The Spirit of In Lak’ech – Find Your Heart and You Will Find Your Way
I have always been drawn to the simplicity of things and the innocence of the pure child nature within, feeling that nothing is complicated and it’s only our fractured ego minds that desire complexity, validation, a “proof process,” and way to verbally and intellectually articulate. There is nothing wrong with this. All of our parts are of value and integral to the whole. However, the more we feed “only” this left brain way of life (not realizing how much more empowered it would be if integrated), the less we utilize and cultivate the gift the right brain has to offer. The way we can integrate all of this is through the authenticity of our hearts and exercising in present, intentful, daily practice, trusting the intuitive guidance that flows through all of us.
Today, I was drawn to post what has been a guiding light for me. This simplicity of a focus that guides my own heart is the desire for “a return to natural harmony” – within and without, as there is no separation.
And with the energetic shifts and everything that has been leading up to now and the coming cosmic alignments, I share this simplicity as the sweetness of life. Perhaps it has a blooming message to each person’s awakening seed.
It’s also a reason I felt soul-called to the December 2012 dates to offer the magical journey in Bimini to help anchor the energies of this Harmonic Convergence 12/21/12 with our higher vibratory selves after the 12/12/12 activations – one way I can assist in the creation of a new Earth experience.

“In Lak’ech Ala K’in” – The Mayan principle of Universal Love that is similar to Namaste (and also the title of my first series of 5 paintings representing an Earth history story-line of integrative healing through the 5 elements and beyond). As an expression of honoring when greeting each other, this profound realization means “I am another yourself, you are another myself” – “I am you and you are me.” The Maya priest-shamans recognized that we are one global human being. It is about dissolving the ego into complete unconditional love; “dissolving until you are ‘NOT’, then the World enters you.”
Here are words shared by Carlos Barrios, Mayan elder and Ajq’ij (ceremonial priest and spiritual guide) of the Eagle Clan, that speak to the beauty and simplicity of this heart-full message. Carlos initiated an investigation into the different Mayan calendars circulating. Along with his brother, Gerardo, he studied with many teachers and interviewed nearly 600 traditional Mayan elders to widen their scope of knowledge:
It will change –everything will change. Mayan Day-keepers view the Dec. 21, 2012 date as a rebirth, the start of the World of the Fifth Sun. It will be the start of a new era resulting from and signified by the solar meridian crossing the galactic equator and the Earth aligning itself with the center of the galaxy.”
…At sunrise on December 21, 2012 for the first time in 26,000 years the Sun rises to conjunct the intersection of the Milky Way and the plane of the ecliptic. This cosmic cross is considered to be an embodiment of the Sacred Tree, The Tree of Life, a tree remembered in all the world’s spiritual traditions.
Some observers say this alignment with the heart of the galaxy in 2012 will open a channel for cosmic energy to flow through the Earth, cleansing it and all that dwells upon it, raising all to a higher level of vibration. Carlos reminds us: “This process has already begun. Change is accelerating now and it will continue to accelerate.”
…The dark can only be transformed when confronted with simplicity and open-heartedness. This is what leads to unity, a key concept for the World of the Fifth Sun.
…Carlos said the emerging era of the Fifth Sun will call attention to a much-overlooked element. Whereas the four traditional elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water have dominated various epochs in the past, there will be a fifth element to reckon with in the time of the Fifth Sun — that element is ‘ETHER’.

The dictionary defines Ether as a “hypothetical substance supposed to occupy all space, postulated to account for the propagation of electromagnetic radiation through space.” Perhaps it could be defined as the “space between space”. I would suggest it could be manifest as the alignment of charged particles from our solar system (Sun), and our galaxy (Milky Way) surge. The Ether element represents spiritual energy.
“The element of the Fifth Sun is celestial. Within the context of Ether there can be a joining of the polarities. No more darkness or light in the people, but an uplifted unity…
“We need to work together for peace, and balance with the other side. We need to take care of the Earth that feeds and shelters us. We need to put our entire mind and heart into pursuing unity and unity now, to confront the other side and preserve life.”
…Now is the time to awaken and take action. Everyone is needed. You are not here for no reason. Everyone who is here now has an important purpose. This is a hard but a special time. We have the opportunity for growth, but we must be ready for this moment in history.”
…”Meditation and spiritual practice are good, but also action. It’s very important to be clear about who you are, and also about your relation to the Earth. Develop yourself according to your own tradition and the call of your heart. But remember to respect differences, and strive for unity. Eat wisely — a lot of food is corrupt in either subtle or gross ways. Pay attention to what you are taking into your body. Learn to preserve food, and to conserve energy. Learn some good breathing techniques, so you have mastery of your breath. Be clear. Follow a tradition with great roots. It is not important what tradition, your heart will tell you, but it must have great roots.”
“We live in a world of energy. An important task at this time is to learn to sense or see the energy of everyone and everything — people, plants, animals. This becomes increasingly important as we draw close to the World of the Fifth Sun, for it is associated with the element ‘ether’ — the realm where energy lives and weaves. Go to the sacred places of the Earth to pray for peace, and have respect for the Earth which gives us our food, clothing, and shelter. We need to reactivate the energy of these sacred places. That is our work.”

Cosmic Heart Activation Bimini Retreat Update
I’m getting more and more excited and filled with beautiful heart-expansive chills as things evolve with the Bimini Retreat and I watch the perfect group start to form that will be sharing the energy of the week together.

Many have shared their resonance and said they will be joining, but as a reminder, your spot can only be held with a deposit. If you want to hold your spot, a deposit of$500 is needed for the retreat and $150 for the Vortex trip. It is believed that the power crystal of Atlantis is beneath the waves in this area. It is an energy field of immense proportions where we will meditate and work with the new waves of information and consciousness being brought forth to assist our transition, anchoring the energies of this Harmonic Convergence 12/21/12 with our higher vibratory selves. The land Vortex is an area on the north tip of the island that the energy lines run through, it is a remote area, and a good walk. The last of the triple dates in this ‘final countdown’ is 12-12-12. On this date, the Crystal of Thoth will be activated beneath Lake Titicaca, along with the Ruby Fire Crystal of Energy, in Bimini. The Crystallization of the planet will complete. What occurs on the 12-12-12 is the Ascension.
With all nine of these master Crystals active, the new Earth grid will then achieve full programming. Ten days later, in support of the harmonic convergence of planets, this new grid will be launched. What takes place on December 21,2012 is the birthing solstice of the New Earth. At that time, the Earth will journey through a Time gate where a new world will be born.

With all the rapidly shifting energy, mirroring adjustments to reflect that have extended to the Bimini Retreat I was previously offering for August – and all for a very beautifully harmonious, collective higher good. Itinerary:
We recommend guests arrive in Ft Lauderdale the day before (December 15th) and spend a night at a hotel on the beach, as we fly out on the charter flight early on the 16th. Guests arrive mid-morning on Sunday 16th, for lunch and the first dolphin trip of the retreat. On Friday 21st, we finish at lunch time so you can catch the charter flight back to Florida.
The dolphin retreat ends on the 21st, but for those who want to stay on an extra day, we will have a vortex trip available where you can connect and send out beams of 5th dimensional consciousness to the planet from this sacred site through meditation – get ready for lift off! Guests just staying for the vortex would head home on the 22nd.

Everything is optional, although we encourage you to participate in order to get the most from your group experience. You may decide to have a day on the island, shopping at the straw market, boutiques, visiting the beaches or hanging out with a book at the pool. We aim to immerse you in an environment that supports you, wherever you are on your journey.
Accommodations:
We like to provide options that meet different needs and budgets so the week’s pricing is tiered to accommodate. The ARC is for people happy to share dormitory style accommodations in adult sized comfortable bunks with shared bathrooms. Our experience in running retreats has proved that this can lead to a deeper sense of a communal living experience with deep and bonding new friendships formed. There are two dorms – one dorm for 14 and one dorm for 6 (separate sex). The center has the best sunrise views overlooking the bay and is two minutes from the best beach on the island with stunning sunsets. The style of The ARC is beach chic. We have outdoor and indoor dining overlooking the bay. For those happy to pay more for private 5* accommodations and en-suite facilities, we have an arrangement with our neighboring resort, Bimini Bay, in either private studios for 1 or 2 people, or condos with 1 and 2 bedrooms.
The ARC does have wi-fi and there is high speed internet at Bimini Bay as well if you need it, however we highly encourage the journey to be one of switching off from everyday life as much as possible, as truly a way to be in the experience and to go within – a time of nurturing and letting go and to be in our hearts away from everything.

Prices include:
- Five nights new, shared, stylish accommodations at The Atlantis Rejuvenation Center (or separate luxury accommodations by arrangement at Bimini Bay Resort & Spa.
- Five dolphin excursions (from around 3pm to sunset daily) and three extended snorkel trips to The Stones of Atlantis, The Three Sisters Cave and various coral reefs and wrecks, including complimentary snorkel equipment.
- Five days of breakfast, lunch and dinner – gourmet, organic raw vegan food meals (cooked vegan option available upon request) – snacks on the boat, bottled water, herbal teas, juices and smoothies. For those who desire cooked vegan, we normally offer a cooked dinner or lunch (one cooked meal a day), but if anyone wants/needs more cooked meals per day than that simply let us know. - Ground transportation on the island to and from the airport on arrival/departure
- All activities and group sessions listed in your daily itinerary for six days, including: yoga (at the beach or infinity pool, but we will also have an air-conditioned yoga room) every morning – aerial yoga for small groups available during the day, Reiki instruction and attunements ($555 value of teaching and certification that will last a lifetime) as well as additional fun and empowering exercises, meditations, and preparation for the new energies with Tania, Jenny and the ARC team. Every day will be guided by the energy of the group and the moment as we share each experience.
Dolphin Trips:
We are lucky to work with an experienced, fun and responsible captain. We head out to the dolphin grounds five days each week. Through years of data collection, our captain has terrific odds of finding the dolphins at the times when they are most playful. While we can never guarantee dolphins, we feel that we can give you the best chances of having the dolphin interaction you are looking for. Our vision is to provide a meditative and joyful environment to experience the dolphins. Like any wilderness excursion it is important that it be undertaken with awareness and sensitivity. All staff are educated and experienced in the practice of ‘minimal intrusion’. Our intention is always to connect with the dolphins with respect and awareness. We do not feed, chase or do anything that might disrupt their natural behavior. Only at the dolphins’ invitation do we interact with them. It’s a small group, so you are assured the best possible dolphin interaction. You will receive personal facilitation and support.
Reiki with Tania Marie:
Experience one week of transformational experiences through Tania’s loving support that will lead you to greater sense of self, clarity, empowerment, peace, joy, and deeper love and compassion. The focus is on learning, sharing, supporting and expanding your heart through Reiki (pronounced ray-key). The practice of channeling Reiki is an easy-to-learn, gentle and powerful system of natural healing that reduces stress, induces relaxation, supports intentions and provides many other healing benefits. The Reiki classes offered are part of the Traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Certification Training. Additional Costs:
We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance. There is a possibility of hurricanes in that area, and if the trip was cancelled due to a natural disaster, you want to make sure you are covered. Bimini is just 50 miles off the coast of Miami and Ft Lauderdale, Florida, so you can fly to either as there is a shuttle between the two international airports. Our charter flights leave out of Ft Lauderdale at 9.30am, so we advise guests to stay a night in Ft Lauderdale the night before. We recommend The Bahia Mar Hotel in Fort Lauderdale and can arrange group rates if necessary for you. Please mention at time of booking so the extra night (August 18th) can be arranged. Or feel free to reserve other accommodations to your preference, but you will need to make sure to let Tania know of your arrangements and that you have transfers to the airport the next morning to arrive on time or you will miss your flight. Transfer the next morning to the Ft. Lauderdale International Airport for charter flight to Bimini departing at 9:30am, so check in is 8am and arrival in Bimini is 10am. On our return flight we arrive back into Ft Lauderdale around 3pm, we then have to clear US Immigration which can take some time, so do not book your return international flights too early. The charter flight is around $285 pp. There is a $25 cash Bahamian Departure Tax when leaving Bimini.
For those that stay for the Atlantis Vortex trip on the 21st, you will need to book a one way return flight to Florida on United Airlines for the 22nd. Details will be provided when you book your trip with a link to the best prices for this flight.
Additional activities available in Bimini (additional costs may apply – see details below):
- Group excursion to the healing hole fountain of youth ($40-45 pp and can be arranged when you arrive if you desire) is an option for one of the mornings.
- If you decide to have a day on the island instead of the boat, we can recommend the best beaches to visit or places of interest.
- There are 3 beautiful pools at the resort overlooking the ocean.
- Kayaking on the bay can be arranged for you if you desire.
- Golf carts are the preferred method of transport on the island and can be hired (about $75/day or less). Alternatively taxis run up and down the Kings Highway and cost $6 each way.
- We usually go out after dinner one night during the week to see the local band playing & experience some island life (this is optional). There are a couple of places to shop for nice things as well.
- Massage is also available for 1 hour slots. You can sign up for these, optionally, when you arrive.
- Tania is also available for private Reiki sessions and healing attunements and will have available some specially chosen crystal healing pendants and visionary prints for those that would like any unique energetic gift items connected with the journey.
- Sound healing and nutritional/herbal counseling and some other healing modalities are also available upon request.

Hare Symbolism for the New Earth – Birthing the Cosmic Egg
In a recent, previous post I touched a bit on my painting, Spirit, the last of five in the series In Lak’ech. Spirit takes us beyond polarities and is full integration with transmutation inwardly and outwardly. As mentioned, this painting has many embedded codes and symbolism for energetic healing integration, which is why this and the other paintings I create can be used as meditational tools. One of the symbols, the Dagaz or Dea Rune is found anchoring the white hare’s feet in this image. Spirit holds some powerful energy and as promised, I wanted to reveal a little about one more aspect to this painting in regard to why the hare/rabbit being (with human and extraterrestrial essence) was chosen intuitively for the representation of this “beyond polarity” energy representation for the fifth element, Spirit.

Of course those that know me know how deeply connected I am with rabbits. As a vegan and lover of all animals and beings, I have felt connected with animals since birthing into this Earthly experience, but rabbits are just, for whatever and many reasons, extremely dear and close to my heart and I resonate profoundly with them. Not only do I connect and understand them in a very personal way as a reflection, but I absolutely adore their magickal and precious essence in a way I can’t describe.
As I speak, my dear little Joy (lop eared bunny) is exploring my office and came to rest right next to the table that holds my large Quartz Crystal Skull, Raja Seraphina – a profound sign of her supporting what I am writing and connecting with the energy, as Raja Seraphina possesses the integration of both empowered female and male energies. (I’m actually really proud of her because she is on the wood floor, which was a fear she has been learning to overcome all by herself. She has learned to be safe on the floor in my/our sacred space, so I’m sure she will soon be exploring the entire house freely. A great example of how we can overcome fears).
I’ve been honored to have 3 bunny loves in my life, one of which is Nestor, whom I speak of often and has departed this Earthly plane. Part of the reasoning for the white hare in my painting, has to do with very personal healing stories connected with her, as well as simultaneous, collective healing that spoke through her for the essence of the painting.
The other 4 paintings depicted either a male or female being as one of the main focal points of the message, and as mentioned are fully integrated/empowered males and females that have embraced the empowered counterpart within them. However, for Spirit, we move beyond depictions of polarities, even in integrated form, and go straight to the heart of integration – and that is where the white hare comes into play.
Hares, throughout time have been associated with a whole myriad of powerfully profound, transmutational energies, as we will see in these excerpts from druidicdawn.org’s post, Hares and the Spring Equinox:
“Ancient peoples found hares one of the most mysterious and perplexing animals around. Hares were thought to be hermaphrodites, male one month and female the next month.” …”The ancient Greeks asserted this was so too, and associated hares thus with powers of self-impregnation and something we now call superfoetation. Superfoetation is “the fertilization of an already pregnant female which causes the simultaneous development of eggs of two different ovarian cycles within the genital tract.” …
“The ancient Mediterranean peoples also all believed that the male hare could also become pregnant.”
…”Going back to the idea of balance between the masculine and feminine at the Equinox, we mustn’t forget that many religions and myths, especially those derived from mystics and shamans, believe that the true nature of ourselves and the divine is found in the union of opposites. And from this union of the Masculine and Feminine, all Creation breaks forth into life and consciousness. It then makes sense that anything in nature that brings together the masculine and feminine, be it sexual intercourse, self-replicating plants, or in this case, hares who interchanged between male and female, were all held as some of the highest most sacred subjects in our world .. because they embody the actual creative powers of the universe.
For many of the reasons stated above, the hare has long been thought of as a mediator of the sacred…
Not only does the hare have lunar connections, but also many Buddhist and Hindu texts describe the hare as a creature of fire, but not just any fire–the same consuming sacrificial fire of the phoenix, then to rise again out of the ashes. The hare in this sense is not just a symbol of cyclical life like the moon and in many tales blatantly depicted as a bringer of reincarnation to mankind, but also in the same way, it becomes a symbol of simultaneous destruction and recreation that is at the very heart of all Life. Life is not just about being creative, but also requires the balance of first being destructive…
For all these reasons, the Hare then is not only associated with the Moon and the Sacred Fire and Spring, but also with the dawn and more importantly, with enlightenment…
Traditionally, the Easter Bunny, actually a Hare, was said to lay eggs at Easter. This concept is of course very strange to our factual minds, but taken symbolically, the Egg is not only Potential, but it also represents the Cosmos, the very ground of Being from which we spring–no pun intended! One only need think about the Cosmic Egg and the Druid’s Egg to begin to get the full scope of this meaning. No wonder then that the Hare was at one time considered both male and female. To produce the cosmos, both must be present.
This union of masculine and feminine makes the Hare an excellent symbol for marriage…
Other associations with the hare that I won’t go into now are witchcraft, or in ancient societies, with the seer or shaman–the hare is also the trickster figure in many stories, who outsmarts Winter and Death…
Overall then, the Hare is a symbol of many things, all involving balance, Life, creative potency, regeneration, fertility, and eternity. This symbolism manifests in associations with Springtime, the Dawn, the Moon and Sacred Fire, the Egg, the Circle and Infinity symbol, Marriage, Androgyny and Hermaphroditism, as well as Madness, Genius and Inspiration (which seem to go hand in hand).”

We still have another month or so to go before the Spring Equinox, but as “time” is speeding up and I’m always several “bunny leaps” ahead, I continue to post things before we get there, to support the space in the now for that energy integration to begin.
After reflecting upon the information, I think you start to get some of the picture for why the hare was the channeled message I received to depict in my painting, Spirit. The rest, we will have to save for another story. For now, I leave you with “Spirit” to receive its message.

Fire and Spirit – Harnessing Your Firey Energy to Integrate Wholeness

Today’s post is in energetic support of, and addition to, my dear Laura Bruno’s blog post for the day. It’s always so cool to see how aligned we are with each other collectively, as the energy of what she shares herself and through her repost of Lee Harris’ forecast, coincides with energies I have been focused on with my work and what I have felt drawn to bring to the forefront for others.

This fire, solar plexus energy, anger explosions and energy of “breaking through” to the other side to get beyond polarity, as Laura puts it, have been on my intuitive mind as well.
I’ve been working a lot with the solar plexus and utilizing citrine in my own personal work, as well as have done some of the techniques Lee speaks about, as in creating a vision board with many words and phrase intents I am choosing to create, and supporting myself with Reiki, with my hands over my heart and solar plexus and/or placing my citring there as well.
Another tool I have also been using to support the energies both Laura and Lee speak of has been my In Lak’ech paintings. These paintings, while timely when created for collective support from behind the scenes, are now coming to the forefront in a bigger and revealing way. I have come to see why they were so important to complete before 2012, as they are coming back around now with their messages that were ahead of their time. It’s as if they were needing to be anchored so that they could do the work with the collective at the timely unfolding – now – when they would be needed.

I’ve recently been focusing on specific pieces in the five series, based on my particular intuitive needs and have seen how whenever I put one up as my profile photo on Facebook, or focus on it at home, that I directly and instantly start moving through the energies it’s associated with.
Interestingly, the two paintings from the series I chose to have as part of the pieces in my 6 week art exhibit are Fire and Spirit, both pictured in this blog. I hung them up on 2/5 in Circa ’92 and they will be there for the 2/25 opening reception. Their energy is directly aligned with what Lee speaks of this month being about.
There are way too many layers to the symbolism of these paintings for me to share and for the most part I have stayed away from sharing them so that people can just “experience” the healing effects without direction from me. Aside from each containing potent Mayan Sacred Glyphs, ancient civilization symbolism through which the ancients speak through, and each being an activation portal, that’s usually been the extend of my sharing. However, I will share that one of the purposes each painting has is associated with transcending polarity and integrating the male and female energies. I intuitively chose different astrological signs (based on their placement on the cycle spectrum of evolution) from each of the elements that to me most represented the heightened potential for demonstrating the blending of the “new male” and “new female” energies that we are now integrating, at their highest potentials.
I see us at a place where the “old male” is now becoming an empowered male, by integrating the “new female” into their experience on all levels and vice versa, the “old female” is now becoming an empowered female by integrating the “new male” into their experience on all levels. A way of moving into the embodiment of integrated wholeness at its highest potential.
This was done through very carefully channeled images that portrayed what that would look/feel like when that missing piece was embraced. It is much more intricate than this, but to write it all out would be a book in itself, and perhaps it might be one day.
Suffice to say, Fire, is one such painting that would be very helpful right now in embracing this firey energy we are moving through and how to channel and integrate it.

Then there is the last of the five in the series, Spirit. This one takes us beyond polarities and is full integration with transmutation inwardly and outwardly (and then some) 🙂 Interestingly, you’ll find the Dagaz or Dea Rune Laura speaks of anchoring the white hare/rabbit’s feet (possessing also other-wordly humanesque essence). I included a close up (a bit fuzzy) to unveil it for you. Each of these paintings in the series have tons of symbolism embedded both visually and energetically. Spirit holds some powerful energy and I’ll likely share more of the symbolism of why the hare/rabbit was chosen intuitively for the representation of this “beyond polarity” energy in an upcoming blog.

Journeying Medicine Spoken Through Many Voices From Many Doorways Of One Consciousness
An “ark” by definition and historical understanding was a vessel built by Noah to house and keep safe his family and pairs of every animal of the Earth. It is also known as a sacred chest where the ancient Hebrews kept the two tablets containing the Ten Commandments. In either form, it is seen as a sacred and protective structure that contained the promise of a new life where a new architectural system of life codes would be embraced and instituted to start anew.
We have entered a time when a new way of life and the call for a new code of life is upon us once again. Cycles repeat themselves, as is apparent throughout the history of this Earth for every ancient civilization that has walked upon it. A time comes when change is much needed and there are always messages, signs and guidance being provided if we learn to be present enough to listen and see. This does not necessarily mean the destruction of the Earth is to come, but it does mean the end of a way of life and being is completing and a new form is much needed to be embraced.
According to shamanic belief, everything is alive and carries with it a wisdom and power. Shamanism is found in all cultures of the Earth and is the world’s oldest healing tradition. This ancient, worldwide practice involves engaging with spirit helpers and the forces of the natural world to develop relationships, solve problems and perform healing. Shamans travel to the parallel worlds where time and space have no meaning and use the powers of those worlds, the subconscious and the realities of this world to cause change. They are able to go within and enter an altered state of consciousness at will, in order to contact and utilize a hidden reality that most do not consciously perceive.
According to the shamanic and ceremonial traditions of the Inca, there are those known as naguals. Naguals are a form of very powerful shamans that unlike man that is driven by psychological ego desires, they have none. They are conduits of Spirit, receiving orders from an indefinable and indescribable source. Almost a non-entity, they have learned to break the psychological conditioning of the cognitive division that keeps us cut off from our sources. They can magically assume the physical manifestation of a different entity by shifting into its energy pattern, yet remain the same in Essence, since everything is energy. There are considered to be two different forms of shapeshifting wherein either the luminous body changes into a power animal or the physical body on the Earth plane changes into an animal.
Power animals are essential to shamanic practice, as shamans believe that everyone has power animals. These power animals act as guides or angels, imbuing their individual energy, power and wisdom to guide, heal and protect you. They provide the wisdom of their kind and are not only limited to mammals, but can also be reptiles, insects and sea creatures. Any living creature can serve as a power animal and plants and trees can serve as plant spirit guides, providing their own wisdom.
Depending upon the culture, the gifts each animal provides can vary, yet there are many consistencies across the board as well. It is important to let the animal speak to you in the way meant for you and to be open to their sharing without limitations. Shamanic practice honors with awareness the wisdom and life in all things on Earth, understanding and believing that everything has something to teach. Many western cultures do not get taught to value animals and the gifts they have to help support our lives and the world at large. Animals show up for us in many ways and they are believed to communicate with us by drawing our attention to things, sometimes through repetition. They try to get our attention because they have some wisdom to impart and are most eager to be of service.
We are all connected and we have each been part of all of the cultures, races and religions on the Earth. Animals are transcendent beings that speak to us in a boundless way, free of judgments or enculturated restrictions, which our ego minds would otherwise be closed off to. It is this reason I was guided to bring forth their messages through my paintings, which began as a series called, “Universal ARKitecture of the New Earth.”
The animals have messages for us on individually personal and collective levels and spread their love and wisdom to help us embrace the new energy. These sisters and brothers share the same consciousness and will voice their storytelling messages of healing, each in their own way, offering us keys and insights to a new code of life for embracing. These medicine beings hold antidotes for a new “ARKitectural” plan of the New Earth.
“Universal ARKitecture” was communicated to me and it basically speaks of sacred vessels, which I see as the paintings to be channeled and created, housing within them messages, codings, energy, keys….spoken through the many voices of the animal spirits of the Earth and uniting us through a Universal language and symbolism that is of the Earth and beyond.
Their Essence will encompass an ecclectic tapestry of interwoven threads that span and honor the many ancient, forgotten civilizations and world religions of the Earth’s history, as well as intertwine Earth and Cosmic dimensions, past, present and future. The power animals and shape-shifting “naguals” emerge through timeless energy portals to share their wisdom and powers. This is in effort to help guide us with supportive keys for co-creating a new Earth with conscious awareness, embracive remembrance and visionary innovation. Subliminally sublime is the supportive guidance they offer and the journey began through the path of the Major Arcana of the Tarot and my first piece titled: A Walk Between Worlds: “Hatun Karpay of the Nagual” (The Great Initiation of the Nagual/ Powerful Shaman).
The Tarot are a highly symbolic deck of cards consisting of 22 Major Arcana cards and 56 Minor Arcana cards. Arcana means secrets or mysteries, which is why deciphering the symbols is half the gift of the translator, viewer or experiencer of the cards and their images. The original concept of Tarot and deciphering the symbolism they hold dates back to early Egypt and India. The gypsies also used them on the banks of the Mediterranean long before they were used by the Renaissance schools and a revival of their use and interest has surged in the middle of the 19th century and continues today.
The Major Arcana (Latin meaning “big secret”) cards are the first keys to our initial understanding and is at the heart of the Tarot. They deal with the human condition and symbolize a whole range of human life and experience, representing the joys and sorrows each man and woman can experience in a lifetime. They are 22 cards that illustrate the human drama through the strengths, weaknesses, hopes, fears and the lightest and darkest parts of an individual; basically the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of humankind. This is demonstrated through an archetypal figure or figures that express a specific Essence of real and abstract symbology of a person’s life.
I started with the 21st card, the “World” card, to embark on a journey through an experience of life spoken to us through the animals and all of these elements expressed. It encompassed the ancient Incan symbolism and energy of the four directions and the Incan Medicine Wheel. There is the potential that more paintings will encompass some of or all of the Major Arcana or simply and potently come through as animal spirit guides with collective healing messages for the New Earth. It is hard to foresee the inspired channeling that will come through, as I do not direct the messages and visions received and what is needed. I am a conduit for their expression and can merely share the Essence I am sensing is wanting to reveal.
Either way, each painting will represent a key to a potential new code of life, beginning with completion and ending with completion, as every moment is perfect, whole and complete and constantly cycling into new creation. The “World” card represents all elements coming together, which is where we left off in Essence with the In Lak’ech series of five I created. Each of those paintings represented one of the five elements and now we begin with all five coming together in wholeness through “A Walk Between Worlds,” offering us a way to embrace this wholeness and energy in the now, as our experience of life on Earth, individually and collectively.
We then may move through each of the Major Arcana cards 0-21 starting with the Fool, which marks a new beginning and spiritual awakening. As we learn to integrate the Essence of the symbolism each holds, we then begin to build a new foundation and new Earth code within each of us. This will take us full circle, ending once again with where we started at the “World” card (a whole New World/Earth) and a new model for a new collective experience of wholeness and harmony takes shape. 23 paintings in total, if the Major Arcana channel through in totality, providing supportive, foundational tools that represent a life journey to a new existence as a Conscious Global Human Being collectively connected in Universal Oneness.
It is my hope that these paintings will also help to bring conscious awareness of the animals on the Earth and aid in supporting their precious lives, while providing deeper understanding and compassion amongst us all. We are all connected and every living being holds infinite intelligence integral to the circle of life and has its own unique Essence that creates a colorful thread in the tapestry of magnificence we know as Universal Consciousness.

Message of In Lak’ech Series – Visionary Collective Healing Paintings for the Now
I began a series in 2006, which took me on a four year intensive process of healing at great depths. I named it “In Lak’ech,” which is a Mayan saying meaning “I am another yourself.” Through my personal healing journey on inter-dimensional levels, I was also simultaneously embarking on a major collective healing journey that not only bridged all time, but took me across the world to sacred sites where the energetic work could be accessed in greater depth.
This series represents the Five Elements of Fire, Earth, Air, Water, and Spirit that speak to the mind, body, heart, and soul, personally and collectively. They contain within them Mayan Sacred Glyphs as a connective thread through which a message of healing was revealed. They also weave in earth, cosmos, honor for all beings, astrology and planetary influences, ancient civilizations and potent symbolism. They are each embedded with healing messages that weave a visual story through infused telepathic encoding and act as healing, Reiki portals that transport the viewer into an altered consciousness where personal tranformation can take place.
This process of creation took me along a path where discoveries, inspirations, and compassion became the guiding lights of my journey. These encoded “Healing Portals” take us on a journey of integration and healing, as we embrace a return to natural harmony and imbue the beauty and value known by the Ancients into the now, along with healing those elements that it is time to evolve forward from. In light of the “Future of Education,” there is much to learn from Ancient wisdom; learning from the past in order to flourish in the now. Mother Earth is calling us to remember. The Universe is reminding us to believe. The healing revealed will be as unique as the individual experiencing it. The creation process has been a personally healing and integrative journey. However, as this healing takes place for me, that energy becomes available to everyone. These five paintings were a landmark anchoring of my life’s work and threshold to a new doorway of creative expression and being. Each painting has been executed over a period of one year each (excluding the last two that represented a speeding up of the process and time), from first inspiration to completion, mirroring a personal and collective process revealed and executed in divine timing.

Hunab Ku: The Galactic Butterfly
Hunab Ku has been a prevalent part of my life since my synchronous reconnection with it in my early twenties, now over 15 years ago. I was drawn to it through rememberance and connective threads by following messages, intuition, signs and guidance received. I then incorporated it into my own “Spiritual Skin” as sacred tattoo art on my sacrum (my 2nd tattoo after the butterfly, which was my first). And, later, it was integrated into one of my paintings, the fifth and last of my In Lak’ech series called “Spirit.” It is part of my life in many ways and the core basis of what I share in message through my work. Its potency of symbolism and message is simplistically beautiful.
Mayan Hunab Ku Symbol: One Giver of Movement and Measure. Also known as the Galactic Butterfly is said to represent all consciousness that has ever existed in this galaxy. Hunab Ku, who can see and understand everything, knows that the time for the great change has come. Hunab Ku calls us to realign with the cosmos, which can provide essential energy needed to live together harmoniously and with honor for our Mother Earth. We are not separate from anything or anyone. These are the times in which all races, from all directions, must come together in harmony and unity. The Hearts of All Beings are connected. It is impossible to be disconnected.

Pieces of Egypt
I was contacted by the author of “The Healing Power of Trees,” Sharlyn Hidalgo of Alchemical Healing Arts a couple of days ago who was needing some information about my Egypt journeys and experiences with Mohamed Nazmy, the President of Quest Travel (a premier ground operator for tour companies in Egypt), for her upcoming book.
In relaying and recalling the information, I was just so moved as if it was all happening again in the now, that I felt like sharing pieces of the experience here as well. It felt important for some reason and while what I share isn’t even 1/10th of what was experienced, perhaps it will be poignant in some way or synchronous to something others are feeling, experiencing, need, were looking for, or answers a question or intent in some small or big way.
My first journey to Egypt was 4/23/07 – 5/1/07 for the Sacred Sound Healing in Ancient Egypt trip with Mark Patterson, renowned Sound Healer. We had a very small group of only 5, plus Mark and Sheila Reed of Luminati Egyptian Travel. My heart had been beckoning me to return to Egypt for as long as I can remember, always feeling strangely magnetized to its beauty and mysticism. At this time, I was in the midst of painting the 2nd piece of my In Lak’ech series, called “Earth.” This painting incorporated Ancient Egyptian symbolism (as each of the five paintings in the series corresponded to an ancient civilization and the messages and healing needed to be integrated and completed in the now) and this coupled with the deep soul ties I felt throughout life, and synchronous alignment of being led to find this journey, were the calls for my “return.” Many of the paintings and work I create have led me to the power spots around the globe in order to integrate the healing and energy I receive there to infuse into my paintings. The trip was perfect in every way, as an unfoldment of beautiful toning and chakra work at each sacred site and sanctuary to activate our personal empowerment, but my work was not only of a personal nature, but collective healing as well.
In beginning to awaken my own throat chakra and uncovering a lot of deep past life pieces that were needed to help me with the life’s work path I was on, this journey was everything I could have asked for and more. It is much too challenging to put into words the totality of experience it is to walk once again in this sacred land and it was extremely empowering, as well as helpful in connecting the dots of my own work and more of the service I would continue to do in life. It was like reactivation of my inner core being and power, to remember. And synchronously I had become a Reiki Master Teacher, earlier that year, which helped me to facilitate what was needed during the trip for others, the collective and myself. My parents and then husband had been initiated to Reiki 1 just prior as well and this enabled them to assist me when I went through a huge kundalini and deep soul transformative experience upon arrival to Aswan before embarking on the Nile cruise, to prepare me. I discovered sound and my voice, which instantly healed me. So it was a journey of empowerment for everyone involved as well as the humbling of receiving.
The story is so profound, it is too much to explain here. And as quickly as what came over me like a lightning bolt flash of severity, was gone the next day into peaceful bliss, just before entering Philae – The Temple of Isis.
On our last day in the Great Pyramid ceremony, Mark was toning for everyone as we took turns laying in the sarcophagus. But when it came around to my turn to receive, instead Mark was guided by the energies and beings he was channeling, that it was for me to do so instead. And so not only did I produce something amazing from my voice to give to those there and to emanate from the pyramid out to the collective, but I was in this experience, also receiving – receiving back the personal empowerment and recognition of who I was. One of the participants shared this:
“The sound that came from you, while you were in the sarcophagus of the King’s Chamber, is something I will never forget. I’m getting vibed right now. What came out of you was (magical, mystical, angelic, …..) words fail to paint the experience. I’m truly honored for the experience.”
I was chilled to tears and shaking from the activation. And when I heard and saw the reactions everyone had after, it was such the beautiful ending to a most magical and profound journey. To see my mom in tears and hear my dad voice what he saw in the darkness as they circled the sarcophagus I laid in while producing this sound (which was huge coming from someone who is more of a realist and skeptical) was extremely powerful and moving. I did not want to leave.
With just a small group of seven, our journey was intimate and personal and it is then that I first met Mohamed Nazmy, President of Quest Travel, although it was more like a reconnection and reunion. He and his staff are not only an example of heart connective, and compassionate, gracious generosity, but they are an invaluable encyclopedia of knowledge and spiritual depth that helped to make the journey an all-encompassing divine experience. Mohamed and his guide/Egyptologist, Sameh soon became family. I remember how challenged I was to leave Egypt that first time, crying to have to part, but knowing I had left a piece of my heart in what seemed like a second home to me. It was easily an unspoken remembrance and recognition felt for not only Egypt, but for the connection experienced with Mohamed and Sameh. The people of Egypt are beautiful and have a very deep, sacred knowingness you can see in their eyes and feel through their hearts. Mohamed is no exception.
Here is what Mohamed wrote to me after the journey:
“I am so grateful for your love and friendship. I was sure from the first time we have met that we are ONE family and I do also know and reconfirming that you will be coming back “Home” to Egypt many, many times in future trips. I honestly believe that your soul belongs here and you do have lots of work to start and to continue here in Egypt, in which case I will always be here for you and trust me, I will spare no efforts but to make every journey of yours a unique experience for those who are meant for them to join you and you can share your love for Egypt with. I have always trusted the Universe with our tomorrow and I know that we have a BIG role to play in this lifetime for the best interest of our Global family. So let us join each other and others, hand in hand to bring peace on our planet.”
And I did return, only 4 months later, for the 9-9-9 Circle the Pyramid Event – Creating the New Earth, as I felt called to help facilitate this potent gathering in September 2007, being aligned with what my life’s service is about. This time was a whole new experience for me. I realized why the first trip had gone as such, to prepare me for this one. Many on this trip had their own profound experiences and were in need of grounded support, which I felt I was helping to anchor, having already gone through my transformation and so this trip was one in which I was to be of service to everyone involved, as well as to infuse the energy and information I had received.
A group of 18 light-minded individuals (Masters) from the Global Spiritual Community joined together in the King’s Chamber of the Great Pyramid. We’d prepared for this day with intensive work and committed intentions in the days preceding, including a most powerful ceremony at the Step Pyramid of Saqqara. Then, led by Menita Ishmil, a 7th Level Composite Energy channeled by Shelia Reed, we participated in a Ceremony Meditation in the Great Pyramid, with the intention of connecting our planet with the higher dimensions. We were completing nine years of arduous work that had reactivated the Grid for Unconditional Love, to now activate the Planetary Merkaba for global peace and harmony. Forming and sending a powerful fusion of energy into the void of Creation would unlock knowledge into the physical, to further humanity’s enlightenment, thus moving Earth fully into the 4th Dimension, which allows for instant manifestation. At 3:30pm on 9-9-9, our ceremony commenced.
The beauty and magnitude of it cannot in any way, shape, or form be expressed. However, the energy was felt by all, including all those outside the Pyramid during our private 2 hours of meditation. We emerged vibrant and anew, feeling the lightness and expansion that engulfed us. Upon reaching the entrance to what was now a new world, we learned of a beautiful sign that had taken place during this powerful activation. And it was no short of chilling to hear. As we activated the new energy from within, we could feel the Masters all around us. Yet, they could also be felt surrounding the Pyramid with their light and brilliance. The guards, one of our guides, and a man named Tom from Germany (who we learned later had traveled solely for the same purpose, completely separate from us, after receiving a vision to come to the Great Pyramid on this important day), looked up at the top of the Pyramid and to their amazement could see a large falcon hovering just above in the sky. His wings spread wide, like an extension of the Pyramid itself, Horus hovered for nearly a half an hour before disappearing. This spectacular vision could not in any effort be caught on film though. Through the camera lens he did not exist, but to the eye he displayed his magnificence splendidly. It was most miraculous and symbolic of the completion of our work, embraced and supported by the Masters. We continued our journey to the mystical temples of Egypt to further strengthen the foundation of this new energy, rooting it firmly in our hearts and souls, and spreading it deeply to the collective consciousness. Another amazing journey and certainly not the last.
At the Giza Plateau, we all took time to meditate and be with the energy, and I remember tuning in, sending energy and connecting at the heart level with the collective through this portal vortex of powerful energy, tears swelling from the profound love, and I felt a loving and supportive hand on my shoulder from behind. Mohamed (who had joined us, as he often did in energetic support) had come behind me to join and we could feel the camaraderie of our heart’s intentions. And we shared a moment, an exchange, and a hug, as we many times had in recognition of our aligned intentions and service.
Writing all this brings me back, as if it were in the now, and I feel chills, overflowing love, tears and deep gratitude for the experiences, for the connections and for the beauty that remains in my heart and flows through the work I share.
It deepens the knowingness of the recurring themes that run throughout my life, the ancient connections, the responsibility of service, the signs, the messages about the work I do, the heart connection that is of utmost importance in life and the healing work to create a New Earth and new experience in totality for the collective to share and experience.
In remembering, I re-embrace with deepened compassion and understanding. Pieces of Egypt, and of every experience and sacred area I have visited or recall, are part of who I am, who we each are. And through unconditional embracing, we become empowered in the now and able to move forward with conscious knowingness.
