Being a Truth Mirror

This blog wanted back up, as I’ve been having this message reiterated a bunch and felt like others may resonate if you’ve experienced the same. If you have felt like no one has ever really seen you for what and who you are, you may also be a mirror. As one carrying Owl medicine, I’ve discovered how this speaks to being a catalyst that draws out the deepest state of denial in others. It’s a tough energy to embody, as it will also profoundly circle back in revealing the same to ourselves, but also provides potential for insightful transmutation. I’ve learned to embrace this finally in the last few years, as well as Hawk/Seer medicine that has penetrated my life profoundly with focused clarity to not only see deeper within my own experience, but has supported an expanded vision of all that is around me. The more we can relax into the nature of who we are, the more the gifts we have can bring forth their treasures, rather than feel like hindrances.

  1. I’ve considered myself a mirror for many years, and the realization made it easier to accept that my interpersonal relationships are not going to bear that out. Whether people are open, interested or engaged with me, or whether they are holding back, uneasy, troubled, I reflect it back with no effort. Sometimes I go the extra mile to connect if they are keeping themselves “closed,” but without a reciprocal response, I close up and then the interaction fizzles. Likewise, if someone comes to me with a blazing heart (i.e the chakra) I find my own coming to life and blazing in return. Very cool to read this. 🙂

    • thank you so much for sharing this <3 i agree when we realize and embrace things about ourselves like this it just makes things easier…it's just our nature and the nature of things. always appreciate your reflections <3 not surprised we share this too
