The Tree Beckoned & I Followed
Yesterday the snow called and we headed off on a snow shoeing adventure in the deep, fresh powder along Taylor Creek in South Lake Tahoe.

No footprints had yet to touch this winter wonderland and the only signs of life were the trees bowing to the presence of the snow, the creek rolling swiftly by and spiraling over rock beings that welcomed the water’s caress, crystals sparkling in the white blankets all around, and a wood pecker who was intuiting where to create a portal in the tree he had chosen.

This stillness was loud and the solitude was welcoming.

Incredible surrealism enveloped this enchanted realm, as we made our own path through the magickal forest and over an arm of the creek, traversing a tree limb packed with snow that provided a bridge to the “other side”.

It was there, off path a bit, that a lone giant caught my eye. I veered off the path I’d been following behind Dave, as it beckoned me closer, which meant making my way through thigh high snow.

After getting about half way, I noticed Dave was far ahead and knew I should catch up, so I told the tree I would be back.
We stopped where the wood pecker showed up at the foot of a tree, feeling that was the place to turn around and so we made our way back and I told Dave we needed to return to the magick tree I’d found, as I promised.

This time I went the whole way, hearing the tree call me to step inside. Once reaching the tree I discovered there was a deep hole to step down into, as the snow had piled up outside of it. So in I stepped without hesitation, knowing this is what it had desired.

Dave captured the journey within this portal, along with many little orbs that filled the inside of the tree, with one larger one showing up.

Some almost look like snow, they are so white. And yet it was not snowing and I was inside the dark shelter of this giant.

If you peer closely you can see all of these tiny orbs moving around inside from frame to frame, from top to bottom of the portal, all around me, some on me, and then the much larger one above me.

This is why the tree beckoned, for my Faery friends and the Nature Spirits awaited.

Activation complete.

Magick abound.

WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

There are whispers of magick everywhere, if you listen.
Winter’s Breath
Yesterday the snow storm stopped and left an incredible otherworld of snowy wonder all around us. Perfect for snow shoeing and immersing in winter’s majesty. We have the Tahoe Rim Trail just a minute’s walk from our place so away we went into the deep, powdered, snow blanketed forest on the edge of the mountain. The stillness and magick was breathtaking and such a gift, as the snow was untouched, leaving this enchanted realm all to ourselves to explore. Even the braids that I wore had come undone and became frosted over making me feel like a true Snow Faery. At one point I catapulted myself backwards into the fresh snow and left my mark as such. I hope you enjoy this walk through another world with beings all around.
The first couple of photos are of the banisters to our stairs just outside our front door covered in snow like long pine cones and a glimpse of our snow covered car. The last photo is this morning’s sunrise of hope and promise.

A Powerful Night & A Beautiful Day
Last night was powerfully supercharged, so much so I was up for about 3 hours full of energy surging through me and my mind racing while the storm continued outside, there was an ominously mysterious glow through the windows of gold on the snow all around, and my Crystal Skull was next to my head, as usual, on the nightstand beside me. I knew Raja Seraphina was actively connecting with everyone that has stepped forward as potential new guardians. And this was reiterated with some messages from people sharing so this morning, even people who had only seen her photo, but hadn’t messaged to be her guardian. So, it’s no surprise the power went out last night too.

This morning I awoke to breathtaking beauty all around…Powder blue and white powder everywhere. And not in the least bit tired, but full of energy and new ideas.

Up high where we are we’ve gotten 4 feet of snow.. Lake level about 2 feet.

Nothing like sunny days nearly year round, dry cold, powder, and four seasons.

This Winter baby and Snow Faery Bunny loves this surreal, otherworldly reality that surrounds and inspires me.

As for Raja Seraphina, she is working intently with each person’s soul signature. I am basically leaving her to her thing and only checking in every now and then to see where she’s at in her process. It seems she’s moved through a lot quickly (evident by my being up while feeling her) and is now focused on three souls she’s exploring more deeply.
Thank you for your patience with her and thank you to those of you who embraced your role and stepped forward.
While she continues her tuning in, I will be out tuning in with Nature.
I LOVE how everything around me reflects the purity, majesty, and grace of her essence…So it’s like delving into the realm within her that she’s projected without.
Happy New Year from Two Snow Bunnies!

Just a short message, as we plan to spend a quiet evening of self-nurturing to ring in and anchor the New Year intentfully in our magickal sanctuary space. Today, before sharing a delicious lunch at Simple Bliss Vegan Cafe here in South Lake Tahoe and enjoying a hike where I brought this magickal snowrabbit faery to life (my first full snowman ever made – of course it’s a bunny), we had some great news come in that we were waiting on – oh the divine timing on this last day of 2016! News upcoming.
But for now, this:
What ever you desire. Do it.
What you’re tired of. Release it.
What you don’t want more of. Stop focusing on it.
What you hide from or repress. Embrace, honor, and have unconditional compassion for.
What you’re afraid of. Take one gentle step toward.
What you don’t love about yourself. Love it anyway.
What you think you lack. You don’t.
What you compare about yourself to others. Stop it.
What you admire in others. You have within yourself.
Who you think you are. You’re more than.
Everything you tell yourself has to be a certain way before you can have or do what you want. It’s not true.
Keep believing.
Don’t give up.
I love you.
Warmest wishes and magickal blessings for an inspired, transformative, creative, and expansive 2017 to all of you!

Christmas at the Faery Folks’ Magick Castle
Yesterday we spent our first Christmas celebration of the season with my family at their Faery wonderland home and on this day we also surpassed our 27 hawks and a transitioned owl we saw on Thanksgiving with seeing 32 hawks and an owl taking to flight. Incredible! The night before I was visited by my rabbit, Joy, who was sending me a message, as my little ones often do, asking me to “listen” to something coming. And her message received reiteration when we pulled up to my parent’s house and directly across the street their neighbor’s Christmas decorations included a huge lit up word on their front window – “JOY”. Joy’s Earthly birthday just so happens to be on Christmas Eve, so I’m keeping an “ear” out, just as she showed me in my dream. I’d also picked up a collection of small crystals at the store before heading to my parent’s house, which I’ll be using in some home-made and nature-potent magick tools and relics I’ll be creating come the New Year. Anyway, I’d forgotten my cell at home, so only had my small Nextbook laptop to snap some okay photos of just some of the enchantment at my family’s home. My parents are big on decorating throughout all the seasons and holidays of the year and truly enjoy making things magickal, warm, and inviting with each room having a theme -there’s Toyland, Traditional Christmas, White Winter Wonderland, Santa’s Village, and more. I forget how many Christmas trees they have, but it’s a lot! And their collection of Santas and Nutcrackers surpasses what they actually put out in the house (this collection includes our first Nutcracker, which was actually mine from a child that was not only my secret boyfriend and “prince” while growing up, but had been my Nutcracker when I starred as Clara in the Nutcracker ballet I did when a little girl). I found it interesting that the photo of the nutcrackers below has this odd yellow band of energy that crosses through their crown chakras – no that’s not a painted stripe on the wall hehe! We had a really fun and cozy gathering, sharing nurturing gifts all around, and we returned home stocked with meals and goodies to carry us through until we depart Thursday for Southern California for our continued Christmas celebrations. Mom made a Greek-themed Christmas dinner and dad did his usual gourmet baking of mincemeat pie (loaded with apples, cranberries, raisins, candied ginger and more), cranberry spiced oatmeal cookies, rosettes, and apple dumplings. I even had a chance to snuggle up to Santa himself, and whisper my wishes into his ear. 😉 And my brother gifted us with some astrological readings, which confirmed and empowered the transitions I’ve made in my own life recently and connected the dots with big a-ha’s as to why I have recreated my life as such. Grateful for the love and magick that pervades my life.
Wishing everyone some holiday warmth and enchantment, but above all peace to your hearts. From my family to yours, I share these photos with love.

Me and Santa – I was wearing my original vintage “Beatrix Potter” Peter Rabbit sweater and Faery rabbit with crown necklace to connect with my bunny loves

Oops! There I am in the portal mirror 😉

I love the staircase, which is Toyland, where my parents line one staircase with poinsettias, another with Santas, and the top with Nutcrackers, with the Toyland animals and tree on the first landing (includes several stuffed bunnies and bears, which used to all be mine)

The portal glass-etched door shows up in the peacock painting

Odd yellow band of energy across the crowns of these magickal nutrackers. The far right one is the first, original one that I danced with as Clara.

You can still see that band of yellow behind the tree, which is where the nutrackers are on the top landing…this is my dad’s mini desk tree of his loft office

Ice Kingdom
Yesterday we went on a hike that took us through the realm of the ice Faeries where ice castles, ice crystals, and ice beings dwell. I even found a beautiful Sun-lit Nature’s Christmas tree – all to enjoy in solitude, as no one was around. It was fantastical. It was magickal. It was my home. I hope you enjoy a stroll through the icy world we discovered and that enchanted this Winter baby a little bit more. Keep believing!

Echo Lake Enchantment ~ Like Christmas in October
After the storms of this weekend we were left with a beautiful winter wonderland at the higher elevations. This made for a most magickal hike on Echo Lakes Trail on a most beautiful day. Breathing in the beauty. Breathing in life. Breathing in all possibilities. Grateful to have so many options to choose in the way of how we want to create our reality.

And as I shared on Facebook earlier today:
I know not how to deny the passions of my heart, as doing so is like a slow suffocation or allowing someone willingly to strangle and choke my life force from me. Beyond all odds, judgments from others, and challenges, I continue to support the energy and path that moves through me and says to my heart, this is your song. I cannot choose not to follow that frequency stream unless I choose mediocrity, numbness, or perhaps even distinguishing altogether my light, as the mission of my heart song must be expressed and needs to be heard. So does yours.

Enjoy this stroll in enchantment as you remember your song.

Winter’s Playground of My Heart
This week has been full of beautiful snow time and family visits, coming full closure today.
There’s something about snow that just takes me to a pure place of being…both connecting to my inner child and the inner mystic.
It’s been a fun week and I will miss my family, as it’s also been a quick visit due to proximity of our out-of-snow campground needs without a winterized RV. I will definitely be returning to spend more time with my parents and brother.
There’s been a lot of big shifts for both families and the dynamics that are playing out now, versus the past. Powerful stuff to both experience and witness in reflection.
It’s also been very supportive for my own life transitions right now in seeing the reflections of my changes being mirrored before me and receiving Nature’s guidance and love for what is in my heart that I must follow.
Here are some photos from our snow shoeing and skiing time spent in the winter wonderland of Heavenly Ski Resort in South Lake Tahoe, Kirkwood Ski Resort, and Silver Lake, just South of Kirkwood.
Winter has definitely become my playground over the years, as I’ve truly embraced the season’s gifts of which I was born in.

The first fall of snow is not only an event, it is a magical event. You go to bed in one kind of a world and wake up in another quite different, and if this is not enchantment then where is it to be found? ~J.B. Priestly

There is nothing in the world more beautiful than the forest clothed to its very hollows in snow. It is the still ecstasy of nature, wherein every spray, every blade of grass, every spire of reed, every intricacy of twig, is clad with radiance. ~William Sharp

Farewell for now magickal winter wonderland! Grateful for your clarity and heart connection.

Winter Wonderlands and Faery Portals

Yesterday we ventured over to Squaw Valley Ski Resort area to go snow shoeing at Shirley Canyon. And although many people were skiing, snow shoeing was only for the adventurous.

We only came across one other couple the entire time we journeyed up the canyon, due to snow pack conditions that warned of equipment being necessary, which we had.
So it was just us, the mountain, the trees, the flowing water, the snow, ice, and sky, and a lot of forest spirits, Faeries, and snow bunnies!
It couldn’t have been a more picturesque day though…solitude and serenity abound.

It was extremely magickal as we crossed over brooks, came upon little waterfalls, discovered snow bunny tracks near the top where we turned around after the tracks ending – all along following the flow of the water in the canyon, on our way up and back down.
The skies opened to powder blue with the sun illuminating the snow covered peaks.

And then it started to snow as we neared the bottom – perfect timing.
I even made a snow Faery (some call it a snow angel) at the top, which I later discovered upon returning home, how amazingly synchronous and aligned that was.

Yesterday – 1/30/2016
Facebook does this thing where they show you posts you’ve shared on that same day, but a different year. And on this particular day – yesterday – I had shared a post and photo from three years ago to the day of me up at Tahoe Meadows (about an hour from where I was yesterday) making a snow Faery on our snow shoeing adventure.

Yesterday, 3 years ago – January 30, 2013
Only difference was in that one I kept my snow shoes on and yesterday I took them off, but the funny thing was that I had even mentioned to Dave yesterday that the last time I did this I kept them on and then here pops up the photo to prove it, which happened to be on the same day in 2013.
Making snow Faeries through the time portal!

And this morning I woke up to a few inches of snow surrounding the Magick Bus and it was just beautiful with the warm glow of inside light and warm coziness set against the morning light just illuminating the chilly snow covered landscape that draped a white blanket around us.
I can’t get enough of just sitting here taking it all in.
I hope you enjoy the winter beauty from my Faery heart to yours.
