The Beginning

Once upon a time there was a rabbit named Nestor.

She was made of stardust and reminded me I was too.

Life became magickal and my heart opened wide.

I’ve never been the same since…..

The Alchemy of Storytelling

I feel that all of you creative visionaries channel from a place that exists between worlds (time out of time) and when you tune in to that frequency, you receive a clear broadcasting of Source’s creative expression, which reveals the all-encompassing beauty, wisdom and mystery of All That Is through You.

You each have a unique role in the collective story being woven.

The only thing for you to do is to embrace your unique Cosmic role as channel for your thread.

(This is actually a reblog of a post from 3 years ago, but was unable to directly reblog it so I copied and reposted because it felt aligned with right now)

Organic Essence Awakened

I came across my artist statement that I wrote about three years ago and it really spoke to my connection with the creative energy that channels through me, the meaningfulness of that relationship I have in my life, and it deepened an understanding of what I’ve been receiving again lately in regard to the importance of honoring that creative freedom of expression and continuing to do so through the vision of my heart.

I felt inspired to share it here as a way of further sinking into its meaning for myself and perhaps may speak to the artist within that feels the urge to come forth in some way that is relative to you.

Be it as a painter, musician, florist, hair stylist, writer, chef, gardener, decorator, designer, etc., or simply a human being channeling creative energy as inspired to do so….you may find that this artistic expression may be your own key of life.

“What is real is not the external form, but the essence of things…it is impossible for anyone to express anything essentially real by imitating its exterior surface.” ~ Constantin Brancusi

Painting is my sacred key of life – my personal ankh that opens the door to life aligned with Cosmic will. I didn’t set out to produce art, but like the wing of a butterfly is essential to its flight, I discovered that creating art is the breath of life to my soul.

From the onset, the unconscious, life-giving process of manifesting on canvas, the visions that pervaded my day-time dreams, struck me as magickal. And, over the years, that magickal essence persists, yet the unfolding process is now accessed in quantum leaps of conscious experience.

It was a naturally progressive evolution that infiltrated my life with creative passion at every corner, reminding me that who I was, is who I AM.

I paint from the inside out, employing naturally innovative and intuitionally guided techniques, as my unconscious is the undisputed light that guides me through the maze of tunnels to the intended creative destination.

I started to see recurring themes as my inspirational muses – the natural world, Earth’s beautiful creatures, the mystical and ancient worlds, other-dimensional experiences, celebrations of life, integrated, spiritual connectedness, and conscious awareness. These themes were consistently infused with an etheric essence that captured what was beneath the surface and at the heart of experience.

Today, that core essence persists and is always executed with joyous energy that mirrors back the forgotten perspectives of wholeness and loving compassion we can choose each moment.

I am a visual storyteller of sometimes hieroglyphic, braille-like imagery that is accessed via sixth sense perception of the subtle yet penetrating inner dimensions and at other times as an energetic fingerprint encapsulating hidden layers within its seeming simplicity.

Through inner vision, energy swirls and color emulsions reveal themselves to me, as if I am seeing things translucent and not solid – capturing the very essence of life.

As my own evolution progresses, so too does the evolution of my work, including the choices of mediums, the canvas sizes that speak to me, the particular subject matters that desire unleashing, the kaleidoscope of vibrant colors that reveal themselves, and even the painting process – all intuitively guided and honored each step of the way.

How I receive my inspired channelings is through the process of letting go and allowing myself to “experience.”

I have found that each piece creates a specific energy that has shifted my life in direct result of creating them – like Feng Shui imbues for any sacred space.

For me, painting has proven a most amenable vehicle for translating inner vision to outer reality.

My vivid, visionary portals of experience are what I refer to as “Heart Visions” – windows seen through the heart and infused with an integrated synergy of organic sensuality and etheric grace that creates “living art.”

These fearless “Heart Visions” are an eclectic tapestry of vulnerable creativity channeled from my heart’s imaginary foresight into the unseen realms, infusing each creation with visually encoded messages that provide transformative opportunity.

Mother Earth calls me to remember.

The Cosmos reminds me to believe.

The result is a weaving of ancient mysticism and innovative vision that integrates body, mind, heart and soul: a celebration of life’s mysteries, joy and beauty on canvas.

End of Year Reminders

With just 12 more days remaining and my schedule now completely full until we head off on our adventure and say goodbye to the area here for now (until we pass through again along the way) I don’t have the ability to offer any more private or group workshops, whether weekend or weekday.

This coming Sunday, January 3rd is the last Reiki 3 Master Teacher workshop I’ll be teaching, which is now also currently full.

If you really feel you’re meant to be in this workshop, whether to join for free review as a return student, or to complete your training, I am open to exploring another possible option to create space for more on that day.

Please message me as soon as possible though, as it’s just 5 days away.

Otherwise, I will be offering private retreats that can encompass your training and more where ever I am, I can refer you to some of my local students who are teaching and will be teaching in the new year, or we can facilitate distant training via calls, skype, video, and email.

I’m also booked through late January with sacred tattoo designs, however if you’re still interested in getting a design in the New Year, I’m still honoring my current rate until the end of this month if you book with me in the next two days.

Beginning January 1st, I’ll have a new rate, which will be shared in my upcoming newsletter.

You can still book Intuitive Energy Guidance Sessions, which are spiritually guided coaching calls with me, however. And, there will be an announcement, as promised, about a big giveaway to my Five-Week Intensive clients for the new year. Stay tuned for that also in the next newsletter.

For now, through January 10th I’m going to be pretty focused with end of year closure of things, and completing projects, as well as energetically closing doors to open new ones.

I’ll be sharing some of the newest sacred tattoo designs soon and a book cover I’ll be working on shortly for one of my author friends.

Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday and are getting ready to kick off a new year!

Color and Creativity

While I’ve been immersed in painting recently, I’ve been once again in awe of color.

Oh how I love color!

I love vibrant color.

I love soft, muted color.

I love surprise color blends.

I love playing with new color combinations and creating the perfect, sensual harmony that reflects the vibration of each energy that is channeling through.

Colors are energy frequencies that I sense on all levels…I feel them, hear them, taste them, smell them, see them….and they appear through inner vision/feeling and music.

As an artist I feel that tapping into the boundless possibilities of creative energy is a reflection of my expansiveness in growth.

The more I discover and channel through personal expression, the more I expand, deepen, evolve, increase my vibration and vitality, and create doors to new possibilities.

This creative energy isn’t just limited to artists, but is available to anyone who desires to push the envelope of their personal expressiveness in life.

Creative energy is one of the most powerful things that there is. Exercising your imagination is invaluable.

How do you tap into the well of your creativity?

The Gift of Color Vision

As a visionary artist, I have always been passionately obsessed with color and when I paint, I am always exploring and playing with vibrant combinations that you don’t always see, but are the way I “feel” them to be.

I may not have “tetrachomacy” like this article shares about, but my inner vision seems to be similar to how this rare eye condition provides the ability to see hues that aren’t visible to everyone.

This is a very cool article and I love how Concetta Antico is harnessing her rare gift to help colorblind people by sharing ways to retrain the brain to support color perception in her art classes that she teaches.

Written interview with Tania Marie, Reiki Master teacher, visionary artist, author, sacred tatoo designer, by Annabel Ruffell…

I had the honor of being interviewed by the beautiful and compassionate, Annabel Ruffell, founder of Journey for Earth, a global awareness company committed to inspiring change for humanity, the environment and animals, one choice at a time. We actually connected back in 2012 and synchronicity through the interview she shared on my friend, Jenny Yemaya of The ARC, brought us full circle.

Annabel is also a fellow artist, and an amazing one at that. I love her passion for focusing on the inspiration to effect change and she does this out of a love for all of life – something we also share in common.

You can learn more about her through her TEDx Change Talk

Annabel also interviews founders of environmental, animal, and humanity organizations, parents, and inspiring public figures – people that are making a difference – as she believes that we can be inspired through other’s passionately living their life journey with commitment to a purpose and desire to make positive impact on our planet. The question she poses to everyone is, “What kind of journey are YOU on?

Here are my answers in the written interview with Annabel.

The Artist Within

Being an artist of life and experiencing all that comes with that, I love this excerpt from Jon Rappoport’s latest article, which you can read in its entirety here: The Artist Within

“The artist within is not a creature of habit. He offloads what is already known and understood, because he wants to reach farther.

Yes, he may build on what he already knows, but this is just the starting point. Soon, he moves across the threshold of the knight errant, and he enters the non-system.

Others mock him and call him crazy, but: they too want to make the journey. They are aching to find the New, because boredom is driving them crazy. That is their central problem, no matter what they say and claim.

They are trying to be smug and self-satisfied. They are trying to be oh so normal. They are trying to be “rational” to the bitter end. They are trying to be something that is slowly strangling them.

But they will never admit it.

Most of all, they will avoid the impulse to create. Creating is their greatest fear. Because they sense they will have to get rid of their pose. They will have to go beyond systems, which compose their armor.

They will have to make a leap. They will have to put something new into the world and defend it against the people they know all too well: critics.

The artist who has already made the leap acknowledges that his core is imagination. He lives through and by it. He doesn’t retreat to the average. He doesn’t give up and strive to become a happy machine. He doesn’t allow the world to dictate to him. He doesn’t sedate himself.

He doesn’t fall back on so-called spiritual systems and their slogans and palliatives. He doesn’t build false gods and pretend they already exist. He doesn’t engage in the daily practice of asking someone or something to save him.

He doesn’t think of his life as an exercise in solving problems. He sees through many lies, but that is just the beginning of his work.

He wants new and startling realities, and he makes them. He doesn’t wait for them to appear.

He doesn’t wait for some ‘superior entity’ to tell him what to do.”
