Tania – I am working on the heart thing. What I have been moving through is simplifying my life. For me, it means that I want less and less stuff, because I have to think about what I am willing to carry across the country. I think in terms of what will fit into a cube-thing to be taken cross-country, and that is a lot less possessions than my former 3-bedroom house with 1/2 acre yard. – Simplify. – I move into an apartment, and I give more and more away. It just keeps coming. It’s like diarrhea of possessions. I purge and I purge and I purge. Simplify. What do I want? What do I need? What is my heart’s desire? And so on. Simplify. Thank you, as always, dear sister of my heart for pointing out the obvious. You always say the right thing for me at the right time. I am never surprised when we are on the same track. you’re welcome! that’s wonderful mari. and yes like you, i’m also in clearing out and simplifying mode. been cleaning out closet and my office. doesn’t it feel great? and then that’s just the physical purging we can do as an extension of our internal cleansing. we can also purge ourselves of out-moded patterns and old emotions that are toxic. it’s good stuff! love and blessings
I am doing the same also….tonight in fact….I find that my favorite things are photo books and books and cd’s/dvd’s….I keep releasing so many things…had no idea that I was collecting….stuff…good to let go of the grip and send them to another home 🙂
