“Live and love boldy, rather than safely.” – this brings to mind the focus on unconditional love and the Heart Chakra, which is vital and to be in that center as presently, consistently and authentically as possible – living the truth of YOUR heart more than ever now. The Heart is the gateway for expressing the inexpressible and allows one to experience so much more than what we think is possible. It supports harmonious evolution and integration when we are centered in that space of unconditional compassion, presence, patience and love for self and others. In learning to open this powerful and divine Heart space a new world of experience opens that synchronizes body and soul – our living Earth and Cosmos – simultaneously. I like to refer to the Heart Chakra as the Emerald Bridge or the “Emerald Gem of the Galactic Heart,” as it resonates a powerful, Universal Love energy that reflects the Earth and beyond. Now is the time to love out loud – nurturing self and others at once, in doing so.
