Reaching the Magickal Turning Point May Not Feel So Magickal

Today, after reflecting on the energy and themes of experiences circulating with people I know directly or indirectly, I had the inspiration to want to share some supportive words for anyone going through that turning point – the pivotal and transitional period in their life where things may not feel so good in the moment while the beautiful and perfect process unfolds.

Like anything, the words shared can trigger a shift, sometimes fully promote change if we are at that ready-stage, or are a stepping stone to further integrative healing to process, as we DO want to hit all the levels to the core of things, right? Not just understand mentally and regurgitate it verbally.  😉

I had the intent of what I wanted to say and yet was guided, instead, to go to my home library of books to see if anything wanted to channel through as a message. I do this now and then for myself and in general. I love to see what is perfectly reflected.

So I went to the shelves and asked to be led to the book that had some inspiring and supportive words for people on this topic and theme of finding peace within the chaos of clearing from old to new.

I then pulled out “Frequency – The Power of Personal Vibration” by Penney Peirce and just opened it to a page. What I found there was the same message I held intent to share, and in perfect expression. Gotta love synchronicity! 😉

I felt to share what Penney has to say on this topic, for the people I know that are going through this, and for anyone else currently experiencing similar, as I fully resonate with her words here. Couldn’t have said it better, so I’ll let her words speak for themselves.

They can help shift how you are perceiving your current experience and from there, the curiosity and commitment to explore the real you can lead you to the next steps of creating anew.

The page was talking about reaching a “magical turning point” (she spells it magical rather than magickal, but given Wednesday’s post I think you know which meaning it is meant to express).

Sending harmonious energy to your hearts.

Here is the excerpt from “Frequency”:

You’ve Reached a Magical Turning Point

You’ve been clearing your unhealthy feeling habits and learning to raise the frequency of your personal vibration. As you reach the crescendo of this clearing phase of the transformation process, life can become intense and chaotic and sometimes look hopeless. The old isn’t working; you may feel self-sacrificing, unimaginative, and unable to move forward. You’ve shifted the emphasis just enough from fear to love that your old reality has destabilized and the new reality of your soul is starting to break through. At this point, your life may malfunction and you may have to let go of goals, possessions, people, or parts of your lifestyle. You may lose whole aspects of your identity, your motivation and direction, and your comfortable habits. It’s important not to backtrack into more fight-or-flight reactions. What’s really happening is that your soul is saying, “You are not this old, limited self anymore. It’s time to discover who you really are and what you can do.” This is the point where the phoenix lights itself on fire and mysteriously turns to gold. It’s where you come face to face with the choice of who you really want to be.

How do you find your new identity? Should you be like your favorite hero or heroine? Don’t worry – you won’t need to copy anyone because your new identity will be uniquely yours, and it will fit you perfectly. But you won’t find it outside yourself. The answer is encoded in your home frequency, and if you live in your home frequency, your new identity will uncurl like a new leaf. While your outer world has been cracking and crumbling, internally you’ve been rebuilding and renewing yourself. Your invisible inner infrastructure is almost complete. The magical turning point in the transformation process happens when you stop paying attention to your old world, with all its hectic busyness and clutter, and shift your full attention to how your soul might recreate everything. The challenge here is that from your point of view within the hectic busyness, it looks like if you stop or let go, you’ll lose everything, fall into a void, and possibly fail and die. This of course, is the ego’s crazy, desperate view, not the soul’s. When it seems like you’re facing emptiness, you’re really about to find yourself again in a new and better way.

It’s Time to Relax and Let Go

Life compassionately gives you a connecting link, a phase between the old and the new. Like a ship going through the Panama Canal, you, too, will move through the “locks” of consciousness, gradually changing from a lower level to a higher one. To experience this period, all you have to do is relax. You don’t have to know everything about what your future will be or how your transformation is going to work. You can exhale, be less concerned with externals, and stop pushing. You don’t owe other people a description of your likes and dislikes, successes and failures, or plans for the future. You can be like your dog or cat: perfectly real, perfectly happy, and perfectly undefined. You’re a mysterious force peering out from two beautiful liquid eyes and radiating out from a happily vibrating body. You can be yourself without maintaining an ego. You’re not going to go Poof! and disappear if you let go.

Certainly, you’ll face moments when, as endings loom, your ego will precipitate various kinds of clever ploys to keep itself in control. The idea of pausing and “letting the fields lie fallow” for a short time begets cries of: “But I can’t stop! If I don’t do X, I’ll be alone,” or “I have bills to pay and people depend on me,” or “I’ll go off the deep end and drown.” Your ego will convince you to go back to an old job you’ve outgrown just to be secure or to become the flailing, out-of-control victim as your new identity. Your ego will always paint letting go as a black-and-white situation in which both options are about suffering: “Either I sacrifice myself by doing something that’s no longer right for me or sacrifice everything I have by falling into the void.”

Letting go is simply about a return to Being.

When done right, it’s about centering.

Letting go is not about sacrifice, nor does it breed lazy inactivity; it’s simply a return to Being. It is a shift from an assertive focus on action and results in a softer, intuitive state where you will “be with,” notice, and appreciate what’s in the moment with you. It’s about moving from noise into silence. When done right, letting go is about centering, and it always leads to your home frequency.

Letting Go Is Natural – We Make It Hard

Me at Crystal Cove BeachMake “letting go” as natural as the ocean washing over your footprints in the sand.

While what you once did left an imprint, as soon as it was done, it was gone….only to return back to the wholeness from which its finiteness momentarily emerged.

EVERYTHING is simply the passage of experience, ever-recreating itself from the fresh Unity of each moment.

Even though something stands out as significant now, we are shown how brief its true existence is when the Universe instantly and loving embraces it back to its Source.

Presence of the moment provides opportunity for renewal, over and over again. Nature reminds us of this constantly.

You are just a changing thought and feeling creating a now experience.

What is the Motivation of Your Life? – Softening into You

IMG_4492Do you often find yourself yearning, chasing after, or searching for something more in your life? And do you put all your eggs in that basket of hopes before you allow yourself to think you can be truly fulfilled, happy, at peace, or able to live in the miracle of you?

Are you in constant competition with others and in fact, even with yourself?

With this perspective of never feeling the contentment, wholeness, and gratitude of what you do have and where you are at right now, you will always have a sense of emptiness and be in the constant race that many have gotten tangled up in – to achieve to some illusory level that when reached will still provide no satisfaction.

You know that there is always going to be something more and of course life is a process of evolution and different things will show up as we journey through our lives.

But when you are always in a state of attached desire that needs more of anything, whether it’s money, relationships, physical ideals, the perfect job, etc., you are feeding a conditioned, perpetual craving, which can become an addiction itself and create more addictions, as well as keep you from being able to see what is right in front of you already.

Do you ever take a moment to really stop and look at what you are feeling inside and how that is creating the manifested results in your outer world? It’s not that desire is a bad thing, but the essence of the feelings behind it and what they are rooted in, can create the unhealthiness around it and a false sense of lack.

If the things you desire are the only and main purpose of your motivation and entire life purpose, then there just might be something more to look at, as this kind of propulsion and driving force can be inhibiting and leave you without sight of why you are really here at the heart of hearts.

It is false that we are a competitive-driven species. This has come to be, as an after-experience. We are truly heart-based beings of sensitivity and Divine awareness that have love as the main propulsion.

I was finishing to watch the documentary “I AM” last night and much of it spoke to the underlying essence of what I felt to share today here. There were some points that stood out, but one interesting note was about Darwin.

It explained how today’s main focus is mainly on Darwin’s Origin of Species, but in the 828 page sequel, The Descent of Man, where he discusses humanevolution, Darwin writes ONLY twice of “survival of the fittest,” but 95 times of love.

I did some further research and found these points as well in Darwin’s writing:

He writes of selfishness 12 times, but 92 times of moral sensitivity.

Of competition 9 times, but 24 times of mutuality and mutual aid.

We are conditioned to believe that we aren’t enough, that we must out-do the person next to us, and that in order to be something special we have to do or have certain things, or that something, by somebody else’s definition of “astounding”, must manifest.

Maybe for just a few minutes in your day you might try letting go of all the constant yearnings, cravings, and wants, and relax into the now moment of receptive harmony of “being”. Place your focus on the invaluable permanence of the “essence” of what satisfies your soul – those foundations that are not attached to any result, but are simply experiences of the wholeness taking place right now within “pure being”.

Feel how that softening opens a space within and around you so that manifestation takes place in flow and mirror of your being like the miracles in nature. They receive just what they need because they do not try to take more – always knowing they are showered in abundance.

Let Go

let goThis is a continual message that keeps ringing in my ears as an answer to experiences abound. I keep feeling and hearing frustrations and fears that are weighing heavily on people, sometimes in conscious and unconscious ways, but it’s out in the collective pool and perhaps this is why I have been singing the song in the video I posted below all week in my head.

Messages come to me in songs, music, and melody a lot and sometimes in brief flashes of visuals and words. But they always are accompanied by a strong resonant feeling. Sometimes I just start singing a melody that is “created” in the moment and this I know is reflective of a vibrational frequency that is echoing back to the collective, and for myself, in support of shifting the energy. For some reason, this is happening very frequently lately.

Sound is VERY powerful for integrating things.

Nonetheless, I have been practicing my own “letting go” and surrendering in bigger and bigger ways, as there is always room for more of anything, and can’t begin to explain the extraordinary things taking place.

Magic happens when you let go and surrender to the natural process.

Most of the time people hold tightly to things until it gets too painful to hold on anymore and/or they hit rock bottom and are then forced to let go. When the pain of this hanging on becomes bigger than the fear you have of letting go, you finally let go and allow yourself to be carried along the river of life… safely (to your surprise).

The key is in learning to let go before this happens and doing it on your own terms because you have come to trust that things have a way of working themselves out in even better ways than when you try controlling, manipulating, micro-managing, and over-analyzing them.

When you come to trust the process of life and walk that fine line of detached, unconditional intention for the highest good – without push, force, or attachment to a specific way that “must” be – then you begin to understand and experience a return to natural harmony.

Even just taking small steps of letting go will make a huge difference. When you feel you have a block or fear with this, be mindful of what part of you is afraid and ask yourself what you are afraid to let go of. There is a little boy or girl inside of each of us that just wants to be assured of knowing they are safe, loved, and that they are free to come forth in their truth because everything will be okay. It’s a process of reteaching trust.

Let go and allow the highest good to move through you. Let the Universe/Source/God/Spirit/All That Is…divinely move with and through you as One.

You can still guide yourself consciously toward an intention while you go with the flow of “what is” simultaneously by taking responsibility for the life you are creating and embracing the perfection of the journey and all the experiences that are assisting you in bigger ways than you know, to bring you more fully to your wholeness.

When you relax and let go you will come to know the nature of you and align with your greater good.

“When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be. When I let go of what I have, I receive what I need.” ~Tao Te Ching

“In the process of letting go you will lose many things from the past, but you will find yourself. It will be a permanent Self, rooted in awareness and creativity. Once you have captured this, you have captured the world.” ~Deepak Chopra

I hope you enjoy the potent words of this song by Frou Frou, as much as I do. It’s been a favorite of mine since 2007 (yes I know the year it came into my life, as like all things, it was powerful to assist shifts at the time for me)

The Symbolic and Spiritual Aspects of Cleaning – How You Can Optimize You

lotus

I’m a hugely symbolic person and live my life as a “work of art” that I create in each moment with everything within and without being sacred, and seeing all things as mirroring symbolism that reflect the state of my being.

Since the beginning, I have always been in constant transformation…it comes second-nature to me and I am continuously embracing change. Along with that, I have continuously also been huge on cleaning out, purging, cleansing – whatever you’d like to call it – which I see as a natural cycle that flows in and out by my giving and receiving, releasing and embracing…all mirroring of the natural rhythms of the Earth and the Universal experience.

This cleansing cycle is something inherent within me and even my body works in direct mirror to this, with all things that go in, go out…nothing is held on to 🙂 I feel that the level of ease or difficulty to which all experiences in our lives take place, directly mirrors our emotional, mental, physical and spiritual landscape in totality and how we process things in all of these ways.

I just went through another round (which happens about every few months, or less, depending on what my energy calls for) of releasing, therefore cleaning out. Yesterday I gave away a huge load of things, with one load going to Good Will and then two large boxes going to faery friends who are my size. I love sharing my things with others and often I feel that I acquire things more for others than myself, as some things don’t stay long in my life, and I can tell immediately who they would perfectly match. I have found this to be true about a lot of things..that I am a channel to help things get to where they need to be.

And yesterday, as I sent off and dropped off all my goodies to everyone, feeling so good that others will be receiving joy from these gifts, I also felt a huge energetic shift. I had felt energy building and by releasing some of that steam, things then have room to recalibrate and make space for other things. Immediately after my drop off, I went to the store with a handy coupon on hand I had just received, and picked up 13 new canvases to create more Crystal Illuminations. Even though I knew this was coming, it hadn’t felt right until this day and with the opening of new energy coming in, by releasing the old, I can see how I’ve embraced and opened the door for the next evolution of creation to flow in.

There is definitely an inherent symbolic and spiritual aspect of cleaning. I know in my life, there simply is no doubt about that. There is also a powerful symbolism in keeping things tidy in your space you live and work in. This organization and orderliness assists you in staying clear and focused, and away from the confusion.

Whether its laundry, papers, clothing, dishes, leaves in the yard, emails, voicemails, things around the house…this all weighs heavily on your energetic clarity and vibrancy. You can effect your optimization by being mindful of your surroundings and what they are reflecting about your inner environment. And when you learn to release more simple things in life you learn the power of detaching and how attachment is counterproductive to the nature of the Universe.

When you clean up and clean out, you free yourself to unlimited possibilities. The channels open. The blockages unclog.

It is definitely therapeutic as well. You can even make a fun meditational and intentful experience out of the cleaning out process, chanting mantras, making up a song and dance, saying affirmations, stating things like “as I release the old, I now welcome the new in for the highest good of all concerned…” etc. You can see each item that needs to be removed or cleaned out as representing a resentment, envy, anger, frustration, or anything that is disconnecting you from being centered, balanced, and connected to Source. And imagine that as you organize, bag up, rake, throw away, that each of those things go away and release from your experience, as you forgive and send unconditional love and compassion to yourself and others.

This is a way you can enjoy the process and realize the benefits, rather than seeing it as a chore and hard work. Know that with each step you take in clearing away, you are clearing your own way in life for all possibilities, opportunities, and inspirations to flow in, as you are allowing things to flow out.

Happy cleaning!
