Let Nature’s Peace Flow Into You

Walk away quietly in any direction and taste the freedom of the mountaineer.

Camp out among the grasses and gentians of glacial meadows, in craggy garden nooks full of nature’s darlings.

Climb the mountains and get their good tidings, Nature’s peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees.

The winds will blow their own freshness into you and the storms their energy, while cares will drop off like autumn leaves.

As age comes on, one source of enjoyment after another is closed, but nature’s sources never fail.

Keep close to Nature’s heart…and break clear away, once in awhile, and climb a mountain or spend a week in the woods. Wash your spirit clean.

That is wonderful and beautiful….
Beautiful pictures. Love the moss and the river and the magical colored rays!
it’s really lovely here. very serene. i have a thing for moss….i just love it. there is moss on a lot of the trees along the path to the water. so cool to have the flowing water just below us.
Sounds heavenly. I bet it smells good. I love moss too. In New Zealand, there is moss growing on moss growing on different moss, growing on ferns growing on trees…. It’s like that in several states here too. There is such richness to the soil.
yes it smells wonderful…my favorite smells are of the mountains and forests, and that campfire mmmmm….how beautiful new zealand sounds. i love the layers of richness you explained. moss is to me so connected with the mystery and depths…the magick. at some point will like to visit new zealand. dave’s mom has a house there, so at some point.
