At the edge of the horizon, where the blue turquoise sea meets with the sky, are the sharp curls of impressionistic waves. They wiggle and wave at the end of our vision as though cut from construction paper by a child. They remind us of the books we read as a child, filled with poems of the sea. Always present, those blue curling waves beckon of adventure and speak of distant lands.
It is no wonder, then, that our first trip to this sparkling waters yielded up a buried and lost child-self. The intuitive side of us that has always been connected to the higher vibrational light, but unable to find its way back, resurfaced.
We were scheduled for a one week stay at the Atlantis Rejuvenation Center (the ARC) on the island of Bimini, in the Bahamas, to meet up with friends, complete some last minute construction to their newly refurbished retreat, and ultimately, to soothe our own jagged waves by immersing ourselves in the healing Bahamian waters to swim with wild dolphins.
Bimini is one of only five places in the world where a swim in the ocean consistently guarantees a swim with wild dolphins. It is home to the playful and social Atlantic spotted dolphins, as well as many pods of Atlantic bottlenose dolphins. Wild dolphins swim right up to you in the water and encourage you to join in their pod by swirling, twirling, and frolicking in the waters of paradise. When you are in the water with the dolphins, they immediately begin to heal your cellular structure through their echolocation and sonar. Studies have shown that dolphins activate cellular healing in us by spontaneously encouraging our bodies to create more T-cells and ‘feel good’ endorphins. The echolocation from dolphins can be felt in our skeletal structure, and ultimately reverberates through our spinal cord and into our brain. Dolphins impart their high frequency sonar and highest intelligence vibrations upon our cells and DNA.
We had come to swim with the dolphins, to heal our bodies with wholesome raw vegan food, and to meditate and stretch with yoga in the mystical land of the Atlantean energies. Bimini is known to be the home of the Atlantean stones, an underwater road of manmade ancient stones. The lost civilization of Atlantis, prophesied to be located off the shores of Bimini by the late Edgar Cayce, American psychic and medical clairvoyant, were located in 1968, just as Cayce had predicted. You can snorkel and explore the Atlantean road, as we did during our stay in Bimini.
The vibrational energies of Bimini’s waters are impossible to ignore. Situated directly in the vortex of the Bermuda Triangle, Bimini simply rolls with powerful emotions and clarity. This energy is enhanced to an unmistakable level when we join pods of wild dolphins in the sea.
Our dolphin boat, which left the bay at 2:00 and returned each evening at 8:00, floated us like winged flying fish directly out to the mirror clear waters of the dolphin grounds. Cheerful starfish dotted our path in the crystal waters below. Here we entered the land of the dolphins by donning our snorkeling gear, slipping into the silky ocean, and becoming one with the watery blue sea. There are no words to describe the energizing epiphany that one experiences upon first swimming with wild dolphins. You could describe it as a mixture between pure joy and the ultimate love of the universe. It is a life milestone that redirects us back to what is essential and true, and inexplicably imbeds itself in our very cells. Some react to their first swim with dolphins with exuberant smiles or laughter, similar to the joy and carefree feelings of childhood. Some cry uncontrollable tears of pure joy. Some are completely overwhelmed at the beauty of it. All come away with a new door opened that lets in the most dazzling luminous light into the cortex of our souls.
The Atlantis Rejuvenation Center is the dream-child of Jenny Yemaya Cook. Jenny, who grew up in England, first came to Bimini 14 years ago in her quest to visit the greater vortex/grid lines of our planet. She described arriving in Bimini as, “Feeling as though I had come home.” Though she did not know how to swim and had a tremendous fear of the deep water, she was soon relaxed and twirling in the deep with the dolphins. Bimini has a way of doing this. Dolphin Magick
Lavender Jade Dolphin –
It is super sparkly magickal when the sunlight hits it!
Dolphin energy has been showing up prominently lately. Perhaps others are experiencing this as well? They have always been big in my life, but more in cycles. Recently, they seem to be continuously around.
I can think of many reasons for their showing up as much as they are, in mirror of the energies currently pervading our experience of the now.
Nearly every time I go to the beach dolphins have shown up in the waters (which around here, in Southern California, has never really happened much for me), playing in the waves, or following in unison with me walking on the beach. Being a Pisces, this cetacean energy is very much home to me and often I work with dolphins in my Reiki sessions, as well as have channeled them in two of my paintings, Water and Visions of Atlantis. I wear their energy in several Larimar (dolphin/ocean energy) pieces of jewelry I have (yesterday I just realized that Larimar is the most prominent stone I have in pendants and rings – 9 pieces total!), and have cherished my time spent with them in the wild, on a previous trip in Bimini, swimming and communing with them.
It is no wonder I was drawn back to Bimini to offer a retreat there this coming December over 12/21/12 – Cosmic Heart Activation with Reiki, Raw Food & Wild Dolphin Communion. Right after making the arrangements for this, I was greeted by dolphins at the beach the next day. Such beautiful confirmation.
And equally beautiful is this lovely Lavender Jade Dolphin (pictured above) that was gifted to me upon my partner, Allison Jacobson’s return. She was in Hawaii with her husband for vacation and transformational openings where she had the opportunity to swim with dolphins for her first time off the Big Island. I was excited, yet not surprised, to hear about her heart-opening and empowering experiences. I knew she would fall in love and consider it one of the best experiences of her life – and indeed she did! Since she will be joining the Bimini trip in December in assistance with the retreat, with her husband, this was a lovely introduction I felt and she is ever-more excited for her continued connections with the dolphins to come! So much so, that like myself, she feels her next sacred tattoo design will be of a dolphin. I have twin dolphins on my lower back that I got maybe 8 years ago, long before my Bimini trip, in honor of my connection with them and the beautiful love and harmony of partnership and collective connection they represent.
I loved the backdrop of this painting in our house. It felt like a beautiful environment for this lovely dolphin and perfect with the full moon, since Allison’s trip in Hawaii was over the Full Blue Moon, where she got this for me.
Synchronously, I remember the first day Allison went out with the dolphins in Hawaii, I simultaneously during the time she was out swimming, heard dolphin whistles/clicks, as they make when they echolocate. I hear their playful, almost giggly sound quite often and so clearly and loudly in my inner ears. Dolphins are not only connected to the waters of Earth, but to other worlds and entities, including those of extraterrestrial origin. They were prominent and sacred in the times of Lemuria and Atlantis – times when telepathy was the natural means of communication and the people could communicate in “dolphin codes.”
Needless to say, their showing up so much lately is a beautiful sign to me and I embrace their presence, support, love, and wisdom.
For those wanting to know a little bit about what dolphin wisdom imparts, here is a little insight to reflect upon:
Dolphin wisdom includes change, wisdom, balance, harmony, playfulness, transcendence, gentleness, communication skills, contentment, freedom, trust, friendship, community, generosity, understanding the power of rhythm in your life, use of breath to release intense emotions, water element magick…to name a few. The protective, stabilizing, compassionate demeanor of the dolphin is a message of well being to the pure of heart.
Dolphins can express a need to embrace more playfulness and joy of life into your experience and to be in balance and harmony with yourself and others while reaching to connect more vulnerably and share of yourself. They are masters of the water element and hence, speak to the emotional and intuitive aspects of ourselves and to hone those energies more in order to create balance with the intellect and mind that is used more often…flowing, feeling more rather than over-analyzing. This trust of emotions takes practice, but will reveal where your heart’s joy and gifts are leading you.

I thought I’d share some of what the Mayan Elders, Priests and Shamans have to say about 12/21/12, the energy of our collective consciousness and aligning with galactic time in a return to natural harmony.
I especially like the Q & A with a First Shaman that really speaks to how we have gotten out of alignment and offers suggestions as to what we can do to return there.

As with anything, it is up to your heart, as to discerning what aligns with you.
I encourage this greatly at all times, as I see so much being posted out there these days that can be eye and brain candy, but the optimal test is to satisfy your heart’s intuitive resonance and guidance. I stay away from most of everything I see put out there and immediately won’t continue reading something if it starts to hit the red light button on my heart monitor.

The Spirit of In Lak’ech – Find Your Heart and You Will Find Your Way
I have always been drawn to the simplicity of things and the innocence of the pure child nature within, feeling that nothing is complicated and it’s only our fractured ego minds that desire complexity, validation, a “proof process,” and way to verbally and intellectually articulate. There is nothing wrong with this. All of our parts are of value and integral to the whole. However, the more we feed “only” this left brain way of life (not realizing how much more empowered it would be if integrated), the less we utilize and cultivate the gift the right brain has to offer. The way we can integrate all of this is through the authenticity of our hearts and exercising in present, intentful, daily practice, trusting the intuitive guidance that flows through all of us.
Today, I was drawn to post what has been a guiding light for me. This simplicity of a focus that guides my own heart is the desire for “a return to natural harmony” – within and without, as there is no separation.
And with the energetic shifts and everything that has been leading up to now and the coming cosmic alignments, I share this simplicity as the sweetness of life. Perhaps it has a blooming message to each person’s awakening seed.
It’s also a reason I felt soul-called to the December 2012 dates to offer the magical journey in Bimini to help anchor the energies of this Harmonic Convergence 12/21/12 with our higher vibratory selves after the 12/12/12 activations – one way I can assist in the creation of a new Earth experience.

“In Lak’ech Ala K’in” – The Mayan principle of Universal Love that is similar to Namaste (and also the title of my first series of 5 paintings representing an Earth history story-line of integrative healing through the 5 elements and beyond). As an expression of honoring when greeting each other, this profound realization means “I am another yourself, you are another myself” – “I am you and you are me.” The Maya priest-shamans recognized that we are one global human being. It is about dissolving the ego into complete unconditional love; “dissolving until you are ‘NOT’, then the World enters you.”
Here are words shared by Carlos Barrios, Mayan elder and Ajq’ij (ceremonial priest and spiritual guide) of the Eagle Clan, that speak to the beauty and simplicity of this heart-full message. Carlos initiated an investigation into the different Mayan calendars circulating. Along with his brother, Gerardo, he studied with many teachers and interviewed nearly 600 traditional Mayan elders to widen their scope of knowledge:
It will change –everything will change. Mayan Day-keepers view the Dec. 21, 2012 date as a rebirth, the start of the World of the Fifth Sun. It will be the start of a new era resulting from and signified by the solar meridian crossing the galactic equator and the Earth aligning itself with the center of the galaxy.”
…At sunrise on December 21, 2012 for the first time in 26,000 years the Sun rises to conjunct the intersection of the Milky Way and the plane of the ecliptic. This cosmic cross is considered to be an embodiment of the Sacred Tree, The Tree of Life, a tree remembered in all the world’s spiritual traditions.
Some observers say this alignment with the heart of the galaxy in 2012 will open a channel for cosmic energy to flow through the Earth, cleansing it and all that dwells upon it, raising all to a higher level of vibration. Carlos reminds us: “This process has already begun. Change is accelerating now and it will continue to accelerate.”
…The dark can only be transformed when confronted with simplicity and open-heartedness. This is what leads to unity, a key concept for the World of the Fifth Sun.
…Carlos said the emerging era of the Fifth Sun will call attention to a much-overlooked element. Whereas the four traditional elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water have dominated various epochs in the past, there will be a fifth element to reckon with in the time of the Fifth Sun — that element is ‘ETHER’.

The dictionary defines Ether as a “hypothetical substance supposed to occupy all space, postulated to account for the propagation of electromagnetic radiation through space.” Perhaps it could be defined as the “space between space”. I would suggest it could be manifest as the alignment of charged particles from our solar system (Sun), and our galaxy (Milky Way) surge. The Ether element represents spiritual energy.
“The element of the Fifth Sun is celestial. Within the context of Ether there can be a joining of the polarities. No more darkness or light in the people, but an uplifted unity…
“We need to work together for peace, and balance with the other side. We need to take care of the Earth that feeds and shelters us. We need to put our entire mind and heart into pursuing unity and unity now, to confront the other side and preserve life.”
…Now is the time to awaken and take action. Everyone is needed. You are not here for no reason. Everyone who is here now has an important purpose. This is a hard but a special time. We have the opportunity for growth, but we must be ready for this moment in history.”
…”Meditation and spiritual practice are good, but also action. It’s very important to be clear about who you are, and also about your relation to the Earth. Develop yourself according to your own tradition and the call of your heart. But remember to respect differences, and strive for unity. Eat wisely — a lot of food is corrupt in either subtle or gross ways. Pay attention to what you are taking into your body. Learn to preserve food, and to conserve energy. Learn some good breathing techniques, so you have mastery of your breath. Be clear. Follow a tradition with great roots. It is not important what tradition, your heart will tell you, but it must have great roots.”
“We live in a world of energy. An important task at this time is to learn to sense or see the energy of everyone and everything — people, plants, animals. This becomes increasingly important as we draw close to the World of the Fifth Sun, for it is associated with the element ‘ether’ — the realm where energy lives and weaves. Go to the sacred places of the Earth to pray for peace, and have respect for the Earth which gives us our food, clothing, and shelter. We need to reactivate the energy of these sacred places. That is our work.”
“The greatest wisdom is in simplicity. Love, respect, tolerance, sharing, gratitude, forgiveness. It’s not complex or elaborate. The real knowledge is free. It’s encoded in your DNA. All you need is within you. Great teachers have said that from the beginning. Find your heart, and you will find your way.”

Cosmic Heart Activation Bimini Retreat Update
I’m getting more and more excited and filled with beautiful heart-expansive chills as things evolve with the Bimini Retreat and I watch the perfect group start to form that will be sharing the energy of the week together.
I will continue to post updates on any new information and spaces that are available.
Of the 20 spaces available for the Reiki, raw food and dolphin communion retreat, we now only officially have 16 left.
Of the original 5 spots available for the Atlantis Vortex boat trip on the 21st, we now only have 1 spot available.
Many have shared their resonance and said they will be joining, but as a reminder, your spot can only be held with a deposit. If you want to hold your spot, a deposit of$500 is needed for the retreat and $150 for the Vortex trip. Once the boat Vortex trip is filled, we will be taking names for a waiting list in case someone can’t make it or anything changes, which can tend to happen with very potent experiences such as this, where the right energetic mix of souls will be called together.
For those that want to stay on and connect with us doing the meditation on the boat Vortex trip, at the same time, there is also an optional land Vortex trip available.
The boat vortex trip is $300 extra which includes staying at The ARC. If staying at Bimini Bay, there will be a charge for the hotel room in addition (around $500). In this excursion, we would take a boat to the Atlantis Vortex, an area approximately 35 miles from Bimini in the Atlantic Ocean, part of the Bermuda Triangle where many mysteries have occurred. It is believed that the power crystal of Atlantis is beneath the waves in this area. It is an energy field of immense proportions where we will meditate and work with the new waves of information and consciousness being brought forth to assist our transition, anchoring the energies of this Harmonic Convergence 12/21/12 with our higher vibratory selves. This is a day trip with limited room and weather permitting.
The land Vortex is an area on the north tip of the island that the energy lines run through, it is a remote area, and a good walk. Those who choose this option can connect in with us doing the meditation, on the boat, at the same time, which will make for a very powerful group intent and collective activation. This journey is $150 extra which includes staying at the ARC and includes your food.

The last of the triple dates in this ‘final countdown’ is 12-12-12. On this date, the Crystal of Thoth will be activated beneath Lake Titicaca, along with the Ruby Fire Crystal of Energy, in Bimini. The Crystallization of the planet will complete. What occurs on the 12-12-12 is the Ascension.
With all nine of these master Crystals active, the new Earth grid will then achieve full programming. Ten days later, in support of the harmonic convergence of planets, this new grid will be launched. What takes place on December 21,2012 is the birthing solstice of the New Earth. At that time, the Earth will journey through a Time gate where a new world will be born.

At sunrise on December 21, 2012 for the first time in 26,000 years the Sun rises to conjunct the intersection of the Milky Way and the plane of the ecliptic. The Atlantis Rejuvenation Center is sited on the magical island of Bimini in the Bahamas where you will find beautiful weather, crystal clear turquoise waters and wild playful dolphins surrounded by mystical Atlantean energies.
Spend your week visiting with dolphins daily and preparing for the new energies of the 21st – the end date of a 26,000 year cycle according to Mayan cosmology, practicing yoga, enjoying high vibration gourmet raw vegan food by chef Amanda Russcol, being inspired by Tania’s loving energy and classes where you’ll receive certification in and practicing Reiki, join together in group meditations facilitated by Jenny Yemaya, and much more. Itinerary:
We recommend guests arrive in Ft Lauderdale the day before (December 15th) and spend a night at a hotel on the beach, as we fly out on the charter flight early on the 16th. Guests arrive mid-morning on Sunday 16th, for lunch and the first dolphin trip of the retreat. On Friday 21st, we finish at lunch time so you can catch the charter flight back to Florida.
The dolphin retreat ends on the 21st, but for those who want to stay on an extra day, we will have a vortex trip available where you can connect and send out beams of 5th dimensional consciousness to the planet from this sacred site through meditation – get ready for lift off! Guests just staying for the vortex would head home on the 22nd.
For those that want to stay on and connect with us doing a meditation at the same time, an optional land Vortex trip is available. The land Vortex is an area on the north tip of the island that the energy lines run through, it is a remote area, and a good walk (must be in fairly good physical condition and will need good bug repellent as there is mangrove in that area and mosquitoes). This journey is $150 extra which includes staying at the ARC and includes your food.

Everything is optional, although we encourage you to participate in order to get the most from your group experience. You may decide to have a day on the island, shopping at the straw market, boutiques, visiting the beaches or hanging out with a book at the pool. We aim to immerse you in an environment that supports you, wherever you are on your journey.
Accommodations:
We like to provide options that meet different needs and budgets so the week’s pricing is tiered to accommodate. The ARC is for people happy to share dormitory style accommodations in adult sized comfortable bunks with shared bathrooms. Our experience in running retreats has proved that this can lead to a deeper sense of a communal living experience with deep and bonding new friendships formed. There are two dorms – one dorm for 14 and one dorm for 6 (separate sex). The center has the best sunrise views overlooking the bay and is two minutes from the best beach on the island with stunning sunsets. The style of The ARC is beach chic. We have outdoor and indoor dining overlooking the bay. For those happy to pay more for private 5* accommodations and en-suite facilities, we have an arrangement with our neighboring resort, Bimini Bay, in either private studios for 1 or 2 people, or condos with 1 and 2 bedrooms.
The ARC does have wi-fi and there is high speed internet at Bimini Bay as well if you need it, however we highly encourage the journey to be one of switching off from everyday life as much as possible, as truly a way to be in the experience and to go within – a time of nurturing and letting go and to be in our hearts away from everything.

- Five nights new, shared, stylish accommodations at The Atlantis Rejuvenation Center (or separate luxury accommodations by arrangement at Bimini Bay Resort & Spa.
- Five dolphin excursions (from around 3pm to sunset daily) and three extended snorkel trips to The Stones of Atlantis, The Three Sisters Cave and various coral reefs and wrecks, including complimentary snorkel equipment.
- Five days of breakfast, lunch and dinner – gourmet, organic raw vegan food meals (cooked vegan option available upon request) – snacks on the boat, bottled water, herbal teas, juices and smoothies. For those who desire cooked vegan, we normally offer a cooked dinner or lunch (one cooked meal a day), but if anyone wants/needs more cooked meals per day than that simply let us know. - Ground transportation on the island to and from the airport on arrival/departure
- All activities and group sessions listed in your daily itinerary for six days, including: yoga (at the beach or infinity pool, but we will also have an air-conditioned yoga room) every morning – aerial yoga for small groups available during the day, Reiki instruction and attunements ($555 value of teaching and certification that will last a lifetime) as well as additional fun and empowering exercises, meditations, and preparation for the new energies with Tania, Jenny and the ARC team. Dolphin Trips:
We are lucky to work with an experienced, fun and responsible captain. We head out to the dolphin grounds five days each week. Through years of data collection, our captain has terrific odds of finding the dolphins at the times when they are most playful. While we can never guarantee dolphins, we feel that we can give you the best chances of having the dolphin interaction you are looking for. Our vision is to provide a meditative and joyful environment to experience the dolphins. Like any wilderness excursion it is important that it be undertaken with awareness and sensitivity. All staff are educated and experienced in the practice of ‘minimal intrusion’. Our intention is always to connect with the dolphins with respect and awareness. We do not feed, chase or do anything that might disrupt their natural behavior. Only at the dolphins’ invitation do we interact with them. It’s a small group, so you are assured the best possible dolphin interaction. You will receive personal facilitation and support.
Reiki with Tania Marie:
Experience one week of transformational experiences through Tania’s loving support that will lead you to greater sense of self, clarity, empowerment, peace, joy, and deeper love and compassion. The focus is on learning, sharing, supporting and expanding your heart through Reiki (pronounced ray-key). The practice of channeling Reiki is an easy-to-learn, gentle and powerful system of natural healing that reduces stress, induces relaxation, supports intentions and provides many other healing benefits. The Reiki classes offered are part of the Traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Certification Training. You will be trained, initiated, and certified in Reiki 1 and 2during this week, as well as enjoy practicing with the group, receiving valuable insights and personal attention, have access to Tania’s unique insights and energy, as well as participate in global and personal healing intentions and sessions. If you’ve been interested in taking a class and embarking on this life-changing and empowering path, then this is the retreat for you. Additional Costs:
We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance. There is a possibility of hurricanes in that area, and if the trip was cancelled due to a natural disaster, you want to make sure you are covered. Bimini is just 50 miles off the coast of Miami and Ft Lauderdale, Florida, so you can fly to either as there is a shuttle between the two international airports. Our charter flights leave out of Ft Lauderdale at 9.30am, so we advise guests to stay a night in Ft Lauderdale the night before. We recommend The Bahia Mar Hotel in Fort Lauderdale and can arrange group rates if necessary for you. Please mention at time of booking so the extra night (August 18th) can be arranged. Or feel free to reserve other accommodations to your preference, but you will need to make sure to let Tania know of your arrangements and that you have transfers to the airport the next morning to arrive on time or you will miss your flight. Transfer the next morning to the Ft. Lauderdale International Airport for charter flight to Bimini departing at 9:30am, so check in is 8am and arrival in Bimini is 10am. On our return flight we arrive back into Ft Lauderdale around 3pm, we then have to clear US Immigration which can take some time, so do not book your return international flights too early. The charter flight is around $285 pp. There is a $25 cash Bahamian Departure Tax when leaving Bimini.
For those that stay for the Atlantis Vortex trip on the 21st, you will need to book a one way return flight to Florida on United Airlines for the 22nd. Details will be provided when you book your trip with a link to the best prices for this flight.
Additional activities available in Bimini (additional costs may apply – see details below):
- Group excursion to the healing hole fountain of youth ($40-45 pp and can be arranged when you arrive if you desire) is an option for one of the mornings.
- If you decide to have a day on the island instead of the boat, we can recommend the best beaches to visit or places of interest.
- There are 3 beautiful pools at the resort overlooking the ocean.
- Kayaking on the bay can be arranged for you if you desire.
- Golf carts are the preferred method of transport on the island and can be hired (about $75/day or less). Alternatively taxis run up and down the Kings Highway and cost $6 each way.
- We usually go out after dinner one night during the week to see the local band playing & experience some island life (this is optional). There are a couple of places to shop for nice things as well.
- Massage is also available for 1 hour slots. You can sign up for these, optionally, when you arrive.
- Tania is also available for private Reiki sessions and healing attunements and will have available some specially chosen crystal healing pendants and visionary prints for those that would like any unique energetic gift items connected with the journey.
- Sound healing and nutritional/herbal counseling and some other healing modalities are also available upon request.
