And there was a beautiful on pour of messages that came in that were truly amazing. I loved reading and sharing in on the energy of each of your dreams and thank you so much for courageously voicing them and reaching into your heart to make them a reality. Not only is this a beautiful gift to yourself, but also to the collective as an energetic ripple that will have profound effect.
As shared, all entries will receive group distant Reiki “dream” support from me simply for having the courage to share and take the steps. This is scheduled for tomorrow, September 3rd at 11:11 am my time (West Coast, California).

A couple of quick reminders on the upcoming workshop in Costa Mesa, in a little less than a week from now, and retreat in British Columbia, in just two and a half weeks.

Magickal Moments with the Horses at Epona Rise Retreat Centre – A Glimpse at What’s in Store for You

Horses so beautifully and transparently reflect our true vibration, which aids us in taking responsibility for ourselves. To say that I’m excited for this retreat is an understatement and I’m grateful for Hillary’s sweet words, for opening her heart’s passionate service to us, and for the Horses who have welcomed me to share in partnering with them in service to others.
In the photos you’ll see one of the amazing Horses, Tareena (above), who showed up in my meditation immediately when I was tuning in for guidance from them for this retreat’s inspiration. I was not aware of Hillary having a white Horse, nor that she was a she, but after I asked her about this, she shared in fact she did have a female white Horse and that she is in fact a magical Unicorn in disguise. 🙂
No wonder it is she that was the first to approach me, given both Hillary’s and my love for our enchanted Unicorns.
I am excited to connect with her and the other masterful Horses in person in just a month from now. You can see their beauty, power, and majestic wisdom in these captures.

Reiki Share Love
Thank you to everyone who came out for the last Summer Reiki Share and Vegan Potluck gathering last evening. We had a full house of thirteen beautiful souls, most of who are all Reiki Master Teachers.
I always encourage bringing guests, so we usually have a few people that get to come, that are not Reiki trained. They are able to experience and receive Reiki support, as well as learn that they have their own natural healing abilities, which I assist them with channeling so that if they so choose, they can join in on the giving too. It’s really empowering for them to realize how naturally gifted they are, as we all truly are.
So, it was the perfect evening of friends (and animal friends), super yummy vegan food that complimented each dish, great conversation, and a lot of Reiki love.
Vegan orange, chocolate chip, pecan cookies I baked – 70 in all! We also enjoyed a small, suprise vegan chocolate lavender with chocolate icing cake I made for the girls’ celebrations
The meal enjoyment included salads, vegan chili, vegan enchiladas, a raw “Green Pyramid” dish, Bolani Afghan bread, organic tortilla chips with guacamole, mango and regular salsas, and finished off with orange, chocolate chip, pecan cookies, and a surprise lavender chocolate cake with two pink candles for the ladies to make their wishes.
We had three massage tables set up with four people to each and I floated, but we also moved around, as inspired. And as some people had to leave, or took breaks on the patio deck outdoors in the cool breeze, we reconfigured.
The evening also aligned in timing with a Birthday and a going away party for two of the guests – both embarking on a new year of beginnings and adventure. So it was quite the celebration.
I have loved creating these evenings, which I started because I wanted to provide a space for everyone to be able to practice since that was something they shared not getting the chance to do much, but also to just have some really quality time to come together for conscious conversation, loving support, and to get the chance to receive since I know that they all are such big givers.
Healers need support and love too to nurture themselves and keep balanced and renewed. It always seems like when we gather it’s at perfect timing for the needs people are going through that they could use support with.
And I was happy to hear that these Reiki Shares will continue, as several of the guests are talking about hosting some at their homes. YAY!
And so the Reiki love will continue. I’m so grateful for these beautiful people that grace my life and that are in the world shining their light and love to everyone. I feel these kinds of things are indication of the transformation taking place collectively, and the more we focus and fuel energy and intentions into raising our vibrations, the more the entire Earth collective does as well.
There are many different healing methods and modalities, as well as creative and personal growth endeavors and supportive means to choose from that can all aid in helping one move more gracefully and peacefully through these shifting times. With so much happening and shifting around us and within us, things speeding up and intensifying, and worries and concerns over what the outcomes will be, it’s no wonder so many are experiencing challenges and increased levels of stress, anxiety, confusion, exhaustion, and unhealthiness. Everyone is ready for a new lease on life and perhaps even a total reinvention and revitalization. Things are all coming to a head, as transitions take place.
Reiki is one healing method that can help support people to move through the stress and uncertainty. It is much more than a “coping” mechanism, as it is a supportive tool in self-empowerment, aiding one with making healthy changes and handling things that arise during the transitions. The Universal Life Force energy, which Reiki is, embodies the very essence and consciousness of the new era we have moved into and is extremely supportive in helping to create the planetary shift in consciousness that is unfolding.
Reiki is a safe, gentle, natural, and easy-to-learn healing technique. Once your body has been attuned to connect and to receive it, you have Reiki for life.
Reiki is something we all innately have access to and use often without even knowing it. The process of an attunement supports us in accessing and remembering this gift we have to use. It also helps us to refine, accelerate, and intensify that gift for personal use and in our service to others.
There is no greater gift one can offer, than the energy of Unconditional Love, which is Reiki.
Reiki is helping us to collectively maneuver with more ease and swiftness into increased peace and well-being. It is a beautiful gift we’ve rediscovered that truly has the ability to aid movement towards powerful, co-created changes that are needed in our personal and planetary evolution. As we use Reiki to help ourselves, each other, and the world, we will continue to experience ever-increasing blessings and doorways of opportunities, not to mention a greater connection and reverence for All That Is.

Narwhals are considered the “Unicorns of the Sea”, which make connecting through these enchanted creatures, that much more special.

Horses are bridge workers who support deeper connection to yourself and provide a way to walk through new doorways of experience with greater sense of what is within you. Accelerated Reiki Levels 1 – 3 Workshops in Costa Mesa, CA
Originally, I was planning to be out of town the weekend of June 6th – 8th at a special event my dear friends up North in Canada are hosting – Anandafest on June 7th – where I would have had the opportunity to be speaking/teaching, but plans unfortunately shifted, as they do, requiring me to be stationed at home and unable to travel then.
However, if you are up in the Burlington, ON area of Canada don’t miss out on this wonderful event which includes yoga, live music, kirtan, meditation, inspirational talks, and more on a beautiful 70-acre property. It’s only a minimum donation of $20 to attend this full day event. This is the 3rd year of Anandafest.
I hope I can make it out next time.
So, as luck would have it, I am available to teach that weekend for those of you who had been interested and weren’t able to attend the last round of workshops.

A great way to take a short, self-nurturing weekend for yourself. Dinner out together is also an option.
Light vegan snack lunch, alkaline/ionized water, sparkling lemon water, and tea will be provided, or feel free to bring your own to support your personal dietary needs.
You can choose to come for one or both of the workshop days.
If you’re a student who has already taken a workshop with me, you are welcome to join free for review, practice, to co-teach, or as a refresher, provided there is room.

The Reiki classes offered are part of the Traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Certification Training.
Friday June 6th Reiki Level 1 & 2:
You will learn about the history, principles, ethics and practice of Reiki, experience Reiki for the first time, receive an initiation attunement and start a 21-day energetic cleanse. You’ll also learn scanning, Reiki lineage, hand positions for giving in-person, hands-on treatments to others and yourself, learn to support any intention, person, animal or global cause from a distance, through space and time, as you learn three Reiki Symbols to deepen your work and use of Reiki. Empower the future, embrace the present, support mental and emotional balance, create deeper awareness of your inner voice, and always so much more.
If you are interested in deepening your practice of Reiki, a Reiki Level 3 Master Teacher Workshop will continue on Saturday June 7th:
You will learn 3 Reiki Master Symbols including Tibetan, Anthakarana and Usui Master Symbols, Violet Breath, Hui Yin exercise, healing attunement instruction, receive another initiation attunement, learn advanced techniques, instruction on how to give attunements for all levels, as well as learn what it means to be a teacher, while helping to nurture more confidence, commitment and responsibility to your service. We will review Reiki Levels 1 and 2 for anyone interested in going over questions from previous training.
I often support Reiki students of other teachers that feel drawn to complete their Reiki training with me, or that would like to deepen their practice, refresh, and expand. So any practitioners ready to move forward to their Reiki Master Teacher Level are welcome.
Chicago Accelerated Reiki Workshop Weekend
If you’re in the Chicago area and you’ve been interested in learning Reiki and feeling ready for the next step in your expanding journey, this could be an opportunity to infuse your life with new energy to ignite change.
Beautiful alignments of synchronicity have led me to be able to offer training in this area of all three levels of Reiki certification training.
You can either choose to come for Saturday 10/11’s Reiki 1 & 2 workshop only, or take advantage while I’m there of both days, including Sunday 10/12’s Reiki 3 workshop, and receive all three levels of training through Reiki Master Teacher level.
Registration confirmation needed by July 31st, but if you register early I will provide a discount.

The Reiki classes offered are part of the Traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Certification Training.

Aside from the opportunity you still have to learn Reiki with me in Bimini over the 6/16 – 6/22 Summer Solstice Retreat, I have a class scheduled for Monday July 1st, just about a week after I return, for anyone who may want to join.
Since I am available to teach 7 days a week, depending on mutual schedules, week and weekends are always an option. You can always contact me to set up a private class to work with your schedule or keep an eye out on classes I post that you may want to join.
So if you have a flexible schedule, work from home, or happen to have that Monday July 1st off, or would like to take it off to extend your weekend (or July 4th celebrations) to enhance your life experience with a new spark, you are welcome to join the Reiki 1 and 2 class that I will be teaching that day.
As always, past students are welcome to audit for free, which can be especially beneficial if you are planning to teach yourself, or simply want a refresher course on the material, along with more practice.
The class will be held Monday July 1st from 9am – 3pm in Costa Mesa, California. Details given upon registration.
