Discovering My “Harmony Zone” of Health & Vitality ~ Wholesome Well-Being
In keeping with yesterday’s promise to reshare this vulnerable blog and with the theme of lifestyle changes people are increasingly experiencing from the inside out to support the new they’re wanting to and feel called to, create, this is a more current (from only 10 months ago) look at my own journey to greater wholeness, health and vitality, as well as spiritual and physical alignments that more naturally reflect my essence and values. It expounds upon my increased awareness, integration process, and compassion on things that challenge so many of us, as well as the vegan lifestyle I was led to embody, which has all increased my sense of peace and well-being, not to mention has enhanced my ability to manifest intents and dreams. Remember that love of yourself as a reflection of all else, is what will guide and align you with the nature of all things. Thank you for all of the messages yesterday of gratitude. I feel equally grateful to experience your journeys too, which help fuel my own.

Dear Tania, I saw this original post when you first posted it, but I guess I wasn’t ready to hear it until now, because…wow. What a beautiful post! Thank you for sharing your journey with all of us, sent out into the ethers to live forever and ever <3 I found a lot of inspiration in what you wrote. I was a slight little bird of a child, and that is how I feel the inner me still expresses, but I have been trapped in a turtle's body for quite some time, poking my head out to see if it's safe, retreating into my hardened shell of extra 100 pounds when I feel it's not safe. This piece sheds light on how to find and embody the little bird-me again, though perhaps she has grown into the Raven I feel so drawn to lately instead of the fragile-seeming little Wren. I am strongly feeling that moving, with all its energy-shifting aspects, holds the key to shapeshifting once more into my truest form, both physically and energetically, and pieces like this one of yours are building an indestructibly supportive net to catch me while my wings grow stronger and I learn to navigate the updrafts, thermals, and breezes. I am thrilled for your growth and your happiness, and deeply grateful that you feel called to share it. I understand what that means, from both sides.
