Time for a Personal Sabbatical

I’m usually a soul of many expressive words, as a visionary artist and deep heart sensitive and feeler. However, today I am moved to keep this simple and brief.
Today I experienced a divine incident (some may call it an accident, but to me it is soul synchronicity in how I communicate with myself) that carried with it profound messages for me in a combination of pain, trauma and yet laughter and an a-ha moment.
Regardless to say, I am now heeding my soul’s request and taking a personal sabbatical for two weeks until May 21st. I’ll be listening, being and at that time will reassess.
I share this, as those that know me and have worked with me, know that I am always available and return messages and complete commissions and service requests in a very timely matter – usually right away or with little down time. But down time is calling me now. I just want everyone to know why I will not be doing so and provide an understanding of why you are not hearing from me in blogs and posts and announcements and sharings for a little while.
Today, as I returned home via Allison’s generous Tania shuttling and supportive service, we saw a very large spotted lizard that looked just like a snake, but in fact it had legs that were very well camouflaged. I immediately, after the morning’s events of messages felt called to look up Lizard Wisdom, feeling it held another message for me and it indeed did. A few of these REALLY stood out and I especially resonated with the regenerative energy, especially in this collective 5 year of major transformational shifts both personally and collectively and after our 5-5-5 Full Moon energies.
Today was indeed a literal shattering of the old in order to move through the portal of the new, in a completely transformed way.

L.O.V.E. Seed #8 – amazing rainbow display
Today’s featured Lemurian L.O.V.E. Seed really wanted to show off its gorgeous colors. As mentioned, the newest batch of L.O.V.E. Seeds all have rainbows, but this lively one spread its amazing colors like a peacock for me when I was photographing it. Others are a little more demure in their only expressing glints of their hidden gifts and others not wanting to reveal them at all (wanting people to feel their essence rather than give away their treasures from the get-go). 🙂 Wise little ones they are! Yes, they all have very unique personalities.
However, this particular one is quite proud of its display of amazingness and it has every right to be. I think since some are a little more shy or complex in their ways of communicating, this one wanted to step up and be the example of what all of them have within them.

As promised, I said I would post images of the L.O.V.E. Seeds as I was able to take photos, to help share their uniqueness. I managed in some cases to actually capture the rainbows on camera, but not in every case. It takes the right angle of light (which is much easier in person when you are holding them) and these little Lemurians shine full throttle in their “own” timing.
One third of the newest batch are already spoken for, but several still remain. Rather than only show them as a lot, I thought it would be fun to share them individually, so you can better assess their energy uniqueness in terms of resonation for you.

One Little, Two Little, Thirteen Little Lemurians

Crystal Healing ~ Alchemy for the Body and Soul
Lemurian Seed Crystals
The Earth’s consciousness is supporting humanity’s awakening to the re-discovery of ancient and forgotten healing arts, such as the utilization of crystals. Crystals are members of the mineralogical kingdom and therefore are universal energies that allow one to contact and synthesize these individual energies for healing and integration. Each crystal contains their own “personality” and can be utilized in unique ways to assist understanding of the nature of existence on the Earth plane. Crystals are nature’s gift to man and are found in all shapes, sizes, colors, and composition. They each have a unique vibrational resonance due to their varying mineral contents, their inherent geometry, and the color frequency they emit; hence can be powerful healing tools.
Crystal healing is a method of healing wherein crystals or gemstones are placed on or around the body, on the chakras (spiritual energy centers), used as reflexology tools to stimulate points on the feet, worn, can be placed in and around one’s home to enhance feng shui energy, or simply used in meditation towards support of intents and to receive downloads. Crystals can also be programmed to assist with specific intents.

The same color crystals can be placed on the corresponding chakra to enhance flow of energy or one can simply sit and meditate by holding the crystal in the hands or to the third eye (6th chakra) to receive energy or messages. They heal holistically on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels, helping to direct the flow of energy to a particular part of the body, restore balance, and ultimately cleanse by releasing and clearing blocked energy.
The human body’s vibrational energy is a complex electromagnetic system that the crystals are capable of interacting with because they are nature’s perfect electromagnetic conductors. Reverence and use of crystals goes back to the dawning of civilization. Crystals have been connected with specific parts of the body and its organs for thousands of years and many of these connections come from traditional Western and Eastern Astrology. India’s Ayurvedic records and traditional Chinese Medicine claim healing with the use of crystals, which appear in ancient text formulas over 5,000 years old, now used in modern medical prescriptions. The Christian Bible refers to crystals over 200 times, crystalline structures have been found in the ruins of Babylonia and in the ancient Egyptian and Chinese tombs of rulers, and many of the early civilizations of the Earth (Mayan, Aztec, American Indian, African, Celtic) utilized quartz crystals in sacred ceremonies.
It is up to the individual to ultimately heal themselves, yet there are many catalytic tools, such as crystals, that can help facilitate the healing process and help one reconnect to wholeness. Choosing a crystal to work with can be as simple as following your intuition as to which captures the essence of the energy you are drawn to, or you can reference crystal healing indexes to help you link symptoms with relevant crystals.
These potent crystalline beings are sacred tools to support us on our individual journeys and act as portals to higher awareness, personal evolution, harmonious balance, sense of peace and well-being, subconscious unveiling, healing support, and connection with the Earth and beyond. Crystal healing is an alchemical process that blends crystal energy harmoniously with our core vibration to activate divine clarity.
Lemurian Dreams – “Revisiting” Sedona

It’s been an interesting week following an energetic detox weekend. Seemed that along with the Mercury Retrograde energies, I was reliving the energy of, and my time I’ve spent in, Sedona this weekend because Allison Jacobson, whom you’ve come to know as Joyful Earth Crystals’ designer and Emerald Bridge’s Chief Creative Officer, was visiting the area for the first time. She had opportunity to go by my old house there and some of my favorite spots. Via our telepathic connection, since we are so close, I was definitely feeling like I got a vortex shifting zap! And have been sort of in an altered space this week and focused on both practical matters and energetic magic while things percolate.
Interestingly, this weekend I was also inspired to post my painting of the Pleiades, along with a Walt Whitman poem – On the Beach at Night. Unbeknownst to me when I was posting, was that this was a poem that was in Schizandra and the Gates of Mu (based in Sedona) by my faery sister Laura Bruno. I had read the book when it first was completed, but did not remember this. When I posted the poem, I was feeling somehow I was connecting to it and drawn to it, but didn’t know why until Laura posted a comment on that blog post reminding me that it was in the book and connected to one of the beloved characters in the book, Haru.
Another cool synchronicity was Laura’s recent post, Why Telepathy Makes People Mad and the whole telepathic “revisiting” and connecting with Sedona energies this weekend through Allison and via my tattoo that I recently got there. (my first and last tattoo were both brought to life in Sedona)
At the beginning of November I returned to Sedona briefly to get my newest dragon portal tattoo I have on my left arm by magical tattoo artist, Siva – who is also featured in my book, Spiritual Skin. And so, there is a lot of connected energies and activation at work.
In light of the new energies and a “revisiting” of Sedona on many levels, I’m sharing this pastel painting I created for Laura, as inspiration for her book based in Sedona – Lemurian Dreams.

For those who are not on my newsletter mailing list or missed the facebook posts, I wanted to extend these thoughts and sharings from my heart to yours now that we have stepped into this amazing year of 2012…..
As we put peaceful closure to what was quite a full year of transformational experiences, it is time to be ever more present and focused on the now and to leave the rest behind us for good – moving forward only with the love and healing wisdom that is shaping the new we have desired.
Like for many of you, this has been a year of gathering, organizing, tending to, and blending all the ingredients of my story together for the recipe of life path intents I have been envisioning and intending for years and in many ways, all my life.
To many, it may always seem as if it’s a never-ending story of winding labyrinths that challenge us at every turn, but be sure that all the pieces of the journey have been leading you ingeniously back to the sanctuary within – back to the core of YOU. And at that core is the unfolding beauty that is taking form in this new world in harmony with the rest of the visionaries – buds that are promised a life as a flower in the garden of life.
Had it not been for my unfaltering convictions, heart felt beliefs, unequivocally magical life experiences, and the loving presence and supportive nudges from dear ones, I would not be where I stand today. For everything I am deeply grateful and while I still falter, I have learned my processes and how to unconditionally maneuver and assist myself through the challenging times and the self-sabotage. It’s not that we necessarily arrive at a point of being healed of all things without experiencing any bumps. But we learn the perfection of it all and to become empowered through the understanding and trust that we have the ability to shift the experiences more swiftly, the more we consciously understand how we operate, come to integrate all the pieces, and learn how to support a more flowing life.
We are in this time of instant shifting and instant manifesting. So much so, it will almost not even phase you that things changed. This is the beauty of the work we have been doing for so long and what has been percolating. It seems at times nothing has changed, but when you stop to look, it has changed so much and in many cases you won’t remember how you got where you are and how you surpassed the fears you once had.
This is a year of fearless love in every way possible – love of our passions creatively, compassionately and uninhibitedly expressed, love for each other, love of life, love of the earth and all the beings we share it with, love of the mysteries of the cosmos, love of YOU.
My intent is that everyone experience the power and magic of love uniquely through the vehicle of you and cohesively melding with the experience of the collective for the highest good of all concerned. I intend to provide my unique heart contributions to support empowered and loving experiences through creative and visionary healing arts that will help along that journey.
An exciting and full year is upon us. This is why it is important to be mindful of nurturing and taking care of your precious physical being so that it may be a powerful vehicle in life for you to bring about the beauty you are flowing forth. I have learned this and am currently in process of doing the same, after my overhaul with it this year, as I have seen the year ahead in my visions and wise is it to tend to the body that will make it possible. Your body is your temple and through it we are gifted the ability to experience amazing things, as long as we keep it fortified the same way we fortify our spiritual, emotional and mental well being. Integration and honor of all our parts is necessary – not a luxury.
I am heart-fully excited to assist in the miracles you desire this year and beyond, while simultaneously supporting us into natural harmony with the Earth and Cosmos.
