Next Color Can Heal the Nervous System

Just like sound, which I recently shared about in my post “The Power of Sound ~ The Power of Your Song,” color and light therapy also emits frequencies, or vibrations, that can have many healing benefits. Read on to learn a little about color therapy and its effects.

Color and Creativity

While I’ve been immersed in painting recently, I’ve been once again in awe of color.

Oh how I love color!

I love vibrant color.

I love soft, muted color.

I love surprise color blends.

I love playing with new color combinations and creating the perfect, sensual harmony that reflects the vibration of each energy that is channeling through.

Colors are energy frequencies that I sense on all levels…I feel them, hear them, taste them, smell them, see them….and they appear through inner vision/feeling and music.

As an artist I feel that tapping into the boundless possibilities of creative energy is a reflection of my expansiveness in growth.

The more I discover and channel through personal expression, the more I expand, deepen, evolve, increase my vibration and vitality, and create doors to new possibilities.

This creative energy isn’t just limited to artists, but is available to anyone who desires to push the envelope of their personal expressiveness in life.

Creative energy is one of the most powerful things that there is. Exercising your imagination is invaluable.

How do you tap into the well of your creativity?

Color My World

I LOVE colors and feel that they represent the power of our creative energy and potentials.

As an artist I have always used vibrant blends of colors, much like these found in the amazing photos included in the article.

Thank you Sindy for posting this article from Margaret Ann Lembo.

We can each be more conscious about “creating life as a work of art” (my motto) indeed.

The Gift of Color Vision

As a visionary artist, I have always been passionately obsessed with color and when I paint, I am always exploring and playing with vibrant combinations that you don’t always see, but are the way I “feel” them to be.

I may not have “tetrachomacy” like this article shares about, but my inner vision seems to be similar to how this rare eye condition provides the ability to see hues that aren’t visible to everyone.

This is a very cool article and I love how Concetta Antico is harnessing her rare gift to help colorblind people by sharing ways to retrain the brain to support color perception in her art classes that she teaches.
