Alchemy’s Story

Alchemy sits lonely in a forest of deep forgotten wishes and stolen memories, hoping to be found.

She sinks deeper and deeper into choked desolation, awaiting a glimmer of hope to merge with.

All she needs is one visionary heart to walk by and see what could be from the everythingness of her nothingness.

All around her Nature shifts day-to-day and season-to-season and she watches as most people take this for granted – how a vortex of transmutation constantly dances before them without a second thought.

Alchemy is not surprised, as she sees these humans have ignored the same about themselves even though their very nature is in the Earth.

So she awaits the heightened moments when she might have greatest chance to beckon these humans closer to knowing her and themselves.

One of those windows is especially ideal to her and it happens to be now.

From her place within the lost shadows of buried dreams and promises, she musters up her powers and throws herself fully into the transformational invitation that Nature is beautifully about to embrace.

And the golden light of her magick melds with Nature’s unconditional love, radiating Alchemy in one of her grandest displays.

It is only in moments of in between transitions that Alchemy sees the light of day.

And yet she sits waiting and wondering who else might welcome an opportunity to partner in masterful creations.

Alchemy knows who she is and remembers who you are.

Today’s share is a simple story about Alchemy adorned with Nature windows I’ve wandered through over the last few days.

And here is my short story of parallel experiences that walk with hers.

As Alchemy’s story was unraveling in my head, I had some amazing things happen while immersing in my great outdoors adventures.

While Dave mountain biked a trail, I hiked it in to see what Autumn splendor I might find and any other gifts to discover along the way. I always use my time in Nature to do a lot of internal sifting and shifting.

This was a beautiful day, following one Dave and I shared at a lake up here, where colors were bursting with creative potency.

I ended up being guided to quite a treasure chest of Sierra smoky quartz gems from super dark, rich and chocolatey in color to light, many with etchings, rainbows, a few points and wands, and even some shaped like nuggets.

Lighting brings out different shades of their energy that, like Alchemy, awaits to be seen and invited in.

I brought them home and cleansed them, and once this was complete and they sat out to dry and absorb the forest portal energies, a coyote pack started howling.

The next day we split our hiking time between two hikes and the faery portals continued to be wide open.

Other world beings really want me to feel their presence and support and to pass these messages along of what is possible – just like Alchemy’s story.

I wondered what gifts I might discover. On the first trail my eye caught something to the right slightly up on the slope. I reached toward it and discovered a very rare piece of agate. I say rare because this kind, which I found a lot of on the Oregon coast, I don’t find here. That was a special gift. I made note of the area in my mind, so I could look more again on the way back, as I was trying not to get too far behind Dave.

On the way back I did find the spot again and this time I remarkably found not another agate, but a piece of petrified wood.

Again, super rare, as I’ve only one other time found a piece of this in Tahoe while hiking. I’ve found more in outlying areas where they’re known to be, but not just sitting out in the open by themselves.

In both cases, the agate and petrified wood were just sitting there and it was quite amazing that they were both in the same spot, one after another.

Literally the doors between worlds are open and the Fae drop me gifts now and then to welcome this opportunity to merge all experiences consistently and to relay the messages of what we are capable of.

We then went on a second hike in a different area.

On this hike I was led again slightly off trail because something white caught my eye behind a tree. When I went to pull it out of the dirt and dried pine needles I was amazed at the large piece of etched quartz in my hand because it was shaped into a perfect coyote head.

Coyotes have been such powerful companions lately in the transitions of my wild heart.

As I wrote before about coyote messengers:

Sounding their vibrational frequencies, coyotes alert me to the innate power of my own instincts, intuitive, and vibrational attuning, to navigate what’s ahead on the sacred journey unfolding. I also feel their “song” unearthing and unlocking a deep primal part within me as an integral piece of the next phase channeling through that is needed. And it indeed involves a core transference of sound codes that will support the opening of dimensional gateways and portals for the next stage of evolution. I feel like the coyotes are storytellers and intricately savvy magicians of creative force that can and will always find a way through things, innovatively reshape things, and share their keys of wisdom through the calls sent out upon the wind for those with hearts and ears to hear it.

After finding the coyote quartz an owl feather appeared.

And just before getting back to the car, hidden under the end-of-season grasses not one, but two, beautiful Amanita Muscaria mushrooms caught my eye. I was beyond excited!

Yes, two more magick mushrooms – the most beautiful in color so far this year that I’ve found. One reddish orange and the other golden orange. They were literally hidden under grasses and in perfect condition.

Indeed the Fae were on fire with the help of a magick rabbit…and the Cosmic and Earth portals continue to be open.

I knew to bring them home, as Astrid has messaged purpose with these since she first helped them appear. I laid them on one of my quartz groups that were already outside bathing now since Equinox, so they could receive extra activation.

That evening I went out to the meditation garden and placed ten new lights between the quartz.

I now have a star lit spiral path that illuminates and guides the way.

Transitions continue to be part of the natural cycles in all areas of life with people, animals, and even the plant and Earth kingdom opting to move on and make way for the new.

We’re seeing so many big changes and in some cases, experiencing devastating impacts that can either bring us together or tear us further apart. Finding ways to strengthen your heart center helps to weather the storms and be there for others too. My heart, energetic support, and prayers are with us all. Every day I work on strengthening my core to be able to show up and be a fluid anchor in the highest of ways possible in each moment.

It’s hard to say goodbye and yet its part of the flow of creative consciousness to continually shift and be beautiful and sacred in all parts of the journey. This is why I also embrace what ever changes come with my Earth years, naturally. I celebrate the beauty of transitions and the power and vitality of every stage.

It’s hard to tell in the photo, but these two hundred plus foot white pine trees have been hit by bark beetles with 40% plus gone at top already, as well as showing signs of death at the bottom.

It is sad they will have to be removed since they’ve been a part of the garden here as guardians and also my and the forest animals’ friends. And yet it’s part of Nature handling her organic evolution, as these bark beetles are native to the environment here although have increased due to drought, which affects more trees.

We have two others (Jeffrey pines) that also need to go since they are too close to the electrical lines – not hit by beetles, and another larger white pine that eventually may need to go, although right now seems to be strong and fighting the beetles, unlike these two that couldn’t – she’s only been hit at the tip top but shows no signs of deteriorating and wounds like her smaller sisters. Perhaps, even, these two embraced transition so the other could thrive. There is an organic unfolding to Nature that we take for granted in reflecting our own nature. Time will tell.

The trees will not come back and present a danger to the house, electrical lines, other homes and other trees of their kind because the beetles spread to compromised trees.

We’re on the list to have them removed so it’s just a matter of time. They may go before Winter or go next Spring. In either case, they will be missed and we will look into planting some new trees to put in motion a new beginning.

I sense that their timing of leaving is aligned with other things and deeply connected to an old paradigm and foundation (they’re likely 100+ years old) ready to go and make way for a new to be built.

Consciousness continues to create, evolve, and expand. Life and love goes on.

UPDATES:

There are two crystals from the the Libra New Moon Eclipse Release remaining that I’m offering between today and Friday 10/11 as a bundle special together that’s reflected at the link below with 12.5% savings to create alchemySOLD OUT. The two of them have actually been hanging out together for quite some time and do enjoy each other’s company. They don’t need to be together, but do get along, compliment each other, and work together great if they are. These two include an incredible, very Fae and other worldly essence double terminated quartz with pristine energy and record keepers everywhere – perfect reflection of the supportive energy I spoke of above that happened this weekend. The other is a beautiful, full of vitality and new beginnings orange calcite sphere that will help to balance emotions, remove blockages, old habits and patterns, release guilt and regret, and uplift self esteem through the changes and embrace of opportunities. This one is great to have in your space where it can emanate its strong cleansing aura, especially with pollutants that are affecting your system as well as your environment – both in terms of things affecting you physically and/or emotionally.

There are three truly enchanting little Magick Rabbits left including a merbunny along with the rest of the faery and forest bouquet alchemy worlds.

I was recently asked if I could create Magick Rabbits with the fur of a friend’s new bunny inside. I wasn’t sure, but had enough fur to experiment and ended up with three for her (shown above), including sweet and symbolic touches inside that reflect her bunny’s name, energy, intentions she has for her two bunnies to bond, and to shower them all with golden healing energy and love. I was so honored to create these and wanted to share their sweetness with you, as it is another pathway that opened through these Magick Rabbits as to how I can use creativity to weave intention, love, and sacred honoring for others to cherish – a keepsake forever bunny.

Crystals and Crystal Skulls

Magick Rabbits

I’ll leave you with these two photos.

The first is of a tree I photographed on yesterday’s hike that had an incredible imprint on the front that was clear-as-day to me, a three dimensional great horned owl’s face. It may be hard to see, but the outline is there and then the imprint goes into the tree a couple of inches with eyes and beak left etched inside, as if the owl stuck their face into the tree and left their soul there in the carving watching those who pass by on the trail.

And then this special raw, giant mother quartz I found recently that has her own special story. She’s a pure crystal without matrix and has her own golden faery portal door. She took my breath away when I lifted her from the Earth where she was embedded deeply and called to me to retrieve her. A lot has happened since then.

Her energy goes along with the theme of today’s post and also opens the channels for some upcoming offerings. Stay tuned!

Transformational Opportunities are A-Knockin’ So How Committed Are You to What You Desire? ~ Recent Experiences, Session & Offering Mini Updates

As worlds continue to divide and timelines present themselves at the flip of a choice, our ability to create the reality of our desires becomes more and more accessible and fluid by way of conscious cocreation and focus.

Increasingly my awareness heightens and my heart filters the stream of information and energetic waves that float through the collective, regardless of the source they come from. This is a necessity, for me, in order to be able to focus a clear channel of intention toward creating the reality I desire to experience.

What you see isn’t always what it is and it can be more freeing when allowed to pass through without attachment to any one way of experiencing it, as this avoids tethering your energy and dividing your ability to manifest and experience something different. I also remain aware of subliminal and subconscious reach that any information can have, and while it may be given or seen as directed for support, may actually hinder our own conscious choice unless we are aware of ourselves.

The Earth is evolving and this involves exactly the way things need to unfold with greatest effect for the next stages to come. If it were meant to be any different, then we will experience it as such through our conscious choices in every moment as individuals and a unified collective. To sit back and simply accept things as effect is not within my capacity. I choose to be the cause of my experience. And this takes refining of the breadth of my awareness, which I put at the forefront of my days.

As I begin to slowly move onto a different course and timeline, I find that fine tuning things like even these shares will continue to take form. I like to remain fluid to shifts and this even included our plans this week.

At the last minute we cancelled some camping reservations in order to stay home-based for adventures because the weather here in Tahoe reflected a gorgeous and sweet extension to what they call “Indian Summer” days, even though strokes of Autumn color are starting to peek through.

So, we opted to enjoy beach time, hikes, bike rides, and other adventures nearby while also allowing me to continue to complete tasks toward the changes.

Grasshoppers are in rare form still, leaping and whizzing through the air – smacking my chest and face all the time with their own activating hello’s.

Leading up to last week there was a huge influx of energy that came to us, and some potent reflections of this change I am embracing.

The day before the Equinox, I mentioned we went on a crystal expedition to a new place for us. It proved to be the perfect way to welcome in the new season of changes with heightened energy to support them.

We went with two friends of ours and found ourselves literally walking on mounds of quartz in quantities I’ve never seen in one area.

Every step was held in crystalline energy that I later realized had created a kind of internal, physical shift along with the etheric ones for me.

My friend captured this photo of me on the quartz slopes, unbeknownst to myself.

When I saw the light streaming over me it felt like a reflection of what was happening internally.

The area had so many varieties of clear to smoky quartz – many of which I’m not sure of the material, but were so unique. My guesses are hematite and iron included quartz, rose quartz, golden healer, copper ore, chrysocolla, mica, chlorite, feldspar, and calcite infused, and so much more. Many have gorgeous metallic (mostly silvery and silvery aqua to sea green) – my favorites are these and any that have the blue and green materials. Some of the quartz was a beautiful pale green and blue in color. I did not photograph all of these specimens to share, but I’m in awe every time I look at and hold them.

We were gifted quite a treasure chest from Mother Earth who showed us the gems she chose just for us. This included a giant mother quartz Dave instantly was drawn to for our living room and many others from medium to tiny, but potent sizes.

These are some of the special little points and clusters that I found.

We spent Equinox on a beautiful walk along the lake with our friend and his dog, followed by a bike ride to welcome in the new season.

I found many of the largest mallard feathers I’ve ever found, and on our bike ride Dave and I both found these special painted rock messages.

They were hidden in the old pine needles now lining the ground at a spot we “randomly” stopped at for a snack.

Back home that evening, I spent two hours giving my new crystal friends a bath outside and while I did this a ladybug appeared out of nowhere sitting atop one of the larger quartz and then kept hanging out and exploring the quartz.

Good fortune and new beginnings indeed!

The crystals remained outside for the shift of seasons overnight – the mother quartz had two nights outside – and that eve before Equinox I had a magickal dream with many luna moths visiting me.

First they came to me individually and would come to rest on my hand and stay a long time. Then pairs started coming to me and did the same, sometimes moving to my face and ears and whispering things to me. Then one individual came and landed on my hand and then split into two. One of this pair came to me and the other to a dear friend of mine – that one whispered a message to her, which she shared with me. And this dream of luna moths coming to land on me over and over kept going.

I began to energetically feel the activation of all of this crystal Equinox energy take place on a physical level. I had about three hours of what felt like internal rearranging going on. I embraced and allowed the process and it then began to integrate into what I sensed was forming as a new version of me. For several days following, I felt completely satiated and needing little actual food, even despite very strenuous physical activity.

The day after Equinox we went on one of our higher elevation hikes at the top of the mountain behind our home.

Beautiful hints of Autumn mushrooms were popping, along with colorful ferns in colors of lower chakra beauty.

At the start of the hike the largest ptarmigan tail feather appeared for me. Ptarmigan, as you may recall, has been actively around me on hikes especially around times of crystal finds.

About five minutes later, as we crossed a small creek, a potent beauty caught my eye.

It was a very rare rubber boa. We’ve only seen three of these ever here – the first was a coppery one on a hike, the second a pearlescent one in our front yard, and now this third – a shimmery greenish one next to the creek.

She was a glimpse of the transformation anchoring and that it will be a unique path to walk in this new form.

We’ve enjoyed a couple of long beach days as bookends to our next adventure to integrate and rest further, so the changes can continue to gently prepare the way.

This is a consistent message for us all, I believe – that of being gentle with ourselves and allowing the balance of rest as it’s own form of action to be part of our experience as well. The body knows how to handle the changes and any healing if given the opportunity to do its miraculous mending and merging.

One of these full beach days came after a huge hike we did for me to have another and last crystal expedition of the year.

For a while now, I felt called to one more crystal adventure to my favorite spot before Winter, and mid-week was the day.

It was a full day’s adventure – 11 miles of the actual trail plus 3 1/2 hours of walking exploration in between – because the map of my heart spoke of treasures awaiting that would be needed for things that guidance is showing me.

And she was right. I also found another ptarmigan feather on the way there – a large wing feather this time – and once again this messenger was connected to crystal finds in the same area.

I thought it was wild that when we got to the highest point of the hike in altitude, that the lake water was creating a very prominent, circular vortex – even more clearly than the photo I tried to capture below.

I’ll share a few photos of the smaller, special beings that came to me.

And like the first group, I gave these ones a bath as well – just five days after the first group.

After I brought them out on the ground, outside, I looked down and saw a dead Eleodes beetle right next to one of the crystals that I hadn’t noticed there until they were all laid out.

I placed it atop the mother quartz of this group, as this felt important.

Beetles are connected to the sacred scarab and in general speak of regeneration and rebirth. But I particularly love this mythical origin story I found:

And on an absolutely universal spectrum, the composition of our galaxy, The Milky Way, is translated in an insect myth of the Cochiti. This myth tells of an Eleodes Beetle that was in charge of depositing stars in the sky. The stars were dropped due to his ego and recklessness, thus forming the Milky Way. The beetle was so distraught at what he had done, that even today, the beetle hides his face in the dirt when approached – will lower its head, raise its abdomen, and emit a disagreeable odor probably for defense. This simple insect myth explains not only insect behavior, but also the start of our own galaxy.

Ladybugs are actually lady beetles – so they both point to the sacred scarab symbolism.

After both groups were ready I placed them on the back deck that sits on the forest so they can receive the energies of Sun and Moon cycles leading up to and over the Libra New Moon Eclipse. Once they were nestled in, a large coyote pack started howling and yipping not far off in the forest. Their song both confirmed and aided the initiation process.

We started this epic day hike at 9:50 am and were back at the car at 7 pm, making our way down the dirt road in the twilight. I didn’t stop moving the entire 9 plus hours. I also carried down the heaviest pack I ever had for the 5 1/2 mile return journey.

Dave was in disbelief. I have to admit, so was I.

I definitely was given superpowers that day, as even the day following, I could barely pick up my pack to move the crystals outside for their bath. I didn’t plan on it, but it’s what was guided for me to do because of a vision I received (more potentially to come on that in the near future). Let’s just say I carried down 46% of my weight. So, yeah, a beach day was perfect after that.

I could feel an activation in my sacrum after that, which always speaks to potent things and awakenings.

As I’ve shared before in greater detail at the link below (but here are snippets):

I know the sacrum to be a sacred bone and portal, as I’ve researched and written about it due to my injuries in the tailbone and sacrum in the past, and residual activations in the form of pulsing deep expansion aches that take place there when energetic things are shifting. In the text link above, you might also, like myself, find this interesting:

“Sacredness of this bone is also related to a belief found in various parts of the globe that the sacrum is the ‘resurrection bone’ from which residual raw material remaining after death a person will be reborn, presumably by attracting the spirit residing within.”

Then this:

“…the sacrum as a focal part of the pelvic girdle represents a metaphor for the cosmic portal linking this world with the Otherworld while emphasizing the generative or (pro)creative aspect of the life cycle, just as the jawbone as a focal part of the skull represents another metaphor for the cosmic portal, but one emphasizing the analytical or destructive aspect of the cosmic cycle.”

There’s nothing I can’t do, if I really want to do it.

That’s the key.

Do I really want to do it?

And perhaps that’s a take-away for all of us. When we really want something, we will make it happen in some form or another.

All this to say that you are a magickal manifestor and cocreator of your life.

Make the most of your days in the ways that fuel your heart’s thriving. This is most key I feel.

We each have things we love to do and there’s no better time than now to do them, as tomorrow isn’t promised – that includes anything you can do today that makes you happy ensures you don’t have regrets, but more importantly, helps you to thrive and live your best life.

Spend time with and let the people who mean the most to you know how much you care. Be more playful, laugh more, dance and sing, create the joy and peace where you see that it isn’t. Infuse your life with warmth and creativity, from the inside out.

The world around us shifts when we change. Not the other way around.

If you don’t see things you like out there in the macro world, or they make you feel anxious and fearful, turn the lens to your inner world and circle and focus your energy toward being a masterful creator of the micro world. Soon, the two will feel seamless, as the strength of your world becomes the wayshower for the larger one, helping you to navigate and respond from the inside out with less trigger and reaction, but more harmony, balance, and love.

Now is everyone’s superpower to create anew!

Today is the Libra New Moon and Solar Eclipse (October 2nd) and I’ll be away for a couple of days tending to some important things, but this felt like a perfect message to leave you with on this potent day of initiating and forward movement.

Review what’s personally of value to you and then take the aligned action.

The energies are supportive for what you want to create, but you have to really want it, believe it, align all your parts with it, and put your conviction in motion.

Then release it to the highest good and the perfect, essence-rich reflection will be yours for enjoying.

For this window of increased energetic fuel to your focuses, I’ve added two new and unique ready-to-ship Magick Rabbits – there are now 6 sweet bunnies (4 left) in this super enchanted collection. Included in the two new are one filled with season’s end thistle to mirror real rabbit’s fur and a Merbunny! I’m in love!

I’ve also added a mini crystal release (just 3 – 2 left and all under $100) of supportive NOW energies and also great for this New Moon Eclipse – thank you to all who have made loving homes to the others. I will see who else is ready in the coming weeks – they know their timing!

Magick Rabbits

Crystals & Crystal Skulls

Again, if you would like to team up together, I’ll be offering the session specials through end of the year. And just a heads up that many of the offerings may not be continuing on into 2025, so if you have something you’ve been hesitant to work on this is a little Uni nudge and hint. Autumn and Winter are opportune times to make personal commitments and focus consistently on intentions – I’m right there with you making my own!

Intuitive Guidance Sessions

There’s a few surprise things in the works, but some will take some time to bring together. I’ll keep you posted as they come into fruition.

Ending Summer with a Playful Splash Plus Eclipse & Equinox Resets & Seasonal Magick Rabbit & Crystal Releases

And away we go, flowing first with some Eclipse and Equinox musings to help you to partner with the energies, a reflection on last week’s adventures highlighting the power of play, and as always you can skip to the end if you’re interested in new offerings and updates.

As we move into the days following the Pisces Full Moon partial Lunar Eclipse, energies have built up toward tomorrow’s Autumn Equinox portal. Eclipses can stir soul remembrance and awaken heart callings. They offer nudges and whispers, but sometimes also more pronounced messages depending on our needs, toward the pieces of our path we may have left behind or even forgotten.

Perhaps, even, long held beliefs and unconscious patterning will also come to light in hard-to-accept ways so that you can rid yourself of their underlying affects that are confusing or obscuring higher self guidance. So, this is indeed an opportune time to really let go of the things holding you back, that are not aligned with you, and are taking up your time, energy, and focus as a distraction to your truest desires.

If you haven’t already, perhaps you might carve out some time to reflect on the transformational journey you would like to embark upon, as Autumn Equinox is the gateway for these transitions. Slow shifts and rebalancing can be seen all around us in Nature, reminding us that we, too, go through these cycles and leaning into them with greater awareness can provide a gentle form of change instead of experiencing harder, unconscious hits. Either way is just fine. It all simply points to our having a choice in how we would like to walk the journey and speaks to how brilliant our body wisdom and inner knowing really are.

There is beautiful sacredness in these shorter days, longer nights, and darker pathways up ahead that can birth amazingness from the womb of creation when we embrace it.

It’s easy to accept being accustomed to discomfort because it is known and you’ve learned a coping mechanism. Change only seems hard at first to step out of the habitual nature you develop around coping, but in fact the greatest ease and comfort lies in being aligned and authentic. The same habitual nature you’ve developed for dis-ease and unwanted experiences can be applied to ease and desired experiences. It took time to learn to accept comfort with discomfort. It can actually be quicker to learn true comfort once you experience how easy and amazing it feels and how much more energy you will have for your courage to change. The choice to do so and the first step will seem hardest, but with encouragement and celebration of each movement forward, you’ll soon develop an authentic system for sustained and aligned comfort.

We will continue to see false foundations crumble all around us, as they were never built upon solid strength and truth. The cleansing process we are going through individually and collectively may seem messy right now, but when you create an anchor to your essence, you won’t float far away from the strength of this center.

Once again this Equinox brings the ending of one cycle to the beginning of another. We are constantly in recreating mode and that includes ebbs and flows, and moving in and out of the sacredness within both light and dark.

This is a magickal time of thinning veils and revealing truths that step out from the in between.

It’s a true sacred reset enhanced with glorious color therapies of gold, burnt sienna, maroon, aubergine, brick, persimmon orange, and warm acorn to nurture warmth and inspiration through the transitions.

Bringing greater consciousness to your experience, thoughts, feelings, and actions will assist you in harvesting the pinnacle of things to invest in your best life yet.

Allow the old to fall away with the decaying parts of Nature that easily release in the wind. Watch as the remnants become part of the restructuring of the ground from which new springs forth, as it transmutes with the spark of life meant to live the next days out. All things reshape themselves naturally when we let go without judgment. It’s the process of alchemy inherent to our destined wholeness we carry in conscious being.

All things birth from the abyss of potent nothingness – the masterful liquid, deep sable ink of the Cosmos that in fact embodies the brilliant spark of the All. Let this be a time of listening to the body’s rhythms – that inner hum that orchestrates miracles we take for granted with each breath.

Recent weeks have felt like a natural preparation in my world for this transitional time period where I’m finally feeling ready to take a plunge that’s been hovering in my spirit stratosphere.

It’s always a little bittersweet to watch the seasons of experience end and begin, but everything starts to melt into each other over time and the contrasts dissipate into fluidity.

We’ve had the time of our lives this Summer made possible by the gift of our furry companions being part of and enhancing everything in the wider expanse of conscious awareness.

As I mentioned in my last post, a lot of Astrid’s presence has been experienced in these days leading up to important markers for her and with these Moon and Equinox doorways. She’s been reminding me of a promise that is time to make good on, while knowing she’ll be right by my side with the others to support the process.

We also had a chance to embrace these cyclical transitions and reflect upon the next phase of our lives with our dearest friends that visited all last week.

It was an extremely rich period that was bookended by sentinel waymakers who held space for our journeys of deepening heart and soul-led lives.

If you have been following a while, you’ll remember KC and Clint (aka Bean and Happy) from past posts and the adventures we’ve been sharing with them since our star paths aligned. I won’t go into all details of our time together, but some of the highlights feel worthy of mention and reflect how one can continue to keep the inner child alive no matter how many years fly by.

The day they arrived, we ignited our coming back together filling our tummies with yummies while sharing conversation on our back forest deck. Time together is always like we’ve never been apart, picking right back up again with seamless and always playful flow between us.

It was then that a golden coated baby bear wandered along the trail that lines the trees. Clint caught glimpse of this jewel of the forest, calling our attention to turn around.

We never caught sight of momma bear, but figured she mustn’t be far, as this little one was quite small and likely barely a year old. She/he moved quickly about the bushes that revealed how tiny this cub was – disappearing when behind them or with only hints of sunlit fur framing the leaves.

I saw this little one stand up on hind legs for a moment to sniff in the curiosities floating in the air and hanging on towering tree arms reaching toward her/his nose.

The only two photos captured were this top one by KC where you can see just the golden coat outlining this sweet soul. And the bottom one I captured where the cub moved out of the light and a bit more of his backside peeks through the bushes.

It was a special experience and truly marked the essence of our week – being in childlike wonder and joy throughout our adventures and also highlighting messages that came through in a potent, shared Faery Oracle deck reading on one of our last evenings together.

And the last long morning we shared before their early start back home the next day, it was wild rabbit who graced us with her/his energy.

Again, this was a young one – not Frith, although Frithesque, so perhaps one of his offspring now growing up.

Fellow bun mom, KC, and I watched this little one move about our deck and hop in and out of my potted plants to feast on bunny delicacies.

Peek-a-boo! I see you!

All around this sweet bunny love, and each day, we’d watch a family of little chipmunks zipping about the lower and upper deck areas, my garden, the meditation spiral, and yard.

Playing, seasonal feasting, chasing one another, and engaging in sibling shenanigans they were. There was a lot of child energy dancing all around and within us.

Our week was full of daily adventures, physical activities, delicious vegan food, and relaxing nights of connection sometimes accompanied by vegan hot chocolates and golden mylk drinks, a movie, tarot readings, or simply good conversation.

Each morning Dave would make us fun themed lattes for the child at heart, and I’d prep us all a different vegan breakfast feast to fuel our day – from stuffed waffles filled with chick’n filets and smoked tempeh bacon and veggie cheezy omelets, to hearty mountain skillet pancakes of white and dark chocolate chips and banana to savory tofu scrambles. We was good to go! We also never left home without tons of yummy snacks in our packs and then enjoyed the amazing vegan offerings of some of our favorite local restaurants.

This group definitely loves their food and we know the importance of fueling up for all the physical activities we all love to do.

These activities included some of everything – like a box of chocolates to choose from for sure.

Several attempts in the past had not worked out for our friends to make their annual trip here, but Uni was helping us to hit all the marks for this one, gifting us perfect weather for every activity we chose and all things just flowing with ease.

Our first day’s immersion together was a full day of kayaking on the crystalline waters followed by beaching it for a while on two different beaches.

It was a gorgeous day and the water conditions were absolutely perfect for paddling the few miles we journeyed.

We did more mileage than usual, as the experience was just too amazing not to embrace the most of.

For us, it doesn’t get any better than this.

I can’t get enough of Tahoe waters rich in all shades of Caribbean blues.

This alpine lake was once an inland sea over 100 million years ago.

The ancient energies run deep and Lemurian essence can be felt in the crystalline liquid silk, the ancient stones formed by volcanic activity that birthed the mountains all around, as well as can be felt in the giant mother crystal that is held within its hidden depths.

It truly is pure magick to be held in Tahoe’s powerfully nurturing and transformative energies that run deeper in experience than the five senses alone.

This is the day when “skull” energy started showing up as a theme for our group.

The first appearance was this reflection in the water that we found at the beach we paddled to.

You can see the natural markings on the stone created a perfect skull face looking back at us while Bean and I were rock and quartz hounding along the shoreline.

The second took place back at our main beach where we started from and returned to for lunch and relaxing.

Two of the cutest little girls – sisters – were playing in the water in front of us. KC complimented the youngest of the two on her mini kayak. She didn’t hear, but her older sister did and told her younger one while thanking KC. Moments after, this little girl we now knew was named “Winter” walked up to KC and said “thank you” and handed her a special rock gift she wanted her to have. We were floored by her sweet faery ways.

Later when we returned home, KC was looking over the rock and called me over. There was the tiniest of perfectly and naturally etched-in-black skulls on one side of it. Winter knew!

The next day winds picked up making it a perfect hiking day to a new destination for all of us to Grass Lake. We started the journey from Lily Lake and wound our way up and up through varied terrain.

The wind made the sun-exposed climb up very comfortable and along the way KC and I were exploring all the magickal finds including faery balls containing one star seed inside, quartz, rainbow colored metamorphic rock, and quartz infused metamorphic rock, as well as me finding some feathers, other Autumn items for Magick Rabbits, and the first Amanita Muscaria surprise in Tahoe this year.

It was just the cap of one, but this definitely was Astrid-linked since I’d been talking about her and KC and Clint have been very connected with her throughout her life as well.

Skull energy kept knocking too. This time it was Dave who pointed up to the rock wall mountain facing us on the hike and where he’d noticed the most perfectly carved giant skull peering down on us.

It was haunting in a good way. This skull kept watch over us the entire way up half of the trail.

We kept being taken back to our love for the Goonies through the things we kept seeing and experiencing – and of course because we are forever Goonies at heart ourselves.

It was another great day of mixing things up so that we were always using different muscles and tickling different senses alive.

Next up a full day of biking.

Our friends have e-bikes and we have regular mountain bikes.

So, we thought it would be fun, and a way to keep us all at an even pace, to rent pedal assist e-bikes too.

This would also make the thirty nine mile ride one where we could talk and have a bit more leisure.

We biked from Meek’s Bay all the way to Palisades enjoying rides through forests and along the lake, river, and meadows.

With the four of us there is never a day that goes by without laughs, playing, and luxuriating in embodiment from the inner child out.

And yet our hearts also run deep, so explorative conversations come easily especially when we’re also surrounded by nature who reflects this embodiment of dichotomies so well.

That day happened to be their twenty-six year wedding anniversary and we just happened to have a reservation at a restaurant in one of the casinos that has a vegan menu.

Shifting gears, we got dressed in fun attire, shared a meal by Gordon Ramsay of Hell’s Kitchen that included this smokin’ Coconut 3-Ways (Coconut Sorbet, Mango Passion Fruit Gelee, Coconut Croutons) dessert on dried ice, and then had a little fun in the casino.

The boy’s tried their hand at poker while we went off to the slots. Not something I ever do except at times like these, but makes for fun with friends with all the flashing lights, colors, playful characters, bells ringing, and cheer dances to keep the wins a-comin’. Bean and I use our faery senses to choose where to go and when to move on.

We both got enchanted by the faery slot machine and we kid you not, she wouldn’t let us leave.

In fact, when we did, another faery slot popped up where we both swore we never saw her. Needless to say, there were no big wins of the night, but there weren’t any large losses – only win-wins of giggles, silliness, and faery friendship bonds that never break.

We all opted for a lower key physical day next, which included a short hike to find giant Sugar Pine cones for Bean, mini golf, followed by lunch, and Tarot readings.

It was definitely a Magic Carpet Ride for us, with tons of laughs, 28 enchanted holes to take a swing at, and even ended with both KC and I winning little prizes from the indoor game arcade!

There were so many fun holes that reflected things we love and to match the rainbow joy of our hearts.

Including giant, colorful mushrooms galore to match my mushroom and butterfly outfit and all the magick mushrooms I keep finding!

We played as teams split boys versus girls. KC and I were team Holey Rabbits!

And we all in fact hit one or more hole-in-ones. It was a super close game, but the Holey Rabbits did in fact come out 1 point ahead!

Even with all the rainbow bloopers. Practice makes perfect!

Weeeeee!

A great day ended with food coma from delicious vegan Mexican food.

That evening we had the greatest connecting and team support time together. I got the nudge we should each pull cards from the Faery Oracle deck to help us with the theme for the next leg of our life path. They were dead-on and we nurtured each other with the messages and guidance for the road ahead. We’ll be cheering each other on and on and on into the days to come. These were very revealing, helpful, and exciting since they reveal where our highest potentials and heart callings point.

Our last full day was once again the perfect temperature for an end-of-Summer beach day.

And that’s literally what we did.

We beached…all…day…long, enjoying the delicious vegan options at the beachside restaurant they bring right to your blanket and umbrella.

Eight hours of sun, sand, water, good food, friends (three of our locals also popped in), and even KC’s cousins came up from Reno to join the celebrations.

A week well lived.

And truly that’s what life, for me is all about. How well I can live each day with joy, peace, and highest thriving.

As I said, and will continue to repeat…I live to outlive myself.

Farewells, even if just for now, are always hard. But the week did come to an end, which marked the beginning of course of new adventures on the horizon.

After big hugs and waves, Dave and I did our five mile roundtrip walk to the beach and back from the house. This day would have been Astrid’s tenth birthday – 9/15 – and I wondered what she might have in store.

As we walked through the forest I said out loud to Dave, “Maybe I’ll find a mushroom or feathers, or a special stone. Let’s see what shows up! It’s Astrid’s special day so she’ll send something through.”

And in usual magick rabbit style, something did. A few something’s in fact, but her signature Amanita Muscaria mushroom was the icing on the cake.

I took us to the magick mushroom trail where last year I had found so many there after Astrid’s transition. This year we’d seen none in Tahoe. Only the one cap I mentioned finding when exploring with Bean. The other bunch were in Yosemite, as I shared in my last post, although still in the Sierra Nevada Mountain range that we live in.

But on Astrid’s birthday, right on the side of the magick mushroom trail, there it was. One full enchanted Amanita Muscaria – it was pale in color and already drying, but it was there and meant just for me.

Happy Rebirth indeed!

Before the mushroom I found eleven bird gifts including Steller’s Jay and Ptarmigan feathers.

And after the mushroom we saw a momma ptarmigan with two tiny chicks, which is unusual at this time of year. They have babies in Spring and early Summer so this was a rare sighting following along the lines of magick mushrooms appearing.

This also felt like rebirthing energy inherent in the cyclical times, despite what it seems. Endings always give way to beginnings. I do in fact have two parts of my path rising from the ashes right now – so I imagine that while these two little chicks will be facing cold and Winter soon, they have the resiliency to make it through. Soon they and mom will turn pure white to match the snow blankets that will cradle us here in potent cocooning.

This day – Astrid’s Earth birthday and the departure of our friends – also brought in a swift sweep of drastic weather shifts including winds of change, temperatures rapidly dropping twenty degrees, and cleansing rains across the land.

Literally everything was in divine alignment with our plans to provide the perfect window for our week together and the perfect window we needed after to get things done around the house, plus reflect upon all the potent things we opened up before the cold winds, clouds, thunderstorms, and rain moved in.

There always seems to be this incubation period between resets where things go through a very pronounced clearing to prepare a fresh slate.

We’ve had some really cozy and beautiful in between days since then, as mountain weather shifted. The lighting in the garden at sunset and dawn has felt like the golden hour and even howling coyotes have accentuated that feeling too.

And sunsets have been filling the sky with colors between the trees along with mystical clouds appearing like a second mountain range above the other reality below them.

Temperatures have now picked back up after that window of change blew in for five days and we’ve returned to the 70’s with that coming-home-Autumn feeling in the air to welcome a new season in.

Part of that welcoming was me purchasing two bags full of 185 new bulbs yesterday including tulips, daffodils, hyacinths, crocus, and alliums. I’ll be planting them this Fall after I do my seasonal prep to get everyone ready for their long Winter’s nap.

I’ve been excited for today, though, as we are headed out on a crystal expedition with our friends to a new spot I learned about since we came back to Tahoe, but never went. It will be a perfect way to prepare energies for Autumn Equinox tomorrow. I am curious what wonders and gifts await me there.

For now, I reminisce about the amazing year this has been for rock and crystal hounding, finding nature treasures in general, incredible encounters, experiences, openings, and connections, and simply basking in my explorative heart’s, forever-child wonder.

To add to the beautiful nature and crystalline energies of seasonal celebrations, I have two new collections to offer from my heart to yours.

You can view the second small Magick Rabbit collection that includes 5 bunnies featuring Summer’s End to Pre-Autumn vibes here:

Magick Rabbits

And a mini crystalline release of 1 special skull and 2 crystals (with a 3rd crystal I’m taking names with interest on a list for now) here:

Crystals & Crystal Skulls

FYI: We might be away on a different camping immersion next week and if so, shipping will resume the 27th – 30th. But I’ll try to get what I can out this Monday, if possible.

Intuitive Guidance Sessions have been extra fun lately and the team work of partnership is on fire with alignment and readiness. If you would like to team up together, I’ll be offering the specials through end of the year. And just a heads up that many of the offerings may not be continuing on into 2025, so if you have something you’ve been hesitant to work on this is a little Uni nudge and hint.

Shares will be taking a turn after today, as will my focuses, and even my website while I reset and revamp over the coming Autumn into Winter months.

Magickal Autumn Equinox Wishes to all!

Yosemite Pages of My Life Part II ~ Astrid Portals & Pisces Full Moon Openings into Waking Dream Experiences

After just winding down a fun, magickal, and integrative week with visiting friends, I’m back to finish up the second round of Yosemite adventures we completed before their arrival.

With what would have been Astrid’s tenth Earth birthday arriving just this last Sunday after her recent one year transition anniversary, indeed her energy has been highly present in my life. You’ll notice that in today’s share and the next to come. Recent longer blogs are also winding down after these next couple of shares, as I transition things on my end.

Things happened quickly and with a wink of the eye and twitch of the nose, we found ourselves transported back into the next chapter of our Yosemite Pages. This would be our seventh backpacking and camping trip so far this Summer season, and a nearly back-to-back journey from our first adventure in the park.

Our upcoming November cabin-based trip will mark eight, although we are making plans for more journeys between now and then and throughout Autumn, to milk this year for as much as we can possibly enjoy. We’ve really hit the ground running with this new addition to our life that’s been gifted to us by our fur children who now travel with us where ever our hearts are led.

So, just five days after our return home, we packed the car back up and hit the road once again. We hadn’t planned it, as we were going to just stick close to home before our friends arrival for the week following, but the All and Astrid had more in store for us.

Dave went online the day before we left, just to see what might be available in terms of campgrounds and one campsite had just been released from reservation that looked great. Usually everything is booked well in advance, so this felt like a sign. He asked if I was able to go, since I was immersed in work and a different trajectory in mind, but I said, “Yes, just give me today and I’ll be ready to go.” He booked it and then I had a feeling to ask what the campsite number was. He said with a lit up smirk, “Forty-four!” I smiled huge knowing all was in divine order. He knew too.

I completed my timely to-do’s and we went to bed with dreams of another adventure ahead.

Astrid visited that night before take-off and in the dream she came to sleep curled up by my side under the covers – just like the bears do. I learned later that this was her way of saying, “Watch for me by your side in the days ahead and for the messages of guidance.”

Another short road trip, loaded car, and veggie filled burger bun stop later, we touched down at site #44.

This week’s trip we opted for a campground base for day hikes to sample another way for these journeys. Without weight limit we could bring more things and so we were excited to try a new version of home-away-from-home.

Site #44 lived up to its magickal energy, as it had an amazing setting. Surrounded by a thick forest of trees to the left and back, a forest of stones to our right, and outcroppings throughout, it was an ideal location for our wild hearts. Not to mention it had a seasonal creek bed with late pond remaining, an outhouse right next to us, fire pit, and two picnic tables – all without sight of anyone, although there are fifty-five sites in this unexpectedly half full campground.

The moment I set foot out of our car, my eyes caught glimpse of a mound of mushrooms. I thought, how perfect as that very morning I had shared mushroom musings on my Instagram page.

Instant manifestation had just begun to match my focus.

After that, mushrooms continued to appear EVERYWHERE in the forest surrounding our tent. I was literally in awe of just how many there in fact were from tiny to giant sizes.

Every footstep I made was light as a faery, only barely touching the ground as my wings helped me to glide.

The entire floor of the forest rose through the old pine needles and brush, with every variety of mycelium consciousness readied for their debut before the sky.

The moss covered creek bed was also a playground for tiny ones to dance upon the green carpets.

And every tree base, root, log, and high grass were a gathering place for new and old arrivals to commune.

The Fae were felt strong here and I was tickled that #44 was a ballroom of magick mushrooms for me to waltz in.

And dance I did with a white and peach adorned moth matching many a mushroom knight in this enchanted forest castle. She appeared with Astrid in thought, then floated on the air and twirled around me and my hands, leaving pixie dust tingles at my finger tips.

And then my heart skipped three beats…directly behind our tent the wonder of Astrid awaited my discovery.

There, leaning into each other, a perfect pair of Amanita Muscaria mushrooms snuggled together.

Palest of yellow gowns loaded with white polka dots, they looked like a soft sunset merging with a star-filled night sky.

As you may recall, Astrid brought through these rare mushrooms the day she transitioned.

And they continued to show up last year when ever I was thinking of her.

Well, this trip in between her transition day and birthday, was the portal for more.

They were not your colorfully vibrant variety, but ethereal nonetheless.

I couldn’t get enough of these magickal ones and was inspired to give them their own enchanted photo shoot, as you can see.

The finding of a new owl feather right near them was icing on the cake of confirmation and a wink of stardust from the Cosmos.

AND, these were not the only ones to be found.

I had wondered if this year would bring any of these enchanted ones my way, as we’d seen none so far in Tahoe, and #44 was the angelic doorway for them to enter. Only this time it would be in Yosemite that they wave for my attention.

I spent our first lazy, late afternoon and evening foraging the area – and wonder upon wonder giggled forth from the Earth.

Literally hundreds of mushrooms, a bone, a new owl feather, and a third elder, etheric Amanita called out in a soft shade of gentleness.

It was a sweet welcome for my arrival in this hall of wonder.

I even discovered a magick stone that had been thrust to the light by mushroom trumpets piercing the air with their song. It hummed ancient chants in my hand.

My faery heart was fully satiated as if I’d just returned from a Beltane feast and gorged on the finest of Fae delicacies.

When I thought I couldn’t possibly feast my heart on more sustenance to strongly strum her beating chambers, the faery tale leapt off the pages and walked beside my biography of life.

Stepping out from the out house, my Fae senses turned me left, although my path led right.

Sweetness pierced my heart from the vibrations she emanated. She was smaller than my jolly marmot friend of the last week, but brave and bold nonetheless.

I felt Astrid immediately.

Soft words quickly uttered from my mouth to her ears and the dance began. Noises through the campground had her senses on alert, but the more I spoke, the more she desired to stay – and so the next story was written.

I called to Dave with lightness of tone to come see and bring me my cell phone, as I hoped to capture what I felt would be an extraordinary memory I’d want to return to and gaze upon to receive the energy exchange far after the experience faded.

It’s an experience I knew no one would likely believe, but me. Even if they saw it, what was happening in the unspoken realm ran so deep.

She moved about, unsure of the oncoming company, but stayed with me. After they said quick hello’s and Dave departed, she returned to lock hearts with mine.

Our telepathic communication was so tender and soothing.

You could see her nestle into the comfort of our connection even if no words were spoken from my mouth.

This continued for a while until a man came walking down the path. We both didn’t want to share the space of our connection, so she went off left to the forest and I followed to the right.

Dave and I both watched as she scuttled across the forest brush, feasting here and there. Then scrambled upon the royal rock gallery both of us had marveled about earlier – saying the stump looked like the throne and the rocks were the regal fortress surrounding and designating it sacred ground.

Queen of the Wild Woodlands she sat. And our rekindling of friendship continued.

She shimmied down back to the field of late Summer grasses, lanky field flowers and puffs gone to seed, and mushroom pathways she knew by heart.

We walked alongside each other as equals – as long lost friends – remembering the days this was not a foreign thing to do as it is to most now – a memory, a tale, or even a dream.

But no, we were living it – a reality without room for disbelief. The heart is the gateway to any dream come true.

She disappeared briefly and I stopped to wait and see if this was the end of our walk together.

Oh no!

She rose once again to the top of the next stone throne so that we could gaze eye-to-eye at the same level of mutual horizon.

Here we spent timeless space shared in conversation and exchange, connection, and even a song.

We spoke of many things and I told her stories and private thoughts, which she listened to intently – moving into greater and greater comfort upon her stone throne.

Her eyes spoke of wisdom, love, and kindness.

Sometimes she’d lean forward with belly flat across the top of the rock and head laid to rest to hear me.

At times she sat up and her eyes sparkled with understanding.

And I in my most marmot Fae way, mirrored the same to receive her transmission. My thoughts were vulnerable, my thoughts were caring. I shed some tears, feeling the immense beauty of this gift that was being given to me and gratitude for the channel that was opened for this movement of energy between us. We deepened into telepathic exchange of giving and receiving.

I felt Astrid close in this exchange and then I offered her our song.

Twice, in fact, I softly shared the words I sang to Astrid when she returned to the stars and this Queen listened and leaned into it, encouraging the second repeat caught in this video.

It was getting late and chilly although I hadn’t noticed the latter until Dave came looking for me. Time had slipped away from us, which was why he came to make sure I was okay and where I was. He saw the two of us together and stayed away so as not to scare the Queen.

Seeing we were alright, he returned to camp. I decided I should head back.

Reluctantly, I told her it was time to go, but I’d be here two nights if she wanted to return. I was not as lucky as she with thick luxurious coat to keep me warm. So off I must go to wrap myself in layers of warmth.

Although no comfort could be as warm as her heart wrapped around mine.

She understood and as I left slowly we shared one last soul-to-soul gaze and down the back of the stone she descended and scampered off along her Wild Woodlands realm.

I kid you not when I say we spent an hour together.

She did not return during our stay, but I knew this would be. This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, but the memory will last much longer than that. I knew Astrid had made this possible, as she always showers me with experiences to feel her with me in all ways. She’s a powerful one!

In fact, if you hadn’t already guessed, a piece of her essence had dropped into Queen Marmot so that this time together could be. It reminded me of when Joy channeled Nestor for me on one starry night overlooking Lake Tahoe.

The rest of the night was campfires and vegan S’mores, alongside large packs of coyotes calling to the rich power of the dark.

Everything I’d experienced in this brief window upon our touchdown here felt to be in the alchemical flames. I watched as the etheric smoke of transmutation released into the star portal above me.

Coyote ancestor howls rocked us to sleep and then woke us at pre-dawn continuing on through morning campfire soulfully sipped with the ambrosia of coffee and a life well lived.

A new day awaited with treks our feet have never traversed and our hearts and eyes had yet to drink in. On the way to break first morning’s sweat, a doe celebrated our start with a graceful prance across the road. I watched as her soft white flame of a tail flicked with each strong leap, bouncing with ease into the trees.

We ascended to May Lake and I discovered new stones along the path and lining the amphitheater to valley’s view.

Quartz of clear to smoky, with mica, and more – it was fun to watch sunlight twinkle in the Earth as a beacon for my faery heart to find.

The lake was beautiful as both a natural wonder treasure and way to start the day.

There’s no sight not to marvel here.

After descending we stopped along the drive to our second hike to take in the Olmsted Point vistas including famous Half Dome and beautiful examples of all of the glacial erratics that surround this area.

Onward we forged to our next destination winding up the mountain and meandering forest to lake number two.

The road there was also baptized by another leaping doe who stepped out from the trees just for us to lock eyes with – then disappeared back into the shadows of mystery once again.

This time we brought our new light weight chairs and upon arrival to lake’s edge, found a spot to land for a picnic and a while.

We followed the trail to find just the right spot and it was here in the grasses and forest wonders that a little one hopped.

So tiny and fragile this tree frog did seem and yet here she was braving the wide green yonder and everywhere in between.

I stuck out my hand and in she leapt, merging our resiliency and hope twice enhanced by our kismet.

Away to the forest floor she returned and after our lunch the rest of her clan had gathered, having heard of the faery who arrived.

I bent by the rocks where the water rolled onto Earth, to rinse our containers when what do I see? But another tiny tree frog looking at me.

He said a hello and then off he did swim with giant strokes and stretched legs like a shooting arrow to my heart.

But he was not alone, oh no! There were several with him and one by one they emerged from their camouflaged perches to share in leaps and lunges of joy to be seen.

So tiny they were and I marveled at how they owned their size without thought of their smallness at all. Their world is their way and they know nothing else different. To them, they’re not small, but just the right size and perhaps it’s me who’s too big!

Here and there leaps and splashes, swan dives and breath strokes – they were quick on land, but quicker in water. Oh how they moved and owned their embodiment.

I lost track of time, once again, as they stole my attention.

Dog Lake would always be Great Tiny Tree Frog Lake to me.

We wound along the highway through Tuolumne Meadows at the designated slow pace that saves bears, but this is in fact the pace a park like this demands if you ever want to know her land.

Slow and present I prefer anyway, and am curious why someone would bring city pace to the land of lost time.

Yet they do and that’s fine, but not my way, and we stretched out the day with some timelessness at Tenaya Lake.

Here lived a beach that said, “Come stay a while.”

With beach chairs in hand, it was not a hard invite to embrace.

Surrounded by majestic mountain wisdom keepers, we felt cradled in remembrance.

Glistens of glacial sand and alpine water refreshed us, as the crystalline soft waves flowed into us over and over.

I was amazed by how comfortable the alpine water was here and felt nurtured by this womb of creation.

The pebbles under my feet paved a pathway into the messages left behind by civilizations of another time that still linger here in the parallel reality that awaits recognition.

I could walk far into the liquid bliss, feeling my forever.

Here we relished in a bath, let the comfortable water ripple playfully around our seven-mile day legs and feet, and soaked in the late afternoon sunshine – enough to bronze the skin.

The water called me back in, over and over.

Immersing in the Piscean energies of the Full Moon not far off into the days ahead, I basked in the gateway to my native essence and noted how the once stranger named “Thrive” now was me.

Experiencing the power of water run through my hands, every droplet reminded me of the pieces of me strewn across the collective tapestry and how every choice and creation I make has far reach.

I felt the joy of fresh starts wash through me, while what was stirred up from last week now felt to come alive – brewing on embers of golden threads this world ignited within.

From forest faery to water nymph, I morph with ease where ever I am.

And back to #44 – Angel’s Landing – we went where long johns were a warm welcome to the onset of dusk’s light, plus a seat on Marmot’s anointed Queen’s throne surrounded by approaching night.

The promise was renewed and the mission and love now became as one.

But before I could settle in, one more forest forage called. More feathers and mushrooms not seen the day before now sang out, “Here! me!” to my faery senses on high.

That’s when the fourth Amanita variety was discovered and again an owl feather followed this find like number three.

It was such a special gift to find them for the first time this year surrounding our campsite #44.

With puffer jacket now on and my journal in hand, I wrote and I wrote until campfire time began.

Our last night this trip spoke of S’mores once again, as the smell of wood burning was like a warm friend. The fire’s sparks danced in the air as Dave kindled the flame and it reminded me of fire fly memories etched in my heart of our Magick Bus times in the hills of Colorado hot springs surrounded by their song at twilight.

Fresh pine and crisping pre-Autumn foliage all around, moist dirt and musk on the ground, skin and hair drenched in the fragrance of mountain life, and fingers smudged in sweet marshmallow divine – dreamland felt to be my awake time.

Our lullaby each night was the pulsing of stars across the crystal clear sky with unusual fast and erratic moving objects, red and blue glows, and shooting lights.

It took me back to the place this emanation of me is tethered.

Silence filled the campground, but the night vibrations were on high volume.

The next morning the Woodland throne called once more and it felt like a way to keep the portal open to all that is possible here through the heart.

When I looked through the photos Dave snapped by first dawning light, I found this one curious – a vortex captured of this realm we’d been led to.

We loaded the car and headed off to our farewell-this-time hike, which proved the most magickal of all.

Six miles of solitude between us and this mystical trail.

The day brought in sporadic clouds with potential of light showers, although we only felt a few droplets on our way out – just enough to know we were awake in this dream.

The trail wandered along hobbit-like paths through varied terrain and between dense forest the entire way up to our destination lake. And except for one man – not a soul shared the trek. And in fact he didn’t show up until Dave spoke the words, “It feels like a hobbit might appear anytime.” Then the bearded, plump man arrived on queue and didn’t speak a word, but a murmur of something as he passed.

This area was different than any so far energetically. So much so that Dave even remarked on this and said it was his favorite as there was a different quality he could feel deeply. I agreed and this was confirmed to me by my finding yet three more Amanita mushrooms along the journey.

The in between makes it easier for things to slip through.

Each sat right on the edge of the path, slightly hidden, but peeking out. Feathers appeared too, and beautiful stones, as well as the most clear and smoky quartz I’ve seen yet in the park.

I’d been watching for mushrooms and here again there were many. Then something white off-path caught my eye. I went over behind a tree to look and it was a hidden large quartz fully crystalline with etched lines down the front.

I knew the Fae and Astrid were dropping gifts for my senses to find – this forest was a treasure for believing hearts to see.

Everywhere was silence except the chatter now and then of chipmunks and little bird songs. The clouds came and went, casting shadows and light to add to the mystical haunting you could feel in your bones.

Dave was excited and said we should sit five minutes in silence just to see what may appear, as he felt any moment some creature or mythical one should walk out.

As we sat in shared stillness, we felt all around with our senses. I noticed two flying presences, but they were not birds, nor butterflies or dragonflies, not even bats. They were quick and unusual in flight, flitting here and there, but together always, then disappeared.

I then noticed a tall rock like a headstone or door in an opening that was off in the distance and light between dark, that felt like a space for a merging of realms.

I sensed we were in the middle of another time and space parallel to ours.

We proceeded on and came to two large stones facing each other on the path. I remarked at their faces and we both were in awe at these two rock guardians watching over this space.

One with pronounced nose and the other a profile – they reminded me of the Rock Chewers in The Neverending Story.

Up we continued through their rock stairway to the beyond and arrived out at the first lower lake without name – not our destination, but the place we remained.

This was a mythical lake that felt right to end our trek with and not continue on up to the lake with a name.

We climbed upon a rock to sit for a while, feeling the surreal quality of this space that had been carved out just for us without another visitor to alter the reality we created.

The sun played peek-a-boo behind the clouds, shifting the energy of this space each time.

After a dip into more silence of this world, we returned along the trail from which we came.

Back through glacial carved landscapes, forests, stone, and earthen paths, near creeks and along bedrock, micro worlds and vast realms, it was full of ancient energies surrounding us.

We each separately noticed all the portals and rounded limbs creating circles and protective markers and continually heard noises like taps and creaks, cracks and knocks.

We were not alone by any means, but we were the ones to be seen. And yet we felt invited in the most sacred and unusual of ways, as it’s not often a door is unlocked just for you.

We knew they were there and I was grateful for the gifts they kept laying out as a welcome.

Our journey came to end, but felt like another opening.

Seven in-the-wild trips now under our belt this Summer season…we’ve definitely embraced this new journey with every piece of possibility.

Here’s to a magickal Pisces Full Moon Partial Lunar Eclipse with Autumn Equinox’s doorway right down the hall of potential.

Wishing you an illuminating and waking-dream walk through these highly potent days for creative conjuring and liberating unveils.

All is possible!

Last week was our first shared immersion in Yosemite National Park. Dave has hiked it in the past, before we knew each other. I’ve never hiked it. Between Tuesday and Friday, leading up to the New Moon, we enjoyed our inaugural backpacking and camping adventure there, together.

We actually had reservations for a tent room a few years ago, but had to cancel due to fires in the park.

But the weather was just right and this year has been another good one for our area in terms of smoke or fires, so without the fur babies at home, we just hit the road on four days notice – how long ahead was needed to get our permits.

I was describing Yosemite in a text as similar to Tahoe, but larger. In fact, though, I learned that the Tahoe Basin is nearly twice as big as Yosemite. Who knew?

But my first statement was accurate, as the trails we did and sights we saw mirrored many of the areas we hike in Tahoe and have a similar vibe with their both being in the Sierra Nevada range, of course. Yet, there was a different element of its own grandeur and wildness, mixed in with other unusual landscapes and formations that provided a new level of vastness to experience.

Being a National Park also adds a protective quality where I found wildlife to be more visible. And being all new as an experience at large, it was fresh and unknown – making the journey full of unpredictable twists and turns and even more “ohhh’s and ahhh’s” around each corner.

For logistics sake and context, I’m going to summarize our four days, but then feel guided to share the experience through photos and inspired musings for the rest. This format came to me while in Yosemite – words were flowing with each special moment unraveling before me and were writing themselves with each step.

We drove to the East entrance of the park at nearly 10,000 elevation, which is only just over two hours from our home and we stayed that night in a first-come-first-served campground near a creek so we didn’t have to combine driving and hiking all in one day. There’s a great little market and restaurant just down the road, outside the park, where we enjoyed lunch overlooking Mono Lake.

They weren’t joking about a veggie burger – filled with actual layered grilled vegetables sitting taller than any mouth could wrap around.

We then drove on, found a campground and spot we liked, and set up camp.

We’re not used to campfires being allowed in Tahoe, so when the campground host asked if we wanted firewood, we said “yes” to enjoy the smells and feels of nostalgic sensations and visions we both enjoy.

Camp was at 9600 feet and the first night was quite chilly in the 30’s outside and 40 degrees in our tent. That night was the first of now three new bear dreams I’ve had within less than a week. This one was short and purposeful with a bear walking the opposite way to us along a very thin passage. She brushed her golden fur and muscled body along our sides, as we passed each other on the path just as you would brush up against bushes and trees without thought that reached onto the trail. There was something exchanged in that brief merge point.

The next day we set off for our destination hike of Cathedral Lakes nestled at the foot of Cathedral Peak. We camped at Lower Cathedral Lake around 9400 elevation for the next two nights, did a day hike to Upper Cathedral Lake and Cathedral Pass at 9700 the next day, and then back down on the last day. On our way out of the Park we picked up some fun things at a park store, including light weight chairs we decided to add to our equipment, a comprehensive book on Yosemite, and I found the only neck gaiter that had bears on it.

It was a beautiful intro for us.

Our backpacking style is unique to our individual taste – we like to do shorter distances each day and camp in one place without moving around so that we can fully immerse and relax. Without time pressures we’re able to enjoy each area and experience it fully. This was a “getting our feet wet” pilgrimage to feel out how far we want to dive in.

We’ve decided to take the Yosemite plunge and booked a late Autumn cabin-based trip farther into the park where we’ll use it as a home base for daily adventures. It will be a fun way to enjoy the chillier weather and turn of seasons, while creating warm memories. We feel we’ll also do some more backpacking and camping trips between then and now before Winter sets in.

Well…lol…in fact, we were going to take this last week off to do stuff around home, but the Yosemite itch got to us and we took off on a last minute camping trip once again for three more days.

So, as I write this, we’ve now returned from two trips in the park with more to come.

As John Muir wrote in a letter to his sister in 1873 (100 years before my birth), “The mountains are calling, and I must go.”

Now for the experience through my heart’s eyes…..

A new adventure had us giddy like children on Christmas morning awaiting to open the beautifully wrapped gift surprises. We settled into our cozy forest nook, readying for the journey ahead.

As always, the explorer in me must check out the offerings of the land we pass through and listen to the stories held in every miracle before me.

I sauntered across the meadow, taken in by the colorful metamorphic rock and shift of season you could already see taking hold of the land.

By the dancing flames of our campfire, we sipped on warming blueberry lavender tea to kindle the magickal realm within our blood before laying our heads to rest under star-dusted skies above.

That’s when golden bear visited, casually merging her fur with our skin, as we passed through the night.

Into the new world we forged ahead, with eyes wide open to the building expanse ahead.

After picking up our passages to the destination chartered, we geared up and began the climb toward the heavens to the first treasure chest of glory our map promised.

The terrain was vast and peaks rose and rolled to the clouds. Upon our backs we carried our needs and sustenance, but the comforts of home were held within a merging between Nature and our hearts.

As always, alignment leads us to the perfect touchdown – this time a stone and tree sentinel circle to watch over us by light of day and dark of night.

Our mobile hammock offers us versatility of a coddling couch with any view our hearts desire in the moment.

From lakeside to forest shade, or rising and setting sun, we hung our hearts, minds, and bodies in the care of elder trees holding and rocking our spirits by the lullabies carried upon the breeze.

Afternoon and evening walk invitations welcomed us our first day in.

Surrounded by divine spires and massive glacial-constructed walls to this ancient kingdom, we joined Mass in Nature’s Church at Cathedral Lake.

The water was invigorating and washed purity over us, baptizing us to this new world and the new vibration we now embodied with this rite of passage.

Giant dragonfly emissaries greeted me as I stood in the water and from that moment forward, they would always meet me at water’s edge – the gateway to a promise that made me return to Earth in the first place.

The forests, beach, and stone flooring were rich for the forager heart to explore.

New mushroom finds, 540 million year old quartzite, feathers, and footprints from our animal kin caught my tracker eyes and tickled my Fae heart.

I discovered more feathers on this backpacking trip than any – enjoying the old friends and three new variety of owl messengers who especially desired my attention to the path I was birthed into.

Even the setting Sun seemed eager to send light code reminders of this mission, along with activators for a new world.

I was also initiated by golden wings circling around me, as I readied for bed. Dave even stopped to watch, as this beauty danced round and round, coming just close enough to imbue my aura with her magick and for me to feel the light touch of her flutter across my skin. Then she settled on the log next to Dave’s socks that carried him many a mile of good forest bathing.

Our first night under the watch of majestic Cathedral Peak, two coyote packs serenaded us by starlight. And oh were the stars bright and big – the Big Dipper in fact looked as if it was scooping up our tent as this initiation of coyote chants floated in the air. Their calls across the lake were hauntingly familiar – awakening the primal forces to their heightened awareness and evoking a desire to howl back across the moonless night sky.

Snuggled in with extra layers we added to keep the chill from our first night out, we slept like warm rabbit kits nestled in Winter burrows of down, comfort, and dreams of delight.

It was a magickal first eve that felt like a welcome back.

Tantalizing morning sunrise streamed through our camp while warm coffee brewed and a hearty oatmeal bowl went down as smoothly as our dreamy heads touched the pillows of Yosemite’s grandest guest room.

Before heading off I took our things to the beach for a cleanse where I found deer hooves freshly traipsing off down the sand at water’s edge.

It appears they, too, wanted to enjoy the touch of sunrise over Cathedral Peak on their dewy fur left by Night’s kiss.

With full tummies and a skip in our step, we set off on a day hike along the John Muir Trail, after crossing meadows where pre-fall red carpets were laid down for our entrance.

Everywhere my eyes were led to turn, a new masterpiece laid before me as if I was walking through the grand halls of a royal palace where the finest landscapes by the masters were hung on every wall.

As we made our way through the vibrant forest, a regal buck cleared the trail in one leap, as if the hounds were upon his heels. Dave forged on, as a large owl feather called my attention and new discoveries tickled my senses even more alive.

Turning to my right, the loud silence of an on watcher caught my gaze.

There sat a very large, beautifully coated, and jolly ol’ marmot.

He didn’t move an inch, but keenly took in my scent and vibration. Reminding me of Astrid with his strong stance, powerful body, and thick, luxurious fur, I felt a wink from the stars.

He then turned toward me, chewing on something between those cute teeth of his. I called Dave over to see and we all just stood on pause, sharing in the sweet connection.

Reluctantly I moved on, although my marmot friend remained holding my gaze, as he watched me move on down the trail that looked like it went on forever into tomorrow.

Onward and up we continued through the lively forest and stone steps creating a stairway to the next cathedral in the sky.

Here we sat and took in the fresh scent of alpine water lapping at our feet and hanging in the invisible droplets of gentle warm breeze that moved slowly around us.

Cathedral Peak held vigilance from above like a mythical realm piercing the veils of illusion, fear, and disbelief. I relished in the emanation of powerful, enduring, and wondrous energy cast down upon the land it holds reign over.

After some nourishment we forged on to the top of Cathedral Pass, coming to rest against a large elder stone. Here I leaned into the memories held deep within her hardened veins that have withstood the ages and opened to receive transfusion of extra resiliency for the journey ahead.

Feeling renewed, we headed back down the mountain pass, following in the footsteps of Mr. Muir and many others who have taken the road of heart’s calling.

And the rest of our day was spent nestled into the watchful eyes and nurturing arms of our sentinel circle with book in hand, words gliding on paper from my pen, and many a restful and consciously explorative adventures of the mind and heart as one.

Large raven guardians were daily visitors to the very chatty forest of birds and little furry creatures. They, like the coyotes, would call across to each other from their tree top perches and surround our campsite with transformational tones spoken from within iridescent black breasts that alchemize the space around them.

One, in particular, the largest of them all would come to sit directly over our tent and caw to us laying in the hammock. With tilted head and perky eyes, he spoke of something around the corner to come. Another cock of the head, ruffled tuft of puffed breast under his beak, and glisten of feathers touched by sunlight, the magick was real and my mind crisped with clarity and understanding of things I pondered to make light of.

Sunset hours always call our hearts for a stroll along our new worlds to view the shifting light that casts spells upon the heart and transforms the way you hear the storytellers gathered to speak.

Night’s cloak came fast, and wrapped within our cocoons inside the tent, our sleep would be the metamorphosis of all things brought to awareness, and even those things yet to be discovered.

The next morning’s hammock breakfast was enjoyed overlooking the sunrise horizon through the forest. As Dave went off to wash his things and prepare for the trek back, I sat in complete silenced awe sipping my coffee while an enchanted spectacle unfolded before my eyes.

Sitting in stillness, the forest came alive as sunrise glistened upon tiny strings of spider silk. One-by-one they lit up across the space in between, connecting every single tree, blade of grass, stone, fauna and flora, in a worldwide web. Tiny insects upon little glowing wings danced across the forest horizon like faeries, while little puffs of fragile pappus floated from unknown sources like parachutes entering from the realms unseen.

Not a sound was heard with the ear, but the melody was strongly beating the drum of my heart.

By the time Dave returned, the magick was hidden by the shifting sunlight making its way to light up another corner of the forest and world. No evidence of the enchanted scene remained, except the knowing of heart it was still there.

It is only by presence and stillness that one might catch glimpse of the wonders that inhabit the world around us and that only can be seen when we bend our perspective.

We took a last walk to etch the memories of this spiritual bliss – a true heaven on Earth deepening the blessings of spirit in body and why we choose to birth here.

Packed up, we headed off, back down the mountain and stone staircases to our car awaiting.

But this realm had yet still one more encounter in mind.

Another regal buck emerged from the forest and walked onto and across the trail. This one, however, was not in a rush. His gait was deliberate and slow, wanting to make sure his presence was announced.

There was no fear in his eyes as he stopped across from us, no more than fifteen feet and peered deep into our hearts. We held a deep and soulful gaze with this majestic being before he slowly turned and disappeared into the forest.

His face still haunts me now. More so because his appearance came directly after I had declared a realization out loud that also is something Astrid has taught me in her own unapologetic and brave stance of presence in a room.

I knew my awareness had been acknowledged.

Consciousness is our super power.

Once you invite and dance in its presence, all becomes clear and there’s no need for anything else.

Upon returning home the third powerful bear dream took place. The second was during our two night stay at Cathedral Lake, which was another brief encounter. But the experience heightened at the pinnacle of trinity dreams where once again I found myself laying down with a large bear by my side.

As with other dreams, this bear spoke to me as our heads came together nose-to-nose and forehead-to-forehead.

Part of what the bear said was, “You know you’ll be leaving soon and it will be time to go.”

It was more involved, but the bear was there for the journey and it felt like we merged.

A big shift is upcoming.

Our first Yosemite immersion was a beautifully rich journey.

And although we were just getting our feet wet, we’ve more than plunged in now.

Deep diving seems to be our way.

Not unusual for two water signs and especially not foreign to how I prefer to live.

~ UPDATES ~

I’ll be offline all this next week, as we entertain dear friends coming to join us for a last-days-of-Summer-hoorah together. But I’ll be back after that to share Part II of the Yosemite Pages, as there were some extra magickal experiences that unfolded now that the portal has opened there for us. Just wait and see!

I’ll leave you with this sweet custom Magick Rabbit I had curing while we were away in Yosemite.

This is the first custom I made that wanted a fully loaded garden and wildflower bunny. I added three clear and smoky quartz at the bottom to ground and amplify the energies of the flowering bundle of hope and abundant inspiration.

I’ve been wanting to make one filled with just wildflowers and blooms from the garden – I’m in LOVE! Aside from the few quartz stones I mentioned, the rest is indeed pure blossom enchantment.

I’ve now been focused on customs, as the first batch of Magick Rabbits and Crystal Tower did find loving homes. This one gives you an idea of the variety that is possible.

As I have time, I’ll probably make another new little collection of ready-to-ship bunnies – I actually have one drying right now that I made when we returned home because of the magickal inspiration flowing through.

I foraged a lot upon our return from our trips and even while away, so I have a Nature box filled to the brim with goodness I can choose from to create magickal beauties over the upcoming seasons when the ground will be going to sleep and then covered in a white blanket for a while.

Once the items are gone, I’ll need to wait until Spring to create more.

Custom Magick Rabbits available here: Magick Rabbits

I’ve continued with sessions and rabbit adoption trainings when home, so life is full while I begin to transition into a new phase of which I’m very excited about. So yes, sessions are still available, and I do have one spot still with the deeper dive of Mentor Muse immersions for support with the really challenging area that you may feel is time to change.

Stay tuned for the next installment of Yosemite musings and a very small crystal release after I return from this week of giggles and connection.

Sending waves of Earthy goodness your way. I hope that the stories and images infuse your veins with invigoration, healing, deepening, remembrance, and inspiration.

Virgo New Moon Surprise Offering from Queen Astrid & Me

As promised, today I’m sharing the sweet little Virgo New Moon surprise offering from Astrid and me. Of course it’s bunny inspired and is something that’s been in the works for a while since Astrid led me to the magick mushrooms and I’ve been led to a load of Sierra smoky and clear quartz.

Combined with garden and forest beauties from our alpine home and the Forest Portal, these creations are sure to bring some wondrous energy to your life.

The whimsical is my passion to share and Astrid has always been my greatest muse as the Rabbit Queen of the Forest Portal here, overseeing the garden splendor, season-to-season.

And every where I turn I am always finding whimsy to delight my heart and inspire more ways I can manifest imagination to life.

Every day is filled with sweet gifts of enchantment, even when just sitting at the park on the first day of September – it finds you if your heart is attuned to the vibrations of wonder and love!

But first, I just wanted to share this bit of whimsical and potent news – my magick spiral has gone to the next level of its own “coming to life.”

After returning from our recent backpacking adventure, which I’ll share about soon, I was able to infuse the next stage of additions to the meditation garden.

I’ve now added some more rock beauties, three blue solar flowers, a few magickal friends, and found the perfect reclaimed wood stool for the center.

The spiral is dedicated to Astrid, so of course there’s a sweet sleeping rabbit with an angel atop her back that lays next to a magick Amanita Muscaria mushroom – like the one she manifested for me the day she transitioned, and all the others that came thereafter for the first time ever in our time here in Tahoe.

I have visions for more things I’ll be creating over time in this area and the rest of the yard, but they will take more time and be an evolving process.

For now, though, this space is feeling extra enchanted and makes my heart smile. Dave loves it too.

So now on to the special surprise for the fresh energies of this New Moon in Virgo – Astrid’s Sun sign.

I’ve been working on some creative projects for myself here and was inspired to create some of the magick to share with others too.

It evolved from the time that Astrid brought the magick mushrooms to me and in a flash the vision came through to capture these little mini worlds of enchantment that could be enjoyed and added to the energy of your space, where ever that may be – altar, desk, bedside, living room, office, meditation room, you name it! They can also be used as beautiful little inspiring paper weights.

They are epoxy resin creations that I creatively infuse with any inspired combination of Nature gifts I have found myself here. This could include flowers, plants, pine cones, lichen, mushrooms, and raw Sierra smoky or clear quartz.

I have two giant projects in the works that have been extra challenging for me and a big learning process, but here’s a sneak peak at them when I first started.

I made several smaller pieces for myself, a few as birthday and Christmas gifts, and the rest are now being offered to you.

There are currently six ready-to-ship listings on the new page below and then a custom listing.

We, of course, are simply calling these Magick Rabbits, although I have one Magick Crystal Tower available. There are five Magick Rabbits available – the sixth you see in the photo below is one I made for myself.

I’m not going to be making anymore Towers, though, because they are a lot of work, can be extra challenging, and take way too much time. I’ve only made five of these so the one offered is of this first group.

Rabbits, however, are my favorite – no surprise there!

I will share my little Magick Rabbit, to give you another idea of how different each of these can be.

This is one I made for our niece, Violet, as a birthday gift.

Here’s another gifted Magick Rabbit to showcase the variety – I have a box full of Nature gifts to choose from when weaving these together.

And these are two of my towers I went a little wild in making super creative – a LOT of work! They sit on red rock slabs I found, surrounded at the base with Sierra smoky and clear quartz and I played with making them less than perfect, as if they are in creation of the Earth and time molding them – one of them I even made with the top cracked open so that the flowers peek through. I painted one of the mushrooms in blue, inspired by a bunny wreath I have in my office and just because I love blue. Here they are:

I love imperfect perfection and in fact go for this in all of what I create – especially these. For example, some people may not like bubbles, but for me they are magickal. I also love how natural imperfections occur, as they always have a perfect energy and message about them. Sometimes I even try to create that in between.

Photos don’t do these little, but potent ones justice. It’s hard to capture the inner mini worlds, as light and reflections can distort. I tried to get different natural light effects to reflect their energy the best I could.

So without further ado, I’ll just share the link and you can explore if any of the Magick Rabbits call to your heart, or if you’d like the only Magick Crystal Tower to grace your world.

And if you don’t see one you’d like, or the others have been sold out, I can make an inspired custom piece for you. You’ll find two custom option listings at the bottom of the link below.

Not only are they potent little rabbits full of joy, natural splendor, and cosmic delight, but they can make great gift ideas too.

With the holidays just around the corner, again, these could be sweet surprises in someone’s stocking or wonderful decor to have out during each season.

Even if you’re just hopping by to check them out, we hope you enjoy the energy and whimsy of these inspired and “Astrid” guided creations.

MAGICK RABBITS

HOPPY SEPTEMBER & NEW MOON!

Already a Year

While you read this, I’ll be journeying back home from our latest new backpacking adventure. I prepared this blog before I left, as it was important to me that it post on this exact day – the one year anniversary of Astrid returning to the stars.

It was a Full Super Blue Pisces Moon that day of August 30th, 2023 when she transitioned and being away around her portal day in a new place of even higher alpine heights than usual, to be amidst the stars, felt perfect since she and I and all of my soul family that has embodied in rabbit form this life (Gaia the Russian tortoise too!), are pilgrims of the Cosmos.

But this post is really just to honor her and to express how absolutely mind-blowing it is to me that it is already one FULL YEAR that I’ve not had her physically by my side. It’s almost unbelievable how fast that year went, but then time has been rushing by in general these days as we get closer to the essence of consciousness which is simply NOW. It’s just wild though, as it seems like yesterday – probably because she’s still so much with me.

This is the longest I’ve gone without having a physically present rabbit by my side since 2003 when Nestor first found me. The last time I lasted eight months after Cosmo departed until Astrid graced my life. The time before that only two months between Nestor departing and Joy entering.

It’s definitely a new chapter on many levels.

And speaking of chapters, I am going to link to the special Summer Solstice post I shared this year that showcases Story Time with Astrid, as a way to mark this day with a sweet story you can snuggle up with and join us on the magickal ride of Ramar – The Rabbit with Rainbow Wings.

So if you missed this post or bookmarked it and hadn’t finished the short nine chapters with us, hop on over and enjoy as a way to feel the magick of Astrid and the light of you!

Summer Solstice Celebrations & Surprise Story Time Special with Astrid & Me

Also, I wanted to make mention of an important detail that I forgot to add (since it was a given for me) when I told the story I shared in my post “Believe in the Impossible” about the second collective of crystal skulls and crystal beings that had fully gridded.

I shared how minutes after the group anchored, one of my two foot faery trees threw itself onto the floor, the White Rabbit ornament message was highlighted, and the power went out for five hours, etc. Well, a key element to this grid is that at the center sits a special obsidian rabbit that was carved just for me as a gift to embody Astrid’s essence and a crystal faery that represents me – both together holding the portal anchor.

For a while I hadn’t known what would be at the center of this one, since The Speakers have the giant Septarian Cosmic Egg. As soon as “Astrid” arrived, I knew.

So, all the powerful things that unfolded with that story I shared of events with the grid anchoring is all centered around Astrid and her confirming that with her signature thump (in this case energetic thump through the falling tree to the ground) that it’s a go!

She’s such a powerful presence and I’m so grateful to have her in my life and for all of the work she continues to do for the greatest good of the collective, as our work together is not personal, alone

I talk to her every day and while I miss her physical touch, her depth of presence permeates with her magickal ways, every particle of my existence and daily experience. What a gift she is! And what a gift every single soul who has ever walked this Earth and beyond is in our lives…their reach is never far…their presence is always right here and now…their existence is a never ending story continually writing itself anew.

I love you Astrid!

I excite at the growing possibilities we keep creating together and that are just around the corner of forever.

Keep your rabbit ears alert and thumpers ready to go for a sweet surprise offering from Astrid and me come Monday, September 2nd for the Virgo New Moon!

Making Magick Out of Everything, Integrating the Value of Contrasts & Enjoying the Unexpected

As has been the flow of things lately, consistently full days create infrequent, but full shares. As always my reflections encapsulate personal experience, but embody collective themes to unravel through the stories. If you’re interested in seeing how things tie in with what you’re experiencing or wondering about currently, these shares may be reflective, confirming, or helpful. If you’re interested in updates on offerings, I also add these at the very end of posts – so you can scroll to the bottom if you’re only looking for that. And if nothing else, perhaps the photos are fun and inspirational.

When ever we’re away from home these days I feel extra untethered from things – and in general, I think this is an overall consistent experience for me now. There used to be Astrid and the kitty babies that created an anchor to reel me back in. Now my sail is filled by the wind’s divine direction and what ever feels important moment-to-moment, with Astrid and the others as the North Star to my heart.

I find myself moving with these rhythmic cycles as an increasingly more fluid experience and while I do have my own inner sense of center and also one within the space we call our physical home, these reflections of “home” take on a broader scope I more easily carry or access where ever I am. This to me is a reflection of being more in my “essence.”

This is also in part because my love anchors travel expansively themselves now, and so it’s increasingly become easier to carry connection where ever the wind takes me. And to truly experience the reality of this in body and not just as an idea.

It’s also aided by my not having fear of where tomorrow takes me. Whether it’s a minute, a day, a month, or years, near or far or never again seen the same way… it’s all okay…because there is no end of forever.

Perhaps some of you may be experiencing this, but for me the more I hear of “crazy” things happening in the world or energies being experienced as intense, the more I feel peace within and experience something completely different. It’s an interesting space to be in, especially when others may give off reactions and shares that want my comradery of joining in on their crazy. However, this just doesn’t mesh in my experience. I can feel and understand how it is affecting them, but my turmoil would be more about how can I help them to understand how I feel when everything they may be focusing on points to something completely different?

It’s simply not possible, nor necessary. So, I just go on being me, understanding the variances of experience there is opportunity to have, and I continue to hold the energy that is in my reality.

I live to create possibility and to weave new moments and memories…the kind that transcend one reality in order to permeate the multi realities of a consciousness that surfs the cosmic ocean.

I live to outlive myself.

And while all of this is a part of me, I do still also love hunkering down in our mountain house on the edge of the forest where hearts have created a vortex-to-forever through love.

Our recent time away took us to the Atlantic Ocean, which was a change from our western alpine home. It’s always interesting to me to experience the contrasting energy of East and West or any contrasts for that matter that reflect the internal world. It’s a way to dip in and explore the energies to feel where there’s any holes or imbalances, triggers or forgotten parts that would be beneficial to harmonize, retrieve, and transmute.

I’m grateful for the way I’m experiencing things in these current times, as I know it’s not the same for everyone. I also know nothing is a given unless we consciously work at aligning ourselves. So I’m also grateful for being given the opportunity to grow. It may seem tedious at times, but the pay off comes with greater ease and fluidity.

Do you ever wonder if it’s possible to experience life differently than how you have been experiencing it?

What makes a difference? Is it truly luck, randomness, what some call karma, dedication, or chance? Or is it about cultivating more of our innate consciousness?

I’ll leave that question to each person for pondering.

For me, my own pondering is vast and I love using photo stories to let pictures speak the thousand or more words they’re said to offer, while adding an energetic pulse to the experiences.

In summary though, this was a trip about family, roots, and community, highlighting appreciation for the fabric of history that has shaped a corner of the world from rock and soil to blood and beliefs, as well as the lineages of ways that bring meaning to lives perhaps different but connected to our own.

Having a dad that came from the East and migrated West, and a European mom from an ancient village who journeyed even farther to come with him, plus a system of beliefs and values in our own heritage that mark some of the foundations that started areas like the one we traveled to at the root of its history, all plays into how I work with these kinds of journeys and use the energy that comes up, as well as infuse my own energy into new roots for sprouting.

We had a chance to soak in the qualities that felt nurturing, appreciate the differences, integrate the value of old parts made fresh, fun, and new through integrative hearts, while also leaving our own vibrational mark in the footsteps we left behind.

With the amount of photos I have from my time away I could make several posts, but I do want them together in this one because they weave together an energetic vibration I feel important to the underlying theme this share is about. I hope they convey the heart of what I want to express and that you may glean the perfect reflection of that which speaks to your own heart and transformational journey.

The personal journey is what’s key. And although it is tied in with the collective one, it is yours that makes the difference to all of it.

Rather than be a byproduct of the environment, you can shape the environment and also create different paths for how to navigate it all.

You are the map cartographer charting new courses to treasures only a heart compass can find.

And that’s what I did on this trip, as I always do where ever I find myself…looked through the eyes of my heart. In this way, I always align with and find the magick because this is my energetic footprint.

If we let other things overpower us and take over from what our true nature would otherwise be, we easily become something we aren’t and experience things in ways to get our attention to that – which is simply an ingenious way we message ourselves that we’re off course from the map our hearts originally charted.

On the morning of the day we departed, a big, adult, wild rabbit emerged from the bushes next to my garden and made my heart leap with him as he darted off to the back of our yard. I hadn’t seen Frith for a while and this sighting set the course for my heart feeling in alignment the whole journey ahead. He also reflected something about myself that is just beginning to mature and surface like him.

After a red eye out and long travels of three connections, we touched down on Martha’s Vineyard for the week.

And the fun kicked off with Dave’s mom greeting us at the gate with vegan ice cream bars on sticks in a variety of flavor options to choose from.

Life is like a handful of ice cream popsicles! You never know what you’re going to get lol!

AND you never know what you can create! It’s up to you to choose and shape each moment.

The first day was full with touch-ins at the fair grounds to get a feel for the lay of the land and see craft entries brought in before its official opening the next day, gathering yummies at markets, lunch on the back deck, beach time with rock hounding,

greetings from all the wild turkeys, osprey, crab energy, and a giant moth beauty to welcome me at the threshold of our doorway to the room we stayed in, and then a night that was a perfect welcome to Martha’s Vineyard – the 153rd Grand Illumination.

This event begins at the community Tabernacle in the middle of Oak Bluffs with songs, music, and historical and community remembrance, and ends with all the cute cottages lighting up their unique paper lanterns for everyone to enjoy.

The first Illumination began on Saturday, August 14th, 1869 where Chinese and Japanese lanterns were displayed, suspended from cottages and trees and has continued ever since.

We were sitting near a woman who had attended every single one of these yearly events for the last 80 years.

Here’s a taste of this special event.

Dave’s mom has lived on Martha’s Vineyard over forty years so she knows a lot of history and is tapped into the community and the fabric of the land in ways that unravel the threads of the tapestry with understanding of how it all weaves together.

We timed our trip just right, as this week was full of daily and nightly events that gave us a rich immersion of what life is like here on the island and for this part of our family. I hadn’t been to the island for thirteen years – the last time being a short visit for my brother and sister-in-laws’ wedding, so this was really my biggest immersion. Dave, of course, has spent a lot of time on the island over his years. I enjoyed it very much and thought our timing was perfect for a well-rounded experience.

I was also grateful to experience the warmth of what life is like here for Dave’s family, the extra connection of community and variety of cultural events, and the hidden magick for faery eyes and hearts to see.

That continued with the hike Dave and I did the next day when mushroom magick was off the charts for me to discover along moss and stone trails through the forest and along lily ponds.

We enjoyed another day on a different, well known beach, and then hit the official opening night of the fair, which was quite dramatic with a downpour of raining starting not long after we arrived.

I had just enough time to pick up these perfect-me butterfly, mushroom, and moon and stars overalls I had eyed the day before upon our arrival.

Then we all headed into the main hall to escape the rain and explore the huge variety of crafts, produce, flowers, and art entries and ribbon winners.

All of it was amazing – the produce incredibly beautiful and giant, including this Jack-and-the-Beanstalk award-winning sunflower that reached from ground to ceiling.

The night ended shorter than it would have been, but we did get in a delicious meal from the vegan truck and listened to music before heading home to get out of the rain. This all just meant we’d be coming back yet another day for the rest of the fun the fair offered, so we could enjoy things by sunshine.

The next day found us shopping for an upcoming event we volunteered for – Dave and I aided his mom in creating a vegan lemonade hour after her Sunday church she attends. I found the markets so beautiful, warm, and quaint. All of the produce and offerings were colorful and bountiful, including many vegan finds.

Even the local kitties reflected the feel for the energy in the air of these late Summer days on the island.

Anyway, Dave’s mom has done a couple of these vegan offerings to help expose people to other options, doing just simple fruit and baked dishes with a friend. This time we were going to do things up a bit more. So we went shopping for the things we needed. More on that later.

Afterward Dave’s mom took us on the most enchanted trail walk ever called “Island Folk Pottery’s Sculpture Trail” set in this magickal forest.

Julie chose this specifically for me, knowing the kind of thing I would love and she was absolutely right!

She also thought it may inspire me and she was double right!

I got a lot of idea add-ons for things I would love to do in our outdoor space here at home while getting completely swept up in the enchantment of it all.

This was truly a special experience that felt close to heart.

It was like walking through a whole other reality – well my reality lol! – come alive, as if you slipped through a portal to the Otherworld or the veils lifted and worlds merged.

It was complete with portals, castles, magick mirrors, sentinels, tree spirits, fae, elementals, and flying dragons…

circling Titania…

that match her dragon tattoo. Hehe!

I’ll let the photos do the talking.

There were nature cabinets and armoires to open and discover thing inside every door or drawer.

There were faery tale books and poems, as well as sacred rituals to explore.

But mostly there were eyes a-watching from every hidden corner and nature spirits holding their ground to invisible doorways, realities, and potentials.

We even stumbled upon the bones and fur of a full animal along the trail – quite potent and of course, to me, sacred.

We picked up another vegan lunch after the stroll down faery lane, and enjoyed it back on our home-away-from-home deck before some more beach time. It’s great there were so many healthy and yummy, fun vegan options on this small island for us to enjoy.

We then concluded another well-rounded day with a special Oak Bluffs Fireworks summer night.

This was a spectacular display over the water, but because of winds they shut down the beach fireworks area and only shot fireworks off of the barge.

This was a safety response to embers and smoke blowing into the crowds.

This didn’t seem to alter the amazing show, which we enjoyed from our beach chairs on the lawn while enjoying munchies we picked up on the downtown streets lining the marina.

There were a lot of “oohh’s” and “aahh’s” from the crowd and squeals from our niece.

The next morning, while Dave enjoyed a bike ride with his brother, I got the first part of our church food offerings going – Fudgy Date and Coconut Balls. Beach time was always our go-to in between to enjoy a swim, rock hounding, relaxation, and integration, so that followed the morning events. And off we all went back to a sunny day – this time – at the fair again.

This time was filled with rides Dave and I took our niece, Violet on – you likely recall her from past posts and the faery time she and I have spent together, as well as her magickal time meeting and being with Astrid.

Lots of screams, giggles, and yummies took place.

We returned to the vegan truck getting the same dishes as the first night because they were SO good and we just had to immerse in a plate of cinnamon and powdered sugar fried dough balls.

The experience was full of color and high vibed energy – even the dinosaurs wanted in on the action and kombucha-fueled time.

The day didn’t end there, as this night was the 28th year anniversary of “Built on Stilts.”

Everywhere you turned the streets were filled with charming delights and colorful blooms that mirrored the variety of creativity this event would showcase.

This is a community event that spotlights dancers, artists, and performers from the island of all experience levels to share their passion and gifts with everyone. Each evening has about eleven or so performances and is kicked off with a drum circle.

What I found interesting is that on the first night we went to this – we went two nights in a row – during the first drumming I suddenly felt this sharp pain at my right side of the head area just behind my ear. It came on suddenly, but as they slowed the drumming and transitioned into a different harmonic, it disappeared just as spontaneously.

I instantly felt that something had been awakened and was tuning into the energy of the land. I then went to look at the performance pamphlet they handed out and read the description. There was a section on “Land Acknowledgment” that shared “We respectfully acknowledge that Built on Stilts and its collective are situated on the traditional, ancestral, unceded territory of Noepe, the homeland of the Wampanoag people. We honor their connection to this region and recognize their continued, permanent presence here. We give thanks for the past, current, and future opportunity to live, work, and learn on their homeland.”

This answered what I felt.

The night was fun and each performance added a color to the tapestry of this community and to the value of creative expression at large.

We woke to an early start with me cooking up vegan smoked tempeh bacon over three skillets for the vegan blt’s Dave and I shared in creating for The First Congregational Church. I did this while Julie put together her fruit skewers and dates stuffed with toffuti sour cream and topped with hot pepper jam. We found the perfect, beautiful rye bread I had imagined for the blt’s and Dave did a great job assembling and cutting them up. We made forty balls, forty finger food sandwiches, and all the rest you see in the photos.

We got there early to set up, and just as mass was ending (which was also streamed online – this is a very progressive church in all ways and inclusiveness), we slipped out during the last hymn, and prepped the lemonade and last touches. Dave’s mom even created a table with books people could take home to read and learn.

It was a HUGE success.

We thought we may go home with some left overs, but not one bite of anything remained and everyone told us how incredible it all was.

They LOVED it and were asking questions and were so excited. We showed them how easy and yummy incorporating some plant based dishes can be. We had typed up recipes ahead of time and most of those were taken too.

We returned home to share a vegan bbq with the family, strolled the beach, and then took in a short kayaking journey similar to one I did with Dave here thirteen years ago.

We took the golf cart down to find the kayaks and then headed to the water to see what we’d discover along the way.

After, I decided to bake a morning bread with very ripe left over bananas that were going to waste otherwise – without a bread pan I turned it into a banana chocolate chip bread cake with chocolate icing, and we completed the day with another evening Built on Stilts creative performance.

Our next day was a full day of heavy rain and coziness.

This day of rain produced flash flooding on some parts of the island and brought four inches over several hours.

It created a nice relaxing day and Dave and I actually opted to take a walk up and down the road when the rain looked like it was lessening up…it then picked up and was a consistent downpour, but since we were already out and wet we continued on doing about three miles and it was very cleansing, fun, and potent with water pouring over us and thunder and lightning in the sky.

This was something we haven’t done in a long while – walking in the rain. It felt like an important part of the process of embracing the ease of letting go and allowing things to flow through. It also really reflected the importance of feeling all that lives within us and letting it have an outlet of expression and recognition.

This was the day of the Full Moon, which I thought was cool that the exact time of it where we were was 2:26 pm – my birthday in numbers as a rebirth energy of illumination. The rain did let up and clear for us to later do another walk together by the beach where we saw erosion from the day’s storm, and then to smell the freshly moistened grass through the beautiful fields between the beach and pond.

And that evening the girls decided to start a puzzle. I hadn’t done one in forever and found it quite fun. I continued working on my corner over the next couple of days and was disappointed I couldn’t stick around to finish it because it had become a bit of an obsession – enjoying the hunt of pieces fitting into pieces, and the minute details to weave together.

All very symbolic of life growth and the way I’m especially experiencing things right now.

It was a cozy and nostalgic kind of day that even their sweet dog, Oliver, wanted to snuggle into and bottle those sweet dreams up in with us.

This brought us to our last full day where of course more beach walks in the morning and beach time until lunch were enjoyed.

For two water signs, this was a favorite part of our daily rituals.

Are you noticing a lot of water and ocean energy infusion into our experience?

Adding balance, flow, cleansing, and extra essence joy to all the energetic dynamics and experiences.

Also a way to soak in the energies carried in the waters of this part of the world and rolling or crashing in on storyteller waves.

I definitely was feeling the ancient vibes of times long ago I spent in these oceans held in the droplets that washed over and around me.

And this was also held in the stones and crystals I was finding that were created by the glacier that ran through here once.

The crystalline sands between my toes and infused within each stone also whispered reminders of origins and the beauty of the transformational journey.

I felt more retrievals and merging taking place within – all infusing added layers of peace and joy to being in my skin.

During our beach walk we scattered some of Boojum and Sweet Pea’s ashes at a spot where Dave had once brought his twin soul cat, Kitty Boom Boom, feeling that it would be a nice place for them to roam too.

I loved how eight geese were up on the peaceful lawn ahead of us where we did our little ceremony and there was one beautiful rose blooming, which reminded me of Sweet Pea.

While we were out, Dave’s brother created a homemade pot of vegan chili for the family, which was amazing. We then accepted Dave’s mom’s invitation to go to contra dancing that night – something new for us both. My brother and sister-in-law joined as well for the first time. It was held at the Grange Hall.

We LOVED it! We learned about seven different dances all night and were laughing, sweating, and enjoying the energy of the live band and dancing with different partners the night away.

In between, at break time, there was waltzing.

This is a taste of things when the night was just beginning, but the crowd grew huge and the entire room was filled wall-to-wall with four lines of dancers.

Dave’s brother and wife left earlier than us and texted us they had prepared the fire pit back home – I had expressed my hope we could toast vegan s’mores while there and this was the night.

So by the light of a still nearly full moon mystically illuminating through the moving cloud veils, we enjoyed a late night outdoor roast.

During our trip we encountered many red tailed hawks very up close – three we nearly bumped on and one of which had just captured a snake that you can see here on top of the tree after he flew off from the trail we both shared.

We also had many osprey encounters including juveniles and nests just across the way from where we stayed. Daily wild turkey visits including a family with little ones, great blue herons and great white egrets.

I found a lot of feathers and of course beach stones of clear, smoky, and golden quartz, agate, jasper, calcite, feldspar, and so much more I have no idea what they are. I even found what appears to be some kind of sparkly black granite or a mix with tourmaline that has one gorgeous, smooth like-glass side.

And like that our time on the island came to an end.

That last morning our sister-in-law generously shared insightful and confirming, short readings about our Pluto transits – she’s an astrologer- which felt like a great way to frame things for our paths ahead and a closure for this trip.

We did a last hike through the green magick of the forest along the only small river on the island with Dave’s mom – where I found the black granite.

Then we said farewell to the Atlantic Ocean and found a recently transitioned nonvenomous milk/king snake (potent stuff), picked up a vegan pizza and made our way to the airport.

It was a full week of rich experiences and integrated depths.

We had another long, three connection flight day ahead, which turned into being a two-day adventure.

The short of this long ending to our travels was that our second flight was delayed and had us laid over in Chicago because there’s only one flight out a day. Synchronously, we had no plans or things to get back to, so we rolled with the changes and the delay turned into a little extra vacation bonus for embracing the joy of the moment.

This felt to be a supportive transition of “the in between” between our East and West migration back – a chance to integrate energies. If I had known ahead we’d be there it could have been an opportunity to touch in with a few people I know in the area, but being just a day and happening as it did, it felt meant to be our little vacation window and energetic reconfiguration, as well as a collective calling to be there to hold energy. From things I learned about later, it came through in confirmation that there was purpose for this particular drop-in on the Earth grid for things taking place in the unseen realms that could help rewrite and course correct timelines.

We couldn’t have imagined an impromptu lay over being any more perfect than it was – with everything aligning, coming together, and being so in tune in that time-out-of-time surreal and unexpected reality we found ourselves in. It felt to be a true portal between worlds and realities for us.

After our hotel voucher stay we found a nearby trail on Cricket Creek to enjoy where the cicadas and crickets were abundantly singing.

I even had a visitation from one that felt so potent to be able to hold and place next to my cicada sacred tattoo.

They have great meaning to me and were even part of my wedding vows.

My hawk eyes also tracked this sweet spotted fawn.

Her momma was not far ahead in the trees.

This was a beautiful gift since the only deer we experienced on the island where deer are plentiful, was one that we bumped upon and leapt quickly off into the forest before we could even see each other.

We then spent a full day at Navy Pier on Lake Michigan, getting one of the only four electrical hookups in the parking lot for our first-time-driving a fully electrical rental car. We celebrated with vegan ice cream cones from Ben & Jerry’s – I tried the new strawberry cheesecake flavor.

The rest of the day was filled with an architectural shoreline boat tour, which was fantastic, and a whimsical immersion in the butterfly pavilion (we all know I love butterflies and how meaningful they are to me).

It was such a joy to have butterflies fluttering around us and brushing my skin on fly-by’s. Dave enjoyed feeding them sugar water.

We especially remarked on how wonderful it was to see so many different varieties of butterflies and moths all coexisting peacefully together.

And of course it was very sacred to be a part of these minutes of their lives, since they live for only days or weeks.

From those excited to just be starting the first leg of that short journey. To those in the middle of it, mating, exploring, and going about their missions. To those at the end of their cycle and even one I held that had recently transitioned.

Their life is short, but sweet, fragile, but resilient, soft and graceful, but powerfully transformational and integral to life on Earth.

Every single, unique butterfly has a purpose and value.

There were so many beauties and it was such a joy for us – especially for me to be with my butterfly friends.

This is where a Rusty-Tipped Page graced my shoulder where the wings to my dragon tattoo flow from, and hung out with me for a long time.

I love this photo capturing a little girl peeking out or emerging from the right – a reflection of me being lit up in my little-girl-of-wonder mode when with and in nature.

I was a happy faery!

We then took a spin on the giant Ferris Wheel, enjoyed vegan burgers, and a long walk down the pier to take in the lake energy that is very different from our own back home.

We certainly made the most of our lay over, soaking in every minute of experience and self nurturing that we could possibly enjoy from embracing this gift in disguise of a “delay”.

We didn’t end up getting home until 2 am and in bed by 3, but I did find it interesting that when we stopped to pick up some quick groceries to have on hand, two coyotes ran across the parking lot ahead of us and we arrived at the very start of a two-day cold front with winds gushing.

Our first two days home, temperatures dropped from mid to high seventies and eighty, down to the high 50’s with an evening of rain that actually brought August snow to the very high mountain tops at 9000 plus feet.

It’s always interesting to me to observe all of the reflections of the journey, shifts, and transformations – as within so without.

Our first day’s hike back greeted us with this.

Followed by an evening thunderstorm and rain that lit the sky in stormy sunset colors through the forest.

Then opening up to quite a windy and cool second day that laid an expansive backdrop for the cleanse and change that the elements brought through.

We’re now back into the mid to high seventies and eighty range again, so everything really has been an integrative in between. Each really big change outwardly indicating big shifts inwardly.

On our third day’s hike back we stumbled upon an unusual sighting of a decapitated, dead marmot and just yesterday I brought home a big haul of Sierra smoky quartz – light to dark and even Morion.

I’ve been drawing in a lot of smoky quartz lately and the darker the more resonance I’ve had.

All of these things reflecting the movement of and focus of energies, as well as the continued changes of personal identity and inner workings to match this that are grounding and rooting.

My garden is currently giving off Autumn vibes.

By the light of early evening hours it’s hard to distinguish the color of late Summer blooms that are currently all in the gold, crimson, and fuschia color rays because the overgrown lush wildflower plants are drenched in golden green auras that weave everything as one.

But if you tip-toe closer and peek through from the vantage point of a faery, you just might see the hidden pops of color and other magickal creatures peeking back at you.

And just like that, after integrating back we’re heading off again on a new backpacking adventure in a whole new location and world. As you read this, we’re beginning our road trip. Will share more upon return, as it’s certain to be wondrous and full of more growth reflections and wayshower potentials.

Until then, I hope you can embrace and enjoy the journey even when twists and turns pop up that you weren’t expecting. There’s always something to glean or a silver lining and purpose to changes and delays. The more we learn to flow and align with it all, the more we can have every experience be filled with greater ease, peace, and of course….a little or a LOT of magick.

May we all, also, find ways of integrating the best of all worlds, old with new, and make differences into mutual bridges of enjoyment and value.

OFFERINGS UPDATE:

I can feel the transitional period beginning from season to season and I’m already internally starting to prepare for some big shifts coming this Fall and Winter.

Part of that includes a fun little surprise offering coming Monday, September 2nd on the Virgo New Moon, which also happens to be Labor Day – stay tuned!

Currently all crystal beings have been homed, but keep an eye out in the next couple of weeks as I have a feeling there may be a very small offering upcoming. I’ll know more soon.

The only current offerings I have right now are the potent Earth custom framed art portal – still wondering where its key energy will end up – and 1 spot remaining in the transformational Mentor Muse Program.

Long August Days Cast a Light on the Power of the Conscious Mind ~ Recent Adventures, Encounters & Threads Weaving Anew

Living and creating a more whimsical life can be a doorway to opening your conscious awareness and expanding into more of your powerful potentials as spirit in flesh. I find these long August days offering a beautiful landscape for this kind of exploration, as the light shifts and the land stills so loudly with the melodies of a Summer well spent held in each golden grain.

When you intentionally decide to cultivate living with a sense of wonder, dropping into the sacredness of presence, fall in love with the everyday of Earth’s treasure chest of sensory experiences, seek the adventure of a small stretch into new terrains of thinking, feeling, and being, play more, luxuriate in the simple more, and choose to expand your curiosity without judgment or expectation, you find yourself aligning more with life and cocreating with vibrational resonance, what you’d like to experience more of. You also find yourself becoming much more centered and aware.

Sometimes unplugging fully for small periods of time allows this space of expansion to occur. It also helps you to be present with the power of your consciousness. Finding ways to deepen into the wisdom of Nature and leaning into more enchanted invitations that surround you daily, can assist you in rewriting beliefs to match your hopes for life. This can also include finding your own creative outlet to channel life force through as a way to engage your innate abilities.

The more the years go by, the more I drop into this state ever-more fluidly and consistently. It is my anchor in a world that vibrationally oscillates so vastly. It doesn’t matter to me how this appears to others, as for me it can mean the difference between vitality or not. I choose to live touched by inspiration and moved by creativity.

And Nature will forever be a muse for me since it IS the spirit in flesh. The two are not separate.

We are multi-dimensional by nature and therefore all information we seek is always a conscious awareness away. We’ve been taught to believe information is repressed or hidden. It merely isn’t being acknowledged, interpreted, or engaged, but is always right there. To accept and embrace the knowledge within is all we may be missing. The conscious mind embodies both camps of reason and assimilation of emotions and intuitive knowledge. One is not better than the other, nor are they inaccessible or separate. The conscious mind is the bridge that empowers both.

I ponder much held in my rich spaciousness of Nature’s arms and undo, thread by thread, the beliefs that I’ve gathered from all sources over life. Be it even “New Age” thinking, I release the hands I once accepted to a new invitation from The All to spread my wings further.

Illusions are dropping away and with it there is greater lightness of being experienced AND yes, instant magickal experiences just as my imagination has always pondered.

There are new light codes streaming in and the more naked I am to stronghold beliefs of any kind, the more I tap into my awareness of consciousness and the answers that are right there.

And with “no time” as the truth of experience, I am not tethered by ideas that limit my power to create anew. Things CAN be simple and easy. At least that is what I believe and therefore it is becoming my experience.

I spend all of our time while hiking and being in Nature for reflecting, releasing, rewriting, and renewing myself on all levels. I find it the easiest and most supportive way for myself to do this during what is to me a form of walking meditation and movement of energy. And through any challenge that has or will arise, it is my sanctum and way shower to the source of divine inspiration and liberation within.

The day before the New Moon we did one of our longer hikes through magickal spaces, up to one of the many lakes.

Along the way there were many faery portals.

We then came across this sweet bumblebee nestled in a thistle.

This little one had transitioned in the many petaled arms of this bloom. Dave and I were both taken by this sight and the layers of profoundness it evoked. This was the second time we’ve seen the exact same sight of a bumblebee held in his deathbed of a thistle. It’s so powerful that even Dave was inspired to write a poem about it the first time we came upon this.

There’s such bitter sweetness of the wholeness this vision brings up. And such perfection of the life cycles all wrapped into one seamless and evocative image. I also love the message of living life to the fullest to the very last breath – taking in the sweet nectar of life every single moment, as if it’s your last.

From which you come, you return. From which you give, you receive. From which you are, you “bee.”

I felt extra strength and nurturing around this womb of renewal with our recent New Moon of 8/4. In fact, just a couple of weeks prior I had yet another pregnancy dream (I have had so many of these in the last ten plus months) and on the day of the New Moon itself, quite the divine (and mother energy) messenger.

We were taking a downtime day from very active days, to just soak in a favorite rest spot under the Giant Elder Juniper again. After our picnic lunch, Dave proceeded to read and nap and I proceeded to my usual exploration walk around the lake. It is set in a park that also edges a forest and the river. It’s a place for families and while off the beaten track, is behind a neighborhood.

About a third of my walk around I came to the turn before hitting the other side of the lake and on the trail ahead I saw a black bear. We both stopped and stood totally still watching each other and connecting. The bear appeared the usual dark black in the shade of the trees.

The bear didn’t move and we maintained our stance for 15-20 seconds. Just beyond the bear is where more people were along the lake. But here, we held our own experience in the in between on this Leo New Moon.

It was the first time I encountered bear on my own, as usually I’m with Dave. So, like the golden bear that climbed our fence to peer at me through my office sliding glass door, this “big” energy was meant just for me.

There was no threat, as we held equal gaze and energy, yet I backed away slowly to ensure the bear knew my intentions were soft and harmonious and that I honored the sacredness of her presence.

I went back about fifty feet, as she watched. Then she turned to make her way into the forest toward the river. As she did so I then saw a remarkable thing. When the light of the sun touched her fur it revealed her entire coat to be gold just like the bear who came to my office door.

New Moon blessings indeed and a powerful harbinger of this potent doorway opening between then and 8/8/8. I loved the symbolism of this cycle creating a darkening of the Moon – the black bear in the shadows – but on the other side of that is complete illumination that the continuum of the cycle does eventually reveal come the Full Moon. Both are contained in one and a New Moon indeed heralds a rebirth and access to the inner light ever-present and ever-unfolding.

The rest of my time along the lake banks was filled with frog and toad energy again – some truly giant toads too! I can never get a photo of them because they move fast, but I’ve seen them sitting there as big as both of my palms together and saw one swimming with legs outstretched about two feet long! I’ve never seen any so large and when they leap into the water it makes a huge splash. That’s some really potent frog messengers indeed!

The late Summer blooms were out and the edges of the water, everywhere, were lined with mostly goose feathers and down glistening in the sunlight and water sparkles.

They felt like feathers from the wings of angels scattered about with auras of starlight and yet still embodying their divinity in every single, tiny one.

We had taken the previous week off from backpacking in order to get some things done around here and just do some simple hikes, bike rides, and beach days. But come Tuesday we were off on another adventure – our fifth so far this season.

We returned to one of the lakes from our very first backpacking trip, where we got the idea for a hammock. This time we stayed there the full trip, as it’s easier to hunker down rather than move each day, break down and set up camp. We were away two nights in the doorway between the New Moon and Lion’s Gate.

The trail was beautiful with several small and large lily ponds, many fields of blooms, and a lot of views to take in along the way.

And our campsite was divine (just take a look at all that light around it) by the shelter of another favorite sprawling juniper, the perfect backdrop for our hammock, and the amazing, strong nurturing cradle of the rainbow-hued red metamorphic rock slab we love to lay upon in warm embrace.

I chose this journey because we’ve talked about summitting Mt. Tallac, which I have never done. Dave did it over thirty years ago. I thought no time like now to do it. And since these trips have really integrated my inner mountain goat, I’m always up for a challenge and strengthening my resiliency and endurance. I also thought it might be cool to summit while we are in the energy of the Lion’s Gate Portal.

With our camping at a lake on the inner Desolation Wilderness track near Tallac, it helped break up what could be a really long and extra challenging one day hike into a shorter day hike. It was still nearly eight miles round trip with a lot of ascents, big two foot high steps up at times, and rock (or gruss as they call it) trails.

I’m so glad we chose this way (of the three ways up) to go, which is more the back way, as it was such a beautiful trail that passed another large lake and then meandered through tons

of flower strewn meadows, trees to provide intermittent shade, a favorite enchanted tree with many faces (can you find wee little me next to it in the collage?), and expansive vistas of what we’d left behind.

If you couldn’t find faery me, here’s the photo on its own again.

After a good, long, and refreshing night’s camping sleep I usually have a lot of invigorated energy, so this also aided the day feeling less strenuous and allowed me to really take in and enjoy all the beauty surrounding me of flowers and pollinators galore.

A true faery land in late Summer’s light, as the grasshoppers serenaded us along the trail and kissed my skin with their leaps and wings of light filled splendor. They literally like to spring at my face, or sometimes at my chest or arms.

These August fields of golden grasses and last hoorah of blooming vitality were inspiring.

And so have been the beautiful fields of cattail grasses filling the meadows like we’ve never had before near home, along with a gorgeous habitat ecosystem of lushness courtesy of our mountain beaver family.

But I digress…August feel goods got me distracted.

Until we neared the last part of the ascent, near the top, we didn’t see anyone on the trail that wound through forests, up the mountain and across vast mountain meadow slopes. There was a point where we were hiking up the terraced rock trail with the forest to our left when I started to hear a loud knock on a tree echo around us. It was just a single knock and it came every twenty or thirty seconds – sometimes a minute might pass – but it was consistent for five or ten minutes. Just a single, loud knock against a tree. I giggled telling Dave that it might be Big Foot, as it was obvious to be something large knocking – not a wood pecker. Plus, it was just one knock at a time. Then it came to me in a flash. What we were hearing was in fact a buck thrashing his antlers against a tree. They do this to practice for antler battle during mating season because it helps to strengthen their neck muscles. And mating season is upcoming in the October to early December period.

That was really cool to be experiencing the vibrational energies moving through the air and a wonderful reflection of vitality, resiliency, fine tuning higher awareness, and moving into a new period of growth and leadership. The instinctual nature of deer, guides in the way of trusting our internal messaging system and to look for new perceptions. They represent the divine and are messengers from the otherworld.

The knocking was indeed to get my/our attention, but since I was the one who noticed it, I especially tuned into where I was being called at this point in life.

As we continued up, the knocking disappeared.

This whole area is mostly all granite and red and other metamorphic rock slopes and ground so I had no thoughts of this being a crystal finding trip this time. But wouldn’t you know that surprises awaited – in good ol’ magick style.

Along the way I found literally the only three “random” quartz rocks along the trail, which included this sparkly raw quartz stone with what look like green dendrites in it.

Then, when we got to the last area of Tallac’s summit, I was led to the only two large rocks I saw that had quartz veins in them.

Before we went to the highest point, I looked down in that area and there were two stones hidden between rocks near the large quartz veined one.

This one with a quartz vein and this little one with a tiny cluster of quartz forming on it that included a few small full terminated points and one with etched markings across the side.

I thought that was pretty special and was grateful to be told these were the gifts for this gateway and my coming all this way to the top.

After that I was surrounded by small little butterflies dancing around the dark, jagged rocks that reminded me of the back of a sleeping dragon. Then a beautiful swallowtail caught my eye and I was taken in by the contrast of her grace and temporary vitality fluttering along the top of this enduring ages-old rock mountain.

When she landed on the edge of forever, I felt the brilliance of wholeness in all things here and now.

I circled her in this expansive vista below.

We then proceeded to the very top and took in the full 360 degree panoramic views where you can see nine lakes from this high point of 9739 feet – the third tallest peak in the Lake Tahoe Basin.

Mt. Tallac is considered a challenging hike because of the amount of ascent and the rock trails, but here I was feeling not in the least winded and enjoying the views of my home all around me.

We savored this vantage point of expansiveness and potential before descending back to our cozy campsite on the lake and embraced the winds of change that flowed all around us at the top.

From here I listened to the stories of the land that hung in the whispers of the in between.

I do love all the varieties of rock in this area…and especially the red metamorphic rocks that surround the lake area we chose as our campsite, and enjoy looking for beauties that catch my heart. The rainbow ones of many colors are a favorite, but I also love the purple, pink, and blue ones.

I found a small collection that spoke to me, including one that had swirls of metallic gold on it and nearly all of them have sparkles you can’t see in photos.

I also loved this perfect sparkly pentagon and perfect star stones.

I even found a pastel, perfect heart.

After we settled back into camp after the long hike, to rest and nourish our bodies with some warm meals, I went down that evening by our beach area where we bathe and sit watching the sunset to clean up our utensils.

I crouched down to begin and something caught my eye.

It looked like a small piece of glass likely softened over time by the water and elements that was maybe a reminder of past campers leaving broken things behind. I picked it up and was astounded.

It was a perfect tiny double terminated quartz point!

“Are you kidding me?!” I thought, and also exclaimed out loud so Dave could hear. He was so surprised too.

Other than the few quartz rock and small piece I found, this area just DOES NOT have any quartz fields in open sight or that I’ve ever seen in the times we’ve hiked it.

And yet here I was, on the eve of 8/8/8 bending over at the lake and right in the water at the edge of the rock shore, the only perfect DT crystal is laid at my feet – washed up to water’s edge right there at the very moment I arrive.

There’s even a key left from a baby DT crystal that has broken off of it. Just wow!

To say the impossible is possible is an understatement here. This truly felt like the crystal had come through a doorway just for me at that very moment – like it sought me out. True divine alignment and magick at hand. No doubt about it! And as my last post stated, I do live to believe in as many “impossible things” as I can.

Why? Because it makes it possible.

I couldn’t get over this, but loved it all the way.

Here, I had resigned myself to it not being a crystal journey, and here the Elementals…the ALL…and my multi-dimensional self said, “Oh, but it CAN always be, as long as you believe that anything is possible. And we know, I DO believe.

Needless to say, we had another great time and we soaked it all in, as we packed up that last morning.

And on our last day back to the car, the ptarmigan messenger made an appearance again.

You may recall that on the two last trips I found a ptarmigan tail feather as we headed out. This time it was ptarmigan in the flesh.

I heard this little clucking noise to the left and felt there was some animal there. I turned and saw the ptarmigan on a tree log slowly walking across and eyeing us with soft little clucks.

That was a sweet parting gift on 8/8/8 along with this giant hemlock varnish shelf mushroom – or hemlock reishi, since it’s a member of the reishi family.

I found it hidden behind a giant tree off trail – so perfect – so vibrant – as if nature took out a paintbrush right then and there.

Was it because of my mushroom and butterfly hat I wore for this trip that I called these reflections up? Was it our mushroom jerky we always like to take along as snacks for our journeys?

Or, was it simply being in the flow?

I did in fact see more of this on my cell phone screen at prominent points on the adventure.

The entire trip was only 16.5 cumulative miles, but according to my tracker this clocked in at 44,837 steps, 4,387 feet of cumulative ascents, and 8,774 feet of cumulative ascents and descents. And while I had the least amount of pounds I carried on my back this time, yet still more than my pack on its own – 35 (the most has been 45) – it’s become easier and easier and I actually look forward to these trips for building up my body’s endurance that aids all of my other activities and amps up my immune system and resiliency. It also helps me to move energy.

When we returned home I found my day lily, upper deck plants had suddenly bloomed forth three beautiful red lilies to greet me home, which was a nice surprise.

While the rest of the garden is slowly edging into pre-Autumn hues of splendor with a new collective of black-eyed Susan beauties (including a small meadow of them in the back where we threw the wildflower seeds to regrow the area after fire prevention tree removal that one year), the little forest animals are still in high gear of milking every last drop of enjoyment they can squeeze out of lazy August days.

I love watching them run about in playful mode. It makes me giggle. Even the birds have been chasing each other and singing away into the late Summer evenings.

Equally so, I giggled on our integration beach day, the day after 8/8/8. We like to have a relaxing downtime day when we get home from backpacking, to help us both adjust back to being around people again and to allow our bodies their renewal process after gifting us their resiliency and strength.

While I laid on my beach towel I suddenly opened my eyes to see a large garter snake swishing across the sand past where I laid. She went directly to a log in front of me, eyeing both me and the water ahead.

We connected like I did with little frog, who emerged from the same bushes this snake friend now came from.

Snake went to the water and appeared to be cooling off and getting a drink. I caught it all in this video, which also catches us both startling each other.

I have no fear of garter snakes and love snakes in general. Yet, I’m also quite respectful of any wild animal’s space and of the sacredness of their presence.

After a dip in the water, the snake came back to the log and then proceeded quite quickly to swish her way directly at me on my blanket. There was no threat at all, and of course garter snakes pose no major harm since they are not poisonous and have tiny teeth. And while she seemed to want to come directly at me, I moved out of the way quickly so she’d not feel cornered.

We both startled each other by this and as I moved, she moved quickly the other direction and went back off into the bushes from where she came.

Dave said he thinks perhaps she didn’t see me. I know she did, as they are highly vibrationally in tune even if not “seeing” and perhaps like frog, wanted to literally come to and on me for a very deliberate message. The animals often see me as one of them and there’s this moment of this split second realization alongside that of “Oh, yeah, you’re also this other form” – oops!

She reflected alchemical transformation, protection, renewal, primal wisdom, and healing.

Frog reflected good luck and fortune, amazing self discovery, and fresh, transformative, new starts.

Bear reflected courage, strength, protection as well, leadership, power, wildness, maternal love, and abundance.

And yet they also each hold personal messaging beyond the medicine they embody.

Or perhaps they are simply remarkable encounters with nature – however you choose to see it.

They are reminders to me to keep believing and keep opening in the wider ways I have been. The gaps between realities and timeliness are becoming seamless and all things are possible in the in between.

All three feel like a powerful triad mirror of amazing, big changes happening right now and this fresh new chapter of expansive personal transformation.

This day I also received the pieces I was waiting for to add to my spiral quartz garden. I love how it’s coming together with my favorite flower embodied in a metal sunflower garden of sentinels around the spiral.

I also added a temporary tree stump seat center (I’m using this piece for something else, but wanted a stand-in until the actual piece arrives) and then was guided to add a mini sister spiral in the open space to the left of the larger one.

For this I used the beautiful rainbow hued, red metamorphic rocks along with a few pink and periwinkle hued sparkly stones I found another time (I’m not sure what they are, but they have quartz-like essence), with the heart stone followed by the sparkly pentagon stone with the star stone atop it at center.

This mini spiral is for the Fae and the wee ones that cross between worlds. I made a promise when we got this place that I would honor the land and create a sanctuary for them here. This only felt right to have these magickal stones intentionally placed from my heart to theirs.

There are just a few more touches I’m waiting to arrive. I’ll share as they come together. The process is fun though, and rather than wait until the finale I thought it important to enjoy each step along the way with you.

The creative journey has also been fun, as I’ve been in an artsy mode again recently behind the scenes. I’ll share more as the projects come together, but let’s just say that I’ve fallen in love with a way to immortalize my love for Nature in some special pieces I’m creating for myself and feel I may be guided to make some available for others soon too.

In the meantime, I’m enjoying the step-by-step coming together of the crystal grids in my space and SO loving the energy of the quartz I found on our backpacking trips.

The energy is SO PURE! And the light codes are amazing. Finding crystals on my own makes this experience so much more potent and meaningful and the fact that only I have touched them besides our Earth Mother herself, is extremely sacred.

Some of these will be part of the pieces I’m creating and that I may offer too, as I feel the energy is so important to share with others – not just in photos to receive – but in person to have and to hold. Plus, I have so many that it feels right to spread the Cosmic and Earth love.

Speaking of crystals, there is just one very special crystal skull still available. It’s the rare and beautiful Rainbow Chalcedony in Quartz Magickal Child Palm Stone Skull with a large vibrant rainbow at the crown. I haven’t seen one like this with all the beautiful array of color swirls in it.

I do have a fun story about it, though. While away, this beauty was in the garden with a couple of DT Lemurians to prepare them and receive energies between the New Moon and 8/8/8. Astrid has been around so much and in fact when we got back I found a feather and tuft of rabbit fur next to them and the DT’s were showing rainbows they never had, matching the vibrancy of the little Magickal Child. So this little one is quite potent in spreading those rainbow light codes.

I’m always amazed to see which ones take their time to connect and which do so immediately. I can feel there is a connection made already, and it’s just unfolding. So this beauty awaits and is ready when you are with extra oomph from the Portal energies.

Crystals & Crystal Skulls

The rainbow light energies feel prominent with the coming home of the rainbow hued red metamorphic stones, this rainbow chalcedony in quartz skull palm stone, the rainbows appearing on the DTs, the incredible rainbows on nearly all of the quartz crystals I’ve found recently out in the wild, and also finding rainbow light appearing on two of The Speakers just a couple of days ago – right after (IN FACT) I had completed what I have so far of the spiral meditation garden. The last piece was the faery spiral and then there were the rainbows appearing on these beauties.

I have no idea where it was coming from.

You can see a big rainbow on the back of Solon’s head and one on the side of Alkebulan’s face in these photos. I love it!

Also, I didn’t mention this here, as I felt to offer these on my social media platforms first since I sensed some of their guardians were there, but I did make my portal art available during this potent doorway too. They felt ready to find their homes. Not only that, their energy felt to finally be now-ready overall, as many of the things I’ve created have been ahead of their time. That feeling was confirmed when two connected right away with their people.

I’m speaking about the three pieces of the In Lak’ech series of Five that were uniquely housed in custom made metal frames – so these are one-of-a-kind, never to be repeated again. Air and Fire have been spoken for, but Earth is surprisingly still here.

I say that because Ancient Egyptian energy has been strongly surfacing right now for many embracing the core pieces of their soul in totality and so I’m curious who it is waiting for too.

Earth highlights Ancient Egypt, the frame detailing mirrors the pyramids and palm trees within the painting. Earth holds Egyptian key codes through the Great Pyramids including Venus, The Hathors, and SO many other key Egyptian figures – Osiris, Isis, Akhenaten, Nefertiti, Horus, Thoth, Sekhmet, Ptah, and more.

It’s an “experience” to meditate with and allow them to do the work on deep levels, helping to shift your DNA and patterns into freeing transmutation. It can be hung, or set up to lean again a wall or shelf, placed on a small decorative easel for an alter space, or however your imagination calls for.

I made these available at intuitively guided specials to help get them home where they are meant to be and the work can unfold from there. This feels important.

You’ll find Earth available by scrolling down to the bottom of my Artwork page or you may contact me for payment plan options, which of course the crystal being is also available with.

Thank you for viewing and being part of the Earth collective’s shifts into higher awareness and harmonious being. It makes a difference. You make a difference being here right now too, as it’s not possible without you.

And last, just a quick update that the Mentor Muse Program has two spots remaining. Regular Intuitive Guidance Sessions have shifted out of their hugely decreased rate for most of 2024 and are still available with a smaller intuitively guided discount, as I transition into different things.

We’ll be away visiting family on the East Coast for a little over a week, so I’ll not be able to ship until I get back or do any sessions until then as well. I’m sure this trip will hold some more rich things to integrate. I’ll keep you posted when I return and look forward to any update comments you may have to share, or reflections of synchronicity with things I’ve shared here.

And until then, may you bask in the potent light of these long August days, as Summer nears closure.

Believe in the Impossible ~ The Portal is Open (Plus New Release & Offerings)

There’s a full spectrum of experiences available to us on this Earth plane and yet much of the time we seem to be presented with only a couple of choices and come to accept these as the only choices.

How can that be if this Universe, alone, is made up of infinite possibilities, and we are but only one Universe within the Multiverses?

How can that be if we are multi-dimensional beings, as diverse as the colors of the rainbow, and our daily options of feeling responses and imagination are just as unlimited?

Are we given ability to be creative only to dream, but never to be the dreams?

These are things to ponder when ever you feel locked in, cornered, or frustrated.

There are always options beyond meets the eye and to believe that there aren’t, just might be the illusion and not your true reality.

I’m constantly in awe of the potentials available when I stretch myself to believe possible, what seems impossible.

And every potential and every version of you in each moment, day, month, or year is a color frequency of vibrational essence that can shift or stay the same, merge and blend, but always emanate brilliantly by your choosing.

You may recall my post What Color Frequency of the Rainbow are You Ambassador of? that shares how we are each artists with the ability to mix colors on our palettes and blend layers of richness together to our desire in order to achieve the most enhanced version of art (life) we want to create and share as our unique portion of harmony within the collective symphony.

If this were limited, or set up to be chosen by others, you would not have an imagination to visualize and create from, feelings to express as the moment moves you, nor a will to choose and act upon.

Think on that whenever someone’s own vibrational will comes on strong with thinking they have the answers for you.

I’ve always had a sensitivity to how what I say might influence others, and while we are not responsible for the way others filter things and we are always in process of fine-tuning how we relate to another with greater integrity, best conscious awareness, and highest potential for mutual empowerment, there will always be just that – a constant refining, to fit the most embracive space we can be in each moment for the highest good. At least that’s my intention.

This is one of the reasons I prefer to be in the role of intuitive “guide” rather than psychic or reader, as for me even the best of intentions with this I feel can have energetic persuasion that affects choices and can be subliminally influential without meaning to be. I am conscious of the vibrational nuances that we can affect each other with through even telepathic means and suggestions. There’s no perfect answer or way except to live as the most aware version of ourselves in each moment and to tune into what is us and what is not us. The way to understand that is to understand your natural frequency so that you can easily detect when something foreign pops up that may affect your decisions.

I like to assist others in getting to answers on their own because I believe that all answers are not out of reach like we believe they are and we simply need seeds as access points of curiosity and intention to hear them. Our consciousness has access to the outer, inner, and here-and-now realms, but simply needs to be engaged and made conscious.

I try my best not to be in a role of persuasion, but I’m also aware that anything we share has a vibrational effect by virtue of its being. I value people’s boundaries and free will. This is underscored by my coming from a no-boundary Pisces who’s finally joyful to know myself within that vast abyss of Everythingness I can easily reside in always.

That native nature can be a double-edged sword if not understood, as it’s easy to know other as self and be blurry on self within relationship to other.

I do love the Everythingness though, and when on my own, I bask in that rainbow light of the ALL.

My garden in full Summer bloom is a perfect reflection of my inner rainbow spectrum.

It demonstrates the unlimited creative potential of consciousness to choose to emanate as.

And right now everything is vibrating loudly in the joy of pure potential and authentic essence – can you hear their songs?

And speaking of songs, I heard the song of my newest crystal skull collective that has long been in the formation process. I thought that perhaps they were done, but recently they told me to spread everyone out on the floor and start anew. This felt reflective of recent fine-tuning I’ve been doing.

It was amazing, how once I did this and embraced a renewing start, they came together in lightning speed. The time was right.

This took place on Tuesday 7/23 and what happened was indeed like lightning in the best and incredulous of ways.

It didn’t take me long to grid the crystals and crystal skulls on my round table. As you may recall, The Speakers are all gridded with crystals on an elongated square – or rectangular table.

The newest table was all complete except for one spot, which was to be for a skull I was awaiting arrival of. And in fact, there were “lightning” aspects included in this grid that added to the “flash” of rapid opening that followed.

That skull came one day early – on this day – and arrived literally minutes after I completed the grid.

I brought her downstairs and placed her in her spot.

This ignited an unfolding of events that signified to me that the grid was not only complete, but the portal was wide open, and it was on high energy activation for clear messaging.

Right after I completed the grid I was messaged by someone asking about an item I had available on a clothing listing I have, which was referring to the color. They wanted to know if the color was what was known as Aster – and indeed it was. Right as I messaged the person confirmation of this I heard a loud crash behind me and shattering.

Both Aster and Astrid have meaning including that of “a star” or being “of the stars.”

I looked behind me and one of my little, two foot faery trees, with ornaments in it that sits on a shelf, had completely toppled over to the ground and ornaments were everywhere. The most bizarre part of this is that it’s been sitting there for several years and never had any issue, nor was it off-balance in any way. And it decides at this moment of grid completion to just fall over.

On top of that, the way it fell was also seemingly impossible. There are small decorative items that sit in front of the tree at the edge of the shelf and none of them had fallen. Just the tree somehow miraculously jumped over them and fell on its own.

I knew right away this was no random act, but that in fact the green light was on full blast for the new portal. I got chills immediately as I knew any veil had been lifted and cosmic communication was streaming through – especially from Queen Astrid whose spirit resides in this room where she transitioned to the stars.

When I went to examine the tree and ornaments on the floor I noted that only two things had broken of the many. One was an ornament mushroom light and the other was an Alice in Wonderland black heart ornament. The “light” mushroom was completely shattered, but the Alice in Wonderland heart had only been broken at the top of one of the curves of the heart around the White Rabbit’s ears on one side. His ears were fully intact, but the area around the ears was opened on the black, which felt like the Rabbit Hole had opened, or the portal to the cosmic abyss or other worlds was inviting me in with no barrier. On the opposite side of the heart is Alice – now with a way through to the Other Side.

To add to that wonder, the saying on that side of the ornament where the White Rabbit stood and was the side laying upright on the ground, was “Why, sometimes I’ve believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.”

And indeed, this would be one of those impossible things I believe in!

To add to the mystery, wonder, and merriment of magickal manifestations and miraculous activations, just minutes after I understood all of what had happened and had just gone to tell Dave about it, since he heard the crash and was wondering, the power went out.

Dave was already amazed, although said right away (before I told him what happened) that Astrid must have done it. I then went on to describe how impossible this was in other realities, but not in mine.

The power was out for five hours from 4:20 to 9:20 pm – 5 being my other cosmic message from the bunnies in the stars – and when we learned of the issue from the electric company at conclusion of the power outage the text just read, “system issue.” The power was down in the whole neighborhood, as we could hear a couple of neighbors’ generators kick in.

I had just finished saying to Dave how I’d completed the grid and that with everything in my office right now our house could blast off in terms of crystal energy – which included all the quartz I’ve found and gathered, that awaited going out into the garden spiral, and all the rest of the crystals all over my floor in piles for me to organize.

The power went on just as we were headed to bed. We got in bed a bit earlier than usual, as we were going to be packing up and heading out the next morning for another backpacking adventure.

We still haven’t ventured out to other areas yet for this because we so love our spot at Star Lake. We call it our “Summer cabin” getaway, although it’s more like a tiny tent.

We’ll likely go some other places through the rest of Summer and early Autumn, but we’ve been truly feeling rejuvenated and invigorated by our sacred portal that sits awaiting us like a cosmic container for our souls. So, this was our now third camping trip here, along with our first one in Desolation Wilderness – a total of four and I think so far, one trip a week we’ve been doing since we made the decision to start having this experience as part of our lives.

Anyway, we did leave that next morning for the next few days and I noted a lot of alignment and a lot of amped up energy following this portal activation with my crystal and crystal skull grid. (By the way, their name is coming forth and was channeling during our time away, but they will have one just as The Speakers did. We’ll see if they want to be announced or not.)

I’ve also been working on two smaller grids and one other larger one, so in fact there will be five when all is said and done – of course! And unplanned, because I actually thought there’d only be three and one of those split into three itself.

Anyway, back to alignment and amped up energy. I noted that when we parked our car at the trailhead to start, my cell clock said 11:11 am and I of course received the wink from Astrid and took a screenshot of my screensaver with the time to mark it.

Unlike the last time that was hard-going after my cleaning days, and the other times that are just hard because these are tougher hikes especially carrying packs, this time was my strongest by far. This is not an easy hike up no matter which trailhead you take. And the one we do knocks off one mile, but with a 22-23 pound pack on your back, it’s quite the haul.

This time, Dave had me go ahead while he finished getting his gear on and he actually never caught up with me, although we could see each other around the turns and behind or in front from a distance.

When we reached the top summit at 9660 feet, I looked at my cell clock again and it read 1:11 pm!

Again, no random thing there, but another wink from Astrid that all was in alignment. Both Dave and I were amazed at how fast I’d gotten up there, as I made it under 2 hours since by the time we got our packs on and ready, it was 11:19 am when I actually started hiking.

And when we arrived at our campsite we noted that we had made it under 3 hours, which was well under 30 minutes or more of our usual timing it takes. And in fact, on our way out to return home, we concluded our hike to the car in just 3 hours and 10 minutes, which was another wow and still under our norm since usually coming back is harder going because my pack is so much heavier with added mountain spirit crystals. LOL!

You’ll remember the first time it was 45 pounds, the second time 38, and this last time 40. I was amazed by the ease and strength that enabled all of this.

I knew something had shifted and there was increased power and strength being experienced, not to mention support coming in without obstruction.

So, yes, I did get led to a lot of amazing crystals again and was wowed by the continuation of incredible finds I’ve never discovered until these last two trips.

In fact, this amazing-find thing even happened closer to home, as just the day before our leaving, we did a bike ride through the forest and right when I got out of the car to start our ride, my eye spotted a crystal on the side of the slope next to it. I went over and to my delight, it was a crystal point with 3 terminated faces and a self healed back. That felt to me like some amazing things were upcoming for our backpacking and indeed that was truth!

Our first evening’s walk before bed was enchanted feeling. There were different flowers in bloom this time.

This area felt particularly magickal with a lot of Fae presence and light.

During our camping days up top, we each did different day activities before meeting back up together. While Dave did a day hike the opposite direction, I went on a self-guided crystal expedition to see what the Fae had in store.

On our way in the first day, I had actually found a large turkey vulture feather at one point where the quartz field I love starts. I got message this is where they wanted me to begin my explorations, so that is in fact where I went back to, to begin. This underscored my intuition, as before we had even started the hike I got this sense I would begin my explorations a bit further than usual and the feather was exactly where I imagined that would be.

I covered probably only a quarter of a mile area in the total four-hour time I gave myself until lunch, climbing the slopes up and down, just being guided by senses and after about an hour of nothing yet unusual, I then found a hawk feather on the hill.

Now, feathers in this area are not my norm to find. I’ve only found one great horned owl feather a couple of years ago and then the ptarmigan tail feather last time on our way out.

This time it was the giant turkey vulture, hawk, and on our way out, another ptarmigan tail feather – the ptarmigan seems to be my parting messenger with all her symbolism.

The turkey vulture was a marker and the hawk feather was a message – she said, “Keep trusting. Keep going. Keep your hawk eyes about you. You’re on the right track. This is the spot.”

And she was right, as immediately after hawk, began the influx of amazing finds. I just had to stay the course and the vortex would ignite. Isn’t that how all things in life go with processes? Just when you want to give up, is usually right before things are about to pop. Stay the course and enjoy the journey. Then watch how things blossom.

I found a perfect terminated point, many partially terminated points, a bunch of smoky quartz – medium to light this time, citrine, smoky citrine, quartz with smoky and citrine, smoky with pink to peach colored quartz, smoky with golden healer, golden healers, of course pure chunks of clear quartz, elestialated quartz, rosy pink quartz, gorgeous clear and shiny quartz with red (likely hematite), all portions of partially formed crystals, incredible formations and crystal growth, druzy portals, and even two amazing quartz points with thick white jackets!

There was also this incredible dragon head quartz, which doubles as a hawk as well.

Just look at the energy around it, while I took these photos in my garden of it.

I also forgot to mention that there was one “random” piece of obsidian I found. Dave felt it could be remnants from the indigenous of the area long ago from some of their tools.

For all my fellow crystal lovers, here are photos of some of the incredible pieces to enjoy the energy of and to give you an idea of the magick that’s been popping up from the Earth. These babies sure want to do the work, as I’ve never found stuff like this out in the wild just sitting out in the open, ready and waiting! And it’s happening all over, as new crystal finds and crystal skulls seem to be on fire and bursting from Gaia’s seams and flowing through carvers’ hands. It’s a collective celebration of energetic code activations.

Just look at these potent beauties!

And nearly all, again, have incredible rainbows popping and winking. I left so many behind, but only bring home who tells me needs to come.

I’m in constant awe and, yes, I do believe in AT LEAST 6 impossible things every day!

I gave my new crystal friends a bath in the lake upon returning to camp. That’s something I do every time. I take them down to our private beach and give them all a Star Lake baptism and activation. It’s like a purification sacred ritual. This feels to be both in part for them and the lake. And during this process there’s usually quite a few that I learn are not meant to come on – as I explore them in greater detail and energy – but were needed for me to bring back to the lake and throw them in. In this way, activating this alpine lake. Some true beauties went into the water’s depths and now will always remain a part of her crystalline waters to be part of the collective Earth grid.

Alignment just keeps on going, as just yesterday I was on the trail I know to have a small smoky quartz pocket and indeed the deep smokies were on fire – literally. Having been sitting in the direct sun they were super hot to the touch and that made them even more alive and potent! Just look at these beauties. Everything is prepping for a lot of anchoring in gridding in the space here with big energy.

And back to camping – on our first day after setup and lunch, we enjoyed a relaxing time laying in the hammock resting, dreaming, connecting, and reading. This is when I like to feel into and practice things during this “being” time because I’m not a napper. I just rest in high awareness.

So, I close my eyes, but never fall asleep…I’m just in complete surrender and tuning in mode.

Twice I opened my eyes and each time something appeared right at that and only moment. The first time five red-headed merganser ducks floated by through the small opening in the bushes in front of me. There’s that 5 again – my messenger coming through 5 mergansers.

I closed my eyes and then reopened them a few minutes later only to now have an osprey flying by just as I looked.

Continued divine flow, underscored, and direct answers to things I pondered.

Oh, and to tag-team with the 5 mergansers, on our first day back home to have beach integration downtime, I watched as mom merganser and 4 babies came up to our area – yes 5 again!

That same day, I had a sweet and extraordinary thing happen with a tiny baby tree frog. I was on the towel and Dave in a chair under the umbrella when he called me over. This baby tree frog had somehow hopped out of our beach bag and as Dave always does, he calls me when he sees frogs (or any animal for that matter) to come and help them.

He knows they’ll come to me and so he asked me to move the frog because if she got back in the bag she’d probably get squished and die. So, I put my hand out and in she hopped.

She looked like she enjoyed that. I took her to the bushes and trees behind us and let her jump in.

I then went back to lay on my towel. In minutes I felt something jump on the side of my head and I knew right away it was my little frog friend!

I was so tickled by this sweetness overload!

She had hopped all the way back through the bushes, across the sand and right to me! We were both amazed. I told her she needed to stay in the bushes to stay safe. I wondered if she wanted to come home and for a moment we wondered if she’d actually come from home with us, traveling in the bag, as we have a lot of little frogs that like to live in our deck couch and things. So she either came here with us or was from here. I had to find out.

So I told her if she came from home and wanted to go back then she can come back to me, but if she was just saying hi, then she needed to stay safe in her bushes.

I took her back to her safe haven bushes and she didn’t return.

We finished out the weekend with a visit from mom and dad, an evening symphony at the north end of the lake with friends, and a half day of kayaking down the river again with our matching yellow banana kayak gang.

My parents came up for lunch, a visit, and to see my garden – they love flowers too!

And actually dad brought me up some of his amazing lilies, as you can see are perfect in my pretty purple crystal vase they also gave me a while back.

I then added a bunch of my own yellow and orange lilies mixed in with my white stargazer lilies in my butterfly vase to bring in all the vibrant beauty for daily indoor pleasure too.

Such a happy and vibrant bunch of beauties, aren’t they?!

How can you not feel joy seeing nature laugh in such brilliant colors?

We enjoyed a lovely lunch on my decked out table of rabbit decor plates and accessories.

And then took a walk through the faery garden and quartz spiral grid.

Aren’t mom and dad cute in the wild faery forest garden?

And look at mom go! Weeeee!

Mom and I also had fun exploring all my new crystal finds. Her faery heart enjoyed seeing all the sparkly and potent beauties.

Oh, did I mention I finally had enough quartz to make my spiral? Well, I guess I just did. LOL!

I got in some work before my parents came over and completed the first round of our quartz crystal spiral that we decided upon instead of a labyrinth – we do after all have our portable gold painted labyrinth we made.

Dave and I leveled out the area the weekend before last and I felt to start seeing if I had enough crystals to get something going from all of my hauls backpacking and from other hikes here over the years. Dave and I started to actually like the idea of a spiral more, ever since we saw the one up at Star Lake, and that also felt more doable without having to make many more trips hauling down friends from the mountain. Seeing the spiral up at Star Lake also felt like a nudge that this was the direction to go in, instead, and interestingly this last time we were there it appeared that someone had undone the spiral. So it feels to have been a message and then when gone, that ours would manifest here to grid things up there that had begun.

This all felt in the flow of alignment, once again, because when I decided to start working on this, this weekend I received a little, but mighty messenger with a big nudge. Right after I brought all of the quartz out on the deck to look over them and begin the process, I then stood in front of the area to mentally map things out. Right at that very moment a hummingbird appeared out of nowhere and flew directly in front of me at eye level, just a foot from my face. We looked at each other for about thirty seconds, sharing a long gaze wrapped in rapid wing flutters that seemed to anoint the space while also sending vibrational confirmation of the spirit realm of my ancient lineage and beyond. After sharing this gaze and recognition, the hummingbird zipped off over the fence and disappeared into the forest.

Hummingbird is part of the Inca Medicine Wheel that is a spiritual journey through the four directions with hummingbird representing the North. I actually created a personal interpretation of this through my painting A Walk Between Worlds – “Hatun Karpay of the Nagual” (the great initiation of the Nagual – form of very powerful shaman). The interpretation includes that of including the symbolism as reference to the World (#21) Card of the Major Arcana cards of the Tarot. Here’s a larger photo of the painting: A Walk Between Worlds and more info from another very old post.

All of this also confirmed using the ancient spiral as well. The design spirals around three times.

It sits to the right of the side yard when looking down from the living room, with my wild garden to the left of it. It will soon transform into its own sacred rock garden – step by step.

We love how it’s come along and I have ideas for the rest of the area to bring it all together with added enchantment and intention, while keeping it simple without need for any outside help or major cost.

Since taking the first photos the day my parents arrived, I’ve since been guided to add my four large stones that have a layer of incredible deep and icy blue, peachy pink, golden, and clear quartz running through the matrix.

These were stones attuned by Astrid when she was physically here, and now anchor the four tree stump corners.

Here are some close-ups of them.

Mostly they feel like blue quartz and some of the richer blue areas look like little gemstones – sapphires come to mind. Truly magickal! This “blue ray” energy that has been so prevalent and key feels perfect to have as those anchors.

You might also note that within the spiral design I also included five tree rounds that are anchored with large quartz stones atop them. These five represent the elements of fire, air, earth, water, and spirit and make up an elemental star if one were to draw lines through them on the ground.

Along with my magickal additions that are brewing as ideas to add to the area, I will also be adding another tree stump stool to the center to be able to sit on once you do your meditation walk in and before you do your meditation walk out – each direction has its own intention, symbolism, and way to work with it. I thought it would be fun to show it in process so far.

So, this sacred space is a work in progress to be completed before Winter – we’ll see! Or, it will continue to evolve, as the spiral of life does indeed that!

In the meantime, what did finally come together is Part 2 of the last release of crystals and crystal skulls. I finally had the time as the message became also clear, to get the new listings up for the remaining cocreators I have available. These were all originally part of the same group as the Part 1 release that all gratefully found homes, but they wanted to hold off. This worked well, as I’ve had little time recently. It’s just a small group right now, but all are absolute favorites of mine for different reasons, with perfect energies for the now I feel.

So, if you’ve held off, or feel still to add to or complete your own crystal groups and grids, you may find the one here in these four unique beauties. Details on each are at the page link below.

The Portal is Open!

Crystals & Crystal Skulls

And although the Leo New Moon isn’t until August 4th, I’m still calling this the New Moon Release because the gateway is revving up to that energy and this may be a way to ignite new beginnings in your own life.

We also have the soon-to-follow 8/8/8 Lion’s Gate (August 8, 2+0+2+4) which is always potent.

And that also will conclude the Intuitive Guidance Session special discount I’ve been honoring for a good portion of 2024 so far to help others with this year’s energies.

However, in honor of 8/8/8’s Manifestation Gate, I have decided to open just 3 spaces for the Mentor Muse program I once offered, which is more of an intensive under the guise of inspiration and joy as a mirror to get you going strong with any new intention. I have 5 session and 11 session programs this time (as consistency and practice is key) and they can be found at the same link above for the Intuitive Guidance Sessions.

Whereas Intuitive Guidance Sessions will explore your personal empowerment in any or all areas, these sessions are specifically focused on one area and involve consistent, committed weekly focuses to help to shift into and start manifesting a specific goal in your life – hence the package options rather than one-off sessions. In essence, these are intensives and involve dedication to yourself and your practice in order to manifest what you desire.

These are for people who feel ready to put in the time and focus and ready to put themselves and their goals at the forefront. One’s level of achievement is a choice of commitment. These are weekly, as I feel that consistency is key and the touch-ins of support and inspirational guidance are necessary on a regular basis as well to keep momentum going and move through the ups and downs that can come up. The weekly sessions are also accompanied by any needed email support along the way to encourage and check-in.

If these are of interest, please CONTACT ME so we can discuss if this is a good fit for you.

These are found on the same page as the Intuitive Guidance Sessions – simply scroll down at the link provided here to find them.

Oh, and if you’re on Instagram, I’m sharing an end of July Giveaway for 3 of Mody Ra’s amazing pieces from ancient Egyptian stones. This month’s giveaway (there’s one each month) is a birthday celebration in honor of his son Ali. The giveaway ends at 11:59 pm PST on Friday, August 2nd and the winner will be announced on Saturday, August 3rd during a special live sale Mody and I will be doing together on Instagram at his page at 11 am PST where he’ll be offering a 20% discount on all pieces to add to that celebration. Mody loves his children – Ali and Maya – and likes to do big things for them.

We’ll be away on the East coast soon, visiting Dave’s family mid-August for a week, which will include being gone over the next Aquarius Full Moon of the 19th.

This is the only week I won’t be available to do sessions, but CAN handle email support. I also won’t be able to ship during that week, so if any of the crystals or crystal skulls call to you, please keep that in mind if you have a particular time period you’d like your new friend by. I can ship up until Monday the 12th and then again after the 23rd.

I’d like to end with some beautiful nature landscapes, gifts, and animal encounters to let the essence of these spaces and experiences linger with you. I feel we can use a lot more of these kinds of broadcasts across the globe to help align each of us with the nature of our own vibrational frequencies.

Days continue to be filled with rich nature gifts and wildlife encounters even when not out backpacking – all made possible by a pause and deep presence.

I was tickled to find these Sweet Pea flowers on a hike and took some home to enjoy in a vase, as I knew that would warm Dave’s heart. When I surprised him with them and told him their name his heart melted.

I am also grateful to now have found two eagle feathers and that we just last evening had a black bear visitation.

Dave caught the photo above, as the bear made his way between our house and our neighbor’s house. You can see him at the center by their camper. Apparently dogs were barking in the forest and chasing him. The bear was just trying to escape peacefully.

Other recent wild friend connections have included a collective of frogs and large toads, a big garter snake, Canadian geese, and another bear (briefly seen across a lake on a day outing).

I spend a lot of quiet time with the frogs. I find them so complex and full of personality and wisdom.

Some are more timid and will jump or slip away into the water. Others have no fear at all and will let me softly approach, as they listen to me talk. The more I talk, the more the others reappear and soon everyone’s hanging out like a frog convention to listen to this odd creature who cares to hear what they have to say.

The large garter snake would not have been seen if I hadn’t been in complete presence, as she was very keen on not wanting to be seen by others. Yet, she allowed me into her space and I stayed with her for a good fifteen minutes. Anytime someone walked by, including a group of children, she would slither deeper in the bushes and hide.

Once she felt their vibrations leave, she’d then circle back around and peek out at me to make sure I was still there.

It was during this time I heard a group of kids with their Summer guide call out “bear” across the lake, giving me just a glimpse on the other side of the water where I was with Miss Sssssnake.

There are so many beautiful little encounters and experiences to be had no matter where we are.

It all just takes a desire to want to dance in the gift of each moment and look around at the bigger picture held within one tiny thread.

One of our favorite spots when not backpacking is hanging out under the giant elder Juniper you’ve seen me share about many times.

It’s a peaceful and beautiful spot where sometimes the Canadian geese will come visit us – this last time a family of mom and dad and seven adolescent geese in fact did come graze and lay with us.

The serenity and scene here is picturesque and surreal.

And you feel one with all of life, including the little ones that will come to play.

This last visit the chipmunk you see here, came and sat on my bare foot nestled into the cool grass while I closed my eyes to dream.

It’s a place to surrender and allow Great Great Grandmother Juniper watch over you and remove any worries – replacing them with wisdom she’s come to know about life on Earth. All around her stand her Juniper lineage who someday will take over the storytelling when her presence is called back to the stars.

She is currently in process of being registered as a “Champion Juniper” and is thought to be over 1500 years old. More information is upcoming to be shared with the public after this process.

For now, they’ve finally created a protective fence around her trunk to help her to live another 700 or more years.

We have so much available to us to learn from the elders and wisdom keepers that surround our daily lives in less outspoken ways. If only as much time was spent tuning in to them, as is spent tuning in to everything else.

The more I drop into and harness the elements I embody, the more experiences become seamless and deeply engaging.

May we all experience the natural vitality coursing through our veins and streaming through as spirit in flesh.
