Rebounding Rocks! – 33 Ways Your Body Benefits from Rebounding
I thoroughly enjoy my rebounder. When I first got it I was just having fun here and there on it, on my own, and dancing along with music, which is a great way to get good exercise plus work within your own creative style and tastes. However, I very recently purchased 3 new compilation DVDs from Urban Rebounding that are packed full of mega-fun and energizing routines that are easy to fit into the day (especially if you work from home as I do). They are not only fun, but teach the fundamental basics that make a huge difference in safety and the benefits you will receive!
It’s a great way to get the heart pumping, sweat dripping, and overall, really vibe up your energy, which directly results in improved productivity and over-all health and well-being! Woo!
It’s one of the new forms of exercise that I’ve been guided to. I remember I used to do this when I was in my early to late teens on my mom’s rebounder. Things have a way of cycling back around when you are open to the flow of where your life and body leads you!
Rebounding does the body good! Love it. And I know many others, including my dear Laura Bruno, share this enjoyment.

Celebrating the Child Within & the Power of Believing – The Ice Kingdom at The Queen Mary Presents “Chill”
I am a huge child at heart and never intend to “grow up” in the sense of ever letting go of my innocence, wonder and joy for seeing the magick in life’s miracles. One of the things that enchants my heart is the magick of the Christmas season. Not for tradition or commercialization sake, but for the way it inspires that child within to come out in all of us.
The carols, the twinkling lights, decorated trees, sparkly ornaments, Santa and the Elves, enchanted villages and forests, magickal animals, flying reindeer, smells of cloves and cinnamon, cozy fires, snowflakes and icicles, and white Christmas snow….it takes me away to a faery winter wonderland that is alive year round in my heart. After all, I do sing Christmas carols, mostly from my favorite animated Christmas cartoons like Rudolph, all year round!
Last night we had the idea to visit “Chill” with our sweet new friends Mary and Cameron, who just moved out from Ashland, Oregon. This is a winter celebration presented by The Queen Mary that is definitely worth visiting if you’re looking for a little enchantment and fun.
There is a lovely winter village land you walk through to get to the main area where you’ll find ice skating or tubing and the fantastic Ice Kingdom. DO dress warmly, as the Ice Kingdom is a magickal, giant ice sculpture world that can be as cold as 9 degrees (it was actually 7 degrees last night). They do provide hooded coats, but if you want to enjoy taking it all in, you’ll want to be layered as well, including hats and gloves. They also have two small ice slides inside for both children and adults. Your tickets will also get you on The Queen Mary, which you can either do the same day or come back for, which we intend to do.
Today’s post is really about celebrating the child within – One of my favorite and natural things to cultivate and help inspire. To me, this is an integral part to the energy we are moving into, as it taps into your imagination, inspiration, dreaming, believing, authenticity, core passions, creative potentials, innocence, purity, and love – all of which are essential in manifesting what you desire as a new reality.
One of my most favorite songs I love to listen to year-round – “Believe” by Josh Groban from The Polar Express – says it all. It chokes me up every time I hear and sing along with it.
I want to share images (click each to enlarge) of the evening and beautiful ice sculptures from my experience of The Ice Kingdom last evening, as a visual journey into a world of enchantment and possibilities. The ice sculptures take you through an enchanted realm of magickal beings, an underwater ocean world including a giant ice Queen Mary, Santa’s toy land and North Pole, as well as a nativity scene – everything you see is made from ice, even the colored creations.
You can explore them while listening to “Believe” or simply sit back and take in the magick of the video’s visuals. I also added a video with the lyrics, so you can let the words penetrate to heart.

“December, the month of December, is going to be quite magical at times – that is the message I keep getting.
You’re going to have some very, very magical experiences and you’re also going to have some undertow experiences, where it feels like you (and everyone) is being slightly dragged through the water. So, nothing particularly different to anything that’s happened this year, but the rapid nature of it will be at an all new level.
December 21st is an auspicious day and there is going to be a galactic alignment on that day and it’s going to be very powerful. So the more that you can quiet yourself down and give yourself contemplation time in the next 3-4 weeks, it’s going to be incredibly beneficial for you.
And where normally you would have a New Year resolution on January the 1st, and people harness the energy of that day to bring in a new affirmation, start to do this on the 19th and the 20th, start to tell yourself not just what you would like for your personal life, but think of the world. Because we are all connected more than ever before now and that’s going to be more and more apparent as we go through the next few years.”

And as we continue our journeys to closure of 2012, many light workers and healers are in preparation for their December travels to anchor in these new energies Lee shares about, at the spots they have been guided to. I, too, will be joining them as I set out for my soul’s calling – a commitment of heart I made before I birthed into this Earthly experience. Everyone will be aligning in key positions both physically and psychically (at home or afar), as their service to humanity and our loving Earth.
As we each re-evaluate our lives, release, and renew in these final weeks, it is increasingly important what you are focusing on, as what you intend, you will create.
Our group in Bimini will be working with these energies to not only nurture the seeds you intend to create for self, but to assist in collectively supporting the beautiful energies linked to the 12/21/12 birthing Winter Solstice of the New Earth. This Harmonic Convergence of planets is a time of journeying through a new world time gate and being in Bimini’s powerful energies of the Atlantean vortex simultaneously, will prove to be amazing.
