I guess there’s a theme of “10” between today and yesterday’s post on “10 Spiritually Transmitted Diseases“, so here goes another.

I posted this on Facebook yesterday, which got a lot of resounding yes’s, and I thought it was such a great article that I wanted to share it here on my blog with you all as well. This is an article by Paul Hudson that delves into how the way you live and approach your life DOES make a difference.

Paul points out “some” key things that are practiced consistently as a “way of being” by people that I personally would have to agree with, as these are part of my own experience and I DO love my life.

Do any of these ring true for you? If not, and you are experiencing some challenges you’d like to change, how might you adapt more of them into your life?

About Tania Marie's Blog

Tania Marie is a writer, visionary artist, Reiki Master Teacher, intuitive guide, and energy alchemist whose life and work have grown from more than three decades of exploring the creative healing arts, metaphysical studies, and the living relationship between nature, spirit, and the heart. Her practice has become less about what she does and more about how she lives—listening deeply, following what feels alive, and allowing creativity, healing, and everyday experience to become part of the art of being. She is the author of *Spiritual Skin* and creator of the 11-episode YouTube series *Talks With Crystal Skulls*. Her lifelong relationship with crystals and crystal skulls continues quietly behind the scenes, while her deep connection with rabbits has profoundly shaped the way she experiences presence, wonder, and the quiet language of the heart. Egypt has also become one of Tania's greatest teachers and a profound part of her ongoing journey of remembrance, empowerment, and embodied aliveness. Her relationship with the land has naturally grown into meaningful creative partnerships and opportunities to share its living wisdom with others. Today, Tania devotes much of her time to writing, photography, inspired offerings, sacred journeys, and following the ever-evolving invitations of a life lived in relationship with the living world.
