2014 Reiki Changes & Updates on Sessions & Workshops
Reiki Sessions:
With the onset of a new year in motion, a lot of changes are taking form for everyone and that includes me. Some of these I’ve already shared and others will continue trickling in. One of the changes involves my offering of Reiki.
No, I’m not taking a Reiki teaching hiatus like I was guided to do for a year a few years ago, but I WILL be phasing out and replacing some of the session offerings.
So teaching remains as stands, although you will find more opportunities, whether individual or weekend workshops, retreats, and other infusions of workshop and experiential offerings to satisfy individual intents and needs. Stay tuned. š
But there WILL be a shift with the Reiki sessions, which will mostly affect locals, but also provide a new option for everyone.
I am phasing out my in-person Reiki sessions and will only offer these as part of workshops, retreats, and special events. However, they will be new, enhanced and condensed sessions, and not the regular 1-Hour sessions you have been accustomed to.
Since this may seem kind of spur of the moment, I will allow this change to unfold over the next few months, but come Spring it will be completely phased out. Current clients can still choose this option and any new clients will only have until March 20th if they really desire an in-person session, to take advantage of one.
For any locals that desire an in-person, please be aware that there is an additional travel charge if you want me to come to you. None, if you come to me. š
All of this and more will be updated on my website this week, including pricing, etc.
I mostly do Distant Sessions as it is, so this won’t be such a huge change. I highly recommend Distant Sessions for everyone, as they can be done in a condensed, quicker format, are laser-focused, provide the exact same results, and allow you to be in the comfort of your own home at a time convenient to you.
I have been creating and providing extra goody-packed sessions over time, so you can now “officially” take advantage of these. Due to the ability to transcend time and space with Reiki, and in reflection to things speeding up into more instantaneous experiences, what would take an hour in person, can be executed in 20 minutes or less. I have the ability to create a deepened and enhanced experience with consistent results through special techniques and added gifts I uniquely infuse into Distant Sessions. People share that the experience is as if I’m there with them and that it is even more profound due to the fact that we are separated by miles.
So you will have a new option to choose from which will include these Distant 20-Minute Enhanced Reiki Sessions. Packages will also be available and all of this again, will be up on my website later this week. Or you can simply contact me for details.Ā
And of course Reiki Healing Attunements will continue to be available. These have always been done by distance, unless you’ve joined one of the retreats or events, where I offer these as well, or have been a past student sitting in on a refresher class, where I also offer these as an option while new students are receiving their initiation attunements – a way to keep the group energy connected and everyone receives a boost!
Reiki Workshop & Retreat Updates:
The upcoming Friday, January 24th Reiki 1 and 2 Accelerated Workshop in Costa Mesa is officially half full. There are only 3 of the 6 spots left. Remember that even if you are a past student that wants to join, I will need to know if you are coming for sure, as the spots include you also. š I do have a couple of new students waiting to confirm one way or another, so we may be close to capacity shortly. Please message me if you’ll be coming and if you are interested in receiving a Reiki Healing Attunement during class. The official registration deadline date is Monday, January 20th.
We still have room in the Reiki Renewal Retreat – Spring Equinox in Laguna Beach, California. A couple of people had to shift their confirmations to another retreat date with me, so we have room availability still for anyone either wanting a local weekend getaway or a full on weekend away. It’s always fascinating to observe the energetic shuffle that takes place with the group dynamics, as things shift. š Message me with questions and to register.Ā Rates are available for local residents that would like to join just for the workshops and accompanying meals/activities for that day. If you take the January 24th Reiki 1 and 2 class, you can also register to join the Sunday March 23rd Master Teacher class. Or, you are welcome to come for one or both of the March workshop days, which will be Friday the 21st and Sunday the 23rd. Message me with your preferences and for rates.Ā

Important Update: New Jersey Reiki & Yoga Workshop Weekend Being Rescheduled

Our weekend of heart-opening Reiki & Yoga workshops is being rescheduled. My flight out has just been cancelled due to the big storm that they are saying is going to hit tomorrow and over the weekend.
Apparently, all flights into Newark and other surrounding areas are getting cancelled and they say itās supposed to be a huge blizzard with white outs, drifts, tree limbs downed, and power outages. Better everyone is safely at home and not out on the road either and hopefully this will create more beneficial circumstances. I know that the dates hadn’t worked for some of you and that that others were under the weather, so perhaps the shifts are more supportive to the greater good.
I was very much looking forward to this weekend with all of you, but Mother Nature seems to have other plans for us to embrace. I feel there is good reason and more opportune energy will support the next time.
There were a lot of synchronous things among myself, Venus, and a couple of the students attending that pointed to our intuiting a shift was going to happen. And voila! Peace within creates peace without, no matter the circumstances. Everything is always in divine perfection and flows as such for a reason. It’s up to us to embrace it with our hearts.
We are likely looking at March or April dates, but I will keep you posted in the next day or two, once everything gets on the calendar officially.
For everyone who registered, I sent an email to you each for rescheduling. For everyone else, I will be posting the updated dates for this weekend as soon as the new schedule is set.
Perhaps this will assist anyone who wasn’t able to make it this weekend.

The Power of Reiki Healing Attunements and Teaching Reiki
Reiki Healing Attunements rock. If you’re a practicing Reiki Master or Reiki Master Teacher you know just what I’m sharing. And with the increased flow of everything lately, this just amps up the Reiki Healing Attunement process and results like crazy. I’ve been experiencing increased instant magick with Reiki Healing Attunements and I know that others are too. It’s one of those available tools that sometimes I know people forget about, so if this is you, it’s time to remember to put it to use!
If you have any stories to share of your miraculous and powerful experiences with Reiki Healing Attunements and Reiki, in general, I’d love to hear about them.
As always, it’s important to be mindful of your intention, as this is the key factor, along with aligning your heart with the highest good for all concerned and being open to the result that mirrors this best. You can always spice things up with any other modalities you know or love, or invite other “friends” in to help….for me this includes the seen and unseen and especially my crystal friends.
If you’re not familiar with it, a Reiki Healing Attunement isĀ one of the elements and sacred processes you learn in Reiki Level 3 and it really amplifies things to a whole new level.Ā A Reiki Healing Attunement helps to remove blocks and promote growth and healing for any specific concern or issue you are facing and would like support with. It can be used to support yourself and others in all areas desired. It also aids in goal achievement by helping you to move past existing, resistive blocks and limiting patterns. In a Reiki Healing Attunement the Higher Self is allowed more of an āactiveā role in the process of achieving goals and brings about the highest good for all concerned. It also really helps align things to have that “being in the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing and then some” all magickally come together for a greater good.
It’s powerful stuff. And so full of Universal Love!
I find Reiki to be one of the channels that supports us to ābeā the love of the New Earth experience and a way to help spread that energy of loving service to others.
And for me, my joy is in empowering others. Teaching Reik is such a gift to be able to give and to see each person transform through the process is rewarding beyond words. I love how with each level and initiation attunement, the personal shifts they experience just keep amping up. Itās sometimes something they donāt notice, since it seems to naturally take place, until I call their attention to look at how far they have come. Amazing!
It’s also a hugely transformative and empowering process for the teacher. I know that my life has transformed exponentially since starting to teach Reiki in 2007. It’s not something I thought I would do when I first started down the Reiki path, but it definitely was where I was meant to go and not only assisted this area of my life gifts to share, but supported all areas of my life and opened up so many more latent gifts, evolutionary change, and courage of heart than I can even begin to express. Going down the path of becoming a Reiki Master Teacher, or being a teacher in any genre, is truly a life-changing experience for yourself and all whom you will touch in your life.
Thereās a beautiful magick that takes place during a class or a treatment session that brings deeper inner, and mirroring outer, connection. As a teacher, I feel that myĀ commitmentĀ is to continually embrace and surrender to the Spirit of Reiki consistently in my life ā which to me is unconditional love ā to live a life of service working towards being an example of the principles, and to always challenge myself to keep growing and learning. I feel that a good teacher is also simultaneously a good student. When ever Iām teaching or doing a treatment, it reminds me how life-changing each moment is in providing opportunity for making a profound, evolutionary difference.
William Lee Rand shares this about becoming a Reiki Master:Ā “The desire to grow is inherent in simply being alive. As we look around ourselves and observe living things, we can clearly see that the one activity that all living things share is growth.Ā Everything that is alive grows. Because this is what living things do, one could even say that the purpose of life is to grow. Therefore, the desire to grow in ones Reiki potential is a natural expression of ones core essence and of life itself. If you feel this desire in your heart, honor and respect it. Doing so, will fulfill an innate need.”
Reiki isn’t a path for everyone, but it definitely is a supportive tool for anyone to actively be a part of the change you wish to see.
There will be more opportunities this year for deepening your practice of Reiki with me, whether you’ve already gone through some of the levels, want to explore it anew, and for anyone who has not taken any classes at all, but feels drawn to this path. I will be posting new workshops and retreats as they develop.Ā And as always, if I am in your area and have time, I’m always available to teach a private or group class. Just keep an eye out for posts on where I’m headed.
Right now the New Jersey workshops still have some spots available if interested. There will likely be some Laguna Beach, CA workshops in March and I’m in process of setting up another Bimini Reiki retreat this coming June to look forward to! Yay! I have some other places in the works, but will leave those as a surprise for now. š
