Breathe, make different choices about things that will bring you more pleasure, growth, and space into your life, which will feed both you and what you can feed to others, at the same time.

Forgive yourself and others for everything. Remember everyone is doing the best they can.

You can choose to step out of the fight matrix.

Fire used for love is extraordinary.

It’s not just about you, even though it seems personal. It’s both mico and macro simultaneously.
