This year is one of my fullest and busiest yet for me, but no matter where I am, I’m actively engaging in conscious connection to the journey as an individual and as part of the collective. So that means that while I am unable to do hands-on work while away, I’m always engaged. This supports a seamless journey where I’m able to quickly pick up and jump in on things as soon as I return, usually in a clearer and more inspired way since things are all connected and continue percolating.

The earliest I’m still only able to take on new sacred tattoo clients is June, as my personal schedule just got fuller. And June is actually starting to dwindle a bit in terms of availability.

It’s hard to say just who is receiving the most from this union between my newly adopted bunny and myself, as it has been both a flow of giving and receiving in equally enriching, but different ways.
Since Cosmo has come into my life, things have definitely shifted, not just in the day-to-day routine, but in my inner realm, as well as with the dynamics at home.
But first, an update on the little Cosmic bunny….he continues to thrive and makes strides all the time. I never know what I’ll see next, as it’s a surprise each day what will evolve from his journey.
He’s currently receiving a combination of therapies that include:
And like with any healing process, he has some excellent, exciting moments, and then some just normal days where not much new shows up. However, the excellent moments indicate to me that things are shifting, and there is hope indeed to keep fueling!
On the 3rd (the day before the Full Blood Moon Solar Eclipse) was an example of one of those excellent days, which was mirrored again yesterday. Cosmo suddenly started laying on his opposite side (the side he normally stays away from doing so because it’s painful). And he stayed laying on it for a couple of hours, which also enabled him to sprawl out in an extended, relaxed position that allowed him to sleep so sound and comfortably.
This was so sweet to see because normally he sleeps in a partially upright position on one side and his head just kind of falls as he falls asleep. So to see him all sprawled out and looking so comfy made me so happy. And then he would get up and go eat on his own, able to sit up properly and move around like a bunny without an injury and then back to sleep all sprawled out again.
He did this again yesterday, as I mentioned, directly after I gave him a long Selenite Crystal healing with Reiki session, as he fell asleep on my chest.
I’ve had to have the vet give him a sanitary shave on the right side where he lays because his fur had become so badly matted and nothing I did was helping at this point. I’ve never had to handle a situation like this, so every day is a learning curve and now I have a new regime of extra care in place to ensure no more matting takes place. (This happened/happens because he lays on one side all of the time, due to pain, and pees on himself. Even as much as I changed out pee pads and washed him, he’d already had too long of a build up from before he’d come to me.)
With the help of my friend Kelly, I got a couple of new products to try, once his hair grows back, to implement along with the daily brushing after each bath and drying. This is a combo of “Static Shmatic” all natural spray to use with brushing, and Lumino Diatomaceous Earth to keep the areas dry in between. But, since I am at home with him daily, I change out his pee pads every time he pees, and bathe and blow dry him every morning.
The staining you see on his lower body in the photo is normal, due to urine, but eventually when he’s better, this will go away in time when he’s not laying on that side all the time. It’s the same with paws.
Most bunnies you see have yellow paws because they are kept in cages and stand/sit/sleep in urine, but Joy has no urine staining whatsoever because she is free to roam, is potty trained, and I have a special, gentle screen that sits on her litter, so she isn’t soaking in pee while she eats her hay, and doesn’t hurt her delicate feet either.
Cosmo’s fur has actually become much brighter than when he first came to me and he is so much more vibrant in spirit in general.
Every night I also give Cosmo a Reiki massage up and down his spine and on his legs. The few times I haven’t been able to, I immediately see the difference in his ramp runs, directly done after. He will drag the painful leg more and not use it normally at all. But when I massage him, as I did last night with him falling asleep on my chest like a little baby again, he does really well.
And last night was one of the amazing days where he was running, using both legs nearly equally, and wouldn’t fall over at the ends. He was able to do this last night the whole time he ran his 8 runs. Sometimes I see just a burst of good leg use in the first 2 or 3 runs before he tires, but all of his runs were really strong last night.
And recently, he had another really awesome night where I didn’t have to pick him up and turn him around to get on his ramp at the end each time. He actually was able to do that all on his own and followed my voice, as I called to him to meet me on the other end! Incredible.
These bursts come and go, but they are all super promising, and along with his great appetite and a lot of loving encouragement and extra double time I’m starting to devote more to his Crystal and Reiki massages (as they really seem to benefit him greatly along with the rest), I am super encouraged we’re getting a good momentum going for something bigger eventually.
Since he’s only been here for 2 and a half months, I think that’s pretty excellent progress nonetheless!
And along the way, what I’ve noticed is that it’s not just about this healing journey that we’re partnering in, but it’s about so much more!
Joy is doing really awesome with him and there has not been any fighting or agitation between them at all. We still take it all slowly and never leave them unattended together without separation, as I can tell that my encouragement and sometimes placing a Crystal with them helps, but there seems to be a peace truce and mutual respect developing. In the process, Joy has also come to like being held so much more, which is an added gift bonus!
She lets me pick her up easily now when I transport her for bonding time back and forth, or just when I move her while cleaning in my office, and she also enjoys just cuddling for a while with mom before she decides its time to explore and she doesn’t seem to have the panic she used to have. So she’s definitely seeing from watching me with Cosmo, that bunnies don’t always have to have their ultra defense mechanisms on when someone loving them is tenderly connecting.
That’s a huge deal for any bunny (let alone Joy, whom like my Nestor, has always had issue with this) that has that fight or flight, prey-fear conditioned in them on such a deep level. And that’s not to mention, what ever other personal stuff they each have gone through or how they’ve been treated in the past, or simply how freedom loving they are.
But wait…it’s not just about the bunnies and their amazing evolutionary journeys, but it’s about what mom is receiving too, not to mention all the people and other animals they have touched and inspire along the way – love hearing those stories. <3
That brings me to the title of this post, “Awakening the Sacred Mother Within”.
As mentioned when I began, we have both received in enriching ways from this union. My life, while lovely and blessed, got an extra infusion of specialness when Cosmo came into it. There is never an end to the expansive ways our lives can be touched, deepened, and enchanted.
Although I will never be a mother in the sense of birthing my own child, nor have the desire to, Cosmo has truly awakened that Sacred Mother within me in a very new way.
I don’t believe one has to actually birth a child from their womb to have this experience, although it definitely is one of the very rich ways to know this aspect of self as reflection of our Earth Mother’s own blessings in this regard. But, nor would one necessarily need to have any form of children to know this part of a woman that simply IS due to her being a woman.
The alchemy of the Sacred and Divine Feminine and Mother is an innate essence for us to remember is within us and to embody, reawaken, activate, and bring that forth in shining glory without shame, guilt, fear, or judgment. We can awaken it through the act of self-love, through the channeling of creativity and nurtured passion, through sacred ritual, through our sexuality and sexual alchemy, and through the intimacy of relationship to all that is within the deep recesses of our most ancient, rich, inner mysteries.
That said, I have experienced another level to my own Sacred Feminine and Mother with this union between Cosmo and I. I have explored the many other ways, and continue to deepen those experiences, to deepen my own personal relationship to this aspect of myself. But it wasn’t until Cosmo that I have had the chance to truly know the aspect I hadn’t explored, which is that of this mother to baby relating and connection that he has invoked.
While I have, and had, other animal companion children, and they indeed were and have been cared for like my children, they’ve been more like partners, best friends, and co-facilitators in my life. Cosmo, while he is his own magickal soul with gifts still revealing themselves to me that will come more into play soon, and is another dear soul friend, he truly is the only one I feel is my “baby”.
I have many nicknames for all my little ones that constantly shift, but he’s the only one I say “my baby” to.
The dynamic is different. And in his embrace of his role, I am able to embrace my own.
Now, of course I’m in a human body, but a very much larger part of me is much not human in several regards. One of which is my identification with animals, since I’ve been one so many times. My brother actually, since I was young, has always called me an animal and referred to my hands and feet as paws. LOL!
But all silliness aside, for me, it feels as if he truly is a baby I’ve birthed. And likely we have that connection from a time removed from this particular, focused period of time, but it’s there. I have these instincts where he is concerned that I know is like that of a mother and baby that goes beyond just our soul companion connection.
And every moment I get to spend with him, even if it’s the rigorous routines others might tire from, I am thoroughly enraptured with, loving any time I can spend with him especially holding him close to my heart on my chest and helping to soothe his pains. I feel like I’m exactly where I need to be, time stands still, I don’t feel I need to do anything else, and actually would be happy just taking care of him.
I love bath time and I love holding his hand when I take him in to his appointments, reassuring him I’m right there. I love waking to see how he did in the night, and I can’t wait to see him when I return home from anywhere, feeling sad to leave him, but also knowing the separation is good for growth and expanding on our telepathic connection.
And if you see us in the afternoons and evenings, when he lays cradled in my arms and falls asleep on my chest as I give him his Reiki and Crystal massages or even just cuddle him, you’d swear you were seeing a mother holding her newborn after nursing, or just putting their baby to sleep for a much needed nap, the way he looks just like a baby against my chest with his little hands and head safely cushioned by the warmth of my skin.
I feel like the only time Cosmo really sleeps best is when we’re cuddling, and he can relax and feel nurtured. And guess what? He’s nurturing me right back.
He’s helped to bring another layer of balance to my life, connection with my inner child AND inner mother, and softened, as well as strengthened the abilities I have to share with him and others – all adding to the layers of richness I’m experiencing opening to in my life in bigger ways right now on many levels.
With his added presence, my own presence is shifting and much is being supported to birth into being from this Sacred Womb of Creation within me that is being nurtured, embraced, enjoyed, honored, and celebrated.
It is also this time period where much of my innate gifts have been revealing themselves more and much more of my natural essence is deepening.
There’s simply a greater sense of knowingness that comes in knowing myself as a reflection and extension of our Earth and Cosmic Mother.
The energy I feel aligns very much with the sacred tattoo design I posted, “The Cosmic Dance” that is awakening the great healer and creator within me – the essence we all have innately within each of us.
Cosmo has such a beautiful, clear, yet enigmatic male energy, which also has been new to me to partner with in terms of an animal companion. He has a dynamic energy, vibrant, huge all-seeing starry eyes, very alert ears and senses, a courageous heart, powerful action force (we call him the human torpedo the way he bursts through his ramp run with energetic gusto), has a strong presence and will fight for himself, and yet is tender and love-expressive with constant velvet licks and kisses, and the desire to be close and snuggle his head on and under you. When he’s excited, he falls all over himself, twists and rolls on his back, wiggles like a worm, and can’t get to you soon enough. Nothing will stop him from what moves him with excitement and what he wants to create! He wriggles through and through with eternal rhythm like that of liberating and fiery Shiva.
I love having two magickal bunnies in the physical with me, and a third watching over us. And am ever-grateful for what all of them gift me in their own special ways.
This newest gift of a more profound experiential Sacred Mother embodiment has been such a blessing that along with the tremendous shifts I’ve experienced with my recent sacred journeys, and from the support of all the new Crystal friends, elixirs, and new energy channeling through me, has indeed been like a transmutational rebirthing all culiminating near, on, and around my actual birthday this year.
Just when you thought you had received so much, you receive some more. 🙂 Thank you for this dance, Cosmo.

This design was another incredible journey in the making and manifestation. There were pieces of the puzzle that kept flowing in that were integral to its birthing. And so the delays were always revealed as simply a divine process unfolding that once again spoke to why these aren’t to be rushed, and to allow the energy to align and click into place.
It’s about a 10″ by 5″ piece and will be sitting on my dear and beautiful client’s back over her Solar Plexus Chakra.
Of course I love the process of channeling the creation and watching it come to life, but what moves me most is the way it is received by my clients.
This design particularly, in that regard, was very touching. I received my first ever personal video message, which expressed such a beautiful and heart-felt message in reaction to viewing the design, her process of integrating its reflection after reading the message I shared with her, and what it meant to her. So grateful!
This design had been percolating over the potent Full Moon Eclipse, after a process of shares between us, and in the aftermath of its birthing new energy, illuminated into manifestation thereafter. I even received confirmation of the design after finishing the main part of it and then going to a new restaurant and seeing a painting of Shiva just as I entered the door.
I’d like to share some excerpts of the description I shared with her, as I feel there is a powerful message in this design for the collective as well, which she so beautifully has reflected for us in her personal journey. Thank you!

“What evolved for this design is a powerfully potent cosmic dance of the cosmic cycles of creation and destruction and the rhythm of birth and death in each moment. A celebration of the full experience of life itself.
Here is an excerpt I found from a beautiful poem by Ruth Peel that really sums things up:
“The source of all movement,
Shiva’s dance,
Gives rhythm to the universe.
He dances in evil places,
In sacred,
He creates and preserves,
Destroys and releases.
We are part of this dance
This eternal rhythm,
And woe to us if, blinded
By illusions,
We detach ourselves
From the dancing cosmos,
This universal harmony…”
The design portrays Shiva’s energy, in his Nataraja dance posture – a symbol of harmony and rhythm, as liberation is birthed forth through creation energy unleashed from the soul. Shiva is lord of the dance and his act of creation is through dynamic, divine rhythmic movement. This dance is fiery and so flames are coming forth from his hand and also to the right, framing the image with flames of creation like electric lightning bolts igniting the birthing of new. Fire energy is responsible for creation in this symbolism, as the old is destroyed and dissolution is ended.
Shiva has three eyes representing the 3 worlds of Sun, Moon, and Earth, three paths of liberation, and the triple nature of creation. This third eye is the eye of wisdom into the unseen made seen. The Moon that adorns his head represents the cycles and time, and also associates with the cosmos, tantra, and the magickal.
Also, immediately Whales stood out from the things you shared and I got this image of Shiva in a dance with a Whale – to me the embodiment of the Cosmic Mother and deep Sacred Feminine. I loved the idea of the fiery energy of creation in partnership with the deep, subconscious, abyss, and watery energy from which all of life emerges.
Whales are ancient ancestors that help us navigate through emotional depths, help us communicate effectively our emotional experiences, help us efficiently use emotional energy for fuel rather than being consumed by these emotional floods that take place in the process, they assist with deeper awareness, cosmic consciousness, emotional rebirth and understanding, nurturing and devotion to collective community, appreciation for beauty through song and dance, the importance of balance on all levels, and they help us find the essence of our soul song and bring it forth to shine.
The depth of each is such a beautiful partnership one might not normally think of putting together and yet they are so connected. I love the Sacred Male and Sacred Feminine portrayed in each in such a graceful dance together…teaching to bring these aspects into focus for ourselves, to light, and to bring alive and forth from the depths of our heart and soul.
I created a stylized Lotus/Nautilus that the beautiful ribbons of water are birthing forth from and wrapping gracefully around both Shiva and the Whale, connecting them as One. And then added a hint of Sun burst from the Lotus/Nautilus – each with their own powerful symbolism – so that we have both Sun and Moon depicted AND added the 6 pointed star as well above, that completes the Divine Union, expressing how the two parts create the Whole.”

I love them all for different reasons, but this little guy really stands out for me right now…perhaps because the essence of orange and gold are prevalent energies in my life currently. Or perhaps because of his both serene sweetness and regal stature. Not sure whether to cuddle him or bow in honor to this little Pharaoh. 🙂

20 Vivid Hummingbird Close-Ups Reveal Their Incredible Beauty
I forgot to post this last night, so I’m quickly sharing since I’m really in the flow right now of the current, very powerful sacred tattoo design I’m working on and wanting to get back to it because it excites me so.
I share a lot about the designs I help create for others, and so here is a glimpse into the newest potent piece I now adorn on my own “spiritual skin”, which was a surprise that evolved for me and happened really fast. But when I get the hit something needs to be, it happens, shifting whatever thoughts I had before if that’s most supportive. This piece fills an open energetic hole I had between two tattoos on my right arm that wasn’t energetically flowing with my left anymore and suddenly spoke to me it was time.
Likely due to what I activated and integrated on my Iceland and Peru journeys (since it does in fact hold energy of both) that was awaiting initiating into embodiment in my life – energies that I’d been holding etherically as my essence and journey, but hadn’t come fully into manifestation readiness until now.
That speaks big for me and knowing the new has and is emerging.
This tattoo combines the energy of the amazing Cicada, a Diamond, and Bindrunes.
I mentioned in my post yesterday about the insect energy in one of my dreams and how the leg grew out of me. That was the night before this tattoo came to life.
The Cicada, as I’ve written on once before, symbolizes metamorphosis/rebirth/renewal – shedding of skin, longevity, protection, timing, patience, strong communication, reward from patience and persistence, callings showing up later in life, partnership, working together, love, sensuality, illumination, and self-expression – especially so, the self-expression and communication that comes through music, since they teach communication through music. Their song is very recognizable and noticed by others so they inspire you to share your unique voice with the world and to break free from the shadows/or your shell and express yourself authentically. This is perfect considering the creative energy that has been moving through my voice in terms of energetic sound in the form of essence music from the soul and other creative expressions to be communicated.
Cicadas produce noise in their stomach with tymbals and make vibration in huge crowds, buzzing in harmony for the highest good of the collective through their individual voice.
One thing I really love about Cicadas is that they choose their own time to be born. Cicadas live underground as nymphs for most of their lives and can lay dormant a year or up to 17 years some times, before they emerge from their Earthy cocoons. This feels soooo me – speaking to that energy of walking to the beat of your own drum and understanding the cycles/aligning with them in the way your intuition guides you, regardless of what others think. It speaks to individual timing through patience, instinctual connection, using and listening within to all of the senses, and aligning with the natural harmony and rhythm of the Earth and Cosmic collective.
The Cicada cradles a Diamond that emerges from between its wings. It is seen from above rather than a side view. We chose this version because of its unique quality that has several layered symbolism. It not only is the Diamond essence of Clear Energy that is the most powerful and purest form of energy, but it also appears as a fractal Mandala, and contains the symbolism of the headdresses/crowns of the Inca Magicians/Gods/Goddesses I saw in my visions while in ceremony in Peru adorned in gold and like the Sun. (Perfect balance to the Full Moon tattoo I have above it). Since Cicadas are connected to Solar energy, this is perfect and in the image, it also appears somewhat as if it is adorned with a Solar Crown as well, representing how we initiated the Sun and embodied it during our journey, and how it symbolizes that illumination, radiating and shining your light, bringing forth the warm passions that stir your heart’s fire, revealing the shadow, bringing forth your personal expression, and personal nourishment (since the Sun and Light support our growth).
And then below, emanating and radiating from the emergence/birthing of the Cicada, are two Bindrunes that came to me while in Iceland. I’d been searching for a while, particularly for one of these, and then was gifted the answer to my search on my first day in Iceland.
Bindrunes bring the inspiration of the legacy of the Norse culture together in a method that creates symbols through binding Runes – individual Runic letters are overlapped to make single words or names. These particular Bindrunes I have are from the younger Icelandic Futhark, which has been felt to be most representative of ancient culture and custom in Iceland.
These Bindrunes symbolize “Music” and “Creation”.
Music: to inspire the soul “The Icelandic word Tónlist means Music. This symbol is special because music is universal, and has such an important role in all societies and cultures. Those who choose this symbol not only show their love of music, but their connection to all other music lovers around the world.” It’s the resonant vibration of the universe.
Creation: for an innovative outlook “The Icelandic word Skapa translates as Creation. Skapa can refer to a view of the world that is large in scope, but it can also represent a personal creative vision. This symbol is for those who carry within them the impulse to create, and those who wish to recognize the creative forces active in the world.” It’s the impetus for sacred and sovereign creation.
I think you can see how all of these symbols merge together to create a specific essence being embodied and, as the Cicada, to birth forth in my life at the divinely aligned timing. I always have known since young, that my life truly began later in years after 40, which is why I spent the first part of my life processing through as much as I could. So in fact it is as if emerging from my Earthy cocoon of recent.
I wore my new silver Rabbit necklace I’d been gifted as a belated surprise birthday gift for my session and while in session, something wild happened. The only other time I remember something energetic outside of me taking place was when I got my sacred key design on the same arm done, in the same tattoo studio. That time all the lights went out in the building for several seconds right as the design was completed, which he said never has happened.
I returned again to James Spooner, the vegan tattoo artist in Los Angeles at Monocle Tattoo, to do this piece. I was his first appointment upon his return, as he was returning from doing a run as a guest artist out of state and happened to be able to fit me in. 🙂 It was all done in one needle point work, so very tedious, but super cool. In the middle of him working on me I’d been looking at the frames and art around the room, particularly in front of me.
One frame had a photo of his baby daughter in a skeleton costume for Halloween (reminded me of the unusual beings in my dream also the night before with the insect leg and hermit crab). In front of it was a pyramid crystal – not sure of the stone. It was propped up against the wall on the shelf.
I’d looked away and was immersed in the energy of the work, and suddenly the frame literally through itself on the floor. Nothing else moved. There wasn’t an earthquake. And how it fell without bringing the pyramid down with it, is unknown. It literally would have had to sort of propel itself and fly off the shelf, the way it was situated.
We both were thinking how bizarre that was. I remarked that I’d just been looking at it, but can’t figure out how it fell, to which he replied “jokingly”, “You didn’t know you had new powers.” LOL! hmmmm
Anyway, I hope you enjoy a little piece of my own personal sacred tattoo journey. I’m loving the piece and feeling really excited.
Monday I was feeling like quite the witchy alchemist measuring, mixing, blending, pouring, preparing, and activating the magickal Crystal elixirs after their potent weekend immersed in the garden with the Full Moon Eclipse, Easter, Elemental, Cosmic, and Solar Energies.

WHAT’S HAPPENED SO FAR FOR ME:
In the process of mixing and blending I was also personally testing the elixirs, so you can imagine I was getting a huge dose of Crystal love and power Monday. No surprise why I had the dream I did, which I’ll share below. I also, had an extra full glass of Crystal Elixir #2 that I simply had no place to store, since I’d run out of appropriate bottles and containers. Soooo, what do you think a crazy Faery does?
The next morning, Tuesday, I put the whole glass as the water base into my smoothie. LOL!!
Usually I just take several drops, so yeah….I’m officially a Crystal! Well, not quite, but I did have another dream that same night following, which I’ll also share below and all of this just two days before I got a new sacred tattoo (yes I did it again) which was quite potent enough to create something wild to happen. More on that in the next blog post hopefully.
In the midst of this it’s been the craziest week running around to appointments and having emergency client appointments because the energy abound has been crazy for everyone, plus working on and channeling potent sacred tattoos (which is proving to be really amazing), along with receiving my own. YET, I’ve had tons of energy and life continues to increase in magick.
Also, the day I was making the elixirs I received a belated birthday package in the mail that took me by quite a surprise. In it were four extremely magickal gift treasures that were amazingly perfect for me – a silver rabbit necklace, a carved dragon necklace cradling a Carnelian egg or crystal ball, a tiny silver Faery door portal keychain, and tiny gold filled heart earrings!!! Wow! Super grateful and the timing was awesome! I ended up wearing the rabbit necklace to my tattoo appointment for support.
Oh! and also on Monday, right after I’d created and sent out some of the elixir orders, I had a moment (literally only a moment, as I’ve been running around like crazy) to stop in at the Crystal shop around the corner from my house on the way back from appointments and errands. I only went because I had another coupon about to expire, and felt that exactly what I needed for current energy support was awaiting me there. And boy was it!
I picked up four things that were like boom, boom, boom in terms of seeing them, knowing that’s it, and getting them, and heading home. Each was something I had seen or held in my mind’s eye recently of something I wanted to get and here they were all manifested. I found a little Rhodonite Rabbit figurine, which was THE only one in the store – I’d wanted one for Cosmo because I had one each for Nestor, Joy, and Gaia (a turtle of course). I discovered Rhodonite was PERFECT also for his energy and physical needs he has. I also found the exact Moonstone pendant I’d seen recently somewhere that I was drawn to, but didn’t get (it’s an uncut more raw shape and super unusual) and here they had only one! Then there was a rosewood mala bracelet with turquoise and coral (the bracelet I felt awaiting), and an amazing Pyrite Cosmic Egg, which I’d seen in a vision somewhere and perfect also for me energetically. All of these were amazingly priced, plus my coupon!
But back to my dreams. So Monday night after my elixir sampling, I went to bed placing the giant Herkimer Diamond under my pillow (the one used for Crystal Elixir #1) and I end up having a very powerful dream with a Cobra. I am walking along a mountainous, but somewhat desert area and come across some cliffs that are made all of Crystals. I can’t be sure of what Crystal it was, as it was one I’ve never seen before, but it was all luminous and sparkly, and appeared to be a soft lemon yellow in color. I remember touching the Crystals and that they were letting me just reach out and could take off pieces easily. They just came apart at my touch and I was holding these lovely luminescent pale yellow Crystals in my hands.
Then I kept walking and came along a car on the dirt road. There were two guys in the car and we started talking. They shared that they had a Cobra – which was their animal companion. I thought that cool and unusual. No fear, as I love snakes. Then I remember seeing in my mind’s eye an imprint of Cobra markings left in the sand – the kind you see on the back of the Cobra’s hood and neck.
The next thing that happens is I somehow find myself falling off the cliff (or was I simply flying of the cliff?), but no fear and the Cobra literally flies out of the car at me and opens its jaws wide and wraps them around the entire front of my neck and bites me on my neck – all of this in slow motion, and again no fear. At the same time, one of the guys flings himself over the cliff after us and grabs a hold of my legs, as I seemed to have gone head first, and then grabs a hold of the side of the cliff somewhere suspending us all from falling further. I then remember seeing my eyes turn fully white – no eyeballs – and it immediately reminds me of the tiny baby rabbit I found dead on Saturday and also of the Sealions I’ve seen dead on the beach recently, where their eyes are white and glazed over in physical death.
In the dream I know I am dead – the first time I remember actually dying in a dream I think. The Cobra is still attached to my neck. They get us all back up and they try reviving me and it’s not working. Then I don’t remember exactly how, but suddenly either someone comes along after a while – felt like a Doctor energy or Medicine Man/Shaman – and this man does something and life returns to me, in a different way.
First off, this reminds me of a similar death I had in one of my power lives in Egypt, choosing to move on into the afterlife by the bite of my beloved and magickal asp I had as my familiar. So that seemed significant in terms of the energy Egypt also, in this life, reawakened in me when I visited there.

In it she shares these things that stood out to me in terms of my dream:
“Whether it bites you, swallows you, antagonizes you or hugs you, this snake is one part healer and it wants to help you find your way toward wholeness.”
and
“Dreams of being bitten and swallowed may have the added layer of being initiation dreams. In some indigenous cultures, surviving a waking-life rattlesnake bite, for instance, is evidence that the person is called to the path of healer.”
and
“Snakes were worshipped in every corner of the ancient world as creatures who symbolized fertility, birth, death and resurrection……When you dream of snake(s), reflect on how it may be a divine messenger coming to tell you about fertile possibilities. Where might you have unrecognized potential? What creation is waiting to be born?”
and
“Death in dreams is always a sign of transformation….Snakes can also foreshadow illness. Similarly, if the snake tries to bite you, it may be sending you a message of possible illness. Note: only you will know what your snake dreams mean. Exploring these possible layers may reveal important information, or nothing at all. Not all dreams of being bitten foreshadow illness.” – I sense mine was about major transformation associated with Throat Chakra energy, which makes perfect sense in my life with what I am creating/birthing.
and lastly about the elemental aspects of your snake – mine was Earth and Air
“Earth is solid and grows our food so it is equated with nourishment and with being grounded and present. Air is associated with the breath or “pneuma” which links it to Spirit or Soul because we cannot live without air.”
And I found some awesome symbolism on Cobras. The snake totem is one of incredible strength, but also much alchemy, including Kundalini energy and sacred, alchemical sexuality. If you resonate with snakes, have them as you animal spirit guides, or have been dreaming of them or having them show up recently, you’ll find this information also interesting.

Then Tuesday night (after again taking my Elixir #1 by dropper and having my smoothie with a whole glass of Elixir #2) I slept with my new Pyrite Cosmic Egg under my pillow and had another really potent dream I’m still unraveling, so I’ll just share the dream mostly, as the indications of its symbolism are still being uncovered. It involved a Hermit Crab, but also some other interesting energies, and insect energy as well.
I do happen to be in a “Hermit” year, so the Hermit Crab speaks definitely to that. And the way they are in tune using sensory perception to all the subtle energies, their patience, adaptation -sideways approach to goals, exploration, tenacity, and resourcefulness all speak to me. Sometimes taking the unusual way, as well as shifting focus to everything with our inner senses is necessary to find an easier way. Life doesn’t have to be hard!
But on this night I have this dream that I am in a strange, but familiar place and my familiars are these people that are reminding me of The Addams Family, or Edward Scissor Hands, or mutants, etc. They were all people that were different – creature-like, unique, maybe some like Vampires, or with razor teeth, and darker, but not threatening and not to fear. They were simply different and whereas others would have been afraid of them, they were my friends and supportive. And in the dream I was looking for a key to something that I find.
Then fast forward, I feel something at my crotch where your leg connects to your pelvic bone. I look and there’s a small Hermit Crab attached to me there. I think, “that’s strange”. Then I try to remove it. So I pull it and it’s attached really well. I keep yanking to get it off and as I do it pulls a long leg that it is attached to, that is growing out of me there, like another leg. But this leg is in fact either an insect leg, or a hermit crab leg, but huge – perhaps a combo of both. Eventually the Hermit Crab comes off, but I now have this long leg growing out of me and not sure what to do with it. I think my mom or someone like this was there and they came to help try to do something.
I was afraid to cut it off, as it was connected to me and may hurt and bleed, but my mom/or this person decides to anyway, and they pull the leg and cut, which does in fact hurt a bit and bleed a bit, yet the blood doesn’t run at all. So it is obvious it is a part of me. And as they pull it is like it’s attached to another leg that is regenerating from it below, and it seems it could be like the claw this time. And they cut again.
For that moment there is no more, but a hole there, so in fact it could regrow potentially – regenerative energy again.
And insects also carry the energy of tenacity, patience, detachment, community, and progressive, proactive focus that keeps them moving forward for progress.
These two dreams, back-to-back, were really powerful and the energy experienced each day has felt the same. A lot has been packed into my experience this week and of course the collective dreams as well. Then getting my new tattoo immediately the day following these dreams, which happened to have a Cicada on it, well, all felt immensely activating and aligned with an initiatory part of my life happening now.
I have some major things going on with how my life will be looking especially so with my creative and “voice” output (the Cobra at my neck spoke a lot to that), which is all shifting internally right now and these all were reiteration of the work I’ve focused on, aided by all the Crystal Elixirs that will be supporting the manifestation thereof.
Some really cool manifestations took place this week I was waiting on, a couple of opportunities came in, Cosmo had some great breakthrough moments, I’ve been feeling so so at peace, inspired, and supported, and the sacred tattoo design alchemy is through the roof in terms of energies I’ve been having opportunity/honor to work with – of course that to infer these are some amazing souls/clients. Getting right back on a design right now actually.
My hope is that with all of the things I share, that you come to see how we can proactively work in partnership with all that is around us and that comes through us to assist, and how we can each use our resourcefulness to integrate tools and aids to live in conscious co-creation.

Full Moon beach walk
This weekend was packed full of Spring beauty in Nature and potent Moon energies, not to mention the continued wild dream journeys. I hope that you had a chance to immerse yourself outdoors a bit and soak up some of the invigoration.
Full Moon over Griffith Observatory
Los Angeles city scape by night
I was actually amazed that there were hardly any people at the beach or sanctuary enjoying the beautiful weather, but there were in fact a ton of people lined up to get to the Griffith Observatory on Saturday night.
Was hoping to see a cool show they were putting on there that evening, but due to the line up of cars, was satisfied to soak in and get a view of the Full Moon over the Observatory and a city scape view of Los Angeles by night since the line up made us miss the show. Everything happens for a reason, and coming home earlier than planned provided a good night’s rest, as well as snuggle time with the babies beforehand.
But in the day on Saturday a visit to the San Joaquin Wildlife Sanctuary in Irvine proved magickal. This sanctuary has nearly 300 acres of wetlands that extend into 12 miles of trails with over 200+ bird species. It’s a truly peaceful place in the middle of the city to get lost in Nature.
And not only is that what took place, wandering the trails and taking turns by whim, literally on the “Lost Trail,” but tons of powerful encounters and magick was afoot.
The first thing that took place at onset of starting off was that I found a tiny, sweet, round baby bunny laying physically dead (with no apparent clue as to how it died) on the side of the trail sticking out from the bushes. Given that a couple of hours before I had posted the photo with words “I am not an Easter Toy” with tiny baby bunny on it, on my Facebook page, AND had just had a conversation at lunch before hitting the trails about how I was thinking of and sending energy to all the baby bunnies out there this weekend who may find themselves as Easter gifts with the potential of being abandoned later…this poignant sign felt to be a loud and clear message reiterating my thoughts and the path of supporting bunnies I know that I have.
I took a moment to honor this little one and all of the rabbits, focusing on transmuting the sadness into holding the energy of wholeness and love that comes from the conscious awareness.
Then the journey continued on this tranquil day, exploring the sanctuary. And that’s when the magick unfolded, or at least is magick to me because that’s how I view life.
The next encounter was a turquoise Dragonfly – just gorgeous. He flew past our heads and landed on a nearby tree, sitting there in display of all his glory and welcoming me to come closer to look him in the eye and capture a portrait of his handsomeness.
Dragonflies are magickal creatures that are both of the air – symbolizing change – AND water – the subconscious, dreaming mind, and mutable nature. The Dragonfly symbolizes prosperity, good luck, strength, peace, harmony, purity, but also change, change of perspective, going beyond the surface to the deeper meanings of life, power, poise, maturity, elegance, grace, defeat of self-created illusions, clear vision into the realities of life, discovery of your own abilities and your true self, removal of doubts, self-discovery, removal of inhibitions, living in the moment, living to the fullest, and ability to see beyond human limitations.
I don’t know if it was this same Dragonfly, or another, but one just like it, not long after joined us as we stopped to look out over the large pond and danced and played in front as I talked to him. I put my arm and hand out in welcome, as I talked, and he would fly just short of my hand, back and forth from the water’s edge to my outstretched arm…talking and playing with me. And when we turned to walk away, he was like, “where are you going” and came to the edge of the pathway to peek out and say farewell for now.
Then it was the Lizards that were really bold today. The first one running out quickly across the path, grazing our toes. This “crossing our path” started to become a thing, as not only did more lizards keep doing this, but some amazing birds did too. The animals felt to really be wanting to greet us very deliberately and making a point of bringing our attention to the energy they were carrying across our path that we are being gifted with the merge with at this time.
Snowy Egret
As the path wound and meandered, we came upon a smaller Snowy Egret. She was waiting at the edge of the piping for fish to come through from the connecting pond (this sanctuary is created by the Irvine Water Company) and she sat there peering at us with one eye and another on her fishy friends below – the power of having all your senses aware to take in everything in your environment at once, and make wise discernments, as well as be able to act quickly when necessary. But she was calm and waited patiently.
Great White Egret
Not too long after Snowy Egret and a Great White Egret suddenly appear and flew directly across our path just 10 feet in front of us – so beautiful! I’d never seen a Great White Egret and the feathers on him were so ethereal at his tail, like peacock feathers almost when he fanned it out. It was such a gorgeous sight to see him fly so closely and then land in the pond to our right where he displayed himself to us, again all of these animals seeming to invite us into their intimate moments. They didn’t seem afraid and they were wanting us to experience their beauty and power – reflecting our own.
Great White Egret
I read that when the Great White Egret comes into your life that he signals a time for change and is brings the teachings of peace, respect, stability, harmony, grace, directness, tact, awareness, good luck, and working in unity for the greatest good.
I’d been to the sanctuary before, but this was the first time we wandered more deeply and had no idea where we were going other than letting our intuition and hearts guide us. There was no thought process to it…just feeling it out, as we went along.
This brought us to some very pretty trails with lovely ponds and denser trees that created tunnels lining the waterways and dirt paths.
I then came across this lovely heart leaf that was SO perfect, I knew it had drawn my attention. I felt like Mother Earth and all of her children were sending loving support through this leaf message and all of the encounters.
It wasn’t long after we’d gotten on the “Lost Trail,” and I started saying that all these tunnel paths and meandering were reminding me of being Alice in Wonderland and journeying the rabbit’s hole, with amazing creatures that would show up and have a symbolic story and message to share, that Great Blue Heron arrived.
She flew directly on our path, just ahead of us maybe 20 feet. We were walking and out of no where she grandly flies in, in all of her majestic grace.
She was not afraid and just slowly strolled along the path, stopping to make sure we were following. She seemed to be waiting and wanting us to and then would stroll leisurely ahead, stopping again to have us catch up.
She then turned around a corner where the path widened into an open area toward one of the ponds and waiting just on the other side of the trees, peeking through them, waiting. I gingerly came closer and closer, getting around to the open side where she then looked me in the eye a while.
It was as if she wanted this close encounter, which truly was magnificent being so close and in connection, eye-to-eye, with such an amazing creature and soul.
Then I could tell she was ready to part, as she slowly readied herself and feathers and then spread her large wings and glided across the pond, to the left, and out of sight.
It was truly magick! And I’d never been that close to a Great Blue Heron, able to really deeply connect and be in its presence in such a way.
“According to North American Native tradition, the Blue Heron brings messages of self-determination and self-reliance. They represent an ability to progress and evolve. The long thin legs of the heron reflect that an individual doesn’t need great massive pillars to remain stable, but must be able to stand on one’s own. Blue Herons have the innate wisdom of being able to manoeuvre through life and co-create their own circumstances. Blue Herons reflect a need for those with this totem to follow their on unique wisdom and path of self-determination. These individuals know what is best for themselves and need to follow their hearts rather than the promptings of others. Those with the Medicine of the Great Blue Heron may sit until the rest of us loose patience. And, when they follow the promptings of the heart, they are one of the most magnificent when they choose to soar.” (T.Andrews, Animal Speak)
Wow, beautiful!
And to add to that, I love, love, LOVE the symbolism Avia Venefica so beautifully and thoroughly expresses in her article on Meaning of the Heron and Symbolism of the Heron Totem to further explore the messages of the Great Blue Heron. These resonate with me quite deeply.
But everything that kept taking place was magickal and I kept saying what a blessing and gift we are being given today with these deliberate encounters. If not for following inner guidance and making turns along the path away from where one might go, at times, these encounters would not have aligned.
And each one had its own significant purpose and meaning.
You might ask yourself why I share such experiences and stories, to which my answer is simply to bring presence and awareness to our daily lives – that there is magick to behold, embrace, and embody daily all around us.
I also share to inspire greater connection with all creatures, great and small, and with all of life, and our amazingly giving Mother Earth.
There is so much beauty and so many gifts awaiting our hearts and inner eyes to awaken to them.
Life CAN be, and IS, a seamless cohesion of connectedness where there is a constant dialogue of co-support through every reflection.
And the more we engage each experience as such, the more we are let in on the dance that no longer will be a secret only others experience, but that you too will be handed the dance card to when you accept the invitation.
