Setting My Inner Horse Free For Good – Let the Love in Your Heart Take the Lead

I wrote this post four years ago, almost to the day, but came across it today when I was thinking about something to share that might be supportive for others going through challenges and making those big shifts in their lives.

Having gone through many “healing crises” time periods over the course of my own personal process, I feel it can be helpful to hear other people’s stories and know that there is hope and light at the end of the tunnel, even when you can’t see anything in sight and don’t even know how it will happen.

I’m happy to share that I did in fact set my inner horse free for good and am experiencing the greatest freedom and empowerment yet in my life.

It’s all been quite the journey, but well worth it. It helps you to know that each time you face a new challenge, you truly have the ability to transmute it and with greater ease and grace because of having learned your process and having come to know yourself most intimately.
