May 2021 Energy Update with Lee Harris
While I’m still immersed here in very full days and unable to get out blogs at the rate their themes seem to be coming in for me, I just wanted to pop on and share Lee’s latest Energy Update for May, as I know many of you find them supportive. I also just received a cool surprise today that I’ll likely share next week as well about one of my pieces of artwork I mentioned last year.
But for now, I always love hearing of the synchronous tie-ins of messages from Lee and others that mirror what I receive, as it always confirms how connected we all are and riding the energy streams together. Although we don’t need any proof of support or connection, it can be a nice little wink to feeling that alignment.
The first synchronicity in his message was one that likely may sound like a broken record now – the importance of self care.
I actually started a blog post that’s half done on the theme of wellness, but won’t get it out likely until next week. So, hearing Lee’s theme “Self Care the Superpower” was a little smile nudge for why I felt called to have it up for this month.
As Lee points out, this is not a luxury and not about going to a spa, but about small daily acts of self care done throughout your life that will prevent burn out and the need to take huge down times. By making it your rhythm, he shares, this results in what helps you to feel and emanate your light for yourself and out in the world. And this includes not just looking out for yourself because of outside stress, but about your relationship to what you’ve thought was the world shifting.
Other themes you’ll find in this Energy Update include being on a new energy track, the emerging road ahead for visionaries, division energy, May into June energy, and sovereignty.
Lee says if you feel disempowered, speak your truth, be who you are, stand for what you want to stand for on Earth. Influence things differently via the energy you bring to the world.
The division we’re experiencing of people standing in the black and white narratives provides no room for gray, multi-dimensional potentials. We’re moving into the need for the gray.
And a reminder to be here as fully as you can in life with everything you engage in, as you’re not promised a certain amount of years, days, or time in general. Do what you can now to make life richer for yourself and those you touch, directly or indirectly. I’ve seen this as a repetitive message screaming out loudly since December with people leaving this world in surprising ways and close calls that are wake-up reminders – just heard of another yesterday. We only have here and now, so live it in a way that you don’t have regrets as to what you spent your time and energy focused on.
Lee shares that May’s affirmations are:

Self-Belief ~ The Magick Key

This short and simple message of support and inspiration comes to us via a dear friend of mine who shared this lovely Tarot deck with me she’s enjoying the simplicity and clarity of messages from. She felt that readers here might enjoy this card’s message and I had to agree. Little did she know that it went along with a share I’d posted yesterday via Instagram/Facebook, so I’m adding that message in partnership with her card.

It was about the path I’ve been walking, especially during and since our little over a year RV adventure, before settling in Tahoe and how it took me on a rich exploration to the depths of ancient Mother Earth womb energy and catapulted me through portals of expansiveness.
This is what I shared about the journey:
I dared to go further and at times felt pulled back like an arrow in order to shoot forward with focused intent.
It wasn’t all easy, as greater levels of vulnerable courage were needed to expose myself, to reveal more pure, unabridged energy at the well of my essence, and to be okay with holding the energy of misinterpreted darkness for others to reflect and throw energetic arrows at, while I stood in my truth as the only deflection, which allows the arrows to penetrate the core so they can be alchemized before returning.
I have felt the loud silence within and without that can be deafening and also beautifully penetrating.
I’ve communed with the harsh realization of collective belief systems and conditioning residing in my own DNA and made better friends with them.
I’ve stumbled and I’ve gotten back up.
I’ve spoken the truth of my own fear of not being able to do justice to the message I’m being guided to channel through my own ever-evolving expressive embodiment.
I’ve seen the other side of blind faith, as I’ve walked through doorways, bent time and reality, and made new breakthroughs that were miraculous in nature.
I’ve unearthed grief and known both tiredness and freshness with life and how every emotion is potential alchemy.
I didn’t know what I was doing or how I was going to do it until I did.
Life is all about the eternally present NOW unfolding and being willing to experience it with faith and humbleness of learning from a clean slate where nothing applies that you once did or knew.
Power lies in having trust during challenging situations, as no level of worry will see us through. Trust in the highest good for all always unfolding, regardless of how that looks. Remember that we’re conditioned to judge the human experience, but there’s always a bigger picture at play that we can believe in beyond reasoning. Our resilient hearts will understand when our limiting thoughts step out of the control seat.
I now find myself free.
And yes, this has been due to my self-belief and willingness to stand in my own uniqueness without comparison or worry/fear of judgment. I found it fun to see how a couple exacts I wrote in my share were in the card’s meaning. 😉
And more than ever I’ve decided to stand on my own in my own truth, as I’ve been seeing how even others living more in a different version than the 3D reality, or are on similar trajectories, are seeing something completely different than I do or engage in ways that are more relative to them than me, so my solace is simply within.
Love and creative magick to each of you in deepening your own self-belief or continuing to live it in the loud silence of your own experience, so that you may access that magick key to an inspired life always.

Letting Love Lead ~ Alluvia Love on a New Relationship Paradigm & My Own Thoughts
Below you will find a timely post that my sweet friend and fellow Reiki Master Teacher, Denise Sheehan of Sage Spirit Coaching shared as a guest blog today by Alluvia Love on new ways of relating from a place of unconditional love. But first, I wanted to share some of my own feelings that her article and recent conversations brought to mind.
There are many ways to “be” in relationship and more and more people are discovering what speaks most naturally to who they are, as they continue to process, work with shadow energy, and start releasing old definitions and conditioning discovered through their personal exploration. This opens up an expansive experience where each person can choose how to create the kinds of enriching relationships that feed their individual and unique souls.
People are feeling freer, more empowered, and joyful when they realize they no longer have to live by certain standards and expectations, and they let go of pressures and unnecessary roles they “have” to play.
The unconventional is becoming more conventional in some ways, as more people embrace their trueness.
Getting married, having children, and finding that “one” person is so beautiful, enriching and wonderful to both the individual and all whom that person touches, yet it isn’t for everyone and isn’t the only or “right” way.
What is ALSO beautiful is knowing who you are, embracing, embodying, and sharing that in the way most expressively mirroring of you and how that translates in the form of relationships and creative “birthing” energy, which makes you a powerful and valuable investor of energy into the collective pool as well, helping to enrich others’ lives because you are living authentically.
As the masks and illusions drop away, we are left with the creative freedom to reinvent our lives, work, relationships, and fulfillment from a place of love within our hearts that speaks to each of us, as is perfect and aligned with personal and collective evolution. However that translates is perfect.
It’s interesting, but not surprising that this post came in today when I was actually sharing about my own way of relating and approaching relationships with a couple of dear people in my life. I’ve been in many relationships and have experienced a lot over the course of my life, playing out things that were not me and me, moving in and out of exploring it all to discover what feels most naturally reflective and mirroring of who I am.
When I didn’t understand myself fully because of being so energetically impressionable and unable to decipher me from others, I fell into roles that ultimately were uncomfortable, unsatisfying, painful, and confining – at times even detrimental to my health, well being, and chosen path I came to live out. Ultimately learning that I find my own satisfaction within my own experience and that relationships are something I choose to share in, but not that I need something from.
I don’t view relationships as needing to supply me with any or all things because I know that is only satisfied by my relationship with myself, which allows me the experience of giving and receiving from that well of wholeness I feel within.
Over the course of my life I have given a lot energetically away to others, as I know many of you have as well, and I’ve learned to give to, and love, myself now. In receiving that nurturing from me, it ultimately results in a reflection of receiving from others as well, in a healthy and perfectly mirroring way without “needs” and attachments.
And like many of you, I’ve tried to go against a lot that I intuitively felt and this has only brought sadness and disappointment because I would try to make something happen that simply wasn’t possible, or had expectations rather than allowing, releasing, and focusing on my own shifts. Eventually this leads me back to a greater understanding of myself, which never is about any one person or relationship, but what that reflects about the core of who I am.
I only have issue with this when I start to define things and place myself in a box that I am never going to fit into or when I focus on things conditionally or in limited perspective to my usual expansive ways of seeing. This takes me to a place that is not of my nature and essence, although is a healthy exploration of shadow and things that come up from others around me that get triggered.
We all have a choice about how we want to create our lives and experiences to be and perhaps that will evolve continually for you, or you’ll find one way that feels most resonating for life and grow within that particular experience played out.
I think the key is to love one another no matter what we choose and to do our best not to add to the pressures, judgments, or criticisms of one another if in fact what someone chooses is completely opposite or incomprehensible to you.
We cannot know, nor live, the journey each person is on and what is important and healthy for them to do. But we can love each other regardless because that is what love is all about, afterall – it does not see with bias.
Anyway, here is Alluvia Love with her insights on new relationships in her article, “Letting Love Lead”:
Relationships/connections are primarily about Love over any individual’s needs and when Love is allowed to lead, individual needs are met. This is possible because Love, and not ego, determines the way individual needs are met in accordance with the needs of the Universal whole. ~ Alluvia Love
Humanity is entering a new relationship paradigm. The new way of connecting with another human has nothing to do with rights, ownership, expectation or exclusivity. It is about learning to let Love lead, about trusting an abundant and life-affirming Universe, and about service to Gaia.
Does the idea of losing control of the other humans around you bring terror? Let your fear guide you to your limiting beliefs about what is a human being and what is our natural role in connecting with one another. If you look around you will see that the only being you can control and own is yourself. Every other being will come and go and live and die on their own path. Even if they make a promise to always be there, it will not be true in a physical sense. Truly we cannot own anything because it is all a temporary manifestation of a life-affirming Universe in which change is the only rule.
Humans seek to create certainty in an uncertain river of life. We create insurance contracts, employment contracts and marriage contracts. Human agreements don’t mean anything to the natural world which will burn, erupt, erode and die. This is what the paradigm shift is all about. Humans have gone too far against nature and the Universe is requiring us to realign with the natural world in order to survive as a species. The paradigm shift is about reclaiming our true human nature so that we can co-exist peacefully and beneficially with Gaia.
So the new paradigm relationship work for humans is all about reclaiming self in connectivity with Gaia. In rediscovering our true sacred nature as humans and our unique life paths as individual sovereign beings in service to the Whole, we also rediscover and reclaim our ability to connect in a life-affirming way with other humans.
Flo Aeveia Magdalena, healer/teacher/author, says it beautifully:
By claiming the self, you learn how to stay in a dedicated space of ritual with your own being. It means that everything you’re living makes sense because it honours everyone at the same time. It honours you and it honours the other person. It frees them from responsibility to make you happy, to have sex with you, to marry you, to give you children, or to be in some way present for you – supporting you financially, emotionally or in any other way. It says, “I’m going to do all this for myself. I’m going to live this in a way that makes sense to me. Every moment from this time forward, my own honouring is my primary focus. If I honour my field in integrity, I live in a fullness that makes me awaken all the time to my own capacities and potentials.” You are creating a reality so that the other person can respond to you from that set of circumstances.
Reclaiming self is the service we all commit to one another in any form of relationship. It is our highest service to “other” and to Gaia. Self-realization takes us out of victim mode (I need you) and stands us firmly in our personal power (I am complete and I want to share my capacity with you). The empowered human always has a unique potential to share, and nothing to demand or expect or exclude.
Exclusion is an old paradigm concept. New paradigm is inherently interconnected and therefore all-inclusive. That doesn’t mean we have to allow what we don’t enjoy in our immediate surroundings. It means we serve the highest purpose for everyone involved. That means if two humans cannot enjoy one another, then they will physically separate themselves by a distance so as not to diminish the vibration/capacity of either. This is an act of courtesy and not fear. Ultimately we will all cease to fear one another. The empowered human has nothing to fear in relationship because she is already complete. Anything the sovereign allows into her realm is Joy to her because she lets Love lead.

I started reading this last evening, and finished it this morning. Like both Amanda and Laura felt, I concur that this is a must-share, and hopefully must-read for anyone truly wanting now-relevant and extremely potent insights on embodying the real magick. Don’t be put off by the length of the article, as it truly is richly woven with valuable information to digest, integrate, and shift your life, over and over.

Iceland !!! Thanks to R.
Talk about magickal and enchanted!! Looks like home to me and now after being nudged by a dream, a friend, two reblogs of this post from my friends Laura and Dawn, and a movie I saw last night where the character went to Iceland, I’m feeling the nudge I had last month again. Iceland may be seeing me sooner than later.

Full Moon in Virgo March 16th, 2014 – Liberation of the Divine Feminine & Your Unique Self
This is an enlightening post from Emily, of Virgo Magic, sharing on Sunday, March 16’s Full Moon in Virgo. (Thank you Laura for bringing it to my attention). It highlights the importance of healing, embodying, and expressing the Divine Feminine, within each of us, with a new perspective that can assist you in claiming your sovereignty and sharing your authenticity.
I love how she also brings to light the shadow side of Virgo and how it can play out in self-sabotaging ways (also echoed by Cathy Lynn Pagano, as you’ll see below) by blocking our power and inner Goddess from coming forth and taking on the guiding lead in our lives.
This speaks to what I keep sharing, about taking a look at how and why you are holding yourself back from living your life out loud and being your shiniest. Then taking the steps to integrate your insights so that you can then fully put into action your findings.

Liberation of the Goddess – Approaching Sunday’s Full Moon in Virgo
In general, we’re definitely at another heralding point of needing to make a decision that can change the entire course of our lives and then putting into action the steps in support of it to create that empowered balance. This may entail embodying, and therefore speaking, your truth and personal power, both to external and internal authority figures, and in general, in terms of repatterning what was once considered/conditioned to be the authority in your life.
I also love Cathy Lynn Pagano’s take on the energy of this Full Moon in her article, “The Cosmic Story: Virgo Full Moon 2014”.
She also shares about “reclaiming our feminine virginal energy”, but again in the sense of this meaning to seek self-knowledge and know yourself for who you really are in your purest authenticity – both light and shadows. This takes the willingness to face fears and vulnerabilities to acknowledge and celebrate yourself at the heart of hearts.
This is a great insight from Cathy on how there are more productive ways to utilize the energies of each astrological sign (and anything in general), in this case Virgo, especially when we understand how the energies work:
“Virgo’s shadow can distort our need to know ourselves into the need to control things to attain the ideal of perfection–someone else’s idea of perfection! Virgo’s real purpose is to help us know and accept who we really are. Virgo’s analytical mind measures and aligns; Virgo’s magic understands how everything fits together to make it work. Virgo’s greatest gift is discernment, knowing this from that. This helps us master a talent, and understand how it can be of service to others.”
Are you seeing your true self when the Full Moon illuminates things? Or are you still looking through a veil? If you hold the intention of being ready and willing to “see” the truth, you will likely receive revealing answers, through some time well spent with yourself on this Full Moon, that will assist you in accessing and reactivating parts of your soul, in alignment with your personal expression in the collective.
As Cathy also shares:
“The Pisces Sun shines out on the Virgo Moon to illuminate how well we’ve integrated our spirituality with our physicality, our soul with our personality. Uniting a deep spiritual outlook with a sense of humble service, this Full Moon calls us to be of service to our world now.
All societies need certain rituals that hold and focus the energies of the people so we can act as a community. It is the feminine spirit that holds the hopes and wishes of any society. And it is the Divine Feminine who is calling to us now to remember we are all one–that we depend upon each other. It reminds us to be courteous, thoughtful and compassionate as we head into the tumultuous times coming our way this April.”
I’d like to leave you with these excerpts, also from Cathy’s article, as I really love how beautifully she articulates this energy and clearly points out the heart of the matter – you belong to you…so what do you want to do with that? As I shared in my previous post today, “…we are artists of life and to the degree you exercise your imagination, infused with heart, is to the degree your freedom is contracted or expanded, and limitations are created or removed.”
Here’s Cathy:
“We’re still swimming in the dreamy waters of Pisces, so flip over onto your back and let the moonlight bathe and sooth you, body and soul. That’s when Spirit’s voice comes clear. Perhaps you’ve been lost in the dark watery depths amidst strangely glowing nightmare creatures or swimming fast and free with a pod of dolphins or breaching with a family of whales. Perhaps you’ve gotten stuck in stagnate seas of weeds and grass or finally been tumbled to distant shores. If you’ve flowed with Pisces’ watery energies, you might feel like your life is dissolving into a new unity of spirit; if you’ve struggled against the tides you might find yourself lost at sea. But wherever you find yourself on Full Moon night, take this magical moonlight into your heart. Listen to and look at what’s there.
The Virgo Full Moon tells us, “You belong to yourself. As much as you are part of a whole, you are also a unique drop in the ocean of consciousness. What do you want to do with your drop? What does your drop want to do with you?”
We are all here on Earth for the specific reason that’s encoded within our soul, just as our physical body is encoded by our DNA. Each of us has a destiny–each destiny is unique and yet part of the whole. Are you rebirthing the archetype of the Mother, because our society needs nurturing, love and comfort; are you transforming the archetypal image of Father into the wise guide, the caring protector and the truthful judge? Our world certainly needs more of these people. Do you find yourself incarnating the archetypal energy of the Warrior, the Healer, the Artist, the Bard, the Leader, the Priestess or Priest? How about the conscious Merchant, the courageous Scout? Uranus in Aries opens us to these archetypal identities just as we are challenged to re-create the society that Pluto in Capricorn is tearing down. If we are truly one universe, then our instructions are clear–be your unique Self. Who do you want to be?”
