As I shared in my recent mid-month newsletter, rabbit energy has been abound…showing up in several potent dreams, inspired messages, nudges, and quite literally around every corner in my life.
Synchronously, I’ve learned they have been showing up for others too, as I received messages in response to that newsletter about how rabbits have been getting the attention of others or have become part of their lives as animal spirit guides.
Rabbits embody the energy of rebirth, transmutation, luck, prosperity, creative potency of the Universe, quick-thinking, high fertility of mind, body, and emotion, agility, receptiveness, Lunar cycles and cyclical life, sacred and regenerative fire of the Phoenix, dawn, Spring, enlightenment, balance, eternity, androgyny, inspiration, genius, and herald a kind of waking life resurrection and realization of increased vitality, energy, or a new-found excitement over life. Phew!
Rabbits bring a message of nurturing your intuitive impulses and nudges from your heart and soul. They are the Cosmic Egg birthing all life.
To me, the rabbit energy is collectively heralding a call for inspiration, imagination, and creativity to channel through, bring forth, and embody. It’s so important to really activate this energy now and begin today to create your own reality, which will provide expansiveness, fulfillment, and new possibilities to your life and the world at large.
Don’t wait for some desired epiphany to hit, simply begin creating with all you already have in this moment to fuel you.
And with today’s New Moon in Aquarius, and the first SuperMoon of the year, it’s all about embodying your inner visionary and being the master creator of your life! A great time to invoke your inner rabbit!
It’s a year to empower yourself, truly embrace your challenges as gifts of opportunity to go to new heights and lengths you’ve only imagined, to take “now” action, and create a new reality and life path from the release of all of the old and the closing of doors behind you fully.
Time to take those risks and challenge yourself to go a little further into the unknown with trust. You have the ability to innovatively create anew. Do the unconventional. Think outside the box. Go where you’ve never gone before and dare to make the impossible possible!
Anytime someone tells me they can’t do something, I simply don’t except it. I ask why not? Within your answer is the key to why you can’t AND why you could.
Down, down the rabbit hole we continue to go…
Spiraling round and round, creating, imagining, transmuting, expanding…
Down taking us up, up taking us down, above and below reflecting one another, they way in is the way out….
Perhaps then you come to know how to be in the world, but not of it.
This for me has indeed ignited a continual deepening journey for myself. Challenging me to listen even more through all of the voices, and to let go of who I had thought myself so far to be, while also undoing everything I uncover that is limiting.
I am shown where I hold myself back – things that are easy can seem to be the way, but if the easy isn’t challenging me and it isn’t feeling invigorating as it did at one time, then that doesn’t for me mean I should keep doing it. I could easily just be hiding behind that, and unknowingly self-sabotaging.
I choose conscious and heightened sensitivities, like that of a rabbit, in order to seek myself out.
I constantly feel the potency in inventing/birthing something new, which isn’t necessarily something “new”, but a richer embodiment of what’s innately within me being activated.
In that process I find that it is potentially more challenging for those around me than it truly is for me because I find peace in constant change and others may attach to any given point of who I am in that particular moment or time period of my life.
I find there to be expectations and attachments that simply don’t resonate with the freeing experience of creative love I choose to have.
And so that is something those of us that choose to embark on transformative and visionary journeys will need to come to terms with…finding peace within and not seeking it from outside, as only you create your experience. And then being okay with the fact you may not be understood, that others could be challenged by what you reflect, and then realize that is THEIR journey and you can’t micro-manage everyone’s life choices.
This also helps to create doorways of possibilities for others if we hold the energy of being okay with journeying there as pioneers with only our vision and trust to light a way into the darkness.
The truly loving thing is to act with responsible accountability for the choices you make and the honoring of your authenticity you seek to embody as example. The rest is a journey we each get to have to the rhythm of our own choosing.
While this journey deeper has included shifts in my personal relating to myself, others, and what channels through me, it also very tangibly translates into actual shifts I know are vital to embrace even within the work I express. And it has included both richer connections, as a result of going more within and connecting with myself.
This is why this is a time very much about my personal expressions and journeys that feel most supportive, expansiveness, and fulfilling. And by nature of that naturally channeling, it is of service in a highest good way that I feel is more powerful than trying to do something in particular to be of service or sacrificing parts of ourselves/energy in the name of what we think is service – which is like forcing your round peg to fit into a square hole. It may have worked before, but it won’t work any longer.
Authenticity of your essence is calling. All-encompassing love is the unifying source that we each creatively express through our whole uniqueness. The richness of life will come from the full exploration, curiosity, and vulnerable embrace of both the dark and the light.
For me that’s why I’m throwing out the familiar and welcoming some very ambitious new visions that are incubating. I’m in process of restructuring my life and life’s work on all levels, deepening the relationships that reflect this and letting go of the ones that don’t, inviting more personal passions – all while listening to the harmony of my heart.
And that has indeed included rabbits, symbolically and literally. (I’ve started volunteer work at a local rabbit rescue and through very synchronous events through a friend and another rabbit organization, a special little bunny may be joining our family).
Rabbits are all around me and within me…and in fact I would go as far as to say I am coming to more fully embody my own inner rabbit and magician – becoming the rabbit’s magician of my own life. Getting my Triple Rabbit tattoo certainly has been integral to integrating its potent energy into my life.

While I’ve been immersed in painting recently, I’ve been once again in awe of color.
Oh how I love color!
I love vibrant color.
I love soft, muted color.
I love surprise color blends.
I love playing with new color combinations and creating the perfect, sensual harmony that reflects the vibration of each energy that is channeling through.
Colors are energy frequencies that I sense on all levels…I feel them, hear them, taste them, smell them, see them….and they appear through inner vision/feeling and music.
As an artist I feel that tapping into the boundless possibilities of creative energy is a reflection of my expansiveness in growth.
The more I discover and channel through personal expression, the more I expand, deepen, evolve, increase my vibration and vitality, and create doors to new possibilities.
This creative energy isn’t just limited to artists, but is available to anyone who desires to push the envelope of their personal expressiveness in life.
Creative energy is one of the most powerful things that there is. Exercising your imagination is invaluable.

There is a place the Rabbit knows…of paradox and contradiction…humility and fertility.
Only one that is still enough, yet agile in Spirit can hear the whispers that they murmur.
The Ancients revered and sought this Mystery that only these Sacred Embodiments of the actual, Universal Creative Powers could mediate.
By the illumination of the Mother Star their Sacred Fire both destroys and recreates the Heart of All Life.
The Cosmic Egg birthed of their inspiration is the Jewel you seek.
And yet to See it, one must Be it.
Miracles are considered to be occurrences that take place in surprisingly wonderful and “welcome” ways.
The definition of a miracle is an inexplicable event considered to be the work of some divine agency and the truth is, “miracles” are responses to a request fueled by YOUR focus and intents sent out, which are then answered/mirrored by the unified field of consciousness.
This principal is the same when you constantly focus your attention on how much you don’t like your job, boss, or particular person, complain about lack in any way, and focus on all of the things you don’t like about yourself and your life situations, and then those things manifest.
We would likely not choose to label these as miracles, but in fact they are, as a result of your powerful ability to be the creator of your life. There is no universal distinction between a creation of limitation and one of expansiveness – they simply are manifested creations/miracles that you are demonstrating each day to be in your ability to create.
The issue becomes one of perspective and judgment, wherein you have chosen to only use certain words to describe something you deem a favorable experience.
But, if you come to realize how truly powerful you are in the way you are creating so many things, of every variety, in each moment, you can start to ease off of focusing your time and energy on things you don’t want to create, and start focusing it on only the things you do.
You – your frequency – influences the energy field of your experiences.
I had the honor of being interviewed by the beautiful and compassionate, Annabel Ruffell, founder of Journey for Earth, a global awareness company committed to inspiring change for humanity, the environment and animals, one choice at a time. We actually connected back in 2012 and synchronicity through the interview she shared on my friend, Jenny Yemaya of The ARC, brought us full circle.
Annabel is also a fellow artist, and an amazing one at that. I love her passion for focusing on the inspiration to effect change and she does this out of a love for all of life – something we also share in common.

Annabel also interviews founders of environmental, animal, and humanity organizations, parents, and inspiring public figures – people that are making a difference – as she believes that we can be inspired through other’s passionately living their life journey with commitment to a purpose and desire to make positive impact on our planet. Here are my answers in the written interview with Annabel.
Have you been spending your time defending and explaining your beliefs – trying to get others to understand you or maybe change?
Or are you spending your time actually creating what you believe in?
Right now, and every moment and day, ask yourself how you might more efficiently focus and make use of your energy.

Some quick thoughts to ponder today about creative power and the miracles you create with it:
Are you using your creative energy most efficiently?
Think about that, as I bet you will find that you spend more time misusing your creative energy and power fixating on worry, doubt, complaining, gossiping, story telling, and coming up with ingenious excuses, preoccupations, and stories to support fears, than you do investing in creative thoughts, imaginative visualizations, inspired pursuits and passionate actions.
Be mindful of where you are placing your creative power and make the necessary adjustments so you can harness it in empowering, rather than disempowering ways.

Choose to activate your creative power with conscious intention and you will be the magician of your own chosen, life miracles, as you choose to shape, create, and flow them through.
Wow! It’s been such a whirlwind this last week and a half – one of potent and flowing creative life force energy from the passionate flame within.
It’s healthy to let it flow and how it wants to flow. It will sometimes come in large bursts or smaller daily ones, but always is enduring and awaiting us to unleash it.
The Universe IS creative energy and love. And since we ARE the Universe, so too are we always constantly cycling this energy through. We just seem to stop it now and then from doing what it is in its nature to do, and that is when we have challenges come up or it erupts seemingly out of no where.
Staying present and honoring the energy that IS, will always provide optimal results. And balance is key.
Some times I balance things within the same day in terms of the energy in and out (taking breaks recharging in nature or relaxing as I watch a good movie), and sometimes the way things go, the balance comes after a few days of outward flow, with receiving for a while directly after.
Since there is no time, and everything is just energy, it’s all about tapping into what the energy is presently wanting to do, realizing that when the energy has run its course, you’ll know what to do next because you are so in tune and listening.
Either way, I go with what feels natural to the energy, not what my mind says, and go where the energy is without forcing something. I have found that sometimes we can even force things that would “seem” really good for us in terms of “thinking” it out, but in reality, if we are in a flow that is natural, then it isn’t good to stop that flow mid-way to live up to some ideal.
This was apparent this last week and a half for me while in creation mode. The first few days I was guided to spend time at sunset on the beach receiving, after my output. Then I had a few days of just output. After which, I then was receiving energetically from people I was coming in contact with in terms of what they were giving back in their experience of my work at the two creative arts events that took place Thursday and Saturday – Art Affair at Laguna Woods Village and A Night of Creative Compassion in Pasadena.
And of course, as I channel who I am naturally, that is a gift I am giving and receiving to myself as well. 🙂
In between, I also gifted myself an entire full day off at Bhakti Fest, totally receiving so much good soul and heart nurturing of breath work, good food, new and old friends, light activation, shopping, drinking in the desert and community energy, and spiritual bliss from the soul enriching sacred mantras and music from Deva Premal, Miten, and Manose.
It was interesting that it was the hottest it’s been all summer during this time period and for these events – so mirroring of the creative flame of energy. This added to the intensity of creation energy and so with the full cycle coming to close, I find myself now in full receiving mode to soak up some deserved stillness, which is where my energy is at in terms of its cycle. Having naturally expended my creative output, in rich fullness, it is now time to nurture and let things percolate, as a result of these experiences.
It’s all about a delicate balance and being ever-present with how the “natural” energy is channeling, which will go in different cycles, just as Nature does.
I know that the energy will always guide me in how to utilize it next, but for now I am allowing all of the experiences to integrate and enjoying the fullness of what it all is.
Living as a passionate being is who I am and truly is the heart of all of us. It’s our authentic innateness to express creative energy and love – the power of All That Is.

Each event, the last few days, has been uniquely rich and it is the personal relating and connections that mean the most to me. I have met some amazing souls and we have exchanged beautiful moments of mutual honoring and sharing. I have always enjoyed sharing my art work in person, as I feel it really is an “experience”. I find that just sharing the paintings with people is what shifts experiences for others on energetic levels. If someone chooses to take a piece home, they will continue to work with that energy and, as with crystals, they become the keepers of these energetic portals. And for the people who simply see it and spend time receiving in person, they receive just the perfect amount of what they need.
I love to observe and experience my art through the eyes of others and am so grateful to be able to share in this way that is one of my passions. It means so much to me to listen to how a piece has moved someone, as when I am creating, I am in the vortex of creation and don’t know the totality of what is being created until I see it at work with others.
To me, this is priceless. And so, since I don’t do art shows and exhibits that often, only choosing to do ones that are for causes close to my heart, it truly is a gift when I do, as it reminds me of the full circle of why it is so important to follow our passions and support creative energy. It is bigger than us and yet we are integral to that.
Most of the time, exhibits and shows are about allowing that in-person experience to take place, and not really about if anyone takes something home. It is also a chance for the circle of energetic exchange to take place, even if that is through appreciation for my art, as it is just as important to receive as it is to give.
And that is why I also love to donate pieces, like at last night’s event. Not only did I get to help raise money in support of the animals at Farm Sanctuary and see people who really loved certain pieces of my work get to take them home rather than have them sit in storage, but in the process I also had the opportunity to allow the door to receiving, open, and to welcome the appreciation, knowing the circle is complete.
I am grateful for all the beautiful experiences the last few days with all of the beautiful souls, for seeing the Source of channeled expression through the eyes of others beholding my creations, for the gifts I have received from the gifts of others, for all the devotion and labor of love people put into each event, for the opportunity to be a part of community and co-creation, and for this human embodiment that allows me to continuously immerse in passionate and sensual experiences of the Divine in manifestation.
I’ve included images of my experiences to share with you from the three events I enjoyed the last few days. Perhaps you can feel the high vibes through the photo journey. 
I’ve been immersed in creative energy right now, reaching deep from the source of that power to bring forth many inspired creations. I am in process of birthing 13 new Crystal Illuminations sacred paintings, along with some other channelings, in record time. My surges go in flows and so I ride each wave when they arise and then glide to shore to ground into what is in the air next, until another surge emerges.
Yesterday, I was in quite the flow and along with the scorching heat here, it was quite a powerful emission of energy in my room that was firing things up. I had plans to take a beach walk with a girlfriend of mine in the day, but my intuition said to remain in 
the flow and if that flow came to closure in time later, a sunset walk felt much more in alignment.
Well, my painting went really beautifully and I was in that vortex of creation where you hit that sweet spot of joyous inner explosion, and this carried me quickly through the day, finishing just at the right time. It was such a high impact of creative energy and along with the heat, my Crown Chakra was feeling a tad bit expanded from the energy in my body rising up and through me.
So, heading to the beach felt like the perfect way to cool and ground down, refresh, renew, and invigorate for the next wave of inspirational flow for today and tomorrow’s creative continuation.
Because I listened to the energy and didn’t stop or buck the flow, going only when and if the energy felt supportive of doing so, it seems the Universe had a mirroring gift awaiting at my favorite beach here, Crystal Cove.
Words can’t describe the magical quality that was in the air, as we made our way down the cliff steps and spent the next hour and a half 
walking at the water’s edge. The evening was balmy, in the high eighties, the water was refreshing, and the sky was a brilliant dance of miracles recreating themselves, as the sun set on the horizon. It was so surreal. We both felt like we were in some enchanted, exotic location and experiencing a “time out of time”, which this beach seems to create by way of its portal I feel is there.
There was a mellow larger gathering of people in celebration for the holiday weekend that we came upon and yet we were in our own little world. Many photographers for some reason had gathered too, somehow knowing it was going to be an ecstatic sunset, which it was. I saw several of them snapping away at the 
natural essence of the evening, capturing even us in our joy. We danced along the shore and through the people – some of which noted our exuberance and yet we wove through like dancing faeries come to pixie-dust the celebration. (yes we literally did glide, dance, and skip along)
I told my Melissa that the view we were gifted and the whole setting and experience we were walking into was like a painting come to life that we had opened the door to. It had the essence of a step back in time, set amidst the old historic cottages on the beach and hill used by artists of the day (first built as a South Seas movie set and seaside colony of the 30’s and 40’s). There were movie set kind of spot lights up too for 
this party and we only heard one song, which I’m unfamiliar with the name, but it was a song we both just happen to love that was so perfectly orchestrated to the ambience, mood and energy.
And the sky had brush strokes of painted colors and wispy ethereal qualities that reminded me of where my inspirations come from when I paint, which I shared with her. I am always fascinated with the sky and the dance of colors and clouds, light and cosmic birthing I see there. They mimic the way I paint and I can so clearly see the sky as a mirror of my soul and vice versa.
My school of art has been life, not any classes or school of technique – simply the miracles of nature and the cosmos are my teachers – the essence of which reside within me. As I dip my brush into every spectrum of 
color, and allow the magic of the moment to take over in any flick and swirl of movement ignited, I am mirroring the magic of Source in loving power of creative explosions.
As an artist I am inspired by the natural creative energy that is all around…the magic that is inherent in nature’s ever-changing brilliance. It mirrors to me the power and fragility of each moment that beckons me to reach deeper each day and create from ALL of who I am.
