The Atlantis Rejuvenation Center is sited on the magical island of Bimini in the Bahamas where you will find beautiful weather, crystal clear turquoise waters and wild playful dolphins surrounded by mystical Atlantean energies. Itinerary:
We recommend guests arrive in Ft Lauderdale the day before (August 18th) and spend a night at a hotel on the beach, as we fly out on the charter flight early on the 19th. Guests arrive mid-morning on Sunday 19th, for lunch and the first dolphin trip of the retreat. On Friday 24th, we finish at lunch time so you can catch the charter flight back to Florida. From Monday to Thursday, the days will run as follows:
Yoga – 8:00am
Breakfast – 9:15am
Reiki with Tania/Group session – 10.30 – 1.30 (some days may have shorter sessions with free time)
Lunch – 1.30-2.30
Dolphin Trip – 3:00pm – Sunset
Dinner – 8:00pm
Everything is optional, although we encourage you to participate in order to get the most from your group experience. You may decide to have a day on the island, shopping at the straw market, boutiques, visiting the beaches or hanging out with a book at the pool.

We like to provide options that meet different needs and budgets so the week’s pricing is tiered to accommodate.
The ARC is for people happy to share dormitory style accommodations in adult sized comfortable bunks with shared bathrooms. Our experience in running retreats has proved that this can lead to a deeper sense of a communal living experience with deep and bonding new friendships formed. There are two dorms – one dorm for 14 and one dorm for 6 (separate sex). The center has the best sunrise views overlooking the bay and is two minutes from the best beach on the island with stunning sunsets. The style of The ARC is beach chic. We have outdoor and indoor dining overlooking the bay.
For those happy to pay more for private 5* accommodations and en-suite facilities, we have an arrangement with our neighboring resort, Bimini Bay, in either private studios for 1 or 2 people, or condos with 1 and 2 bedrooms.

Prices include:
- Five nights new, shared, stylish accommodations at The Atlantis Rejuvenation Center (or separate luxury accommodations by arrangement at Bimini Bay Resort & Spa.
- Five dolphin excursions (from around 3pm to sunset daily) and three extended snorkel trips to The Stones of Atlantis, The Three Sisters Cave and various coral reefs and wrecks, including complimentary snorkel equipment.
- Five days of breakfast, lunch and dinner – gourmet, organic raw vegan food meals (cooked vegan option available upon request) – snacks on the boat, bottled water, herbal teas, juices and smoothies. For those who desire cooked vegan, we normally offer a cooked dinner or lunch (one cooked meal a day), but if anyone wants/needs more cooked meals per day than that simply let us know. We can accommodate whatever anyone needs (including any food allergies and sensitivities) as long as we have notice and as long as it is vegan – please specify your meal needs at time of booking
- Ground transportation on the island to and from the airport on arrival/departure
- All activities and group sessions listed in your daily itinerary for six days, including: yoga (at the beach or infinity pool, but we will also have an air-conditioned yoga room) every morning – aerial yoga for small groups available during the day, up to three hours of Reiki instruction ($555 value of teaching and certification that will last a lifetime) as well as additional fun and empowering exercises by Tania, and a deep, transformational breathwork meditation with Jenny. Every day will be guided by the energy of the group and the moment as we share each experience.

Dolphin Trips:
We are lucky to work with an experienced, fun and responsible captain. We head out to the dolphin grounds five days each week. Through years of data collection, our captain has terrific odds of finding the dolphins at the times when they are most playful. While we can never guarantee dolphins, we feel that we can give you the best chances of having the dolphin interaction you are looking for.
Our vision is to provide a meditative and joyful environment to experience the dolphins. Like any wilderness excursion it is important that it be undertaken with awareness and sensitivity. All staff are educated and experienced in the practice of ‘minimal intrusion’. Our intention is always to connect with the dolphins with respect and awareness. We do not feed, chase or do anything that might disrupt their natural behavior. Only at the dolphins’ invitation do we interact with them. It’s a small group, so you are assured the best possible dolphin interaction. You will receive personal facilitation and support.

Reiki with Tania Marie:

Additional Costs:
We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance. There is a possibility of hurricanes in that area, and if the trip was cancelled due to a natural disaster, you want to make sure you are covered.
Bimini is just 50 miles off the coast of Miami and Ft Lauderdale, Florida, so you can fly to either as there is a shuttle between the two international airports. Our charter flights leave out of Ft Lauderdale at 9.30am, so we advise guests to stay a night in Ft Lauderdale the night before. We recommend The Bahia Mar Hotel in Fort Lauderdale and can arrange group rates if necessary for you. Please mention at time of booking so the extra night (August 18th) can be arranged. Tania will be staying here that night as well. Transfer the next morning to the executive airport for flight to Bimini departing at 9:30am, so check in is 8am and arrival in Bimini is 10am. On our return flight we arrive back into Ft Lauderdale around 4pm, we then have to clear US Immigration which can take some time, so do not book your return international flights too early.
The charter flight is $285 pp.
There is a $25 cash Bahamian Departure Tax when leaving Bimini.

Additional activities available in Bimini

- Group excursion to the healing hole fountain of youth ($40-45 pp and can be arranged when you arrive if you desire) is an option for one of the mornings.
- If you decide to have a day on the island instead of the boat, we can recommend the best beaches to visit or places of interest.
- There are 3 beautiful pools at the resort overlooking the ocean.
- Kayaking on the bay can be arranged for you if you desire.
- Golf carts are the preferred method of transport on the island and can be hired (about $75/day or less). Alternatively taxis run up and down the Kings Highway and cost $6 each way.
- We usually go out after dinner one night during the week to see the local band playing & experience some island life (this is optional). There are a couple of places to shop for nice things as well.
- Massage is also available for 1 hour slots. You can sign up for these, optionally, when you arrive.
- Tania is also available for private Reiki sessions and healing attunements and will have available some specially chosen crystal healing pendants and visionary prints for those that would like any unique energetic gift items connected with the journey.
- Sound healing and nutritional/herbal counseling and some other healing modalities are also available upon request.
- Sacred Journey to Atlantis: In this excursion, we would take a boat to the Atlantis Vortex, an area approximately 35 miles from Bimini in the Atlantic Ocean, part of the Bermuda Triangle where many mysteries have occurred. It is believed that the power crystal of Atlantis is beneath the waves in this area. It is an energy field of immense proportions where we will meditate and work with the new waves of information and consciousness being brought forth to assist our transition as we head through 2012 and our higher vibratory selves. If this journey is of interest to you, there is only an 8 person maximum capacity and is a day trip in itself, weather permitting. This experience involves staying one extra day at conclusion of the regular scheduled retreat itinerary. The extra night at the ARC is $100 and the boat is $150 pp for the day trip, including a packed lunch. If staying at Bimini Bay we will provide you with information on their pricing for the weekend night (Friday 24th). Please mention at time of booking, as space is limited and arrangements will need to be made.

I’ve had such an amazing, beautiful, flowing and deep journey with my newest painting. I followed the guidance I was receiving, as to what would be next and there were so many signs all around that pointed me energetically and literally to where that was. I love how there just is no thought process involved anymore, and it all is simply about unleashing the trust in my heart to bring forth the channeled image that wants through – even the title of the paintings immediately come in crystal clear before I even start them, while I am receiving the vision in my my mind’s eye.
This is one of those times I wish I had a professional photograph or scan to share, but these photos will have to do in helping to convey the energy. The colors are so rich in person and different in shade, and the ethereal detail really takes flight when lit by just the right lighting. As a Pisces and with a strong connection with the energy portrayed here, I felt quite at home in the visions manifested.
Having been surrounded by Larimar energy, my Quartz crystal skull, a new lively and stunning batch of 30 Lemurian Seed Crystal L.O.V.E. Seeds, my finalized magic dragon tattoo just newly healed, and profound shifts (yes again and big time!) it all has proven to be very supportive and opening for what was to come through with this painting.

The title is, “Visions of Atlantis,” and I’ll let its energy speak for itself.
What I can say is that when I first began painting the water depths and energy movement of it, I experienced deep Root Chakra/tailbone intensity (triggering my injury of a fracture to it several years ago) and as I completed it today, (finalizing the Nautilus-like underwater vortex and emerging bubble orb with Atlantean temple inside) big time Crown Chakra head energy…quite a complete journey of integrated healing.

The experience of, and the literal painting of this piece, was such a profound contrast to my painting, “Water,” from the In Lak’ech series, which was at a very different place in my and the collective’s healing journey with ancient Atlantis and Lemuria.
Needless to say, I am in love with this painting – it is very dear to me in many ways and its timing is sooo synchronous and divine.
I just received word, as I was painting it, that the Bimini Reiki retreat I have mentioned I was likely going to be offering IS to take place this summer. Dolphins, Atlantean energy and more! All the exciting details for this empowering healing journey will be posted here shortly in the next couple of days.

Private Reiki Classes and Reiki in Bimini?!
For those that are not aware, I continue to teach Reiki classes, but by request only. What this means is, I don’t post class dates for sign ups, I just create custom classes around requests from clients and am able to offer both private or group classes depending upon the request. I have found this to work well for my style of teaching and for the students that are drawn to me.
I like to provide versatility and flexibility to the classes, so that they can be custom to the people/person that requests it. Having a flexible schedule, I am able to offer classes any day of the week, as long as it coincides with a mutually open day for each of us.
For the most part I teach at a private home in Orange County, California, however, I am available to come to my students if need be, usually in the case of a group of people that request a class together at a specific location that may be more convenient to the group. For out of state requests, a large enough group, as well as non-refundable deposits are required. Details of such requests can be emailed to me to work out.
I really enjoy intuitively tailoring the classes to the needs of my clients, whether private and personal class or group-requested, drawing upon all of my experience and individual gifts and perspectives in synergy with what each person brings to the table. While I teach the fundamentals of Reiki, I find that especially in our current times, during my classes we explore deeper understandings of collective things and how they relate personally, as well as how to tie in Reiki energy and its utilization to empower each individual’s needs that are currently being explored and challenged, with understanding. I always trust that each class will flow as is meant to and just allow the classes to take form as they may, always being brought back full circle to the core teachings of Reiki. I love the way things just flow divinely and synchronously.
My style of teaching is very casual and relaxed, like friends gathering to talk and explore together and we each walk away both learning and teaching each other – a co-creative and mutually shared experience. It’s a beautiful unfolding process of being present with each other and allowing, through a mutual trust and genuine love of being supportive to one another.
I may in time post classes again, but for now, this way of taking requests, I have felt to be most mirroring of the energy right now and where things are at in my own life. Those that are led to my classes, synchronously show up.
Bimini dolphins from my last trip
The one experience that I may be posting here shortly for this year 2012, could be Reiki classes taught in Bimini. Yes, you heard correct. I have been given the opportunity to offer this at a new center called Atlantis Rejuvenation Center (ARC) which would be magical, to say the least. Having been on retreat there a few years ago doing my own integrative healing, I have been wanting to return again and what better way than to offer Reiki in such a powerful and beautiful sacred area – one dear to my heart and soul. As empowering as I believe it will be for others, it will also be a gift to me, as a very personally empowering soul experience.
FoAs Above, So Below
Being so deeply connected to Atlantis and the dolphins, and being dear soul friends with the Founder of the center, I feel a heart calling to provide this service. I have been awaiting things to click together with my current timing and focuses, as to bringing it into fruition. But it has been percolating in the background, while things all come together naturally, as they always do.
Another beautiful part of the story is that one of my paintings has just arrived in Florida and will be headed over to Bimini shortly where it will find home in the ARC. The piece is “As Above, So Below” and the story of how it came to Yemaya, my friend and the Founder, including the story behind the ARC, is no less than majorly M-A-G-I-C-A-L! Talk about manifestation powers! I am so honored to have this piece on the walls of the ARC and look forward to being part of the beautiful energy she is sharing there and to creating more art for the center.
For those interested, the journey in Bimini would include a spiritual retreat consisting of swimming with the dolphins, raw vegan food, Reiki, yoga, massages and healing sessions, and opportunity to explore the Atlantean vortexes and beaches around the island. Talk about amazing. I don’t know about you, but that’s just what Tania’s heart ordered and needs for herself right now!

Understanding Crystals and Their Role in Our Lives – A Lesson of Honor
I recently was asked my feelings about where the metaphysical properties of crystals come from and how they affect our realities. I often get questions like this and others, including: How one can tune in with crystals? How to choose crystals? Which may be most supportive for specific things desired including support of the New Earth energy? How to work with pendulums? Etc… I’m always excited to feel and hear people becoming increasingly more interested in knowing about and working with crystals, as they truly are a wonderful gift and can become great supportive friends in our lives that I feel, are specifically here to aid us in responsibly harnessing our innate Essence and power to be in harmony with the Earth and Cosmos.
But back to the original question, which prompted this post…Where do I feel the metaphysical properties of crystals come from and how do they affect us? – That is a complex question that I can only answer through my heart and feelings. The energies come from Universal Consciousness itself, from All That Is, from their resonation with the purity of Essence and natural attunement evolved through the Earth’s consciousness, infused with Cosmic energy. Many have also been infused with information from ancient civilizations including Lemuria, Atlantis, Sumeria, and so on, throughout what we think of as “time” and also embody extraterrestrial energies, holding record keeping information, knowledge and understanding that is multi-dimensional, unconditional and boundless.
First off, crystals are living beings, alive and full of Universal Life Force Energy, just like everything that exists. They each possess unique “personality” signatures that develop through the process of their evolution. Some come from within the Earth, others from the Cosmos, or blendings of each (as in the case of moldavite and tektites that are created from Extraterrestrial/Cosmic Essence by means of things like meteors that fuse with the Earth’s crust).
Crystals resonate their Universal energy at quantum levels in harmony with human energy. Their internal atom structures that create sound, color, light, etc., vibrate at different speeds like satellites, radars, computers…and humans are like receivers that tune into the vibrations. Crystals vibrate on frequencies in harmony with all levels of our consciousness, as if playing unique notes that can affect each person relative to their make-up and resonance with those notes. Crystals are naturally in harmony with the life force even in their raw, unformed state. They have precise internal make-ups that keep them constantly and consistently in tune and in harmony. They don’t actually hold electrical charges, but can produce them. They can keep you in tune through their own harmonic synchronization with the primal energy of life, which then in turn keeps you more in harmony with life itself. Each one is a unique and distinct individual, as are we, with its own harmonic frequency rhythms.
When we are willing to receive this energy and exercise our Essence, we can contact the energies from which the entire Universe is comprised and crystals aid us to do so, being such clear channels of this energy. This is why crystals and other minerals are so powerful and must be used through the highest consciousness of the individual for the highest good. This is imperative. The Universal energies contained within each is activated and directed by interaction with the same. Misuse and abuse of crystals has taken place over “time” and they are in need of our helping them to balance and reattune, which is why they call to our hearts and need specific partners and keepers to work with and to assist. Sometimes the connections are life long, or “lives long,” and sometimes we are channels to move them to where they need to go or to assist along part of their journey, just as they assist us – all with the bigger picture intent to assist the Collective Earth.

They each vibrate a different energy frequency depending on their make-up – for example, their colors resonate with corresponding Chakra energies, and specific types hold varying vibrational resonance. They ARE Universal Life Force Energy within crystalline and mineral structures that embody codes of collective existence that are timeless. They are here to aid us in tuning our own vibrations to that frequency and supporting us to remember who and where we come from and to harmonize with the Earth and Cosmos. They can help support specific energies, act as healing guides, support inner growth, amplify things, bring things to light, help with clarity, strengthen, etc..but overall they help us to stay in tune, clear and balance all levels emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. They are representative of wholeness and can help us to remember our own.
I hope this helps a bit in sharing my feelings and personal insights. It’s very complicated to explain in words, as for me the experience of crystals is all very feeling based and about intuition and learning to just “be” with whatever you sense while in their presence. To scientifically explain is not my forte. I have just always been connected with them, like with animals, and they are definitely my dear friends.
This question came at a wonderfully synchronous time, as currently a whole family of new crystalline friends have found their way into my experience and are birthing into being. They are very unique amulet Lemurian Seed Crystal spheres that will be available for those wanting to actively assist in supporting the New Earth energy. It’s so beautiful to experience the unconditional love these crystals have to share and teach us.
To accept and welcome a crystal into your life is an honor, which they as well mirror, and is not one to take lightly. It is a responsibility and commitment not to abuse. This is the way that all relationships should be viewed…our relationship to crystals, animals, plants, the Earth, the Cosmos, to each other, and to ourselves.
