Riding the Frequency of Liquid Light – Heart of Atlantis Ancient Andara

I’ve been swimming in an ocean of flowing energy lately that feels soothing to my native Piscean roots and yesterday at the beach was gently nurturing, as the ocean always is. Getting back to nature this weekend after having been focused on channeling energy into recent events and projects has been invigorating and supportive in maintaining balance and an ever-replenished source of energy. Regardless of sun and warmth, or clouds and coolness, a day in nature is always rewarding.
The hill top hiking (at Nix Nature Center in Laguna Canyon) and beach strolling (at my favorite Crystal Cove) had me remembering my work in Atlantis and other ancient times, and connecting that with how crystal energy has evolved in my work as of late to focus on sacred crystal essence paintings from crystal jewelry.
Heart of Atlantis Andara with rainbows
Particularly prominent has been the voice of one of my crystals speaking loudly recently – a rare Heart of Atlantis Andara I’d like to share with you. Seems fitting with the way crystals have channeled through my healing art, with the profound shifts into new realms of my greatest joy service and how that is flowing through me core-passionately, the upcoming journey in Bimini, and integrating all aspects of my soul into the now, that this particular crystal friend was coming through to my assistance.
If you remember my posting about Andara Crystals before, they are unique crystals primarily composed of Prima Matra (first matter) that are used for healing and raising of consciousness, are self-clearing, and cannot carry negative energy within them or around them. Andaras are powerful Andarian Alchemy Masters from another world that have the ability to clear and energize all other people, animals, plants, and crystals in its environment. They are thought by some to be the highest vibrational crystals because they contain Prima Matra (which 
combines 70 minerals).
In general, they support us to move multi-dimensionally through space and time, to increase our awareness and raise our vibrations to access universal knowledge and connect with beings from higher realms, to detoxify negativity and balance and cleanse the chakras, assist our ability for energy channeling, powerfully heal, and accelerate spiritual development, awareness and manifesting abilities. In addition, each unique Andara embodies specific properties that focus their energy and our work with them. They are translucent, luminescent glass-like crystals of beautiful transparent colors and share an energy simply not experienced from any other material. Their energy is an anchoring of bleed through connected to Mu/Lemuria and “other” multidimensional realms.
This particular “Rare Heart of Atlantis Elder Ancient Andara” you see pictured, had called to me immediately when I first came upon it. I discovered its powerful watery and spiraling emanation immediately, but it wasn’t until recently that its rainbows revealed themselves to me.
I loved what was shared about his energy that I found to be extremely accurate in working with him: The blueish-grey deep ocean color of this ancient and whimsical Andara takes you back to the time of Atlantis. The Heart of Atlantis Andara connects you to the angelic beings of the sea, the dolphins, whales, and other 
oceanic beings of light and great love. This powerful Andara guides and protects the light within all beings. The Heart of Atlantis Andara’s are playful like the dolphins and love to change colors from blueish grey to a beautiful greenish grey color. A truly breathtaking and uplifting choice for anyone with a call for the water, ocean, and creatures of the sea. Elders activate, strengthen, and amplify and charge all other Andaras.
Needless to say, I am grateful to find myself being able to embrace all of the new energy waves of change in my life with peace and finding it beautiful to be able to ride them in much the way our cetacean friends do, gliding rather than treading the experiential waters. Seems a result of continuing to learn how to integrate more deeply yet gently, choosing differently, and honoring the truth that is in my heart. I can literally feel the liquid cool light essence moving in and around me at times, becoming unified with it, and I feel more myself than ever before.
In moments of reflection is when I can see how monumental frequency shifts have taken place that would be unrecognizable to “the old experiences” of each of us, as there is only the now moment.
Life may bring new challenges and interesting twists and turns, yet they don’t need to knock us off-kilter so harshly. And if they do, a little gentle embrace, some mindfulness, a lot less talk and a bit more walk, a little more presence, and a lot of compassion for self and others with true, core integrity and honor are helpful.
I love my Atlantean Andara and all of my crystal friends that join in my daily work towards enlivened and fearless living.

Dolphin Magick
Lavender Jade Dolphin –
It is super sparkly magickal when the sunlight hits it!
Dolphin energy has been showing up prominently lately. Perhaps others are experiencing this as well? They have always been big in my life, but more in cycles. Recently, they seem to be continuously around.
I can think of many reasons for their showing up as much as they are, in mirror of the energies currently pervading our experience of the now.
Nearly every time I go to the beach dolphins have shown up in the waters (which around here, in Southern California, has never really happened much for me), playing in the waves, or following in unison with me walking on the beach. Being a Pisces, this cetacean energy is very much home to me and often I work with dolphins in my Reiki sessions, as well as have channeled them in two of my paintings, Water and Visions of Atlantis. I wear their energy in several Larimar (dolphin/ocean energy) pieces of jewelry I have (yesterday I just realized that Larimar is the most prominent stone I have in pendants and rings – 9 pieces total!), and have cherished my time spent with them in the wild, on a previous trip in Bimini, swimming and communing with them.
It is no wonder I was drawn back to Bimini to offer a retreat there this coming December over 12/21/12 – Cosmic Heart Activation with Reiki, Raw Food & Wild Dolphin Communion. Right after making the arrangements for this, I was greeted by dolphins at the beach the next day. Such beautiful confirmation.
And equally beautiful is this lovely Lavender Jade Dolphin (pictured above) that was gifted to me upon my partner, Allison Jacobson’s return. She was in Hawaii with her husband for vacation and transformational openings where she had the opportunity to swim with dolphins for her first time off the Big Island. I was excited, yet not surprised, to hear about her heart-opening and empowering experiences. I knew she would fall in love and consider it one of the best experiences of her life – and indeed she did! Since she will be joining the Bimini trip in December in assistance with the retreat, with her husband, this was a lovely introduction I felt and she is ever-more excited for her continued connections with the dolphins to come! So much so, that like myself, she feels her next sacred tattoo design will be of a dolphin. I have twin dolphins on my lower back that I got maybe 8 years ago, long before my Bimini trip, in honor of my connection with them and the beautiful love and harmony of partnership and collective connection they represent.
I loved the backdrop of this painting in our house. It felt like a beautiful environment for this lovely dolphin and perfect with the full moon, since Allison’s trip in Hawaii was over the Full Blue Moon, where she got this for me.
Synchronously, I remember the first day Allison went out with the dolphins in Hawaii, I simultaneously during the time she was out swimming, heard dolphin whistles/clicks, as they make when they echolocate. I hear their playful, almost giggly sound quite often and so clearly and loudly in my inner ears. Dolphins are not only connected to the waters of Earth, but to other worlds and entities, including those of extraterrestrial origin. They were prominent and sacred in the times of Lemuria and Atlantis – times when telepathy was the natural means of communication and the people could communicate in “dolphin codes.”
Needless to say, their showing up so much lately is a beautiful sign to me and I embrace their presence, support, love, and wisdom.
For those wanting to know a little bit about what dolphin wisdom imparts, here is a little insight to reflect upon:
Dolphin wisdom includes change, wisdom, balance, harmony, playfulness, transcendence, gentleness, communication skills, contentment, freedom, trust, friendship, community, generosity, understanding the power of rhythm in your life, use of breath to release intense emotions, water element magick…to name a few. The protective, stabilizing, compassionate demeanor of the dolphin is a message of well being to the pure of heart.
Dolphins can express a need to embrace more playfulness and joy of life into your experience and to be in balance and harmony with yourself and others while reaching to connect more vulnerably and share of yourself. They are masters of the water element and hence, speak to the emotional and intuitive aspects of ourselves and to hone those energies more in order to create balance with the intellect and mind that is used more often…flowing, feeling more rather than over-analyzing. This trust of emotions takes practice, but will reveal where your heart’s joy and gifts are leading you.

Dragons and Dolphins – How They Can Assist Those Ready To Work With Them
Recently I was directed to Celia Fenn’s blog post (3/16/12) called The New Earth Energies by Laura Bruno who knows and shares my love and connection with Dragons and Dolphins. I loved this excerpt, I included below, on Dragon and Dolphin energy supporting the new paradigm of Earth energies and how they are co-assisting us in these shifts. Just today, I saw this video, also included below, which is not an isolated incidence, as many of our lovely cetacean friends have been challenged in these ways (and then some) and met with not as beautiful an outcome as this. I was a mess of emotions viewing it, feeling the powerful energy and beauty of this experience. Thank you to the loving people of Brazil for their tenderness, as our Dolphin friends are Masterful beings of love, here to assist us. It is always touching to see humans assisting in this way, as it does mirror the belief many of us hold of a return to natural harmony.
Dragons and Dolphins by Celia Fenn
Beloved Family of Light, as you begin this next phase of Connection and Re-connection, you will also make intense connections with the Awakening energy of the Dragons, and also the energy of the Dolphin Masters. These two groups of Light Beings are especially focussed on this part of the 2012 alignments and are fully ready to work with those of you who are ready.
Firstly, in the 6th Dimension you will encounter and reconnect with the Dragon energy. The Dragons are Higher Dimensional bearers of the “Cosmic Fire” or Angel Fire. This is a very basic but powerful elemental energy that you might term “nuclear” energy if you were to think of it in scientific terms, the basic “fire” that holds the holographic matrix in place.
The Dragons were the early bearers of the Cosmic Energy and were your “ancestors”. They breathed fire because they were expressions of Cosmic Fire itself. When you awaken the Dragon Fire, you reconnect with your ancient ability to work with the Cosmic Fire for co-creation with the Divine. When you live in fear of the Dragon energy, it lives in your shadow side and can emerge in destructive ways as “explosions” of rather negative fire. This happens on a large scale when humans go to war and rain fire on each other in the form of weapons, especially nuclear weapons, which are the ultimate negative use of the Dragon Fire. This is what has happened when humans have approached the Dragon Fire from a scientific point of view and tried to harness it for negative purposes. Indeed, much of the present conflict in your Middle East centers around the use of the Dragon Fire for war and who should have the right to access this power. The Dragons themselves have evolved as well, and no longer wish to be used for negative purposes, they wish to reconnect with Humanity and offer themselves in the service of Peace.
Historically, the relationship with Dragons has been one of fear, leading to abuse and destruction. In the third-dimensional world where perception works in duality, the Dragons were feared and brought into conflict and “vanquished”. In the fifth-dimensional New Earth you recognize Polarity within Unity and so the Dragons can re-emerge as you move into Mastery and the Higher Dimensions. In Mastery, you can become Dragon Riders and direct the Dragon Fire with Consciousness and use its power in manifestation and creation for the highest good and according to the Divine Plan. This is the way that the Dragon energy wishes to connect with humans, and not in the scientific way where the energy is harnessed and used without any understanding of the Sacred Relationship between Spirit, Dragons and Humans.
The Second Group of Light Beings is the Angelic Dolphin Masters, who are the Higher Expression of the Cetacean/Dolphin energy of Earth. They come from the Galactic Center or Great Central Sun, via Sirius and the Pleaides. Their purpose is, and always has been, to guide the development of the Species on Earth, especially the emerging Human Angelic Species. The Cetaceans are Masters of Holographic Engineering, and wherever there is a need for a major evolutionary shift or recalibration, they are there to assist. Even as Earth ascends into the New and Independent role in her Solar System and Galaxy, the Dolphin Masters continue to assist in this “birthing” process.
The Dolphin Masters and Angels embody the Cosmic Christ Consciousness. They flow with the Golden Energy of the Cosmic Christ, but they also embody the Turquoise and Magenta Rays of the Christ Love. The energy of the Dolphin Masters is expressed in Dance, Music and in Joy. It is fluid and flowing and light, beautiful and harmonious. When you embody the energy of the Dolphin Masters you become as they are, fluid, graceful, joyous and able to react with grace and speed. No change of direction in the Flow is a problem, you are simply able to move with it.
With the assistance of the Dragons and the Angelic Dolphin Masters, the Fire of Creation and the Evolution of Species on the Earth will once again be aligned with the Divine Will and Divine Creative Intelligence. This will ensure that these energies are used only for Higher Purpose in the New Earth.
