Summer Opportunities to Positively Transform Your Life
ENERGY GUIDANCE 5-Week Intensive:

There are a few things people don’t know that I do or offer, as I don’t talk much or at all about them. This is one of them. And the others you may learn more about when I return from sabbatical.
You may have remembered I used to offer intuitive support emails that was a version of this, but via email.
But I have on occasion offered guidance via phone for those people who really desired and needed it. I’ve shifted my processes around with this, however, based on what I feel to be most supportive, as I realized that creating a very specific focal timeline and committed process was the most efficient use of both of our energies and time, which got things moving more quickly within that committed partnership.
This is not meant to be a psychic reading or quick-fix. I won’t entertain these kinds of expectations, as I choose not to enable people, but to empower them.
This is a five week intensive, working with me once a week via a one hour call, except for the first week, which will be twice to kick off things and set the intents. So that’s 6 one-hour sessions in five weeks.
What I provide is energy guidance, which is not only support with the intent and goal you bring to the table, practical tools, exploration into your hidden truths, and shadow, but all the while providing you energetic support during our conversation that will help with the blocks, removing fears, move energy, move forward, help you to manifest, and provide the opportunity for integrative healing on deep levels to take place more rapidly.
It’s like receiving a Reiki super-charged session, but with added benefits, which provides an optimal environment for you to make your shifts in the way that mirrors your commitment level.
It’s a partnership of support to help motivate, activate, nurture, empower, inspire, reveal, provide healing support, and kick start things into gear that you want to create and move through in your life.

The 5 week session must be completed by August 31st and there are only 9 weeks remaining, plus I am only taking up to 2 more clients for this right now, so please don’t wait until the last minute, as I don’t have the ability to squeeze everything in and don’t operate that way in general, as quality is my focus. The last possible day to schedule your 5 week intensive is July 26th.

*** Important note about registering: I’ve always provided a partial refund, minus a non-refundable (but fully creditable) deposit to those who find themselves needing to cancel a workshop, as I know how things come up when embarking on this journey, as well as know there are many factors at work in aligning things. However, due to the amount of time I spend preparing the material, printing, creating certificates, accountability, and setting the time aside to invest in each person, I’ve had to make adjustments to this, as I have ended up teaching privates on multiple days due to these shifts, which normally incurs more time and investment. So, for this reason, your investment into you is non-refundable when you register for a Reiki workshop. If for any reason you can’t make the workshop that you’ve scheduled with me, you will be provided full credit to use toward a future Reiki workshop that we mutually schedule and/or you join. Credit must be used within 3 months of cancellation, or an agreed upon time period if this is not attainable for what ever reason.
CRYSTAL MAGICK:
I didn’t have it on my radar to teach another Crystal Magick Workshop before I take my personal time off, but I’ve suddenly in the lasts 2 weeks received a few separate inquiries wondering if I will be teaching one soon again. I’m still on the fence about it, since my time is filling for the next two months, but am willing to explore the potential of offering this workshop once more before September 1st. That said, if you really are interested in this workshop here locally and would like me to offer it, please let me know. I will make my decision based on the amount of serious inquiries that would be ready to register if I do so. I may be open to this, but only as a one time, group workshop – no privates – so please also let me know what days you’d be available to attend, if in fact you’re interested and we’ll see if it’s meant to be.

I’m still working away on the last designs I have scheduled before September 1st. They’ve been involving more time and process than usual, so thank you for the patience.

Sacred Tattoo Designs ~ I’ve been really backed up on designs with my incredibly full schedule, and getting through them as best I can without compromising integrity in any way, as that is key to me. Interestingly, many of my clients have also been delayed on being ready or getting information to me, so it has been in synergy. But I thank everyone for your patience and ability to flow along with me. Because of this and new commissions that have come through, we’re now out to May (the first 2 weeks only) in terms of timing. However, due to my being away for half of May, my time to work on designs and to schedule any is limited and may have us looking at June very quickly. So keep this in mind if you’re interested in a design. In some cases I can do rush jobs, for a higher rate fee, but these days that may not be as possible with how full my plate is. Plus, quality is more important to me.

I will be away from May 18th to the 31st heading to both the mid-west and east coast. There is the potential of a co-taught Crystal Workshop in Florida while I’m there on Saturday, May 30th. So if you’re in the area and interested, you can message me for details.

I am so reluctant when it comes to new technology, implementing web stuff, and new social media, but in the energy of Iceland, somehow Kate succeeded where everyone else had failed. January Mid-Month Updates & Important Reminders
- If you are local to Orange County/Los Angeles and have been wanting to attend one of my workshops, have intent to complete your Reiki training with me or any other support you’ve wanted, including reviewing/co-teaching a Reiki workshop, please know that my time here is limited and there’s a good probability of not being here past the Summer, but could even be before that (see dates below for non-availability during this time period). I will keep you posted on the official time frame, as soon as I know.
- Remember that I teach private workshops, which includes private group workshops if you have a friend or two you’d like to go through training with. This means you don’t have to wait for me to post a workshop in order to join, as I can create one for you. I teach these all the time by request since it’s a specialty of mine to customize workshops and my schedule is flexible. Full day and short workshop options available to assist in realms of Reiki, Crystals, Pendulums, Crystal Elixirs, and any other conscious expanding realms you’re interested in delving more into – contact me with requests or to customize.
- Hosting or Co-Creating a workshop/event in your home town is always an option too – receive free training/group discounts and more. Contact me with requests and interests. Serious inquiries only please.
- If you are hosting an event, own a yoga studio or spiritual healing center and are interested in sacred art to add to the energy of your space, contact me about paintings I have that may be a perfect fit. These can be loaned with agreement, or purchased. Local requests only please, unless you are capable of shipping costs for artwork. Custom pieces are also an option to explore.
- I have a lot of personal and work travel scheduled, so this limits my availability for workshops, sessions, and commissioned tattoo designs.

- Don’t forget that Sunday February 8th there will be a Reiki Level 3 Master Teacher Workshop. 2. Registrations for the upcoming Crystal Magick & the Journey Within ~ A Creative Exploration for Personal Alchemy Workshop on Sunday 1/18 need to be confirmed by the 14th, this coming Wednesday, at the latest.
There is no longer the option of the Friday, January 23rd workshop. This workshop will only be held on Sunday, 1/18.
I’m not sure when there’ll be another or where that will be. I’m encouraging locals to take advantage of the time I’m here to get in any workshops they’ve been interested in, as I simply don’t know how long I’ll be here in Orange County. Taking it a day at a time.
Manual, crystal and crystal pendulum included with registration, which you’ll get to choose during the workshop.

3. Reiki 3 Master Teacher Workshop: 1/11 – this Sunday – is the last day to pre-register at $75 savings for the workshop on Sunday 2/8.
The March date is no longer an option for the Reiki Level 3 Master Teacher Workshop, due to scheduling conflicts.
So only the February 8th date is available at this time.
If you’re a new Reiki Level 3 student, please let me know as soon as you can if you’ll be joining, as this will determine things for any past students that may want to join due to limited space.

I teach a lot of these actually, but you wouldn’t hear about it, as I only post the group workshops, or workshops that someone has requested and is open to others joining.
This has been a specialty of mine because I have a flexible schedule to accommodate most any day and time and enjoy customizing workshops.

Crystal Healing – An Intro to Get You Started
The Earth is continually supporting humanity’s awakening to the rediscovery of who we really are and the ancient and forgotten healing arts such as the utilization of crystals. Reverence and use of crystals goes back to the dawning of civilization. They have been connected with specific parts of the body and its organs for thousands of years.
As members of the mineralogical kingdom, crystals are universal energies that allow one to contact and synthesize these individual energies for integrative healing. Each crystal contains their own “personality” and can be utilized in unique ways to facilitate this healing.
Crystals are nature’s gift to man are found in all shapes, sizes, colors, and composition. They each have a unique vibrational resonance due to their varying mineral contents, their inherent geometry, and the color frequency they emit, making them powerful healing tools.
They ARE Universal Life Force Energy within crystalline and mineral structures that embody codes of collective existence that are timeless. They are here to aid us in tuning our own vibrations to that frequency and supporting us to remember who and where we come from and to harmonize with the Earth and Cosmos. They can help support specific energies, act as healing guides, support inner growth, amplify things, bring things to light, help with clarity, strengthen, etc..but overall they help us to stay in tune, clear and balance all levels emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. They are representative of wholeness and can help us to remember our own.
Shamans believe that all of nature is alive and has a spirit. They have used crystals for ages in their healing and magickal practices. Crystals are beings that choose us as much as we choose them and are not to be forced or used in ill ways. They are conscious partners in the healing practices we embark upon and with the awakening of humanity into greater harmony with Earth and the Cosmos. They take great honor in their roles and are wonderful mirrors to reflect to us the importance of responsibility.
Crystal healing is a method where crystals or gemstones are placed on or around the body, on the Chakras (spiritual energy centers), are worn like jewelry, or are meditated with. They can be used as reflexology tools to stimulate points on the feet or can be placed in and around one’s home to enhance energy and support flow of chi. Energy grids can be created, or altars of crystals set up, that can have specific energetic intention or assist you in creating a sacred energetically supportive space for your daily practice.
There’s no end to how you might work with crystals, but its important to always do it with great honor and respect for these beings that are helping you.
They help to heal holistically on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels, as they guide the flow of energy to a particular part of the body, restore balance, empower you more emotionally and mentally, support greater well being, and ultimately cleanse by releasing and clearing blocked energy.
Chakras are Sanskrit for wheels of rotating energy flows in the ethereal body. They are in related locations within the physical body along the spinal column starting from the base of the spine, up to the crown, or top of the head. We currently work with seven major Chakras within the body where the energy flows intersect. However, there are more than seven, which we are in process of activating.
The health of an area of the physical body and the condition of its associated Chakra are interdependent, so when the Chakras are blocked or cleared, the body’s state will mirror that.
Each Chakra corresponds with different states of consciousness, developmental stages of life, archetypal elements, body functions, colors, and sounds. Crystals are capable of interacting with these energy centers within the human body because they are electromagnetic conductors that work through resonance and vibrational sound. Each crystal and gemstone embodies certain energies, colors, and elements that mirror the qualities needed to facilitate clearing and raising Chakra vibrations. They have been used to realign subtle energies and dissolve disease by helping to get to the root of the issue.
Wearing crystals and gems used to be a royal or priestly experience, but is now something we can all receive benefit from, even by just having one in close proximity, inviting them in as healing tools, or practicing meditation with them.
