What If It Were Easy?

Too often we spend time worrying and conjuring up every angle in our heads of the worst case scenario and how hard something will be.

But what if instead we asked, “What would this look and feel like if it were easy?”

And then, imagined a variety of potential scenarios of exactly how wonderfully fluid and magickal that would be, rather than every awful one we normally do.

The reason we stress is because we’re operating on old habits, conditioning, and patterns that are in cruise control rather than taking control of the steering wheel and guiding our lives along the the path intentionally with conscious presence to our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and even how our bodies our reacting to those things in each moment.

We often are forcing things, operating on “shoulds”, stretching ourselves thin, doing more than we actually need to be because we “think” we have to, over-complicate situations by worrying, and miss the simple paths because we believe, “Life just COULDN’T be THAT easy!”

As the end of the year comes to closure and I know many of you might be thinking on New Year’s resolutions or simply wanting to rewrite your life for the upcoming new beginning’s year of 2017, perhaps you might reflect upon how to rewrite your approach to life and begin a new chapter with you as the author and the path as one of grace and ease.

  1. Awhile back, I ran across something called Most Benevolent Outcome (MBO). You essentially request, i.e activating your free will, a most benevolent outcome to anything that could be difficult. It seems to be along the lines of asking for something that’s in your (or someone else’s) highest good to take place. Some say making the request gives your guides, guardians, angels etc free rein to open paths for your best and highest good. I have used MBO to avoid “awfulizing” when something challenging is taking place (as it is now). For me, sometimes interesting syncs have taken place. Other times, it’s less obvious. It seems to be part of my explorations. 🙂

    • that’s beautiful! i agree…it does go in line with that. that’s exactly what i do whenever i intend something..i always ask for this or something better to manifest in totally satisfying and harmonious ways for the highest good of all concerned…i’ve been saying that since my late teens and like you said, it opens you to the highest path and potential, and even something better than what you may have imagined or how you could have imagined it to be. definitely empowering to explore expansive ways !! ❤

  2. WOW…thank you for sharing this shift in perspective. I have far too often wondered why ‘everything’ was so hard. Now the seed (“what if it were easy?”) has been planted and already I find my energy of intention and attention focusing more there. Sweet blessings! This is a life changer. Thank you, sweet spirit, for loving us enough to share as you do!!!!!!!

    • your message makes me so happy to know that this perspective shift has assisted you. i agree…once the seed is planted it’s like everything flourishes from there and our focuses begin to align more and more naturally with this new way of approaching life. you are most welcome. ❤
