April Reminder on Specials & Upcoming Dates
As we are half way through April already – phew time flies! – this is just a reminder update on this month’s special offerings, plus the upcoming dates to keep in mind.

This truly feels like a year of catalysts for change that present opportunity for huge innovative and enhancing shifts, regardless of how your current experiences may seem.

Reiki 3 Master Teacher Workshop
There is also a Reiki Level 3 Master Teacher Certification Workshop on Friday May 9th here in Costa Mesa, California. If you are from out of town wanting to fly in to complete your training, you can message me for help with airport and hotel information. The workshop will be from 9am to 5pm. Registration confirmations needed by Monday May 5th.
Accelerated Reiki 1 -3 Workshops
Saturday October 11th and Sunday October 12th will host a full accelerated weekend of all three levels of Reiki in Chicago. Registration confirmations needed by July 31st since I am traveling from out of town, but early registrations before then will provide you additional discount.
The end of Summer and onset of Fall will have us celebrating the shifting cycles of nature within and without in September. The Autumn Equinox, for those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, will transition us into a new season of restorative balance and abundant receiving from the foundations we have been building. We not only can honor the life-giving source (Sun), but can honor the life we’ve been given, taking stock of what is most beneficial to keep moving forward with, and what would be best left behind – all signify a maturing time in our life to reflect in new ways and sow the harvest wisdom of a lifetime of learning into practical use.
September will present two amazing opportunities to work with this shifting energy in our lives, both personally and collectively.
British Columbia Retreat
There is an empowering retreat coming the first week of September in British Columbia, as my beautiful friend and colleague Hillary Schneider, of Epona Rise Retreat Centre, and I offer you an experiential opportunity in the teachings and way of the horse and beyond. Peru Sacred Journey
September will also see an incredible opportunity to work with Mother Earth and your Galactic Essence as Master Shaman, Amaru Gustavo, and I take you on a sacred journey into Peru over the Fall Equinox – “Walking the Path of the Great Central Sun”. Details soon to come with our adventure embarking us on the 13th of September for a 2-week+ journey of a lifetime.

Sacred Journeys Have Far-Reaching Effects – I Honor All Courageous Souls & One in Particular
My brother and me
I’ve written in the past about the powerful experiences that take place on sacred journeys, not just for the individual who physically travels there, but also for the collective in direct ripple effect of the energetic shifts experienced.
What is integrated into your life from a sacred journey is priceless. Having experienced many sacred journeys in power spots across the globe, I can personally attest to how empowering these experiences can be and they continue to work their magic in unforeseen ways, long after the experience itself.
Not everyone will feel called to make the physical travels, and still can do the remote work and benefit, nonetheless, however some can greatly benefit from the in-person experience and are actually meant to be part of the “hands-on” work as part of our soul contracts. It is always an experience not personally isolated, but also collectively integral, even if it doesn’t seem so. The work we each have uniquely contracted in to do, as well as the energy we each represent and hold, is valuable to the collective, evolutionary journey.
Since we are all connected, then when one soul taps into, opens and embodies an experience and potential, that experience and potential becomes available to us all.
So, again, the reasons we may be called to do something or go somewhere isn’t just about us, but can greatly support others close in our lives, along with the rest of the collective.
I’ve come to see how this plays out with people closely connected to me and their having major transformational and Kundalini experiences taking place directly connected to the exact times I’m working in the sacred areas of the Earth.
It’s happened in the past on many of my sacred journeys in very interesting and synchronous ways, but more recently was during the last two Solstice trips in Bimini in the Atlantean energy. Both times, I learned that someone very close to me got extremely sick from the exact moment I stepped foot on the island and then got better the exact time I set foot back on U.S. soil. (Since I am out of contact from the outer world during my travels, I don’t find out about the synchronous pieces to the unfolding puzzle until I return.)
This may not sound like a great experience – to go through immense physical illness – but being that all things are energetically based, and we each have a choice in how to experience things, it really isn’t a bad thing. Our minds just easily wrap around a judgment, but everything is simply a cycle and through the depths, we are able to reach new heights.
In both cases, both people had hugely positive and expansive openings and shifts take place, as a result – catapulting them into the next leg of their journey.
This last time was of particular interest to me, as it had to do with my brother, whom I’m extremely heart and soul connected and has had an interesting journey in this life. I learned that he went through a very dark night of the soul, which was a huge energetic Kundalini experience that was releasing very very deep emotional and ancient stuff, while I was away over the Solstice retreat. This manifested in extreme physical illness, as result of the energy purging moving through (something I have experienced myself several times this life when I moved through and made huge frequency shifts). It helped release a lot of old emotions and things having hold on him and with each shift like this, I’ve come to experience his openings as result.
It was not surprising to me to learn of this, as I know the depth of our connection/sensitivities/telepathy between us, as well as his ties to particular energies that were being focused on. Not to mention, I had been sharing about my brother on this trip and discussing his particular role and energy in things, in direct relation to someone at the ARC that has always reminded me so very much of him. He is also someone to whom I am very connected and he shared having an energetic resonance and connection with my brother as well. And interestingly their birthdays are only 5 days apart, although a few years different.
The things that I saw lighting up and connecting with the spiritual conversations we were having over the course of the journey, was definitely far-reaching and the expansion that has been going on with souls of similar energetic footprints and contracts that were present on the retreat, were/are equally receiving the energy keys that they’ve been holding space for.
Needless to say, I am happy that my brother was able to have this healing experience.
I love to see how this all plays out and for me, it is deeply moving and special to be able to support souls that have been supporting me/us behind the scenes, in big ways that go unforeseen, but are energetically integral. You all know who you are. Not to mention, I am grateful for the way my brother has held the energy for me, especially in our earlier days, pushed me when I was getting off track, and has triggered the perfect buttons necessary to assist my own shifts.
Everything is a choice, and while his journey has not been easy and not one most would want to take, and he has his own inner healing to do, his heart is pure and he’s always been tapped into his role.
I take the gift he and others have provided, to heart, and do not tread lightly on the commitment I will see through for the greater good as well. I hope to continue to gift others exponentially for the sacrifices and strengths demonstrated, despite the judgments, solitude, and ridicule that may have been experienced in doing so.
Today and always I honor the souls that courageously hold the energy. It is not an easy role and while I know you do as well go through the challenges and evolutionary healing we all do in your own ways, I do find a deeper appreciation and honor each day for the souls who contracted in on all levels of the experience spectrum, as it is assisting the collective in ways that only are grasped when we step into our expansiveness to view it – a theme that came up also yesterday in the Reiki class I was teaching.
I also honor all of the courageous souls that embrace and take the journeys, as well as the souls that dare to create and lead with new visions when no one else can see or understand what you do. Everything you are embracing is not going unnoticed.
I love you all.
And a special acknowledgment and extra gratitude to my brother (pictured in this post with me). I love you. You are one of the integral keys to everything I am today and what I am able to share with others. It’s an honor to reciprocate and hold the space for you now.
I’m grateful to every day be seeing things more and more clearly.

We had an instant resonation and magickal things just ignited through our journey together during the process and beyond. We discovered a heart resonance and have continued our beautiful connection since, which led us to co-collaborate on creating this offering in the spirit of co-creation, heart service, and community sharing. Venus Banguela: Venus Banguela, founder of Infinitive Wellness Sharanam is a Certified Yoga Teacher specializing in Vinyasa Flow. She is also a Holistic Health Coach specializing in nutrition and lifestyle wellness. Her yoga teaching style is full of fiery passion and gentle compassion, with a heavy focus on alignment. She is passionate about consciously connecting one with their inner divinity as well as incorporating Ayurveda (the Science of life and the sister of yoga) and all aspects of the sacred teachings. In these workshops you will be trained, initiated, and certified in Reiki 1, 2, and 3, as well as enjoy practicing with the group and receiving valuable insights and personal attention.
You have the option of taking the whole accelerated weekend or just Saturday’s Reiki 1 and 2 classes or Sunday’s Reiki 3 Master Teacher class individually, depending on your desires and needs.
Non-local classes must be registered and paid for no later than two days before class begins, as I need to prepare all materials before traveling and know how many people will be attending.

As I’ve posted, I will be in Reno at the end of this month, 1/26 – 2/3, and in New Jersey 2/8 – 2/11. These trips provide me the ability to spread the Reiki love and offer Reiki training and certification, I might not otherwise be able to, which will in turn gift many others through all that are touched.
It seems that the Universe has a lot of in-person sharing, connecting and collaborating in store this year and I am embracing the nudges that feel intuitively in alignment.
Being one that gets 10 x’s colder than most people at any given time and place, it is interesting to see all the snow and cold this year has lined up so far and for my personal sacred journey later. It’s definitely aligned with a deeply-reflective, inner-truth-and-stillness-within year I’m heading into.
Utah Reiki Workshops?
When I posted the upcoming Reiki workshops in Reno and New Jersey, I was asked by someone I know in Utah if I was heading that way with any offerings. I paused at the synchronicity and said, well…actually I am, but hadn’t thought about offering Reiki while I was there. However, given the nudge, I decided I would at least provide the opportunity while I am.
So, if you are in the Park City, Utah area, I will be there between 2/16 and 2/23 and am happy to offer, and figure out setting up, a class or classes. This can be a private or group class. Just let me know of your interests and we’ll go from there in arranging the specifics. I can offer the same pre-registration specials (but with 1/27/13 as the cut off to receive them) and training opportunities you can find at the link below.

Me Teaching Reiki in Bimini
In response to continual requests (especially from people/clients outside of my area) and in honoring the guidance coming through, I have been called to offer more opportunities both non-locally and locally, as well as to offer discount specials, in order to support as many people that would like to embark on the journey of Reiki.
I will continue to offer private classes here in Southern California, but also will have many opportunities for Accelerated Reiki Workshop Weekends and retreats (like the one in Bimini) in different areas to support those who are ready to embrace things on a whole new level.
Reiki has the ability to bring greater sense of self, clarity, empowerment, peace, joy, and deeper love and compassion. The focus is on learning, sharing, supporting and expanding your heart through Reiki (pronounced ray-key). The practice of channeling Reiki is an easy-to-learn, gentle and powerful system of natural healing that reduces stress, induces relaxation, supports intentions and provides many other healing benefits. The Reiki classes I offer are part of the Traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Certification Training.
If you’ve been interested in taking a class and embarking on this life-changing and empowering path, then one of these weekends, detailed below, may be the perfect answer for you. Whether you are new to Reiki, have already been through some of the levels, are preparing to teach and want a refresher, or want to incorporate Reiki into your current healing practice, you will find these classes to be supportive and timely in terms of the now. In these workshops you will be trained, initiated, and certified in Reiki 1, 2, and 3, as well as enjoy practicing with the group and receiving valuable insights and personal attention.
You have the option of taking the whole accelerated weekend or just Saturday’s Reiki 1 and 2 classes or Sunday’s Reiki 3 Master Teacher class individually, depending on your desires and needs.

We discovered a heart resonance and have continued our beautiful connection since, which led us to co-collaborate on creating this offering in the spirit of co-creation, heart service, and community sharing. Venus Banguela: Venus Banguela, founder of Infinitive Wellness Sharanam is a Certified Yoga Teacher specializing in Vinyasa Flow. She is also a Holistic Health Coach specializing in nutrition and lifestyle wellness. Her yoga teaching style is full of fiery passion and gentle compassion, with a heavy focus on alignment. She is passionate about consciously connecting one with their inner divinity as well as incorporating Ayurveda (the Science of life and the sister of yoga) and all aspects of the sacred teachings. Overflowing in Love and Newness Here – What’s New With You?

The energy currently is through the roof. And I know I’m not the only one feeling that way!
Not only is the energy abundantly flowing in, but I just feel such a fullness in breadth of love, gratitude, and excitement that isn’t containable – nor should it be!! 🙂
I continue to experience the powerful energy shifts and activations that have culminated over the last few months and the week in Bimini I just returned from. How about all of you? Have you taken stock of what you’re feeling, where you’re at, how much you’ve changed, and what’s new in your world? Have you intended clearly what you are creating in your experience?
The cool thing is, if you don’t like what you feel or see, you have the power to change it and it is much easier now in the energy of everyone else who is transforming along with you too, as we are all connected.
I feel an interesting sort of immunity right now with the energy source tapped into currently and am ready to take on all of the multitude of new things and projects that are coming in with great embrace. Everything that has been etherically percolating for quite some time, seems to have nested on Earth, all at once, and all these eggs are hatching simultaneously from the warmth of this source I feel. All I keep reminding myself is to breathe and take one thing at a time, trusting fully all things will come together as they are meant to be, with support, and naturally without cause for alarm. LOL!
It does feel somewhat like having tapped into the Well of Life, or Fountain of Youth, if you may. Very fitting since it resides on Bimini. 🙂 But moreso, it is part of the shifts into new realities and new yous that are happening regardless of receiving that sonic boom or over-the-top display some may have been looking for on 12/21/12.
Many of us had always shared that we felt it to be the start of a new way of life as we know it, but not anything cataclysmic. Change has been unfolding before our eyes so subtly and simultaneously, as our concept of time is shifting into its true essence of timelessness, that it may go undetectable how much everything has changed, especially for those who have consistently been walking through the doorways presented. Or, for those who simply still are challenged in believing what their hearts are telling them,despite what their heads or others say.
The new is here now and it’s up to each of us to recognize it and ourselves – as the power is and always was within us.
The journey has just begun indeed. And it is exciting to continue to witness its unfolding and what we can co-create as a collective. Indeed, there may seem like two simultaneous realities existing side by side that we can walk in and out of by choice. So it all comes down to which you choose to be in, in any given moment by the power of your beliefs, experiences needed or that you choose to support, and by the power of love or fear leading your heart.
2013 I sense holds a lot of harmony and balance, love and truth to be experienced if you can reside in your heart. I’m looking forward to hearing about and being witness to all the amazing birthings of newness that I sense is ready to emerge from so many of you. This is your time! We’re all rooting you on and believe in you! It’s like a collective birthday celebration all at once and every day that someone else turns on their light more vibrantly! weeeeeeeeee!
This year of 2013 also holds a big birthday for me – turning 40 (whatever that means) – yet age continues to feel undefinable except by the measure of one’s heart.
And this year will be filled with tons of new. Isn’t it amazing how you can continually create? That’s limitlessness for you!
Next week I’ll start sharing and announcing details about some new developments and opportunities. For now, here are a few of the things I’m looking forward to experiencing and offering.
This year, in celebration of my 40th, I’m feeling called to Tibet. This will be my personal sacred journey, but as always, I will be facilitating collective work in assistance to the raising of vibrations on Earth at the same time. I actually received this message it was to be my next large and new journey, for this life, when I was in Grenada. I am very much looking forward to it, as I had been drawn there for some time, but now apparently IS that time.
There will be some Bimini updates on a new retreat for 2013 as well. Stay tuned for that. I will be listening to the collective needs and requests on the offerings for it. The time period seems to be already manifesting. So if you couldn’t join our journey last time, this will be another opportunity to immerse in the beautiful energies.
Potentially a new sacred journey location, but that remains yet to be known if this year or not.
Art workshops are still percolating. The original time period of start has been temporarily postponed, as I must go with the flow of the current energy needs and allow the timing to reveal itself. This may both be offered locally and in Bimini, but again, still waiting confirmation on that. 🙂
I’m in process of setting up accelerated Reiki intensive workshop weekends in New Jersey right now, probably Reno, and will have some local (Orange County, California) as well. So if you are in any of these areas and interested, stay tuned for that too.
And I have tons of creative energies coming through for new projects and passions, several new and exciting sacred tattoo designs to sink my teeth into right now, and other project ideas. I usually receive things way before they come about, but being how time seems nonexistent currently, I can’t quite grasp when they will manifest, but just know how much I feel their energy and excitement.
And as always I will continually share new developments and offerings, as well as the supportive specials, as it’s always my desire to assist as I can.
All I know is I will tackle what divinely channels through, as is meant for the now and what is most needed collectively. It’s wonderful to have visions and ideas, but more powerful to allow them to percolate, cultivate, and reveal themselves naturally. This is the now of a return to natural harmony and to flow with the currents of Universal Life Force energy in and around us, while trusting everything you need is within you.
Let yourself be guided by the stillness within that reveals all and find the power inherent in your heart.
