Pietersite – Tempest Stone Holding the Keys to the Kingdom of Heaven
I had so many people message and ask me about this stone that I thought I would repost it and share it with those that may not have had a chance to see it, and for those who requested wanting the information again. Many shared feeling so drawn to get one themselves, had one they loved and were thankful for the reminder to reconnect with it, or were simply fascinated and feeling one on its way into their life now that the connection had been made, after my Facebook post on it.
So, I decided to re-share the info on Pietersite, a new favorite of mine. (As many know, I share a deep love for my crystal friends and have a knack for procuring very uniquely potent ones). And how I LOVE this stone and its properties. It is a great stone for supporting major transformation needed now on many levels and has been personally very appropriate in many ways for me currently as well.
The photos throughout this post are of my new friend (crystal skull ring) gifted this Christmas that I was intending to draw in. Here is some very cool info on the stone for those interested, that I have found in my researching. I always like to help people to know our crystal friends in the mineral kingdom, as it is their joy that they are here to co-create and co-support with us. They are examples for us to embrace the joys we are here to experience and share as our innate gifts.
Get ready to really rock-n-roll and shift your reality out of illusion, as this is a powerful stone for mega-empowered transformation, while also possessing gentle calming qualities, simultaneously. For myself, one with high nervous anxiety to the point of kundalini shaking experiences from each major transition and opening embraced, this is a great balancing and unconditionally loving one that mirrors the now with empowered, ascended and integrated energy, that works personally and collectively, simultaneously.
Information I gathered from various sources, which I have found to be very true so far in my experience of the stone:
PIETERSITE (Tempest Stone)- Stone of Change. The Pietersite stones mineral exhibits an energetic quality like the quartz. Pietersite has a connection to the storm element and is thus sometimes called the Tempest Stone and helps one see beyond the immediate to beauty in the All. Pietersite energy feels like a highly charged atmosphere of a thunderstorm that enhances telepathy, activates the mind, imagination, and stimulates psychic vision. It links daily consciousness to the spiritual. Used as a stone of vision, it works well during meditation to access higher levels of awareness, stimulating the third eye and increasing your inherent intuition. It enhances courage, tenacity, and ability to maintain or create what is yours. Spiritually and psychically, pietersite helps in working with angels, experiencing visions, and precognition, relating to feminine or goddess energy, as well as astral and dimensional travel. Emotionally, pietersite helps to relax, and release deep emotions in a calmer way. Physically, pietersite balances body fluids, improves nutrition, helps with gastrointestinal functions, and helps the endocrine glands, as it can be used to stimulate the pituitary gland, balances female hormones, alleviates PMS and menopause symptoms. It helps produce, in the proper quantity, the hormones concerned with growth, sex, metabolism, blood pressure and body temperature. Pietersite is also excellent for improving memory. Physically Pietersite helps to calm and activate the nervous system by strengthening the brain and nerves. It is helpful to lungs, liver, intestines, feet, legs.
Pietersite crystallizes in the form of masses, the structure a result of inclusions in jasper where the inclusions are pseudomorphs after asbestos. The color is blue/black and the mineral exhibits a chatoyant quality. It was discovered by Sid Pieters from Namibia South Africa in 1962 while prospecting on a farm there, and is truly lovely. He came across a rather heavy small stone covered in white limestone. As he could not see what was in the stone, he took it back to his work shop in Windhoek, where he cut it open to discover the beautiful blue and gold coloured patterns of the stone which he later named after himself. He returned to the farm in Namibia where he began mining the stone, but after a short period of time, due to most of the material begin stolen, he abandoned the mine. In the meantime however, he registered the find in the mineral records of Britain, and it was published in 1964 as Pietersite. “Of all the gemstones I have seen worldwide , Pietersite is one of the most beautiful, “says Mr Pieters. Due to these characteristics, Pietersite is one of the foremost stones used in jewelry and ornamental pieces worldwide, and as it is a very hard and tough stone lasts for many years.
This stone has come to represent the movement and chaos that break up those energy patterns which are resistant to change. The energy of Pietersite is very forceful and jolts us into personal change. This stone represents change and indicates a need to make changes in your present life. In a lay-out place this stone on the solar plexus chakra, where the flow of energy leads to assimilation and integration.

This mineral can be used to stimulate the pineal gland and to assist one during meditative states to experience visions and per-cognitive thoughts. It aligns the energy centers of the body while providing grounding, not to the Earth, but to the etheric body; this rarity in grounding ability has facilitated travel throughout the spheres of existence, culminating in access to the akashic records or your past lifetimes. It allows you to release your connection made in the past albeit early childhood in this lifetime or other lifetime, allowing you to be fully in the present. Pietersite is a spiritual activation stone, helping one find a new direction to move forward. Pietersite helps to unblock pathways that feel blocked or stagnant by activating the chakra system and allowing light energy into one energy field and body.
Pietersite has been said to hold the “keys to the kingdom of heaven” by linking the spiritual realm with everyday living, dispelling illusion and assisting one in the recognition of the beauty of the soul. It exhibits and energy conducive to the actualization of the loving characteristics of the “brotherhood” of humanity. It brings the potential of the individual to the perfection of the source of all being, stimulating dignified power and loving guidance. It promotes loyalty to the self and to the ultimate experience of life. They gently remind you that you are first a spiritual being experiencing the human condition, not the other way around. As it does this we are able to see the lessons and positive outcome of the struggle and problems we face in our daily lives.
It assists one in remaining open to experience, enabling the effect of an illuminated glory when one proceeds to “walk the stage of life’. It further allows one to see beyond the horizon or mirage, helping to support human courage, tenacity, and dauntless effort to both create and maintain beauty. Supports your willpower, strengthens inner guidance, helps recognize truths.
Pietersite is a good stone to use with other high vibration stones such as moldavite. By using them together one can experience a rapid spiritual transformation and revolutionary spiritual insight. Iolite with Pietersite can help one to develop their third eye and psychic ability. Calcite, Phenacite, Natrolite, and Scolecite can be used in conjunction with Pietersite to further enhance inner journeying.

Creating a Sacred Sanctuary – Your Personal Space Makes a Difference
As I live a very richly symbolic life, of course I find it very important the things I choose to surround myself with on a daily basis. This includes the things I choose to wear and adorn myself with, put in my body, people I choose to surround myself with, and especially the daily work space I spend most of my time in to channel all of the creations I share with the world. I feel that it crucial to have a space that you can make your own, even if just a corner of a room, or your desk, and to decorate and surround it with the things that are energizing and supportive to you to aid in your daily inspiration and empowerment to your highest potential.
My new home is very energizing and supportive to the things I want to create more of in my life, but I am extra grateful for and in love with my sacred office/studio space I have created for myself. It is my most favorite space to date and I am enjoying the energy of all that I have surrounded myself with here. It is the first time that all of my most potent crystal friends are all in one room (minus two 150 lb crystals that we have in the dining room) and I can commune with them daily, along with specially selected pieces, statues and decor choices. Care was taken in choosing just the right ones that would be in my life, as well as with the other adornments and symbols I’ve put into the interior decoration of this very potent room.
One of which is a beautiful tapestry by artist, Nene Thomas. This tapestry is created from her limited edition painting, and she also has a new doll out called “Emerald Enticement” that was released and produced by the Bradford/Hamilton collection. (One cool synchronicity after another being that my company name is “Emerald Bridge” and I have a strong connection to the Faery realm and Dragons). This beautiful tapestry fills one wall that faces where I sit each day at my desk and drawing table and draws in both earthy and magical qualities of my beloved Faery realm. I am summoning in the Faery Queen Astranaithes who resides over my daily domain each time I sit across this portal tapestry doorway and can feel myself drawn into the magical forest realm. Earth magic is perfectly energizing for me right now and it is no wonder I was called to this tapestry piece. It is great energy for the plans of action I am intending and the wave of creations about to come forth.

“The Dragon Witch known as Astranaithes is the oldest and wisest member of her immortal race, and it is to her that all other Dragon Witches look for guidance and wisdom. I was just going over Feng Shui yesterday with my mom and discovered some crazy cool synchronicities with how I intuitively set up my room for the perfect supportive energy towards what I am creating. It is so amazing to uncover the magic we intuitively already know when we listen to our hearts. All the things close to my heart I have surrounding me daily in my space. And with all this supercharged energy, it sure is important to keep grounded, like yesterday’s post was about, as otherwise I’d be swirling out in the Cosmos somewhere with all the amped up energies in here! So I am anchoring some grounding techniques, meditations, earthy food choices, keeping my grounding crystals and rabbit love, Joy, near by, as well as embarking on an exciting venture of crystal and gem elixirs to add to my daily potions of balanced healing magic.
Whatever you can do to create your own sacred sanctuary really DOES make a vital difference in your daily energy that supports your intentions. What one thing can you do today, to start empowering your personal space more? It is an easy thing to do and an invaluable step that will help your desired direction.
Celebrating, Honoring and Loving the Earth Mother Energy – My Personal Journey to Integrate Balance for Grounding the New Energy

With a Mayan Tzolkin Sun Sign of Caban/Earth (Keeper of the garden of Earth) and Capricorn rising (Earth sign), I am one who has always been deeply connected with Gaia – our beautiful Mother Earth – and with all of her exquisite gifts and children she shares with us, I am both greatly affected, AND simultaneously supported, by integrating with her energies. I have devoted a partnering commitment to natural harmony with her and the Cosmos, which is the focus of much of my service I share and the basis of many of the life choices I make whole-heartedly.
Like her, I experience the earthquakes, tsunamis, hurricanes, tornadoes, volcanoes, blizzards and seasons of life that can rock my world with powerful and transformative energy. When I can embrace and flow naturally with the changes, things are far easier than if I fight or get caught up in the panics and fears. It can mean the difference between vibrant health and abundant flow or major life-shaking challenges and short-circuited life outages!
Lately life has been quite a ride that hasn’t always been very comfortable, to put it gently, and with that has come the necessity to rely on my intuition and heart guidance, which has proven to be very telling, even if at first I have had challenge listening to it. I love when synchronous reiteration comes when I ask for messages, signs, or to be led to the right support. It really helps to be able to have your feelings mirrored back, when you are feeling not quite at full throttle capacity and less than your empowered self due to temporary interference.
What I’ve been hit over the head with like Tower Tarot Card lightning is how much our lovely Earth Mother energy has been an integral force, seen or unseen, in my life. Every where I turn, earthy energies are abound and are a much needed part of my life ever more so currently. Having reached a stage of short circuiting my amped and evolving new energy, due to the huge expansion I’ve been working towards with many others, and DNA changes, the constant message that I am being reminded is the need for grounding.
I have found myself for a while now attracted to different crystals and stones I didn’t used to be, all of which are grounding, earthy and root chakra connected – like red coral and black tourmaline. I have also been drawn to all of the very earthy and grounding foods – like squash, seaweed, yams, brown rice, etc. more than others – and switching more to cooked from my usually high raw diet. I have also been enjoying more low impact exercise like easy hikes and walks on the beach, just to get out and feel the earth beneath my feet. Not to mention, spending tons of time with my little ones, especially Joy – my lop eared bunny – holding her and communing with her earthiness.
I also have felt the importance of taking extra care and attention to my physical body due to all the shifts and challenges I’ve going through and to getting medical intuitive support to understand how to better assist my overall well being. The latter really being a key and very helpful eye-opener to help make the needed adjustments to get things back on track in an even more efficient and beautiful way. The message in it all has been focused on the NEED TO KEEP BALANCED and GROUNDED. Integration, one of my favorite words, is so important and vital. As we progress in one way or the other we need to be mindful of the other side of the coin and to do things to keep that balance in tact otherwise you can topple over completely.
I’m so grateful to get these beautiful reminders and reiterations, as it really has helped to shift things, simply in the realization of the importance to my life this is. I tend to be an extremist and have been working so hard towards expanding myself in large ways, but the true magic comes when all of our parts are operating at optimal. The real magic takes place when we have all of our parts working with us in equal partnership.
Interestingly, I have currently been working on a new painting – the first in SO VERY long – and it is also associated with this energy. It is called “Gaia’s Gift.” And yes, what a beautiful gift Gaia is to us and what immensely valuable gifts she has to offer. I just love all of the signs that have been around me that I was following intuitively, but the real difference helps in consciously understanding how it all fits together so that every moment can be a very present and mindful one.

My parents are visiting right now from Reno and I can’t tell you what a gift it is to have my mother with me. It is almost like having a real vacation in my home because she treats me like a guest in my own house. How grateful and lucky I am to have her. And what beautiful timing amidst all of this beautiful Earth Mother energy, which my mom possesses most lovingly. Having Virgo rising, it is no wonder she is quite the epitome of a nurturing earthy mother.
And I will be off to Reno in just a couple of days! Reno has always been a very grounding and healing place of stability for me and I cannot wait to return there, but especially to my beloved Lake Tahoe to really take in the needed earthy energies of her magic. I look forward to sharing this experience with my dear girlfriend and new partner on several new creative offerings we are collaborating on, Allison Jacobson. Will be fun to see things through her eyes and I sense some new friends will be coming through on this journey. Not to mention inspiration from the earthy recharging that is much welcome and needed.
Yes, I am in deep celebration, honor and LOVE for Gaia and her beautiful Earth Mother energy that is so powerfully supportive to us all. It is so vital to our shifting new energy, to be in communion with her even more than we ever have and in deeper ways than ever before.
The Evolution of Tattoos Mirroring the Evolution of Life – Inspirational Support for Tattoo Artists Embracing the Path of Spiritually Sacred Tattoos
As things keep shifting in the world, this reflects and dominoes out into all realms creating a transformational revolution of consciously empowered living and loving that is infiltrating all nooks and crannies of life. The more your awareness heightens and you embrace new perspectives and experiences, realizing you can choose more freely, creatively and with empowered intention, the more you start to shift focus and choose more authentically and start letting your beautiful gifts out. The journey becomes one of magical self-creation in every moment, rather than doing things, both reflective or nonreflective of yourself, but not knowing why.
I am seeing these shifts in many realms, but since I have specific focus in certain areas with the path I am on, these are ones I specifically take extra note of and am really excited to see the infiltration of conscious movement in.
One in particular is the realm of sacred tattoos and seeing how people are moving more into desiring spiritually conscious, integrated and symbolic tattoos. I receive a lot of emails with questions about spiritually sacred tattoos, not just from those seeking tattoos, but from tattoo artists as well. There are some wonderful spiritually focused tattoo artists out there, and I am so happy to see that more and more are embracing this as their next stage of evolution in their journey to offer and start channeling through their trade.
What I offer in supportive words to those on this path – tattoo artists especially that are embracing this new direction – is simply this:
It pleases me greatly that you are feeling moved in this new direction with your work and life. If you are feeling this call, it is likely that you have always experienced and possessed natural healing abilities and spiritually rich experiences in some way in your life, but perhaps had not given them much focus, yet it would be a natural process for you. Likely you have experienced and been in touch with these elements and been utilizing them much already in your life. Now is the time when these decisions to shift into new experiences can happen swiftly. It is very empowering when we actually embrace our innate gifts and put them into conscious use as service to others. I love that you are feeling the nudge to go this direction and support your choices. Know that you are not alone. There are other tattoo artists out there that also specialize in this and I feel, more and more will be moving into this direction. More and more people are looking for and in need of these specialized services and so the timing is divine in your feeling this call.
I am not a tattoo artist, but am a sacred tattoo designer and visionary artist, as well as have many sacred tattoos in my own personal body art collection and have had the opportunity to work with artists to create them and to understand this process and how empowering and sacred it is over the 14 years of being involved with this art. But for now, my advice would be to follow your heart and those intuitive nudges you have and learn to trust them with your work and life. Seeing the body as a sacred temple and understanding the significance of potent symbolism, placement, chakras, researching ancient civilizations and cultures’ symbols and images, and allowing your visionary creativity to integrate with these from your heart and in connection with your intuitive healing guidance, etc. is helpful.
If you start putting this energy out and focusing on this more, you will start attracting more clients looking for you for this exact thing. You can also start helping them in this vein with their tattoos by helping to ask more questions on what they want to achieve with the tattoo, bring into their lives, symbolize, empower, etc. and do research into symbolisms that would help benefit that. This is a beautiful co-creative experience that can have powerful effects both for artist and client.

Setting My Inner Horse Free For Good – Let the Love in Your Heart Take the Lead

Today’s sharings are more from my own personal journey, but our journeys are never isolated to just us, since we are part of a collective shared experience. I feel it necessary to allow our vulnerability to be expressed, so that others feel safe to do so as well. Perhaps some of the symbolism of what I share, rings true for some of you or carries a message relative to you. Since I know we are all experiencing so much right now, I will continue to share the inspirations and the learnings from my heart to yours.
I’ve always had a strong connection with animals since I was born – and horses were one of several in particular that I resonated and identified with. They pervaded my life in many ways. I dreamed of them, envisioned them while daydreaming to pass the time for hours on long drives, drew them, wrote about them, watched and read movies about them, intended to have a ranch with horses running free, and even utilized horse images when I went through a “sick” period of my teenage years to get me through the night. Even the color of the horse I would identify with would change over the course of my own personal shifting – sometimes white, then golden chestnut, and finally black. Also the size of the horse became important – loving very large horses and so Friesians ended up becoming my favorite eventually. Each of these elements having symbolism and meaning that I always enjoy being conscious of.
Much of my life I have been operating as a race horse. Continually allowing my horse to be worked harder and harder and pushing her to achieve, do more, keep climbing the mountain, keep turning the cheek, keep rising above the pains, keep rising from the ashes, not letting anyone break me, and taking a while to realize that the horse being worked to do all these things was on autopilot from conditioning of a rider on my back I could not see that I’d been carrying all my life/lives energetically…a rider that not only didn’t belong in the essence of my natural authenticity, but even the idea of having a rider was not one, for a long time, that I was aware I could consciously choose to have or NOT have. If one was to ride the journey with me, why not it be parts of MY authenticity, rather than someone else’s? Why not just integrate my parts and harmoniously be in balance mind, body, heart and soul so that rider and horse become one? No master OVER, but master OF my own life ride. I can choose to experience the ride, loving it from all perspectives of the freedom to creatively and passionately run to my heart’s content while also enjoying the ride and the ability to know and trust that where and what I want to go and experience is in alignment with where my beautiful and powerful horse wants to go. She decides every step of the way with all of her parts integrated. No more struggle, torment, inner voices and battles, no tug-of-war between my parts. Everything flowing in natural harmony, honor, and intuitive divinity with each other.
All of this being very symbolic and all mirroring aspects of me and my journey and personal healing and evolution, as well as was mirroring deep past life connections I had come to understand with the help of Laura Bruno, Medical Intuitive, Soul Reader, Reiki Master Teacher, as having many lives as a horse – in particular many race horse lives. It particularly was standing out with nudges and messages as of late, as I have been leaping over some of the biggest hurdles at this potently culminating time.
During current stresses and shifts I have been processing, the horse symbolism and message came at me again very poignantly. I had a beautiful large jade statue of a wild horse that was sitting on my desk. Our cleaning lady and her son were over and it was a big cleaning day, after just moving into our new house and all the windows needed cleaning. All very disruptive to my day and I felt myself get very stressed with everything being moved around and me trying to work and feeling things just out of my control. Next thing I know my desk was being moved to get behind to the windows there and like in slow motion, my horse toppled to the ground and broke in half. I was devasted to say the least. It was like a soul shock blow. I didn’t know what to do and was so overcome with emotions I had to walk out of the room and into the garage to collect myself. It was not the fact of this “thing” breaking that affected me so traumatically, as much as what it felt symbolically to me to represent. Having it break was like the ending of a certain cycle of life it was time to release, but simultaneoulsy also hurt my sense of how I identified personally and triggered past traumatic experiences.
It took me a while to balance out again – half the day in fact. And I have since come to embrace that this “race horse” is tired…tired of the way of life that cleverly hidden patterns have continued to create an experience of and tired of allowing them to control any aspect of my life, if even just one. The last race this horse runs is one she does for the sheer pleasure she gets from loving to run free and the rewards are her own, as the rider enjoying will purely be an integrated aspect of the horse within me.
Even when we are very conscious and are creating wonderful things in our lives, we can still hit some major bumps and have our moments, as well as have to become even more ever-present to recognize some ingenious ways we may hide or sabotage some key needed pieces to integrate and embrace. We have to learn to stay on top of our lives and learn new ways to more efficiently come into deeper relationship with our essence.
It is time to break free COMPLETELY of the saddle and bridle I’ve allowed to operate and control my life in conscious or subliminally subconscious ways whether from outside of myself or ingeniously from myself in reaction to that – breaking free of every hindrance to my authentic essence. Saying no in the eyes of thoughts, beliefs, feelings, experiences that do not mirror who I truly am and what I know in my heart. Unconditionally and once and for all releasing all conditioned teachings and energies that are confining and limiting and no longer valid for my life, nor the collective at this time. Old structures gone, old hurts and grievances, old manipulative ways and fears released and replaced with unconditional love, freedom of expression, creative abundance, authenticity and integrity, new visionary ideas and beliefs, and vulnerable courage.
Yes, I AM important. Each of us is, regardless of what anyone else tells you or you tell yourself. And even if someone doesn’t honor your importance and even states something specifically in this regard, the best you can do is state and honor your own feelings truly and allow them their own choices in life to shape their experiences. Their choice, while might not feel good at first, needn’t be given the power over you or allowed the prolonged effect we are used to that feeds the emotional diseases we have been nursing. You can choose accordingly how you would like to proceed and continually choose creating in each moment something that DOES feel good and mirrors you. It is their responsibility to look within themselves and to learn from their choices. We do our responsible best by always being authentic and unconditionally loving and compassionate.
This is a very trying time alongside a very magical and awe-inspiring beautiful time. All things culminating at once and it creates temporary confusion, perhaps even the illusion that everything is crumbling and leaving us with a sense of defeat. It seems so odd, when many of us have worked so hard and are experiencing wonderful new things and making huge leaps, to be thrust a windfall of some pretty crazy and heavy stuff simultaneously. This collective healing crises is a healing opportunity unfolding for us to really clarify and solidify everything that we want from here on out, which can only be done by moving through the heaviest things we may not have integrated fully yet, so that we can have our rider and horse come together as ONE. Anything we create from here on out is with full conscious, balanced, grounded, and heart-full intention.
I, myself, have moved into an interesting period of so much coming together and so much coming up and out, all at once. Which is why I have heeded the call to become ever more present and steering away from making rash decisions and challenging my universal heart consciousness to love even more deeply. I hit a crises culminating this Cancer Full Moon of build up causing me to have to make empowered decisions that will shape the next phase of my experience. Part of this also seeing that the work I have been doing and the ways in which I have driven myself must stop, as my body is taxed and soul is tired. I had conversations with myself, the Universe and my dear transitioned Nestor in relaying my surrender, my willingness to do what it takes, and my need for assistance.
Today, after my visit to get tests run for my agenda of taking care of myself on every level, in order to integrate my highest potentials of vibrancy to continue at optimum, I stopped at the post office to mail off a pendant to a client and Nestor (the postal worker) was at post office when I went. A sign, I feel, as I have since Sunday been in mourning and longing for her and can’t say her name without crying and have been in a very tumultuous testing period. Even my naturopath that I visited yesterday asked if I had lost someoone special and I could hardly share without being overcome. I believe she and the universe are listening to my cries of help (as others are doing) and my sharing that I am incapable of doing this any longer in this same vein without more assistance. This also means my taking responsibility for not living and creating in the same vein that I have. This time period calls for drastic changes to what we know as of our experience of life.
Since birth I have felt my place in what is unfolding (as I know many of you have as well) and regardless of what others have said or tried to beat out of me with fear, it is the one thread that never lets me go even when I am at the edge. I received another nudge that likely is another sign from the universe as well that they have heard and are helping. The universe knows I’m not joking that my soul is tired and knows my commitment to this path of service I have been on and I know I am not the only one.
It is a volatile time in the world as we shift into a whole new experience. Many will transition or renegotiate their contracts, as the suffering may be too much to handle or it simply is not what they contracted in to be part of. Others will need to be stronger than ever, as there will be the largest challenges to face and help support that take more than a personal perspective to be part of. Everything is bigger than “just” us, and yet each of us IS an integral and much needed part. The way we can aid this is to be mindful of each other’s sensitivities at this time and to be there with unconditional love and support for one another.
For me this current challenge and healing crises/opportunity is reminiscent of when I was so ill a few years ago without anyone around to help me and I admitted myself to the ER on my own, barely able to stand for more than 10 seconds, and it was a time I needed to surrender to the universe and others to help take care of me and not be the one doing it all myself (which was symbolic of the nurses being so kind and giving me IVs and for me to be able to just lay in a bed being nurtured into health. One can only do so much. And I know I have hit another breaking point again, which heralds great things to come.
A healing crises means time for change is imminent and necessary or that I actually am shifting tremendously since things get the worst before they turn around, while everything surfaces to integrate into the next level. It does not mean one must hit a crises, but it is not the sign of failure or something to judge in any way. It may seem we do things that go unnoticed and that many actually don’t know how much we give out in ways bigger than ourselves (even despite the human outbursts we have of emotional processes). I have pushed hard and I have come far on my own in intrinsically invaluable levels, of which I always remind myself to take stock of and be grateful for. I feel this is a time for receiving, reflecting, recharging, while much is percolating and coming into being from the work we have put into motion. There is more to do, but it will come through different means on all levels. Not the way we are used to, as long as we shift into new and freer ways of being.
I don’t know what the outcome looks like, but I know it will be dramatic and of the highest good what ever it is. Just felt like sharing for what it is worth. It always helps me to communicate things even if no one listens, which is why I often talk to myself. It helps me process and I know there are those who are hearing me and I have learned the value of vulnerability.
I know I’m far from your typical person, what ever that means. But I am who I am and who I am loves who you are – the authentic parts…the essence that I am able to really see, no matter the details people choose to focus on from time to time that divert us from seeing the core (details that are meant for integrating and opportunity for evolving) that aren’t the reality of us and are meaningless in the eyes of universality. They are the parts that keep people divided rather than united. Remember that even when I am challenged at accessing the real me, that core essence I am, always is loving the real you and that is the light that penetrates the darkest hours and illuminates once again. Let the love in your heart take the lead!

Complex Made Simple – If Dr. Seuss Studied Eckhart Tolle & A Course in Miracles
I’ve always felt that things don’t “have” to be complex or hard. It’s all in the way we choose to perceive things and the way we’ve been conditioned and taught to believe vs. what our natural essence and authenticity truly is. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to grasp the most important values and teachings the Universe has to offer. When we step out of our way and into our hearts, the answers are easy.
Everyone who “really” knows me, knows that I’m just a child at heart and often reference animated cartoons and silly, fun and simple examples to demonstrate complex ideas. I play, giggle, joke, constantly do crazy silly things and things that look or sound “foolish,” but it’s all in the eyes of vulnerable and creative self expression, to just be in the natural joy of me expressing the Universal Life Force Energy of exuberance. That is something many have sadly lost and it’s so important to rediscover and reintegrate into our lives. Having the so called “right” words and eloquence of speech and education doesn’t make the message expressed more valuable. If without heart, passion, joy, authenticity, integrity and courageous and creative vulnerability, the message is skewed and the value lost.

The Labyrinth of Life – Perspectives to Support Empowerment
Inspired by a friend who has been moving through some of the challenges that this Cancer Full Moon has presented, along with working through the integrating of important pieces that “the now” asks of us to do (especially the visionaries who will be showing up strong in the world at this time) I am sharing a few perspectives I did with her, at her suggestion.
She was curious (curiosity by the way is a very empowering and healthy first step, as it stops you from auto reaction and helps you to be present, step back, and to ask the questions that will lead to a conscious response instead) if she would have to fix a long-term challenge she has experienced with a family member in order to be able to move forward with her life and new things she is creating.
In essence, this is how I responded, which is the way I approach my own life, finding much success with it when I experience similar:
Yes, there is something there that does need to be addressed, integrated and processed in order to assist healing, but no, it does not control you, as that can be a way to sabotage yourself. To put so much power into something/someone outside of yourself is debilitating. It puts us in a perpetual victim role and gives our ego an excuse to feed its fears.
There are patterns there to address indeed, and to understand. Finding a way to step back non-judgmentally and with peaceful embrace, understanding the perfection of the roles being played out in the story of your chosen life. Recognizing and putting closure to patterns and how they emotionally affect you and why, seeing the triggers, and being present to recognize when and how they crop up and learn how to process and maneuver in a healthier and conscious way is key. We are conditioned from experience to quickly and rashly react without stepping back to ask the right questions to ourselves, nor to try to understand the dynamics and see through the other person’s eyes. Learning to unconditionally step outside, while simultaneously honoring what you and the other person ARE feeling presently, is something that takes practice.
When we use the word, “fix,” or say something needs to be “fixed” we are stating that something is in need of fixing and is wrong and this creates a judgment, which is part of polarity thinking – black/white, right/wrong. While something may be unproductive and non-responsible to persist and unhealthy, there are reasons and agreements that have brought these experiences into being in order to teach us things and provide the tools for our soul’s evolution that we chose. Those souls who present us the most challenge in our lives, are some of our greatest teachers presenting us opportunities for growth. So our challenges are the perfect ones we chose to set up for ourselves to teach what we desire most to learn in this life. We also have choice in how we choose to perceive and process what takes place, but this can more easily be done when we are more presently conscious with ourselves.
At any moment, we have the power to choose a different experience. We can learn to stop feeding the emotional addictions we all have and to nurture our authentic emotional well being and empowerment, realizing nothing has the power over us that we do not agree to give that power to. The instant we truly recognize this can create a powerful shift instantly and along with learning to shift your conditioned behaviors and relearn how to be more in your essence, will help move you into a new experience towards the life you want to create.
My feeling on “being healed” of something completely is this: I’m not certain that that we actually completely heal something. My sense is that we are constantly in process of becoming master of our ingenious souls and this involves learning how to integrate things, embrace them, and process them differently so they do not become perpetual issues that block us completely. We learn to flow more naturally with things and to peel the layers to our core authenticity while we journey through the cycles of life and discover new evolutionary opportunities that will continually arise in different forms and ways. Unconditionally seeing outside of polarity thinking and understanding a bigger picture of unlimitedness operating alongside this learned polarity is powerful. To see life as an opportunity, rather than a challenge, and challenges as gifts, gifts as keys…then we more easily flow through life’s doors with intuitive precision, rather than feel like we are searching in the dark, tripping, falling, hitting things…on our way to desperately find the doorknobs. When we learn how to process and integrate one thing, there will be something new…that is the labyrinth of life and evolution. And you choose the way you walk the path.
Cancer Full Moon – Rebirthing the You and the We in Harmony
We are approaching the first Full Moon of 2012 (Sunday, 1/8 at 11:30pm PST and Monday 1/9 at 2:30am EST/7:30am GMT) and instead of waiting until the actual day of the Full Moon, I thought it might be good to share info about the energies ahead of time, since the moon’s phases and cycles are felt in culmination and then peak, and even several days after. This way you can focus on and understand things unfolding in your life and how you can better empower yourself in the processing and integrating of energies. If you’ve set intentions on the New Moon then the Full Moon is a good time for releasing them out to Spirit, as it magnetizes their potentials. This is an ideal time for taking those courageous and exuberant steps forward on the path of action in support of something you’ve imagined. This “do it” action and mentality supports an idea into reality and the magic then begins.
This Full Moon in Cancer (The Great Mother) is an ideal time to activate the core soul origin within you in order to harmonize it with your cosmic divinity and birth it into form. It focuses on the energies in opposing partnership of the Sun in Capricorn and the Moon in Cancer, which focuses on the protective, structural, nurturing and creating energies – specifically highlighting the archetypes of father and mother – with impact on our emotional and social bodies and how they interrelate.
This is a time to look at our world environment and nurture, into development, a new way of being, which will have personal and collective effects. Important focus is on learning to be wise, discerning mother and father figures in our own lives – being present with timing on offering and allowing and understanding when and what to give most productively and with understanding of what is the most responsible thing to do with the highest good in mind. Learning to love your inner child and the child within us all unconditionally and with supportive encouragement to be all that you can be, while helping to develop tools and provide the tools and heart courage to step out and share your unique gifts with the collective, as is your divine destiny.
Realizing and nurturing the unique light of you, simultaneously understanding how you are an integral thread in the collective tapestry and your piece is much needed at this time more than ever, is the message of this Full Moon energy.
Ask yourself the important questions you may have been avoiding or overlooking. Look intuitively and heartfully into yourself to receive answers. How can you support yourself better, so you can provide the most authentic and productive help to others? Everything we do is not isolated to “me” mentality. We are all connected and realizing the collective unity and approaching everything from a position of “everything that I share and am, is for the highest good of all concerned, serving both my divine gifts and heart joys while adding to the collective pool of compassionate and loving creation of a new world,” is key. Are there matriarchal and patriarchal aspects that need healing and understanding within you so that you may realize your fullest potential and your contribution to the collective table?
This is a time for innovation and courageously bold moves in the direction of your heart’s joy in partnership with loving and compassionate service to the collective. A time for nurturing balance and integration while grounding our lives and focuses on this Earth for the highest good of all.
