Somehow I managed to get all I needed done, and am enjoying my last day with a short morning hike after errands to say bye for now to Lake Tahoe and set intentions for this trip and the Full Moon tomorrow, leisurely packing, a little pampering, and last minute prep. My flight connections begin tomorrow evening, so I even get to spend the day tomorrow with my family before I head off. Keeping focused but fluid, listening to your body, and keeping balanced sure pays off in flow. First time I’m not rushing around last minute before travels.

So I thought I’d leave you with this cool photo Dave sent me from his time spent at Brightside Farm Sanctuary in Tasmania. He said it was such an amazing place and apparently he has more cool shots that were captured of him I haven’t seen yet, but this one sure brings a smile to my face. Love seeing him in his element and enjoying a little down time Down Under, as he got the weekend off to explore Tasmania in between his busy talking and media tour.

Since Dave was featured in the movie, Cowspiracy for his book Meatonomics, this photo capture seemed more than perfect on many levels. Sharing the love in Tasmania and a little thank you from the cows Down Under.

Feeling refreshed and reinvigorated after my restful weekend and ready to explore! We have no plans or reservations except for our rental car we just got a few days ago and one night with my family I’ve never met including 3rd cousins and a Great Great 102 year old Uncle, which should all prove to be a super fun adventure. I’m not surprised my body has been integrating and recalibrating for all the upcoming energy and soul retrieval. Woo! and of course Weeeeeeee!
