Believe in the Impossible ~ The Portal is Open (Plus New Release & Offerings)
There’s a full spectrum of experiences available to us on this Earth plane and yet much of the time we seem to be presented with only a couple of choices and come to accept these as the only choices.

How can that be if this Universe, alone, is made up of infinite possibilities, and we are but only one Universe within the Multiverses?

How can that be if we are multi-dimensional beings, as diverse as the colors of the rainbow, and our daily options of feeling responses and imagination are just as unlimited?

Are we given ability to be creative only to dream, but never to be the dreams?

These are things to ponder when ever you feel locked in, cornered, or frustrated.

There are always options beyond meets the eye and to believe that there aren’t, just might be the illusion and not your true reality.

I’m constantly in awe of the potentials available when I stretch myself to believe possible, what seems impossible.
And every potential and every version of you in each moment, day, month, or year is a color frequency of vibrational essence that can shift or stay the same, merge and blend, but always emanate brilliantly by your choosing.

You may recall my post What Color Frequency of the Rainbow are You Ambassador of? that shares how we are each artists with the ability to mix colors on our palettes and blend layers of richness together to our desire in order to achieve the most enhanced version of art (life) we want to create and share as our unique portion of harmony within the collective symphony.

If this were limited, or set up to be chosen by others, you would not have an imagination to visualize and create from, feelings to express as the moment moves you, nor a will to choose and act upon.
Think on that whenever someone’s own vibrational will comes on strong with thinking they have the answers for you.
I’ve always had a sensitivity to how what I say might influence others, and while we are not responsible for the way others filter things and we are always in process of fine-tuning how we relate to another with greater integrity, best conscious awareness, and highest potential for mutual empowerment, there will always be just that – a constant refining, to fit the most embracive space we can be in each moment for the highest good. At least that’s my intention.
This is one of the reasons I prefer to be in the role of intuitive “guide” rather than psychic or reader, as for me even the best of intentions with this I feel can have energetic persuasion that affects choices and can be subliminally influential without meaning to be. I am conscious of the vibrational nuances that we can affect each other with through even telepathic means and suggestions. There’s no perfect answer or way except to live as the most aware version of ourselves in each moment and to tune into what is us and what is not us. The way to understand that is to understand your natural frequency so that you can easily detect when something foreign pops up that may affect your decisions.
I like to assist others in getting to answers on their own because I believe that all answers are not out of reach like we believe they are and we simply need seeds as access points of curiosity and intention to hear them. Our consciousness has access to the outer, inner, and here-and-now realms, but simply needs to be engaged and made conscious.

I try my best not to be in a role of persuasion, but I’m also aware that anything we share has a vibrational effect by virtue of its being. I value people’s boundaries and free will. This is underscored by my coming from a no-boundary Pisces who’s finally joyful to know myself within that vast abyss of Everythingness I can easily reside in always.
That native nature can be a double-edged sword if not understood, as it’s easy to know other as self and be blurry on self within relationship to other.
I do love the Everythingness though, and when on my own, I bask in that rainbow light of the ALL.

My garden in full Summer bloom is a perfect reflection of my inner rainbow spectrum.

It demonstrates the unlimited creative potential of consciousness to choose to emanate as.

And right now everything is vibrating loudly in the joy of pure potential and authentic essence – can you hear their songs?

And speaking of songs, I heard the song of my newest crystal skull collective that has long been in the formation process. I thought that perhaps they were done, but recently they told me to spread everyone out on the floor and start anew. This felt reflective of recent fine-tuning I’ve been doing.
It was amazing, how once I did this and embraced a renewing start, they came together in lightning speed. The time was right.
This took place on Tuesday 7/23 and what happened was indeed like lightning in the best and incredulous of ways.
It didn’t take me long to grid the crystals and crystal skulls on my round table. As you may recall, The Speakers are all gridded with crystals on an elongated square – or rectangular table.
The newest table was all complete except for one spot, which was to be for a skull I was awaiting arrival of. And in fact, there were “lightning” aspects included in this grid that added to the “flash” of rapid opening that followed.
That skull came one day early – on this day – and arrived literally minutes after I completed the grid.
I brought her downstairs and placed her in her spot.
This ignited an unfolding of events that signified to me that the grid was not only complete, but the portal was wide open, and it was on high energy activation for clear messaging.
Right after I completed the grid I was messaged by someone asking about an item I had available on a clothing listing I have, which was referring to the color. They wanted to know if the color was what was known as Aster – and indeed it was. Right as I messaged the person confirmation of this I heard a loud crash behind me and shattering.
Both Aster and Astrid have meaning including that of “a star” or being “of the stars.”
I looked behind me and one of my little, two foot faery trees, with ornaments in it that sits on a shelf, had completely toppled over to the ground and ornaments were everywhere. The most bizarre part of this is that it’s been sitting there for several years and never had any issue, nor was it off-balance in any way. And it decides at this moment of grid completion to just fall over.
On top of that, the way it fell was also seemingly impossible. There are small decorative items that sit in front of the tree at the edge of the shelf and none of them had fallen. Just the tree somehow miraculously jumped over them and fell on its own.
I knew right away this was no random act, but that in fact the green light was on full blast for the new portal. I got chills immediately as I knew any veil had been lifted and cosmic communication was streaming through – especially from Queen Astrid whose spirit resides in this room where she transitioned to the stars.
When I went to examine the tree and ornaments on the floor I noted that only two things had broken of the many. One was an ornament mushroom light and the other was an Alice in Wonderland black heart ornament. The “light” mushroom was completely shattered, but the Alice in Wonderland heart had only been broken at the top of one of the curves of the heart around the White Rabbit’s ears on one side. His ears were fully intact, but the area around the ears was opened on the black, which felt like the Rabbit Hole had opened, or the portal to the cosmic abyss or other worlds was inviting me in with no barrier. On the opposite side of the heart is Alice – now with a way through to the Other Side.
To add to that wonder, the saying on that side of the ornament where the White Rabbit stood and was the side laying upright on the ground, was “Why, sometimes I’ve believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.”
And indeed, this would be one of those impossible things I believe in!
To add to the mystery, wonder, and merriment of magickal manifestations and miraculous activations, just minutes after I understood all of what had happened and had just gone to tell Dave about it, since he heard the crash and was wondering, the power went out.
Dave was already amazed, although said right away (before I told him what happened) that Astrid must have done it. I then went on to describe how impossible this was in other realities, but not in mine.
The power was out for five hours from 4:20 to 9:20 pm – 5 being my other cosmic message from the bunnies in the stars – and when we learned of the issue from the electric company at conclusion of the power outage the text just read, “system issue.” The power was down in the whole neighborhood, as we could hear a couple of neighbors’ generators kick in.
I had just finished saying to Dave how I’d completed the grid and that with everything in my office right now our house could blast off in terms of crystal energy – which included all the quartz I’ve found and gathered, that awaited going out into the garden spiral, and all the rest of the crystals all over my floor in piles for me to organize.
The power went on just as we were headed to bed. We got in bed a bit earlier than usual, as we were going to be packing up and heading out the next morning for another backpacking adventure.
We still haven’t ventured out to other areas yet for this because we so love our spot at Star Lake. We call it our “Summer cabin” getaway, although it’s more like a tiny tent.
We’ll likely go some other places through the rest of Summer and early Autumn, but we’ve been truly feeling rejuvenated and invigorated by our sacred portal that sits awaiting us like a cosmic container for our souls. So, this was our now third camping trip here, along with our first one in Desolation Wilderness – a total of four and I think so far, one trip a week we’ve been doing since we made the decision to start having this experience as part of our lives.
Anyway, we did leave that next morning for the next few days and I noted a lot of alignment and a lot of amped up energy following this portal activation with my crystal and crystal skull grid. (By the way, their name is coming forth and was channeling during our time away, but they will have one just as The Speakers did. We’ll see if they want to be announced or not.)
I’ve also been working on two smaller grids and one other larger one, so in fact there will be five when all is said and done – of course! And unplanned, because I actually thought there’d only be three and one of those split into three itself.
Anyway, back to alignment and amped up energy. I noted that when we parked our car at the trailhead to start, my cell clock said 11:11 am and I of course received the wink from Astrid and took a screenshot of my screensaver with the time to mark it.
Unlike the last time that was hard-going after my cleaning days, and the other times that are just hard because these are tougher hikes especially carrying packs, this time was my strongest by far. This is not an easy hike up no matter which trailhead you take. And the one we do knocks off one mile, but with a 22-23 pound pack on your back, it’s quite the haul.
This time, Dave had me go ahead while he finished getting his gear on and he actually never caught up with me, although we could see each other around the turns and behind or in front from a distance.

When we reached the top summit at 9660 feet, I looked at my cell clock again and it read 1:11 pm!
Again, no random thing there, but another wink from Astrid that all was in alignment. Both Dave and I were amazed at how fast I’d gotten up there, as I made it under 2 hours since by the time we got our packs on and ready, it was 11:19 am when I actually started hiking.
And when we arrived at our campsite we noted that we had made it under 3 hours, which was well under 30 minutes or more of our usual timing it takes. And in fact, on our way out to return home, we concluded our hike to the car in just 3 hours and 10 minutes, which was another wow and still under our norm since usually coming back is harder going because my pack is so much heavier with added mountain spirit crystals. LOL!
You’ll remember the first time it was 45 pounds, the second time 38, and this last time 40. I was amazed by the ease and strength that enabled all of this.
I knew something had shifted and there was increased power and strength being experienced, not to mention support coming in without obstruction.
So, yes, I did get led to a lot of amazing crystals again and was wowed by the continuation of incredible finds I’ve never discovered until these last two trips.
In fact, this amazing-find thing even happened closer to home, as just the day before our leaving, we did a bike ride through the forest and right when I got out of the car to start our ride, my eye spotted a crystal on the side of the slope next to it. I went over and to my delight, it was a crystal point with 3 terminated faces and a self healed back. That felt to me like some amazing things were upcoming for our backpacking and indeed that was truth!
Our first evening’s walk before bed was enchanted feeling. There were different flowers in bloom this time.

This area felt particularly magickal with a lot of Fae presence and light.

During our camping days up top, we each did different day activities before meeting back up together. While Dave did a day hike the opposite direction, I went on a self-guided crystal expedition to see what the Fae had in store.
On our way in the first day, I had actually found a large turkey vulture feather at one point where the quartz field I love starts. I got message this is where they wanted me to begin my explorations, so that is in fact where I went back to, to begin. This underscored my intuition, as before we had even started the hike I got this sense I would begin my explorations a bit further than usual and the feather was exactly where I imagined that would be.
I covered probably only a quarter of a mile area in the total four-hour time I gave myself until lunch, climbing the slopes up and down, just being guided by senses and after about an hour of nothing yet unusual, I then found a hawk feather on the hill.
Now, feathers in this area are not my norm to find. I’ve only found one great horned owl feather a couple of years ago and then the ptarmigan tail feather last time on our way out.

This time it was the giant turkey vulture, hawk, and on our way out, another ptarmigan tail feather – the ptarmigan seems to be my parting messenger with all her symbolism.
The turkey vulture was a marker and the hawk feather was a message – she said, “Keep trusting. Keep going. Keep your hawk eyes about you. You’re on the right track. This is the spot.”
And she was right, as immediately after hawk, began the influx of amazing finds. I just had to stay the course and the vortex would ignite. Isn’t that how all things in life go with processes? Just when you want to give up, is usually right before things are about to pop. Stay the course and enjoy the journey. Then watch how things blossom.
I found a perfect terminated point, many partially terminated points, a bunch of smoky quartz – medium to light this time, citrine, smoky citrine, quartz with smoky and citrine, smoky with pink to peach colored quartz, smoky with golden healer, golden healers, of course pure chunks of clear quartz, elestialated quartz, rosy pink quartz, gorgeous clear and shiny quartz with red (likely hematite), all portions of partially formed crystals, incredible formations and crystal growth, druzy portals, and even two amazing quartz points with thick white jackets!
There was also this incredible dragon head quartz, which doubles as a hawk as well.

Just look at the energy around it, while I took these photos in my garden of it.

I also forgot to mention that there was one “random” piece of obsidian I found. Dave felt it could be remnants from the indigenous of the area long ago from some of their tools.

For all my fellow crystal lovers, here are photos of some of the incredible pieces to enjoy the energy of and to give you an idea of the magick that’s been popping up from the Earth. These babies sure want to do the work, as I’ve never found stuff like this out in the wild just sitting out in the open, ready and waiting! And it’s happening all over, as new crystal finds and crystal skulls seem to be on fire and bursting from Gaia’s seams and flowing through carvers’ hands. It’s a collective celebration of energetic code activations.
Just look at these potent beauties!

And nearly all, again, have incredible rainbows popping and winking. I left so many behind, but only bring home who tells me needs to come.
I’m in constant awe and, yes, I do believe in AT LEAST 6 impossible things every day!

I gave my new crystal friends a bath in the lake upon returning to camp. That’s something I do every time. I take them down to our private beach and give them all a Star Lake baptism and activation. It’s like a purification sacred ritual. This feels to be both in part for them and the lake. And during this process there’s usually quite a few that I learn are not meant to come on – as I explore them in greater detail and energy – but were needed for me to bring back to the lake and throw them in. In this way, activating this alpine lake. Some true beauties went into the water’s depths and now will always remain a part of her crystalline waters to be part of the collective Earth grid.
Alignment just keeps on going, as just yesterday I was on the trail I know to have a small smoky quartz pocket and indeed the deep smokies were on fire – literally. Having been sitting in the direct sun they were super hot to the touch and that made them even more alive and potent! Just look at these beauties. Everything is prepping for a lot of anchoring in gridding in the space here with big energy.

And back to camping – on our first day after setup and lunch, we enjoyed a relaxing time laying in the hammock resting, dreaming, connecting, and reading. This is when I like to feel into and practice things during this “being” time because I’m not a napper. I just rest in high awareness.
So, I close my eyes, but never fall asleep…I’m just in complete surrender and tuning in mode.
Twice I opened my eyes and each time something appeared right at that and only moment. The first time five red-headed merganser ducks floated by through the small opening in the bushes in front of me. There’s that 5 again – my messenger coming through 5 mergansers.
I closed my eyes and then reopened them a few minutes later only to now have an osprey flying by just as I looked.
Continued divine flow, underscored, and direct answers to things I pondered.
Oh, and to tag-team with the 5 mergansers, on our first day back home to have beach integration downtime, I watched as mom merganser and 4 babies came up to our area – yes 5 again!

That same day, I had a sweet and extraordinary thing happen with a tiny baby tree frog. I was on the towel and Dave in a chair under the umbrella when he called me over. This baby tree frog had somehow hopped out of our beach bag and as Dave always does, he calls me when he sees frogs (or any animal for that matter) to come and help them.

He knows they’ll come to me and so he asked me to move the frog because if she got back in the bag she’d probably get squished and die. So, I put my hand out and in she hopped.

She looked like she enjoyed that. I took her to the bushes and trees behind us and let her jump in.

I then went back to lay on my towel. In minutes I felt something jump on the side of my head and I knew right away it was my little frog friend!
I was so tickled by this sweetness overload!
She had hopped all the way back through the bushes, across the sand and right to me! We were both amazed. I told her she needed to stay in the bushes to stay safe. I wondered if she wanted to come home and for a moment we wondered if she’d actually come from home with us, traveling in the bag, as we have a lot of little frogs that like to live in our deck couch and things. So she either came here with us or was from here. I had to find out.
So I told her if she came from home and wanted to go back then she can come back to me, but if she was just saying hi, then she needed to stay safe in her bushes.
I took her back to her safe haven bushes and she didn’t return.
We finished out the weekend with a visit from mom and dad, an evening symphony at the north end of the lake with friends, and a half day of kayaking down the river again with our matching yellow banana kayak gang.
My parents came up for lunch, a visit, and to see my garden – they love flowers too!
And actually dad brought me up some of his amazing lilies, as you can see are perfect in my pretty purple crystal vase they also gave me a while back.

I then added a bunch of my own yellow and orange lilies mixed in with my white stargazer lilies in my butterfly vase to bring in all the vibrant beauty for daily indoor pleasure too.

Such a happy and vibrant bunch of beauties, aren’t they?!
How can you not feel joy seeing nature laugh in such brilliant colors?

We enjoyed a lovely lunch on my decked out table of rabbit decor plates and accessories.

And then took a walk through the faery garden and quartz spiral grid.

Aren’t mom and dad cute in the wild faery forest garden?

And look at mom go! Weeeee!

Mom and I also had fun exploring all my new crystal finds. Her faery heart enjoyed seeing all the sparkly and potent beauties.
Oh, did I mention I finally had enough quartz to make my spiral? Well, I guess I just did. LOL!
I got in some work before my parents came over and completed the first round of our quartz crystal spiral that we decided upon instead of a labyrinth – we do after all have our portable gold painted labyrinth we made.
Dave and I leveled out the area the weekend before last and I felt to start seeing if I had enough crystals to get something going from all of my hauls backpacking and from other hikes here over the years. Dave and I started to actually like the idea of a spiral more, ever since we saw the one up at Star Lake, and that also felt more doable without having to make many more trips hauling down friends from the mountain. Seeing the spiral up at Star Lake also felt like a nudge that this was the direction to go in, instead, and interestingly this last time we were there it appeared that someone had undone the spiral. So it feels to have been a message and then when gone, that ours would manifest here to grid things up there that had begun.
This all felt in the flow of alignment, once again, because when I decided to start working on this, this weekend I received a little, but mighty messenger with a big nudge. Right after I brought all of the quartz out on the deck to look over them and begin the process, I then stood in front of the area to mentally map things out. Right at that very moment a hummingbird appeared out of nowhere and flew directly in front of me at eye level, just a foot from my face. We looked at each other for about thirty seconds, sharing a long gaze wrapped in rapid wing flutters that seemed to anoint the space while also sending vibrational confirmation of the spirit realm of my ancient lineage and beyond. After sharing this gaze and recognition, the hummingbird zipped off over the fence and disappeared into the forest.
Hummingbird is part of the Inca Medicine Wheel that is a spiritual journey through the four directions with hummingbird representing the North. I actually created a personal interpretation of this through my painting A Walk Between Worlds – “Hatun Karpay of the Nagual” (the great initiation of the Nagual – form of very powerful shaman). The interpretation includes that of including the symbolism as reference to the World (#21) Card of the Major Arcana cards of the Tarot. Here’s a larger photo of the painting: A Walk Between Worlds and more info from another very old post.
All of this also confirmed using the ancient spiral as well. The design spirals around three times.

It sits to the right of the side yard when looking down from the living room, with my wild garden to the left of it. It will soon transform into its own sacred rock garden – step by step.

We love how it’s come along and I have ideas for the rest of the area to bring it all together with added enchantment and intention, while keeping it simple without need for any outside help or major cost.
Since taking the first photos the day my parents arrived, I’ve since been guided to add my four large stones that have a layer of incredible deep and icy blue, peachy pink, golden, and clear quartz running through the matrix.

These were stones attuned by Astrid when she was physically here, and now anchor the four tree stump corners.
Here are some close-ups of them.
Mostly they feel like blue quartz and some of the richer blue areas look like little gemstones – sapphires come to mind. Truly magickal! This “blue ray” energy that has been so prevalent and key feels perfect to have as those anchors.
You might also note that within the spiral design I also included five tree rounds that are anchored with large quartz stones atop them. These five represent the elements of fire, air, earth, water, and spirit and make up an elemental star if one were to draw lines through them on the ground.
Along with my magickal additions that are brewing as ideas to add to the area, I will also be adding another tree stump stool to the center to be able to sit on once you do your meditation walk in and before you do your meditation walk out – each direction has its own intention, symbolism, and way to work with it. I thought it would be fun to show it in process so far.
So, this sacred space is a work in progress to be completed before Winter – we’ll see! Or, it will continue to evolve, as the spiral of life does indeed that!
In the meantime, what did finally come together is Part 2 of the last release of crystals and crystal skulls. I finally had the time as the message became also clear, to get the new listings up for the remaining cocreators I have available. These were all originally part of the same group as the Part 1 release that all gratefully found homes, but they wanted to hold off. This worked well, as I’ve had little time recently. It’s just a small group right now, but all are absolute favorites of mine for different reasons, with perfect energies for the now I feel.
So, if you’ve held off, or feel still to add to or complete your own crystal groups and grids, you may find the one here in these four unique beauties. Details on each are at the page link below.
The Portal is Open!
And although the Leo New Moon isn’t until August 4th, I’m still calling this the New Moon Release because the gateway is revving up to that energy and this may be a way to ignite new beginnings in your own life.
We also have the soon-to-follow 8/8/8 Lion’s Gate (August 8, 2+0+2+4) which is always potent.
And that also will conclude the Intuitive Guidance Session special discount I’ve been honoring for a good portion of 2024 so far to help others with this year’s energies.
However, in honor of 8/8/8’s Manifestation Gate, I have decided to open just 3 spaces for the Mentor Muse program I once offered, which is more of an intensive under the guise of inspiration and joy as a mirror to get you going strong with any new intention. I have 5 session and 11 session programs this time (as consistency and practice is key) and they can be found at the same link above for the Intuitive Guidance Sessions.
Whereas Intuitive Guidance Sessions will explore your personal empowerment in any or all areas, these sessions are specifically focused on one area and involve consistent, committed weekly focuses to help to shift into and start manifesting a specific goal in your life – hence the package options rather than one-off sessions. In essence, these are intensives and involve dedication to yourself and your practice in order to manifest what you desire.
These are for people who feel ready to put in the time and focus and ready to put themselves and their goals at the forefront. One’s level of achievement is a choice of commitment. These are weekly, as I feel that consistency is key and the touch-ins of support and inspirational guidance are necessary on a regular basis as well to keep momentum going and move through the ups and downs that can come up. The weekly sessions are also accompanied by any needed email support along the way to encourage and check-in.
If these are of interest, please CONTACT ME so we can discuss if this is a good fit for you.
These are found on the same page as the Intuitive Guidance Sessions – simply scroll down at the link provided here to find them.
Oh, and if you’re on Instagram, I’m sharing an end of July Giveaway for 3 of Mody Ra’s amazing pieces from ancient Egyptian stones. This month’s giveaway (there’s one each month) is a birthday celebration in honor of his son Ali. The giveaway ends at 11:59 pm PST on Friday, August 2nd and the winner will be announced on Saturday, August 3rd during a special live sale Mody and I will be doing together on Instagram at his page at 11 am PST where he’ll be offering a 20% discount on all pieces to add to that celebration. Mody loves his children – Ali and Maya – and likes to do big things for them.
We’ll be away on the East coast soon, visiting Dave’s family mid-August for a week, which will include being gone over the next Aquarius Full Moon of the 19th.
This is the only week I won’t be available to do sessions, but CAN handle email support. I also won’t be able to ship during that week, so if any of the crystals or crystal skulls call to you, please keep that in mind if you have a particular time period you’d like your new friend by. I can ship up until Monday the 12th and then again after the 23rd.

I’d like to end with some beautiful nature landscapes, gifts, and animal encounters to let the essence of these spaces and experiences linger with you. I feel we can use a lot more of these kinds of broadcasts across the globe to help align each of us with the nature of our own vibrational frequencies.
Days continue to be filled with rich nature gifts and wildlife encounters even when not out backpacking – all made possible by a pause and deep presence.

I was tickled to find these Sweet Pea flowers on a hike and took some home to enjoy in a vase, as I knew that would warm Dave’s heart. When I surprised him with them and told him their name his heart melted.

I am also grateful to now have found two eagle feathers and that we just last evening had a black bear visitation.

Dave caught the photo above, as the bear made his way between our house and our neighbor’s house. You can see him at the center by their camper. Apparently dogs were barking in the forest and chasing him. The bear was just trying to escape peacefully.
Other recent wild friend connections have included a collective of frogs and large toads, a big garter snake, Canadian geese, and another bear (briefly seen across a lake on a day outing).

I spend a lot of quiet time with the frogs. I find them so complex and full of personality and wisdom.
Some are more timid and will jump or slip away into the water. Others have no fear at all and will let me softly approach, as they listen to me talk. The more I talk, the more the others reappear and soon everyone’s hanging out like a frog convention to listen to this odd creature who cares to hear what they have to say.

The large garter snake would not have been seen if I hadn’t been in complete presence, as she was very keen on not wanting to be seen by others. Yet, she allowed me into her space and I stayed with her for a good fifteen minutes. Anytime someone walked by, including a group of children, she would slither deeper in the bushes and hide.

Once she felt their vibrations leave, she’d then circle back around and peek out at me to make sure I was still there.
It was during this time I heard a group of kids with their Summer guide call out “bear” across the lake, giving me just a glimpse on the other side of the water where I was with Miss Sssssnake.
There are so many beautiful little encounters and experiences to be had no matter where we are.

It all just takes a desire to want to dance in the gift of each moment and look around at the bigger picture held within one tiny thread.

One of our favorite spots when not backpacking is hanging out under the giant elder Juniper you’ve seen me share about many times.
It’s a peaceful and beautiful spot where sometimes the Canadian geese will come visit us – this last time a family of mom and dad and seven adolescent geese in fact did come graze and lay with us.

The serenity and scene here is picturesque and surreal.

And you feel one with all of life, including the little ones that will come to play.

This last visit the chipmunk you see here, came and sat on my bare foot nestled into the cool grass while I closed my eyes to dream.
It’s a place to surrender and allow Great Great Grandmother Juniper watch over you and remove any worries – replacing them with wisdom she’s come to know about life on Earth. All around her stand her Juniper lineage who someday will take over the storytelling when her presence is called back to the stars.
She is currently in process of being registered as a “Champion Juniper” and is thought to be over 1500 years old. More information is upcoming to be shared with the public after this process.
For now, they’ve finally created a protective fence around her trunk to help her to live another 700 or more years.
We have so much available to us to learn from the elders and wisdom keepers that surround our daily lives in less outspoken ways. If only as much time was spent tuning in to them, as is spent tuning in to everything else.

The more I drop into and harness the elements I embody, the more experiences become seamless and deeply engaging.
May we all experience the natural vitality coursing through our veins and streaming through as spirit in flesh.

Attuning with the Elements, Joy Reminders, Nature Spirit Wisdom, Crystal Gifts & Moon Over My Heart
Over time I’ve become increasingly more conscious and attuned with the elements and now make it a daily practice to work in partnership with them and tap into the ability we all have to play in that field with empowerment.
Each of the elements teach me so much and it’s my relationship to them within that helps me to make sense of their reflection without, as well as supports my apprenticeship into magician hood.
As Water I learn to continually purify my thoughts and beliefs, not fear the depths, remain fluid, flow with rather than against, and use my feelings and intuition to sense into that alignment and understand the true undercurrents at work.
As Air I understand the softness of embodiment I can carry on a breeze to touch others, the strength and reach of my transformational force when I step into my power, the way presence can be humble and invisible while still experienced and shared, and how to communicate or pick up messages by constantly shifting perspective, and never remaining stagnant or stuck.
As Fire I know the constant renewal of each moment that is available, my ability to rebirth through unlimited creative life force, the power inherent in life cycles as a unified transmutational experience, the boldness of my will to manifest through action-backed desires, and yes I will always rise from the ashes as the perpetual artist of unlimited and multi-dimensional expression.
As Earth I am the ever-anchored container to hold all moving parts with nourishment and stability, able to manifest all thoughts and desires into solid form, maintain balance and grounding, am the eternal mother holding all of life in an unconditionally loving gaze, luxuriate in my sensuality of embodiment, celebrate my basal nature, and harness my feminine power to ever-be fertilely birthing anew.
As Spirit I know my lightness, clarity, the vast expanse within, the beauty of all other elements that fill that space, know the limitlessness available, the power of my vibrational frequency, understand the bigger picture, enjoy embodiment as a gift for experiential delights, and celebrate connection between all things.
We can tap into the vibrational frequency of the Big Five, just as we can any aspect of consciousness being expressed, and permanently put a stop to victimhood. It really isn’t a hard thing to do. It simply takes action to support the desire to do it, and that equates to presence combined with redirection of focus on a consistent basis.
Mental alchemy is an invitation – not a given – and as long as we don’t consciously choose to engage it, then everyone and everything else will simply do so for us. There is always cause and effect in play, but we get to choose which of those we’d like to experience more of with responsible integrity.
I don’t have to tell you that the nature realm is where I feel most at home on Earth, as my shares I think reflect that enough even if just through photos. We each have a different way to experience our joy – and this just happens to be mine, as well as happens to be my choice of both classroom and playground. The latter equating to being my joy reminder, as everything “nature” tickles my heart.
The way I live isn’t for everyone and nor did it happen by chance or without a lot of preparatory back story. I think it’s easy to forget that people have years of experiences behind them when we only see how they are experiencing things right now.
Work turns into practice, turns into play and fun – a way of being with increased ease and grace.
And summertime can definitely highlight what both lights you up, or shines a light upon what’s been tucked away out of sight.
Summer is vitality at its finest to me, but the same kind of creative life force is available to us all year round. We simply have to invite it into our lives from the unlimited well within our hearts.
We carry the light of the Great Central Sun within our very being. And even in the darker hours and hidden corners, that light will guide our way.
Pay attention to what sparks your joy and use that as a reminder that you can reframe each experience from a different perspective by engaging that feeling it ignites.
Maybe take a moment to feel into yourself and ask the parts within what lights them up.
What are your joy reminders?
You can use these as hinge points to shifting any experience in the moment, by calling up that reminder and instantly being taken to the feeling vibration it pours through, and illuminates within, you. This can help you to change the current story playing over and over in your experience, and anchor you in a new frequency that immediately pulls you out of the quicksand with a lifeline.
Try it. Make it a practice. Do it consistently. You’ll be amazed at the new empowerment you have at your fingertips in one easy sweep of a joy refocus.
It’s similar to a gratitude practice, yet it will transport you into the feeling and cellular memories of your joy triggers, right away, that can multiply with rapid grace as you tap into a real feeling and experience that becomes your now. There is no time distinction or separation between what you feel and think about, and what you are right here in the eternal now. Therefore, it really does help to have these joy reminders in your back pocket to call up when you notice yourself stuck.
It also helps if you make friends with and understand the power of the elements that reside within you and are you – the control board to outer experiences at your fingertips that can support your optimal alignment and strategic placement.
For me, this has become one of my key pieces to creating life alchemy, along with fine-tuning even the smallest of tweaks to my perception of bigger picture things that stretch expansion open wider.

Two weekends ago we had our first Tahoe Herbivores Meetup for this Summer, which was a fun gathering of nine of us for a hike, followed by lunch.

But what I loved most about this day was the wildlife reflections in what was quite an extraordinary display – perfectly mirroring collective key pieces calling from within to be seen, heard, and embraced.
These included a first-ever sighting for us, here, of river otters and a first sighting of baby osprey with mom.
We were crossing a bridge over the river – that alone has meaning – when my hawk eyes caught a brown mound slightly moving across the way. I knew immediately it was some kind of animal – thinking beaver at first – so I stopped and then told my friend walking just ahead of me that there was an animal over there. As I continued to watch I realized there were more than one – actually four – and they were all climbing over each other and very connected.
They then slid into the water and I said that they were either beavers or river otters, but once I saw them moving in the water I said they didn’t move like beavers…they were acting like otters. At this point, the rest of the group behind us had caught up and the group ahead had stopped and were looking at other things. I pointed them out and the whole group came in closer to watch and asked me what kind of animal I thought they were. I shared my two first initial thoughts, but added that they were moving like otters. At that point I caught glimpse of long whiskers on the larger one lit up by the sunlight and long thin tails slinking behind them as they moved in and out of the water and around each other. I was now certain of my intuition upon watching their behavior that they were in fact river otters and not beavers, despite our never seeing any here before.
This was a family of mom and three younger ones and they were just in pure play mode in and out of the water. And when out of the water they just climbed all over each other and were like one unit, without separation between them, just nuzzling and wrapping around one another. Love, joy, lightness, and playfulness emanated from this display that went on and on.

It was evident to me immediately that they were reflecting the power and value of the inner child and that the group was needing this reminder.
And in fact, otters do embody and message joy and play being important. Finding joy even through the challenges, finding that balance in all situations, and having limitless curiosity are spoken through their energy. If you watch them move in and out of the water and playing and merging with each other it’s so fluid and like one moving part together – helping to navigate things seamlessly and light heartedly as a team. They represent community and togetherness with peace and kindness at the forefront of interactions. There’s also shape-shifting qualities, resiliency, adaptability, divine feminine mysteries and understanding of the subconscious, psychic and emotional realms that come through as well. They represent both water and earth elements embodied, wholeness, harmony, new beginnings, purification, and spiritual awakening.
When I continued to research otter symbolism I found this to underscore my initial feeling.
Otter shows up when people have lost sight of their inner child. They help remind us to embrace new things without clinging to the past, just like children live moment-to-moment.
I found it interesting no one saw them as we passed, but my hawk eyes immediately did and of course like attracts like. I got the feeling I was meant to be a bridge (we were on a bridge afterall, too) for the river otters to share their message with the group, as I know this to be one of my roles in life as an interspecies ambassador.
When I felt into everyone around me who later sat in awe watching – it was evident why the clan showed up as they did to support inner child encouragement and to send a message to stop being so serious about life. It was fun that a clan appeared for a clan, with the perfect energy that was calling from their hearts to be embraced. Everything is always messaging us from the wisdom within.
We proceeded on after watching the river otter family for quite a while, and about a half mile further we came upon the sound of a young bird of prey calling out. We looked up and a large osprey was circling overhead and a young osprey was calling out from a big nest at the top of a dead tree.

Osprey to me is a master of depths and heights, as the only bird of prey that actually dives under the surface of water to capture their meals – speaks to balancing consciousness with unconsciousness and being that bridge that merges things together and brings things to awareness. Water, air, and earth elements are strongly their suit, but they do take bold actions which demonstrates fire, and are messengers between realms – so there’s spirit too.
I loved seeing the young one with momma, interacting as she circled and circled and baby called out. There was the feeling of nurturing and nourishing the inner child, as well as not being afraid to ask for what you want. While protectiveness from mom and caring for the well being of new life coming into the world to flourish was part of that wholeness of experience. We have the ability to be that nurturer to the parts within – the child within – and cultivate an empowered life experience that understands the wisdom and beauty of dancing in the gifts of light and shadow.
As we sat watching I looked down at the ground and found a smaller osprey feather – more of a breast or head feather likely from the youngster.
After we turned around to head back, we crossed the bridge again and stopped to watch as the river otter family STILL continued to play and love on each other. I took this video, while the group moved on and I stayed behind. You can see the otter family in the foreground with two Canadian geese preening themselves in the background.
Both sightings were powerful and purposeful, but also so beautiful in and of themselves.

I’ve continued to see my wild baby bunny friend (now named Ursa – because she’s my little “bear” guardian) here at the Forest Portal too, along with Hyzenthlay nearly every day.

The female energy is strongly showing up.
The rabbit sightings appear in the morning and evening and see us off before we leave on adventures, while also welcoming us back home too.

Even one of my dear friends just shared with me a new family of wild rabbits in her yard including momma and FIVE baby bunnies that are precious beyond preciousness. All of this just pointed to so much of what I’ve already been sharing in this post. And I loved that bunny portal activation going on across the states too. Weeeeeeee!
And speaking of adventures, we just got back on Thursday from another backpacking and camping three-day amazing journey. We felt guided to return to our same spot as last time because it’s so nourishing to us on every level.
After the initial hike up, it’s a purely relaxing, fun, disconnected but fully in tune with the ALL time.
Right before we headed to our lake destination, this giant, extraterrestrial looking insect welcomed us back. He was sitting on our car window as we got our backpacks on and I moved him to a tree stump where he sat before flying off into the forest.
And on my way out on our day home I found my first ptarmigan tail feather, which was a special gift that encouraged my fortitude hiking out with a heavy pack again.
This alpine bird embodies resiliency, strength, determination, courage, power, protection, and hope – all perfect messages while I forged my way up the first climb out to the highest summit point. They are also known as thunder birds, messengers of the gods, and connection to higher spiritual forces. Recently, when I find a significant feather, I can actually feel how it has been placed there precisely as a manifestation for communicating to me something timely – not just as a theme for a general time period, but specific to the exact thing I’m thinking about, opening up to, concluding, realizing, or doing.
So, yeah, those “firsts” in terms of finds and experiences have been ongoing recently and I also had the most incredible firsts in terms of crystal finds on this trip.
Yes, I did go on my quartz expeditions again – in fact I went twice in one day while Dave napped and read in the hammock at our campsite. He also did a twenty minute hike way up the mountain overlooking our lake home-away-from-home to explore what we thought might be the mother quartz we could see from our campsite.

He did confirm the white area was in fact all quartz. I may explore the area next time, but for now it was his journey and he laid on this big mother to receive activation himself, while taking this shot of the view of the lake, our camping area, and Lake Tahoe far in the left distance.

While he did that, I hiked out before and after lunch to the spot I’ve discovered about a mile out and spent two to two and a half hours each trip in full-on faery mode, being led by intuition and senses to amazing finds up the slopes of the mountain.

I was guided to wear my seven-pointed faery star necklace with moldavite on this trip and I used it to tune in, by holding it and having intention to be led. I would even state out loud, “Okay Fae, Elementals, and Cosmic friends, lead on. I’m listening!” And boy did they answer.
Each trip I’ve increasingly found more and more incredible pieces, but this trip was icing on the cake.
I usually find quartz rock with some clear crystal forming on them. This trip and last trip these increased with much more crystal formations on the rock and moved into tons of pure crystal chunks of all sizes and then…actual, full formed or forming crystals appeared.
Last time I started finding chunks that had keys, starbrary, information lines down the sides, and other interesting markings even though they weren’t fully formed crystals.
This time I found full-on shaped points, partial points, cluster points, earth-damaged (but self-healed) points without the tops or some sides gone or not fully formed yet, AND several tabby quartz, along with golden healers, smoky citrine, pinkish and blueish quartz, a few incredible pure smoky quartz – two of which are big and pure crystal and just WOW.

The photos share some looks at what I’m talking about, however don’t do them justice.
AND EVERY SINGLE ONE of the pieces I found had remarkable rainbows in them that were twinkling to say, “Here I am!” The rainbows were brilliant and large and didn’t even need shifting them various ways to bring them out.
I knew I was being led by the Fae energies, as it was extraordinary. I was astonished at what I was finding and didn’t even know these were possible here. But then, anything is, especially when you believe.
I had this feeling before our trip that something was awaiting me to receive and I held this idea around finding full crystals and then it happened on 7/17 – this day felt like full-on M-A-G-I-C-K.
I was careful about choosing what to bring back from the pieces the mountain spirits gifted, so as not to be too heavy of a pack to hike out with. I ended up with 38 pounds I hiked out the six and a half miles with instead of 45 pounds last time. And that was aided by my burying five larger pieces to await my return. And oh can I not wait to return because now I know what is possible and you better believe I’ll be off on more crystal adventures for sure to see what extraordinary things I can manifest next!
I actually pooped myself out over a period of four consecutive days, so the restful time after my magickal expeditions, on long camping later afternoons and nights, was perfect.
Note to self: Not the greatest idea to go on backpacking and crystal expedition trips immediately following two days of deep cleaning your entire house. LOL! I surely worked my butt off then, the day up to our camping site at over 9000 elevation, during my two expeditions of hiking, searching, and transporting to campsite, and our hike back down. But it’s also super exhilarating and amazing to see the endurance and strength one does have when met with mental alchemy to fuel the way. That, plus a lot of amped up crystal activations, protection, and recharging!

The evening we returned home we decided to go to our first free Music on the Beach event to slowly integrate back into mountain city vibes.

It was a peaceful evening with the usual mellow crowd, and a couple we know met up with us to watch the sunset and listen to smooth vibes.

I did actually find a dead baby mouse on the deck where the dead baby bunny was that one time, when we returned home. Her insides were gone, but the full fur body and tail remained. I held a little ceremony and buried her in the garden, feeling like a resurrection of inner child power was emerging within me. Rather than seeing this as an end, I immediately dropped into it definitely being a new beginning of magickal potentials.
While away, both my indoor and outdoor gardens flourished.

I took these photos yesterday on a cloudy, thunderstorm day, but as you can see everything beams happy still and of course is another addition to my own joy reminders.

The next wave of my giant lilies are now all starting to bloom in orange, yellow, and star lily white.

I’m amazed by how tall the garden plant babies are – the lilies tower over my head – and I’m loving the tropical and exotic feel to my indoor plants, including calla lilies in all shades of pinks, lilacs, and mauves.

Life is a beautiful expression of color our hearts splash, swish, and stroke across the canvas of creation.

We had some beautiful views to relish in with the Moon over my heart – our Star Lake campsite and high-vibed quartz mountain playground that is – with golden sunset casts across the water and trees and even a “Great Pyramid” looking peak, peaking out – which isn’t surprising to me. All my favorites packed into one tiny corner of this vast Earth realm.

This was just a few days before the full illumination of this second Capricorn Full Moon in a row and it felt perfect to be high up in alpine regions like a mountain goat where my horns can receive from the Cosmos, my hooves can navigate the root of being, and my senses can be guided by the elements – as within so without.

Today we have opportunity to harness the most productive qualities Capricorn teaches us, and that to me includes leading by your own inner compass and maturing into the responsible authority of your energetic field so that outside things are directed by your inward focus. You can master your reality and by example, lead the way for others to do the same.
Try not to let world stories direct your emotions and life, nor get caught up in illusions. Be discerning with your time and focus and see if you find yourself taking sides.

Any side is not unity. Unity is wholeness of perspective and the way out of sides is to create something more ALL-encompassing. You may think that is impossible or will take forever. That is only the truth as long as you believe it and as long as you relinquish your power to create it.
Wishing you a strengthening Full Moon and a happy 56th anniversary to my parents today as well! May love endure across this beautiful Earth and beyond.

Stay tuned for a small, concluding Part II of the previous crystal skull release coming up next to include the last few beings I didn’t have time to list with the Part I group that wanted out when they did. They always know when to align themselves energetically to be seen.
And please remember that the special discount on Intuitive Guidance Sessions ends on 8/8. A great time to register for the session package that fits your upcoming needs and use the sessions when you’d like.
Stretching Into the Stars While Rooting More Deeply with the Earth – Greater ALL Awareness for Expansive Being
Summer vibes continue in full swing and to me that looks like cherries, watermelon, sunflowers, lazy beach days, picnics, home-brewed iced tea and coffee, a garden in full bloom, camping,

outdoor live music, biking, hiking, kayaking, meadows of croaking frogs and buzzing pollinators, thriving forest life, evening star gazing, and expansive creative visualization.
And after saying all that, I still feel at a loss for words these days, which of course seems odd and humorous for someone so expressive.
Yet, I don’t feel my expression is lost in any way – it’s merely enhancing and deepening into even more of its natural essence.

That may also not seem to be the case, as when I DO share I have a decent amount to say.
But my shares are infrequent and I’m finding my desire to condense and use other ways to express things, or use descriptions that can convey more, to be a preference.

I’m relishing in other forms of communication and leaning into more of the breadth of vibrational resonance we have access to experience and share.
And since we only see snippets of each other’s lives through platforms like this – the words I share here don’t speak to the rest of my time each day, which is balanced with a different layer of experience.

The extra quiet times in nature and overall shifts I continually align with are assisting a really sumptuous space of being.

This may or may not be the experience of others, but I share it in case it speaks to something stirring or emerging within you – something we may be sharing, amongst many other possible realities.

We are strings from a shared instrument and yet creating music is an innovative force in motion of individual and shared plucks to those tonal strings in a rhythmic sequence of alchemical genius.

Presence, peace, and neutrality cultivate the field of pure potential where true choices and answers can bloom.

In the loud, silent spaces I learn even more how to duplicate the way of the elements all around me and the wisdom of trees in a forest of diversity.

How often do we stop and listen to the vibrations emanating from everything around us? Not simply the words and individually-interpreted meanings, but the actual resonance and reverberations that feed us the ingredients we can consciously respond to and cocreate with?
This is the in between space I linger in and stretch myself to understand new ways to implement, integrate, and optimize for living in what feels, for me, to be as expansive and unified a potential as I can go in each moment.
That’s not everyone’s way, path, or choosing, but it’s mine – the way of reality-creation through shifts of awareness.
Amidst all of the new mental alchemy I’m brewing up, we’ve been externally engaged in continued, full Summer days of activities, immersions, and connection.

From a long weekend along the Northern Californian coast with friends – finding our own

piece of peace amidst city vibes and indulging in a cornucopia of vegan culinary feasts, to a

holiday weekend of celebrations with friends and community (including a vegan potluck that Dave and I made BBQ tofu with coleslaw and pickles sliders we cut in fours, and kayaking down the river), all linked by another

incredibly nourishing backpacking adventure – we continue to create our new life experiences post fur babies journeying to the stars.
Our backpacking trip was especially memorable, as well as impactful. This time we chose a favorite destination – bearing an equally favorite name – Star Lake.

This was our fourth time at the lake, but first time camping at it, which we did for two nights.
We desired to create a peaceful and relaxing space during the holiday rush, away from everything, but immersed in the ALL.

It was absolutely divine in every way, camping out on a quartz mountain, with raw quartz surrounding the lake and our campground, hiking through and exploring quartz fields just outside of the lake, and journeying across trails with incredible, expansive, blossom and giant juniper filled vistas along every step.

It’s hard to explain the immensity and awe of the quartz fields, and photos don’t do justice – so I didn’t bother to take any. It’s truly an in-person experience and boy did we feel the energy sleeping here for two nights.
I definitely feel like we received an activation and upgrade.

This time we had our new hammock, which was icing on the cake.
We spent long hours just being.

And even discovered right next to our campsite was a meditation spiral that someone had created with rocks and quartz.

I thought that was a beautiful nudge, as before I made the sacred circle in our yard, I actually had it in a spiral. But I didn’t have enough to make it a full spiral – it was just a partial one, so I opted for a circle. Perhaps this was reflective of my intention still manifesting for us where we would end up camping, or reflects a spiral may yet still come to be, if not a full labyrinth, as I feel I may have enough stones soon for a spiral. We’ll see!

Including a day hike and an extra rock hounding hike I did myself, plus the in and back miles, it totaled only between nineteen to twenty miles over the three days for me and seventeen for Dave.
But mostly there were hours of nothingness within the everythingness.

Bliss in every way and we were grateful to have created a full day, night and morning without another human around before a half dozen campsites popped up on our last night of the 4th of July.

I returned with gifts from the mountain spirits (some of which you can see in front of the tent below, being highlighted by some incredible energy rays and solar emanations) that I carried out the six and a half miles – turning my 22.7 pound pack (of which we ate all the food I was carrying) into 45 pounds.

We were both astonished, but I was invigorated by the energy that fueled my endurance, and although the hike itself was quite a strenuous accomplishment, I miraculously didn’t end up having any soreness after.
I chalked that up to the power and magick of the quartz.
We feel to do a backpacking and camping trip probably once a week through Summer and Autumn, as long as we’re around and not traveling.

I’m not going to share all of the details, but rather am sharing the vibrational frequency through photo stories in sequence of how they’ve been written by the ALL with us more consciously engaging our parts in a beautiful co-story I’m learning more of the laws to harness.

I can feel the vibrational resonance each time I create in this way and tap into the storyline fun I’m helping to make harmonious for the ALL’s experience.
As this is how I see it…we’ve always had invitation to enjoy and up our creative expression, as main characters within the One Mind.
I’m in awe of what keeps showing up and how much our intentions continue to manifest at even more fine-tuned levels.

It’s incredible, but not surprising, to see what is possible for us all to experience with greater mindfulness and tuning into what is really available in this blip in space and time we call our lives.

During all of this, what I’ve noticed is owl and hawk energy on all-time high in my world – with sightings, visitations, the most in number and most consistent influx of feather gifts from each, and even timed with their flying above or hooting from nearby.

Messengers are chiming in and being guide posts, the more I focus on upleveling my awareness and implementing changes.
Interestingly, the night before our backpacking trip on July 2nd, I had a powerful bear dream again.
It came on the heels of talking about Astrid and her transformational experience with a friend, which included starting off assertive, protective of herself and her boundaries, and charging with energetic force and grunts – very boldly at everyone. Then, how my unconditional love and “seeing” her allowed her to surrender into the softness beneath and shine her wisdom she kept hidden. She could turn on her “bear” when she wanted, but was at ease not to always be in that mode anymore. And in fact, one of the animals she looked like (minus her long, beautiful ears) was a young bear.
And of course, she WAS connected with bears and Arcturian energy as they are reflective of, and sent me the golden bear to my door, as well as many dreams.
But this particular dream – which felt real, like I was awake on a different plane – involved two young bears that somehow got into the house. They seemed to be yearlings and I heard them get in and come down the hall toward our bedroom. Dave was asleep and didn’t notice, nor did he wake up through it all. I was awake and heard and felt everything. The two bears then proceeded to climb up onto the bed and were particularly interested in me. I could hear their bear grunts and sniffing, and felt their fur and large bodies maneuvering on the bed around me. One kind of nestled to my right sort of between Dave and I – I felt that one connecting with both of us, but there for Dave more. The other was climbing on top of me and I was trying my hardest not to move because while they weren’t hurting me, I had that human feeling of any moment they could do something since they are wild. They did not have any ferocious or attack energy, but were clearly very set on connecting – this one in particular with me who kept playing with my foot and leg, which was up in the air now because she or he was keen on sniffing, licking and tousling it. I eventually, and slowly lowered my leg and got it back under the covers. The bear persisted coming closer and was going at my face now to lick it and sniff it. I could feel the heavy breathing and power of this young bear, although there was playfulness and a sincere desire to connect and show affection. I eventually pulled fast at the covers to hide my face, but this bear kept trying to yank the covers off with paws and teeth. I felt that they were both talking to me telepathically at one point, but I can’t remember what they said.
I don’t recall anymore except feeling they followed me when I eventually tried to get out of bed in the dark. It dawned on me when I awoke that Astrid was connected to sending them. Her strong assertive energy, with softness and love beneath, was reflected in these bears. I was reminded how she charged my face on the first day I took her home, but how I loved her more and saw into her heart.
It’s actually because of this dream that I was guided to wear this gold bear necklace with real leaves and flowers embedded inside that a sweet friend gave me. I feel it helped align a beautiful adventure and helped guide me to some incredible crystal finds – the likes of some I haven’t ever found before.

Astrid is in constant communication and I’m so grateful for these vivid reality experiences that take place because of the strength of our love that makes everything possible. And more recently Boojum showed up in a brief half-state between dream and awake, in a very real experience for me to impart to Dave that he was with us too.
Then on the morning of July 7th, my new little wild baby bunny friend appeared by our room, nibbling on fresh pine needles of our tree. It’s beautiful to know this sweetie is now going to grace our lives and this realm. I haven’t seen anyone else since this baby showed up. I still await a name, but feel it close. This appearance was a beautiful gift letting me know how love is all around me and the softness in my own heart is mirrored always.
Days outdoors are filled with sweetness, as all the baby animals are out and about learning the ways of the great big world before them, with mom and dad guiding and protecting the journey.
From bunnies, to ducklings, to goslings, to chicks (of all bird types), to hatchlings (lizard), to tadpoles, and more…we’ve been surrounded by new life in all the phases of childhood. New potentials are in motion for a New Earth experience.
It’s been fun to see some familiars too. In particular, the family of thirteen geese are still going strong and the goslings are now so large, but still hanging with their mom and dad and still have sweet fuzz on their lovely heads. They visit us on the beach each time we go.

Everything is prolific and lush right now.

In fact, my garden is more like a jungle and is larger in growth than I’ve ever seen it, while its roots flourish and unite in nourishing ways with the forest and Earth.

The plants are reaching tall for the Sun, Moon and Stars and that feels like a beautiful reflection, as I stretch into adventurous new territories of thought, practice, and experience.

May we all retrieve pieces of our courage to forge small steps forward into new fields of potential.
It only takes one stretch to fuel creative power toward new realities. From there, it gets easier and easier.

And if you are feeling challenged with things like this or making the changes you’d like to embody, I would be honored to walk with you through these life transitions. It’s a partnership that not only is between you and I, but between the parts within yourself. The journey involves having the hidden revealed, looking at the tough areas of your patterns and conditioned thoughts and feelings, opening to embracing, committing to, and actively working toward new perspectives, and wanting to break through those tough walls into the essence of who you really are. Consistent practice puts into place new conditioning of more authentic ways of being – relearning how to be more naturally you – therefore it’s not about receiving a reading without a process to get you there, but putting in the work so that you create the way and anchor how to make it your new norm and walk more in the vibrancy and vitality of your vibrational frequency.
The special discount continues through 8/8/2024 (8-8-8) if you feel resonance to this partnership. You may pick up as many sessions as you’d like until this date, and there’s no timeframe to use them by.
I may have some upcoming updates, but for now just the one magickal Unakite being remains (UPDATE: ALL ARE HOMED): Crystals & Crystal Skulls.
Talks With Crystal Skulls ~ Episode 11 A Crystal Skull Community Weaving
I’m back from quite a full week and a half of activities and immersions, which included both sacred personal time AND collective shared time with friends and community. So while I gather thoughts and inspirations to share, the latter experiences feel like a perfect segue for today’s latest episode of Talks With Crystal Skulls ~ Episode 11 A Crystal Skull Community Weaving.
It’s been about a month and a half since the last installment on Memorial Day, with this new episode following recent Fourth of July and New Moon celebrations.
This episode took a bit more prep work, as just like the title shares, it’s a weaving together of personal shares and perspectives from individuals within our collective family who share a love for crystal skulls.
It includes short interviews with eight guests and quotes shared by nine authors – their titles and any pertinent links to their offerings are included both within the episode and in the description below the video. Some of the people live in very rural areas where connection can be spotty, which made it an extra gift we could put together what we did.
So, you can imagine the behind-the-scenes prep, details to gather and execute, and all the intricate editing by the amazing Kaz that was needed to weave together this tapestry.
Regardless of what would be involved, I was guided strongly to put this together and am SO grateful for all who participated to help make this happen.
I LOVE that it organically fell into place as the #11 episode. Gotta love that masterful alignment and alchemy that comes with listening and flowing.
I’ve shared a lot in the previous ten episodes and now you get to hear from others.
I’ll be taking a break from episodes for a while, as I am listening to the strong messaging that I’m needing to step into other areas and background focuses for the time being.
So, I hope you enjoy this community weaving and find the previous ten episode shares and interviews to be of support to your journey when ever you may feel called to explore them again, or for the first time – or maybe again, like the first time.
If you’re receiving this update by email, please remember that you can only see the video if you click through to the post.
Thank you so much for tuning in and as always, I’m grateful for your reflections at the video link.
And if anyone has been feeling the beautiful Unakite Magickal Child Skull speaking to you, this harmonizing being is the last awaiting connection to their heart home from the previous release I had time to get out amidst everything. I wonder who they’re awaiting: Crystals & Crystal Skulls
Summer Loving ~ Thoughts & Energy Flow of Conscious Connection Plus a New Moon Sale
Themes of unplugging and being off-grid seem to be on high right now for me, which is interesting given it’s Summer and that usually means an uptick in activities or gatherings. And while the latter is true, that is part of why I feel this to be extra important, at least for myself, to balance the energies.
So, there will continue to be more consistent away time upcoming – dips in and out – and it’s feeling supportive to resetting things, as well as exploring where and how I’d like to infuse energy into those things.
This may just be a “me” thing based on my energy signature for this year, yet I do feel how overall-supportive managing our energy and making time for ourselves and loved ones amidst the collective experience is.
Creating our own reality is always available to us and learning how to navigate and master the energies and laws within this experience is something we can choose to partake in, in more conscious and personally delegated ways.
Cause and effect is always in motion, yet we can learn to responsibly and consciously harness being the cause rather than effect and strengthen our positioning on the pendulum of experience in such a way that we always become the desired dynamic of that relationship between balancing parts.
There are so many options available in this experience of The All that can change the way we move through life and the expression of Thought that is ever-evolving with potential.
I’ve been contemplating a lot even with our being away and constantly tweaking things just enough that makes an impact and shift to new levels. There’s always a creative new twist available and fun ways to explore and implement new understandings of Mental Alchemy.
And Summer reminds us of that creative potential blooming forth from all open-hearted nooks and crannies.

This is just a touch-in of thoughts to add to that blooming before we head out again.
It’s too challenging to share the fullness of explorations we each go through, but we can offer pieces of potential through the way we move through life and even what we are moved to share beyond that embodiment.
To recap energy flows here, we left on Summer Solstice and were away through and after the Capricorn Full Moon, with love and union being the focal points of this bright portal entry point.
I don’t know how you experienced these days, as heightened energies can play out differently for everyone, but for us it was a beautiful, very flowing, and supported window with sweet signs all around us from our fur babies in the stars.
We’re so grateful every single day, moment, and for each experience. I feel that gratitude is also a meeting of cause and effect we actively take part in and consciously recognize the synergy of heart alignment inherent within that relationship.
Traveling on our anniversary was a fresh way to activate another layer of newness to our next phase of life and connected journey. Our new baby bunny friend even greeted us on Solstice morning, which was the perfect gift.

With a night flight out, this gave us time to enjoy a hike nearby before packing up and flying away – great nourishment and grounding for travels.
It also gifted me a red tailed hawk cheek feather and both of us a pair of swallowtail butterflies that flew toward and around us, and were engaged in a mating dance, which felt like a sweet celebration of our love day portal.
It’s amazing to me how much every day lately is increasingly so varied and what shows up is an incredible opportunity to explore different ways to work with the energy of it all. I’m finding patterns more fluid to shift and my flexibility of heart and mind to increase in stretch each day. Our capacity for change is far greater than we give ourselves credit for.
It was a whirlwind trip with every moment packed full of preparations, events, big city energy, and lots of people time. This is very different from our quieter life and low-key mountain activities.

We were away because of wedding festivities – attending a rehearsal preparation, dinner, and then a full next day of helping with preparations – we were on balloon duty to fill helium in balloons, tie them together and put them along the path so people could find the outdoor location – wedding, and reception.

Balloon duty was like a clown show with lots of blunders taking place with what seemed like a simple task. Luckily we have a great sense of humor and put aside extra time for execution.

We actually had two weddings to attend on the same day – a virtual one and an in-person one – that were back-to-back.
Somehow they lined up perfectly to enable us to be part of both without missing anything. One wedding was for a high school buddy of Dave’s and the other was for a sweet friend of mine that used to actually live here in Lake Tahoe for a while.

Weddings were a focal point of this past weekend – not just for us. I heard about a half dozen weddings through people I know, but I imagine there were many more because of it being the first weekend of Summer.

A time when blossoming heart energy and eternal love is highlighted, as well as recognizing the connective threads that enrich and bring value to your life through the people around you.

We also got to spend a day with Dave’s dad, step mom, and their rescue dog, Grace, again. It’s been good to see them more regularly and this also helped Grace to remember me and get close again. It was sweet to see her follow me and seek out my petting her. I imagine if we were around a lot, she’d be my best buddy.

Unfortunately, there was no opportunity for seeing anyone else we know in the areas, as we literally were on the go the whole time except for two small windows between events to get in some recharging beach walk time along the ocean – a much welcomed bubble just for us.

Other than that we only squeezed in a super short reading break at the pool before ceremony prep, as well as pool time at Dave’s parent’s house while catching up – all of which were important for us to have to ourselves and to celebrate our own anniversary time together.

We were also grateful to have those moments because we needed a little “quiet” time since we’re not used to so much activity and the big city energy.

Anyway, without going into details, the long weekend went great and although fast, was full and rich.
We were going to be away longer to visit Dave’s uncle, but things shifted to postpone that trip until later this Summer. That brought us back home for a little reset, mountain nourishment, recharge, and time to get a bunch of things accomplished, along with prep before we head off for another long four-day weekend.
While the time away was perfect and great to connect with and be there for everyone, it reiterated to us how much we know where home is to our hearts and souls – here in the mountain forest nestled two miles from Sierra Nevada’s literal crystalline gem – Lake Tahoe.
I didn’t grow up in the mountains, but the mountains surrounding Tahoe reflected my true nature from the first time I entered this realm back in 2006. And although I love all nature landscapes, just as I enjoy every season, and each nurtures and speaks to pieces of my soul and energies that are supportive in cycles of experiencing, there’s an element of vibrational resonance in this landscape that feeds my spirit in the ways I need most consistently.
I also don’t resonate with being in big city energies or mass amounts of people for long periods because I need to be on high all the time to create peace, balance, and be in my own reality, where as in the mountains I can relax and then have more energy to be able to connect with the collective from a fuller well.
I did find it interesting, yet not surprising, that the one and only person at the wedding we attended that was on the exact same page with me in all ways just “happened” to sit down next to me at our assigned table. I only knew two of the people at this wedding, although Dave knew quite a few.
And yet, there she was…my mirror…because we DO create our own reality and CAN create our own reality where ever we go by staying true to our frequency. This is alignment at its finest.

We seemed to be in our own little world talking the dinner away about things I wouldn’t imagine I’d be talking about at a wedding with people I didn’t know, but we were meant to meet and be there at that moment in time to “reconnect”. On top of all the synchronicities, it was quite something to learn that her daughter’s name was that of the Mayan Moon Goddess that’s been so connected to me – so much so I wear her on my back over my heart chakra as a sacred tattoo. There are NO coincidences.
There were so many time stamps that kept happening and at pertinent/key moments, especially the 5:55 and repeating 5’s on our Solstice anniversary and the Full Moon, continued other repetitive number doorways several times a day, signs, nature gifts like more red tailed hawk (hawk being key in my life) and barn owl feathers (my fav owl), as well as ocean treasures including this gorgeous, large, crystalline stone on the beach, and one sneaky little yellow starfish at high tide who peeked out just before a big wave would come crashing over the rocks.

We encountered other messengers like turtle, mallards, seagulls, great blue heron, wild mustangs, white pelicans, a gorgeous red dragonfly with glistening gold on his wings, butterflies galore, and koi fish from start to finish of the trip.
There was even a giant wild rabbit that greeted us on our last night when we arrived to our hotel before heading home. Astrid and all of my bunny loves are always making sure I’m well watched over by their friends.

And the kitty babies made sure we were seeing their smile upon us with our first morning’s latte that showed up with a surprise cat.

We were feeling the love and warm fuzzies, so we celebrated with vegan cake for brunch to kick off continued anniversary celebrations. Hehe!
We each enjoyed our own giant piece. Dave got the chocolate cake.

And me, the strawberry almond cake!

One of the most beautiful gifts was being able to sit twice in the presence of an old, sprawling sycamore – the site of the wedding we attended – that has been growing since 1570 – that’s a whopping 454 year old elder tree!

She was enhanced for the wedding…or rather, she enhanced the wedding.

I just had to get a photo with this Great Grandmother beauty.

And one with both of us framed by her wisdom and eternal love.

There was even quite a perfectly timed send-off on our last night before heading home. As we stepped out of the restaurant with Dave’s parents, right before us was this vision in the sky.

For a second I was excited of the cosmic potential, then we learned from some people who had stopped to watch it fly by too, that this was actually a Falcon 9 rocket sending 20 Starlink Satellites into low-Earth orbit. It had just been launched by SpaceX from the Vandenberg Space Force Base we were in close proximity to. Regardless, our timing was impeccable – much like so many things had unfolded during this Solstice and Full Moon doorway.

I also discovered that every outfit I brought with me, except for my travel outfit of earthen red, was all different shades of blue.
So that blue ray energy – of which has been prominent also in crystals for me – was the energy signature and color therapy that kept me in my essence.

I find that each trip or day, for that matter, calls forth a different color frequency.

This reflects how to stay in alignment and create the focal energy I need or intend.

This trip seemed to be about creating flow, inner peace, calm, and receiving water and sky inspiration throughout the busy elements of life unfolding all around us.

Blue always speaks to me of cosmic connections I have as well, my star song, and of course there are certain shades of blue that are and have always been my favorite color since birth because of their “home” connection.

And just like that, we were back home – although briefly – breathing in the refreshing alpine air again.

And I was greeted by a ladybug that was inside at our sliding glass door to the back deck. I usually have ladybugs finding me on the beach here. So to have one at the house upon return was like she really sought me out to spread her big encouragement and expansion in the tiniest of messenger ways for the heart and eyes that see.
We immediately immersed in a longer (eight mile) and more strenuous hike (climbs 1500 feet and has steep gravel descents) on our first day back where a group of raw quartz finds called out to come home. Not this one below, as it was quite the giant momma, but she gives you an idea of this quartz field.

Even the forest creatures like to recharge with their energy.

So I hauled the ones that said they wanted to come with me down the mountain, tied in my shirt. They felt to be part of a recalibration of energies needed and I later learned the importance of one of them – the largest of the bunch.
The hike was a great way to nourish that serenity of being with matching all-around vibes.

It was a successful and lovely trip and yet being home felt good, even if just briefly before heading out again – a great way to create abundance balance of receiving and giving.

I was glad to see my happy garden getting ready for it’s next stage of flourishing and as soon as we got back I cleaned up Spring’s transitioned blooms to help clear the way.
What was also exciting to see is how the area where the trees were cleared behind the house is really starting to come alive with fresh growth that is creating a meadow and I saw the first signs of wildflowers growing from the seeds we threw there.

Eventually it will all fill in and look lush and faery-full.

I also enjoyed seeing the potted deck plants beginning to bloom with Summer joy and got the idea post-big-hike-lunch on the deck that it was time to implement an idea and create a change.

We have an area to the right of my garden that we’ve kept open and done nothing with yet because we have gone through a couple of ideas that just hadn’t yet landed with us. Next to it, we saved a pile of cut logs and wood slices from the trees out back that they needed to clear for fire prevention. We’ve talked about leveling out this area and creating a labyrinth with garden bed surrounding it, as one idea.
Well, sometimes you just have to seize the moment and do what moves you. After lunch I was looking down at the area and the pile of saved tree parts and a couple of sparkly slabs of stone that were here from when we first got the house. And the moment moved me with inspiration. I took it upon myself while Dave napped to create a simple, sacred circle made of forest elements.

Wouldn’t you know I had just the amount I needed to create this circle around a center with an entry way that also had tree stump seats like the center where one could reflect upon their intention before entering.
It’s organic and mobile and for some reason it came upon me strongly that I needed to create this.

And I had just the perfect large quartz I found that day from our long hike that I brought down the mountain with me to anchor the energy for the seated center one could use to meditate at.
It’s nothing fancy, but I love it and was proud of myself for just doing it. It took me an hour, as I had to remove the bark from the logs since they were not in the best condition, figured out the placement of everything, and then had to discard of the pieces. After our long hike, I was pooped, but felt accomplished and happy with the creation.

It’s like a Druid circle where one can reflect upon their intention at the entrance and then choose to go clockwise or counter clockwise depending on the energy focus – or both – and then sit at the center to meditate. The whole thing creating a sacred space for a moving or walking meditation to contemplate upon things one wants to consciously connect with and create more of, release, integrate, and harmonize in their life.
I had a lizard and a couple of small birds watching me put it together and literally right after it was done the lizard was exploring the sacred forest circle. I saw him seated on the logs and stones. The morning after, a Steller’s Jay was doing the same and I imagine that all the little animals will be visiting it.
I’ll probably add more quartz stones to it when we’re back, as I have many special ones in my office that I found here in Tahoe from our hikes. It will be fun to see how it evolves.
Sometimes you just need to move energy and do something toward an intention to help it out, and even though this may not be a permanent thing, it felt important and sealed in something for the land here and the changes in motion.
And just as ladybug luck greeted us home, frog luck prepared us for the next trip by anchoring in a continuation of that energy.
We’ve been spending lunch time on the deck and a little tree frog hopped out of our couch to greet us. They like to hang out in the couch for some reason. I put my hand down to assist him and he hopped aboard. I took him over to one of our deck pots.

He was content in my hand for a while before hopping off into the plants and reminded me of the past dream I had with the large frog jumping into my hand.
This happened after we’d finished our daily wellness activity – a bike ride this time – where a young adult buck appeared before me.

Dave was ahead on the trail and missed seeing the buck because he came out of the trees after Dave passed.

So, the buck felt to be connected to me.

He didn’t seem afraid, although passed to my right with a few graceful leaps, and then came to rest in the open area to my left to graze while I stopped to watch him.

I loved the soft velvet covering his growing antlers – a symbol of the growth cycle – and his overall reflection of physical and mental vitality, strength, vigor, regeneration, determination, exuberance, adventurous courage, and the promise of fresh beginnings.

The next day it was bald eagle who appeared circling above our heads. They are also very rare to see here, but somehow since my finding that giant eagle wing feather before our trip, I’ve felt like there is extra purpose for eagle to be showing up at this time – and may show up more on this new path unfolding before me/us.

It’s been such a small window of being home, but full of potent experiences wrapped up into it, along with a lot of things we succeeded in accomplishing quickly.
I’m in constant awe of this waking dream we are part of.
And ready to always explore the endless possibilities available.
How about you?
Although you’ll be seeing this post as we head out again, and we’ll be back before the 4th of July and Cancer New Moon that follows on July 5th, I’m feeling the nudge to send out early wishes of renewal, in case things get busy, for what the meaning of freedom, nurturing, and connection is to you that supports your life path.
I am also listening to the loud messaging from the crystal skull and crystal beings that remain from the 6/6 New Moon release, and are anxious to be with their new cocreative partners during this Summer season of blooming potential. And that is to help those connections with a big 4th of July and New Moon Connection Sale.
There are just two crystal skulls and one crystal left – again, some of these have gone through an interesting process of guardian shuffling, which to me always speaks to a rearranging of energy to bring together highest good connections.
Each of them, as always, were offered at discount from their original value when first released. So with the currently extra 20% off, these are quite the offering especially for master carved skulls.
You’ll find these beautiful beings at the link below including an incredibly sparkly, benevolent, and cosmic Dumortierite elongated Skull – a Star Being and Ancient One – (there’s that blue ray energy that speaks loudly), and a stunning, endearing, and ultra harmonizing Unakite Magickal Child. And last, you’ll find a mystical and high-vibed elestial quartz crystal – keeper of the doorways to change. Each one is a keeper of unique energies and experiences you’ll discover as your relationship deepens. I’m always happy to reserve one, too, if you let me know your heart’s desire.
And just a heads up – I am still doing sessions in between travels and I’ll continue to offer Intuitive Guidance Sessions at the special discount pricing through 8/8/2024 (8-8-8). Starting at that Gateway they’ll return to their regular pricing. So if you’re feeling to want to work on things and sense a package may be supportive, this is a great time to take advantage.
New stuff upcoming, as energy is always moving and change is a constant part of that flow.
May you experience the resiliency of spirit in your daily walk through life.
Summer Solstice Celebrations & Surprise Story Time Special with Astrid & Me
Wishing everyone a blooming heart Summer Solstice today and an illuminating and harmonious Capricorn Full Moon tomorrow!
This will be a short and, at least for me, very sweet share to commemorate some special things that are dear to me.
Summer Solstice is a love-filled portal in my life, as it marks our 4th wedding anniversary (even though we’ve been together for 16 years).
In 2020, Solstice fell right on our wedding day like it does this year and just like it did on Astrid’s adoption anniversary day, seven years ago.
I love that our wedding and her adoption share the same day woven together with golden love and heart connection strings shining brightly like the star that she is!

But in the previous year, now 8 years ago, Solstice fell on the day of sweet angel Joy’s transition to the stars when it also happened to be a Full Moon – 6/21/16.
Full circles and balance are always flowing.
And while this year the Capricorn Full Moon will fall on the 21st again (tomorrow), the energies are potently connected and streaming through this doorway of the Solstice when Cancer season ignites as well – underscoring that harmony and unity.
We’re actually heading out today for anywhere between five days to a week, so I thought I’d leave you with something I’ve been saving until this day to immerse in.
Originally, this was something Astrid and I had wanted to have as a regular series that would have gone up on my YouTube Channel, but of course things unfold as are in divine order.
Our inspiration was to have a Story Time Corner to share special books with everyone.
However, we only got around to reading this one for you.
Because it would have been a series of its own, my amazing editor Kaz started to edit the first installment right after it was recorded. We never fully completed this one, and all subsequent episodes are completely untouched in any way. However, I thought to share what we did have edited with it because it just felt right to embrace the intention that is a beginning and ending all together.
I found it quite interesting that the first book we are reading together here has 9 chapters, Astrid was just about to turn 9 years old, I’m now in a personal 9 year, and 9 is a full cycle number before a new one begins.
These video chapters I’ll be sharing are very dear to my heart and a way to share an intimate part of our connection and journey with others. There’s a possibility I still may upload them to my YouTube Channel to have them all in one, easy-to-find place. For now, I’m feeling I may just share them for our friends and readers here, but will keep you posted if they end up on my Channel to access there. We’ll see how the energy moves me, but if they do end up there I’ll likely replace them here with a link.
They are completely raw, unedited (except for the few fun additions Kaz added to this first one), and done in one take with all human and rabbit bloopers intact. I like this very much, as it’s so in-the-moment, natural, and pure heart-filled like the two of us loved to be.
We felt strongly to have this air today for a Summer Solstice celebration that would act as a renewal portal for greatest heart expansion and abundant love to pour through.

We hope you enjoy the story and that you can feel the immensity of love beaming out. And if you’ve missed seeing Astrid, perhaps this will give you a sweet and nourishing dose of vitamin “A”.
I’m not sure if you’ll be able to see and listen to these videos if you’re receiving this through email, but in case not, please hop on over to the actual post link and all should leap forward well from there. You’ll want to view them in the order they are posted so that the story stays true to its timeline and makes sense.
Watching these just warm my heart and that’s our hope – to warm yours too and to inspire in what ever way the story might touch the light within you.
May you shine your unique frequency brightly and carry the Solstice vitality as your guiding star through life.
Now, pick up a cup of tea, snuggle in, and get ready for Chapter 1, Astrid, and me.
A New Adventure Begins ~ The Wonders & Presence of Spirit in Flesh
The symphony of animal and nature messages has continued in full force and that’s felt soothing to an uptick in frequencies flowing through life right now.
Evening owl hoots float through the forest consistently behind our home these days. We didn’t used to hear them, or very randomly did. Now, owl energy seems to be the frequency of opening pathways before us, and that’s been mirrored in finding more great horned owl feathers too on a consistent basis. These two were discovered on one of our recent hikes, but about a mile apart and were added to the others I found just recently.
But there’s been something about primary wing feathers from large raptors that just began to show up and this has included first-ever finds. Has that been happening for others of you?
You may recall the large turkey vulture feather from our road trip that I found on the Colorado River, as the vulture took off from the bank we landed the boat on. Then, within just a few days of each other, at the same location here in Tahoe, I found a large osprey wing feather, followed by a giant eagle wing feather – the shaft is 4.5 inches long and the entire feather is 17.75 inches long.
I’ve been gifted osprey feathers before, but never a wing. This was a first for the eagle feather.
There’s a feeling I get about the wings being significant to rising above and transcending any limitations and soaring to creative heights to receive and experience expansive vision. There’s a sense of increased freedom and empowerment, newfound courage, lightness, divine guidance, support, and protection I get from them too. There’s also connection to the message of “elder” and “ancient” parts I spoke about in my last episode. And that they appeared at punctuated points, underscoring the information I was channeling and understanding at those moments directly from communication with The All was very chilling, beautiful, and humbling – a sense of truth alignment rippled through my body.
In fact, the osprey and eagle wing I found just yards and a few days apart along the same path I had been led to explore because of sensing that something was waiting. I particularly love osprey because they move between realms – soar through the air, can land on trees and Earth, but are the only raptors that actually dive deep into the water when catching their meals, while others just snatch fish from the surface (not afraid of the watery and shadow realms). To me, eagle feels particularly honorary, while hawk has always felt very signifying of interdimensional guidance, safe passage, and initiation in my life.
I feel like a mouse in a maze or labyrinth when I find feathers and like each one is a treat I receive for hitting an upleveling turn along my path. Each time the treat increases in levels to match the codes cracked.

Then there’s been the tadpoles in all stages, as well as lots of frogs and very large toads in abundant companions as well. I did actually find a small dead frog, though, on our deck. There must always be that balance.

That was reflective also with the large and beautiful dead trout I found that looked like it had just passed. She was in perfect condition and I found her right after the large eagle wing feather. I felt a special connection to it, being a Pisces and actually pulled it out of the water where I saw it against the bank. Something about feeling her beautiful scales and muscles was powerful for me to hold.

And bunches of lady bugs that seem to always find my hand and arms at the beach – loving my left side in particular and the sacred tattoos there. But I also found a small group of dead lady bugs in the sand next to my towel.

We were also greeted again by the same large family of mom, dad, and goslings upon return to the beach. It had been no more than a week since last we saw them, but they were already looking double the size, as they visited us in our special spot.

We also realized we miscounted them last time, thinking we could only count 12, but now there were in fact 13 – amazing!
And the day before that we saw a family with only three goslings. They just warm my faery heart so much!
I haven’t seen Frith or Hyzenthlay for a while now, but was very pleased this past Saturday that a sweet little baby cottontail made herself known – this one feels to be female.

I’d just finished a project, after our returning from a short adventure I’ll share after this first part, and looked up to find this tiny one, with a mark at her third eye, poised so perfectly in an Astrid-like stance. She showed up again two days later in my garden, nibbling away on bunny delights and running back and forth across the path. That all made me smile huge and the smile was extended on Sunday, in between the home sightings, when I saw another baby bunny running into a bush, upon driving up to my parent’s house for yummy Father’s Day celebrations. (Mom and dad always create a vegan feast, as you know. It was chickpea curry with all the yummy fixin’s of pickled onions, sweet cucumbers, spicy mango, and naan, followed by a fresh deep blueberry pie with the bestest crust!)

I haven’t yet heard a name for this little one, but I’m sure it will come. Especially if she is the new garden guardian of our Forest Portal.
And although we did see a second dead doe recently, there was so much new life and stages of growth and opening around us, that it was easy to understand the weaving of connection. We also haven’t seen a bear since our golden one jumped our fence to connect, but I’ve twice now found large, fresh bear scat on hikes – a message that their energy continues to be near, watch over, and guide me.
I even had a large jackpot find of raw quartz in a pocket I know that included mostly smoky quartz with some of the darkest smokies I’ve found including a few I would say are morion quartz. There were even pieces with lined and etched sides and the beginning of crystal point shaping that I don’t normally see. The energy of these feels very supportive in anchoring so many root changes I’ve been working on and what is helpful even within the collective scope of things unfolding – so gridding is in order for these.
So, yeah…a lot of potent and beautiful messengers and energies have surrounded these pre-Summer days with rich layers connected to each of them for me and to what the season ahead is gearing up to be.
I wonder what kind of reflections you may be seeing or experiencing in your world that point to shifts happening for you or support for directions and questions you’ve been pondering?
It’s been interesting to see how this year has started off so far for me, given I’m in a nine personal year. Days have increased in outer activity, although I can feel my energy is much more inner, even if I’m partaking in what’s showing up – sometimes unexpectedly.
For instance, it’s been on-the-go here for weeks, and recently with out-of-the-blue visitors including a friend of ours and Dave’s brother nearly back-to-back, Father’s Day, our own getaway in between, and now upcoming trips through July.

During all of it, we’ve also upped our outdoor activities with hours of hiking, biking, and long beach days, as is usual for this time of year.

With little blocks of time just at home, I’ve had heightened periods of activity in the small windows to get projects and work done. I’ll share some of the fun I’ve been dabbling in soon.
Like Summer-soon-to-be, I’ve found myself bubbling with creative impetus.

So outwardly it appears not to be very Hermit-like, but I do in fact feel the inward completion and transformation of cycles, a deepening into my truth for the next leg, self reflection and harnessing of greater understanding on how to implement things I’ve learned, and cultivating the quality of life and direction that matches my frequency. And that for sure comes with closure and even experiencing literal deaths all around. I noted a couple of big patterns run their full gamut of extremes, which is now ending a cycle to rest in a balanced way.
All of this feels evident in the animal messengers and how they’re showing up for me.

And in between it all, my garden continues to grow and flourish.

My work now is to just enjoy the beauty that blossoms and expands forth, one step at a time, as the seasons shift.

Another thing shifting, now that we’re empty nesters, is our ability to do things on the spot when the moment moves us and for us to weave another layer of interest into our lives that looks like it’s quickly becoming a passion.
When we returned from our road trip, we talked about starting to backpack. I had only done this one other time in the Grand Canyon with our avid backpacker friends, Happy and Bean. I loved it right away. Dave wasn’t as excited as me at the time, but a huge shift took place that catapulted things.
Like most things I do now, I started up later in life – truly it wasn’t until my 40’s when the physical activities I love and you see me doing, became a part of my daily world. I didn’t grow up, like others, doing a bunch of outdoor activities, although I was hugely connected with all animals from the moment I landed on Earth. So, it’s no surprise the next level would kick in now at 51.
The first day back from our road trip, Dave got the itch and ordered all our backpacking equipment that we didn’t have – we had a tent, sleeping bags, pad, and pillow, and stuff like headlamps from our time in the GC, but none of the rest. We were all in!
He didn’t go searching for the most expensive stuff either. We learned quickly, like with other things we do, that you can do stuff inexpensively and on a budget. He found everything for us at next-to-nothing costs compared to what you normally see, so the investment was like 1/10 the amount one might spend or think you’d need to.
That also made it easy to try it out and see if we did actually like it as much as we thought we would. If we found that we did, we were thinking we may potentially do the whole 165 mile TRT – Tahoe Rim Trail – in sections. Since we live here and have no time restraints, there’s no need to do it all in one long trip. Plus, our goal is to enjoy and be present with everything, without feeling any pressure.
We’ve already day-hiked nearly half of the TRT, but it’s different to backpack and through-hike it. So if we do decide to do the whole thing, we’ll redo it all. We’re also not wed to that idea and really want to make sure it’s all about just having fun, soaking it all in, and not making any part of the adventures reflective of what life can be in the day-to-day, nitty gritty stuff.
For now, it would be a one-trip-at-a-time focus when the moment moves us. I love it that way. I love life that way, actually.
We learned well from our GC backpacking mentors about equipment we’d need and how to be minimalists, especially since the less you have to carry on your back, the easier the hiking.
Our friends were so proud of us and thought it was impressive when we told them my pack came in at 22.4 pounds and Dave’s at 23.6 pounds! They said that anywhere between 23 and 30 pounds was considered excellent. Weeeee!
We also did a little research into local area requirements – for instance, here a bear cannister is either required or highly recommended versus a hanging bear bag – and permits needed.
We then figured out a few options of first adventures we wanted to do and would be able to do given some areas have more snow still than others, while awaiting our equipment to arrive and for some things we were working on to complete so that we’d have the ability to be without need of others contacting us or having to tend to details with time deadlines.
It literally wasn’t until the morning of departure that we made our final departure decision and then finalized details and packed for a two night, three day journey into the wild.
We intended to leave a bit earlier than we did, but things have a way of working themselves out as is in alignment. We headed out to get our permits and have lunch while discovering we’d forgotten our hiking poles at home – important when you have weight on your back and will be traversing technical trails, which this one would be. We had two cars because we would need to park one car at each end of our hike since this wouldn’t be an out-and-back, but a through trail trek from one destination to another.
So Dave took care of the permits, while I went home to get the poles, and then we met up for lunch and headed off to drop the first car off. By the time we parked at our starting point, it was around 3:30pm.

Luckily the boat they have available to take hikers passed the first two miles was running. It was in the mid-eighties and knowing that the whole trail up is all shale meant that being able to bypass the first two miles would ensure us getting to our destination for the night before sunset.

Normally they only run it for a minimum of four people, but we got our own boat and away we went. We didn’t actually start hiking until 4pm.

This hike we chose is considered a challenging one, which we’ve done before and is in what’s called Desolation Wilderness – the most rugged region around Lake Tahoe with granite everywhere, including granite shale lined trails that climb and climb, sometimes with large steps up.

So it’s slow-going and even more so with a large pack on your back to ensure safe stepping.

It was a hard first day because of the heat and climb, plus hitting unexpected packed snow at the top in the forests and snow run-off creating streams through parts of the trails, but we arrived in time around 6:30pm to set up camp on the beautiful moonscape of Aloha Lake.

I say moonscape because this lake is surrounded in granite around the edges of the water and has a more stark shoreline with pools and little islands. It’s a shallow backcountry lake great for exploring, camping, wading, and swimming.
Normally we enter it from the south and explore the west where there’s a lot of pools and familiar terrain. This time we ended up on the east side, so it was a different vantage point for us. And between camping here and then taking the trail out on the east, we’ve now pretty much done most of the perimeter.

This provided us ability to still take in the sights and feels, fill our water bottles with our water filter, and enjoy our vegan meals before hitting the sack.

This time we opted to try Backpacker’s Pantry for their dehydrated vegan options. Last time with our friends we did Outdoor Herbivore. Both are fantastic!

It was an exciting time for us, just out there doing it. We decided we would and we made it happen and there we were soaking it all in.

Every single sensation.

It was surreal in a way since it was our first time doing this alone. And the best part is that we’d be off-grid for three days.

No cell phone reception or outside access in or out. Just the wide open great outdoors and us.

We congratulated ourselves for a successful first day, as we headed into our tent for the night to read a book, and fall asleep under the moon and stars, surrounded by wilderness as far as the eye could see.

As I mentioned, our plan is not to jam pack in as many miles as possible and rush through the trails just to accomplish an idea. This was inspiration at its finest from spark to igniting. Savoring it all was the goal and tuning into ourselves and our surroundings was the main objective.

So, in all, this trip was only about 15 plus miles in totality, but they were hard and rich ones – this broke up to about 5 miles a day. A lot of through-hikers may accomplish that kind of mileage or more in just one day. That’s not our hearts’ trajectory though.

The night was an interesting mix of subtle sounds, dropping temperatures, and complete stillness and vastness. It was invigorating.

The first night got to between 30 and 35 degrees, but we had great sleeping bags and thermals on so it was comfortably brisk.

Sunrise was beautiful and waking up in nature’s quiet was just like I remembered – a breath of sacred. Well, all of it was really.

Everything was silently loud in the most beautiful and moving of ways.

The water was absolute glass, creating mirror images that reflected “as above, so below.”

We enjoyed the quiet mornings, slowly savoring every sensation while enjoying a warm meal and coffee Dave would prepare us.

And each of the next two days went much the same.
After enjoying our slow, but early-start morning, we packed up and set off for our next destination.
Desolation Wilderness is very rugged and it’s been rare we’ve seen wild animals while hiking the trails, except for one time catching a rare fox sighting. And this trip was much the same – without wild animal encounters, except for feeling like the wild hearts ourselves.
Mostly we saw a variety of birds, chipmunks, squirrels, lots of butterflies, caterpillars, and small fish. There were also quite a few interesting mushrooms due to the moisture and melt off.
The below swallowtail was a giant one and particularly stood out to us, as she lingered in full display. We also had a pair of them circle above us and several times I had butterflies come right at me, as if they were trying to ignite my aura with their renewal spark.

The trail around and out from the lake offered gorgeous vistas every step of the way, with other small lakes to feast our eyes upon.

I was full of energy that second day and was strongly leading the way this time.

We learned that I have a natural navigating instinct, inner compass, and even though some trails I’ve only done once…I remember them clearly and know where right and wrong turns should be.
The snow packs and streams of running water made trails near-impossible to figure out at times. Yet, even if we got off track, senses would lead us back.

There were times I saved us from miles of wrong turns because I remembered and just knew things were off. And when Dave would then check maps, he’d confirm my instincts.

We also learned of my crazy tracking abilities with a funny story.
Maybe this is gross to some people, but it was super hilarious to us, nonetheless, and part of life. You know that one must do number two out there in the wilderness and when at camp there’s protocols for this with needing to be at least 200 feet from a water source and digging deep holes.
Well, on each occasion, Dave would go do his thing first while I finished breakfast or what ever. Then it was my turn. And I kid you not, each time I would go directly to his exact spot, which I had no idea where he was because I couldn’t see him in the trees and didn’t watch where he headed. I could tell by the ground and the way objects like rocks were placed and come back and detail my observations and ask if this is where he went and how he left things. Each time, he was incredulously shocked and we laughed so hard until I cried. I was the poop tracker, amongst other things. My brother has always called me an animal while growing up and that my feet and hands were paws. He and I also have always sniffed everything we eat before we will eat it. LOL!
And between the consistent tracking record overall and navigating right directions, while leading the way, I started to earn my trail name.
It morphed, as after the first day of this Dave was calling me “The Last of the Mohicans.” I really liked that name, but it was too long. So because of my signature long braids I wear on backpacking and camping trips, as well as really challenging hikes like Angels Landing in Zion, this turned into “Pocahontas,” which he called me in Zion at the time.

And so my trail name was born.
Dave got one too, but the story is more involved so we’ll save it for another adventure.

Anyway, we were deep into the wilderness now and things were already feeling second nature, and this second day of hiking led us through beautiful and equally technical shale areas, with a lot of snow pack challenges too.

But we did it and got to our second lake destination, Susie Lake, which is a lake we had also fantasized about being a cool place to camp from the one and only time we hiked passed it.

We got there by 12:30pm and had a full afternoon ahead of us to really surrender to it all.

And without a soul around within sight of us, we really immersed fully.

We had time to set up, get lunch and snacks going, make more water, take naps, read, sun bathe, wash up, skinny dip, hang out on our giant, gorgeous and favorite rock by the water, commune with the incredible elder juniper tree that watched over our camp sight, talk, sit in silence, me go rock hounding, Dave explore with his binoculars, make dinner, and more of the same rock sitting while watching the sunset.

Minutes and hours went by beautifully slow and were savored in a way you just don’t when involved in daily life stuff without making an effort to be present.

Part of that presence for me is about exploring and photography, as the artist me feels that to be an extension of my creative expression that is much needed. Rather than painting on canvas, I am framing paintings that I’m cocreating with Nature all around me.

I not only love to do this as my own a pictorial journal I can look through for endless inspiration, but I’ve learned that it’s also a way I can bring the beauty of this Earth experience as humans to others in times when the world is focused in other perhaps less life-enhancing ways, while etching the landscape into my memory.
The latter is what I’ve discovered to be part of why I’m so good at remembering trails because I pay attention to all the details every step of the way when I’m focusing in on things to creatively capture and are taking my breath away. I seem to imprint the nooks and crannies and sensorial experience of the area so that I can call that up when needed, like on this trip – helping me to know exactly where we are.

And by 7pm we were ready to turn in, read, and sleep another expansive night away. It was slightly warmer at this slightly lower area, with night temps around 40.

Mornings we woke with sunrises, Dave making us coffee and fully loaded oatmeal, and slowly savoring it all some more.

With our last night behind us, it was bitter sweet to make our last trek to our car awaiting us at the end point. Another big day of challenging trails, but everything felt extra bright and alive. The challenge of the first day’s trek up in the heat was far behind me and every day after felt easy and graceful – like second nature, in fact, and me and my pack became one.
We discovered that our calculations were on point and we had exactly everything we needed. We only came back with two extra protein bars and we decided that with how light we pack we could easily add a two pound hammock next time to lay next to the lake between the trees. We’ll likely upgrade our sleep pads to even softer, thicker pads, but other than that we’re good and weren’t missing anything.
We also discovered that even returning to our small mountain cities here was quite a contrast to the alone time out in nature. It felt like we were still wrapped in a bubble of peace and kind of invisible to the rest of the world moving around us, which spoke to how we can create our own experience and journey through life in the cradle of our own frequency.
The whole three-day adventure was truly an experience for presence of being to anchor more deeply and definitely felt in alignment with my personal nine year energy. I thrive in my own world and although am deeply connected to All and focus on that interweaving of energies daily in anything I am engaged in, I am at my clearest when that All is an embodiment within my sole experience.
I love the very tangible feeling of spirit luxuriating in flesh and senses that experiences like this punctuate. I especially feel connected and drawn to the through-hiking in combo with camping. Although camping or day-hiking, alone, are wonderful in their own way, there’s something extra special for me about this combo that both speaks to the minimalist, simplicity, and just connecting with the nomadic and ancient parts of me that is exciting.
Moving with the seasons and where the heart guides, and living in harmony with nature, while leaning into one’s inner senses feels easy and natural.
It makes my first house Mars in Capricorn and all of my “Cappy” energy, as I call it, feel in her joy and essence.

And, to me, all of this is like a golden thread woven between my very cellular and vibrational nature.
It’s an awakening of greatest aliveness and reverence for this Earth experience, which in turn enriches every single experience we walk through life having.
We so look forward to more backpacking throughout the Summer and Autumn seasons, and what ever else new will extend us an initiatory hand. I’m also excited to see how this all evolves and trickles out into inspirational droplets of nourishment.
Our new life pathways are beginning to reveal themselves bit-by-bit, just as Astrid and the kitties knew would be the next steps integral for us and our expansion. And they’ve been smiling hugely for us, showing up in our day-to-day and in the little messages along the way.
We carry them with us always and now have them guiding the journey onward.
Life certainly takes some interesting turns that may feel or look one way in the moment, yet are pieces to a greater puzzle they beautifully make possible.
I hope that this share about one of the ways our life is taking a new turn speaks to any of you in some way who are in transition of any kind in life where it feels right now like there’s nothing that could possibly make it better.
There are always rich things at work, new doorways opening with the closure of others, and the cycles will reveal their next layers when we keep showing up and embracing the flow of energy just wanting to move through.
Endings are beginnings.
I’ll end there for now, lol, so that means more is upcoming. I have a very short window before we head out for a while on a couple more trips away, but I’ll try to get one more post out in just a bit. It’s going to be a busy rest of the month and much to share – one piece at a time.
In the meantime, people have been messaging with questions so I’ll answer them quickly here for anyone else who’s been wondering.
Yes, I still am offering Intuitive Guidance Sessions at the very special discount and online Reiki Certification Training, as well as the Empowerment Series courses.
And there are just 4 special crystal skulls and 1 crystal remaining in the current personal release. Price exchanges currently reflected are already discounted off original value.
Sending love and gratitude to everyone. I hope the upcoming Full Moon and Solstice energies are feeling like a doorway to something fresh for you too.
This is June ~ Sunshine Immersions, Messengers, Wombing & New Moon Crystal Skull Release
Just as I felt, June has sprung forth with vibrant exuberance from the get-go.

And while I’ve noted a lot of nitty-gritty kind of things popping up to focus energy toward, it all feels to be fundamental to expansive new terrain. Again, reminding me of that hourglass effect where things are squeezing into very defined clarity, streamlining, and sifting purposes in order to release into expansive liberation and creative forging.
From one reality to another we go!

From closure of May to onset of June I’ve also seen an uptick in alignment taking place, confirmation that many of us feel like we’re finally entering a time of doing what we came to do, and a lot of collaborative merging of soul family we in fact set out to do that with, really lighting up for the next level.
There are indeed many new collective ideas birthing and an underscoring to making thoughts and choices more conscious.
Do you realize the quantity of time spent in certain types of thoughts that are creating your experience, over the quality spent in presence of being the experience you want?
This Gemini New Moon of today – 6/6 – is opportune for reflections and shifts like these that are available to us.
It’s also the doorway for today’s New Moon Crystal Skull Release! YAY!
This is a personal release of a larger group that is ready for new guardians. I have recently anchored my collective by directive of frequencies for particular grids of which these beautiful souls assisted in energetic preparations, but are not part of the finalized group. Since I’ve been guided to work with groups, these ones have shared their readiness to move forward. I love them all so much and they will always have a home with me until they move on, or even if they don’t. Yet I sense that there are perfect hearts they would match up with so I’m letting them choose. Included are a few crystals that have also been integral to shifts.
More info can be found at the link below (please check out the initial paragraph description at the top of this page for this release):
What ever you would like to bring more of into your life like peace, love, joy, harmony, expansion, or abundance, may be assisted into being through a personal commitment of spiritual responsibility.
And if that sounds too heavy for you, even though the approach doesn’t have to be, perhaps just allowing yourself to soak up every bit of now that you can like a piece of bread savoring the last bits of your delicious meal, is more than adequate.
A gratitude soak in the presence does wonders.
As soon as June hit, it’s been like that for us here – soaking in all the goodness of these pre-Summer days.
That includes Sun Oven days, which we kicked off with homemade breads and cookies baking by sunshine frequencies and light codes of mmmmm!

The air is warm like a familiar friend, vivid green envelopes the ground, tight buds and new blossoms excite at the first touch of light, my skin turns gold with the same sunshine alchemy, and the waters flow in refreshing bursts of alpine surrender to a new season ahead.

The trails right now are filled with yellow beauty, as wafts of bitterbrush blossoms soften tight thoughts with their sweetness.

We love bitterbrush days, as their scent here reminds us of cinnamon and their vibrant color is like a stroke of joy to the canvas of life.

Even our house is surrounded by them.

There’s a new wave of flowers just beginning in our front yard too.

My blue and lilac lupine are popping first, along with the start of my purple allium (you might recall grew to giant sizes last year), and lots of other little wildflowers in a variety of colors.

My garden is just starting to get excited too, which I’ll share more of as the new season blossoms.

These are just hints of the lushness in first stages.

It’s going to be a beautiful Summer and the butterflies seem to think so too, as they are everywhere right now along with the sweet bumble bees.

And the wild creatures of the forest are so active right now, at least for us. As I mentioned, since the last day of May through start of June we’ve experienced an uptick in alignment and this has been especially so with the animals.
This kicked off on May 31st when we decided to do a higher elevation hike to see how the trails are doing in terms of melting snow and as we descended a favorite meadow that sits where one of the ski slopes of Winter is, we came eye-to-eye with two young does. It happened so fast there was no time to capture their beauty, as moving would also have perhaps frightened them. They were sweet and I could see remnants of still-spotted fur on their bodies. We rarely encounter deer because they stay away from people here, so this was quite the treat.
And then June was in full gear.
To say the month started off potent is an understatement, at least for me. The morning of June 1st was quite a powerful experience and a mixed bag of emotions from sadness to expansion. Right before we were heading out for our full day, I was getting my clothes from the dresser where Dave had recently placed framed photos of him with our fur babies to honor them.
I was looking at the one with Astrid from her last days, for a while, and a wave of sadness came over me because I could see she had the knowledge of her death and how she leaned into loving Dave for those last moments.
I then turned and a wild sight was right before my eyes. A small baby rabbit laid dead just steps away from the sliding glass door that wasn’t there minutes before, and a long tailed weasel was nearby. It was apparent the weasel had just killed the bunny because he was trying to carry her and failing at it since the weasel was so small himself. He likely got into the rabbit hole, attacked and then dragged the baby out. The weasel was maybe only a foot long and very thin, so he had to make several attempts to pick up the bunny and take it to its nest.
Dave had just come into the room when I noticed the baby bunny and watched with me – I felt his presence to witness this all play out was actually a key part.
In kind of a shock as to what I was seeing, I opened the door and stepped out, also wanting to check if the rabbit was actually dead. She was. And the weasel, although so tiny, I could tell was very protective of his kill, thinking perhaps I might take his meal from him. The weasel boldly came closer to me – not in any vicious way – but was trying to test whether I was a threat or not. I resigned myself once seeing the bunny was for sure dead and watched as the weasel tried to pick up and drag the bunny again. It took a few attempts, but eventually both the weasel and bunny were gone under a manzanita bush.
Dave was surprised by this whole thing too and kind of shocked as to our witnessing it. I was in a suspended state of feeling at first, kind of outside of it while also seeing other parts of me play out. It was quite something after having just had the touch-in with Astrid and yet I knew that was EXACTLY why this happened instantaneously. Astrid is so powerful and our connection is alchemically transformative.
I oscillated between two sides of the coin in feeling…and deepened into listening for Astrid’s message. Emotions were delayed because one part of me was outside of the experience from a wider perspective. Yet, something in me decided to let the other side have a moment and to lean into Dave. A short emotional release came and then went as quickly as it was embraced and I returned to the wider, outside observer. It was an odd experience that felt caught in this in between place that wasn’t fully committed to what might have been expected of me to feel. It’s really complicated to explain. My logic wanted to say this was traumatic and my inner wisdom couldn’t engage that.
I knew it was about the transformative power of death and the relationship we have to it. I knew also that my experience and way of processing this would be helpful for Dave and his process that he’s been working hard on since the death of all of our fur babies. How we move through things trickles to others and to see and hear, in the moment, how this process happens is much more powerful than just talking about it.
What I came to in message was reiterated when I decided to do a search about rabbits and seeing their death. I wanted it to really be clear for both myself and Dave in understanding.
Rabbits have always served as messengers between realms, given that they live below and above ground and are most active in liminal spaces. They also symbolize both life and its fertile abundance, growth, and creativity AND death with its transformative abilities – hence a harmony between both and rhythms of balance. They’re tied in with the Moon and cycles of nature.
Death is a passageway to new beginnings and new beginnings have natural cycles in the circle of life on Earth, but also the continuance of evolving cosmic consciousness and eternal cycles – life after death.
Death is an opportunity for spiritual evolution and deepening, profound transformation through release of attachments.
Rabbits serve as guides in navigating all of this and embracing the power of death. They are communication bridges who can travel between physical and metaphysical dimensions.
Astrid definitely did this that morning of June 1st.
I recognized the reiteration of her message within a very short period. I have moved through her release into the eternal with the greatest flow because of this understanding that has anchored me in being able to transmute any waves that came through over the healing process as short-lived and then experienced as joyous expansion – something I’ve been assisting Dave with in small steps.
The photo of Dave with Astrid in her last leg of life, was a literal doorway reminder and alchemy inducer for me to anchor this process. Astrid saw an opportunity to help play something out when she observed and felt how I went into that photo’s momentary story, she knew to quickly and profoundly shift things with a very impactful message to assist the two of us. And, therefore, the story evolved above, that I shared. Perhaps it could have been taken a different way, but this was my experience.
We are the writers of our story and experience, and any part we choose to dwell in and expound will become our story for how ever long we linger in the words and energy of it. She saw this as opportunity to drive home this message – with me leaning into the experience. I went there also because it’s what Dave needed to see and how quickly the shift is possible without losing the love, nor honor for the being who’s heart is entwined with ours.
Another piece of her message was reiterating what I’ve said over and over…that the sadness, pain, or loss is not what she wants me or us to remember and repeat in the mind. She wants the love and connection to be the focal point and to know that continues on when we focus there and acknowledge the door is always open to this experience – but we must walk through it.
Also, what ever you spend time focused on, is putting energy toward more of the same because it says to it, “this is what I want to experience.” I focused on the death and sadness that the photo evoked and therefore instantaneously saw death and trauma manifest. Astrid and I create powerful portals of growth experience together. So, if we want to experience something else, then putting energy and full embodiment into that will go a long way in manifesting an alignment to that resonance, OR a different way of perceiving the experience that is expansive.
It all shifted within minutes for me and I was able to take Dave through this exact process in real time.
There’s so much more to this whole experience in layers I think one can glean for themselves, but I felt called to just share this much. It was wildly potent. Astrid knows exactly how I work, how to make an impact that has greater reach, and what has instant and staying power with me. Love’s trauma and connection that cracks open the cosmic heart of eternal consciousness.
She wanted me to share this story for others as well.
Something else it spoke to, was more personal, and involves this “wombing” I feel to be in right now. This is not a Winter womb of darkness for reflection, but instead is quite a fertile womb that feels very vibrant and alchemical. And it’s an in between space – just like our road trip felt to be. On the one hand, it feels like parts of me are wanting to stay within my own experience and yet other parts of me – like octopus tentacles – are reaching out to feel the energetic terrain in fullness for the path of greatest alignment. There’s a LOT going on in the “wombing” and it’s a brightly inspiring and creatively lush space, just like my garden is right now.
AND, to circle back to the dead baby bunny, this “wombing” feels to be birthing something totally fresh. Not me embracing the old child core parts, but creating new child foundational parts because from the now we can rewrite the past and innovate the future. So that baby bunny felt also to be a death of the deepest parts of who I think I’ve known myself in this life to be, and realizing the perfection and expansive potential that opportunity provides.
Perhaps that all may only make sense to me, but I have a feeling it might speak to some of you so I’m sharing it.
The rest of that first day of June was magickal, continuing in a flowing momentum of alignment activated by this powerful morning experience once it was embraced and integrated.

We immersed fully into June’s invitation, with full days of pre-Summer activations.

First it was kayaking down the Upper Truckee River, which was absolutely serene and beautiful.

Afterward, we dropped equipment off, I made us a picnic lunch, and we loaded up new equipment for our first beach day of the season.

Alongside soaking in sunshine and crystalline waters, we were graced by my dear geese friends and one family of 12 goslings and mom and dad!

Aren’t they precious?!
And so perfect to see after the morning’s potent event.
Twelve goslings is 1+2=3 – my birth path number.

Talk about a celebration procession!
I then found these three goose feathers that ranged from dark, in between, and light. Interesting, right?!
A ladybug also decided to give us both some of her luck, love, hope, and guidance. She first came to me and explored my towel and then my hand. Once done, she flew over to Dave’s sock and hung out for a while.

Upon returning home from the beach I finished off the day with garden time, hands and toes in the dirt, and planting my last few babies.
I was wiped in a very full-spirited way.
The following day we headed out for another adventure and while driving from our house we had to stop for not one, but four, beautiful gray squirrels with giant bushy tails that decided to play on the road in pairs of two – something we’ve never seen. They seemed young and reflected that joyous nature and child-hearted way of viewing life for the first, fresh time.

We then set off to do one of our favorite bike rides – just a 12 miler – that combines a bike path, dirt trails through the forest, meadows, along the river and lake, and across a bridge, with a stop under our favorite Elder Juniper.

I also thought we should go down to my special place where I commune with my amphibian friends to see if the tadpoles had birthed and in fact they had!

I love to be with them in all stages of growth and will be returning to watch them evolve.
This day was also filled with feather finds and creature messengers.
While biking I found this beautiful mallard and Steller’s Jay feather – blue seemed to be the energy of the day.
We also went through a wetter meadow area and I noticed a garter snake slither across as Dave passed before me. I stopped to make sure he was okay and discovered he had a friend with him. I watched the two of them slither off together into the grasses.
Dave also saw a tiny mouse run across the trail, which I didn’t find out until later when we were walking down to an event from our house.
That’s one of the things we love about where we live. We’re on the forest and tucked away in nature at 6600 elevation, but close enough to everything – even within walking distance of things like the lake, the main TRT (Tahoe Rim Trail), other trails, post office, grocery store, and other parts of town.
We recently just got a new event center just 2 miles from the house and so after our biking day, we decided to walk down to our first show there and back, since it was a later afternoon performance and we’re having warm temperatures conducive to evening walks.
About halfway there something made me start to think about whether or not I might find a dead mouse on the ground that I would need to bury. I didn’t know why I thought that, but I kid you not…literally a minute later I see a dead mouse on the ground. We stopped so I could bury her and told Dave how I had just thought about this and there she was. He then told me about that tiny mouse, which he thought was a baby since it was smaller than this one, that ran across the path while we were biking.
I also found a transitioned bumble bee on the way there, that I tucked safely into my pocket, as I have a special nature space in my office that creates a natural portal to the Earth’s energy and children.
The show was featuring the music of John Williams, by the Reno Philharmonic, whose scores are from some of the most famous films like Star Wars, E.T. (my fav!), Harry Potter, Schindler’s List, and more. It was inspirational and the perfect backdrop for all the recent experiences.

On the way home we took a different route that Dave chose.

This aligned me with finding a great horned owl’s feather, a smaller, dark brown feather from a robin’s wings, and a mini hornet’s nest to add to my sweet little bumble bee.

We even went by the sweet, old, what looks like copper, mushroom heaven sign from the 80’s that almost bears my name (if you replace the “y” with an “i”. How perfect is that? It’s just a half mile from the house.

And because things usually happen in three’s, June 3rd completed the cycle of nature immersions and potent messengers with our very first sighting of a beaver.

We walked one of our favorite hikes, chosen by Dave again, just down from our house that goes to the lake, meanders through forest and meadows, granite outcroppings, and through some beautiful wetland habitats about a mile and a half from our home that have been built by a beaver family that came to reside here several years ago.
They’ve done a fantastic job, cultivating this ecosystem and yet we’ve never seen one, although can see a beaver lodge and fresh evidence of their amazing woodwork all the time.
This walk gifted us seeing the first wild irises, which we normally only see in one spot much higher up in elevation. There was just one surprise plant in the middle of the meadow.

And then my hawk eye caught glimpse of our very first beaver sighting, too, on this day.
It’s highly unusual that a beaver would be out because they are crepuscular like rabbits, meaning that they come out at dusk and dawn. Side note: I used to call Astrid a little beaver (one of many animals this shapeshifter reminded me of). Her fur and teeth resembled one for sure!
Anyway, as we walked by the terraced ponds the beavers created, I saw some brown fur moving through the branches. See her in the water swimming at the center of the photo below?

I pointed out the beaver to Dave and we were both so happy to see one finally and it didn’t have to happen by coming out at dusk.
Here’s a couple of short clips of her.
It was a young and smaller beaver – are you seeing a pattern here in all the young animals of these three day experiences?
We watched until she disappeared and continued on our hike where I discovered a small cluster of robin’s wing feathers (again), which looked like a faery’s fan.
I was hoping to see the beaver once more on the way back. We looked at the same area when we passed – nothing. Then, were almost passed the whole larger pond and end of the beaver habitat when something brown caught my eye in this open area.
See her at the center of photo here again?

I pointed it out and Dave thought it was just a tree stump. I said, no, it’s a beaver…I can see ears twitching. So we went to look from a different angle and lo and behold it WAS a beaver- the very same one.
We watched as she ate her meal this time – it was late morning around 11 am. She held it with her front paws, while sitting atop a higher area in the water and munched away. Then she returned to the water, dove under for a while and came back up with more of what ever she was eating in her paws, returned again to her spot, and continued eating.
This sighting was such a gift and I was grateful to get a few videos to share because I just love beavers!
She was not afraid to be out in the sunshine, but was very focused on her own integral details and piece of the puzzle – much like me.
Seeing this young beaver – a master ecosystem engineer and architect of such fantastic habitats, felt like a potent reflection of this fresh me “wombing,” as I devise my own new architectural plans within the collective evolution.
Every thread of these days was integral to the tapestry I’m working on weaving together.
Every single encounter and messenger had wisdom to embrace and integrate.
And the morning of June 4th, guess who I saw once again?
I saw the little weasel on our deck and Dave saw another small bunny hopping around not long after.
Cycles and circles keep spiraling and it reflects that what we see is colored by our focus or expanded by the lens of our hearts.
The frequencies we embody are activators for the field of experience. And these can shift just as nature ever-evolves before our eyes, but the potential for sustained harmony is ever-present even if we oscillate. This is the nature of being.
June’s energy is definitely in motion and even more is transforming here than I can share at the moment – shedding and regenerating like a lizard.

Not to mention a lot of details needing to be attended to and new patterns reflecting essence, to pour heart power into.
This is June.

I’m feeling an array of directions laid out before me like flowers on a table I’m putting together into my bouquet of choice.
May you linger in the fragrance of this field of possibility and imagine the expansiveness awaiting your presence to embrace and cocreate too.
3 Stages of Connection, 3 States of Exploration & 3 Souls Remembered ~ Road Trip Memoirs of the Opening Hearts
As June begins – one of my favorite months of the year – I wound down May with some reflections and a butterfly fluttering at my window to the garden of life.

Hehe! Yep, that’s me, but there was an actual butterfly at my door.
We’ve settled into our new phase, since returning home, and will continue to stretch into this open space of creative potential we have before us to ignite new pathways in our individual and combined experiences together. Things will continue to evolve for us and how we’d like each day to look, but we’re both embracing the integration of new versions of ourselves that grief is the powerful and transitory bridge for from a previous era.

Since returning home we’ve prepped for the soon-to-shift seasons, which included a Memorial Day veggie BBQ and my cheezy, quinoa, kale, and onion burgers on a perfect Spring-to-Summer transition day and jumped back into the flow of projects, daily life focuses, self nurturing, and nourishing outdoor activities.
June is looking like a fun and full month with anniversary celebrations, two weddings to attend, a couple of trips planned, some great outdoors adventures up ahead (will share more soon), Father’s Day, Astrid and Joy portal days, and Summer Solstice – weeeee!

June will also be the window for one last, big crystal skull release for the New Moon of 6/6 (if you’ve been holding out for a special friend this may be your group), a dear-to-my-heart story I saved to share, and a community episode of Talks With Crystal Skulls. So keep an eye out!
I’m also currently doing some introspective feeling out of things behind-the-scenes that could develop into a couple of exciting opportunities/announcements resurfacing in a fresh way. Stay tuned for that too!
I always know when Summer is approaching as my tree frog friends will appear. Not only have we been hearing the frog melodies in wet meadow areas, both here and on our road trip, but two little ones popped out of our deck furniture when we set them back up after Winter’s storage below.
I also noticed that the area of forest behind our house that was cleared for fire prevention is now filling in beautifully like a meadow with green and blossoms. We’re awaiting how many of these newbies will be from the wildflower seeds we threw, as I do see so many tiny new blossom plants rising. I also found this very unique mushroom for the first time, growing in this area. You can see that Frith baptized it with his approval too.

It appears to be a calvatia sculpta mushroom, also known as the pyramid puffball, sculpted puffball, or Sierran puffball. I love it and it’s soon to be part of a creative project I’m gearing up for.
For now, the quail have been calling and scurrying across the now-meadowed forest and life is buzzing from little creatures to pollinators, and larger wild visitors I see paw and hoof prints from. In fact, just two days ago on our hike we saw two sweet, still-spotted young does crossing our trail. Renewal is in full swing.
Feeling anchored at home, gives me time to reflect on things and as always, writing is a powerful way for me to move energy and integrate it as well. In many ways blog posts are both journal memoirs of gratitude and also highlight the things gleaned and evolution journeyed. Even if one doesn’t read the posts, the photos I hope convey inspiration or supportive frequencies to shift things in the moment of viewing them.
Our road trip week away was a segue between old and new too, and was like a time portal outside of all experiences. It was not about the past and not about the future. It was purely about the present and bubbling us in a breath of fresh air.
Family, friends, and togetherness were a focal point from start to finish and of course Mother’s Day had been the marinade to this dish the Universe would serve us, just days before our taking off.
After saying goodbye to our last fur baby releasing into her expansiveness, we packed up immediately and headed out the door.
Our journey took us away for a week and six nights, which felt like the right amount for now to just shift the energy.
Three stages of connection rounded out our trip. It started with time on our own, moved into time with Dave’s family (coupled with a short window of old friends for Dave), and then ended with special friend time to integrate it all.

We decided to break up our first destination into two days of driving, which gave us the opportunity to check out Lone Pine, CA after driving through beautiful Nevada vistas. We did this to explore the Whitney Portal, which is basically what it states – the portal to Mt. Whitney in the Eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains that we live in.
At 14,505 feet, Mt. Whitney is the highest mountain in the contiguous United States. Dave had done the entire climb of 6600 feet in one full day back in his 30’s, but this was the first time for me to be on the mountain and our first time together.

The trailhead started at 8500 and we ascended to 10,100, climbing 1600 in elevation after our four hour drive, lunch, and settling into our hotel. That’s the amount of hiking we had time for (6 miles) before the sun would be gone altogether from both the trail and the valley behind the high mountain range.

Also, you can only go a certain distance without a permit, as summiting requires one. We nearly hit that mark.

It was the perfect introduction and elevation to go, as we were just starting to encounter the still somewhat, snow-covered trail at around 9500 feet.

Much higher would have had a lot more snow coverage, so it’s definitely better to hit this trail when Summer rolls around, or Fall is starting.

We crossed a waterfall stream and a creek along the way, and saw varied terrain, rocks, and vegetation we don’t see in our neck of the Sierra Nevada Mountains.

The creek was wide with a cool wood pathway to cross it and a wetland kind of area where frogs were singing away at such a high elevation – nearly 10,000 feet!
The hike was another confirmation to what I know about myself – that I thrive at high altitudes. I’m definitely a mountain goat at heart, even though I’ve had to work at my fear of heights on edges.

This thriving ability of mine vibed up around the 9500 elevation mark, as I literally felt this charge to my energy, kicking in a feeling of a reboot when we got to the highest part of our hike. I received this surge and boost that felt enlivening. The same has been true on high altitude travels like in Peru at 12,000 to 14,000 plus elevations – I experience no affect other than feeling great.

I even brought along this magickal one – a fascia jasper star being palm skull who blended in so well with the terrain and close-to-the-stars altitude.
Mt. Whitney is such an incredibly picturesque trail and we both feel that returning another time to do the full hike would be fun, even breaking it up into a backpacking and overnighter trip.

We had a great time on this mountain trail.

And the drive to Whitney Portal and back is equally as stunning.

At the gateway to Mt. Whitney lies what are known as The Alabama Hills.

This is an area of incredible rock formations in high desert flora landscapes that have been the back-drop to many well-known Hollywood films.

The rounded contours of the rocks in The Alabama Hills provide an incredibly gorgeous contrast to the sharp and jagged ridges above of the Sierra Nevada.

And although the composition of the rocks in both areas are identical, their appearances are completely different as a result of the weathering process – both over a 100 million years old.

We didn’t have a lot of time to explore The Alabama Hills, but drove through them twice that first day, stepped out to look around a bit and touch the rocks, and then returned briefly the next morning on the way out to catch them at different times of day – sunset and morning sunshine.

I felt it important we at least get out and feel these ancient stones, which were so amazing in formations.

Can you find me blending into the rocks under the moon in these photos?

You can see so many shapes, animals, beings, and images alive and ready to share their stories.

The energy here felt amazing and I loved merging with the rocks and landscapes.

Our car, Ruby, did too.

We found some rock treasures both in this area and on the mountain during our hike – including some of the only little raw quartz I saw in the area.

Then there was this….my absolute favorite vista spot right in the in between of The Alabama Hills and Mt. Whitney.

I found the most giant lupine bush full of bees, fragrance, and lilac beauty.

I was in faery and nature girl bliss.

The whole landscape of this area was fantastic and picturesque – a photographer’s dream, an artist’s inspiration, and a child’s world of imagination.
It all looks almost surreal, right?!

And the rest of our road trip equally fell into these categories, as everywhere we found ourselves was rich in enchantment and the things I particularly LOVE to be surrounded in.
Our alone time then came to an end and moved into the next stage.
We completed the second part of our driving destination that second day to Dave’s dad’s and stepmom’s house in Camarillo, CA. We spent the next two nights there and enjoyed a lovely time with them and Dave’s brother, who visited each evening for a meal. We also got to spend time with Grace, their surviving rescue Coonhound.

I say surviving, because not long before Sweet Pea transitioned, their other rescue dog – a Greyhound named Judy – had just passed as well. Grace has had a hard time with this loss and because she has a very traumatic history, Judy had been of help to her process.
Grace is a sweet soul who only at first connected to Dave’s dad. It took a year or two before she was okay with Dave’s stepmom. And literally, over the five years they’ve had her, there are only three people that she warms up to and will flop over on her belly for – the two of them and Dave’s stepmom’s physical therapist who comes on a regular basis. Everyone else she shies away from and literally will not even be in the room with or barely look at. Such a sweet girl she is, but with a lot of trauma built into her memory that needs patient, tender care.
That is, until this trip when I became the fourth person to be so honored by her trust.
We had a really nice time with Dave’s family, shared some amazing vegan meals, and incredibly beautiful and magickal walks with his dad and Grace.

I also got the chance to spend a full day with just his dad, stepmom and Grace while Dave attended a gathering with old buddies from high school days, which was really a gift. We have never really had that much alone time together, as we’re usually surrounded in family gatherings, shorter visits, or the four of us. So this was very special and allowed us to connect on a deeper level.
This also gave me the chance to really be with Grace. My understanding of rabbits (prey animals), domestic and wild animals in general, of sensitive souls, and my peaceful presence, I believe helped me to understand Grace and her needs. In the end, she came to trust me and on her own came to me to have me pet and massage her, give her energy, and then flopped on her side inviting me to rub her belly. I spent a good couple of hours just being with her and giving her tons of love. It was mutually enriching and the biggest gift to be honored with her trust. For me, souls in animal bodies that give their trust sparingly and ask of me to meet them, are the ones I’m most drawn to and find I receive the most from. For me, that process of patience, mutual honoring, and seeing of each other is priceless.
Dave’s dad was floored and so thrilled when he walked in the room to find my hands on Grace’s belly – the gift of her vulnerability feeling safe. He also said to Dave that he was so happy to really have gotten to know his wife – me – for what felt like the first time.
We shared some special moments and connecting over these two and a half days with Dave’s family. I was so happy we did, as every moment counts and I know that Dave doesn’t get to see his family that often so this was important and good to be surrounded in love during the grieving process he’s been navigating more deeply, as it has been more his first time with things in this way. And I was grateful to be a part of it all on a new heart level.

Dave’s dad took us on two beautiful and picturesque walks – through a gorgeous canyon blooming in wild flowers like he said he’s never seen – and through some amazing botanical gardens.

Everything was so lush and in full, vibrant splendor.

I was in faery delight and camera frenzy, as you can see! I wanted to imprint these scenes not just in memory, but to have as inspiration to look back upon and draw from.

I also enjoyed exploring their backyard on the day Dave was out visiting friends.

It sits on two beautiful acres of amazing vegetation including enormous bushes of aromatic herbs like rosemary, sage, and lavender (to name a few), as well as gorgeous and fragrant flowers.

It’s such a peaceful, enchanted, and totally private setting that cascades down and meanders dreamily.

There’s even a gorgeous koi pond with koi they’ve raised since little ones. Now huge and glorious in colors, they’re a joy to observe and reflect upon.

Watching koi fish is so peace-inducing and reminds me of the fluidity of spirit and the individual journey of embodied consciousness and resiliency.

There’s a legend about koi fish traveling up the Yellow River in China, fighting against the current to a waterfall where many stop and let go, back into the flow of the river. Some try to journey up the waterfall, but turn back and only one, determined to reach the top, makes it. Her reward is being turned into a golden dragon by the gods – the symbol of power and strength, for her perseverance and courage. This story and my connection to fish as a Pisces led me years ago to wear two koi fish swimming in opposite directions on my wrist as a sacred tattoo design. They also symbolize my personal journey and flow of creative life force from the divine through my embodiment.
There was just SO much beauty and potency of reflection everywhere. Our being there couldn’t have been more perfectly timed.

I also went on a walk with Grace and Dave’s dad, while Dave was away, to a park and garden area where there was a pond filled with turtle friends!

This made me think of and miss my sweet Russian tortoise, Gaia.

These walks gifted me treasures of great horned owl and hawk feather, as well as rabbit fur and a patch of another wild creature’s fur I’m not sure of.
On our last morning before heading off, we went on one last walk through some botanical gardens where I found the hawk feather above, right as we were leaving the gardens – kind of a farewell gift.

I couldn’t get enough of all the beauty and Dave’s dad and I joked about how perfect a partner I was for Grace walks because we both love to stop and smell all the roses every few feet.

This last morning echoed every walk we did together – full of renewal blooming and sprouting everywhere!

Even the snail friends were out in full force to enjoy the morning dew drops.

Peace and tranquility wrapped us up in warm embrace.

While the elder tree branches assisted the streaming through of energetic frequencies.

We were so happy that weather was mild in the 60’s and slightly overcast with a marine layer so that our time outdoors was pleasant.

It’s a more humid climate that leaves you with that constant dewy glow – very different than our dry, sunshine-filled, high altitude home.
Our time with family then shifted into friend mode.
We left Southern California for Arizona, as we made our way to Lake Havasu City. This would be our destination for the next three nights – with our dear friends and godbun, Nova.
We hadn’t seen our friends since July of 2021 and we all agreed that was just TOO long.
As always though, it’s like yesterday when you come back together with soul family.
We had a blast during our short few days together and it was filled with everything we love and could have asked for.

On top of being with our dear besties, we got to spend time with the sweet Nova. Being godparents to this special bunny boy means the world to us and combined with the sweet gift Grace gave me, and then these super snuggle times with the SuperNova himself, was the best medicine ever!
I especially loved getting back into the swing of Midnight kisses – shhhh! that’s a secret between Nova and me!

I know all the bunny love was great healing for Dave too and for me, it was extra extra bunnylicious. I couldn’t get enough of all the loves!

And that was just icing on the cake to sharing some super fun days with KC (aka Bean) and Clint (aka Happy). They were SO accommodating of our last minute trip and made it the best it possibly could be in all ways. We’re so grateful for such great friends who take care of us and are there for us on so many levels. Friends and family you can always count on, love you for who you are, and that you can have fun and silliness with are priceless.

Days were filled with fantastic vegan feasts, lake and river boat fun, lakeside stroll, relaxing pool time, deep and light conversations, card games, movies, checking out KC’s new salon spot, seeing her family, talking plans, and loads and loads of silliness, dancing, singing, screaming, and fun!
I got in SO many belly laughs to literal tears over and over – it was the bestest!

KC’s parents lent us their boat for our first full day together on the Colorado River and Lake Havasu and we just immersed in sunshine, water, and yummies for the tummy and soul.

I even found a huge turkey vulture feather (to add to my other treasures from the previous leg of this trip) on our first beach landing, where some crazy discoveries sent us on our way to look for another LOL!
It was a gorgeous day on the water and once again we hit perfect temps around 90, which is fantastic for the lake and river.
Just look at those gorgeous rocks and water!

Even the ducks were happy and soaking in the relaxing good vibes with us.

And we spent the day at our own little cove, immersed in the abundance of body and soul nourishment.

On our way back we had a marathon of singing by everyone, combined with non-graceful ballet dance performances by KC and me (we both took ballet when we were little girls), an enactment of Titanic’s “I’m flying” scene with Rose and Jack, and even an audition for best horror scream by the two of us who know how to belt one out! LOL!

Luckily for you, the video of our sound barrier-breaking screams wasn’t in a format I could upload here so your ears are safe! LOL! We’ve both never found someone to match our vocal cord heights until now!

Yep, I walk in many worlds, but never lose my wild child heart! Love having friends who mirror that.
The boys got in on the fun too – laughing hard at us, of course, but giving their own song performances of some oldie, but goodies. Here’s just a tiny snippet of what was a long performance of these two cuties.
Dave really knows how to belt one out.
Can you tell what a blast we have when we get together??!!
This is my kind of fun…good ol’ let ‘er go full-on silly! Much appreciated and needed!
It’s all about no holds barred playfulness without judgment and self-consciousness. I’ll never stop being me or believing (Don’t Stop Believin’ get it?!) no matter how many silver hairs I have and how large the number is to my physical age.
When’s the last time you just let loose and had fun? I promise it feels SO good and is the best medicine for anything!

Then it was walk warmups for poolside fun and card games of the lucky and not-so-lucky. Everyone’s a winner when you have great friends though!

Nights were for snuggling up and sinking into a day well spent.
We packed in SO much in a short time, both feeling like rich depth and longing for more all at once. Very present in each moment of it all we were, and it was a great healing balm and medicine for all of our hearts.

It’s never easy to say goodbye to those we love, but we know this time it was just a farewell for now as the days of our lives are now part of a whole different world where we will spontaneously follow what flows through our veins in the moment.
And then our time transformed once again, and we were back to just the two of us – but walking in newly integrated versions of ourselves infused by the layers of heart-opening we experienced and continue to.
With each stage of connection we journeyed through, our fur children were honored in stories and came along with us through eyes infused with new vision because of that love.
We originally thought we’d break up the drive back like our drive on the onset, but decided that we felt ready to return home. So instead of stopping for a night and doing another exploratory hike, we only made a lunch stop in Bishop, CA and then drove the rest of the way home to Nevada. We discovered Mountain Rambler Brewery to be an awesome find for vegan options. They had homemade vegan burgers, a tempeh reuben sandwich, and vegan butternut squash empanadas. Definitely good to know, as this is a gateway for drives to areas we frequent.
Two nourished bodies and warm hearts, three states traveled through, three fur children woven into the stories of each day experienced, and lots of good memories from three stages of connection later, we were back home to our Forest Portal. Our hearts opened wider by it all.
And while you can’t get away from the things you leave behind, you can definitely integrate new layers of growth and heart perspective to face them with when you return.

Our journey away was not one of erasing losses, but one of recognizing the fullness we do have, and the gains we can continually cultivate and nurture by keeping our hearts open.
I think I actually laughed more during our time away, and recently, and that’s saying a lot because I am ALWAYS laughing on a daily basis and crying-to-tears is part of that. But it’s gone to a new level and depth that constantly invokes streaming tears of the source of life itself. It’s unstoppable and it’s all-powerful.
I have always loved the full body release that has no boundaries and just surrenders into complete vulnerable expression without thought to anything but what is moving through and feels SO good.
I’m so grateful for that amidst a contrasting world and during a time, in my own life, of losing fur babies where it might seem odd to be doing this.
Yet, it’s the joy of love and the sweetness of life that is pouring through my widely cracked-open heart. There truly is no end to the mysteries of the heart when we dare to open to it more.
Love is love and it really is a most splendored thing.
Talks With Crystal Skulls – Episode 10 A Journey of Wholeness: An Intimate Interlude with Tania Marie
Peaceful wishes on this Memorial Day for those of you who reside within the U.S. I hope however you are spending this extended weekend that heart-opening reflections might be a part of your days.
This is just a short post to share the latest Episode of Talks With Crystal Skulls with you. If you’re receiving this update by email, please remember that you can only see the video if you click through to the post.
And equally as short is the video itself. This is just a 15 plus minute share that was a completely impromptu, organic unfolding in the moment. I got the nudge and literally just turned on the camera and out came what you’ll hear in it. A soft space of my intimate world.
It’s an interlude between episodes, sharing from my heart about my own process with crystal skulls. It also introduces one of my skulls named, Mawiyah, which has several Old Arabic meanings I love including: the essence of life, Mirror or clear mirror, she who is the substance of life, and even one who howls. Mawiyah embodies the essence of an ancient high priestess or empress of the ancient, a tribal chieftess, shaman, and Great Mother.
I share why Mawiyah is dear to me and why the crystal skulls have been so meaningful in my life – especially so at this point of focus for me.
Here’s Episode 10 ~ A Journey of Wholeness: An Intimate Interlude with Tania Marie
Thank you so much for tuning in and as always, I’m grateful for your reflections at the video link.
