Conversations with the Universe: Simran Singh at TEDxCharleston
You may remember when I posted an announcement about Simran Singh and her new book, “Conversations with the Universe – How The World Speaks To Us” back in May. Since then she has just begun the year-long Rebel Road Tour which is a 66 city, one woman show tour across North America.
I’ve enjoyed connecting with Simran, as she is a fellow creative visionary that is empowering and inspiring people all over the world. Her messages are simple and relatable, sharing how we are simply and Divinely, experience experiencing itself, here to create, invent, and reinvent. Something I believe in heart as well.

Crystal Illuminations Now Available & Crystal Update
As promised, I am announcing that the new Crystal Illuminations sacred paintings are officially available. These are little portals of magickal crystal essence that you can immerse yourself in to empower your wholeness.
Several of these paintings are home to crystals that have rainbows and amazing inclusions. They all are high quality, intuitionally chosen, energetically worked with in preparation, and perhaps new to you, as many are not as common as the crystals you may be more familiar with.
There are one and two crystal combinations and the theme of these pieces are focused with intention of bringing the essence of YOU into fullness.
They were on display at one exhibition and because of being fully involved in all preparations and creations, I only now have been able to get them uploaded to my Etsy Shop, Crystal Illumination, where you can now see them together and check out more images, including close ups of the crystals and stones, while exploring the energy and properties of each.
It was fun to see people’s reactions to these paintings for the first time, exclaiming they had never seen anything like them before. I ended up giving people a little inside view and instruction on my creation process with my paintings, as this was a group of primarily retired individuals that like to explore different hobbies and passions, some of which were artists too and wanting to understand my unique process.
That is a toughy, as I don’t myself have a clue! LOL! That being said, I did share with them some of the basics, in the order of how the layers of the paintings and inspiration take place. It was really a lot of fun and several were interested in knowing of art classes I may be teaching. 😉
Needless to say, I hope you enjoy exploring them at Crystal Illumination.
This is likely the last round of them that I will be creating for a while, except for any custom requests, as I am being guided into another outlet of channeling for now. I love how energy is always dancing, shifting, and transforming, so it sure does make sense to mirror that, doesn’t it? Otherwise you’re blocking natural cycling to take place and we all know that isn’t so healthy.
Crystal Update:
Almost all of the stand-alone crystals in my shop are sold out. I do have three AMAZING crystal beings remaining that are still looking for their keepers and only three Lemurian L.O.V.E. Seed Pendulums left. These L.O.V.E. Seeds are a favorite of everyone’s and I’ve received a lot of feedback on what big personalities they have and how playful they are. So if you have never tried a pendulum, this is a perfect “first” to start off with.

Gregg Braden ~ The Key to True Harmony
This is a great interview with Gregg Braden I’m reblogging from my dear friend, Laura Bruno. I’m only catching it now, as I’ve been a bit busy the last few days. Laura highlighted the discussion and I’ll leave you with what Gregg ends the interview with: The new question, rather than “What can I get from the world that exists?” is “What can I share with the world that is emerging?” What can I contribute to the world that is emerging within my community, within my family, within myself?” The way we answer this question opens the door to powerful, powerful possibilities and new ways to share our passions with the world – things that the world needs that we have intuitively picked up on our own. And as we share these, the flip side is we are rewarded abundantly.
In Giving Outward Expression to Our Passions We Receive Our Fullness – A Recap of Creative Events This Week
Wow! It’s been such a whirlwind this last week and a half – one of potent and flowing creative life force energy from the passionate flame within.
It’s healthy to let it flow and how it wants to flow. It will sometimes come in large bursts or smaller daily ones, but always is enduring and awaiting us to unleash it.
The Universe IS creative energy and love. And since we ARE the Universe, so too are we always constantly cycling this energy through. We just seem to stop it now and then from doing what it is in its nature to do, and that is when we have challenges come up or it erupts seemingly out of no where.
Staying present and honoring the energy that IS, will always provide optimal results. And balance is key.
Some times I balance things within the same day in terms of the energy in and out (taking breaks recharging in nature or relaxing as I watch a good movie), and sometimes the way things go, the balance comes after a few days of outward flow, with receiving for a while directly after.
Since there is no time, and everything is just energy, it’s all about tapping into what the energy is presently wanting to do, realizing that when the energy has run its course, you’ll know what to do next because you are so in tune and listening.
Either way, I go with what feels natural to the energy, not what my mind says, and go where the energy is without forcing something. I have found that sometimes we can even force things that would “seem” really good for us in terms of “thinking” it out, but in reality, if we are in a flow that is natural, then it isn’t good to stop that flow mid-way to live up to some ideal.
This was apparent this last week and a half for me while in creation mode. The first few days I was guided to spend time at sunset on the beach receiving, after my output. Then I had a few days of just output. After which, I then was receiving energetically from people I was coming in contact with in terms of what they were giving back in their experience of my work at the two creative arts events that took place Thursday and Saturday – Art Affair at Laguna Woods Village and A Night of Creative Compassion in Pasadena.
And of course, as I channel who I am naturally, that is a gift I am giving and receiving to myself as well. 🙂
In between, I also gifted myself an entire full day off at Bhakti Fest, totally receiving so much good soul and heart nurturing of breath work, good food, new and old friends, light activation, shopping, drinking in the desert and community energy, and spiritual bliss from the soul enriching sacred mantras and music from Deva Premal, Miten, and Manose.
It was interesting that it was the hottest it’s been all summer during this time period and for these events – so mirroring of the creative flame of energy. This added to the intensity of creation energy and so with the full cycle coming to close, I find myself now in full receiving mode to soak up some deserved stillness, which is where my energy is at in terms of its cycle. Having naturally expended my creative output, in rich fullness, it is now time to nurture and let things percolate, as a result of these experiences.
It’s all about a delicate balance and being ever-present with how the “natural” energy is channeling, which will go in different cycles, just as Nature does.
I know that the energy will always guide me in how to utilize it next, but for now I am allowing all of the experiences to integrate and enjoying the fullness of what it all is.
Living as a passionate being is who I am and truly is the heart of all of us. It’s our authentic innateness to express creative energy and love – the power of All That Is.

Each event, the last few days, has been uniquely rich and it is the personal relating and connections that mean the most to me. I have met some amazing souls and we have exchanged beautiful moments of mutual honoring and sharing. I have always enjoyed sharing my art work in person, as I feel it really is an “experience”. I find that just sharing the paintings with people is what shifts experiences for others on energetic levels. If someone chooses to take a piece home, they will continue to work with that energy and, as with crystals, they become the keepers of these energetic portals. And for the people who simply see it and spend time receiving in person, they receive just the perfect amount of what they need.
I love to observe and experience my art through the eyes of others and am so grateful to be able to share in this way that is one of my passions. It means so much to me to listen to how a piece has moved someone, as when I am creating, I am in the vortex of creation and don’t know the totality of what is being created until I see it at work with others.
To me, this is priceless. And so, since I don’t do art shows and exhibits that often, only choosing to do ones that are for causes close to my heart, it truly is a gift when I do, as it reminds me of the full circle of why it is so important to follow our passions and support creative energy. It is bigger than us and yet we are integral to that.
Most of the time, exhibits and shows are about allowing that in-person experience to take place, and not really about if anyone takes something home. It is also a chance for the circle of energetic exchange to take place, even if that is through appreciation for my art, as it is just as important to receive as it is to give.
And that is why I also love to donate pieces, like at last night’s event. Not only did I get to help raise money in support of the animals at Farm Sanctuary and see people who really loved certain pieces of my work get to take them home rather than have them sit in storage, but in the process I also had the opportunity to allow the door to receiving, open, and to welcome the appreciation, knowing the circle is complete.
I am grateful for all the beautiful experiences the last few days with all of the beautiful souls, for seeing the Source of channeled expression through the eyes of others beholding my creations, for the gifts I have received from the gifts of others, for all the devotion and labor of love people put into each event, for the opportunity to be a part of community and co-creation, and for this human embodiment that allows me to continuously immerse in passionate and sensual experiences of the Divine in manifestation.

What is the Motivation of Your Life? – Softening into You
Do you often find yourself yearning, chasing after, or searching for something more in your life? And do you put all your eggs in that basket of hopes before you allow yourself to think you can be truly fulfilled, happy, at peace, or able to live in the miracle of you?
Are you in constant competition with others and in fact, even with yourself?
With this perspective of never feeling the contentment, wholeness, and gratitude of what you do have and where you are at right now, you will always have a sense of emptiness and be in the constant race that many have gotten tangled up in – to achieve to some illusory level that when reached will still provide no satisfaction.
You know that there is always going to be something more and of course life is a process of evolution and different things will show up as we journey through our lives.
But when you are always in a state of attached desire that needs more of anything, whether it’s money, relationships, physical ideals, the perfect job, etc., you are feeding a conditioned, perpetual craving, which can become an addiction itself and create more addictions, as well as keep you from being able to see what is right in front of you already.
Do you ever take a moment to really stop and look at what you are feeling inside and how that is creating the manifested results in your outer world? It’s not that desire is a bad thing, but the essence of the feelings behind it and what they are rooted in, can create the unhealthiness around it and a false sense of lack.
If the things you desire are the only and main purpose of your motivation and entire life purpose, then there just might be something more to look at, as this kind of propulsion and driving force can be inhibiting and leave you without sight of why you are really here at the heart of hearts.
It is false that we are a competitive-driven species. This has come to be, as an after-experience. We are truly heart-based beings of sensitivity and Divine awareness that have love as the main propulsion.
I was finishing to watch the documentary “I AM” last night and much of it spoke to the underlying essence of what I felt to share today here. There were some points that stood out, but one interesting note was about Darwin.
It explained how today’s main focus is mainly on Darwin’s Origin of Species, but in the 828 page sequel, The Descent of Man, where he discusses humanevolution, Darwin writes ONLY twice of “survival of the fittest,” but 95 times of love.
I did some further research and found these points as well in Darwin’s writing:
He writes of selfishness 12 times, but 92 times of moral sensitivity.
Of competition 9 times, but 24 times of mutuality and mutual aid.
We are conditioned to believe that we aren’t enough, that we must out-do the person next to us, and that in order to be something special we have to do or have certain things, or that something, by somebody else’s definition of “astounding”, must manifest.
Maybe for just a few minutes in your day you might try letting go of all the constant yearnings, cravings, and wants, and relax into the now moment of receptive harmony of “being”. Place your focus on the invaluable permanence of the “essence” of what satisfies your soul – those foundations that are not attached to any result, but are simply experiences of the wholeness taking place right now within “pure being”.
Feel how that softening opens a space within and around you so that manifestation takes place in flow and mirror of your being like the miracles in nature. They receive just what they need because they do not try to take more – always knowing they are showered in abundance.
September 2013 Energy Forecast with Lee Harris ~ Pyramids of Peace
Is chaos coming up in your life whether directly or indirectly? Are you feeling pressures from yourself or others? Check in with how energy is coming at you in your life, be present with “your” center, and keep balance with how you respond. This will make the difference.
This is part of the message of Lee’s new forecast for this month.
It’s been a couple of months since we had a forecast from him, and as he starts off sharing, memory is a funny thing lately, as things are moving so fast and everything can seem so long ago. I had that feeling come up literally right before listening to his forecast, when I was writing the date and put 2014 down instead, and for a while now have been in 2014 mode already.
Lee shares how energy has been in a dance of forward and backward movement. And around that, everything in life is changing, which can feel really challenging at times for many. Every single structure and definition of things is shifting completely about what you thought a relationship was, a friendship was, your work, life…etc.
The real question in this paradigm to ask is “How do I want to live?”
There is personal responsibility to account for, along with balancing that with your humanness in this moment now. To do and be to the best of your ability and to ease up on yourself. It’s about experience, remember.
Don’t force anything or fight anyone, including yourself.
If you aren’t dealing with the outer world and have been staying alone and isolated, just be aware that you will still be processing the energy of conflicts going on outside. If you aren’t among people you don’t run energy the same as when you are with community. So just be aware that there is energy to make peace with within yourself. Release judgments and pressures.
There has been a lot of destruction and death around, so remember that where there is this, there is always the counter balance of enormous birth – this is the wheel of life.
So many people will be feeling a surge of creativity and passion coming forth in big ways right now because of this. This is the balance – again, the cycle of life. Bringing life through yourself isn’t just about a physical birth, but about birthing something new and this can mean many things and take on many different forms.
Being present is so vital, not just for yourself, but collectively speaking. You do the collective service when you are standing in this space of presence.

13 New Crystal Illuminations Sacred Paintings Come Alive – The Essence of You
I’m feeling ecstatic about the birthing of the newest Crystal Illuminations sacred paintings. As many of you may know, I’ve been in a creative vortex of channeling pieces for my upcoming art shows – “Laguna Woods Village Art Affair” and “A Night of Creative Compassion“.
The result: 13 new Crystal Illuminations! Yay!
I so love these pieces, as it is a partnership that results from my working with each of my amazingly potent crystal friends, and then allowing their essence to speak through me, on canvas, into a “crystallization” of that energy. It is quite the process and when you are creating 13 all at once, in record time, it’s a wonder I didn’t blow out!
But luckily I didn’t, probably due to my incorporating balance into my life, which after years of not having that, have realized is key. That, along with my recharging each evening at the beach for sunset-immersing, has kept me grounded.
These 13 new pieces will be debuting and exhibited at the upcoming Thursday evening “Laguna Woods Village Art Affair,” which is a private event in a gated, resort-style-living community of 18,000 resident seniors. After which, they will go on sale officially to the public.
Crystal Illuminations (crystal infused sacred paintings as a source of light in your life) were channeled as a way for each crystal to emanate and be honored, as they honor and work with us. They are “living” pieces of healing art that draw from and integrate the Earth and the Ethereal, as felt through my heart. Crystal Illuminations are meditational portals that assist you with invoking the key essence of each crystal’s energy into your daily sacred space in order to access new doorways of experience. Each painting is a channeled imprint of the specific crystal’s vibrational resonance as they come through me in the process of working with them, are individually programmed and infused with love, and are charged with Reiki energy. Some embody one family of crystal, while others combine more than one, and can range from one to several crystals, depending on the energy of each creation.
When you gaze upon or simply have the painting in your personal space, it can assist with energetic activations and help shift the energy in and around you to support desired intentions. Crystal Illuminations are a tool to help draw in a bit of magic as you journey through life.
I first introduced Crystal Illuminations back in April, when I birthed the first family of creations. Being that these paintings are alive with crystal beings, they have a way of “choosing” and “waiting for” the right person, as it is the same as a stand-alone crystal who looks for its crystal keeper.
About half of the original group are still awaiting their new homes and coupled with this new family that makes 20 Crystal Illuminations to let your heart explore.
I’ve shared before that I keep being led to new crystals and stones that are mirroring of the current energies and what kind of support people are needing. And along with this, some extremely interesting and very powerful crystals are emerging. This new group of 13 is packed full of not only aesthetically and uniquely stunning crystals, but energetically stunning properties as well.
It’s always very challenging to capture art and colors on camera, let alone a crystal, but I do my best. Below you will find the 13 new Crystal Illuminations. Colors will vary slightly in person, as well as the detail and vibrancy that shows up. Each painting also has touches of either gold or silver metallic, except for the Rainbow Moonstone, which has a little of both. I’ve only included one photo of each, but when I post them after the shows for official availability, there will be a few photos for each to share, including crystal close ups.

Today I’m sharing a combined post that comes through the Sage Spirit Portal blending both a piece from my dear friend and co-creator of conscious evolution, Denise Sheehan, and a short piece from yours truly.
Denise is a conscious evolution coach, Shaman, Conscious Channel for Socha, and fellow Reiki Master Teacher (in fact we trained together under our beautiful RMT, Laura Bruno. All three of us used to live in the Reno/Tahoe area and on visits to see my family in Reno I still get to see Denise, which is always a treat. You may remember Denise from the guest blog I posted by her, “The Shift: What on Earth is Going On?”.
I was just reading and listening to Denise’s most recent post, Journey to Lemuria, and it was filled with such a gentle, loving and expansive energy that it felt like a beautiful and sweet piece to share for anyone wanting to be in that heart space today and feel a glimpse of Lemuria through the hearts of Denise, her partner Dana, and Socha – the star essence they both channel. Included in her post is a video of Denise and Dana.
Conscious channeling is actually a topic I’ve been wanting to share a bit more of at a later date, so this is a good little intro for that exploration to come.
The other piece, as I shared, is a short one by me that Denise blogged as a guest post just yesterday. Reason For Rainbows

Just because….
I was inspired this morning when I woke up and saw the 8 paintings I’ve done so far, displayed across the floor in a rainbow collage that tickled my heart and soul. I then knew instantly I was being guided to post some rainbow inspiration, so I am sharing these photos that I’ve taken of some rainbows showing up in my life and this enlivening music by Yanni (whom I listen to so often), as there is always a “Reason for Rainbows”.
Okay, so maybe the reason is that the way I live my life is from the full spectrum of the rainbow, and then some.
Maybe it’s because my palette as an artist of life is limitless in breadth of colorful experiences and I am one who loves to dip into life fully and make splashes with vibrancy.
Maybe it’s because our feelings are like a rainbow of reflections that are beautiful in and of themselves. And, when fully expressed, are a miracle of natural art that IS only because of the integral flowing strokes coming together.
And maybe it’s because life just simply is a rainbow of experiences that I find to be an exciting adventure.

I know I am definitely experiencing the colors of life in high definition these days and that equates to pure harmony. I have even seen this weekend the mirror of this not only in my current paintings I’m creating, as I continue to explore the unlimited colors and combinations, but also in two sunsets back to back that have been stunning, high-definition, colorful sunset displays of the Universe giggling along with me in my “rainbow explorations”. Who knows what today will bring. It’s a suspenseful surprise always!

I’ve already shared about letting your feelings move through you and allowing your humanness to be the reflection of Divinity it is. The feelings that you bury, never go away until you embrace, forgive, and allow them to move through you. A good place to start is to always be mindful and conscious of what you’re feeling, thinking, saying, AND doing. See how these are setting the tone for your day…and life..and be willing to receive the origin of these feelings (as there is always a trigger to something behind it) so that with recognition and accountability, you can let them go.
Feelings are like all things natural…they must keep cycling through or you end up fighting an exhausting and futile battle against the inevitable.
Each color of your wings is a color of your truth and spirit to share. Don’t be afraid to let it flow. Spread your wings wide and sore to the heights of you.
