I hope everyone enjoyed their day yesterday, however you celebrate it. We spent the day at my family’s house, which was a cozy time full of vegan feasting yums made by my mom and dad, laughter, stories, and even getting to watch the snow fall from the dining table. I was called to wear some full themed attire, as you can see here with me in a rabbit dress, with my crowned rabbit queen necklace with flowers, and a bracelet adorned with rabbits, butterflies, flower, and dragonflies. The giant rabbit on the dress reminds me of both Astrid and Nestor and I love how one eye is wide open and the other is winking closed and turned within – very potent symbolism. The dress has much more of a Spring-like motif, but it felt fitting for transformations upcoming.

I love the staircase painting that climbs up to an old stone home that my mom says looks exactly like the steps up to her grandmother’s home from her childhood. The crate below it says France on it – where my mom was born and raised – all felt significant for the journey ahead. More to come on that.

But the reason for this post was to extend extra gratitude to my readers and friends here and my attire went along with the rabbit theme of the reason for this short post update.
