Support & Perspective for Those of You Have Chosen a Different Way
I don’t get involved in the energetic dynamics at work in the world right now like others do, remaining mostly silent in words but loud in frequency, and that might be judged by some, thought to be a misuse of my freedoms, completely denied as valid to how I go about things, or simply that I’m crazy and ignorant. To all of that I smile and hold my position even stronger. I don’t attempt to hold answers, nor to judge others for their own positions. And mostly I find myself working with energy when others engage their conversations, or may present questions to invite curiosity, which engages the creative powers and activates something deeper and latent within.
Today two interesting posts popped up that I feel guided to combine some pieces of the shares and my comments on, in case anyone has interest in “some” of my perspective or feels similar and unsure of themselves, their own choices’ value, or feel alone out there in the Middle and Void.
I’ll begin with an interesting observation that I’ve linked in direct manifestation to things, which I’ve been seeing since yesterday morning. We live way high up at the top of the mountain and so the perspective here offers amazing reflections.
I shared on Facebook yesterday and this morning about a very interesting veil of clouds that has been here since yesterday morning and feels symbolically reflective for sure. I shared about it along with photos of the clouds and the volcanic sunset before they arrived, and the surreal almost neon sky here last evening.
This is what I shared this morning in reflection:
“Wow, incredibly the cloud veil that began yesterday morning covering all of Lake Tahoe and the lower basin area still remains this morning without a budge. The only shift was mid-day yesterday when it started to rise up a bit creating what looked like a perfect wall or screen…then it went back down. and all through the night last night, once the stars came out, the cloud veil was lit up without any light source, as if like star glow and cosmic phosphorescence was emanating from it. So mysterious! Being way up here to witness it is amazing and creates like two worlds. It’s like the lake is incubating and morphing below that veil. Also interesting that the deep waters are below the cloud coverage, as if asking one to look beyond all illusions and reach courageously into one’s depths to the core. Truly nothing is as it seems…it’s not what you see on the surface. Let’s find the strength and vulnerability to go within and understand the truth of what we’re being presented that gives rise to so much immediate reaction. Let’s find our center so we can respond from a place of greater understanding and peace.”
Interestingly Laura posted a blog article today mentioning “looking beyond the veil” and about taking “conscious empowered action” toward the world you want to create.
My comment there not only addresses the current scene people are focused on right now, but truly is intended as a bigger picture life perspective of working with opposites, triggers, and creating the new, as I never just focus on one detail taking place, but a bigger picture symbolism for things playing out.
Some of my comment included this below, along with sharing about the cloud veil I already posted above:
“Nearly everyone I know I’ve found to be divided and taking sides, others confused how to hold their energy that don’t want to be on either side and that see beyond both, and those taking stands with others to be a part of things…but what I haven’t seen is consistency with those desires for change carried through in life aside from moments of joining the group or getting triggered, as in fueling the energy in really effective ways or anyone out there providing constructive ideas and channels for people to fuel their rage and passions so it doesn’t turn into Civil War or worse…all very interesting and for myself, I am compelled to keep consistently firm in my position no matter what people think of me or not understanding the steps I’m taking because they don’t look like their idea of taking a stand.”
Her response:
“I agree, that veil of clouds is highly symbolic. I also this morning kept hearing “The Cloud of Unknowing,” which is the title of a Medieval Christian mystic text. Wikipedia summarizes the main gist this way:
“The underlying message of this work suggests that the way to know God is to abandon consideration of God’s particular activities and attributes, and be courageous enough to surrender one’s mind and ego to the realm of ‘unknowing,’ at which point one may begin to glimpse the nature of God.”
Given all the external focus on division among different religions and again, the provocations to war from BOTH sides, this seems like a wise time to step back, get quiet, clear the field of any and all interference, and reconnect with Spirit. When in doubt, choose peace. At least until you’re sure something is worth fighting for…”
And earlier this morning I received notification that someone liked a comment of mine synchronously “out of the blue” from an old post of Laura’s from 2014 titled Integration Lifetimes and the Splitting of the Worlds – one of my favorites of hers and SO reflective and synchronous with all of this.
Not only does it describe how we all have different paths and focuses in this life, but shares how each way we are called to “rise to action” will also be different. Not to mention the subject matter of separation and integration being so timely for now as well.
I didn’t know until she posted that blog that she’d used one of my own ways of working with the Shadow as one example. And so for those of you who think there is just one way, or may not understand how I am taking my own very deliberate and challenging path with this, here’s what she shared, which includes some perspectives beyond just my own experience that you may find valuable for these times:
“Healing for those on an Integration Lifetime is not so much about removal, as it is about conscious Creation. Sometimes Creation involves a carving away — like sculpting — but that carving away does not become an end in itself. Rather, the carving away exists as a step, perhaps many, many steps, in service to a greater vision, inspiration and spontaneous engagement with the material. Carving reveals Shadows, as greater depth encourages the play of light and dark, but the whole of Creation eventually reveals itself as far more than the sum of its individual cuts. An artist adds something with each taking away, infusing the Creation with life force energy until that Creation can hold its own.
I believe the third option of which Inelia speaks has begun to hint at its arrival, because enough people on Integration Lifetimes have come far enough on their individual journeys to open space for something beyond the Void. Old tugs to the familiar remain, but continued Shadow Work coupled with active, conscious Creation in both the imagination and in tangible ways — will continue to gestate this new option until the birthing time.
Different people engage Shadows in different ways. My dear friend and sweet faery twin, Tania Marie prefers not to work as an activist exposing wrongs or fighting for rights, but she’s got a body full of extremely potent, powerful, deliberate, beautiful and what some people have even called “scary” tattoos. She’s got a dragon, snakes, and jaguars, occult symbols, Moon goddesses, and ancient languages all in black, black, black ink all over her body. That’s a lot of intensity, money and pain, which she wears in indelible ink as an unapologetic reclamation of the power, Shadow projections, and often corrupted goodness attached to all these things. Embodying the Shadow literally on her body allows Tania to live her life with innocence and childlike wonder while still honoring the vastness and power of her being. Her book, Spiritual Skin, helps others to explore a similar path.
Tattoos are widely popular right now, but not for everyone. Some people invoke and integrate their Shadows by embracing whatever taboos have most defined their lives. Others move through various Archetypes and roles. Others attract life threatening illness or injury, which makes them reconcile with their own mortality. Since we all die at some point, this last version of Shadow Work opens itself to everyone — even those not on a full Integration Lifetime. Inelia has noted that “Gaia (Earth/Terra) has actively been pushing for a physical separation that is done through time, three generations, and is trauma free and gentle.” Those on Integration Lifetimes tend to feel deeply connected to Terra and tend to be the ones walking a fine line with awareness of this unsustainable civilization and way of life crumbling to its core (scary Shadow stuff!) and the joy, freedom and excitement of creating and welcoming the new.
As more and more Integration Lifetime folks move through their own process of dis-integration and learning to accept the Void, the human frequency on this planet continues to rise and offer encouragement for entirely new ways of being. We can reclaim the best of the old and the new, while consciously finding ways to integrate the pain, darkness and fear boiling to the surface of collective consensus reality. Energy adepts know that energy is energy, so we can mitigate the need for drastic physical events like pandemics and devastating tsunamis by exploring their energy signatures and finding different ways to rearrange and morph the energy. Kind of like radical feng shui!
Those who’ve already journeyed through the Void might find their skills and experiences increasingly welcomed as we redecorate and remodel reality, as the awakening masses begin to ask, “OK, we see it, but what the heck are we supposed to do with all this stuff????” The splitting of the worlds option gets rid of it, along with a whole lot of the material world. The integration option might involve some decluttering, but it doesn’t necessarily mean gutting. Think “re-purposing” or making art from junk, beauty from the discordant, healing from pain. The collective has not decided on a path yet, but individuals will each make their own choice. Collective consensus reality just means the tipping point of people with relatively aligned choices. If you suspect you’re on an Integration Lifetime and have been hammering the “positive” button, I’d simply encourage you to use this time delay to make sure you won’t be bored with your selection. Red pill, blue pill. Why take any pill? Or maybe you want a purple one. Maybe you want a world beyond pills.
Collectively, we’re in the Void right now, which means we wait. We can drive ourselves crazy with the waiting game, or we can use the extra linear time to explore and begin to create all sorts of worlds before we fully move into the new. You know what they say: “Yesterday is history, tomorrow’s a mystery, but today’s a gift. That’s why they call it ‘the present.’”
Timely then and timely now….and that Void she speaks of is right in front of me as I share this, with this huge cloud veil still covering the entire lower Tahoe basin area from where I sit.
Part of my response to Laura’s post, which someone liked today, included this:
“I know this is so true for me, as I have no desire to, or can’t engage in, many of the things that I see others around me getting so much out of in their own lives. I know that it is perfect for them, but it doesn’t feel aligned with or right for me and leaves me hugely unsatisfied and gaining nothing from it. That’s why people are surprised to learn that I don’t engage in certain things they would “think” I should be, based on ideas of what people have about a certain way of being. I’ve carved out a way and things that work for me and I’m not afraid to be different since I know its for the highest good to follow my intuition.
Remember, you are not someone else. So choose accordingly to your vibrational frequency.”
For anyone who thinks that my choice of action is an easy out, cowardly, etc…..I thank you for your opinion and don’t wish upon you to go through what I do and have, but as with anything, until we’ve walked in someone’s footsteps and tried on their “skin” for a while, these remain as one perspective judgment, rather than truth.
I share this post because I receive A LOT of messages all the time from people/clients/friends wanting advice, are confused, feeling helpless, invalidated, doubting themselves, and wondering about how I handle things, how I address people if they ask me questions (which never happens except rarely with family and those closest to me), what I’m doing in my own life to work with the energies, and simply wanting to understand something that, for empaths especially, can be all too distressing and in some cases debilitating to feel in the middle.
You are not alone. You matter. Your choices are valuable and needed. Trust what’s in your heart. Your position and consistent action in your life of embodying it, IS creating change.

The Great Romance
Beauty shows up in the most unlikely of places because the seeds of love are present within all expressions of life.
Depending on how the life force is fertilized, results in varying forms of manifestation.
Since all things start from the same seed, does that make anything separate from the love of All That Is?
The bitter and the sweet are two sides of the same coin.
The only thing separating them is our judgment and attachments, but they both are creative manifestations of free will and inevitable expansion.
They are also varying ways of All That Is making love to itself and experiencing the depths of potentials that live within that romance.
Inner Sanctum of Ecstatic Living ~ Some Words Before I Journey Deeper Within: A Farewell for Now
What I’m sharing in this post today comes from my last Newsletter, for the month of August, which I just sent out yesterday.
It’s the last one before I head off on my three month sabbatical, which begins on September 1st and goes through November 30th.
It’s an important one to share, although I will still be posting blogs up through August 31st, as it expresses my personal journey around this, which might mirror some of your own. But it is my last newsletter, since I do those monthly, only.
Since the people who read my blog and newsletter are very different, I’m sharing it here:
A Farewell for Now
What’s happening in my personal experience?
I usually share a lot of collective inspiration that channels through each month, sprinkled with how that relates for me. And while that will still come through this month, it will take place by you discovering your own reflections in a more personal note of sharing this time that perhaps you might relate to, or find a seed of connection with, in some way.
As you know, I will be taking off on my 3 month personal sabbatical beginning September 1st. That’s just a month away now and oh so much to do before then, as so much has been rapidly unfolding since I made that decision!
I will be completely unplugged and unreachable, as I venture into my little creative bubble and have the opportunity to be purely with myself.
On the one hand, this experience feels like a long time coming, and on the other hand, it is divinely aligned and couldn’t have happened any sooner than it is.
It also happens to coincide with some big life changes taking place – no coincidence – and so the timing couldn’t be better if I’d actually planned it, and yet of course we know I did. 😉
It has all been divinely guided by my intuition and inner heart knowing. And then completely trusted and unwavering in that knowing, although remaining flexible to the flow of energy so it would all be effortless, rather than feel like work or forced in anyway, and surrendering it with intention for the highest good of all concerned.
Since many of you have been curious and asking, I thought I’d share what’s going on in a more intimate way, as I feel that transparency and vulnerability is important to create more of the same reflections collectively.
Maybe you’ll see yourself somewhere in my share, since nothing we do is energetically isolated to just us, alone.
What has led me here?
This personal sabbatical is not one where I’ll be traveling off to explore, nor is it about sitting in meditation and stillness. It’s like a complete soul reset where I get to choose not only from a clean slate in this life, but a clean soul slate in terms of my collective soul.
I’ve shared with a few people that I’ve been what I call, “soul tired.”
This is not a physical tiredness, nor is it an energetic drain from overwork. In fact, it has little to do with my actual human body, and yet has everything to do with both my human and Earthly incarnations as a soul, on the whole.
It actually is not easy to explain how it feels, unless you’re experiencing similar, but needless to say, it is a simultaneous experience of feeling death and birth both upon me.
It is coming to a place of rest, peace, and recognition of all that has been in my Earthly lives, all that has culminated throughout my soul “history” here, and being conscious of it all, understanding what I have been awaiting myself to realize, while having integrated it as well.
At times that has felt heavy, like a mourning while I review everything and make soul decisions (which will now be moment to moment and day to day at a whole new level where anything profound can take place in an instant), sometimes overwhelming, a fully encompassing soul exhaustion that literally wants to remove myself from everything, frustration knowing I’ve had to fully put closure to everything on all levels with loving release while I have been so ready soulfully to move on for over a year and have been living in the new reality already, and yet peacefully embraced with understanding at the same time, while also like a huge ecstatic relief and excitement.
It’s a recognition and reverence for it all, and involves having reviewed my soul records, realizing the contracts really ARE done, I’ve paid my dues so to speak, I’ve even finished the extensions I gave myself and in some cases didn’t realize I was living on still without need to, and knowing from here on out, it’s all up to me in a very new and freeing, expansive way, as to what I want to create, engage in, and invest my life vitality towards.
It always has been freedom of will and choice and yet there was also a personal soul responsibility I had chosen to agree to with all of me, and contracts my heart were in every way committed to see through.
I’m one of those souls, like many of you, who have been more than around the block here on Earth, incarnating more times than I can count and in more forms than you can imagine.
Things took their shift at the end of 2012, involving coming to realizations of closure, but have been in a state of not fully grasping that for many of us, and a time period of integrating what that meant for each individually and collectively.
I’d say that it didn’t fully in embodiment hit me on every level until the end of Summer, beginning of Fall, of last year 2014, although was coming through loudly all of 2014 and end of 2013.
A series of potent dream sequences (which were happening in real-soul-time) took place during that end of Summer, beginning of Fall time period that not only explicitly gave me these messages, activated an upgrade, and offered me the most freeing and yet defining choice of my Earthly soul-existence, but have changed the way in which I live, see, feel, and experience things in all ways.
Now, I am looking at this vast and boundless “space” before me, much like the black background of this newsletter, knowing that I get to purely create in each moment, with very fulfilling release from any contract to fulfill, and only having the responsibility of my essence guiding me.
No longer is it about “holding space”, but is now about “creating space.”
What will this look like?
In terms of my 3 month sabbatical, as mentioned, I won’t be in meditative stillness or off venturing around the world, but rather, will be involved in ecstatic creation during this time, as well as ecstatic embodiment, which will carry through thereafter.
This is an experience to a level never have I had before, but it’s also one that comes from the immensity of soul credit built up from all of the committed work invested.
I think many of you can relate to the weight of what I share in that without necessity for detailing, because you’ve experienced this, or are realizing and experiencing it now, and perhaps hadn’t known how to put it all into words.
That doesn’t mean there won’t be new, exciting challenges and evolutionary paths to embrace, but they are done with flow, harmony, and in the grace of essence simply unfolding creatively each moment by conscious choice.
I prefer the word “ecstasy” to “bliss”, although they share similar definitions.
Some definitions of ecstasy include:
- rapturous delight
- an overpowering emotion or exaltation
- the frenzy of poetic inspiration
- an emotional frenzy or trance-like state, originally one involving an experience of mystic self-transcendenceSo, I will be venturing into the inner sanctum of ecstatic living, and during my 3 months “off”, I will actually be very much “on” in terms of full body activation.
This will be a time period of creative channeling based solely on where my heart is guided and nothing else.
I have several creative projects wanting to channel through involving writing, art, soul music/musical immanence, and animals – both Cosmic and Earth connected. This will also be a time period for resetting the soul button, spending quality time with my beloveds, and most of all having a new relationship with myself and life to see where I choose to go next.
Every moment being lived in the fullest, as if there may or may not be another tomorrow, as things are.
Decisions will also be made during this time, as to what things will look like upon my return from this renewing and invigorating bubble, as I will also be putting together the things that have spoken to me to share with you.
So, there will in fact be changes in store as to what offerings look like and what new things will be available for us to co-creatively engage in.
This includes, for me, a new life of greater simplicity and ease to take in everything in a whole new, yet most naturally-me way.
Loving life from the multi-dimensionally empowered perspective with utter freedom of will and choice at every turn. Cosmic me fully integrated with Earthly me.
I realized this was actually integrating visibly when yesterday a man stopped me while I was out waiting for friends to join me for lunch, to discuss my tattoos (I wore a backless top). I turned around and he proceeded to ask me what I do, sharing he was a “psychic”, only to stop in the midst of his sentence, leaning in and peering closer at my eyes and said, “You have stars in your eyes, did you know that?”
On the physical level he was speaking to the amber gold star-like burst around my pupils sitting in my blue/green eyes. But on another level, it then hit me that what I’ve been embracing embodiment of more was taking form, as he continued with “You Star People…”
What else is happening?
I also mentioned that my decision to take this 3 month time off also “happens” to coincide with some life changes that have been expedited quite rapidly since announcing this, and returning from activating in Indiana with Laura, reclaiming, acknowledging, releasing, and seeding in Sedona, as well as reconnecting with my essence with the horses in British Columbia. Not to mention the two big trips to Iceland and Peru I knew I had to take and did at onset of this year that kick-started it all.
I can’t begin to tell you all of the extremely magickal details that have been unfolding to manifest what is happening.
And, truth be known…I have simply connected with full heart, body, mind, and soul what I knew in my heart I wanted. Then, trusted implicitly, regardless of the hurdles that were around, or what appeared on the outside, and without need to know how.
My entire life has shifted in reflection to my personal shifts embraced. I know you know what I mean and have experienced how that works yourself.
EMBODY the change….SEE the change.
In a nutshell, one thing after another has continued to fall into place…and not just “any” place, but so divinely aligned it could only be the magick of essence embodiment manifest.
That said, in a matter of one and a half weeks, the house has been rented for three years to the most perfect, dear family and friends, this weekend the RV and car to be towed are all on their way here, all the upgrades will be started next week on the RV, I’m plugging through finalizing my work this month, the bunnies are loving best friends and both got clean bills of health from the vet through blood tests, etc. – so they’re ready to go, and amazing things keep showing up daily not only for me, but everyone I know around me.
It’s incredible how much has shifted. And while it seems overnight, it has been a process of continued belief, dedication, and moving forward.
No matter what I heard or any thing that would arise that seemed to halt things, I knew there was a reason and I knew it wouldn’t change what I wanted and saw happening. If a temporary road block appeared, I knew it meant to relax and realize that I was to be patient for a better and more aligned moment and experience that was on the threshold.
So, October 15th is the official hand-over-of-the-house-to-amazing-souls-day that will also be caring for my beloved Garden Tower and garden. And the beginning of October will see the move from house to RV. YAY!!
For now, we’ll be in an RV park in Orange County, until the next leg of the journey comes together and reveals itself. I don’t know how the next thing is going to happen, but I do know that it will.
This was what needed to be done first and because it wasn’t forced, but flowed with…waiting just for the precise moment to leap, it all came together seamlessly.
It’s a balance of intention without attachment or expectation, full embodiment of the new even though it isn’t here yet, flowing with the energy rather than forcing it, not allowing setbacks to deter you or discourage you, realizing the perfection of what shows up, and then courageously leaping when there’s a green light. Plus, don’t forget to intend everything for the highest good of all concerned to create the most harmonious and love-centered experience for everyone involved.
The Universe then supports you tenfold.
One step at a time…and it’s all about taking the steps without need to know how.
And I KNOW the rest is going to unfold once this all takes place.
So YES, I will be extremely busy this month of August, which is why I’m getting this very last newsletter out right away (coinciding with the potent Aquarius Full Blue Moon) before I head off on my sabbatical, as I’ll be working on projects I have to complete by August 31st, while starting to work on all that needs to be done for the life shift.
(While I’ve always been about the Moon, everything Sun-filled with juicy Golden Light has my attention these days…working with both the Shadow and Light for depth of integration and expansion.)
All of the preparations and getting grounded with these new life shifts will stem into my first month “off”, combining both my creative process with what I’m creating in a literal physical way, to mirror my heart’s desire of ecstatic living to support the inspirational channeling process.
Essence and heart focus equals collective service automatically.
Do I believe?
You’re darn right I do and I have all my life, despite any and all experiences I’ve been through.
It’s what has gotten me this far and how I’ve created what I have despite and because of all the challenges faced.
My belief in things is unwavering, despite what people think of me for what I believe, or even for how I choose to live my life.
And one of the things I believe in is you, too.
I wish each and every one of you your heart’s desires and hope to see you on the other end of my sabbatical, sharing in your own version of ecstatic living.

Fear of Freedom and Free Will?

Control and coercion will not change behavior.
The more you rigidly try to force yourself or others, the more you and they will want to run away or fight.
Why are we so afraid of the passionate, unconventional and freely independent sides of ourselves?
Many times it is because of having been controlled ourselves that within that frustration and loss of self do we look to try and find some small feeling of control around us, and reenact the same upon others.
Sometimes it is the pure fear of unbridled choice and responsibility that has us trying to rein ourselves in.
When we recognize the fear inherent in these experiences, we can realize the price of breaking the spirit and the freedom and joy we’re losing out on supporting in one another.
To Help, Or Not To Help

No matter how much you would like to ease someone’s pain, think that you know a solution to their challenges or a better way you think their life should be, or would like to be of assistance because you may be able to see the potentials they still do not, you simply can’t make the choices for that person, nor can you force anything upon them.
If you try to force, it will not produce healthy results – period.
And ultimately, this need to force perhaps points to our own inadequacy we are feeling, fears, a sense of righteousness, or perhaps an inner martyr, savior, or victim energy we carry that is playing out.
Everyone has their own journey and if you truly want to help, letting the attachment go of “fixing”, “changing”, “forcing”, “bombarding” them with what you “think” they need, will allow them the space to actually decide authentically.

Set to one of my favorite songs, here is Abraham Hicks with what I feel to be a resonating message for the now even though it is from four years ago. I “stumbled” upon it again this morning (as I believe I may have posted it once before) and like with anything, there are no accidents. It energetically goes along with something I was sharing/channeling yesterday with a friend in a very important conversation on the reality that is being activated within each of us.

Surreal Made Real – Inside the Pure Imagination of Visionary Artist/Photographer Jee Young Lee
I woke up still “imagining” from the surreal dreamscapes of photographer and artist, Jee Young Lee, and thought that her images may be a perfect way to greet your day – through the world of YOUR imagination.
Thanks to my good friend Jason for sharing her visionary world with me. As a fellow visionary artist and self-proclaimed dreamer, she had my heart immediately and reminded me of our limitless potentials where anything is possible…and with a lot of heart – probable!
Imagination is unlimited power. We can utilize our imagination to create each experience of each day 
to be exactly as we desire and we can imagine our current perspectives of what we are experiencing to shift and become as we would prefer them to be as well. Imagination is your inner vision that you can intentionally decide to visualize, which will change your life in accordance with your will.
There is always evidence of your creative power at work. You just may be too busy to see it, your “conditioned” mind just might be tricking you not to believe it, or your old pains may be scaring you out of trusting it.
Every day is an experience “I” am creating by my choices in each moment and my decisions to utilize part or all of what I have available. And every moment I create from this space, from my sovereign free will and creative power, I free myself a little more.

It is always interesting to consciously experience synchronicity at work, as this morning I had been inspired to write a little bit about how each day welcomes an opportunity to live from the alchemy of creation and integration and how all experiences can be rich when living from a place of empowered choice and awareness. This stemmed from the last few days of things, I had purposefully noted, supporting an increase to the breadth of my experience – something that is always happening in our lives, but the more we are conscious about it, it takes on a whole different meaning.
Every day I find myself in a multi-faceted experience of a self-created work of art. And it is consistently blossoming through the evolution of exercising my creative and free will. At least that is how I see life…as a work of art and you are the Michelangelo of your own life.
We are each involved in this every day, whether we are aware of it or not, and if you start to see life this way then you start to create different works of art than you used to.
It’s almost like I am the paint brush that jumps into the color choices and then rolls around, lays, jumps, walks, runs, flaps my wings, swims through and spreads those colors around on my life-canvas, creating an energetic imprint of what satisfies the things I am feeling and seeing on all levels and even, the result of what I come to learn in the process.
The last few days I found to represent an example of how particularly fulfilling the eclectic mix of alchemical elements I am choosing to experience can be like an artist’s palette of my imagination manifested. Everything can be body and soul satisfying on so many different levels, especially when they are coming from my own conscious choice creations. They provide me the opportunity to continually recreate a fulfilling reality from everything I have within me and demonstrate how utilizing my heart’s imagination and truth can be freeing.
Much like the subject of the reblog I just posted this morning, about creating our own realities like an artist painting their life and experiences through the canvas of their heart, intentions, and imagination, I noted how things I choose to do are reflective of brush strokes from each level of my beingness – mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual – bringing forth their colors to the canvas of my experience.
I’m still loving the quote from Jon Rappoport, “Abundance is imagination realized.”
Interesting that last evening I had a very powerful a-ha moment, too challenging to explain in words, when I was tapping into this truth in a very “clicking-in” way that took my mentalization of this quote (even before I had seen it this morning) to a whole other level of actually feeling it penetrate as an embodiment on EVERY level. And that understanding lingered with me this morning of how this idea of creative manifestation can and will be consistently natural to my experience with the continuation of exercising and “being” what I had discovered. Then when I read Laura’s post with this quote in it, it was directly in reiteration to the integration that I had tapped in to.
The chocolate case at Anandamide where you will find “products of inspired diligence” and “discover objects of immense aesthetic value, imbued with a sense of terroir, seasonality, and craft.”
Needless to say I enjoyed fulfilling all parts of myself over the last few days and valued my ability to appreciate understanding the breadth of reach these experiences have. Each experience was multi-layered, despite perhaps being viewed in more simplicity by others. I am constantly seeing the increase of integrative layers consciously surfacing through each seemingly one-dimensional thing and how they incorporate the foundations that are most important to me. It’s not that life has to be complex or that I’m dissecting it like a scientist in each moment. It has become a natural process of simultaneously seeing the multiplicity that is embodied within every experience, at the same time enjoying the presence of its singularity in the moment.
- Conscious conversation with a friend while hiking in nature (taking note of its beauty) under the powerful sun (its heat having me exercising my abilities to regulate my body through breath and understand its processes and needs)
- Multiple facets of work I rotate through and interacting with different people through it that constantly exercise different parts of me and challenge me to grow each day
- Nourishing food that I ponder how each part of the whole meal is feeding aspects of myself
- Watching, for the first time, Billy Bob Thornton’s amazing performance in his self-written and directed movie “Sling Blade” that had me deeply reflecting on the moving layers and life choices in both the bigger and little picture sense, causing me to more fully integrate themes that books like No Boundary by Ken Wilber have helped me expound upon and opening my heart and levels of appreciation for others even more
- Kayaking through Naples, Long Beach on a beautiful and windy day with friends and contemplating how we choose to journey the waterways of our life and realizing how many hidden gems await us around each corner we have yet to explore
- Being introduced by friends to Long Beach’s Anandamide: Psychedelicatessen – an organic, vegan and raw superfood chocolatier and confectioner that is creating true alchemy in the form of pure and potent nourishment that feeds body and soul while you listen to Willy Wonka’s “Pure Imagination” in the background – awakening the joyous wisdom of the inner child
- Enjoying an extremely funny evening at a comedy club night for tearful laughs of joy that enliven and heal the body from the inside out and revealed a crowd of life-experiences that each have their own relative journeys those laughs are nurturing
- A spiritually enriching day of empowerment supporting 4 new Reiki Master Teachers more fully into their paths and engaging in continually deeper and meaningful conversations to explore the core of beliefs and fears – allowing me opportunity to grow and challenge myself to remember all that is already within me so that I can trust in the unity of my soul experience being there for me always, just as it is for each and every one of us
The dessert case of “balances and explosions” at Anandamide where “you will discover constructions of the future and recreations of old childhood memories, merged into a complex network of multi-textural sweet decadence.” Includes their out-of-this-world home brewed kombucha.
All of these were some of the things that were part of the last few days and are examples of how I consciously choose to weave the tapestry of my life with experiences mirroring my inner landscape desires, and then am simultaneously valuing the layers each provides, while actively taking part in the way I utilize and continue to create more experiences that are meaningful, enjoyable, and have impact in collective ways as well.
The reality I am creating to live in, every day is increasingly being less and less affected by anything around me. Why? Because there truly is this place that exists in between all others that holds all possibilities. That’s where I choose to focus my creative power and in doing so, help to create a new reality into being along with all the other “dreamers.”
We can utilize our imagination to create each experience of each day to be exactly as we desire and we can imagine our current perspectives of what we are experiencing to shift and become as we would prefer them to be as well.

Everyone has imagination. Some just exercise it more than others. And one reason for this is that as we go through life, that innate sense of living naturally from imagination as children, is taught out of us. Well, good news is, you never lose anything. It’s always there, but you have to actively engage it, nurture it, and put it to action.
You can use your inner vision to see how you want your life to be and if you practice envisioning this daily with faith, concentration and love (alongside all the mindful practice of the things you’ve come to learn over time, and actively doing healing integration on deep levels), one day your life will look exactly as you imagine. Acknowledge and have gratitude for every small reflection of this, for that will increase your experiencing more through appreciation.
