Self-Judgment: Our Excuses Not to Live ~ Lee Harris

This is a great, new quick how-to from Lee Harris that is so now relevant and the themes are what I hear over and over coming up for people who are so close to making the shifts and changes they want towards the new in their lives, but are hitting the judgment dialogue within that is creating the fear wall.

These self-judgments become our self-sabotaging excuses.

Lee provides some easy ways to move through this, which resonate with my own. Questions and being curious are key, as well as sitting with the honest vulnerability of the answers, and then allowing the feelings to move through you without judgment. Feelings aren’t bad…their just feelings…energy expressions.

Energy wants to move. WE are the ones that block them. When you allow yourself to feel them, you invite their movement through you.

Do you find yourself hindered by the things you tell yourself and allow yourself to believe about yourself?

These quick how-to’s can help you to start living.

  1. It starts with us, accepting ourselves, all our feelings without judgment and an excellent start that is. If however, one experiences situations where one feels unheard, the people are rigid in their stand and this happens more than liked, it is difficult to not take it personally and want to “suppress” one’s authenticity, and maybe that is what too many do, hence the results all over the world….I’ve recently begun to trust my inner knowing and respect it as my gps before anyone else! it is a challenge, and maybe there’s a bit more inner work before one finds one’s tribe…where it’s ok and encourages to be authentic and genuine and “not” suppress just cuz someone is threatened! I find it quite said when someone needs to dim another’s light in order to make themselves look better….any added suggestions as to self empowerement? blessings “)

I had seen this earlier today and hadn’t had the chance to post it. My dear sweet faery sister did post it. I love her comments. I felt this really was helpful to so many people. Enjoy Lee as he shares.

He is so great. Yes, very important theme. Compassionate self forgiveness works well for me, and loving my heart during whatever I encounter.
