This is a little “Spiritual Skin” update. No, it’s not about any new sacred tattoos I’ve acquired myself, as I’m still feeling the positive effects of my beloved new little finger Ankh, but it is about a shift in the options that my book is offered as, along with some of its highlights for anyone who is interested and hasn’t read it yet.

Astrology Forecast for July 3, 2013 from Tom Lescher/Kaypacha – The Impetus is Upon Us Now to Create a New Future
Thanks to my sis, Laura Bruno, for sharing Tom Lescher/Kaypacha’s Astrology Forecast for July 3, 2013. I agree with Laura that this is one of my very favorite of his videos too. 😉 There’s a real clarity and strength coming through with the message he is sharing and it is very poignant.
Much opportunity is available to make that change and create the grounded foundation of the new right now. Even if you’ve been on a spiritual path for a while and feel you already know this stuff, knowing just doesn’t cut it anymore, nor does being able to mentalize and regurgitate the words. Floating in the spiritual fluff dimensions needs anchoring and “walking in” integrated groundedness now. That is how the new paradigm will manifest.
It’s time to have the courage to “be the change.”

This is a time for realizing we need to make the change. A time for leaving, walking, letting go. Move towards something. Fighting and rebelling actually creates more resistance and gives your power more to the opponent. You’re draining yourself. What you want to do is use the law of attraction and the law of love for going towards something. And all the other stuff will go away naturally. If you don’t feed it, it will starve and die. Don’t feed what you don’t want in life. Don’t feed it by thinking about and dwelling about it. You’re just giving it more energy.
The impetus is upon us now to create a new future. To move into a new paradigm, a new creation, a new self-expression.
When we’re distracted…I’m not enough, I need more money to be who I am or to say what I feel – you’re distracted…You want to get with the beat of your own inner drummer.
Sow the seeds at this new moon – I’m ready to bond emotionally. I’m ready to feel my feelings. They may be scary, but even scared, I’m going to go, I’m going to step, I’m going to create.

Time Off for Exercising Freedom of Creative Self-Expression PLUS Huge Sale on Visionary Art
What does freedom mean to me? It means realizing at any moment I can always choose to connect with and trust the pure spirit I am, beyond the stories, and allow this part to always guide me in harmonious ways for the highest good of all concerned. It means loving the Divine within me that is connected to the Divine within All That Is and letting that love flow freely, knowing I am always free to choose differently, see differently, speak differently, feel differently, act and respond differently…all from love.
Freedom is always knowing I have the ability to “be” myself. That is MY choice. Freedom is knowing I can rewrite any part of my experience from the now moment and have the opportunity to live more authentically and passionately by simply deciding to do so. Freedom is realizing and embodying the Universal law of Free Will knowing I can transcend and minimize the impact of experiences by choosing to allow things to flow through me without attachment and can always return to centered, natural balance. Freedom is knowing I am an empowered being and by being conscious, I can create the change I want, by choosing to be the change.
And all of this is something that is available to me every moment of every day.
As Shakti Gawain shares:

So today, one way I am exercising my freedom, is to choose to trust and support the spirit within me and honor its expression, knowing it will guide me in the highest and most harmonious of ways. My well being equates to the same potential for others and my ability to give more.
Before I left to Bimini to host the Summer Solstice Retreat, I mentioned that upon return I would be taking some time off to focus on painting. While in Bimini, I also made that intention that I would paint more and when I got back online from my time away, I found some commissions awaiting me. 🙂
So that creative channeling time kicks off now – perfect timing with having settled back in, with Mercury Retrograde’s wonderful support for going within, balancing, staying in my heart, and allowing the flow to wash through me for the new, and for integrating things deeper.
I am choosing to honor my soul need to nurture the creative being that I am, which I know in turn provides unlimitedly in ways beyond myself.
I will likely take off through the end of July, subject to shift depending upon what comes through (always keeping on my flexible toes), but for now it’s time to step into my Pisces realm fully for a while and allow more creations that would like to flow through, to do so. This is my way of keeping balanced and nurturing the parts of me that keep me vibrant and enlivened for everything else that I do. A very important thing for each of us to do, I believe – to find the balance and to do the things your heart is guiding you to express.
What would help YOU to feel more balanced in your life? When you answer that, then ask yourself what’s stopping you from doing some of what you know would nurture you in profound ways? You do have the freedom to choose differently at any moment.
During this time of creating, I will also be in receiving mode to channel guidance on the new directions and things that are in the works and will be finishing/catching up on some other creative projects like sacred tattoo designs during this time, but will not be taking on any new work until I’ve done some creativity output of my own.
The creative time will be perfect for channeling and receiving and a way to reset into the new. Creation and innovation/visionary mode rocks!
I will still be posting what comes through to share and you can still contact me to set up Reiki classes, sessions, or commission my design or painting services. This time off to create and envision just means I won’t be able to schedule or work on anything other than my current creative focuses until, on, or around August 1st. It’s just me designating specific quality, creative channeling time. So just keep that in mind.
That being said, remember also that things like commissioned sacred tattoo designs, as well as paintings, I do in the order I receive the requests and deposits. So if you do have something you’d like created, you can set that up with me during this time, so it will be the first thing I get on once I’m back in the saddle come August 1st. 😉
This all coincides synchronously, with 2 potential upcoming art showcases as well that I just received interest in my work for, so as always, timing is aligned. I’ll keep you posted on those when I finalize details.
In the meantime, in the spirit of creative abundance and creating space for the new, I have been guided to offer my paintings and prints at huge discount. It seems that the Universe has plans to move a lot of creativity through me over the months to come, so I need to free up space to house the new creations. That, along with my receiving that the energy of the other paintings is needing to work with people in a bigger way (rather than sit in the dark not doing their facilitation work), makes me, as always, ready to gift away.

Sacred Journeys Have Far-Reaching Effects – I Honor All Courageous Souls & One in Particular

I’ve written in the past about the powerful experiences that take place on sacred journeys, not just for the individual who physically travels there, but also for the collective in direct ripple effect of the energetic shifts experienced.
What is integrated into your life from a sacred journey is priceless. Having experienced many sacred journeys in power spots across the globe, I can personally attest to how empowering these experiences can be and they continue to work their magic in unforeseen ways, long after the experience itself.
Not everyone will feel called to make the physical travels, and still can do the remote work and benefit, nonetheless, however some can greatly benefit from the in-person experience and are actually meant to be part of the “hands-on” work as part of our soul contracts. It is always an experience not personally isolated, but also collectively integral, even if it doesn’t seem so. The work we each have uniquely contracted in to do, as well as the energy we each represent and hold, is valuable to the collective, evolutionary journey.
Since we are all connected, then when one soul taps into, opens and embodies an experience and potential, that experience and potential becomes available to us all.
So, again, the reasons we may be called to do something or go somewhere isn’t just about us, but can greatly support others close in our lives, along with the rest of the collective.
I’ve come to see how this plays out with people closely connected to me and their having major transformational and Kundalini experiences taking place directly connected to the exact times I’m working in the sacred areas of the Earth.
It’s happened in the past on many of my sacred journeys in very interesting and synchronous ways, but more recently was during the last two Solstice trips in Bimini in the Atlantean energy. Both times, I learned that someone very close to me got extremely sick from the exact moment I stepped foot on the island and then got better the exact time I set foot back on U.S. soil. (Since I am out of contact from the outer world during my travels, I don’t find out about the synchronous pieces to the unfolding puzzle until I return.)
This may not sound like a great experience – to go through immense physical illness – but being that all things are energetically based, and we each have a choice in how to experience things, it really isn’t a bad thing. Our minds just easily wrap around a judgment, but everything is simply a cycle and through the depths, we are able to reach new heights.
In both cases, both people had hugely positive and expansive openings and shifts take place, as a result – catapulting them into the next leg of their journey.
This last time was of particular interest to me, as it had to do with my brother, whom I’m extremely heart and soul connected and has had an interesting journey in this life. I learned that he went through a very dark night of the soul, which was a huge energetic Kundalini experience that was releasing very very deep emotional and ancient stuff, while I was away over the Solstice retreat. This manifested in extreme physical illness, as result of the energy purging moving through (something I have experienced myself several times this life when I moved through and made huge frequency shifts). It helped release a lot of old emotions and things having hold on him and with each shift like this, I’ve come to experience his openings as result.
It was not surprising to me to learn of this, as I know the depth of our connection/sensitivities/telepathy between us, as well as his ties to particular energies that were being focused on. Not to mention, I had been sharing about my brother on this trip and discussing his particular role and energy in things, in direct relation to someone at the ARC that has always reminded me so very much of him. He is also someone to whom I am very connected and he shared having an energetic resonance and connection with my brother as well. And interestingly their birthdays are only 5 days apart, although a few years different.
The things that I saw lighting up and connecting with the spiritual conversations we were having over the course of the journey, was definitely far-reaching and the expansion that has been going on with souls of similar energetic footprints and contracts that were present on the retreat, were/are equally receiving the energy keys that they’ve been holding space for.
Needless to say, I am happy that my brother was able to have this healing experience.
I love to see how this all plays out and for me, it is deeply moving and special to be able to support souls that have been supporting me/us behind the scenes, in big ways that go unforeseen, but are energetically integral. You all know who you are. Not to mention, I am grateful for the way my brother has held the energy for me, especially in our earlier days, pushed me when I was getting off track, and has triggered the perfect buttons necessary to assist my own shifts.
Everything is a choice, and while his journey has not been easy and not one most would want to take, and he has his own inner healing to do, his heart is pure and he’s always been tapped into his role.
I take the gift he and others have provided, to heart, and do not tread lightly on the commitment I will see through for the greater good as well. I hope to continue to gift others exponentially for the sacrifices and strengths demonstrated, despite the judgments, solitude, and ridicule that may have been experienced in doing so.
Today and always I honor the souls that courageously hold the energy. It is not an easy role and while I know you do as well go through the challenges and evolutionary healing we all do in your own ways, I do find a deeper appreciation and honor each day for the souls who contracted in on all levels of the experience spectrum, as it is assisting the collective in ways that only are grasped when we step into our expansiveness to view it – a theme that came up also yesterday in the Reiki class I was teaching.
I also honor all of the courageous souls that embrace and take the journeys, as well as the souls that dare to create and lead with new visions when no one else can see or understand what you do. Everything you are embracing is not going unnoticed.
I love you all.
And a special acknowledgment and extra gratitude to my brother (pictured in this post with me). I love you. You are one of the integral keys to everything I am today and what I am able to share with others. It’s an honor to reciprocate and hold the space for you now.
I’m grateful to every day be seeing things more and more clearly.
Mercury Retrograde – Friend or Foe?
Not that you needed a reminder, but yes, Mercury went Retrograde June 26th and will remain so until July 20th. And many people hold a not-so-nice feeling towards these times, but truly you can learn to utilize it productively. Retrogrades may seem like a hidden enemy, but I’ve found them particularly supportive. It’s all about learning the language of energy and putting to use your skills you’ve been cultivating. Retrogrades don’t mean a time to throw out all that you’ve acquired in life training to be at the mercy of a certain time of the year. Rather, it’s the perfect time to exercise a little self-mastery.
And this particular Retrograde’s astrological influences call in a time for balancing of moods and balancing the right and left sides of the brain. So while you may feel pulled to extremes, remember you can tune in to the ebb and tides of your emotions so that you can keep that equilibrium of fire and water in the body and use it productively.
This Retrograde may not be as jolting in your life, as it has in the past because there has been a consistent flow of heightened energies to maneuver in. However, if you’ve been challenged with Retrogrades before, here is just a little reminder about how to navigate its waters and understand what might be going on with your current experiences.
This is a good time to complete and release things that no longer support your highest good, put to rest old “stuff”, have more patience and light-heartedness about things, take time for yourself away from it all, slow down and be still to receive, cleansing is a great way to utilize the energy, as is focusing on intentions you want to put out to the Universe, be more present in your life and with others, especially in terms of communication, realizing that things can get heated and meanings mixed up, so stay in your heart, listen and go within, and realize it’s not all that serious.
Things can be amplified during this time, but that in no way means it has to rule your life. This is a great time to exercise self-mastery skills and work a little alchemy in your life. Put to use all that you’ve learned and you can actually ride Retrogrades with ease and utilize its energy in very positive and productive ways.
Realize that if something is confused or delayed, or your electronics go awry, it’s not the end of the world and it may be serving a purpose you just can’t see in the heat of the moment. Let go, detach, and embrace that everything is working for the highest good. You will come to understand later, why things happened as they did.
You can utilize determination during this time to help carry out visions and goals, but you will also need to stay on top of your willpower, as illusions and immediate pleasures may easily sway you. Yes, that means more shadow work to help you to integrate and balance and be able to see things clearly. People and things that trigger us need to be looked at, not pushed away, in order to understand the trigger and what it is telling you about yourself and hidden feelings you may be afraid to see or acknowledge within. Do you secretly envy someone or wish to be more like that which annoys you? Is the thing that is bothering you about them, a quality you, yourself possess, and therefore if you integrate it yourself with love, can transform your experience of self and others? Is the quality that you fear or cast out in another, a part of you that if nurtured, could really catapult your passionate life?
What are you willing to do and give up short-term for the things you desire? Your strength, will, determination and focus are key now, along with the flexibility to know when to flow so you maintain balance of mind, body, and spirit.
