They can be made for immediate consumption or can be preserved and used sublingually.
The magick is in the choosing, or being chosen by, the most potent crystals for you and the intents and sacredness created around the process, as it is a VERY sacred process indeed and a very special bonding relationship that is created between the crystals and the person helping to alchemically brew and program them. So, the most important part is the crystals from which the essence will be made and there are different ways, as shared, that you can figure this out, including kinesiology testing.
They can be used singly or in cool combinations. Mixing them can really make for some potent elixir magick! This also makes it easier than having to make a lot of separate ones and taking a number of them for the desired results.
Again, crystal elixirs can be created for immediate consumption, in preserved sublingual form, or into sprays, essential oils, bath, body, or ritual oils, and used for any sacred healing purpose you desire.
I know that crystal elixirs are exactly the right energy vibrations for me to work with right now that reflect and align most optimally at this time, and are most supportive to the integration process I am in. It’s important to trust your intuition for guidance as to what is best for you.
Given my love for and relationship with crystals, this is a natural process for me and one I honor and do not take lightly as a crystal keeper, guardian, and caretaker of the Earth and her children. I feel that it is important to ask the crystals if they want to work in partnership to create an elixir, as afterall, it is their essence that they are sharing with us. And then I like to create a sacredness and reverence around the ritual creation – cleansing, charging, and programming the crystals, at their welcome to do so, and nurturing them through the whole process, since they will be nurturing me from the inside out.
In this way I can ensure having happy crystals and that makes for a beautiful partnership in crystal alchemy elixirs. 🙂

I want to thank all of my clients for such a deepening year of powerful “Spiritual Skin” symbolism we co-created in 2014. I sense 2015 is going to continue in the vein of empowering depth from what I can feel from the souls being drawn to this sacred art and from what I am “seeing/feeling” from these creative visions awaiting manifestation.
Many people have been contacting me to find out what my timing is looking like for new designs, so I thought I would share that.
As you know there is a waiting list on sacred tattoo designs and with my current clients I’m now booked until early March.
However, being that I will be away nearly 2 weeks in both February and March, I will only be able to take a few clients (maybe 2 – 3) for March and then we’ll be looking at booking for April.
Sometimes the scheduling shifts a bit, as clients aren’t always ready when I get to them, in which case I let the person know that is next in line and continue forward, taking the client that needed extra time when they are ready, and after I’ve completed work on the current design at hand.
Now and then I receive emails that lead me to feel there might be some confusion on some of the aspects of this process, which I’d like to help clarify.
Thank you for embracing this process with me. It truly makes a difference to be able to work with such amazing souls that understand and value the beauty of this journey.
I don’t think people have fully yet realized the layers to just how much this sacred tattoo journey is life-shifting for those who are drawn to it as their path, and how it can be a way to embody the new, embody your essence, integrate and embody the shadow/light – whole…..but now this is increasingly coming into conscious awareness.

While I’ve been immersed in painting recently, I’ve been once again in awe of color.
Oh how I love color!
I love vibrant color.
I love soft, muted color.
I love surprise color blends.
I love playing with new color combinations and creating the perfect, sensual harmony that reflects the vibration of each energy that is channeling through.
Colors are energy frequencies that I sense on all levels…I feel them, hear them, taste them, smell them, see them….and they appear through inner vision/feeling and music.
As an artist I feel that tapping into the boundless possibilities of creative energy is a reflection of my expansiveness in growth.
The more I discover and channel through personal expression, the more I expand, deepen, evolve, increase my vibration and vitality, and create doors to new possibilities.
This creative energy isn’t just limited to artists, but is available to anyone who desires to push the envelope of their personal expressiveness in life.
Creative energy is one of the most powerful things that there is. Exercising your imagination is invaluable.
How do you tap into the well of your creativity?
…and of heart, soul, and being.
It is also a choice.
That said, what’s paradise to one person may be another person’s prison.
One of the “definitions” of paradise is “an ideal or idyllic place or state”. So one might then wonder just whose “ideal” or “definition” are we envisioning when we think of a state of being or “place” we would like to be in?
Wikipedia defines paradise as:
“a religious or metaphysical term for a place in which existence is positive, harmonious and eternal. It is often compared to the miseries of human civilization: in paradise there is only peace, prosperity, and happiness. Paradise is a place of contentment, but it is not necessarily a land of luxury and idleness. Paradise is often described as a “higher place”, the holiest place, in contrast to this world, or underworlds such as Hell.”
In general, it’s considered a Utopian state without sorrow, suffering, and so-called “sin”.
And to many, that translates as an idea of heaven or some idyllic island oasis.
Nobody ever taught us that paradise could be the human state of being and the ability to have so many undefined choices and experiences.
Paradise is not really a location, nor a destination or level to attain to. These are just our ideas of how to achieve a certain state of being and experience that we’ve deemed more ideal and perhaps even more valuable.
That feeling you experience when you are on that exotic beach with the crystal clear, aqua blue water flowing around you, the palms swaying in the wing, the sun warmly kissing your skin, birds serenading you, and the silence calming your mind and nerves….this is a sample of what you can achieve in experience and embodiment, where ever you are and in any circumstance, if you know the way back to your true self so that you can have and appreciate each experience with the full capacity of what it truly has to offer you.
Paradise is a natural state of being in your essence…that experience of feeling centered, balanced, relaxed, inspired, and in harmony. It is you, being in flow and movement with greater ease and is available to you at any moment.
It’s not something to chase after and it’s not something outside of your human experience to attain by running away from yourself right here and now in your beautiful body.
It can also be when you are experiencing the things you have been accustomed to thinking are bad or painful, but you experience them from a place of embracing their value and with an understanding that they are expressions needing to flow through and take their course in the natural cycle of things. It may not “feel” so good, but that feeling has its place and can shift when we aren’t attached to judging and anchoring a defining limitation to it.
When you are focused everywhere else – in the past or on the future – worrying, stressing, having impatience, regretting, experiencing excited anxiety, then this as well can remove you from that state of being in the present. You latch on to everything else, without being able to see and experience what is here and now before you, which includes all things you as a human are able to experience.
Yes, granted they are all varying in their feelings, but that variety of feeling is part of the magnificence of your state of being.
Someone, at some point, decided that certain feelings and experiences were bad, not as valuable, wrong, unworthy, and even sinful. And from there, we began to accept anchored beliefs, as defining of our experiences. This conditioning created an inner turmoil where the parts of us that are naturally wanting to just “be” are at odds with and fighting the parts that want to control and beat them down. The result is imbalance, disharmony, and war that wreaks havoc within and without.
Whether you want to call it paradise, or simply being, it really is about that return to natural harmony…just like those beautiful, exotic locations remind you of when you bask in their flow.
However, the frigid snowy landscapes, fall trees without their clothing of foliage, a dry, desolate desert, or even the boiling magma beneath the Earth’s surface are all reminders of states of being in flow and natural harmony as well. They simply don’t think about it, nor judge it. And truth be told, they are all beautiful to witness in their own way.
These are just some ideas to consider that may be helpful to bringing you back to being in that state of mind, heart, soul, and being:

I recently saw someone post this – instructions given to Machig Labdron (11th century Tibetan tantric Buddhist practitioner/teacher) from her teacher when she asked how to wake up from her own suffering and be of service to others in the same way. She spent her life working with these and embodying them:
Confess your hidden faults.
Approach what you find repulsive.
Help those you think you cannot help. (sometimes translated as those you do not want to help)
Anything you are attached to, give that.
Go to the places that scare you.

I wanted to add my own, brief perception on these…..
Face and embrace yourself with unconditional compassion, raw honesty, and personal integrity to see your blind spots – realizing that things you define as, or “think” are, faults/weakness can be strengths. Integrate these powerful shadow energies so that you can live with more authentic fullness.
The things that make you cringe are your greatest teachers. Be curious and conscious about the triggers around you.
You can’t change others, but the way you can responsibly help is with simple and consistent acts of genuine kindness, presence, and daily personal embodiment of your empowered wholeness.
Attachments, when released, will bring more of the essence of what you really want into your life most authentically and naturally, and allows space for new and more reflective things to come in. Don’t forget to open the flow of receiving from self and others, the things of lasting value, without attachment and expectation. This is a simultaneous cycle of energy that simply wants to move through you, not imprisoned within you.
The things you fear are your doorways to expansiveness and empowerment. It will benefit you to actively engage yourself to be willing to go one more inch further with gentle love and honor for yourself no matter where you are on your journey.
We desire to know answers and something more because we are in a state of suffering. When we address that within ourselves, we can be of greatest benefit to the whole.
