Moose Magick

moosea

We experienced two sacred encounters with the same female moose two days in a row here in East Glacier and although a couple of her photos will get into the week’s review of our time here once we conclude and move on, I felt that the connection with this cow was so potent to show up twice, that she deserved her own post to impart her powerful medicine. So, I’m sharing not only my favorite photos she allowed me to capture of her, but also her beautiful energetic reflections and messages.

She first showed up as we were concluding our hike to Rockwell Falls, munching away on her evening dinner in a beautiful pond setting, unaffected by our presence. We spent a lot of time in silence just connecting with her beautiful energy. I was so taken in by her endearing, but powerful essence.

mooseb

Then the next day we did a different trail off of the same main trailhead from the day before – this time going to Aster Falls, but you have to pass the same big ponds in an open field.

moosec

Well, miss moose was back! Our lovely cow was feasting again in what seems to be her favorite dining destination – lucky us!

We were there around the same time (this time beginning our hike at the time we ended the previous day).

Moose are one of the most ancient and interesting beings and to see them can be a rare thing. They are solitary creatures and if the temperatures are too warm they will be cooling off in the shade hidden out of sight, as they don’t have the ability to thermoregulate their body temperature, thus preferring cooler weather.

moosee

When a moose shows up it can be a sign of beneficial change on the horizon.

moose3

Moose also carry many gifts, some of which include:

  • gift of camouflage (being able to blend in due to precise awareness and keen perceptions of the environment, thus carrying shape shifting energy)
  • gift of finely attuned insight (enabling one to work with shadow and light advantageously) and gift of vision (moose eyes move independently, thus one can see both the outside physical realm and the inner energetic realm)
  • gift of solitude (indicating one who enjoys and is comfortable in quiet and being and working alone, being at one with ourselves first and foremost)
  • gift of protection (ability to defend the defenseless and protect those that need help, which could be the ability to protect oneself when needed)
  • gift of adapting (the ability to overcome challenges and to create value out of perceived shortcomings to one’s benefit)
  • gift of discernment (as a gentle giant who also is not one to be messed with – this provides the ability to make quick decisions that support needs in the moment, but overall enjoy a peacefully calm life knowing one has the ability to stand strong if necessary without fear)

moose5

Key medicine words for moose include a dichotomy of opposites, given their large, somewhat awkward appearances and their oscillation between deer and buffalo traits (very much me since I am a self-proclaimed “walking dichotomy”): grace, strength, gentleness, courageous, sensitivity, protective, instinctual, discerning, solitude, adaptable, agility, personal power, primal feminine energy, steadfastness, visionary, perceptive, physically adept, and overall balance.

moose6

There is a sense of strange uniqueness and yet awe-inspiring energy about moose, and so too might someone with this animal spirit guide and carrying moose energy be somewhat odd, but magnetically enigmatic.

moose7

Moose are noble beings that carry a strong sense of life force in their presence of knowing how to walk between worlds of opposites and knowing how to maneuver most instinctively and wisely in how to utilize these blended gifts.

moose9

For example, despite their size and seeming awkwardness, they move quite gracefully and confidently, able to get around quickly and mysteriously. They can decide when to reveal themselves and when to blend invisibly. So they carry the power of strong presence and the gift of unassuming invisibility.

moose13

They live in that state of constant harmony and instinctive sense of balance, knowing when to call upon the energies that would most support any given situation. And yet, overall, they are simply calm, peaceful, and gentle beings.

In this way they teach us to be discerning in our own lives and how to know when to call upon the strengths and gifts we possess. They also act as bridges between seeming opposites, and so people connected with moose energy will also be bridges in life, or are stepping into their roles as bridges for the collective – integrating and merging.

moose16

Moose supports us in knowing our personal essence and the importance of our personal frequency amidst the collective. There is a way to be empowered with graceful gentleness and moose encourages this balanced harmony, while teaching us to seek only the truth within ourselves.

Moose is found in the North of the Native American Medicine Wheel, which is a place of wisdom. They symbolize self esteem, which comes not from a place of ego, but of self honor in recognizing when wisdom has been discerned and applied in one’s life harmoniously.

moose17

Ina Woolcott of Shamanic Journey shares:

“Moose symbolizes the expression of joy when something has been accomplished, not in a ‘show-off look at me I want recognition‘ kind of way, but in a true sense of sharing that springs from knowing how infectious joy is.”

I LOVE this connection with “Joy”, which seems to come up a lot for me in how much life has moved into this most joyful place and joyful expression of my heart and soul desires and essence expression. Not to mention the reference to my sweet little Joy who is ever-present and infusing my life with her energy all around and within me.

Ina goes on to share:

“The moose possesses a highly developed sense of smell and hearing. Babies are born with open eyes. People with this power animal are born with their inner eyes open already, they see things with extraordinary clarity – psychic awakenings in later life are rare for the moment moose people are born this is their awakening. They do have some of their most testing lessons in their childhood, but their fearlessness and mettle together with their direct connection to universal knowledge gives them the necessary aid needed to strengthen their self-esteem and find their place in the world. Moose is a very powerful totem to have and will help you discover who you are and put you in touch with your congenital wisdom.”

moose19

Moose is definitely strong within my soul and I’m so grateful for this endearing cow that showed up not once, but twice, to drive home her sacred message. What a gift for her to reveal herself.

I love that it was a female moose that showed up, as that carries a direct affinity for me with her primal feminine energy.

Her reflection is wholeheartedly received with gratitude and reverence for the energies she walks through life with that I connect very deeply with within my own walk of life.

How does moose reflect for you?

More Magick & Beautiful Reflections

Today I’m sharing another of the latest Magick Stone creations along with a beautiful testimonial from the keeper of the last one I shared, including magickal images she photographed of it that way outdo the ones I took.

I’m still working on completing the pre-orders I have, then I will move into creating the 6 other Magick Stones. For now, my focus is getting caught up on orders and sound channeling requests that took a backseat temporarily while I was integrating change in my own life. Then I’ll need to get back to my own creative work, so the remaining stones will be done in between, as time allows. So stay tuned.

First off, here is the new stone captured as best I can, along with its sacred imagery, symbolism, and where it was found.

It has a lot of detailing in the sacred geometry that is all in gold metallic, which truly can’t be captured here, nor can the fuzzy and golden touched detailing of the bee that brings it to life.

It is truly powerful and mesmerizing, drawing you into the sacred honeycomb web and enchanted by the bee’s medicine.

And here are the photos taken by the keeper of this Magick Stone along with her testimonial. To put this into perspective, this was a custom stone I channeled without direction from her. Here’s what Christine had to share:

“I received my magic stone from Tania, and it is exquisite, feminine and feels so very good! Earlier in meditation, I felt the Goddess Lakshmi entering my energetic space, she brought a river of gold, and she was sitting on a glowing white swan, playing an instrument, very similar to paintings I have seen of her. I was happy to see the stone had a beautiful swan on one face of it. It feels like a graceful transition into the next evolution of my human journey. Thank you!

The owl is a very special animal spirit of mine, she has been with me since my spiritual awakening has taken place. I work with owl energy, from Ishtar and Minerva and her medicine is one of dancing through the shadows, seeing the unseen and silently journeying into the nether and lower worlds with invisibility and grace. The wind element is the closest to me, so these Shamanic archetypes hold so much meaning to me. They resonate with love, and deep nature. I feel mountain energy when I touch this rock maybe Machu Picchu, but potent Andean energy. It is an honor and pleasure to have this magick stone on my altar, it’s saturated with Divine Feminine energy, and has a strong medicine of balance, and being graceful with the dance of shadow of light. Gratitude sage medicine sister. It’s truly beautiful.

Thank you for your warmth and loving support. I look forward to connecting to its magick this coming week for messages. Thank you for sharing your art medicine with all of us, it is a blessing.”

I’m so honored to create these potent nature portals and this new batch is truly taking the energy to another level.

Basking in the Beauty & Soul Enrichment of Northwest Montana

20160703_165525_resized

We are currently in Northern Montana, stationed in Kalispell on the Flathead River where this past week has proven to be an explorative, expansive, and potentially life changing experience discovering this area, Whitefish, and West Glacier National Park. Today we moved over to East Glacier for the next week before heading into Canada for the next nearly 4 months.

I continue to love this incredibly rich experience and am grateful for how it is literally helping to move the energy in my/our lives, bringing greater clarity, solidifying things, helping to return me back to my true nature, drawing forth my most sparkly self again, deepening my relationship to Mother Earth and my loved ones, and connecting me with friends and transformative experiences along the way.

20160704_162138_resized

I didn’t have any expectations for this journey, but it has far exceeded what I could have possibly imagined.

I so highly recommend this way of life, even if just for a while, as it truly shifts you on deeper levels if totally embraced.

We had a last minute inspiration to shift the two cities we were traveling to in Montana, to another area…and boy has it revealed a lot for us in embracing that change.

There were so many magickal things that came about with following that inner guidance to shift from Missoula and Great Falls to Kalispell, Whitefish, and West Glacier. And so many supportive signs that reiterated that follow-through.

We have all of our reservations booked through 9/11 since the Summer is crazy busy, but when we changed everything for this stop (two previous reservations), literally last minute…it all fell into place. Not only were we able to do so without any financial penalty, of which we were okay with if there had been, but we also got the only spot available in the RV park we stayed at, which ended up a great site on an end, overlooking the river, with only low tent campsites in front of us, filled just half of the time.

20160707_180329_resized

20160707_181318_resized20160707_201948

And, our site was #44 with much angelic support all around.

20160703_151703_resized

We enjoyed exploring this area and from the moment we set down I was feeling incredibly excited and inspired. Our home on the river was very peaceful and gave us a good home base for much.

Everyday, from our drive in and our drives about, we got to go through the spectacular canola fields of yellow blossoms that were just so “Joy” filled to me and invigorating to my heart and soul. I love the yellow blankets of pure inspiration that wrapped me in warmth and liquid sunshine energy.

20160704_144759_resized

I also loved exploring some of West Glacier and was just in awe of the beauty of the waters here with all of the layers of aqua colors (my favorite) because of the glacial silt, but also the clarity of the water was just stunning.

20160708_154717_resized 20160704_163004_resized20160704_171031_resized20160704_171101_resized20160708_154134_resized20160708_154416_resized20160708_155308_resized

We did a few hikes near lakes, rivers, and falls that just were simply invigorating and filled me with so much love.

Returning here after 20 years of what was just a brief, but memorable choo choo through on the train as my first intro was a full circle anchoring. And today, on our way to East Glacier, we were following the path of the train tracks I traveled then to my end point all those years ago, which was incredibly potent in soul retrieval and understanding the meaning behind this.

The vistas and energy here are stunning and gave me chills.

The forests were dense and mystical with tons of mossy Faery energy.

Deer showed up at magickal moments and hiked along with us alongside and in front (one kept following me), butterflies were in huge abundance more than anywhere so far, moths, crystalline dragonfly, sweet insects, and bumble bees abound, and even Bald Eagles were making their appearance known.

20160704_145344(0)_resized20160709_165104_resized20160709_165110_resized20160709_165155_resized20160709_165241_resized20160704_155826_resized20160704_163616_resized20160704_163635_resized20160704_163738_resized20160704_163721_resized20160704_163813_resized20160708_152733_resized20160708_094818_resized20160708_111228_resizeddragonfly2dragonfly3bald eagle

I was gifted a Grouse feather too in an auspicious place, which has amazingly potent symbolism I’ve just discovered.

20160707_183057_resized

So much potent medicine from the winged ones indeed.

I finally picked up some wild huckleberry jam I’d been wanting to try (yum!) and the day after found myself foraging for wild huckleberries and enjoying the harvest on a trail we happened to be on.

20160709_120132_resized20160709_120547_resized20160709_120749_resized20160708_17590713612356_10209450613489442_4184201640057578521_n

The alpine lakes were breathtaking. And the waterfalls at Avalanche Lake (6 in all that I could see and count from where I was) were incredible.

We enjoyed Johns Lake Trail (at 3333 elevation), Trail of the Cedars, Avalanche Lake Trail, and Lake McDonald while in West Glacier.

Loved all the ancient Cedars we wandered through and connected with.

20160704_170601_resized20160704_170010_resized20160704_170142_resized20160704_170410_resized20160704_170538_resized

On our first day of arrival, however, we enjoyed Whitefish Trail.

20160703_155646_resized

This trail was so lovely, meandering through the forest bringing you through the same areas over the course of the loops, but from different perspectives and elevations, which reminded me about the journey and how you never return back to the same place you were, but arrive at it from a different frame of “now moment” perspective, on another layer of the spiral of life.

It took us to an overlook of Skyles Lake (there are SO many lakes here! I love it!) where two flying-free rabbit clouds (one behind the other and one more abstract than the other – Nestor and Joy) showed up at the overlook to greet me with a message.

20160703_161845_resized20160703_162129_resized20160703_162224_resized

This area is full of nature’s beauty and we didn’t even scratch the surface of things, although did get briefly into Bigfork as well.

Found some vegan friendly yums in the area, including an awesome sushi place with 7 varieties of unique vegan sushi and other dishes, as well as a bakery that makes not only vegan baked goods, but soy and gluten free, while also is 100% organic.

20160704_125941_resized

We did get a chance to drive around part of Whitefish Lake on the Fourth of July and marveled how it was nothing near as packed as Lake Tahoe would be at this time.

20160704_134033_resized20160704_134035_resized

There are many things I have put in the back of my mind for future time here, as we had a lot on the inspirationally guided agenda as it was.

20160704_163529_resized20160706_143018_resized20160706_143036_resized20160708_111542_resized20160708_160204_resized

We’re currently in East Glacier for the next week (just arrived earlier today and already has proven magickal) to explore more of that side of the park and reflect on our journey so far.

We journey with our new inflatable two-person kayak we just received so that we can enjoy the lakes and rivers here and beyond. And something sacred I feel may take place while here while doing so.

Will share more as things percolate and integrate, but for now I hope you enjoy these windows into the beauty here and what I saw through my eyes.

In the Spirit of Magick

With all of the shifts I’ve experienced recently and recent expansion through that, the creative flow has been directly affected with greater inspiration.

This includes the channeling of Magick Stones that were on hold through navigating the recent challenges.

I’m happy to share that I am back in full swing again and feel reinvigorated with a creative burst of artistic expression.

I have 5 custom pre-order requests that will be focused on first, but 6 more stones have come into my experience, making 11 total I’ll be working on.

That also means that there will be 6 others available once I complete the first 5 orders.

So, if you were interested in one, perhaps there will be a perfect reflection of you in this new batch of potent Magick Stones.

You can contact me if interested in one for yourself and would like to pre-order.

Otherwise, these 6 Magick Stones will become available once completed.

The 6 stones to come run from $33 – $44 + $7 shipping/handling.

Until then, I will be sharing the stones along the way that are completed.

Today I start with the first, which is quite the potent stone.

When you receive your stone you will be provided information about its medicine, any animal spirit guides, symbolism, etc., along with the sacred area it was found, and the energy it holds to support you with.

Here is an example of the one I’m shipping today, below.

Capturing photos of these stones is incredibly challenging, as they are sealed with a protective, durable, glossy enamel over the acrylic paint. So any light source at all creates a shine and glare, plus makes it hard to get photos with clarity.

However, these images should provide an example. As you can see, the images are revving up in this new batch.

The stones are exponentially more beautiful in person and that is when you can truly appreciate the hand work and energy.

Even though they are sealed, you still want to be very gentle with them and treat them sacredly, as they are still delicate and like anything sacred, you’d want to mutually share honor with them.

The Apple of My Eye

20160705_192246_resized.jpg

Yesterday was “Cosmo and me time” outdoors, as I like to take him out now and then for some sun, fresh air, and nature immersion when the energy outside feels peaceful so as not to stress him.

20160705_192411_resized

I just love spending time with him, as he loves snuggling, sharing love kisses and licks, and enjoys just taking it all in with me by his side.

20160705_192448_resized

We shared a lovely time and conversation, while I gave him some kale to munch and laid next to him with his head resting in my palm and my head to his.

I love that we have this time together, my little boy and I, and it reminds me that the only other time I had a male animal companion was when I was 12 and my first bunny, Twinkie came into my life.

Twinkie was with me only for a Summer, due to severe dental challenges that led to putting him to sleep. 🙁

I’ve often wondered if Twinkie has returned to me in Cosmo, as our time together was cut way too short.

Twinkie was also a love bunny and loved to be held.

Twinkie reminded me of twinkling stars, from which he was named.

Cosmo, is the Cosmos at large and everything star-like.

Regardless, all of my little ones that have graced me with their presence and love in my life are alive within the love I share for them all and in this little guy’s heart that is big enough to hold ALL of that love and then some.

You Inspired the Creative, Free-Spirited Me

20160616_163207_resized

Five years ago today, on July 4th 2011, my French grandfather, Joseph, on my mother’s side transitioned.

Why do I mention him?

Because he is strongly alive in my heart and soul, as being the person who encouraged me the most in being my most natural and artistic self.

Of all of my extended family, he was the one I was most connected to because we shared kindred spirits.

He was incredibly creative, an amazing artist, loved nature and gardening, connected with animals and children, and was a big child at heart always playfully innocent even though he had seen the horrors of World War II while being in the army at that time.

We shared so many laughs and connective experiences in the short times we did have together, as he lived in France and would come visit with my grandmother every couple of years for the summer, as well as lived with us for a year once.

In those times he was with us we spent hours at the kitchen table drawing together and he always encouraged me with my art. We spoke only in French, as he did not know English.

He was the first person to ever pay me for a piece of art that I created for him and my grandmother, which was unexpected, but he wanted me to know the value of my creative expression.

He lives on and in me and I even have his simple gold wedding band he always wore, which my mom let me have when I asked because it is meaningful to me. His finger and mine are an absolutely and synchronously perfect fit, since he was a small man.

Today I honor him and feel his presence strongly, keeping my promise to live my life as the creative being that I am and to do only the work that is naturally within my heart and soul to express and share with others.

He reminds me of the creative power within me, to be the artist of life I was meant to be, to create my life as a work of art (as is my personal motto), and that independence and freedom comes through natural self expression and self value and honor.

He was always happy and there was nothing that deterred his strong faith and always seeing the silver lining in all things, along with always seeing what was of most value in life. He didn’t need much to be content and his smile twinkled in his eyes, as well as emanated from his heart.

That’s not to say he didn’t have his own challenges and wasn’t a strong and disciplinary father, but his softness was the underlying energy that was felt as his truth.

He was an honorable man and a very humble and simple man with a heart of gold.

I love you Pepe.

You are forever with me and I promise to continue in the vein of your creative spirit and hope to live as honorably and humbly as you.

I have no photos of you, as they are all in old albums that my mom and dad have, but you are etched in my memory and part of my soul always.

Here’s to your freedom and expansion…and to the freedom and expansion within all of our capabilities to experience in body through our embrace of full spirited expression.

Flowing with Change Creates a Return to Natural Harmony

Change is abound with yesterday being our last day in Helena, Montana, as today we make our way to Kalispell where we’ll call a spot on the scenic Flathead River our home for the next full week. From there we’ll be only 30 mins from the West Entrance of Glacier National Park and only 20 mins from beautiful Whitefish – all three areas of which we’ll be exploring over the course of our time between Sunday to Sunday. I’m so excited!

The drive has been gorgeous on our way to Kalispell and once again, my theory (at least in terms of all six of the states we have journeyed through and that we’ve seen as potentials for our future homestead) has been proven that the northern ends of the states are energetically and physically most aligned, invigorating, and beautiful in terms of our personal needs. It really is incredible to see how that unfolds each time and now we find Northern Montana to also be quite resonant in these ways, so I’m looking forward to our destination to see what awaits us.

This coming week and the following one more week after at the East Entrance of Glacier will end our time in Montana. Then we are off to Canada for nearly 4 months.

We originally had booked time in Missoula and Great Falls, Montana for this coming week, but the energy shifted and we’re being redirected for the highest good (some of which I have some inklings about alongside the fact it will also be 10 or so degrees cooler, which helps this Faery much since I don’t fair well and melt in humid heat that’s been building in some of the previous areas).

So we cancelled our reservations and made a new one – there was only one spot open at the lovely rv park we found in Kalispell (totally meant to be).

I feel Joy is part of that shift of plans along with Uni (as I lovingly refer to the Universe as) and as always we follow where we are guided.

I visited Montana only once before, very briefly, 20 years ago. It was actually my very first trip on my own, which kick-started my solo travels there forth. I decided to take a train ride up the West Coast from Los Angeles to the first stop outside of Glacier National Park.

My goal was to see Glacier, a place my brother had told me about from his many solo travels, and to just have some integrative and reflective time on my own during a transitory time in my life then and on my spiritual path.

So I booked an Amtrak ticket from LA to the first stop at the end of Glacier, after going through the whole park. I can’t remember the city, but I do remember it was just one tiny little building in the middle of no where.

I remember being the only one getting off the train and others looking on as I got off, as if confused as to why, since everyone else was going on.

Needless to say, I did, and just before the train station keeper was closing up. He was of the Blackfeet Indian Tribe, as many Blackfeet live in this area, and when he learned I had about 8 hours of waiting until I would take the next train back, he invited me to his home to be with his family, share a meal, and get a city tour. They were very excited to have a visitor.

It was an interesting experience for me on my first journey alone. One I won’t forget. And it reiterated the strong resonance and past life connections I had in my many Native Indian lifetimes I’d already connected dots with at this point in my life.

And now, I return 20 years later to a place I’d energetically anchored for the future.

There is a sense of full circle experience and something awaiting me here. It may also come to be Joy’s resting place, as I listen to where her ashes would be of highest good to spread.

Our time in Montana so far has been very supportive in these times of transition and expansion. I’m grateful for the beauty, inspiration, healing integration, and deepening into inner peace received here.

It’s enabled me to flow gracefully with change and has been part of the alchemy of inner harmony with it all.

Even little Cosmo has been doing incredibly, which makes mom very happy. I’ve been concerned about how he would take losing Joy, and while I know he misses her snuggly presence, he is also embracing the forward movement of life along with mom.

And the enchanted stuffed rabbit that Joy brought to life and has infused with her energy, is Cosmo’s constant partner now providing warmth, comfort, and a little extra magick to match the magick he embodies and imparts.

Here he is loving, snuggling, and cleaning his rabbit friend…the rabbit that reminds me of The Velveteen Rabbit who was brought to life by love in its most pure and innocent energy.

I feel that he and I are meant to have this time together on our own, as there is alchemy for us to create now and I anticipate more of his magick and gifts will be revealed in the days to come.

I’ve had alone time with each of my bunnies and my tortoise, Gaia, but now it’s Cosmo and me time.

And I have to say that it’s increased the already deep bond he and I share, taking our connection to a whole other level. We can read each other’s minds, our time together has become even more precious (if you can believe that), and he’s just really flourishing and looking/feeling very vibrant.

All that even after his recent minor surgery, which came a week after Joy’s transition.

I am always having to make intuitive decisions that take into account the highest good and support my little ones’ soul path and wishes, so things like any kind of surgery, minor or not, where they have to go under anesthesia at their age, is a challenging one.

But after running blood and xrays, we had the physical support of knowing he was strong and could handle it, so I made the call on these preventative procedures so as not to run into similar challenges like Joy and Nestor had, especially not knowing when the next good rabbit doctor would be around. And to support a more fluid and pain free experience for the next leg of his journey.

Anyway, when I picked Cosmo up from his dental surgery he didn’t even look like he’d been under and he immediately got his eating and digestive system right on track, the antibiotic for his nose congestion is already working (still waiting on his eye meds to kick in more), and I’m now adding vet tech to my repertoire, as I’m administering needle injections of Adequan to support his joints and arthritis.

That’s a scary thing, but Cosmo is helping mom to do something I don’t like even receiving myself, let alone giving it (a needle that is).

But both Joy’s doctor and this one highly recommended these injections and I’ve heard from others of the amazing results. So I’m looking forward to seeing him having more mobility and less pain, as the injections help with inflammation and more fluidity.

He won’t walk, but he might be scooting around much more vibrantly and have that peace mom so wants and intends for her little ones, rather than simply accepting pain as his experience.

I am grateful to be able to make the journey for him much more harmonious.

And I am grateful that my own journey is so harmoniously flowing, despite, or I think, because of the challenges I’ve embraced with love and the complete understanding on an embodiment level of the beauty and invaluable gifts in it all.

I’ve truly learned, not just in theory, but in actualization, about flowing with the natural rhythms and cycles of consciousness moving through me and my life.

And so, when change shows up, I don’t fight it, ignore it, or try to manipulate it otherwise. I simply engage my creative faculties and inner guidance to harness and support the highest good, which takes into account personal and non-personal always.

Cosmo has been and continues to be a guiding force with this, as he incredibly embraces the natural flow of unfolding life experiences with such grace and ease.

I continually say that he has become one of my greatest teachers and is such an example for us all on so many levels. I am constantly in awe of this little rabbit, which such a large soul presence.

He is unassuming, humble, vibrant, and love filled in unlimited abundance to mirror his enlarged physical heart.

So when change shows up, like our travel trajectory shifting, physical transitions taking place, surprises in all shapes and forms, and new paths presenting themselves and inspiring my attention despite my current focuses, I am ALL IN.

And because of this, my life IS peace. And what I’ve been focused on for as long as I can remember, HAS become a return to natural harmony.

Music to Journey With

These are two of my favorite songs, in general, and from M83. They accompanied Joy and I during our last physical days together and saw her off on her journey through and beyond the portal. They bring up a lot of beautiful and releasing emotions for me, as well as integrative and expansive ones that bridge and merge Earth and Cosmos.

If you haven’t heard of M83, they are a French electronic band from Antibes named after the galaxy of the same name. “M83 is named after the spiral-shaped star system Messier 83/NGC 5236 that is found in the Hydra constellation. The system – one of the brightest in our skies, visible with binoculars and about fifteen million light years from Earth – is also known as M83.”

Enjoy, as you celebrate your 4th of July weekend.
