Farewell For Now Sedona ~ Hello Spring

20160319_173409_resizedWe’re off to the Grand Canyon on this beautiful first day of Spring, soon to be settling in our home for the next few days.

Our time in Sedona has been more than I could have hoped for, as we immersed in the fullness of our experiences here – a perfect place to transition from Winter to Spring in literal and symbolic ways.

I’ve never felt more aligned with Nature than I do at this time in my life.20160320_064737_resized

I’m grateful we decided to spend two weeks here to not only take in a ton of Nature and the richness of potent energy, but to also allow enough time to assimilate the energy and have it take root.

20160319_172847_resized I’ve so enjoyed experiencing the first blossoms of Spring throughout the high desert here with pockets of little white, yellow, lilac, purple, orange, and coral flowers sprouting everywhere.20160320_064832_resized

Serenity, harmony, and clarity have been the guiding energies of my time here.

We’ve enjoyed our beautiful and peaceful spot we’ve called home for these two weeks. The ancient springs surrounding our resting ground have been another reclaiming of my ancient voice, not to mention all of the ancient energy we’ve experienced here in totality.

I’ve released things fully and am feeling the joy of new life and freedom with Spring’s dawning.

And to reiterate the messages I have received and am embracing, which I shared in my video “Embracing My Truth,” I pulled this card the next morning after I posted that video, which I’m sharing with its message below.20160319_083938_resized20160319_085241_resized

Yesterday was our last full day and we ended it with a bang doing what could be our favorite hike of our time here in Schnebly Hill.20160320_064710_resized

Everyday we listened to our inner guidance, as to what trails called to us and it ended up that this nine mile beauty, which was pretty epic in all of our opinions (we had friends – a couple – come join us for on our last Friday and Saturday here), came to be our celebratory closure with a big bang!

I thought I’d share all of the trails we did while in Sedona, in case any of you feel called to explore the area at some point, or try other trails you might not have yet. We haven’t even scratched the surface of trails available here, but we loved all the ones we did. You just can’t go wrong here.

So here’s a list, in the order we did them of the trails and areas, and below that, photos from our last farewell day in Sedona.

Our Days’ Inspired Hiking & Biking Trails We Did That Supported The Energy Needed:

  • Courthouse Rock Loop & half of Bell Rock (recommend climbing the round saucer looking rock by Courthouse, as well as Bell Rock if you can)
  • Boynton Canyon
  • Bell Rock & Phone Road – we did this on mountain bikes
  • Airport Loop & Vortex (be sure to climb Airport Rock for the views and energy there)
  • Fay Canyon, Chapel Rock & Airport Vortex for sunset
  • Devil’s Bridge by Dry Creek, Broken Arrow Pink Jeep Tour at Sunset – explored Submarine Rock, a sink hole, and behind the Elephant Buttes, Guardians & Madonna & Child
  • Oak Creek Canyon Vista Point – toward Flagstaff up Oak Creek Canyon
  • Bell Rock Loop full circle
  • West Fork in Oak Creek Canyon
  • Soldier Pass, Brims Mesa & Jordan Trails
  • Long Canyon, Aerie, Dawa Trails – we did this on mountain bikes
  • Ruins above Lo Lo Mai Springs RV Resort
  • Cathedral Rock – be sure to climb
  • Schnebly Hill – Munds, Hangover & Cow Pie Trails ending with Airport Vortex for last sunset20160319_185001_resized20160319_173205_resized20160319_173220_resized

Grateful for our time here and everything received. I will miss Sedona until next time….

Happy Spring Equinox to you all!!

Perhaps you might ponder this, as you welcome in new blossoming potential.

Where in your life can you let go of more to make way for the new?

The more you grasp and hold on, the less you can receive in.

Nothing new can penetrate your experience until you allow the door to fully close on the old.

Letting go doesn’t mean you don’t appreciate and love the experiences, nor does it mean you condone those you haven’t. It simply means you allow the energy to naturally flow through you without controlling it and stopping it from its nature.

It means you return to natural harmony, in reflection of that flow.20160319_173449_resized20160320_064502_resized20160319_173513_resized20160319_173532_resized20160319_173621_resized20160320_064806_resized20160320_064553_resized20160320_064615_resized20160320_063935_resized20160319_173132_resized

Continuing To Gratefully Receive Sedona’s Gifts

20160309_131706_resized

Since I may not blog again until next week, I thought I’d share a little update of things here at our mid-point of the two weeks we’re spending in Sedona right now.

Between very limited Wi-Fi, my focusing on my writing this week, and deepening into more embodiment of the transformations taking place here with me, this feels most aligned and nurturing.

A lot continues to release for me and become exquisitely clear, and for that I am truly grateful.

My parents came to visit this last Thursday and just left yesterday morning.20160311_180607_resized_2

We had a wonderful time connecting here in Sedona’s energy, sharing a lot, and nurturing major shifts for the four of us individually and collectively.

I even celebrated my 15 year anniversary of officially and legally changing my name on Saturday to Tania Marie (making my middle name my last name and aligning with myself fully), which felt so beautiful as a rebirthing while here, which is exactly what I first experienced when I lived here nearly 20 years ago.20160312_111005_resized

It was also the first time for my parents to return since they sold their house here in 2006, making it 10 years ago that that cycle ended and they were able to revisit things from a new perspective and experience their own expansion.

And it is nearly a perfect 19 year anniversary here shortly, that I lived here, as I moved with my parents to Sedona on March 26, 1997 and we’ll be leaving on March 20th.

I lived here for nearly 3 years at the time and my parents had their house here for nearly 10 years.

So lots of spiraling cycles we experienced.

While both my parents and I lived here there were many things we never did, since we were focused in a different way at the time with the energy. So for me, each time I’ve returned has been from a different perspective and the last two times have been about exploring all of the trails and vortexes I never did.

We have been doing a different hike or mountain biking trail every day while here and will continue so this week, heading off right after I post this actually, on today’s hike.

But my parents also got to do a couple of hikes, which was a first for them and it was fun holding my mom’s hand and assisting and guiding her up and down steep, rocky areas. I was really proud of them both, especially my mom, for welcoming the experience.

20160311_174903_resized_1We also for the very first time took a Pink Jeep tour, which we never did in all of these 20 years since first moving here. It’s like the most popular thing that visitors do here, but it took this trip for us to decide to try it.20160311_172518_resized_1

And we chose an amazing tour of Broken Arrow, which goes behind the Elephant Buttes, Chapel Rock, and Madonna and Child, on the opposite side of where we used to live.20160311_172732_resized

20160311_172826_resized20160311_173137_resizedSo it was really cool to get the back perspective we never saw, as well as visit Submarine Rock that we climbed out on, and a sink hole.20160311_180331_resized

Our guide, PJ, was also amazing and perfect being such a child at heart and a plethora of information. He played with us a bunch and indulged my loving all the crazy stunts he did with the jeep and making it the fun and wild ride I love. And a crazy ride it was going up and down steep rocks and a place called Devil’s steps. Weeeeeeeeeeee!20160311_175649_resized_1

We also were so fortunate to have an amazing sunset while we were on this tour.20160311_181250_resized

20160311_183402_resized20160311_183528_resized20160311_183701_resizedThere were just so many incredible things that have been aligning and gifting us. What a blessing!

Our guide, PJ, also took these two super fun photos of us with my cell camera, having us follow his instructions while we giggled, and put my phone on a mode I never knew I had!!

Here you see the four of us duplicated, which was done by us running in circles at his command of calling out our numbers.20160311_180812_resized

And here you see a super symbolic photo that I love…where he wanted me to play two parts of myself…the innocent, sweet child, and the mischievous, darker side.20160311_181001_resized

I love how it turned out, as it is the light and the shadow within, integrated.

And even nature was reflecting this, as there is light on the rocks behind the innocent me and the rocks are in the shadow behind the darker me. LOL!! This is so powerful. And we all had a good laugh at these photos!

We packed a lot in, in the few days they were here and of course they also got to visit our RV park and visit with the fur babies a bunch.

Dave had to fly back to LA to be interviewed and filmed for another upcoming documentary film while they were here, so that provided a full day and a half for me to visit with mom and dad just the three of us.

We had a lot of fun and being that I won’t see them for a long time again, until/unless they come out to visit us again at one of our destinations we will be at, it was really nice to have this time with them in a place so special for us.

20160312_144103_resizedWe enjoyed the day exploring, including a drive up the canyon and checking out the Indian artistry.

We each purchased some Navajo Indian jewelry from the outdoor markets where they sell their handwork at. Both of my parents got a turquoise ring – my dad got a “Sleeping Beauty” turquoise, which comes only from this area that he has had a huge shift from his connection with the stone and how he said it draws him into the cosmos within him.

My mom gifted me a beautiful aqua agate pendant with two silver spirals on it that I love. The spirals mirroring all of the ancient symbolism I’ve been seeing at the Intaglios and Petroglyphs.

And I purchased a simple copper ring with bear and bear paw symbols all around it because along with sea turtles that keep showing up, bears are too in my dreams and visions.

I had a recent dream of me with a brown bear where it was so drawn to me, playing with me, and not wanting to be away from me. A change from the black bears I was interacting with, moving into the grizzly bears….so that seems significant and integrating parts within myself in a dancing partnership. I love the symbolism of bear and the strength they impart. So the ring signifies the strength I’ll be supported in having for the next leg of my new journey.

My parents got to connect with all of our babies, as I mentioned, and this time I wanted to document the connecting for them, as you never know what time may bring and how much there is remaining.20160312_095139_resized_2

20160312_094727_resized_2I know my mom will cherish having these photos because of how much she adores them and will miss them.20160314_101859_resized_2

20160314_102138_resized_2It’s so fun to see dad with them too and how much our male cat, Boojum loves my dad, always jumping in his lap and purring as loudly as a panther.20160312_094650_resized_2

I also got to spend Sunday morning with my dear and special friend Dawn of Reiki Dawn, which was extremely cherished by us both. We shared a meal I prepared of vegan tofu scramble that had a Mexican flare to it with toast and blackberry jam, trying out a new Tahitian vanilla hazelnut tea I’d just picked up.

We both felt like we were in a time warp that extended time, as our two hours felt so much longer together and indeed was activating and reiterating for us both in sharing so many similarities we were experiencing and feeling for what is to come.

It was wonderful to have her meet the babies too and get to hold Cosmo. Joy and Cosmo have been connecting with Dawn for some time and so it was very sweet to have them engage together in person. Dawn shared that upon leaving she felt like she’d received an energetic upgrade….oh those Reiki Master Teacher Power House Bunnies at work!!

Dawn came to see why we nick-named Joy, Tiny, and Cosmo, Tiny Tim. She said that it’s incredible how tiny they are, but have such big energies. I said, “I know”…thinking of Nestor and how it was the same with her. It’s amazing how they get into those little, fragile bodies with such a huge presence.

Another very cool synchronicity was that we both exchanged gifts that were meaningful and synchronous to us each and the card that Dawn gave me had a large swallowtail butterfly on it.

That became significant because later that day we went hiking at Bell Rock, making a loop around the entire rock with my parents when Dave arrived back from LA.

And on our hike a huge swallowtail flew through us and later that evening we went to a pretty amazing restaurant called Mariposa (butterfly) where there was butterfly symbolism everywhere, as well as this swallowtail out front to take a photo with.

I couldn’t resist, as this was all so symbolic for me in a huge way.

For all of us, being our last meal together to celebrate before my parents left, it was symbolic of the transformations that took place.

And for me, it echoed what first took place for me in Sedona 20 years ago.

Butterflies were huge for me and showed up everywhere I turned. Several years before moving to Sedona I’d received that the butterfly was the symbol for my path in life.

And because of the huge transformation I went through while living in Sedona and the butterfly medicine all around me, I got my very first tattoo to mark this meaning in my life while living there.

So my first tattoo was done in Sedona, and was a butterfly.

And now this photo revealing the butterfly me emerging. LOL!

20160313_213826

On our hike that same day we were connecting a lot with Cosmic energies in our discussions and what was being revealed to us in the rocks as well, including this dimensional looking stargate rock and the one below that was like a giant skull that at the right end had the head and face of a Native Indian human and on the left end had the head and face of an extraterrestrial, both connected by an elongated skull – human and cosmic integrated.20160313_154241_resized

20160313_154257_resizedNo one else was on the path we took, which was not as well traveled since most people go to the other side of Bell Rock.

But on this path we came to a natural altar rock that had fallen from Bell and this became the place we created a crystal grid and then each stood at the four directions and asked Great Spirit to assist us with releasing everything and walking through a new door of experience, placing our aspirations into the grid.20160313_154057_resized

Very beautiful and powerful to share with us all together and it really anchored the energy of our time here that was also very full circle for my parents who got to revisit our old house and see how much the trees have grown, nearly hiding it from view now, and how much Sedona has changed since we lived here.

We visited the Chapel at Chapel Rock where I used to walk to as my only connection to the outside world while I lived here, to take in the energies there. I used to wave at my mom when I got to the top at the Chapel. She would wait for me to get up there from the balcony of our house where we could see each other. 🙂

20160310_170132_resizedAnd we lit a candle…one for each couple…making it there just two minutes before they closed the doors.20160310_170057_resized

To top it off, I gifted my parents a reading while they were here, just like we had just before they arrived, which was also very powerful for them and they truly enjoyed.

So, there was a lot of things experienced that were all very nurturing and supportive to each of us and all of us as a whole as well.

And even though my brother wasn’t here, he was here in spirit, as we included him in our crystal grid activation with a self-healed crystal my mom got for him to bring back with the energies imbued within it.

I’ve loved our first week here so far and now we have another week remaining to keep integrating, shifting, and embodying more.

I sense, like with my parents leaving, that it will be bitter sweet to leave Sedona, but who knows what awaits us.

We have started to look at houses and land while here to see what calls us for when we land at the closure of our adventure.

Yet the journey urges us on, as a big part of the reason for this adventure is to move the energy in our lives literally, while we explore, play, channel the new, and allow the energies to guide us to our next home when this journey feels complete.20160310_173834_resized_1

I sense some more announcements may come after this week so stay tuned, as I’ll stay tuned in with the energies to see what that is.

Lots of love to you!

Willow Lake Ruins, Enchanted Canyon Petroglyphs & A Sweet Farewell to Prescott

Yesterday we decided to explore the Willow Lake area, which is also within the vicinity of the Granite Dells in Prescott.

Having spent the previous day at Watson Lake, I was curious to see the difference, if any, in the energy there.

And indeed there was. I could sense it right away and even the landscape had a variance to it.20160305_123545_resized.jpg

Part of the difference may have something to do with the area around it being more developed and homesteads across the way on the south also within view.

But there also seemed to just be a different energy that wasn’t as inviting to me. The lake itself didn’t seem as pristinely kept and even the RV within walking distance from it felt different.

For not knowing the area, I felt again we were always being guided to the area that would be most supportive for us, as we really liked the energy of the park we were in and that it was within walking distance from Watson Lake.

Regardless, there was still beauty there, ancient history and energy.

That is what drew us to check out, knowing there were some ruins to explore here.

20160305_114424_resized.jpgAnd so it was a day of retracing ancient footsteps….first exploring the significant archaeological site of the remains of village ruins that were occupied A.D. 900 to 1100 on the north shore of now Willow Lake.

20160305_114541_resized.jpgRight before stepping into the ramadas that protect the ruins, we found a gorgeous giant moth (like 4-5 inches) right outside like an ancient guardian. Neither of us had ever seen a moth so huge! And it was really beautiful in coloring, as well as had this very thick soft looking body with feather-like antennae. Prehistoric indeed.

After connecting with moth we entered the ruins.

20160305_115007_resized.jpg20160305_115304_resized.jpgThese are called pit houses because they are built down into the ground and the holes you see include holes for the poles that were for roof and floor support, storage, and fire pits. They apparently were inhabited first and then later turned solely to storage houses, but while inhabited they built wooden platform floors over the ground so that they could use the underneath part for storage (creating a basement-like effect).20160305_115310_resized.jpg20160305_115358_resized.jpg

It’s unclear why the inhabitants left, but that the settlement declined gradually, perhaps due to changing climate, drought, and other environmental changes.

20160305_114723_resized.jpgIt’s very interesting to read the information at the sites, which I included a little bit here for you.20160305_115529_resized.jpg20160305_115815_resized.jpg

We just made it in time to view the ruins as they are only open on Saturday from 10am – 12pm and after we left they were closed off.

We then hiked around the lake just a bit to explore the terrain, discovering some different cactus, including these sweet snowflake looking ones.20160305_121554_resized.jpg20160305_122530_resized20160305_122714_resized.jpg20160305_123645_resized.jpg

And then enjoyed our picnic lunch I packed by the site of the ruins under a ramada.

Then we continued our day of ancient discoveries by driving to find the petroglyphs we had seen on a map when we first arrived to the area.20160305_135248_resized.jpg

They are in an inconspicuous place you wouldn’t know to look unless you specifically were trying to find them, as a whole development has been built upon around it with homes, leaving the petroglyph area smack in the middle with a hiking trail around it.20160305_135302_resized.jpg

After finding the site we climbed the rocks to view what are known as some of the most treasured petroglyphs and American Indian remains.20160305_135345_resized.jpg

These Indian Rock Petroglyphs in the Enchanted Canyon subdivision contain over 100 petroglyph elements including etched names and dates of early visitors from the 1800’s and early 1900’s.20160305_135553_resized.jpg

They were very cool indeed and the most detailed I’d ever seen, but the more involved ones you did have to climb up higher to be able to see.20160305_135946_resized.jpg20160305_135954_resized.jpg20160305_135957_resized.jpg

After I’d climbed down, Dave continued exploring the rocks to see what else he could find, as I decided to take the other path of the trail to see where it would lead.

I went a little ways and felt I’d gone as far as I wanted and got ready to turn back when I looked down and what do you know….once again I discover a heart rock in my path.20160305_141405_resized.jpg

Loving the ancient energy and where this journey is taking us, integrating the old with the new, and deepening into our embodiment as human beings.

After coming back for a shower and to give Cosmo a bath, we decided to head into the town square of Prescott. I hadn’t been there for years. We explored some of the galleries, including the coop galleries there, and one crystal/metaphysical store where we picked up some incense including one called “Fairy Dreams”.

And then decided on pizza for dinner where we discovered they just so happened to have vegan cheese and next door a shop that had vegan chocolate chip cookies. 🙂

Our waiter was a young guy no more than 20 and it happened to be a particularly stressful night for him, which he kept apologizing for. He was handling big orders and a lot of tables, told us about one woman who had her dinner and then told him she had no money and asked him to pay for it, and so on. I could feel his stress and we of course were in no rush so made it easy for him.

There ended up being a mix up with our pizza, which took longer and they ended up giving it to us free. And in the end, as we were walking by him to leave the guy said in passing how sorry he was, AGAIN, telling me it would be better next time he promised and that he has “served me before.”

As we got outside I told Dave what he said and he said, yeah, he must be talking about another lifetime in which he “served” you, as he laughed and I laughed hearing that from him, as we both knew it was not in this life, since I’d never seen him before or eaten there.

We then enjoyed the movie, “Zootopia,” which is such a cute movie about a female bunny who decides she can be anything and becomes the first bunny cop in Zootopia, ending up changing the world for the animals.

In one of the galleries in town I’d been taken by a sculpture of a jack rabbit and wouldn’t you know that when we pulled up back to our RV park, a little cotton tail bunny ran in front of the car.

There has been a lot of rabbit energy here.

And so we ended our evening and time here in Prescott on a sweet note.

It has been a lovely few days and great finding a Whole Foods we stocked up at. Dave was especially excited to find vegan donuts there.

There’s also a Trader Joe’s and Natural Grocers market here. So it’s an easy place to find some good food if you’re traveling through.

20160305_165649_resized.jpgThe whole city was in bloom and I was loving the white and pink blossoms on the dogwood trees so much.

I snapped a photo of the white blossoms against the blue sky of day and the pink blossoms against the dark night sky.

I love flowering trees so much! It reiterated that when we settle down into a home again down the road, I will definitely have some on the land. Pure magick they are!

20160305_205908_resized.jpg

Today we leave the area and head off to the Sedona area where we’ll be for the next two weeks. Very much looking forward to that, as it is always significant to return there at specific times.

Exploring Watson Lake in the Granite Dells

As you know we’ve finally moved out of California and are now in Arizona since Thursday and will be here through the 24th of the month before moving on to Utah.20160303_141051_resized.jpg

For now, I’m really enjoying the change of energy and our first stop has been a wonderful way to kick things off here, not to mention a surprising gift.

We just took out the map and chose a spot based on length of drive from where we were and natural landscapes that looked interesting to explore.

The RV park we landed out turned out to be really cool situated in Prescott Granite Dells right by two lakes – Watson Lake and Willow Lake, which are both man-mad reservoirs situated in 1.4 billion years old exposed bedrock and large boulders of granite known as Granite Dells.

Even the RV park here (Point of Rocks Campground) is so cool with the same beautiful rock formations all around and that you drive through passageways of to get to your site.

Here are the front and back yard views we have….we can basically climb on rocks right from our Magick Bus.20160303_174344_resized20160303_174132_resized20160303_174154_resized.jpg20160303_174212_resized.jpg

There’s a little passage through the trees up the rock behind us….and of course wouldn’t you know right across from our door step when we arrived, I found this heart rock welcoming us.20160303_174255_resized.jpg

Yesterday we set off to explore Watson lake, which we are able to hike too, also, directly from the RV park – very cool and convenient!

The trail that leads there is just two minutes from our site and within about five minutes you get your first view of the stunning lake landscape.watson lake.jpgwatson lake3.jpg

So, yeah, basically our home is surrounded by these ancient rocks and indeed I’ve been dreaming a lot.

Rather than share too much I’ll briefly say this and a short story of an experience I had, then let you take in the energy through the photos of yesterday’s stunning hike.

We came across a lot of animals on the hike include many lizards, a beautiful peachy tan rabbit that was only feet away just peering in our eyes for two minutes (I of course was so mesmerized I decided on a photo, as he decided to show me his cute butt and tail), a variety of water birds, and amazing natural rock sculptures that included more hearts, guardians, pyramids, a nestled swan-like sculpture, an alligator/dinosaur, and even an E.T. rock. There was also an area below the dam that we hiked to that had a lot of mystical and Faery magick amidst the trickling water under the trees from the dam run off.

But it was lizard that I wanted to share a brief experience about. As mentioned, lizard energy was strong and there was one point where we veered off the trail and were doing some free climbing and decided to go up to see the lake view from a different perspective.

I got to a point where I felt like it was best to stay where I was, as I honor when I start to feel uncomfortable without pushing myself. So I told Dave to finish the last leg on his own and bring back photos. I stayed with the rocks, but wasn’t alone for long.

The next thing I know, the minute he leaves, this lizard comes out from the rocks and sits directly in front and above my head peering down at me. He stays with me the whole time and doesn’t move, as I talk to him telepathically and close my eyes to receive anything he wants to impart. I then open my eyes and he slowly lifts his tail, curving it from the base of his body to a third way down his tail. I wonder what he is doing.

Then I giggle when I next find out. He poops!

After doing so he lowers his tail again and sits with me.

I had never seen this before and immediately got that he was telling me to release anything and everything old and unnecessary to carry with me anymore to the rocks and the Earth. To let it all go with ease and then to receive Earth’s nourishment and recharge, as she transmutes the energy for me.

And so I did…standing with my feet solid and my hands touching the rocks at my sides, as I was in a little crevice platform.

I had worked with lizard energy before and did a post on it that shares just what took place between us yesterday in my blog: Lizard Medicine ~ Trust, Detach, Let Go & Move Into Immediate Change With Confidence

What a gift to understand how we can receive messages instantly for our evolution if we are present and open.

I then realized that where I stopped and right directly below the lizard was an etched heart in the rocks. Wow.watson lake30.jpg

Thank you lizard and beautiful Terra Mother.

Food Is Even More Fun On The Road

Well, everything so far seems to be so!

Fun that is.

Every day offers something new, but it’s like doing it all in this tiny mobile Faery house where it feels like Christmas morning every day.

Oh the novelty of life in the Magick Bus!

But as the title shares, there’s just something about spending nearly all your time outdoors that makes feasting and creating food even more fun, as you are inspired by your surroundings and connecting deeper with your own nature within…nourishing yourself with fresh goodness comes naturally.

A few nights ago we enjoyed grilling onions and portabellos on our portable fire pit and made soft tacos filled with guacamole and chipotle salsa that we also warmed and lightly grilled, melting a dash of vegan cheese on them. We then shared them with our tummies around a fire.

Food is always about what we’re feeling and what feels to be most supportive to the energy and the environment/experience of the day and moment.

So the other day it felt like a grounding but refreshing day. So we enjoyed a salad of baby romaine, arugula, carrots, and lightly breaded sweet potatoes and tempeh first marinated in a BBQ tamari blend with vegan ranch and ground pepper for lunch outdoors.

20160301_133420_resized.jpg

I then two days ago felt it was a Sun Oven day and so I was inspired to make coconut rice on the Colorado River.

There were a few eyes wondering what the heck I was doing, but wow best rice ever! As all things are in the Sun Oven.

It was the fluffiest, most moist and flavorful yet!rice

I used 1 1/2 cups of eco-farmed whole grain rice, 2 cups water, 1 cup coconut milk, and some Himalayan salt to taste, then put in my pot in the sun oven and voila! Not sure if it took 2 hours or 2 hours 45 mins as I didn’t check constantly since you can’t burn or overcook. I just went out to align the sun although can still cook without that, just takes longer but easy as you can go about other things as it cooks.

The temperature inside the oven got to about 335 degrees in the sun.

I then made a curry dish to go with my coconut rice. However, I could have just eaten the rice as a meal, it was so good!

While on the Colorado River last week I was also inspired to make different fruit bowls each day in place of my usual smoothie creation.

So we enjoyed bowls of sunshine over-looking the Colorado River each day there.

One day I put together a refreshing fruity delight of pineapple, mango, raspberries, and apple sprinkled with coconut, cacao nibs, goji berries, and fresh squeezed orange juice drizzled over, as you see here.

20160229_091710_resized

Another day it was banana, plum, orange, and mango cut up with coconut and cacao nibs.

And each day a new combo inspired by what I felt in the moment, as I love making every day special.

My mini traveling garden also really perked up some more while on the River and I cut a fresh bouquet of mint from it. Mint is revitalizing, refreshing, and carries wisdom and virtue. It is my favorite aromatherapy for invigoration and renewal (peppermint to be precise).20160301_103804_resized.jpg

I used some fresh in the curry dish and the rest I dried to use for my tea, in smoothies, and as an infusion to my vegan chocolate mousse pie I’m going to make today, as Dave missed out on it when I made it for the Private Immersive Retreat in Pine Grove.

I’ve made a ton of yummy and fun creations every day since we’ve been living in the RV and a lot of it enjoyed outdoors or cozyed up inside.

I checked in with another friend who is traveling and living in an RV with her husband (they started just a few months before us and are vegan too) and she reiterated the same saying, “I so agree! I’ve never enjoyed cooking or preparing food as much as I do now! I look forward to it.”

I’ve always enjoyed cooking, although haven’t always had the time I would have liked to really explore more creativity, except now and then. So I’ve learned to create quick and easy creative dishes, which are still amazing.

Extravagant doesn’t mean better.

Simple and made with love seems to be the ticket and mirrors Nature’s simplicity.

But now that I have shifted gears and created a life where I have more time and the pace is all about slow and steady, in the moment, presence, peace, patience, and breathing it all in, I am getting back into trying more new things (still keeping it easy, but adventurous to match our lifestyle) and look forward to enjoying it in the great outdoors.

You don’t have to live in an RV to create and enjoy easy, nourishing food for the soul.

You can make every day special too, where ever you are, letting your heart guide you.

You’d be surprised as to how your intuitive senses would create deliciousness if you allowed it the freedom to explore.

But I do highly recommend enjoying some meals outdoors whether on your balcony, patio, backyard, packing up a picnic to take to the park, beach, or mountains….It will truly enhance the experience and bring you closer to Nature and to yourself.

Nature just makes everything more fun and taste even better!!

RV Journey Updates for Soul Friends & Clients

We are finally at closure in California, as tomorrow we head off and won’t be returning for an unforeseen time.

Seems like it took a while, but all of the journey is necessary and has been perfect to what was needed. I’ve learned not to rush things in order to flow with divine alignment.

So, unless there’s business or an event we need to be a part of, in which case we’d fly in, we’re heading out of Blythe, CA in the AM and off to Arizona.

The first portion of our RV living has been focused on settling into the new life changes, waiting for all things to align and release us into total freedom, grounding the new, assimilating the changes, doing upgrades and work on the RV, and family events that were scheduled last year.

So although we have been living in the RV since October 13th, traveled up the coast of California, and ventured in the Reno/Tahoe area, we officially headed out, once and for all, of our starting point in Orange County on my birthday this past Friday, 2/26.

First taking us to Palm Desert for the weekend and then on the Colorado River in Blythe since then.

I’ve been sharing the journey on my blog here, providing insight to this way of life and sharing all of the experiences, insights, and changes that take place for me along the way, as I know the power of mirroring reflection and how we are all collectively connected.

This has also been a way for me to let friends who may want to connect while I’m in your area, know when I’m traveling through.

And for those of you who have been, and may be, interested in setting up a Private Immersive Retreat while I’m nearby or in an area that calls to you, I’m also providing these updates as quickly as I know them so that that can be arranged. I do need to know these somewhat in advance to ensure I have availability and can get the needed things in order to accommodate you most supportively.

My schedule fills up pretty quickly with personal projects, my own explorations and personal needs, and visitations with people, so I can only do my best to synchronize dates, but which is why if you have this desire to experience a private retreat with me, please let me know ahead. I trust always these will align if and when important.

Here is more detailed info on that: Private Immersive Retreats

We now have a greater vision of our path, although this will fluctuate a little due to following inner guidance, weather, and unforeseens.

Since my March newsletter I put out a couple of days ago we’ve shifted a couple of days around and added to it a bit. Here is our current schedule for the next month:

Leaving Blythe, CA tomorrow 3/3 and heading to AZ

Prescott Granite Dells, AZ (about 4 miles from Prescott) – 3/3 – 3/6

Sedona, AZ – 3/6 – 3/20

Grand Canyon, AZ – 3/20 – 3/23

Marble Canyon, AZ – 3/23 – 3/24

Zion National Park, UT 3/24 – 3/27

Bryce National Park, UT 3/27 – 3/30

Capitol Reef National Park, UT – 3/30 – ? to be scheduled

Canyon Lands National Park, UT – to be scheduled

A Couple of Quick Reminders:

I am only available on a very limited basis for Intuitive Guidance/Spiritual Coaching Sessions and Private Immersive Retreats – all subject to changing if the energy guides me as such.

All other services are on hiatus while I focus on my creative projects and self nurturing. If you desire training in Reiki or more, this is only available as a Private Retreat at this time.

Free video and blog inspirations continue to channel through and there will be more developments with the videos to come, as I delve deeper into my own origins, continue with new creative projects, and future inspired offerings.

Blythe Intaglios ~ A Journey Deeper Into Origins & a Message of Hope

Yesterday just before sunset we got to visit the Blythe Intaglios, which just happened to be only 15 minutes away from where we’re currently grounded on the Colorado River.

I had no idea that they were here and now it all comes together why we ended up being directed to this location, as at first we were headed to Lake Havasu, but when we discovered how packed it was right now and places were mostly booked, we decided that the Spring Break crowd wasn’t our thing and opted for something more peaceful.

That is what we’ve found here in Blythe on the river.

I’d heard mention of really spectacular geoglyphs in America in the past, but it didn’t register where they were until we got here.

These are giant, prehistoric and mysterious geoglyphs in the Colorado Desert often called America’s Nazca Lines – referring to the ancient geoglyphs in Peru. Their origin and age is still unknown, although thought they could be 2000 years old.intaglio.jpg

When I registered in the office there was a magazine on the counter the manager said I could take when she saw me flipping through it.

When I got it back to the RV I opened right up to a page talking about the Intaglios and we looked it up discovering how close we were.

So, we immediately knew we would be going there and that happened yesterday.

We left a little after 4pm and got there just before 4:30pm, leaving us about an hour of sunlight before the sun set behind the mountain range.

It was desolate and quiet. Not a soul around, which made it even more sacred.

The area they are located in is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but no one but us were there.

It isn’t marked with any huge sign post, just a little muted sign off the side of the road you’d have to be looking for that said “Blythe Intaglios” leading to a dirt road that turns into quite a rocky dirt road and continues far back in.

We went a good ways in, but decided that we should turn around to the two locations we drove past (which we did to take in the scope of things before exploring) in order to be able to see the geoglyphs before the sun disappeared.

So we turned around from this beautiful location out in the desert surrounded by mountain ranges where I got out to feel the energy of the area briefly.desert

We then stopped at the first sign to get out. Cars are not allowed except on the tire marked trail, in order to preserve the area. There are wood fences where you park with a little zig zag entrance you walk through and then takes you up to the metal fenced area for viewing.

This is all done for their protection and preservation, as over the years before they had been fenced off, vehicles had driven through the area. You can actually see the tire marks from aerial photographs of where this has occurred.

Anyway, we made our way up to the first fenced area. I had a surge of energy rushing through me of excitement.human figure 1

It was such a beautiful time of day…nobody there, gentle breeze, soft glow from the setting sun, and warm colors on the desert floor.

And there it was…the first of these giant geoglyphs that was in the form of a human figure, or as some believe it may be “the Creator”.first geoglyph.jpgfirst geoglyph2.jpgfirst geoglyph3

(Okay, brief pause to mention that while I’ve been writing this two things have taken place. My good friend Lynne sends me a message about Gaia, my tortoise, and a video she took several years ago of her saying she was coming to her today for some reason. I told her that’s synchronous, as she came to me yesterday at the site of the Intaglios. Right after she shows me a photo of a piece of bark from a tree on the ground where she’s visiting right now in Lake Tahoe, my beloved home, in the shape of a turtle. We both feel this is a message from her connected to my experience yesterday. Lynne has no idea what I’ll be writing yet and as to why this is significant. You’ll see what I mean soon.

And then, while this is going on and I just finish writing above about the gentle breeze in the desert and the human form or “Creator”, I receive three phone calls one after another on my cell phone from a number I’m not familiar with in Nevada. So I don’t answer, but each time a voicemail is left. The first time all I hear is the sound of wind. The second time wind again, but then a man’s voice in another language I can’t make out that is muffled, but briefly repeating a short word or phrase three times in what sounds ancient. Then is cut off with wind. And the third time more wind and a what seems like a woman and I catch something like “this is happening”. And then no more calls.)

While at this first site that we circled around to see at different angles, I felt called to look for some rocks on the ground and found several I was guided to bring back with me. Dave then went to one end of the geoglyph while I sat with my back to the fence, supporting me, facing the direction that the figure faces.

This photo below was taken by Dave without my knowing, while I sat softly tuning in against the fence. You can see just how big these figures are by my tiny size…or was it that I shrunk into Faery mode?

20160301_165204

I just closed my eyes, took a few breaths and waited to see if anything would come through. I usually get visions of things and that is exactly what happened.

The first vision that came through was of an ancient, indigenous looking man, but his origins unknown. He was wearing a headdress and like I’ve seen sometimes in visions of an animal being part of the headdress, this was true in this vision, although I’d never seen this animal in a piece like this. And the animal was alive, not a head piece as part of decoration.

And that’s where the above side-note comes into context.

It was a turtle.

You’d have thought it would be a tortoise, being in the desert, but it was actually a sea turtle head with large dark and deep eyes.

The sea turtle image of this amazing ancient face is still very clear for me.

I began to wonder about this area at one time being covered in ocean water or surrounded by it. Or, if the people who came here were from another region by the ocean who created these geoglyphs. Or, if this was pointing to ancient origins in general and Gaia, my tortoise was guiding the way, as she once was a giant sea turtle in a life we shared long ago and works so closely with the core energies of Earth.

In a post I wrote several years ago, I shared the connection with the name Gaia, turtles, Earth, and these origins.

You can read the full article here: Gaia ~ Earth Mother and Turtle? Ancient Wisdom for Conscious Living

Here is an excerpt from it that feels connective to my vision and feelings from it:

“Far too coincidental and divinely synchronous, turtles are the most ancient, vertebrate creatures that also possess Gaia’s wisdom and mother energy and through such, have much to impart. Many ancient myths, such as those of the Indigenous North Americans, describe the world as resting on the turtle’s back and many still refer to North America as Turtle Island.

This is illustrated by their creation legends that tell of a time when Earth was covered by water and Turtle dove to the ocean’s depths to bring forth Earth on its back so the people could have a safe, dry home.”

Interesting I am looking at a figure some feel is “the Creator” and the ancient indigenous man with turtle upon his headdress shows up immediately.

Wikipedia shares:

“The name Turtle Island is used today by many Native tribes, Native rights activists, and environmental activists, especially since the 1970s when the term came into wider usage. In a later essay, published in At Home on the Earth, Gary Snyder claimed this title as a term referring to North America that synthesizes both indigenous and colonizer cultures by translating the indigenous name into the colonizer’s languages (the Spanish “Isla Tortuga” being proposed as a name as well). Snyder argues that understanding North America under the name of Turtle Island will help shift conceptions of the continent.”

Many Native tribes each have their origin stories that revolve around stories of the “Great Turtle,” how the Earth grew from dirt gathered on the back of a turtle, etc.

Regardless of the exact meaning to this vision, it simply feels to be a connection to our “origins,” which has been my focus lately on integrating and remembering.

These ancients are supporting the work being integrated and I imagine that this is deep knowledge and wisdom being processed and integrated through calling up this remembrance.

The rest will reveal itself when needed, or simply has been activated with my DNA as I retrace and retrieve parts of myself and our ancient origins collectively.

The phone messages through the wind and ancient voice felt to be reiterating this information that was accessed at the portal in this area yesterday.

A doorway has been opened and I imagine more ancients will be channeling through as I continue this RV journey that is much more than simply traveling about for leisure, as you likely surmised. I think most of you who know me would realize that following my heart is always deeply soul-connected with something simultaneously enriching on deep layers that is part of a return to collective consciousness, mySelf, and All That Is.

Anyway, I then had a vision after this first one of another indigenous man on a white horse and this time feeling some kind of big cat energy. Perhaps connected with the next geoglyph site we went to, as the animal figure some say could be connected to a mountain lion that changes into a person and helps the Creator create the Earth. Some also think it could be a horse, but that would date it much younger if then a horse and that’s not my take on the energy.

The white horse in my vision felt symbolic of spirit and not an actual living animal…perhaps that pure energy like that of a unicorn that embodies a gateway to the other realms.

The vision then changed into an indigenous woman, only seen from the back. Was this the woman’s voice in my voicemail? Was she an aspect of me, which I felt a connection through? Or was she the The White Buffalo Calf Woman I’ll post info on below?

The woman was cloaked all in white with a white hide that felt to be white buffalo. Again symbolic.

I found this information that feels totally connected – the original link no longer works, which included a video on the White Buffalo legend, but this is the info retrieved from it at the time:

The Legend & Importance of the White Buffalo

“To Native Americans, the Bison or American Buffalo was a symbol of sacred life and abundance. This importance and symbolism was created from legend:

One summer a long time ago, the seven sacred council fires of the Lakota Sioux came together and camped. The sun was strong and the people were starving for there was no game. Two young men went out to hunt in the Black Hills of South Dakota.

Along the way, a beautiful young woman dressed in white appeared to the warriors and said, “Return to your people and tell them I am coming.” This holy woman presented the Lakota people with the sacred pipe which showed how all things were connected. She taught the Lakota people the mysteries of the earth. She taught them to pray and follow the proper path while on earth. As the woman left the tribe, she rolled upon the earth four times, changing color each time, and finally turning into a white buffalo calf. Then she disappeared. Almost at the same time as her leaving, great herds of buffalo could be seen surrounding the camps. It is said that after that day, the Lakota honored their pipe, and buffalo were plentiful.

This story of the White Buffalo Calf Woman has immense importance to the Lakota and many other tribes. As John Lame Deer, a spiritual leader says, “A white buffalo is the most sacred living thing you could ever encounter.” The changing colors—like some white buffalo do as they age—have significance, too, which must be interpreted by a holy man.

The American Buffalo or Bison is a symbol of abundance and manifestation. The lesson learned by the Lakota is that one does not have to struggle to survive. This is especially true if the right action is joined by the right prayer. By learning to appropriately unite the mundane with the divine, all that will be needed will be provided.

The Native Americans see the birth of a white buffalo calf as the most significant of prophetic signs, equivalent to the weeping statues, bleeding icons, and crosses of light that are becoming prevalent within the Christian churches today. Where the Christian faithful who visit these signs see them as a renewal of God’s ongoing relationship with humanity, so do the Native Americans see the white buffalo calf as the sign to begin life’s sacred hoop.

“The arrival of the white buffalo is like the second coming of Christ,” says Floyd Hand Looks For Buffalo, an Oglala Medicine Man from Pine Ridge, South Dakota. “It will bring about purity of mind, body, and spirit and unify all nations—black, red, yellow, and white.” He sees the birth of a white calf as an omen because they happen in the most unexpected places and often among the poorest people in the nation. The birth of the sacred white buffalo provides those within the Native American community with a sense of hope and an indication that good times are to come.

The telling of a story from one culture to another is complex; without living in the culture, we miss much of the story’s significance. However, it can still have meaning for us if we take the time to learn about the philosophy of the culture from which it came, perhaps meditating or reflecting on its place in our own lives.”

Back to my last voicemail with the woman’s voice, “this is happening,” creates more body chills through me than I already had with all that was unfolding this morning, in light of the above message.

A message of hope.

The last vision I had was of an extraterrestrial being handing something to an indigenous figure. Or at least both hands were reaching toward one another, so it may have just been a communion and transferring of information and connection and not literally a “thing” being transferred, but energy.

This of course indicates, since these geoglyphs are so large and can only be seen in fullness from the sky, that they are intended for reasons more than just Earthly, but also connecting the Cosmos and us to realize our star origins that unite and empower us in integrating and activating the wisdom deep within us.

We then got back in the car and went to the second location we had first seen on our way in. Here there were two sites fenced off to explore.human figure2.jpg

The first, another human looking figure, this time seemingly male as it has a phallus between its legs….or is this indicating a deeper energy associated with the divine male and does this indicate the other being female then? So many questions only answered by going within and retrieving the knowledge stored there.second geoglyph

The second was of a spiral symbol and an animal figure.animal figure and spiral.jpg

Again, no one knows for sure what kind of animal, and some believe the spiral could be a coiled snake, which has it’s own implications of kundalini or life force energy.third geoglyph.jpgthird geoglyph2.jpgthird geoglyph3.jpgthird geoglyph4third geoglyph5.jpg

At these sites I found a few more stones to bring back.

20160301_171409_resized.jpgAs we finished viewing these and made our way back to the car, the sun was just setting behind the mountain creating such an ethereal glow to everything and from my vantage point seeming like a dream and wandering through a vision quest.

Although there are supposedly six of the geoglyphs, we only saw three of them – of course the ones we were meant to see. We don’t know where the other three were. Perhaps much deeper into the desert of the rocky road? We tried looking at an aerial map on our cell phone to see, but couldn’t make anything out but these.

Again, we saw what we were meant to and that the sun’s glow divinely aligned with our seeing and my receiving the visions. Anything more or altered would have changed the course of things.

sunset

I snapped a shot of the sun setting and Dave ahead of me, revealing this altered glow in the atmosphere.sunset2

Right at the entrance to the fenced area before our car there was a cairn someone had created. Dave added a stone to the top on our way out.cairn by entrance as we left.jpg

And when I got in the car and took a look at my stone collection I had rolled in the bottom of my top I was wearing, there were 13.

I immediately thought of the 13 crystal skulls (crystal skull energy is big with me) that were said to have been hidden across the globe at ancient, sacred sites. Twelve of them said to be of the sacred planets of our origins and the thirteenth skull representing the collective consciousness of all the worlds, connecting the knowledge and wisdom of all of them.

Whether any of these things are true or not, whether they will happen or not, I take it all as a message of hope that as we continue to remember and return to the purity of our origins and return to natural harmony, we will understand our power as co-creators in a new reality reflecting this activation of our heart’s true song.

The journey continues.

On the River of Life

20160228_140231_resizedRivers are symbolic of the passage of time, are metaphors for life, convey fertility, embody the power of nature, and also symbolize passageways, as well as boundaries and continuous change.

They are constantly flowing so moving through life with greater ease is a part of their reflection for us that is available as our experience.

Rivers are wellsprings of ancient wisdom indeed and help direct and clarify your path if you are ready to listen.

This is the symbolism I will be sitting with this week and having reflected, as we landed on the Colorado River in Blythe yesterday.

An unassuming, but extremely peaceful spot right on the rapidly flowing water.

There are tons of varieties of birds here, one particular kind loving to congregate in the tree to our right chirping away their songs.

And we continuously have seen a couple hundred white cattle egret flocking through, which is an incredible sight and sound as they swirl in circles before landing then rise up again and swirl some more.

you can see how our rv basically is parked just feet from the edge where it drops off down below the bench to the river

Last evening while we relaxed outside on our chairs with refreshments, a large group of coyotes greeted us with their ancient howls, followed by a Burrowing Owl hooting nearby.

The crickets and frogs were chirping away throughout all of this, creating a symphony of Nature’s voices and us as her guests, listening to the evening unfold its magick.

I love the individual ducks that joyfully take a ride on the fast flowing current down the river. They, too, slowly spiraling like a spinning tea cup ride, as they glide by.

Makes me giggle, as that would be me indeed.

river (4).jpgThere are many reflections here for me to receive and the flowing peacefulness will be a great nurturing for my projects and inspirations this week.

Everywhere we turn there are guiding posts, messages, and support.

I hope you take time to notice the ones in front of you as well, where ever you are.

A Quick Touch In Before Leaving California Plus Destination Update

20160221_132502_resized.jpgSo we’re back where we started, in Newport Beach again, although we opted for a waterfront site this time, since it really does make a difference in crowded parks like this that are quite busy all the time.

We got really lucky with a beautiful spot dead center of the lagoon and with a gorgeous tree spirit directly in front of us, which we’re really enjoying with our picnic table on the lawn underneath it.20160221_132522_resized.jpg

I’m about to head off there to do my work for the day.

full snow moon in virgoIt’s been great timing with being here for yesterday’s Full Moon in Virgo and being with this tree seems so perfect with feeling supported by Mother Earth and knowing, as well as surrendering to the fact, that we can find the support from her when we need it.

20160222_210735_resizedLast night we enjoyed sitting under the Full Moon and roasting vegan S’mores, while I also did some healing energy work with dynamics I wanted to change involving Virgo energy in my life, asking for assistance to support this.20160222_210917_resized

As you can see in the photo below, it does seem in fact a spirit of the fire emerged to help. To me, I immediately saw a Native Indian with feathered head piece chanting to the moon in sacred dance with the fire.20160222_211350_resized.jpg

Astrologer Molly Hall shares: “This can be a time of clearing, simplifying and purifying. You become the Virgin, whole-unto-herself (or himself), able to take in new experiences, and be changed by them.”

That feels very resonant for me.

It’s a little odd to be back, I must admit. It feels very different and although this area has been my home for a few years, I now officially do feel just like a visitor.

The only reason we came back was due to business plans Dave had, but those all changed at the last minute without a way to shift our coming back. Plus, I had made some appointments like Cosmo’s acupuncture I promised him and a bunch of errands to get done while in the area.

So, back we are, although as all things do shift, my thinking I was going to be here for my birthday in fact is not the case, as we were able to change our length of stay and did.

Originally we would have stayed here through Sunday February 28th, but we are now leaving on my birthday – this Friday the 26th instead.

That feels much better to me, although I always see the meaning and perfection of however things do unfold.

And while we’ve been here we’ve now started to map out and more officially plan our route for the adventure ahead that will now finally take us away from California altogether. Yay!

This beginning stage has felt like an assimilation and rooting process, while we tended to getting situated, ironing out the tweaks, getting things worked on on the RV, seeing our families, which was planned long before this started, etc., but now the real adventure begins.

So we did finally take out the map and we have the directional plan in mind, which means we’ll know more now where we’ll be, although timing can shift a bit depending on our feelings, guidance, and unknowns.

With that said, since I have friends all over and some people may be interested in a Private Immersive Retreat in one of the areas (which is the way to also receive Reiki training if that is of interest) we will be at that is a fun destination for you or nearby for convenience, I’ll continue keeping you posted of our timing and whereabouts.

Here is what we know so far:

2/26 – 2/28 – Palm Desert (Leaving on my birthday, which takes me back to this desert location I loved as a child. My family went here every year up through my early twenties. Seems fitting for my birthday energy to be in a resonant area that is renewing for my inner child)

2/28 – 3/6 – Blythe on the Colorado River

3/6 – 3/27 – Sedona

Then we’re off to the Grand Canyon and Utah, however the dates I shared are the ones we’ve actually booked so far. Will know the rest soon.

Looking forward to all that’s in store and how that will translate into my life, work, and my connections with you all.

Precious Moments & Sacred Spaces Shared

When I saw these sweet and sacred moments yesterday, I was compelled to capture them in both my heart’s memories and in photos to reflect upon.

Today we leave our special place here in Malibu that has held a beautiful space for us on so many levels of assimilation and deepening.

You’ve seen and heard from me how I’ve experienced this place.

And here are photos to share my loves experiencing the expansive and nurturing energy of our little piece of paradise here.

I snuck out and caught this photo of Dave doing his stretches and yoga in our outdoor space above the ocean yesterday morning. We have both enjoyed this space and the beautiful weather that has had us outdoors most of the day doing our daily things, like work, exercise, relaxing, watching the cats play, and looking out on the ocean. Yesterday there was a group of sea lions literally jumping out of the water for nearly a half an hour. We’ve seen whales, dolphins, sea lions, pelicans, cormorants, sea gulls, hummingbirds, butterflies, rabbits, and heard the coyotes at night from here.  Sacred indeed.

Thank you Malibu. <3
